Chris Brown was by far the best salesman I have ever had. He was polite, sweet, kind, not too pushy, and honest. The best part about Chris Brown was that he treated my mom and I like family. Another pointer is that Chris will make sure to stay within your budget and get you the car you can afford!!!! My mom will decently be purchasing her new car from him in October 2016. If you need a new car I highly recommend Chris Brown!

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Johnsons and I could not have been more satisfied. My salesman was Chris Brown and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with the whole process. He presented me with many options and vehicles which really helped in making a sound fact based decision that put me in a truck far nicer than I thought I would be in for the price range I could afford. I dealt with three people there and like any good team it is made up of many good players. Jim Russell and Ryan Littlefield were also very professional and helpful. They made me feel like they truly had my best interest at heart not theirs. In todays business climate that is a breath of fresh air, Bottom line felt like I was buying a car off of old friends. The Johnson family should be very proud, as I am proud to be a new member the Johnson family.

I recently purchased a old classic car for Johnson Ford. I was the first time they had ever sold a classic car. The sales staff were extremely accommodating to us. They even put the car on a lift after the shop closed, so we could really check out the car better. We are talking about a 46 year old car. They went through the car like it was new. Even put in new rear brakes. It was a pleasurable experience overall.

Ford dealership went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new lease from Ford after having bought a car that ended up having too many mechanical issues. I traded in my 2007 Ford Focus for a 2013 Ford Escape today. From start to finish the service was excellent. Given I went to the dealership on a Saturday I expected that it would take until Monday to get the credit approval. I was very pleased to get the approval on Saturday which meant I picked up the car Monday morning. Salesman Chris Brown was very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall a great experience.

Went shopping with my dad for my first car about two weeks ago, and the Johnson Dealership was our first stop. Had a car in mind from looking on-line and it succeeded my expectations. The 2007 Milan was in better condition that I had expected and was very well taken care of. After test driving it, I made the decision right then and there it was going to be mine. Salesman Chris Brown made the experience as pain free as possible for my dad and I and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions we had and seemed to be just as excited for me as I was! Finance Manager Ryan Littlefield was equally as helpful and understanding. They really worked with us and seemed to have our best interests in mind the whole time. Three days later, the car was ready to be picked up without any disappointments. They even gave me a 35$ check to get it inspected elsewhere, as the wait was about 3 hours that day and I had some traveling to do, so I thought that was very nice of them. Overall it was the best first-time car buying experience I could have hoped for! Definitely going to try and keep my business there in the future, especially with how well the car is treating me so far!

I am so happy with my new to me armada that I purchased from Johnson Ford! We live about 2 hours away but found the car we wanted online. My husband called and they helped us work most of it out over the phone. We set out on our road trip and came home with the car the same day. Chris Brown was our salesman, he was very friendly and even helped out my nit-picky husband with a smile. He is very patient and not one of those pushy salesman types. We also sat with Michael Cloherty to sign our life away but he was so helpful and funny he made the process easy. I love the small town feel, while we were there a woman came in for service and everyone knew her name. I had gotten into a car accident recently and the whole process was really getting drug out. I happened to go to Johnson's Ford and immediately Chris Brown came out to help me. Literally no pressure, straight up sales. Answered my questions, made me feel extremely comfortable. Ryan Littlefield also is amazing. Between both Chris and Ryan, the made the experience one of the better times I have had purchasing ANYTHING. Smooth, friendly, down to earth and very fast. I highly recommend both of these guys. Plus, Free car washes!

When I went to visit Chris one day not really looking for a new car, he put me in a 2011 Lincoln MKT, told me to test drive it...I said no way this thing is way out of my league...well long story short I ended up buying it. I traded my Honda Pilot in that I had for almost 5 years....Not only did Chris put me in a vehicle that I never imagined I could have he was on top of every detail and making sure I was happy with outcome. Johnson has been amazing through out the whole process. It was my first time buying from a local dealership as well. I tell everyone to go see Chris!

My salesman, Chris Brown, was great! He really listened to my needs and spent time helping me pick the right vehicle for me and my family. He wasn't pushy like most salesman I've experienced in the past. All in all, he is a great salesman and a great guy and I would come back to buy again and again from him! My girlfriend had recently traded in her car for a Lincoln, after driving that I decided I wanted one too. My Maxima had low mileage and it wasn't the best in the winter so I went to see Chris told him about how I really wanted a 2013 or newer Lincoln MKZ; they didn't have one at the dealership so he said he would start looking, after a few weeks he ended up finding one for me...brought it right to me so I could test drive it....took a few weeks to get the financing together and where we needed it...Chris was beyond patient during this whole process and made sure it all worked out. Now me and my girlfriend both are driving Lincolns. First time I actually purchased a vehicle that I really wanted and didn't settle for anything less. Chris and Johnson were great!

We were shopping for a Mustang Convertible but had specific requirements on options and colors. We used Cars.com and found what we wanted in a car at Johnson Ford. We emailed them and got a return email from Bryan Beauregard, a sales rep. We had to drive 150 miles to see the car and after talking we Bryan we felt it was worth the drive. My wife and I were in the market to trade in our old Rav4 and we ended up getting a fantastic deal leasing a 2016 Ford Esape SE. From start to end of the buying process the guys over at Johnson treated me and my wife with a lot of respect . I was looking to buy a truck had been shopping around for a month or so couldn't find anything I really wanted my salesman Chris brown took care of it we looked at probably ten different trucks till I found the one. I recently purchased a 2012 F-250 Super Duty that was in pristine condition. I found the vehicle on cars.com and dealt with Bryan Beauregard and the rest of the team at Johnson Ford from the start. There was never any feeling of being pressured and Bryan was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the truck and the previous owner. I live approximately 2.5 hours away (just north of Boston) and it was definately worth the trip. My fiance and I will be moving across the country every 6 months for her new job, and we wanted a reliable vehicle with the ability to tow (3,500lb rating). Originally, we were set on buying a Hyundai Santa Fe or Santa Fe Sport, but just couldn't get to the financing we wanted. After months of my father pestering me to try a Ford, I gave in and test drove the Escape. I loved the smooth ride and comfort of the vehicle. I'm a big guy (5'11", 300lbs) and the vehicle felt incredibly roomy, even plenty of room behind me for passengers. The small details made a big impact on our decision. The rearview camera that comes standard in Fords provides a trajectory for greater ease while backing up, and has a zoom function to assist with connecting the hitch to a trailer. The blind spot mirrors were another great detail. Although the SUVs do not come with heated seats on cloth options, my fiance and I haven't really found a need for them (and this past week it's been below zero degrees Fahrenheit). The Smart 4WD is also wonderful; it automatically engages and disengages based on road conditions, turning off while not needed to save on fuel economy. We've had some very icy conditions as of late and the 4WD has been a heaven-send for dealing with the weather. Our sales representative, Bryan Beauregard, didn't pressure us into making any decision and searched high and low to find us the best deal. He found a left-over 2014 Escape with a tow hitch that really met all our interests and gave us financing options that Hyundai never came close to. I wasn't a Ford-guy before, but I have to admit that I have been very pleased with my experience with Bryan and with Ford. Definitely talk to Bryan if you're looking, and don't let preconceived notions shy you away from Ford.

I am VERY picky and demanding when it comes to buying a car. I was looking for a Ford Escape for my 71 year old mother and her 86 year old husband with dementia. She couldn't drag him around checking out cars and going through the car buying dance. I put in a search on Cars.com and Johnson Ford came up. She had purchased her previous car from them. Brian Beauquard was AMAZING. I contacted him at 10am and by 12:30pm he had a car in her driveway 30 minutes away to test drive. I knew exactly what she should get for trade and what her payment should be. He made that work. That was Monday. By Wednesday she drove off the lot with 0% financing from Ford. While at the dealership they offered her husband drinks and snacks. It is hard to do all the 'stuff' when you are trying to be a care giver. Brian at Johnson made that so easy. I am never impressed with a car deal. Until now. Thank you for helping my mom and step dad. You went above and beyond. I hope this continues through the service years of this car. After towing my maxima here three or four times the mechanic was unable to fix an electrical problem. Spent more than$2000 dollars without any success. On one of my visits someone has stollen my gps, I got nowhere with the service rep. Never come here again.

I was searching the web for a truck and found one at Johnson ford that was looked like a good deal but still just out of my price range. I inquired anyway as to what my current truck might be worth. I was contacted by Bryan who was very helpful. I told him I didn't think I could afford the truck and not to waste a lot of time on me. Let me tell you Bryan dug in and got me a price on the truck that I could afford. I really couldn't believe it after looking at so many other similar vehicles and none of them even came close. When I got home that nite with the truck I received a call from Bryan making sure that I liked the truck and all was well, great customer service. I noticed a small noise in the truck and called the dealership to see if they could look at it for me. They took the truck back that same day and gave me a brand new loaner vehicle to drive at no charge to me. I'm pleased to say the truck was expertly repaired and returned promptly at no cost to myself. I really cant say enough about this dealership, from sales to service they are top notch and when it comes time for another vehicle I will have to look no further than Johnson Ford. Thank you all.

I cannot speak highly enough about the vehicle or the experience. Randy, at Johnson Ford, was a standout. He went above and beyond to ensure that this could happen. He assisted in sending out paperwork in order to make the purchase possible and dealt with both myself and my father in two different states along the way. I went looking at a car yesterday.. The person who test drove the car with me had the radio blasting! Where I said I would like to here the car run! Then I was told they could not give me pricing on my car they had to call some one. We will call you They never called me.. I went in the next day. I was told sorry we where very busy.. Manger said this as well!! I guess you are so busy you folks can pick who you want to follow-up with do a sale with! Fine with me! The final talk with me about my sale and trades in was just rude.. Hand written paper with some notes, ball parks on both my cars. Not allowed to look at the documents. Its not fact with low amounts you gave me for my trade in. It's the terrible way I was treated Just terrible customer services. I do like there repair service depart.. But your sales department is lacking. I am a person not a number! There are many empty lots because of people who need to make there sales numbers! I work with the public and you folks are not one place I will send any one! Thank you

My experience was wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to make this happen in 5 hours! At noon I was told that my 12 year old car needed an ignition switch. I immediately called Johnson and by 1:30 I was test driving a Ford Focus and by 5 I was driving home by brand new leased Focus. I was thrilled and amazed at how quickly and smoothly evenr thing went. Terrific experience! I will definitely be back when the lease is up.

I had been searching for a used Audi Q5 for months. This is a very difficult vehicle to find! We visited many different dealerships and contacted many more all with poor customer service. My boyfriend found a beautiful used 2010 Q5 online at the Johnson Dealership and began emailing salesman Bryan B. Bryan responded to the email and began a dialogue with my boyfriend (some dealerships I dealt with wouldn't even return an inquiry email!). Once Bryan gained my boyfriend's trust we took the 2 hour ride to Pittsfield. When we arrived Bryan was waiting for us and again offered excellent customer service. He even bought us lunch! Because of Bryan and the team at Johnson Dealership I was able to drive home in my new Q5. It has been 1 week since my purchase and Bryan continues to followup with me to make sure that my boyfriend and I are completely satisfied with the car. I would highly recommend friends and family members to go to Johnson Dealership.

I've been buying/dealing with Johnson Ford for many years and have bought several cars from them. I am a picky customer and if I didn't like them, I wouldn't return. Yes, I have been to other dealerships, have looked at and tried different makes of cars, but I always return to Ford and Johnson. WHY? Because you can buy a car anywhere and you can chase the lowest price, but it is SERVICE that counts in the long run. No dealership will be perfect, but in the decades that I have been buying from them, there have been only a few instances when I was not pleased. However, the situations were taken care of, and I would not blame an entire dealership for the actions of an individual employee. However, it is the consumer's responsibility to alert the business/dealership to any problem so they have the opportunity to make it right. Over the past many years, there have been a couple times when I have been seriously ill. They have offered to come to my home, get my car and service it for me. Recently, Brian (Beauregard) checked the tire pressure and washed my Mustang that had been in the garage all winter even though the service area was not open. Yesterday, Jim (Russell) had a scrape on my fender buffed out immediately, even though I was there for a different reason. They have alerted me over the years to issues that need to be addressed (such as worn belts) as I would expect any excellent dealership to do. I highly recommend Johnson Ford, especially for SERVICE (and also for competitive automobile pricing). My recommendation is without reservation - based on many years of purchasing cars, having them well taken care of, and respect for me as a purchaser.

I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a new or used car and don't want the typical pushy salesman to go to Johnson. I purchased a Ford Edge two weeks ago and absolutely love it and Laura and Jim couldn't have been better to work with. I stopped over a couple days after I bought the car b/c I had a question about the bluetooth and Laura was able to answer my questions and also washed my car for me again. If you want great customer service and very knowledgeable staff than this is the place to go. I'm only going to Johnson from now on.

I had an excellant experience with Johnson Ford. I began my buying experience with a simple inquiry as I needed a vehicle that got better gas mileage. A member of the supportive staff contacted me with a potential lead. I test drove the SX4 and I liked it. Took care of most of the paperwork that day, was financed, and drove my new car home the next day. Everyone I encountered at Johnson Ford were extremely courteous and made me feel at home.

I was shocked at the lack of organization that this dealership had. Management needs to step up and give this staff some direction. No one knew what they were doing and made me feel like they could care less. I'm not sure how many cars they sell but I can't imagine it being many. We ended up going over the state line to make our purchase. Dear Mr. Johnson-please have your managers train the people or get managers that care.

I recently purchased a 2012 Focus from Bryan and I absolutely love it!! I am saving about $100 per month on gas. The SYNC features are great and very user friendly. I am glued to my iPhone, so it was an easy transition. Bryan was very informative and didn't pressure me to purchase. When I came to pick up my car, Bryan sat with me for an additional hour and a half and made sure I was very comfortable with my car's features before I took it home. He has continued to keep in touch with me to ensure my continued happiness with my purchase. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and my experience. No other dealership has been as thorough as Johnson's.
