The staff and crew in the service department could not have been any nicer. They were courteous, understanding, and treated me with respect. I had to have extensive work done that went far beyond just a regular tune-up. I wasn't expecting my vehicle back for two weeks. They got it done in four days. Impressive! So far, the vehicle runs better than ever.

Purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang GT350R through Town & Country Ford. I live in California and purchased the car sight unseen after talking to their sales rep- Jaime Lyons. I must admit I was nervous about it but after talking to Jaime about the car he reassured me that it was mint- HE DID NOT LIE. The car was absolutely perfect, and it was a smoking deal. It was honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. He responded to my calls, set up delivery, and followed through on everything he said he would do after the purchase. He even followed up with phone calls after I received the car to make sure I was 100% happy. I was. Jaime Lyons gets 5 stars. Thanks again.

Amazing experience! My husband and I needed to trade two cars for one, and they made it so easy. Fidel, Tristan, and Jaime made for the best and easiest experience we’ve had with a car dealership. Extremely professional, kind, caring and went above and beyond to help us. We definitely recommend them to our family and friends and will return should we ever need to purchase another vehicle. Took my car in to get diagnosed. I had the code from the scanner so I knew what the problem was. Took it in Friday and dropped it off. Was contacted the next week and was told I just need a air pump. Then they called back stating they not for sure it was just the air pump. They gave me a estimate of 220 for the air pump and 770 to put it on. Remind you this is a $1,000 for a air pump. Then they called me again telling me to pay it up front and they don't know when they going to have the part in or when they going to have my car fixed. So I immediately told them I would come pick it up. Marie Blanco called me saying they messed up my window and wasn't going to fix it. She was very rude and wanted me to pay money to get a diagnosis on the window. I went to go pick up my car and when I return home I used my scanner. When I did it popped up a different code and my car is completely messed up from when I dropped it off. I would never recommend you take your car here unless you want your car messed up more than when you left it. I wish I would have never took my car here. This is the most unprofessional dealership I been to. If you want your car diagnosis and fixed the right way GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The service was good. However, I wanted more service done that day, but it was extremely busy. Price was extremely out of my price range. The clerk was friendly, but worked with the matter I came into the dealership for. Overall, everything was fine.

I LOVE My Fusion. It is very high tech and I did not want to take it to a shop for maintenance that was not educated on all the bellsand whistles my sweet little car has all over the car inside and out. The service staff was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. The waiting room had Wi-Fi. The prices for service were very reasonable. Great Service from a Great Company. I Love Love Love MY Ford!!!

Staff was helpful as always. I also got to personally spend time with the new manager Lee. Things went so well, I purchased a second vehicle on the same day of my first purchase. I traded a 2015 F-150 for a 2016. I also traded a 2013 Edge for a 2016 Escape Titanium. I would like to thank Jeff, sales manager, as he helped me throught the process as usual. My saleman was Bill Thorn whom provided the knowledge about the new vehicles

Went in for a brake service and came out with a very well done brake service. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable, as one gentleman walked me through what all was going to be done. We have always enjoyed having Ford vehicles and Ford has always been good to us. The only problem with my last visit was that when the technician and I were discussing parts and what the total cost of the service would be, they forgot to mention one part I would need to buy, so the price I was told was lower than the actual amount. I do understand that I needed that part, but the technician just forgot to mention, so I was very confused at first. But an overall great service.

Great job.Unfortunately, my 2010 Ford Fusion engine light came on at 50k miles (just out of warranty), and now my 2013 Ford Fusion engine light came on at 50k miles (just out of warranty), both under 3 years old, and both with significant cost to repair. It has me rethinking the purchase of another Ford.

I brought my 2013 F-150 Platinum in for its last service before reaching 36,000 miles. The Maintenance Staff couldn't have been better or more helpful. From Service Director, Mitch Goolsby who coordinated the work on my vehicle, to Service Advisor, Daniel Thompson, and on-the-spot and follow-up Mechanic, Brad; I was totally pleased with what I felt was service dedicated to me alone. These individuals are truly experts at what they do are very deserving of special recognition for setting the standard for which all Ford Dealerships should be judged. Please express my personal and whole-hearted appreciation to them all !!!

Unlike previous years when I was taking my vehicle to this particular Dealership: This time, it is a different Service Managers Staff; and, though they were very busy due to the holidays, they were helpful, courteous, and service was done in a professional manner. I had started taking my vehicle to Sears for basic maintenance; and, once since the Summer of 2012, I drove 40 miles to the Ford Dealership (Miracle Ford) in another town, because I no longer wanted to deal with the Town & Country Dealership.

Everybody is always professional, courteous and friendly. For the simple items of vehicle maintenance Town and Country is always reasonable in pricing and timeliness of repair. However, for some of the more involved maintenance issues, Town and Country is WAY OVERPRICED. We get the same quality work done elsewhere at 1/3 your quoted price. You might want to check into that.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Town & Country -- they respected my time, coordinated the maintenance within my specific scheduling needs, and continued to persevere with the odd issue that my new Mustang had. Last place I took it to, they came up with excuses and quit. More/less, they tried to fix the issue with a temporary fix, that ended up unraveling a few days later. That was NOT the case with Town & Country! They were determined to fix my car - not just get rid of me like the last place. They waited hours after the repair was completed, to double-check the odd issue, and to make sure it was fixed. I commend them for their hard work, excellent service, dedication and integrity. Wish all dealerships were like Town & Country! I highly recommend them.

We have a 2012 Ford Escape. The service was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We have all of our vehicle maintenance done at Town and Country Ford now, since they saved us at least $20 on our oil change and tire rotation.

They should put a sign up where the line starts for service on a Saturday morning, I was the second vehicle there and didn't know where to park so I ended up getting skipped by 4 other cars.The price of the actual oil change was more than advertised, although I was pleased with the service.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion & the service was excellent! Town and Country Ford is the only dealership me & my family do business with. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion about a year ago, and my family members purchased a 2013 Ford Focus & 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback a few months back. The staff is amazing! Maverick is great & so is Jeff, they're very helpful, as well as everyone else.
