I called them about a car I found in cars.com, left a message and sent email, but nobody ever called or replied to my email. Ended up buying a certified car at a car dealership, and I was treated respectfully.

Ronnie helped me get a great late model Nissan Sentra at below market price. He was very patient with explaining my options and offered to give me a ride home because I was unable to bring my old car to the lot the day I purchased the vehicle. They are honest and answer all questions. Highly recommended !

i recently bought a mercedes benz C300 from this dealer. The two guys were SO nice and helped me find the perfect car to fit my needs. I have been to many dealers and they just want your money. this dealership actually wants their customer to be satisfied. They care about their customers and do everything they can to keep customers satisfied. i am so happy with my car, it runs perfectly and i have had no problems with it. they are a truthful dealer and i recommend this to anyone shopping for a used car!!

I recently bought a Hyundai elentra from the nice and friendly people! My car has no problems and I love it! They have amazing prices! There prices are a lot better than any other dealer. I highly recommend you buy a car from top choice!

JUST bought c240 i am very happy with car the thing i like for this dealer there is no extra or hidden fee for car and i bought cash and i took the car same day they were very friendly, there service was very good, i recommend this dealer 100%. thank you top choice auto.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this so called Top Choice. It's more like bottom of the barrel. When I purchased my vehicle I was given the normal song and dance about how they only sell quality and that they stand behind their vehicles as being good cars. Within a week my car had all but fallen apart. The A/C stopped working first. I took it to them they charged it up for me and said that was the problem... It was low. I had the car for approx 1 more week and the A/C cut out again, but this time I aslo developed a severe buck in the transmission. I took the car to my mechanic and he told me that there was serious problems with the transmission. I took the car back to the dealer because they told me that they gaurantee the cars for engine and transmission for 30 days. When informed of what my mechanic said they told me he was wrong and that there is nothing wrong with the car. I told them I wanted the car fixed immediately. I got the run around several times, with them telling me they took it to their mechanic and he says it's fine. The car was not fine. I demanded they take the car back and give my money back. They told me that since there was nothing wrong with car they wouldn't give me a full refund. At this point, I don't even know what to do about it. I do know that I want to tell the world what a scumbag this dealer is and to let everyone that is looking to buy a car from them know what they are about to get into... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER! CON ARTISTS AT WORK HERE!!!!!
