We had a deposit down on a powerwagon along with a few things they were going to fix. When we arrived to buy the powerwagon they couldn't find the credit application and they went back on the deal to fix the few minor things they were going to fix. They sold it to someone else. Sorry to whoever is buying this because we had them way below sticker price and I'm sure you didn't get that kind of a deal. That's why they took your deal because you were paying a lot more then you should have

My salesperson Shane Barabto went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with purchasing my New Tacoma pickup truck. My second New vehicle purchase with Shane at Greenfield. He's a pleasure for me to do my business with again and I would gladly do it over with Shane and Toyota of Greenfield. He made me feel very comfortable with the sale and let me feel confident for every dollar I was spending. Shane took really good care of me and my needs especially with meeting my price on the New truck and also extended warranty coverage on my 2017 Tacoma. I was looking to trade in my 2013 Highlander Limited for the updated version of the 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum. After going to 2 local Toyota dealerships that could not come close to offering me what I was expecting for my 2013 and wasted time bartering with their sales reps, we ended up at Toyota of Greenfield. Hilary and Craig were such a a delight to work with, and in no time, they had me set up in a exactly the vehicle I was looking for without raising my car payments! No hassle at all! When it came time to get my car, the entire team was very accommodating to my whole family on a busy Saturday at the end of the month, including providing my 2 boys with Dunkin Donuts! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from Toyota of Greenfield, especially if they are looking for a no-hassle buying experience!

Mark Caloon and Nick Koscinski were a great team to work with. They beat two other dealerships on the price, were clear and up-front about what fees I would be charged, and didn't promise things they couldn't deliver. I dislike committing to spending large amounts of money the way most people dislike going to the dentist, but I have to say that this was as painless as car buying can be. I may well be back the next time I need a vehicle.

The sales person, Shawn Gervais, was great. He listened to what I needed, and had suggestions to help me get the right vehicle. When I went to trade in my 2005 Tacoma, Shawn was a great help. The night before the trade in, my daughter had borrowed the truck to go to a concert with her boyfriend. After the concert, she lost her purity ring somewhere in the truck. None of us could find it. Shawn got a flashlight, ad pulled all the old fast food boxes, beer cans, condoms, and other trash out from under the seat, removed the seat, lifted up the carpet, and found the purity ring. The perfect gentleman, he got down on one knee and slid it onto my daughter's finger, restoring her purity. My only regret ids that Shawn can not be my son in law.

I liked a lot about the way the dealership is setup. I like how just about everybody working for you is a down to earth ready to talk person and found them all very helpful. Especially the coordinator for vehicle servicing I forgot his name but he was very helpful and a very nice guy, when I mentioned a few concerns, He promptly took care of things and quickly at that. Randy & the 2 mechanics that helped me & worked on the truck were exceptional in their knowledge, skill and educating me.I had an emergency late Friday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend, while pulling a horse trailer. They had the truck repaired by noon on Sat. The mechanic who worked on the truck saw me hooking the trailer back up and came out to ask if I needed help and talked me about the repair and the status of the truck. Everyone in the service dept. was wonderful! Thank you.

Considering the massive construction, I found it very nice to have people available to park and retrieve the cars. We found this dealership online, searching for a used Toyota Tacoma. Living 1 hr and 50 minutes away, we called to confirm they still had it, and made arrangements to see it. When we got there, Shane greeted us, brought the truck to the front door, made copies of our driver licenses, and sent us on our way for a test drive. He didn't feel the need to go with us, told us to take our time and really get a good feel for the vehicle. No pressure! We came back and asked about a couple of very minor things we noticed that were needed, and he assured us they would fix them before we took delivery if we wanted it. He left us alone with truck in the parking lot to discuss it among ourselves and told us to just lock it up and return the key when we were ready. Again, no pressure! We left a $500 deposit and a credit application, anticipating that we might find better rates with our bank but wanted a comparison. He called the next day with a rate and we agreed to check our bank. Being out of state, things moved a bit slower but Shane connected us with Nick and just asked to be kept in the loop. A week later we had our financing in place and picked up the truck (in and out in 15 minutes!) and Ryan helped with the final paperwork and the service contract that we purchased. Being out of state, there were some differences in how the title is handled so we had to work that out, but again Shane was very responsive and took care of everything for us the next business day. I HIGHLY recommend Shane and this dealership. It was easily the most pleasant car buying experience to date for me, and I've bought a LOT of used vehicles in my driving years. I will check with Shane before my next vehicle purchase. To me, it was well worth the drive (all 3 times to get the deal completed).

My wife and I had spent about a year researching this auto purchase. Once we nailed it down to a Toyota Rav4 we started contacting dealers in the Western MA. area. Through visiting, emailing and phone conversations the dealers were dropping like flies. We just got bad feelings at them. Then we called Greenfield Toyota the furthest from where we live. From that first call till we drove away with our new Rav4 we felt at ease with no pressure and a very pleasant atmosphere. Mike was so cool, to the point he said just for the fun of it what are all the options you would like, so we told him everything and he went to work. He got us all options we had hoped to get and at a price we were very happy with.

Great Service Manager. Great customer Service Tech and very friendly. Truck had a dead battery when I went to pick it up and needed a charge. Maybe that could be something to improve on.

The first dealer I visited didn't care whether I bought the Subaru from him or not; I'll sell it to someone, probably today or tomorrow, he said. I went online and looked for the best price and dealer ratings I could find for a small SUV. I found it at Toyota Ford Greenfield. Nick Koscinski called me back and made an appointment to see it that day. When I got there, he also told me how to get to the other nearby dealer and gave me a clear comparison of three different mini-SUV models. I was sold by his honesty, friendliness, and willingness to help, and didn't visit anyone else. I decided within a couple of minutes that I was going to buy from him, so it was just a question of which car I wanted. The advertised prices are fixed, so there's no haggling; I love that, because I don't want to worry about how well I can negotiate. They have the best advertised prices, they have a service that checks these prices, so they know it's a good price. Their prices were anywhere from $1000 to $2500 cheaper than other Pioneer Valley or southern NH dealers. Nick spent quite a bit of time with me, I tried many cars, I decided to go for a slightly-used Mazda, and they checked it completely and replaced the rear camera for free. I came away with a great experience, a great car, and a feeling that I'd gotten a good deal and been treated very well. It will be a few years before I buy another car, but I'll definitely be shopping there (even though it's 40 minutes away from me).

We traveled 85 miles to purchase a 2007 Camry Hybrid at Toyota of Greenfield, and it was well worth the trip. Great car at a very fair price. Everyone was professional, low-key and knowledgeable. The car was as described -- in excellent shape. I discovered an oddball issue with the car after the sale: somewhere along the line, the passenger-side sun visor had been replaced with a drivers' side visor -- so the mirror in the visor faced out the windshield instead of facing into the car. They demonstrated great customer service by ordering the correct part and sending it to me. No charge, no fuss. I couldn't be happier with this buying experience, and strongly recommend this dealership. Happy shopping!

The employees are wonderful, they meet you out in the parking lot to see what you're here for, then guide you inside to see the service person. I was there for my RAV4 auto inspection, I arrivedat7:35, inspections startat8:00, I was in my 'inspected' vehicle by 8:30. :)

We had a good experience. We felt the salesperson was focused on helping us find a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget. No high pitch sales pressure. It was the most hassle free experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle we purchased was just what we wanted and needed. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Toyota of Greenfield - 2 Highlanders and 2 Tacomas - both new and almost new - over the years and have been extremely pleased with the ease of shopping, negotiation, and financing. We always feel welcome and Mike Dubour spends quality time with us explaining options and cost in an authentically professional manner. There was no pressure but Mike did everything he could to get us in the 2013 Certified Used Highlander that very day! I was greeted just as I pulled into the parking lot. I was immediately greeted at the desk and my info was reviewed and my car was taken to the garage. I was called at home about 2 hours later that my car was ready to go. When I checked in at the desk, my car was brought right up front. I found the staff to be paticularly friednly this visit.

They are in the process of building a new sales building, which is needed. But the personalized touch was awesome. And there is NO haggling on price--the price is what you see..period. This takes a lot of the pressure off. Experience was informative, pleasant, and low stress. Fast and easy!

bought a 201 toyota camry. All of the folks in the sales department were great. Shane Barbato in sales and David in financing were friendly, laid back, and over all easy to work with. I never expected such superb treatment at a car dealership. Any of the stereotypes associated with car dealerships were left at the front door of Ford/toyota of Greenfield. When people ask about my new wheels I always mention the treatment and professionalism I encountered at the place I bought it from. Thank you Shane and David and everybody else there.

I had looked at a fair number of makes and models, and narrowed it down to two makes and three models . I went to Toyota of Greenfield because they were the only dealer that had both of the models I wanted (a Prius -c and a Yaris) on the lot at the same time. After the test drive, when we went inside to discuss numbers, I was quite pleasantly surprised that I had nothing to argue about- the deal was that fair. I assure you, that has never happened to me before. Ever. Oh, and when I went in to pick up the car and pay, the price on the invoice was a few dollars LOWER than quoted, just because it was. Again, when does that happen? Shane (Barbato) is easy going, informative, very straightforward and upbeat, and when it was all said and done, I actually said, I had fun". How often can one say that about car buying? , They also do all the title and reg paperwork for you. A **very** customer oriented dealership.

We called around to get prices and Matt Mcguire not only gave us a fair deal, but he went out of his way to make the process easy and low stress. It really could not have been a better experience. I told him that I would get in touch the next time I need to buy a car and I will. Also; other people at the dealership were great to deal with as well. After the whole deal was done and we were driving home, my father said that kid is much too nice to be a car salesmen.

Went into Ford of Greenfield not thinking I would be in and out within less than 48 hours with a brand new car. Carol had me test drive two cars, my budget was tight but she wasn't pushy and she even was kind enough to tell them even if I didn't get a new car to please replace a front tire that was bald for my safety. I walked back in the next day said the Explorer was the one, she had the deal done in less than 12 hours. I'm now driving the car I love. Thank to Ryan for taking his time to explain the contract with me and making signing a breeze! I would defiantly recommend Carol and Ryan for your Car needs!

I recently financed my first car from here. I was really unsure about the process, but Mark and the rest of the staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The car was a UMASS car with low miles, and a really reasonable and affordable price. I did have an issue with needing a repair early on, but they were very accommodating. They picked up (and returned) my car at work and left me a loaner, and took care of the repairs rather quickly. Plus, they were great about keeping in communication with me and updating me on the status of the car. So overall, I'm really happy with my purchase here, and would certainly buy from again.

Easier than I thought! I was very nervous about getting a new car. My credit isn't great and so I decided to Lease a vehicle for the first time. My sister referred Carol who she knew through a friend, and Carol was great. She made me feel at ease and helped me greatly in getting the car I wanted. She had me test drive the Fusion which is what I wanted but I didn't like the color. She asked me what color I wanted and she found me a blue car. It was exactly what I was looking for. Even though my payments are more than I wanted, which she explained why and I totally understood. My credit was one and I had no down payment, but she got it as low as she could by having me lease it 3 years and 3 months. She called me that same day to tell my I was approved and that they found my blue care. She said they would get it Monday. I got a call Monday evening and she said my car was there and I could possibly get it the next day. I went after work on Tuesday and met Ryan who helped me through the signing of all the papers (he was very nice and explained everything so I would understand) and then Carol got me into my new car. She showed me all the perks and sat with me inside to show me all the buttons and what they do. She made sure I was comfortable before I drove away. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ford and would see Carol again to buy/lease it. I had a great experience and my nervousness went away as soon as I sat down with her for the first time.

I needed a new truck so I began checking out all the local dealers, I found that Ford of Greenfield had the best prices hands down. I contacted Shane Barbato with various questions and he was extremely helpful in answering all of them and eventually we found the truck that was perfect for me. Ryan Deveney walked me through the whole loan and warranty process and really took the time to explain everything, which was greatly appreciated. My wife will be looking for a new vehicle in a year or so and we will definitely be going to Ford of Greenfield and I look forward to dealing with Shane and Ryan again.

An excellent transaction! My car-buying experience began when I entered the showroom. I was approached by Marty Kendrick with a pleasant, "May I help you?" Marty was courteous and respectful. I was interested in purchasing a two-wheel drive Tacoma and Marty showed me one that was on the lot, which we took for a test drive. Marty answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He didn't pressure me. He did assure me that now was a great time to buy a Toyota. I thanked Marty for all of his help and went home to discuss the vehicle with my family and "sleep on it". That was last night. I returned to purchase my new Toyota Tacoma, this morning. As part of the purchasing process, I was, also, waited on by Ryan Deveney. He was just as courteous as Marty.

I've always been a bit skeptical of the "no negotiation lowest price guarantee" model for purchasing a vehicle. In this case, however, I can say that I really do believe that the advertised price was, in fact, a very good price for the car. So I was glad to get a good price for this vehicle without the headache of negotiations. This was a nice change, and I'm hopeful that this dealership (and others) will continue to work this way. It's very easy to find data on invoice pricing and factory to dealer incentives on-line and so to see an advertised sale price that clearly took all those figures into account made life a lot easier.

factory special ordered a 2014 ford f150 raptor it took a few months to come in it was well worth the wait .its the best truck out there. during the wait any questions I may have had were only a phone call away. very knowable people on there product line. if I had to leave a message it was answered in short order. very friendly down to earth people. I was given updates as to the progress of the build. when the truck came in nick the salesmen went over all the features of the truck. was given a full tank of gas I was on my way home. as for the price I called several other dealers. ford of greenfield was by far the lowest price. its was a stress free buying experience. you must go there!

We drove an hour to a dealership that we never visited before to see a vehicle we found online. We did not know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Carol Buker, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly-- she made the whole purchasing process quick and easy. We found a kink in the bottom panel of the truck we purchased and they gladly fixed it as promised. The pickup truck is perfect and the whole experience was great. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Greenfield Ford made it easy to change my mind Having been so pleased with the sales and service in the past, but having a little buyer's remorse (through no fault of the sales staff, we had just not thought through what we wanted sufficiently), we showed up and traded in our 6-month old car for a completed different higher end used car. They made the trade painless and did not make us feel foolish at all.

Marty, my salesman, was excellent to work with. He worked hard to get me home with my car quickly. I have bought two cars from Toyota of Greenfield (three if you count my son Chris) and I enjoyed it all three times. I like the fact that I can take a car out, drive it for a while, take it home and show my spouse and bring it back with no pressure. I love buying cars that way.

Prior to going there, I was dealing with a very large Toyota dealership in Springfield who was playing the numbers game and steering me toward the deal that they wanted to give me instead of listening to what I was looking for. After 2 days of not hearing from them regarding my financing, a friend sent me to Toyota Ford of Greenfield. They took the time to go over my options, purchase or trade, instead of showing me what they wanted me to see. I ended up with a great deal on a new car. They found the exact car I was looking at with the other dealership AND at a much better price.

In 2010 my wife, Wanda, and I moved to Northfield, MA. Shortly thereafter we started having our vehicles serviced at Greenfield Toyota. We found the folks in service very friendly, upfront with all service requirements, and willing to explain what was needed and why. During this time, I met Carol Buker and knew right away that she was the sales person I would want to have when it came time to trade. With my retirement and no longer needing two vehicles, Wanda and I decided that it was time to trade them both in for a new Rav 4. I contacted Carol who was most helpful in directing me throughout the process from using the website to obtain the trade-in values to taking care of the many details associated with the purchase. She went beyond my expectations in every aspect. Wanda has severe arthritis and has difficulty getting around. Carol was most helpful in assisting her and making her comfortable. When it came time to process the paper work, Ryan was very helpful in explaining the various options regarding the loan, warranties, etc.. Ken was knowledgeable, provided useful information, efficient (we were able to look at, test drive and buy a used car, apply for and receive financing and trade in two cars in a 48 hour period.) Phenomenal, Ken was helpful, and respectful but was not pushy. Staff, including Carol, was friendly and helpful in getting us the additional information needed to answer additional questions, and did so in a timely manner. The dealership had good selection of autos,great financing, efficient and staff environment that was friendly and clearly had respect for each other and for their potential customers. As woman felt my questions and concerns given respectful consideration. We went there on recommendation of friends/colleagues who had great experiences, and we too will recommend this dealership to our friends. We're pleased with the car and the whole experience. Kudos to Toyota of Greenfield and hats off to their personnel.

Marty Kendrick was great. Toyota Ford of Greenfield is smaller compared to other dealerships in the area. I gave a 5 star review because of the friendliness and cooperation that I got when making my decision to by a car. Marty was a very nice guy and he answered all the questions that I had without any problems. I had gone to many other Ford dealerships and all they tried to do was take my money and dodge questions. And I returned to Marty because of the respect that he gave me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Marty because I had a great experience and I'm glad I bought through them.
