I was greeted by an young man name Jacob Freeman. Who was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He help me get in to an affordable vehicle. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart. If you are looking for a vehicle and don’t want to deal with a pushy salesman I recommend Jacob. Also, Mr. Johnny the manager and Sylvia in finance was just as helpful. If and when I want to make another purchase I will be going back to Toyota of Glendora.

Happily surprised by the great service. Love the text feature that gives you what you want to authorize and not authorize after inspecting your vehicle. Waiting room is nice. Recommendation for improvement: faster service. It took 3 1/2 hours to change oil and drain and refill brake fluid. I feel like it could be done faster. I went during a Friday in the morning during a less busy time as well expecting a shorter wait.

I purchased a Toyota Corolla from Glendora Toyota on Friday. It was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Chris was my sales consultant. He is amazing! He answered all my questions and was not the least bit pushy. He took time to make sure I knew everything about my new car. Jeff, the sales manager, was very attentive and friendly. He made sure I was satisfied with the deal he gave me. Manny was very efficient and friendly. He made sure I understood everything I was signing. All 3 of these men went above and beyond to make me a very happy, satisfied customer! Thank you very much Chris, Jeff, and Manny!

I brought in my older Camry that had been leaking oil in my driveway and he gave me a few recommendations on how to proceed. He was helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about his job. We brought our Lexus in to Glendora Toyota for an oil change and brakes. Not only did they have our car for 8 hours but they added over 50 miles to the odometer. I understand parts needed to be ordered, but did they drive our car to get them? We have had no contact from them and of course the service manager is "unavailable." Don't take your luxury vehicle to people who have no self control!

I was looking for a reliable car for my teenage daughter and mentioned it to my neighbor. My neighbor told me about Toyota of Glendora and the great experience he had in the past. He told me it would be worth my while to take the 35 mile drive and ask for Sales Consultant Jose Sanchez. On Saturday, September 5, I decided to go to Toyota of Glendora and meet with Jose Sanchez. Jose was very knowledgeable and answered my every question, never pressuring me. Dealing with Jose felt like dealing with family. I decided to get the 2015 Toyota Corolla S for my daughter. Upon making my decision, Jose started the paperwork process and ultimately took it to his sales manager Jose R. Santiago to see what kind of deal I could get. Jose R. didn't play any games, didn't make promises he couldn't keep and knew that my time was valuable. Jose R. crunched some numbers and came up with an amazing deal and a payment that exceeded my expectations. Finally, I was sent to the Finance Manager, Fernando Rojas. It was a pleasure to deal with Fernando. It was evident that his many years of experience had only made him love his job even more. I recommend Toyota of Glendora to anyone looking for a family atmosphere and great deals on a great line of cars.

I have been a customer of Toyota of Glendora since 1979. The sales experience is determined by how much research you do on the vehicle you intend to buy. If you are a fair and knowledgeable customer, you will be able to negotiate a win/win deal. I have purchased a total of four Toyota's from this dealership and I can honestly say I have never had a "bad" experience. (I make sure they put all of the details in writing). The service department has always provided excellent service with a "fix it right the first time" attitude, although again, you need to have some knowledge of the service(s) required. (I have gotten to know my Toyota's well). The service staff has always taken the time to explain the service(s) required and they always have provided an estimate copy of the service and price. You will need to ask for any applicable discounts as some may apply to the specific service and some may not. In summary, If you are a good customer, they are a great dealership.

I wish there was negative rating for this Dealership. WORST WORST WORST dealers and salespersons ever seen.These guys sold me the car in July 2013, and informed that 2 year free service is included. Upon asking for paperwork for this service, we were informed that "Toyota offers this service, as a standard service included in price. Paperwork is not required", which may be the case. After hard negotiation with car price, we came up with a good number and bought the car. At the time of sale, they scheduled our first free service (5000 miles) at this dealership (ONLY, which was fine to us). Okay, second service comes up (10000 miles), we go to the dealership, we were informed that the service is not free, as the vehicle does not include 2 year free service. The issue was resolved at this time, as luckily the salesman who sold us the car (Name: Jose Sanchez), was present at the dealership and told the service personnel to make the service free. (Took us 2 hours on phone calls and 3 hours for service).Next Service (15000 miles) comes, and we go to the same dealership, same issue. The salesman was not present, so we talked to the manager (Name: Hector), and he told the service personnel to make it a free service. (Wow, 3 HOURS on phone calls, 3 hours service). We call Toyota customer service again in the evening, hoping that they will resolve the issue once and forth. We get the answer that this is handled by Dealership, not Corporate. So, we call the dealership, and talk to the salesman (Name: Jose Sanchez), who informs us that there won't be any such issue regarding service anymore, as he has updated the car information in their system, and it will show up as a free service next time when we go to dealership for car service. We were happy that we won't have to deal with this issue again. (By the way phone call time: 3 HOURS back and forth with corporate and dealership).Next Service (20000 miles-Feb 2015) comes, we go to a different dealership, as we thought the issue of 2 years free service was resolved, and we will be able to go to any other Toyota dealership and it will show up in their system that we have the 2 year free service included. Guess what....that was not the case. We had to call the Toyota Customer Service again (Phone Call time: 3 HOURS), while we are at the service center, struggling to get our car serviced. At this time, we were informed by customer care rep. that the vehicle was not sold as new, it is a FLEET VEHICLE!! We were stressed as we thought we were cheated. We complained to Toyota Customer Service that the dealership sold us the vehicle as new, even though its a Fleet Vehicle. The customer service as usual informed us that this issue is handled on Dealership basis and corporate does not have to do anything with this. They told us to contact another person (Name: Eulaila) at the Dealership, who would never pick up the call or return the call. We talk to the manager (Name: Hector) at the dealership, and he offers us two complementary services for next time.Here we are at the next service time (23000-July 2015) trying to service our vehicle using one of those two "complementary" services offered (Which were actually offered as standard services along with this sale as per the salesman), trying to get a hold of EULAILA, HECTOR, JOSE etc at the dealership, as corporate doesn't give a xxxx about their customers. We are stuck with this crappy dealership and their service. (Total Phone Call Time: 5 HOURS with customer service and dealership back and forth)We have spent 2 full working days (16 HOURS) on phone calls trying to get whats ours as a part of "Toyota's standard Sale".NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BY ALL MEANS. THEY ARE STUPID LIARS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I would have giving these guys 5 stars except for one experience I had with the service dept telling my I needed a new water pump right away. I didn't change it and 2 years later sold the car to my Son-in-law who is still driving it on that "bad" water pump. Otherwise the sales team and parts dept have always been top notch. Each car was a dream and very little in the way for non-preventative maintenance. Won't hesitate to buy a 5th when the time comes.

I drive 50 miles each way to have my car serviced at Toyota of Glendora!!! Every experience has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend the service department!

I had purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from this dealership and my experience was good. The Internet salesman Tony was very knowledgable and good customer service. I would recommend them to a friend.

I would give it a 0 Stars if I could. Jose Hernandez and his team are the worst. I went in to buy a car, tried negotiating with them. Walked away when we couldn't come to a price. I thought it was all over but then the next week, called me twice to see if I had changed my mind without the price coming down and I told them no, stop calling me. Then called me to say the price was coming down. Made arrangements to get the car. Then they cancelled on me after I arranged my schedule, dropping off my rental etc. The dealership is a good hour away. I told them that their customer service is awful. They act like they don't want my money. Fine, you don't deserve it. WORST experience of buying a car in my life. Just HORRIBLE!!!!

i had a horrible experience here and would have given them no stars if i could! they sold me a complete lemon!!!!!! a 2006 toyota highlander hybrid that literally fell apart on me and my family!!! 1. a recall that almost killed my wife and i and two sons when the car just shut completely down and came to a skidding halt on a busy street! hybrid malfunction!2.three of the window motors broke causing the two back seat windows and passenger window to no longer work. and not only did they not work, but they fell completely down and i could not get them back up! and when i went to the dealer they said i would have to pay the hourly rate to have someone take the door panels off just to bring up the windows. that was after they said to fix all three windows would be $2,000!!! i ended up having to take the door panels off myself! was such a pain and then had to duck tape the windows so they would stay up! 3.both the a/c and heat broke4.water pump leak and two bad roters!5.and just tons of small things fell appart and broke off...mind you, all this started happening 2 months before my warranty ran out!!!!!!! the staff thier were very mean and nasty to me! when i threatened to post negative blogs about them, they had the nerve to say... " well...., we will fix one of the windows, but only if you do not post a negative review online about us..." unreal! terrible place. dishonest, zero integrity and just out right criminal.

Very deceptive selling practices, unwilling to negotiate and very rude. In fact, they could or would not tell me what the "addemdum" included on a 2013 tacoma. They wanted me to spend $4,999 over sticker without explaining why. When I told them we would look somewhere else, the sales manager told one of his employees to " get them out of here". No kidding...I almost hit him. The worst dealership I ahve ever experienced. THat same day I went to Crown Toyota in Ontario and purchased a 2013 tacoma and had a great experience. Do not shop at Toytoa of Glendora.

One of the worst experiences - buying from Glendora Toyota. 1. I called after finding the car online and asked if it was available because I was driving 60 miles to see it. 2 When I arrived, I could not see the car because it was not "ready". 3. When I returned (big mistake) the next day (again driving 60 miles), I had already negotiated the price on the phone with the "fleet manager", but once they got me inside - they hammered on me for hours in the "finance room". They were pushy, rude and obnoxious. The experience left me feeling that I would NEVER buy from any Toyota dealer ever again.

Excellent...this is the second time I've purchase a new car from this dealership. Roger was my salesman, personable, friendly, helpful - not pushy! I love my Toyota Venza, and the experience with Toyota of Glendora was great. Roger got me the car I wanted with the options I wanted, their finance manager got me a great finance deal. Overall, I could not be happier with the car or the purchase experience.

Peter Sassenus is the salesman who waited on me. Peter sold me a 1993 Toyota Corolla. It has turned out to be a great car; a real "creampuff". Peter was a great salesman. He was polite, helpful and not pushy like other car salesmen. Remember to ask for Peter Sassenus when you visit Toyota of Glendora.

Purchased a vehicle found on their Internet site. Overall Customer service was very poor, particular after the "deal was made". For example, not ONCE did the sales person, nor his associates, thank us for our business. None of the employees we dealt with were able to completely and accurately answer our questions. We would never recommend nor subject another to Toyota of Glendora's punishment - what a painful experience!
