This is our second vehicle purchased within six months from Tom Bush BMW.. Great experiences both times. I would highly recommend anyone to this first class dealership. Earl Jackson was our salesperson and he is the best...he was our salesperson at Mercedes and now here at BMW. Can't say enough great things about him. If you are considering a BMW call Earl. The manager Rob D'Augustinis was great as well. All in all an overall great experience!!

I shopped around for a 4 series BMW and I went to the one in Orange Park, salesmen wasn't as friendly and didn't even allow me to test drive the car because I wasn't buying it so that's when I was driving around town and stopped at Tom Bush BMW, totally different experience! I was greeted and welcomed by Nick who allowed me to test drive the car and didn't push me to buy the car right then and there. Two months later I was back at the dealership buying a brand new 4 Series. The overall experience was great! Nick looked at me as a person and not just a potential buyer. He made my car buying experience easy and I didn't feel I had to use a certain scheme like i'm playing chess just to haggle with him buying the car. I would definitely recommend Nick and Tom Bush BMW to everyone in Jacksonville who's looking at buying a BMW. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

BMW contacted me regarding the pull forward program on my lease. I came into Tom Bush BMW to see what offers were available to me. I was quickly greeted by Nitin Amin who went over my options. Nitin was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the models and their features. He took his time with each test drive and fully explained all of the different options and comparisons. The best part of my deal was test driving the 750Li. I was not planning on looking at this model car, however Nitin worked out a dream come true deal. I am amazed that the process of trading in my existing lease and getting into a new beautiful 750 was so easy. Tom Bush BMW and Nitin far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot through the door to test drive the Mini Roadster, to the moment I received word that my new Mini Cooper S Coupe was delivered and drove off the lot, I knew I was at the right dealership. In general I do not enjoy buying cars;. i was recently in a car accident and had to replace the vehicle I had previously driven for the past 13 years. I'll save the long story....there was a time when Tom Bush was not making any decent deals with me. I had to buy all my BMW's in Daytona or Orlando, I even went as far as Houston to get a good deal on an M6 I used to own. Recently, all that changed to my surprise. I was searching their inventory and found an awesome 2013 750Li, loaded with everything, including rear entertainment. It was the right car for me. I thought I would go to the dealer and see how ridiculous their pricing was and see how much of a low-ball offer they would give me for my trade. I walked in and met Walt Pickens immediately. He didn't play around. He did give me a low-ball offer, but that was for the 7 series.....it was a good $10k lower than others I have seen with similar miles and options. I did not even feel the need to negotiate the price. Then they did something really unexpected, they gave me the same money for my trader as Brumos offered. I was shocked. The deal was done in under 5 mins. I signed the papers and it was done. Walt was fantastic. He does not play, will not jerk you around. I was very surprised that I was able to deal with Tom Bush. It seems that they have made some real changes in the way they do business. I am glad I no longer have to drive out of town or ship cars in. Tom Bush is once again competitive in their pricing and are giving fair dollars for trades. The internet shall set you free, so go and compare the prices for similar models and you will see that their prices are good. Ask for Walt, he's an older gentleman that has been in the car business for over 25 years. Very easy to deal with and a very honest, personable person. I would recommend Tom Bush which is something I have not done in the last 5 years! Good job as I am a very satisfied customer.

Barbara Beasley was our sales representative at Tom Bush BMW a couple of weeks ago when we purchased an X3. She was extremely helpful and considerate, and was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her as a sales representatives to anyone planning to buy a car at Tom Bush. Our only reservation about the buying process was about the amount of time it took. We had identified the car we were interested in buying; did not have a trade-in; and did not need financing. Nevertheless, the process took well over four hours, including a substantial amount of time signing the final papers (with a representative other than Ms. Beasley.) It would have been nice had the process been quicker.

It's funny, we went in with the "let's just see what they have" and the next thing I know, I'm driving a 128i convertible. That wasn't due to anyone twisting our arms or due to any wheeling-dealing tactic. It was BILL STEWART and Tom Bush Atlantic Blvd. and the fact that we had purchased 3 other vehicles there in the past. We met Bill on a late cold Friday night, revisited him on Saturday morning and knew we had met the right salesman but went to lunch and did some shopping at a few other spots ... well, we knew we had to go back to Bill. It was just a gut feeling and the time we spent with him and Tom Bush Atlantic Blvd. We didn't want to give our business to anyone else because of Bill and the fact that there were no hassles, just honesty and a willingness to please us. I didn't feel attacked as soon as we walked onto the lot. There is this genuine "let's truly help these folks" attitude. Saw that Tom Bush BMW had a used M6 in stock, so I went to check it out. Car was in beautiful condition, basically brand new despite being an 09. I had a X5 50i, but wanted something a little more special and fun to drive. Bill Stewart showed me the car, brought it out of the showroom to let me test drive it, and eventually let me take it home for the night just to see how I would like it. That was a large risk for a dealership and they went out of their way to help me make my decision. Throughout the trade-in process, Bill was honest and straight forward with me, getting me the best deal that could be made given all of the variables. This is the third car my family has purchased from Tom Bush, and we keep coming back time after time. They never disappoint, highly recommended!

We have a 2007 BMW Z4 and, because of our satisfaction with Tom Bush BMW, we looked there when it became time to replace our Lexus RX400H. We were happy with the Lexus which we drove for 7 years. But I really liked the BMW smorgasbord approach to picking options -- we pay only for what we want. They also offered the highest trade-in value for our used car. Chuck Hollis, our salesman, was great -- guiding us through the many options in a way I could understand/evaluate. We're now the happy owners of an X3 SUV. My wife and I had been casually checking the internet for several months for a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 750 to replace her 2006 750i. Though we were in no hurry, we did find a particularly interesting car located in Florida. (We are in northern South Carolina). The problem was that the car was a 5 1/2 hour drive away. After expressing some interest in an email to Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville, we were quickly contacted by Sales Representative, Bill Stewart, who thoroughly and earnestly gave us all the information about the car and also asked enough questions about our proposed trade so that he could give us a best case/worst case scenario on our total cost. Bill was so engaging and forthright that we decided, what the heck, lets drive to Florida today and see this car. To make a short story shorter, the car was exactly as Bill described, the net cost was well within the range he had proposed, the overall dealership experience was pleasant and we left Florida the next day as very happy campers in our "new" 2012 750Li. We would certainly recommend this team to anyone.

I did not go looking for a BMW, but ended up with a wonderful automobile. It is in great shape, safe and has the BMW quality that I am accustomed to. However, since I bought the first of my 4 BMW's from Chuck Hollis, the experience has been relaxing and enjoyable as it should be. After a brief discussion, Chuck moved my wife from one who thought negatively about BMWs, because "all BMW drivers and therefore everyone associated with BMW were pushy and rude, to one very interested in the details of each model. Fifteen months later it was time for a new car for my wife and we turned to Chuck who found the excact vehicle she wanted, the next day it arrived in Jacksonville and we took delivery the following day. Chuck spent over an hour informing her of all the features, setting the radio and blue tooth function. My wife was very impressed and loves her 328i. A few years ago, I purchased another 528i from Chuck. He always worked for us with to get a fair trade-in value, and sale price. If he knows that I am in for service he stops by to see if everything is going well. Fortunately the BMW's require little service, so unfortunately I don't see Chuck Hollis that often.

We have had BMWs in the past, so when it was time to make a trade on my 'mom' car we visited our local dealer to see what was available. There, we met Chuck Hollis. Chuck made car shopping painless and easy. He was extremely patient while I test drove several vehicles, some more than once. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just knowledge and information about the vehicle. He walked me through all the options and didn't oversell the options that I really didn't need or want. After months of looking, I purchased an X5. I was having trouble getting my bluetooth connected one day and decided to swing by the dealership to see if Chuck could help me. I called him and he had just left to go home, but turned around to meet me so he could show me what I was doing wrong. This is how Chuck earned a 5 star rating with us and also why we will return to him for future BMW purchases. And for the record, this car is, by far, the most comfortable car I have ever driven. I approached buying my first BMW with a little reluctance, they were expensive, they were for snobs, they were costly to fix...well I can tell you those are all old wives tales. Yes they cost more and repairs can be expensive, but they also need them far less often and they run solidly and flawlessly in between the rare visit for service. The other thing they have are singularly the best sales people around. There is no pressure, no repeated calls because they know that the car sells itself, the salesperson is just around to make the process easier and to insure you will be back. Luckily I got one of the best the first time (and I have repeated that 5 times) when I met Chuck Hollis. We did not know each other before but I left feeling I had truly met a friend (and I owned a new BMW!). Since then Chuck has never given me occasion to doubt that impression as he has worked for me to get me cars when needed, bring me a loaner when a strange set of circumstances left both my wife and I without our BMWs, find EXACTLY the car I wanted within a few hours after someone had the bad taste to total my little red darling from behind, and just in general to be there if I had an issue navigating any part of the sales or service after. I will no doubt never have other than a BMW, and God willing never another sales representative than Chuck Hollis.

After about a week I had many computer issues with the car. To be honest it was at the dealership more than in my driveway. I met Barbara Beasley about 5 BMWs ago. I don't remember what year, but you must have deduced that I think she's great after buying 5 cars from her. She has a sparkling personality and is very astute. She knows what I want and shows me several vehicles to choose from. Barbara is a wonderful asset to Tom Bush BMW. Every time I've had contact with them, either for something routine, or something huge (transmission failure), they have been polite, knowledgeable and efficient and had the car serviced or fixed within the time they promised it. There is not much good to say. Had several bad repair experiences (job not done, grease all over car, money stolen, tools left in car, etc, etc) - in fact one time they couldn't find my car for three days and they never once apologized or offered me anything for their screw ups ... Then like a sucker I decided to buy a car there. Although Walt and the team were willing to make a respectable deal there was no service at all after after the sale. In fact Walt called me one day shortly after (as a "lead" he had probably forgotten that he had closed) realized he made a mistake then hung up on me. When I called him back he stated that I had made a mistake ... Oh and by the way ... If you give them your email they will just spam you with your personal information even if you opt out. Worst dealer, service and experience ever ...

I submitted my application via the internet and was contacted by George. My wife has always wanted a BMW 750I Black, George made all of the arrangements as this was a Christmas present for my wife. I took her their under the assumption that we were just looking and she was shocked when George handed her the keys. Their were some minor problems after we took ownership with the car, but George answered his phone on a SUNDAY to take my call and answer all of my problems. He had everything fixed by Monday afternoon. Great Salesman and a better man!

Walt Pickens has been my car salesman since 2008, when other salesmen didn't want to wait on me. I believe the term your salesmen used was "crazy." But Walt hung in there and met my every need. I like to speed shop and don't like to spend my time with paperwork and haggling over prices and deals. Thanks Walt for your patience and the time you took to realize that I really do know what I want! It is easier for me to buy a used car then have to deal with the attitudes of your salesmen across the street, the service department and parts department. As I see, the service department has to keep changing service reps, so I must not be the only customer who is dissatisfied with the service. If only we could get clones for Walt in everyone of the departments, the sales would increase substantially.

My buying experience at Tom Busch was not the greatest. I was helped by Jim Mitchell, who quoted me a trade in value over the phone, but then later gave me a much lesser value when I got to the dealership. I gave my VIN number over the phone and expected him to pull the carfax before quoting me the price, but that was not done. I drove 4 hours to this dealership and really liked the car, so I made the deal anyways. I bought a car that made a rattling noise when I test drove it. Because it was late in the day, and there were no techinicians to look at the car, he assured me it will be taken care of under the preown certified warranty. One and a half years later, I am still dealing with that noise. I have taken it to my local dealership over 10 times, and they are not able to fix the problem. I love the car but the noise is driving me crazy and will probably have to trade it in soon.

The purchase was easy. We got good value for our trade in. Jim, personally, helped set up blue tooth coordination with our cellular phone. Moved to Florida and was looking to eventually trade in my Cadillac SRX. My husband and I love BMWs, so would troll the lot for fun to see the offerings. A most beautiful Z4 was right out front of Tom Bush BWM one day, and there was George Smith. He let us look at the car without pushing us. He was friendly, and fun to talk to. He did NOT have any of the slick salesman-like characteristics. He was just a great guy who sells cars for a living. I went back the next day to take a test drive, and begin the purchase process. It was the easiest, least stressful car purchase I have ever had - and for a used car...preowned :)....no less! When I took the car to my mechanic to have it checked out after I bought it, he said "I have never seen a newly purchased preowned car in as great condition as this one. Everyone that I came in contact with at this dealership was most courteous and helpful. I was traveling from Ohio to Punta Gorda, Florida. I stopped in to buy a set of tires, when I found out from the service department that the car that I was driving and had recently purchased in Ohio from Preston Motors was a "LEMON". They found out that the car had been wrecked, the tires and rims were not a match for the car, and the headlight assemblies had been altered and inaffective to the point that the headlights were not functional as they could not be adjusted..., and shined up into the trees. The end result was that I had been sold a car that was not BMW certified, had been wrecked and repainted, and passed off to me as a one owner, owner's wife driven vehicle. I was "ripped off" big time by Preston Motors of Boardman, Ohio. Mr. George Smith one of the salesman there at Tom Bush BMW took an interest in by situation. He was very compassionate, understanding, and thorough. Since the vehicle was sooooooo bad, they would not take it in on trade. However, he contacted three independent buyers to bid on my vehicle. i was able to get a fair price for my car, and use this money toward my purchase of my used 2010 BMW. I walked in for tires at 9:00 AM. for my "LEMON" vehicle, and walked out that evening with my BMW Certified vehicle. George Smith made it happen! I had extensively researched trade-in values and the purchase price of the new vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with the initial trade and purchase terms. No further negotiation was necessary. My tech was George Ortiz, i had a few concerns and questions about the car, he took the time to come out and talk to me about how the car works and all the twist and turns of the car. My experience is nothing but bad. My most recent one involves trying to purchase a new 2013 528i for my wife. I placed a $1000 deposit with Csaba "AKA John" Banar. I had a Prius I wanted to trade. Tom BUsh offered me $11,000 which was a very low-ball offer. I went to Brumos Mercedes and they offered me $16,000 in trade for a new 2014 E350. Tom Bush didn't want to match the offer, so I bought the Mercedes. I have asked Tom Bush repeatedly to refund me my money, they still didn't. This was a non-binding $1000. It was not a non-refundable deposit. They ignore me. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Now I ask you, besides trying to rip me off with my trade, is that the kind of dealer you want to go to? Take a short drive to Daytona and get a second price on a BMW. I would avoid Tom Bush if you can.

Todd Thompson was an excellent salesman. We were there very late in the evening and he was just as enthusiastic as if it was 10 am. He was helpful, thorough, and knowledgable ! Dan gave us regular status updates as the car was built, set sale for transport, arrived in US, and on-site at dealer.
