I would highly recommend Timbrook Kia to anyone looking for a new car. I was greeted promptly by Tyler who went right to work to help me find the perfect car. And Carrie worked hard at the financing. They truly make purchasing a new vehicle hassle free and enjoyable. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours.

Everything was good except one small point. Tried to work a better deal/payment. Tyler checked and said they couldn’t. When the loan was being processed, they couldn’t get me the 2.9% (which makes no sense seeing my credit score is 711) so they took off another 1000$ toward rebates to keep my payment where we discussed. If they could do that then, why did they tell me they couldn’t in the first place.

Went in here not sure if I was going to trade my car In or just walk away. After talking to Mike, he told me about the specials going on and answered all of my questions and concerns. I let him know I went to a competitor up the road and they didn’t offer any of the things that Kia did. They even beat the trade in value of my car after my appraisal at the competitors lot. Hands down one of the friendliest places if ever purchased a car from. Everyone was polite and said hi. Plus, I left with a brand new car with a better interest rate than my last! I’m now the proud new owner of a New 2021 Kia Soul S eco dynamics. Thanks Mike and the team from Timbrook Kia!

Thank you to Mr. Bill Pritts and Dina Wilson!! Mr. Pritts always met on the lot or at the door! He was always very kind and made sure I got the car I wanted! When I go in for service, he still greets me at the door and asks how everything is going! He will always be my "go to" for any car I purchase!Thank you to Dina who always makes the numbers work!! Your time and diligence was very much appreciated! I also appreciated that you made sure I had a car to drive while mine was in for a little touch up!
