problems with oil consumption for my toyota prius. poor service from resslerburning at 1 quart per 1500 miles. the car holds 4 quartsper toyota service recommendations oil change every 10,000 miles. not possibleout of oil. this is a 2010. should not have this problem

Seems like this dealer isn't very busy when we came in 5 days in advance to make sure they could schedules for service on Friday. Bring the 4runner in for warrantee work and they forgot to order the windshield. Then they tell us a broken lug nut is not covered under the plan. Not service.....but lak of service!!!!!

In the past, I've grown to absolutely DREAD going into a car lot. Pushy sales people and high pressure decisions were what I became accustomed to. Toyota of Bozeman has changed my opinion! I can't imagine I'd ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who made my experience enjoyable! We have traded-up for the last several purchases and have found Bob a great help in couching our offers with helpful advise to make them acceptable to the dealership. We strongly prefer Toyota over Chevrolet. If it were not for Bob on your staff we might consider going to another dealership. Thank you for having some experienced sales representatives such as Bob. My experience at Ressler was far beyond what I ever expected. I arrived earlier than planned to pick up my new car, but that seemed to be no problem to any of the individuals I worked with. Upon entering the dealership, the first person I ran into went out of their way to great me and make me feel comfortable; and that person was not a salesman but rather someone who worked in service. After that, employees not even involved in the trade had conversations with me and made me feel welcome. Everyone was helpful and completely patient and understanding as they not only were working with me but also my seven month old child! There is no doubt that in the future I will go through Ressler again, as well as recommend them to others. Their prices were fair, they are easy to work with from afar, the service is friendly and I LOVE my new Toyota!

This was my first purchase using the internet and e-mails. I have to say, I was a little nervous, but Bob never strayed, kept in touch and went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. After reading all the positive comments on here about Bob, I wish now that he was the one that dealt with my wife and I on our visit. On 11/29/12 I went to this dealership looking for a possible new car or nice used car. I found a car that I liked 2007 Nissan Murano. I asked my salesperson Steve, if I could take it to Belgrade to show my wife which I did. My wife really liked the car a lot, so we went back to the dealership to purchase it. Upon returning to the dealership I asked for the Carfax. Steve said that is what I need to talk to you about. The Carfax or Auto check showed that this car had a "branded" title on it. It had a Nissan buy back on it, which meant that it was labeled a lemon. This was stated on the report "LEMON" in big red letters. If I would have known this I wouldn't have even looked twice at this car. So, we went to see Eric, I was thinking that maybe they would sale it at a fair price due to the title issue. Eric showed us the retail price on the car (that is the price of other Murano's in this area) are going for, with no title issues. I asked if they would come down on the price and Eric stated that " we don't haggle price" so, we left the dealership. What I want to get across is "buyer beware" at this dealership. If they want to sale vehicles with tarnished titles at full retail price I would avoid them. What if someone came in and didn't ask for a Carfax bought the car?..good luck on reselling it. Bob got back to me on the internet about a Venza and infomed us of the options on the car we were looking at and asked about our trade. He made everything very easy and got us what we wanted for our trade. When we picked up the car he explained the options and how the smart key and nav. system worked. All the paper work was completed in about 15 min. and we were on our way.

I called Bob with a trade in vehicle, told him what I wanted and within a week, I had the truck that I wanted. He also assisted me with getting a lower interest rate. I was told that a spare key would be made and sent to me, I received the new key and items that I left in my trade in truck within a week. I have since inquired about a topper for the vehicle. I just got a call today from ressler following up on the vehicle topper. I am pleased with my experience and will return.

Unusual circumstances. I would have liked to have known beforehand that no negotiations were permitted. I drove 250 miles to 'look at' a car. It happened to be reasonable for the year and mileage. Still I almost drove away. Have had car for 6 days... will form opinion as I go.

The bottom line is Bob Snedeker. I called Bob when looking for an FJ and he was quick to respond, helpful, honest, straightforward, and friendly. I was overly impressed not only with Bob, but with the dealership as a whole. To spend 30 minutes with the service manager talking about the new FJ was priceless. Eric in financing was fantastic to work with. But the bottom line is Bob. Once we got there Bob not only sold me a new FJ, but also sold my girlfriend a RAV4. She had been looking for months and after the purchase she told me that Bob was the first car salesman that she trusted, that knew the vehicles, didn't pressure her, and that was sincere and patient as she decided what she wanted and as she test drove a bunch of rigs. I had been looking and communicating with dealerships for months and by far these folks were the best to work with. I have already recommended this dealership to a buddy and he has already contacted Bob and plans on purchasing a rig from him this summer. Well done Toyota.

Bob was very personal. Was able to use different communication task to convert with him. The overall experience was OK. We had a little misunderstanding on the trade in price, too many managers was involved in the sale. Did not like how the price was not negotiable, especially when the prices was NOT the Best price as advertised.

I bought an '05 Tundra at Ressler 7 years ago. The deal was straightforward. No high-pressure sales gimicks. Just plain english. This time it was the same. SOME PEOPLE out there ARE STILL ABLE to make a decision to buy or not to buy a car without someone assuming that you are too stupid to decide for yourself. I was treated well. In and out in about an hour. It was fun.P.S. I LIKE TOYOTA'S. I'm not in the repair shop all the time.

This was probably the best experience i have had with a dealership so far. I usually try to stay away from dealerships because i dont like being pressured to buy by a salesman. But that is not the case with Bob. He was very friendly and very helpful with my new truck purchase. I doubt ill get a vehicle again in the next four years but if i do i will be coming back to Bob for another great purchase. Thanks and i love my new tundra.

We received dishonest, misleading, and pushy sales tactics from a manipulative sales representative. These sales strategies were transparent and tacky. They could have sold us a new vehicle if they were willing to work with us and listen, rather we felt our sales representative tried to nickel and dime us.

I cannot say enough to properly thank Ressler service dept. I was stuck with a locked up steering wheel and ignition. After 45 min of trying to free up the wheel I called for help. The service manager immediately got in a car and drove to my location to help me. I am a senior citizen, own a 25 year old toyota, and I was so grateful for the help.The gentlemen at the service dept were so kind and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I am awestruck that in 2011 someone still cares about people and not the DOLLAR value of a "customer".Thanks so much guys!

I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience! Steve Steinbrook went out of his way to ensure that we were well taken care of in purchasing our Certified pre-owned Camry XLE. With the Best_Price option, we knew exactly what the terms were when we sat down, which eliminated the whole "sales manager runaround" and enabled Steve to excel in addressing our specific needs and answering all of our questions. Steve was the consummate professional--courteous, honest, accessible, displaying nothing but integrity, straight talk and 100% follow-through on Ressler's deliverables. We are not in the habit of buying cars, so this purchase was a long time in the making. We wasted no time--test drove the car on a Thursday and drove down from Helena the next day to seal the deal. Ressler's had the best offering--just 90 miles away--than the entire Western U.S. listings on AutoTrader, including dealers in Helena, Great Falls, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California. Tim Tinjum was extremely personable in completing the paperwork and reviewing our options at the time of purchase--the part I was dreading the most. There was no pressure exerted by either of these two gentlemen--just a sincere effort to get us seated comfortably in our leather seats and on our way. Well, I brought my BMW into the shop because I had noticed a small oil leak, and I wanted to be proactive on the repair. Turns out that I had a cracked valve cover, which they gladly showed me. Luckily they had an account with a BMW dealership in Idaho, and could order my parts on credit initially, saving me time. I'm glad to report that I got my car back today, and I'm for sure going to bring it back for all of my other repairs.I'd also like to mention that the service people called me and told me my options before just ordering the part, called me when they had successfully ordered it, called me when it got in and then called me when it was all done. I'm pretty impressed with the customer service.
