I bought a 2008 Volkswagen GTI from this lot. I reviewed this lot and it had mixed reviews, some bad some good. But I gave them a chance and went for it. We drove from Kalamazoo MI. Got there and got a car salesman named Eddie Bauer isn’t that weird. Anyway the car was running a little rough and we couldn’t pin point what it was. He said he would have his mechanic look at it or what would i want to do to make the deal. He took some money off and we drove it back. He was very honest and i would buy from them again. We had the car tuned up and it runs great.

I have purchased three vehicles from wholesale outlet over the years and will probably purchase more in the future. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And they are one of the few used car dealers around left that does business the easy honest way. Their vehicles have a clearly marked price on the windshields, and it gives you a reasonable starting point on the purchase price. Stay away from the Lots with no prices visible on the cars. Their staff is trained to assess you and try to get as much money from you as they can when you ask for the price of the car. It leaves you negotiating for half a day with them from a ridiculously high price to one that might eventually be reasonable. At wholesale auto you start with a reasonable price and in all likelihood will be able to get them to come down a little on it at least.

Bought a car from this business a week ago. Jeffery Stone gave great customer service. Patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Made a call to owner when there was a slight issue. He was able to resolve the issue in 5 minutes.

So I bought a 2008 Land Rover... Boy was she sexy day one.. but dayy two the alarm wouldn't cut off and neither would the check engine light. So I contact wholesale outlet mad out of my mind the next day because the car wouldn't start. I contacted Ron from wholesale outlet.. he had my car sent to Land Rover, got it fixed and brought it to my job when it was ready.... I had to remind myself this was a wholesale dealer, and they don't usually do that. Due to Ron's people skill and problem solving I now have a mechanic to call on to help with this vehicle due to me being disabled I'm not good at this. As of today I'm more confident in trying to figure it out thanks again Ron you're awesome.

3 stars cause the guys are nice and seem like some very nice people but their vehicles condition needs to be more addressed basically they misrepresent the condition of thier vehicles make sure you get a walk around video or more pics before looking at the vehicles.Some are good and some are in not so good condition.Might be the area that the dealership is located, lots of traffic equals not so good condition vehicles.On another note their vehicles need to show walk around videos and more description of vehicles condition and more closer pics so the damaged areas are seen.Make a note of damaged areas on the listing and add pics and a video that will help future buyers to know what they are coming to see and will get better reviews cause you will be more detailed and seem more honest.
