F350 Super Duty (service is always great) Staff is also great. I only have one issue and that's the sales. It is so hard to deal with Tower Ford, I mean Hard. There is not many people whom don't check out other dealerships before purchasing. But when a salesman says well if the deal is that much better then go and buy there.. That serves a big question mark on my mind as I hear this many times a yr from folks in our community. If this is the policy so be it. but! I would think its about selling numbers not always as much as u can make on ne3very vehicle. customers happiness has to mean something. When You also hear other dealerships say well we hear this all the time and that's why we get a numerous amount of customers from your area because we deal on selling numbers, and yes there is always a profit but we don't always have to make it on both ends??? its sad as we always want to keep our dollars with our locals businesses. might be a chapter to look into? other then that Tower Ford is absolutely great. Great people, great staff. and absolute great mechanics. Ron is one of the best.

Unexpected emergency visit to your Service Dept. earlier this week. Called at 2 pm from an hour and a half away, got me in immediately when I got there at 4 and had me fixed and out by 5.Very impressed and happy with Mike and the staff in the service dept.

This is the second time the body shop has worked on my car, it's the excellent work they did on my car the first time, is why they worked on it the second time. Once again the work was great, customer service was amazing, it is hard to get such excellent service now days, the body shop is amazing and they should get credit for working so hard. Went into have brakes worked on. Had run over something the night before with damage to car. Service Department very helpful with working with my vehicle so they could repair the damage. Once completed. They had good communicates and got a 25.00 rebate on my brake work also.

I was unprepared for the cost. But the car is worth it. 100,000 miles is a lot but they were made in 10 years so that is average. Please let people know that have the same transmission as the Freestyle before they purchase, so that they can be prepared when the time comes. Still love Freda ( that's her name).

This was our first time using Tower Ford for service. We needed an oil change with a multipoint inspection and we believed we were going to need some brake work done as we were starting to hear some noise in the front end. The service was quick and the staff answered all of our questions with skill and thoroughness. We were 15 minutes or so late to our appointment which got us pushed back two hours and that was surprising, but the service desk explained that they try to stay right on schedule so they put up another car (on the rack) before we got there. That was disappointing, but we intend be early to future appointments and they did get our truck in and done when they said and quickly. Overall we were very happy with the service.

They pay attention to you the moment you walk into the door. Courteous and friendly. They provided us a courtesy car (we're in our mid 60's) so that we didn't have to walk to find a place to eat and wait comfortably for the hour and a half that our truck was being serviced. Everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely concerned for you.

2012 f150 crew cab short bed. Under warranty we had a difficult problem to diagnose with the steering. We also had a rough operating drivers power seat. The service manager Mike, was right on top of these issues and couldn't have done a better job of resolving these problems in a timely manner. Thanks you Tower Ford.

Love my Edge. I have only driven it 3,000+ miles since I bought it from Tower Ford. I really was kinda shocked to have to replace the rear breaks so soon. It only had 42,436 miles, I bought it at 39,000+. We did sign an As IS document with you because we trusted you. We won't do that again. Please for the next used car buyer, Check everything and make sure that everything is up to par. I know you have no idea where and how it was treated before you got the car, but YOU can make sure when it leaves your lot, it is in the best possible shape ever. Thank you Don and Bernadette Smith

Andrew Osborn was great!! Friendly, helpful and made it happen including JimmyHowever one of the guys (younger guy owners son) that sits in the room making the decisions on price is very unfriendly and don't care for him much at all, on the trade in showed up for him to test drive and when he came out to test drive I said hi how are you doing etc.. And he looked at me and said nothing and kept walking when he got back from the test drive I said the same thing and again no response, just about enough I almost said something to him and was ready to find another place to buy my new truck 2015 f350. But Andrew Osborn was a real cool salesman to work with and that's why I stayed Someone needs to have a word with the guy that has a terrible attitude sitting in that little room who makes the decisions!!
