Great communication and very professional. Ethan made the purchasing process very smooth and fast. My experience with Top Line was a good one and if looking for a car, check them out, they have a great selection of cars, and prices are very fair.

After researching a listing on Cars.com, i visited Topline to see the actual vehicle. I was immediately assisted by Ethan Lam who was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Despite I was only at the beginning stage of my car search, Ethan was patient and informative with my specific needs. He was also very swift with getting me pre-approved with a lender with terms that ideally met my financial profile. At this time, I did not end up with the 3 series i originally was interested in, however, I am confident with Ethan's professionalism and intend to revisiting Topline to exclusively work with Ethan until I gind the car thsat best fits my needs.

I am completely satisfied with the buying process at Topline Automotive. Ethan was my salesman and he was knowledgeable, easy-going, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they are. The car is exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable (it was a fully loaded 2014 MB S550). I will recommend my friends to them. They have good selection of high end (luxury and sports cars such as Rolls Royce and Porsche 911Turbo), many BMW and MB, as well as lower priced cars. My car was washed/waxed/vacuumed and they even buff out scratches on the wheel. The financing process was also quick and painless.

Very unprofessional, didn't get any assistance for about 15 min wasn't offered to sit anywhere, you're able to hear anyones conversation in the room which is Unkind to the buying process. Ethan Guy kept answering phone calls and dismissing my questions, kept getting up and walking away. Didn't end up getting the car Had bumps and dents with fresh bondo work, car was supposedly "accident free" when I turned the key to start up the car the motor cranked about 5-6 times before it turned on, they're all about business and are not interested in making any deals if it won't be convenient for them, highly un-recommend topline automotive inc.

I went to this dealer to look at a 2012 Mercedes c250 thinking the deal was too good to be true. 2 hours later I drove off the lot in a new car. The dealership was clean, the staff were friendly and honest, the cars were clean, and the prices were competitive. I worked with Ethan and he was extremely helpful and gave me a competitive trade on my old car. I have passed this dealer's information to my friends and have recommended they go. I would suggest this dealer to anyone. They are a non-franchise dealer, so financing can be more difficult to obtain. The staff in my case however went above and beyond to help me out with getting a loan, securing a good interest rate, and overall getting me a deal I could not walk away from.

Went to look at a few vehicles we found online... We arrived and nobody helped us for almost 30min, looked around asked to see a few vehicle interiors but were denied. When we asked for assistance from what appeared to be an employee, he simply gave attitude and said no one was available to assist us right now even though we saw many workers walking to and from the office. After waiting a bit longer to see if we would get any kind of help we eventually gave up since we saw absolutely no possibility of getting assistance. Had some nice cars but wouldn't buy one from a company that has no respect for their customers.

This was one of the best dealer ships I have ever used. They were friendly very helpful in finding the car I needed and was willing to work within and budget that I provided them with. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Holy Crapline Automotive, do not trust this dealer. They sell cars that have been in major accidents and bondo repaired. I was told by Ethan the saleperson there that I was getting a accident free car and 6 months later SURPRISE!. He guaranteed this fact showing me the accident free carfax. Well I was shocked when my car started cracking just 6 months later. Called them and all they said was buyer beware!! Well please people here is your Beware. I had read a similar story about Topline before I bought but did not follow the advice. No one should buy cars here as they do not back up the products they sell. Now I am stuck with a huge bill. Hope my lawyer can help me out.
