I've always had a good experience with every staff member. The only thing I don't like about having my Buick, is that I can only have my oil changed at the dealership. The wait time for an oil change is ridiculously long even when I get there by 8:00 am. Its also extremely expensive. I have always been treated nicely and staff always immediately answers any questions I may have.

The work was done on time with little hassle. After the tire rotation, the tire imbalance light on the dashboard came on, so I had to check all the tire pressures myself. They were ok, so I reset the light. Should have been done at the dealership.

Even late in the day, Brian at the service desk takes a customer (me) needing to get the battery replaced in his wife's car after she found herself stranded in a parking lot by requesting that the technician delay his departure long enough to put her back on the road and not be left with no car until the next day. He also took the time to vacuumed out the interior, and then Brian applied an available discount and carried on a lively, friendly and courteous conversation with both the husband and wife while waiting for the transaction to get closed out so he could get home after a long day of customer service. Where can you find three more like him...you business will double.

I was just going to have a alignment and an oil change done on my 07 suburban after I got tires put on by Discount Tire. So I called your service department and talked to Martin. He set it up but then asked me how much D.T. was going to charge me. I told him and he then told me he could get me the tires, alignment, oil change and install a broken mirror I had already purchased all for less than what D.T. Was going to charge me. Plus he found an additional $100 in rebates for me. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else than Titus will for service. You guys earned my business and shattered my perceptions of dealships costing too much. Thank you for your old fashioned customer service!

I use to own a 2010 Buick Enclave that had 130k miles on it and it started giving me a lot of issues so they became like family because I was always there. I traded in that one for a 2015 Buick Enclave and went in for a small concern and again they were wonderful. It's like family. They know you by name, they remember why you were there last time, they greet you at the door. Karen was just as excited about my new car as I was! The service staff was very friendly and showed a lot of compassion during a stressful situation. I drove my husband's Escalade from the Yakima area and was due to take it back across the mountain pass the next day. Your wonderful service staff fit me in when I was concerned about the belts making noise and repaired a malfunctioning water pump, the back brakes and did a few other things. And I had the Escalade back the next day and drove back to Yakima. Thank you soooo much!

The experience was OK. The problem with the car was more difficult than expected. The code that was provided by the computer pointed to a part. That part was replaced and the code persisted. They continued to work on the problem until it was repaired. The problem was solved, but the time involved was considerably longer than predicted. The staff kept me informed of their progress and were apologetic about the time involved.

Went in for oil change. Waited in line about 45 mins thats the avarage. while i was there priced a set of tires and found a nice set. Asked three times if they were 10 ply and was told yes. I ordered them and asked about a alinement. Was told they could do this in about a hour. I said go ahead and do the tires and alinement. 11/2 hours latter i was told the tires were not 10 ply but they could order them for $160 more I said no They said they will put my tires back on After another 15 min I was told they did have some 10 plys for only $60 more then first tires. I asked what the warner was. After 15 more min I was told it was 20 thousand miles less then other tires I told them no Once again they said they would put my tires back on After coming in at 930 and leaving at 145 I did get my oil changed but did not get any tires and did not get the ailinment I asked for Great service dept

I was very satisfied with the service however after everything was done I was told there was a rear differential problem that needed adjustment but that it would take five hours. I was never asked if I would like to have that done, but was told that I could make an appointment to have it done later. When I had arrived, I was told that if something was found that I would be offered a rental car. So I am not understanding what happened there.

Karen in the service department is always helpful, explains the situation and what is needed thoroughly. Some of the men tend to talk down to me, as a woman, and assume I am ignorant of automobiles and how to care for them. Granted the new computer dependent cars and the set up as far as where things like batteries, alternators and such are located are much more difficult to assess than previous generations of vehicles.

If I had one complaint it would be about the training of the service team when it applies to some basic vehicle functions. Such as in my vehicle's case, being able to find and use the hidden key release button as the interlock was having a malfunction and not automatically releasing it.

Wait times for SpeedyLube are starting to get long. I came at mid-day on Friday, and there was over an hour wait. I came back later at about 5:00 PM, and the wait time was about 45 minutes. There were only 2 bays open for oil changes. You should consider opening up a 3rd bay.

Used the Speedylube (often do). The wait was longer than previous but it is indicative of a successful business that it becomes busier as word gets out. We arrived about 12:15 and the attendant said the wait would be about 2 hours because of the cars ahead of us and that if we came back about 2:30 the wait would be probably shorter. We came back and the line was the same 2 hour wait. No complaints because I know you plan to open more bays and it shows that what you are doing is popular.

The only negative I can mention is that I thought the truck should have been cleaned a little better before we took delivery. They(the technicians) did the best they could as (usual), after a long wait ,explained as a "system glitch "turning a 15 min. oil change into a 1 1/2 hour svc. They also pointed out the fact that the 2 filters they replaced had not been replaced, when I got the car, 10/31/2014, a few days after purchasing it from your dealership. As I had the available funds at the time, all was covered, "lifetime oil change" paid at the time I purchased the car, and filters paid for at the svc..........

My wife and I came looking for a replacement for her 2013 Impala that was totalled. From the first contact with the sales person, it seemed that we were in good hands. We were looking for a used Chevy Cruze, but there was limited inventory throughout the dealer's network. They offered us a new Cruze, which was a little more than we were looking to spend, but it fit the rest of the criteria we had given them. As the lot attendant pulled the car up, a crowd of salesmen formed around it. The car had been damaged in shipping. In short order, a different car with similar features was located and brought up for us to test drive. We decided it was perfect and proceeded with the buying process. Long story short, the experience was great. The friendly and helpful staff was quite the opposite of what you would expect based on typical dealership stereotypes. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would definitely buy another car from Titus Will and would send any family or friends their way as well. The slogan is correct. I love my Titus Will.

It was the 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Particularly liked the shuttle service and the fact that the cost of the visit was less than the initial quote. My car ran great before I came in and after I left...even a bit smoother acceleration. A free car wash was thrown in and my next service needs were explained and given to me. The front desk person returning my car to me was very well informed and responsive to my questions. Now if you could only deliver this level of service for about 25% less.

This weekend's service staff seemed less knowledgable about my LaCrosse regarding how to use the car's features to put the right amount of air in the tires and what the standard practice that I inquired about was for rotating the tires. They said observable wear rather than every other oil change visit. I accepted their opinion with mild regret and did not challenge it. The intake process upon arrival was courteous, friendly, and thorough. You are still better than the competition, regardless of one or two minor irrregularities.Merry Christmas!

Not only did the crew at your Speedy Lube do an inspection, also checked and topped off fluids, tire pressure, etc. Also took the opportunity to install a new cabin air cleaner and wiper blades. The experience at the dealership was good. I did use the shuttle service and maybe that can be extended. I'm a service member working on JBLM. The shuttle service could not go beyond ten miles so I had to find a way to get to work and back to the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced.

I was initially greeted by a very friendly blonde gal with pigtails. She looked as if she was ready to go skiing. She set me up for the visit in no time while checking all the lights and mileage and providing me with a future date of return service decal for m window. She was delightful. My wait was relatively short and then an entourage of pleasant young men waved me to their garage space and converged on my car simultaneously. They performed all the needed maintenance and oil change work in 15 min or so. I asked one young man to switch out my ignition key holders with the smaller key loops provided by GM (because of the recent recall) and because I did not have the finger dexterity to do myself and he performed it with no questions asked. A female advisor explained to me that a cabin filter was in need of change and was covered under warranty. She also reminded me to set up service with the Service dept due to the recent recall. I left feeling like I received great value for my visit plus a car wash. Thank you for creating such a great program for my car. I tried to give a tip to the advisor but she would not take it because it was against policy. I appreciated their attention to details and the camaraderie that the entire team of staff demonstrated. They were all jovial, kind and seemed to really enjoy working together. Great job!

I recently took my Buick Lucerne to Titus Will for a 30,000 check. Everything was okay. Three days later the brake light and traffic control light would come on while I was driving - took it back to the shop and was informed it was the master cylinder. Many Kudos to Meisha Malmer who took extra steps and made the impossible work for me. She arranged for a rental car, kept me informed of the status and progress - an outstanding customer service!

I came in bc I was on an oil consumption test for my Suburban. The car was blowing white smoke and it was definitely not good and pretty embarrassing when I would be driving. Karen in Service had pre-warned me that it is possible has to do with the Pistons and Rings. After a few times brining in my car for oil consumption testing, I got to know Karen a lil more as well as Meesha who took over Karen's "people" when she went to the Parkland location. Was a bit nervous I may add to have Karen leave and have a new person take care of me however, Karen reassured me that Meesha would be just as great! She was right. I felt just as confortable w/ Meesha as I did Karen. After multipul phone calls back and forth she finally gave me the news that most likely what my car needed done probably would not be covered under National and goodness how much it would cost.........during that phone call, I was a bit emotional bc how am I to come up w/ all that $$. A day or so later, she said she had spoke to her GM and they were able to do 50/50 with me regarding the whole service since I havn't had the car for very long. I've gotten to know the crew so well bc I've had to bring it in multiple times since the date of purchase. I was blown away that this was even considered as an option. Lets just say I am forever thankful and so greatful for everyone that took part in getting my baby healthy again. This service location has top notch customer service and I recommend anyone and everyone to go there. Thank you Karen, Meesha, GM, maintenance crew! Now my baby is back to normal. So far so good. PS: I got an email today stating this below, was stating I haven't been in in 10mo, which is not correct. Not sure if you can change that in the system. Dear Angkoreacheany Thach, We miss you! We noticed that your Chevrolet has not been in for service in the last 10 months.If you have chosen to have your Suburban 1500 serviced elsewhere for any reason, we'd like to know. Overall, things went well. The shuttle was prompt both departing and returning. The work appears to have been done professionally and within the timeframe quoted. On the downside, I was a little disappointed to find that the vehicle wasn't vacuumed (this is typically done when changing the oil) and my half-off oil change coupon was not used (even though I mentioned it to the service agent and left it on the seat divider so that it was easy to see). Not a big deal, but a missed opportunity to earn an excellent rating.

Just 2 issues, first the prices were higher than most other quotes we had received previously but we weren't able to obtain a quote prior to dropping the vehicle off at TW Chevrolet because it was a weekend and we were going on vacation. Second issue was that the car had a dead battery when my wife went to pick up the vehicle, we had informed you that we would be picking in up on a specific date, so service should have ensured that the vehicle was completely ready. Last week I had scheduled the front seatbelt warranty service and oil change to be done on my 14 Acadia. Was told it would only take an hour to hour and half. When I arrived for the scheduled service, Meisha said it would take about 2 1/2 hours to have all the work completed. So we rescheduled for 7/30/14 to have just the warranty work completed. When I arrived on 7/30/14 Meisha said that the parts were not available due to a reordering issue. She remembered I had been in the week before and that I live outside of Olympia. She asked us to wait to see if the shop could find another part. It only took less than two minutes for her to let us know a part had been located and they could do the work. We left the car, in about an hour she called to say the car was ready. I really appreciate the service we received from Meisha Malmer.

I have ALWAYS been pleased with Titus-Will and would highly recommend them. Right now it is GM I am very UNHAPPY with - due to the recalls. The radio is still giving me issues because it is duplicating some of my own music on my thumb drive and that is all I listen to. T-W has tried to fix the situation but with no success - and I cannot continue to bring the car 95 miles round trip to "try again". Initially I was told it was the thumb drive and my son (who is a computer tech) checked everything - music is NOT duplicated on the drive - only when plugged into the vehicle. I miss my CD player that will hold more than ONE CD and it wasn't in the glovebox! To have a 2013 vehicle with the recall issues after they have been out as long as they have is ridiculous. I doubt I will purchase another Cadillac as I have to drive the 95 mi. round trip for service. Titus Will has reimbursed me for some of it and I have had good personal service from their people. I am just frustrated with the recalls and my music issue that couldn't be solved - and it isn't just one particular album on the drive. It is distracting to "skip" over a duplicate song. I'm DONE trying to get it fixed now - lesson learned. I will miss the people at T-W if and when I trade again - but at 75 yrs old I don't want to drive as far. I doubt you will want to release my dissatisfaction comments but checked the box.

I was personally introduced to Bill Paul by Jamie Will when I purchased my first vehicle from Titus-Will. The transaction, follow-through and service from Bill could not have been any more seamless. I immediately felt a sense of honesty, integrity and working with Bill simply put is "effortless". Telephone and email from the sales department is not reliable. When I asked for a follow up when a certain model became available to see ad test drive, I never received notification. I stumbled upon the auto i was waiting for. I made an offer, sales person promised too call me back to see if offer was accepted. I never received a call back and went in the next day to find my sales person was off for the day. I closed the deal with the manager who was sociable and professional.

I called to make a service appointment for an oil change, battery replacement and an inoperative running light; was told all that could be handled at the Quick Lube. Oil change and battery were handled; they could not fix the running light (bad socket). They also found a cracked AC belt but there was no one available to repair that. So now I have to make another trip back; I am disappointed to have to make two trips for what I think could have been handled in one trip.

Unfortunately the Silverado I bought with high mileage on it , and on which I have put on less than 7,000 miles since the purchase, and on which I had had the transmission serviced by the dealership, after a few thousand miles later the entire transmission had to be replaced. Now the A/C unit is losing gas and not chilling. It is most unfortunate that this "good condition" PU looks good but is beginning to get a lemon flavoring to it! For the price paid for replacing the transmission and the price earlier to have the 95K servicing, I could have purchased a new Silverado truck! I had figured the truck to be good for driving two to three hundred thousand miles, but now I am beginning to doubt it. Question is, will I expect to replace the transmission again at another 100K miles?

I went in on 5/16 to get a top off on the Suburban. Was told by Speedy Lube that we had a small oil leak and to get it checked out. One of the girls made an appointment for us at 3pm for 5-19. When my fiance went in to get the car checked out was told by Karen in Service that our appointment was non existent. Confused and a little bummed we didn't get in but I rs'd the apt to 05-21. Karen gave me a call to let me know what happened but I wasn't upset. I feel she handled the situation very well and bc of her immaculate, supurb, amazing customer service how can you get mad, she made me laugh and feel at ease :) She's one of the main reasons I'm so glad we chose Titus Will. This is our fifth vehicle we have purchased from Titus-Will. Obviously we have been very satisfied or we wouldn't have kept returning for our new car purchases. We have been treated very fairly by salesman, Billy Paul and would definitely recommend him to anyone that would ask. Thanks again for a good sales experience. Although I could get this service done elsewhere, I chose Titus-Will because their service has been outstanding thus far - worth paying the price and convenient. After spending considerably more by choosing them, I was disappointed when I saw my truck hasn't been washed or vacuumed as it has been when its been in for previous service.

I went to the dealership to look at a car posted as being for sale. When I got there I discovered the vehicle had not passed certain tests and was to be sold at auction. I wish they would have checked the vehicle out before posting it to their site. It turned out to be a waste of my time. The vehicle was still on their site two days later. The people were nice though,

Service was fantastic as always. I got in with virtually no appointment, and major repairs to the window regulator (passenger window stuck in lowered position) and the automatic temperature controls were done the same day! This on my wifes 11-year-old Tahoe. Although Im always a little shocked at the price of car repair these days (I was an auto technician in Olympia myself for 14 years in my youth) I was surprised to arrive to pick up the beast and be treated to a lower price than I was quoted on the phone! If youre looking for the Gold Star, I give you FIVE. Side note: We just bought a 2014 Chevy Volt from you last week, and although Im hoping for years of trouble-free driving, Im thankful that Titus-Will is in my neighborhood if something goes wrong. Your service department, especially the friendly staff, make owning a Chevy pretty stress-free. Thank you.
