I love looking at cars on Sundays. They have at least 1 NEW Bronco that's NOT just a sport. Many nice Mustangs, F-250's etc. Haven't bought anything there yet tho.

My repairs were done as promised; I was informed of the cost prior to completion. The fees were explained and the bill was in alignment of what I expected. The crew was respectful, professional and courteous. The facility was clean and fairly comfortable ( the chair got a little hard after sitting for a while).

Austin was very receptive to our needs and wants for a used truck by texting us info on available models that met our needs. After deciding on a model, we test drove the truck and discovered a minor maintenance item mechanical issue. The dealer not only fixed the issue right away but also used all OEM parts for the repair. After deciding to purchase the truck, my wife was treated with much respect while negotiating the purchase. Financing for the truck was good terms and quick to finalize. Available purchase options (extended warranties, coatings, ect.) were explained and offered without pressure to purchase. Did purchase warranty as the price was very reasonable. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this dealership throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle and we will definitely return to them for any future purchase's.

This is my first time working with this dealership. They were very assistive in my new car purchase process. They communicated via email multiple times prior to my visit (it is over an hour away from Hershey area) and had everything prepped and ready for me. I bought the Lincoln MKX. I had a absolutely fantastic experience with Cory D. I live about three and half hours away and was very interested in one of there trucks. I asked Cory if he could take as many pictures of scratches and the body. He blew up my email with no disclosure. I appreciate all his help. Made everything quick and easy. When I was on my car search, I finally found what I wanted on Sunbury Motors car lot. When I called the salesperson who was so sweet (Auralee) so helpful and not pushy. I made an appointment for a test drive, they had the car all ready for me. Parked upfront, cleaned. After talking numbers, they worked with me when it came to payments . We traded in our only vehicle, our very first Ford we have ever purchased , a 2008 F150 club cab 4wd. In our 32 years of marriage we had been dedicated to either Chevy full size pickups, suvs or Dodge Dakota extended cabs or Durango.After comparing the ride in the Ford F150s we will never buy anything else. He was never pushy and didn't try to talk me out of what I wanted. When we purchased the vehicle he went over the entire inside of the cars system. I admit I am uses to going to a dealership and having to fight for the car I know I want and can afford. What a different experience it was walking into Sunbury Motor. Not only was I not pressured, my sales consultant understood what I was looking for in a car and took me on a test drive that would simulate the conditions I typically drive. When it came to the price, again such an easy experience compared to other dealerships. I gladly recommend Sunbury Motors and will be returning to them the next time I or any family members need to buy a car.

Went to Sunbury motors Hyundai on a Saturday.Looking around I found two cars ILiked. My salesman Zach was the best . The dealership was closing in 1/2 hour, he stayed and let me test drive both cars. Also sales manager stayed and looked at my trade. Monday morning I called and made my choice by Tuesday I was driving my new car. All paperwork was smooth and cut and dry.

I still cant believe that my salesperson agreed to drive to Pittston pa 80 miles away to drive me to sunbury to pick up a 2013 Hyundai azera . Also the car needed a replacement part that they had to order for me the partcame in into days my salesman Dean called and said Jim I will drive up to Pittston tomorrow pick up your car drive it to Sunbury replace part and drive it back to Pittston for you. I still cannot believe that this type of service is available in this day and age. This was my first car purchase from Sunbury Motors. I must say it was quite nice. When my fiance and I arrived on the lot to look around, we were not attacked by salesman. We had the opportunity to walk around and look for about 15 minutes in peace. Chris Foust then introduced himself and asked if he could help with anything. He proceded to say he would be inside if we had any questions or wanted to take anything for a test drive. He was very nice. Took a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon for a ride. He gave us the price of the car. There was no "what payment are you looking at" questions. We went home to think it over. There were no hounding phone calls saying there were other people looking at the car or lowering of the price. We decided to buy the one that was on the showroom floor. They put a sold sign on it with no money down and no commitment from me. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the car, all paperwork was ready and waiting for my signature. Chris then showed us all the options on the car. It was a relaxing car buying experience. I would go back.

I have to say this is the first car I have purchased that I was not happy with the salesman or the dealership. I traveled a short distance to look at the car and it was a great looking one. I cannot say enough about the condition. But, trying to get a hold of the salesman as I had questions was impossible. The vehicle does not have an automatic start, which I figured I could put in after I picked-up the car. One question I was asked by the company installing it was, is there a "floor" airbag. Finally after several attempts, the salesman called me back and said no there wasn't. So I was glad because the auto start could be installed. Took the vehicle to have it done - wrong - there is a floor airbag and the auto start has to be installed by a Toyota dealer. Called our local dealer and they said they do not make an auto start any longer for the 2009 models. So, this purchase, which was a surprise birthday gift for my husband, is turning out to be a dud. Then, when my husband went down to transfer the tags from his vehicle to the Camry, he said the finance person was giving him a tough time because the loan was in my name and the vehicle in his. Why would that have been a problem. We have been purchasing vehicles in this manner for years and this was the first time we ever ran into this situation. The other problem, the girls who would answer the phone were rude and when you asked for the salesman, they usually told me they did not know where he was and said I could go to his voice mail - well that was okay except there was problem with his voice mail and when I asked them to leave the salesman a message - I never got a call back. The whole deal was very stressful and time consuming. So, I am hoping whomever is reading this can figure out a way for this auto start for this car, since the problem was created because of miss information and now my husband has a car that is not the way it was suppose to be. I would not recommend anyone to come to Sunbury to purchase either a new or used car from the dealership. And so you also know, when they delivered the car for me, whomever gave the drivers the address where the car was to be delivered messed that up to and it was two hours late getting to the location. With all the mistakes with this sale it is evident that your employees need some training. Sorry for the negativity; but, I am very, very upset at this point.

From the first contact in customer service with Lana to our visit to the dealership and the friendly welcome by your receptionist, it was just great! Then Dave in sales took time to present the vehicle and details about the SMC story of customer satisfaction. The buying process was straight forward without the anticipated sales games. It was quite easy to arrange the purchase and setup a delivery schedule. We we returned to take delivery, Dave was once again there to make sure everything was as promised. We met with Mark Anderson for the handling of the paperwork in a very professional manner. Mark took extra care to help my wife with her personal needs in a gentlemanly fashion. This was my third time buying a car from Sunbury Motors and it was just as great of an experience as I remember the other two being! My sales rep was Ian Chucoski & he was EXCELLENT! He was very nice and laid back...no pressure whatsoever. The Quick Lane Department is the only department at Sunbury Motors knows how to treat us the best. They do excellent work. It's definately not like the run around and lies that we got when my Daughter bought a new car there 3 weeks ago. It was another nightmare experience. My Daughter ordered new mats for her new car there at the parts department. I called them to see if they were in. They told me they came in 6 days ago before I called. I said why didn't you call me. The guy said he has to see who was responsible for calling us. My Daughter went to pick them up. They couldn't find them. She waited 35 minutes until someone found them. The staff at Sunbury Motors was outstanding when we arrived to pick up our 2015 Lincoln MKS. They were very accommodating in meeting our time schedules when we notarized the tile for the trade-in, provided the necessary documentation for financing, discussed extended warranty and were patient in answering our questions. They did a thorough job of reviewing all the uniquefeatures on the new car. They were very polite and professional. However, this unit was ordered in July of 2015 and did not arrive until January of 2016. We felt this was unreasonable and were very disappointed with Ford/Lincoln Motor Company. Our response to question #2 is a result of our personal philosophy not to make recommendations to family and friends and should in no manner be considered a negative reflection on the staff at Sunbury Motors.

We drove more than an hour to look at a car they had online on their website. They greeted us at the door and were friendly from the start ....without being pushy. The car we wanted to see was at a different lot of theirs which was 10-15 minutes away. Mark the Finance Manager offered to go get the car and bring it to us....rather than make us go find the other lot.....Greatly appreciated this gesture. While waiting they assessed our trade in...and got the process going. We worked with salesman Ian...who was friendly....helpful and not pushy. We did our research and came prepared with what we wanted for our trade in ....and what we were willing to pay for the car.... After just one " back and forth" with the manager....we agreed on a very good price and the deal was done. In and out in less than 2 hours... Great place...great people...and worth the drive to Sunbury. Not the feel of the big city dealers who are pushy....and just trying to make a buck. I bought my first vehicle( 2012 ford escape) from Sunbury Motors. Not knowing what to expect, because of some of my experiences with other car dealers. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the dealership, I was greeted very pleasantly by both the woman at the counter and the salesman nearest the door. Tony Hughes ended up being that salesman. I couldn't be happier with Tony. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and not pressured into something I really didn't want. Then in December my wife was in an accident leaving her car totaled. After insurance process was finished. I did not hesitate to go right back to Sunbury Motors to see Tony. Again Tony helped us out. After being treated so well by Tony and the financial staff , and everyone else at Sunbury Motors. There is no doubt Sunbury Motors will be the first place I go for my vehicle needs. I asked them to check my passenger window, going up slow. They said it was not a problem and when finished, they told me the weather strip was twisted and causing it to come up slower and pulling power on the motor. I purchased a 2016 Escape. I am happy with my vehicle however I was disappointed when the man in financial, Dan Miller told me that it already had the vin etching on the windows and I had been charged for it. I had no desire to purchase it and also had no choice since it was installed already which I had not been told about before hand. I was told that it amounted to $199 which was added in to my total and I had no say about it. I was told by Ford that it would likely lower my insurance with it being in the glass since it is a theft deterrent. However that has not been the case. With all the nervousness that comes over me during the purchase of a vehicle, I have always felt at ease when dealing with Sunbury Motors - whether its working with the body shop, scheduling a service appointment, using the Quick Lane or most recently, trading my car in for an SUV. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Sunbury Motors, and every experience has been the same - a pleasure! I have always been made to feel like I am their one and only customer and returning to their dealership for my vehicle purchases is like going home to see family. Kyle and Auralee were wonderful in working with me - I was emailing them all hours of the day/night with questions and they were prompt in responding and went the extra mile to help to meet all my needs. I had a great buying experience with Sunbury Motors. I emailed the dealership to inquire about a gently used 2015 Dodge Dart they had listed on the Internet. I live in Maryland and could not see the car before making an offer. I worked with Cory on the deal, and came to visit the dealership a few days later. The car was like new, and they even took the time to detail the car (including waxing it) and having it ready for me to go over. I test drove the car, got all my questions answered and agreed to the final offer. Paperwork took a few minutes and I was out the door. It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive to make this purchase at Sunbury Motors!

Service was great but facilities are lacking. I had business at all three buildings, Quick Lane, Parts, and Service and had to go to each building individually. There was no central service window for me to interact with that took care of everything. The place was very busy, and we all had to share one small, crowded, dirty waiting area with restroom right there, no privacy. There was a toddler who ate too many of the free cookies and got sick all over some seats and floor, and a lady's coat. The young mother took her into the restroom to throw up for about 10 minutes, it seemed, and left the door open so we heard it go all over the fixtures and floor. You could hear everything! Then the little girl came out and grabbed at all the oranges, apples, and more free cookies with her grimy hands that had crawled over the filthy floor! Also there is no area for privacy for discussion of costs related to service matters. Some poor fellow beside me needed more than he bargained for, and the service rep had to discuss a credit account for him in front of all of us! Just awful!! That was my second visit there. The first time I accepted a complimentary car wash and whoever dried my car used a cloth with something scratchy in it and scratched up my windshield. I had to drive the hour back the next day (after trying multiple times to get someone to talk to me about it-said they didn't do it), and they buffed it out, thankfully!

My service was a recall on my Ford Focus. I dropped my car off Sunday afternoon so it was on the lot for 7 am Monday morning. I received a call mid-afternoon that it was finished and ready for pick-up. I picked it up the next day. It works better than ever. Much less chatter in the clutch. I have to admit the fuel mileage is much less than advertised but otherwise I have not been disappointed with my Focus.

The engine began to malfunction on the day before we were to leave for a trip and the dealership was able to work us in and make the repairs so we did not have to postpone our trip more than a few hours.We were thankful to get the repairs made so fast ( bad coil and spark plug)

The staff is friendly. The staff is pleasant. They used to wash a car after the service. They don't do that anymore. It didn't occur to me to ask if any of the repairs were covered by the warranty. Maybe they should tell a client, or check in that before billing a client? I always feel confident and safe when I leave from a routine service.

My wife hit a curb with our new escape with 8,000 miles on it that caused a hole in the sidewall of the right rear tire. We put the doughnut tire on it and without an appointment walked in at 9:00am. We asked for two new tires to be put on the front, the two good front tires to be put on the rear, and the one still good rear tire to be saved so we could mount it and have a full spare. Everything was done by 10:30! I couldn't be happier with SMC. Thank you.

I purchased my "new to me" Toyota Rav4 from Sunbury Motor Company. My experience from beginning to end was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Finance Manager Jeff Bittner had every single piece of paperwork ready for me when I arrived on the day of pick up. The sales guys were great. One of them wiped down the dash and instrument panel for me because I mentioned it was on the dusty side, and another guy let me borrow his iPhone charger so I could plug in my work phone while I was with Jeff signing the paperwork. Best vehicle purchase experience I ever had. It was a considerable distance to drive to purchase a vehicle (I live in Lancaster) but it was worth every minute and every mile. Thank you so much, guys!

The air conditioning on my Explorer quite working. I had determined that the lines to the rear unit had sprung a leak and it needed some professional help. Upon initial inspection, the service bay determined that my analysis of the problem was correct and new lines were needed. It took a couple of days for the lines to arrive. Upon attempting to replace them, it was determined that the lines could not be disconnected from other lines they were connected to. This meant more lines had to be ordered, at a big increase in the bill. Although some help was provided on the bill, I still think it was way over the top to replace a couple of air conditioner lines.

Had business on "the strip" - ABS and "slippery" lights lit up - finished business and started for home - lights still lit, but now there was a terrible growling, grinding noise & vehicle acted like we were driving with the brakes grabbing and letting go - limped and groaned from the strip to Sunbury Ford - filled out the envelope and deposited the key in the night drop slot - next morning, Sunbury Ford gave us an estimate for price to fix - very shortly thereafter they called to let us know the vehicle was ready for pick-up. As usual, Sunbury Ford was great! The only thing that could have made this a better experience is if someone had been there to give us a loaner car so we could get home (this happened on a Sunday).

Most of what I had serviced was good, however, I'm having a problem with my air conditioning smelling musty. The tech said my cabin filter didn't need replaced, so they sprayed something in the system to hopefully clean things and remove the smell, but that didn't work at all! I'm still plagued with the nasty smell. I would really like to get this problem fixed, b/c I think it's contributing to some sinus problems I have. It smells very moldy, which we all know causes problems for a lot of people.

I brought my car to have 3 recalls fixed and then also to have a fuel pump installed. My problem was fixed, and was relatively painless. Price was actually less than my small garage I to where normally take my car. The constant reminder to take a survey in my email box was annoying. I noticed that my inspection sticker had expired in May of 2015 (I had purchased it new in October and made the assumption that it expired in October. When I called Ben at Quick Lane, he told me to come in and he would work me in. That he did! I recently lost power on my 2012 Ford Focus to the point I could press on the gas peddle/rev the engine (increase rpms) while driving but the vehicle would not engage/accelerate. It was as if the vehicle went into neutral by itself. The issue turned out to be that the transmission controller went bad. My vehicle was covered by the manufacturer's warranty and Sunbury Motors responded immediately with a loaner vehicle, and fixed the problem within 48hrs. I am very pleased with the response of Sunbury Motors and the service rendered on my Ford Focus.

I called before I came and when I got there they had the car I wanted and a sales rep ready for me. Our sales rep Mike is awesome!!!! QuickLane: I really like being able to "walk-in" for service... as does everyone else I talk to that goes there. The problem is, they are getting SO BUSY that oftentimes they don't have time to get you in. Trying to make an appointment is even worse... they don't want to schedule you for WEEKS! AND, with my job, I never really know when I'll have time until I HAVE TIME. Perhaps an expansion or longer "OPEN" hours would be a solution? I like it there, but if it stays like this continually, I'll look for another option.Service Center: Kind of the same problem here, only worse... their hours are 7AM-3PM Mon-Fri... I leave for work at 6:30AM and don't get home until at least 5PM (Mon-Fri. I'm typically off Sat-Sun, but they are CLOSED. Really inconvenient hours....

F-150 4X4 2009 Truck.Overall service was good. I did have one issue with the tailgate making a clunk noise when lifting it up and down.My truck is under extended warranty and I felt that this problem should be corrected at no cost. The bushings need replaced. I was told I had to buy new ones,the service tech did pump grease in the tailgate and this helped.I learned that this issue has happened before to other trucks also. Still having trouble with the sorrento. Twice, on our trip to Raleigh, it wouldn't start. Put the car from park into neutral and it started. was into the shop to check into the problem and the machanics couldn't find anything wrong. They thought it was the remote start that the dealer installed on the car on request when I purchased it. They disconnected it, at my expense, figuring was the cause of the problem... Wrong... it still sporactically will not start. Whether it occurs after a short trip into town and was parked... The incident occurrs.... Or driven many miles like we did to Raleigh... (Parked and when we tried to start the car ) it doesn't start unless we put it from park into neutral. We did have an incident when we were in Virginia and it wouldn't start. It was different in the fact that there was a clicking sound when we tried to start the car in an attempt to turn over. This problem was a discharged battery and started with a jump start. When the other incidents occurs the lights come on and that is it no turn over noise ...nothing. Then you put it into neutral and it starts. Just mentioning it (again and every time it happens) in case there comes a time that it doesn't start even in neutral so I have a history.

I was mostly satisfied with the service. The only thing that bothered me was I was told I may need to have my spark plugs replaced because of a low maintenance reading. When I told the attendant that I had just had my spark plugs replaced the last time I was here he confirmed what I said when he checked the computer. A couple of months ago my wife amd I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2014...it had been many years since i last purchased a brand spanking new vehicle and we were very cautious in doing so...we actually desired to buy new used ...but our finances did not support in doing so...there was a particular car we wanted to get and we were disappointed when we could not get that car out of the lot....the sales representative showed us some other cars that would be more suitable for us in this particular situation... especially with the large discounts and rebates they were willing to give to us by purchasing one of those vehicles and so we did... it was much more car than we expected...so beautiful....nice and spacious....and most importantly to us ....very affordable... my wife and I are very busy and have vere hectic schedules ...and to be honest we did not have a lot of time to spend on looking around for vehicles and getting no results....everyone there was so helpful and courteous....so friendly....we do not even live close by to this dealership...but i can honestly say i was more than blessed by visiting Sunbury Motor Company....just the other day we got our first oil change for our car....the service was fast and friendly and if we had questions about anything the staff was more than willing to help and answer questions...i remember that same morning another older woman coming in by herself just wanted someone to check her tire pressure and oil level before she started out on a long trip to see her family...she was not scheduled to come in ...no appointment...but they still assisted her with a smile....i was really impressed that day with Sunbury Motor Company....

I gave you a 4 this time because after I got home the check engine like came on. This has happened the last 2 times I have gotten the oil changed. I have had to run my car back and have the car checked over. Each time a sensor has had to be reset.

We have a 2011 Soul KIA. Bought it brand new. I called to have Quick Lube order four brand new tires and when they came in to schedule an appointment for us. I wanted the same tires that were on my car and sure enough that's what they got me. I was happy. When I got my bill there was no charge because Mike told me we had our service done on schedule so the first set was free. WE were very happy. Something like this goes a long way towards our loyalty to Sunbury Ford and its subsidiaries. Thanks again for the good and honest service that you provide.

Awesome front desk people, my appointment was on time. I had a issue with due to a rear end collision preventing it from passing inspection. The car had no metal or light damage only a bumper issue. They worked it out until the adjuster could look at the car. I am VERY grateful and very happy with the service of the SMC QuickLane !

Our salesman, Whitey, was great he drove 90 minutes to pick me up (at 8am!) so that I wouldn't have to rent a car to get to Sunbury. He found exactly the car I wanted (a 2014 CMAX Energi) and made the process smooth. Other dealerships ran me around in circles, made promises they couldn't keep, lied to get me into the showroom, tried to sell me a car other than the one I was looking for, and/or had no idea how the CMAX worked (two different dealerships ran the battery dry before I even arrived to look at it, and then couldn't figure out why it wouldn't run!)There was none of this funny business at Sunbury everything was quick and painless.

I had been looking for a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium for a couple of months. I had a 2011 Ford Focus but really liked the upgrades in the Titanium. I found one I liked at Sunbury Motors but had to cancel several appointments with the salesperson, Dave Jimison, due to the weather and illness but finally was able to meet with him and make the purchase. Dave explained everything to me throughout the process and the day I picked up the car, Dave sat in the car with me and my daughter and went over all the features and answered my questions. He was great to work with! I haven't even driven the car a week yet and I love it! The car drives very nicely and I am very pleased. I also enjoyed working with Joe Galiley in customer services and he also made a follow-up call to me to a couple of days later to see how I was doing with the new car. Mark Anderson was also very nice to work with in the finance department. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I bought a 2014 Ford Edge a few days ago from the dealership. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining all the options we have and walk us through all the features of the vehicle. We recently moved to PA and had some issues with the out-of-state driver's license but the people there were very patient and helped us resolve the problem. Will see how the parts&service dept does in a few months when we go back for service.

I got my F150 stuck in a ditch while snow plowing last Saturday. I tried to pull it out with my Dad's tractor but to no avail. I finally called SMC for a wrecker because they have 24 hour service. Within one hour Paul shows up but unable to get up my Dad's lane because of drifting snow. He did not give up however and drove up, backed up and drove up and backed up about 10 to 12 times. He finally got there to pull me out. He was very courteous and professional. I was very happy at getting out of that ditch. It was cold and windy by the way. Paul did a great job!!

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Sunbury Motor Company. This obviously is not the type of car that SMC specializes in, as they are a Ford dealer. Despite it not being a Ford, the staff, salespeople, financing people were wonderful to deal with. My husband and I take purchasing a vehicle seriously, and we do not like to be rushed. Our salesperson did not rush us whatsoever and allowed us to take as much time to think as we needed (even allowing us to stay 30 minutes past closing time). We did not finance with SMC, we went through a local credit union that SMC does not deal with. Even with that, they were flexible and handled everything professionally.We spotted a crack on the break light that the management/sales person did not see. They offered to fix it at no cost and apologized profusely for them not seeing it. The part was brought in and fixed before we even picked up the car.

Much more pleasant experience than a dealer we visited in the Harrisburg area. We were welcomed and treated as a valued customer. Low pressure other than when extended warranty was offered. Thought the glass coating would have been done day prior of picking up car. Tony Hughes took the time to answer any questions we had explained everything to us as well as went over the basics of the car before we left.

As always, our service experience was very good. Our car repair was satisfactory. We had to wait several months to get an appt. due to the heavy need for service related to severe hail storms in our area, but our car was drivable, and this created no problem for us.Our insurance covered the cost of a rental car while the car was in the shop, so this also was not inconvenient.

My appointment for my oil change was at 4:00. I arrived about 5 minutes before 4. My car was taken in to be services only a few minutes later. I really appreciated that, since I was waiting and didn't have anywhere else to go that day. The complimentary car wash was extremely welcome. the sun was out that day and my car was caked with salt from the previous day's snow storm, so it was great to get all that washed off.

We like Sunbury motors but the tech who worked on our navigator left a little to be desired, although it all worked out in the end. The Sirius radio module had gone out and my husband had bought me one for my birthday and attempted to install. He did get to where he could hook it up but decided taking shifter console off was more than he wanted to do. So we called and made appointment, let them know we had the part, just needed it swapped out. I left the radio on, on Sirius when I dropped it off. Hours later my husband gets a call stating that it was wrong module, and needed programmed. It was WORKING when they pulled it into the garage!!! We did our homework before buying the module, and yes it was used but there was nothing wrong with it. My husband told them this and insisted that they go ahead and install. They were to call when finished, which they had estimated at 1 1/2 hours. 15 min before closing (we didn't know that they were closing early due to the death of Bob Mertz, a very distant relative of my husband) WE called them to find out it was done. We couldn't make it over in time so I arranged to pay by cc over the phone so that they could leave it on the lot so I could pick it up as I needed it early the next day. I will continue to use their service, in the past we have had nothing but A+ service, this must have been a misunderstanding, and the phone call forgotten.

In regards to the question on why I purchased my car at sunbury motors, Kia......Austin sold me my first sportage and then my Sorrento. When my kids got a very bad deal with another dealership he helped them by pulling together the purchase of their forte. You don't need a friend in a salesman but it does help when someone is there to deal with your concerns and help a person out when an unreliable dealer has taken advantage of your family. As far as I'm concern Austin is the man I want to sell me my next car and it will be a Kia!In return I have used quick lane service for repairs and minor service for my cars. It is easy to schedule service and it is done right the first time. Any problems voiced are taken seriously. I have had problems and they did their best to address them and if the problem can't be diagnosed it is noted and closely followed.
