This is the 6th Toyota that I have owned, the last 4 being highlanders. We currently have a 2017 and 2021. The Highlander is amazing. Great SUV for a family of 4. The Greenwich dealership however is terrible. I had a terrible experience with the purchase, whereby on the day of picking up the vehicle and signing the contract the dealership didn't honor the agreed upon price and was dishonest about it. While I didn't have to go through with the purchase the dealership obviously knew I was stuck as i had waited 4 weeks for this car and I wasn't willing to walk away to go to another dealership to wait another 4 weeks. There service department is rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and buy from Stamford Toyota or Westport Toyota

After leasing Toyotas for at least 12 years all without incident for the first time, we leased from Toyota of Greenwich where as part of the deal for a new car our 3 year old Camry was "bought" by the dealer. Since then we have been harassed with email and phone calls from Toyota that they have not received the paperwork from the dealer. We have called, faxed and emailed the dealer numerous times and are still hassled by Toyota. Dealer excuses: it takes time for Toyota to process the paperwork, dealer sent in correct paperwork, don't worry about it,etc. Nothing has worked and everything the manager of the dealership says has shown to be false. We will certainly never get a car from these people again.

This was the second Toyota we purchased from Greenwich Toyota. Dave Sullivan and Bob Federico were excellent to work with and found us the exact car we wanted. Their customer service can only be called top rate. When we came to pick up the car, Dave spent 30 minutes plus walking us through all the great features to make sure that we were properly set up - even programming our phones for us. When I drove onto the dealership lot, my intention was to "window shop". I knew that I needed to purchase a car by the year's end. So, I wanted to begin looking in time to determine what I wanted. My Mom has owned her Toyota Corolla since she bought it brand new in 1999. It still runs as though she'd purchased it yesterday. So, needless-to-say, I KNEW that I wanted to buy the same brand. Two hours later, I was driving off the lot in a 2016 Toyota Corolla "S"!When I've told others about my intentions and the ultimate results, they were shocked. They were further surprised to learn that I was not coerced into making the purchase. My Sales Consultant, Layne Sohun, did not display any of the "stereotypical car salesman" characteristics. He was attentive to my goals; took the time to identify a vehicle that fits my personality; extremely knowledgeable of the product (exterior, interior and engine); worked diligently to stay within my budget; made appropriate suggestions; assisted in the process of switching insurance companies; and even helped to negotiate a lower rate on my insurance. And, I noticed how well he worked with other members of the sales team. In conclusion, I feel as though I've made the right choice all-around. Those that I've shared this information with personally, have requested his contact information. There are a few people that I know are looking to purchase a vehicle. And, I'm sending them ALL to Toyota of Greenwich! I'm pleased with my experience! And, I love my new car! For someone that has only worked at the dealership for 4 months, he has certainly made a positive impression. Layne represents the dealership well. I will not need a new vehicle for quite sometime. My second brand new car at this dealership I thought I would have been treated with a little more respect. I had a very hard time deciding if or not I should be buying a brand new Toyota Sequoia limited 2016 as the one I was trading in was also a brand new Ford Explorer limited 2016 and I was only in that car for a month.I met with Jeff as the very polite lady(Shawnie) who helped me in the past had a day off. He was very mean spirited, unpleasant, impatient and rude, at one point I asked him what's gonna happen if I should walk away from the deal he answered,"I would be very upset "Though I drove away with the car that I wanted my experience with Jeff was very unpleasant, in the end I felt very disrespected and insulted by comments he made.Thank God for the very apologetic managers who apologized on his behalf, they are the only reason why I would return to this dealer, NOT JEFF SYMEON.

This was y third time leasing a car from this dealership. I honestly had reservations about going back. My last experience wasn't very pleasant. Since the two people that I dealt with three years ago were no longer employed, I thought I would give it a try. I was leasing two cars. I expressed my concerns and thought if this dealership meets my needs, that I will do the deal. I was honest and said I had contacted other dealerships for prices. Jeff Symeon did an outstanding job helping us identify the best minivan for our needs. He was patient and super knowledgeable about all of the features in the Sienna. He gave us a 30 min tutorial when we picked up our car that was super informative! Car buying isn't usually very enjoyable, but I have to say this experience was remarkably pleasant. And the price was very competitive. I visited 7 dealers and Toyota of Greenwich was the best. There were a few minor glitches after we bought, and Jeff handled them all immediately and seamlessly, even driving personally to our home 30 min away to take care of something with the car the day after we drove it home.

Addendum to previous report on Toyota of Greenwich being so unhelpful to get my car fixed.I have now spent over 2 hours, $50+ in cabs, and countless frustration as even Toyota of Manhattan (where the car had to be towed....nice, my 60 day old $30k car worked for a really long time....Pre-Certified, really?), doesn't even know where my car is. Toyota of Greenwich was supposed to make this seamless for me as they promised me when we were all yucking it up around sales time, hearing now empty promises about 'anything you need, at all, in the future, just call us Sellers/Managers'.Well, at least for little old me, that wasn't the case. I am now fixing things at Toyota of Manhattan, and will high recommend them as once we found the darn car, they are on this situation. If I didn't take matters into my own hands, the car would have sat dormant as Toyota of Greenwich abandoned this customer. Guess the service stops when they deposit our checks. Sad.My Mom taught me not to speak negatively, so I only share all this so future buyers beware of just how you may be treated with your expensive Pre-Certified vehicle, all-in warranties once you leave the dealer.I love Toyota's, wish I went to someone who actually cared about the customer after they walked out the door.UPDATE - I now have the joy of a healthy large scratch on my left front fender that was never on this car when I purchased it. Nice....I buy a car that looks new, and 60 days later because this dealer did not care enough to install a fresh battery in a $30k+ pre-certified vehicle, I get to drive something that looks banged up already. I leased an awd siena three years ago and it was not a stress-free experience. I went in this time thinking I would not put up with the same again or I would go to Stamford. To my delight, this new sales guy Layne was a pleasure to deal with. I finished leasing a new awd Siena in less than an hour. The finance guy Rob also appeared straightforward, unlike three years ago when I had to go through the math in detail to find out I was to be overcharged by $2k.

My husband I had been searching for a 2013 Certified Toyota Sienna XLE with Navagation, backup camera that was in really nice shape and really preferred a specific color. It's a lot to ask and we searched far and wide eventually traveling 1 hour to Toyota of Greenwich. Initially I searched. by myself, and the minute i walked into the showroom I was warmly greeted by Bob Federico, the sales manager. I explained my need and he introduced me to Shani. Shani is highly knowledgable on the vehicles and has a relaxed personality that is easy to relate to. Never once did I feel pressured or like I needed to wash my hands from that slimy salesperson attitude. Several times she stayed late to meet our busy schedules, and on her days off, when we needed updates, Bob Federico stepped right in. Ultimately we found a vehicle in another dealership, but it was through no fault of Toyota of Greenwich Our needs were specific, so it just came down to where the vehicle was located. The warm family atmosphere was very comfortable. I'll definitely return when in the market for our next Toyota. (All we will ever buy! Amazing cars! !)

I recently leased a 2016 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Greenwich. Shani buster is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She worked her butt off to get the lease signed, including multiple test drives, a lot of negotiations and a husband who was adamantly opposed to a minivan but eventually gave in. We looked at a lot of different cars at a lot of dealerships but not only did I love the Sienna but I loved the customer service at Toyota of Greenwich. So happy we leased from them and would recommend Shani to ANYONE looking for a new car.

What made this whole procedure move easily along was the professionalism that the Greenwich dealership operates from. Dave Sullivan was our personal dealer and, what with his knowledge, easy going attitude and desire to help us find the right vehicle for our needs, the process consumed very little of our time. The whole experience was one that was practically stress free, especially in light of the late closing date on the house which, in return, delayed the final arrangements for getting the vehicle. Dave and his team were most understanding and bent over backwards to help us at every step with calmness and sensitivity. I have bought a number of cars from this dealership over the years. My oldest daughter was looking for a new car. She had her mind set on a different car from a different dealer. I walked in and spoke to my friend who owns the dealership and told him I want to buy local want to buy from him but he needs to show my daughter the right car. She drove the Rav 4 hybrid limited edition. What's not to love. Ok she's a girl in her 20's has more questions than I could ever emagine. The sales guy was so understanding and willing to help. I explained to them from the start she is the customer not me. They walked her through every detail, every option and by the end she bought the truck. What I loved most was it was not a pushy sales process rather an educational sales process. Never once did we get the yuck factor of buying a car so many dealers have. They were professional, educated on their product, comfortable talking to a 20 year old. Love the process

I have bought and/or leased Toyotas for decades, starting with a Tercel, and then moving to other vehicles such as a RAV4 and a Prius, which I finally gave to my daughter after 230,000+ miles in 7 years, which probably lasted so long because I always had it serviced at Toyota of Greenwich. (She put another 20k+ miles on that car while living on a military base in Texas.)I was driving an old RAV4 with 163k miles on it, and brought it in for a repair at Toyota of Greenwich.. I got great advice from their service expert (Jay Wright) that I would be better buying a newer car, and I ended up traded it in for a 3-year old Prius, which will drop my gasoline bills in half. I got excellent service from the service department and from the sales department (Thanks Dave Sullivan!!!) and was driving home the newer Toyota, purchased at a very fair price, by the end of the same day! I never expected that to happen so quickly, as my wife and I thought it would take a week or more to find a replacement.I will never buy or service another car from anywhere other than Toyota of Greenwich, because of the excellent staff they have, from the mechanics to the service managers to the sales people and owners. They all work together to make owning and servicing a Toyota vehicle a pleasure!

Went to Toyota of Greenwich to lease a Highlander Limited for my wife. I met with Jeff Symeon. Jeff knew the product inside and out. He was kind, courtesy, proffesional and personable. Once I was dazzled with Jeff's brilliance, Clint Steen, the General Manager and Owner, stopped by Jeff's desk to assist with the lease payment and breakdown. They both made the process easy and comfortable. You get that warm and fuzzy feeling at this dealership, very different then other stores. Upon picking up the Highlander a few days later, my wife and kids were with me and my wife could not be more impressed. Jeff paired her phone, set our home address in the navigation and went thru every button and switch with on this car. Jeff welcomed any questions she had and made sure she was comfortable with the new car before she left. Jeff was kind enough after his thorough presentation to walk my wife thru the dealership. He introduced her to the service and parts department and even went over with my wife where she should drive in when it is time for service. It was an extraordinary experience and I wish I could speak to anyone reading this who is considering buying a Toyota. This is the only place to go. In a world that is quickly losing it's personal touch, if you want to be treated like you should and not just another number, this is the place to go. See Jeff Symeon and Clint Steen. I recently bought my first used vehicle. I went to 7 or 8 dealerships to look at various Certified Pre-Owned models, since i would have been happy with any of several models. I purchased a RAV4 from Shani Buster at Greenwich Toyota. The decision was primarily based on price compared to similar vehicles; but having a nice, professional sales person enhanced the experience. Shani was knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly without being pushy. She quickly responded to my email questions. And she went "above and beyond" by personally delivering some accessories that I ordered but that hadn't yet arrived when I went to pick up the car. Although the car was "Certified" by Toyota, I took it to my mechanic for an independent inspection. I was surprised that he found a couple of (fixable) issues. One was that the car needed new tires -- something that should have been easily caught during the inspection. But on the positive side, Greenwich Toyota replaced the tires without hassle with brand new Goodyears -- not as good as the tires originally on the car, but still not bad. They didn't try to tell me that the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They didn't try to get out of making either of the repairs my mechanic suggested. Hopefully this level of service will continue now that the sale has been made.

I told him I had test driven some new cars that week and was interested in the Toyota Corolla and asked if I could possibly test drive one that day. I had a great experience buying a used Prius. While checking out the car before purchase we noticed a crack in a tail light. Jeff Symeon the sales person had it looked at by the service manager on the spot and had it scheduled for repair before we signed the contract to buy. Jeff's expectation was that we would be 100% satisfied. He noticed there were no floormats after we agreed to buy. I figured this was just one of the issues of buying used vs new. Jeff said he wouldn't sell a car to us without the mats. He arranged for all corrections to be made. Within a week all the parts were in. I returned tue car, got a loaner that morning, by 2 p.m. I received pictures confirming everything was ready to go. I'm very happy.

Starting with a seven week wait for Toyota to get around to find a particular color I wanted and he could not find any local dealer in this area who would help him with an exchange. Then we had to deal with a changeover by Toyota to the 2016 model and no more 2015's; another long delay.But this did mean that I got the latest model !! Thanks, very much, Jeff, for this..Then he and I found that a set of side protectors could not be added to my car when the new car finally arrived reached this dealer, because the man who does this work had gone to Italy for a two week vacation!! Jeff had to try and find him, without success. And not one of the senior men in this dealership seemed to help Jeff with this problem. Jeff did finally get this problem done, and I have exactly what I had originally asked for.There is a real problem with way this dealership is managed; But Jeff persisted for me and I am very grateful to him !!!

I've been purchasing cars from Toyota of Greenwich for 30+ years. I like that they (this time it was Dave Sullivan) to what's important to me and not just selling a car that is in inventory. I have been offered financial incentives by other dealers to take the vehicle on the lot whether or not it's what I really want! Seriously, this is wrong on so many levels. Toyota of Greenwich will try to swap vehicles with another dealer. They have always been successful in doing so. They end up with a happy customer.

I always get several estimates and have always gone back to Toyota of Greenwich. Over the 30+ years that I have bought cars from them, they always listen to what's important to me. Then, find a solution that works. I have never been pressured to take a vehicle on the lot if it wasn't 100% what I wanted. I have been offered lower prices at other dealers if I'll buy from inventory. They apparently have no interest in swapping with another dealer to have a really happy customer in the long run. We were not an easy customer as we needed a pre-owned certified car within 24 hours as we had just moved to the area. The dealership worked with us on price, choices and communicated with us multiple times in the same day via text, phone and email. They were professional and helpful. Emailed with a sales rep about a specific Highlander they had in stock and agreed to come same day to purchase it. I Arrived at the dealership at 7pm, saw the car, set down with the sales rep to go over numbers. It took half an hour for them to inspect my trade in and give me a price, I agreed to their price and wanted to go ahead with the highlander. Another 10 minutes went by and the guy comes back and says "OK, lets talk numbers", I said, great, and before he gave me a price he looked at his computer and said - "oh, sorry, the car was sold to another dealer earlier today" Mind you, I was emailing with the guys since 10am, it is after 7:30 PM at this point, and I came from NYC to get the car. Didn't have the professionalism to even check the status of the car before having me come there! or spend more than half an hour waiting on him. Would never buy from them - very unprofessional!

Many dealers across the spectrum, whether they are Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, ....Nissan, either don't read their customers right or they have a very long tourist route showing you things you don't want or that don't fit your lifestyle and/or budge. I mistakenly went upstate to a Toyota dealer thinking "Greenwich" will be taking an additional margin for sure given it's location and reputation. I wasted close to 3 hours of my life negotiating over the purchase price. I drove straight to Toyota of Greenwich, showed them the what I was willing to pay, the last price shown to the 'other' dealer and Toyota of Greenwich said done. I recently visited Toyota of Greenwich with my wife and two young daughters to purchase a used Highlander Hybrid. When we got there Jeff Symeon came out to greet us. It turned out that someone was in the process of purchasing the car we came to see. Instead of trying to pit the two buyers against one another, they just allowed the first buyer to complete the purchase without any additional pressure from us. This made me comfortable that we were at the right place. They had another used Highlander Hybrid for sale, and continued to treat us professionally making every effort to make the purchase process as easy as possible. The price listed online was reasonable to begin with, and when I went in to test drive the vehicle, I found out the price had gone down just a bit more, so I was already sold. Dave was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, as well as others that he thought I might be interested in. Paperwork is always a bit of a bore, but Dave and Terry made it as easy as possible and I was out rather quickly. Everything was transparent throughout the entire process. Went in to sign the paperwork and everything was as expected, and we were in and out with our new car within an hour. I have bought fifteen cars over thirty years or so. BMW for the last ten of them. I can safely say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I walked in and was greeted and introduce to Chris my sales man. I told him what I was looking for in a Tundra. Within twenty minutes I was done! My Tundra was located, deposit down and I had time to meet Terry in finance and the GM Vince. I had done my research on the best price. Without disclosing that number Chris and Terry beat it by $1,000. No sales man running back and forth haggling and wasting time. 1, 2, 3 done.I had been approved for 3.25% financing. Terry got it down to .9% that's point 9!As soon as my truck was on the lot I got a text with a photo of the Tundra. Delivery was the fastest I have every experienced. I walked in and started signing the paperwork and thirty minutes later I was pulling out of the lot in my new Tundra. I told Chris all I needed for delivery was to have the keys thrown at me! Chris came pretty close and paired my phone to the truck gave me the highlights of the truck and I was on my way. Thank you Toyota of Greenwich.

Had a older car in for service and i just browsed to showroom floor looking at the 2015 Prius. Keith Olsen came over to chat- no hard sell- just a friendly explanation of the new car. I went home and did some research and then told him i d be interested in buying a new Prius. They didn t have the exact color but they found one for us that we liked. Hadn't purchased from this dealership in over 10 years but after a horrible experience just getting prices at a toyota dealership in Milford I decided to take my son to cos cob and see what we could do. Met with Alexandra who sold my son a new camry in less than an hour. My highlander purchase took longer because in the middle of locating the car i wanted the 2015s became available. I really enjoyed the purchase process - Chris D'Agastino wanted me to get the truck I wanted at a price fair to both of us. I got a good value on my trade-in and a great new truck for a good value. I was really impressed with how they approached the financing. I came in with a really good rate from my bank which I told them and I decided to see what they could do on financing. They beat the bank's rate by over half a percent.It's obvious that this wasn't a single transaction that they were trying to maximize, they want to have a long-term relationship with me and they've got it. As long as I'm shopping for a Toyota, this'll be the first (and probably last) place I go.

I walked into the Toyota of Greenwich dealership and within a few feet I see a man beaming with a smile to greet me and he says, "I know your name!" At first I thought this was a strange way to start out but I decided to play along. He says, "It's Angie, right?". My mouth dropped open, Angie is my name! I immediately thought to myself that this should be an interesting car buying experience if he has esp! LOL It turned out that there was another woman who was named Angie that we was waiting to greet! What a great coincidence and a VERY good laugh. Chris D. was wonderful. He was straight forward and answered my questions. I have 3 young children and was in a big rush and he got right down to finding me what I wanted, getting real prices, and giving me numbers I could work with. I found him to be fair and a good listener. He made everything extremely easy for us. Later when I was signing the final papers there was a misunderstanding that occurred with another person in the process. I felt like I was afforded the space to express my perspective. We came to an understanding. There were several other people that were there and caught pieces of the conversation. They approached me after to make sure things worked out okay. I could tell that they REALLY Pride themselves on customer service. I really enjoyed my experience.

My mother had bought a Rav 4 back in February 2014, she paid the car off in three months. After a few moths she felt it did not meet her needs, she wanted a sedan. We went to see if we could check out a Camry, and see what kind of deal we could get without having to lose a lot of money considering that we were aware that driving the Rav 4 out of the dealership had devalue its price. We went with the idea of trading the car, and we ended buying another new car. The high concern that Alexandra Matviyeno sales consultant had for my mother to have a full satisfaction this second time was very thrilling. She made us feel we were in the right place to buy the right car. Her main concern was to make my mother happy and to have the best experience she could have, making her experience with a Toyota vehicle the best choice she could have made. We also had the advice of Ed Finn , sales manager who together with Alexandra dedicated all the time necessary to make us feel completely satisfied with our deal.I had in mind changing my Honda CRV early next year, I had in mind to go for another CRV, I've had several Hondas now and great experience with all. To make a long story short , I ended keeping the Rav 4, my mother bought a Camry . We got a Crystal Fusion windshield protection and Auto Armor interior&exterior package for both cars. I guess I don't have to say we both left the dealership very satisfied and happy. We would come back without no doubt to make business with Toyota of Greenwich. All sales consultants that helped in one way or another with all the process were extremely friendly. Thank you once more for all your concern and making sure that we would be completely satisfied with our decision and experience with Toyota.

A surprise phone call from Anthony Rivera, of Greenwich Toyota, enabled me to upgrade to a new 2014 4Runner. I was very happy with my leased 2011 4Runner, but after test driving the 2014, i knew it was time to go for the upgrade. Any concerns that I had regarding the size and some of the standard features, were quickly answered by Anthony. The new features on the 2014 4Runner are definitely a plus for a vehicle of this size. I checked Internet and found the car I was interested in. I visited the dealership for 30 minutes. The rep presented the car to me. I asked a few specific questions about the car that required some time to check. I asked the rep to get my trade-in car information and estimate it's value. We decided we get together in 2 hours. By the time I got back the rep prepared the answers on my questions. The manager took my car for a ride and gave me a reasonable offer. After another 10-15 minutes of quick negotiation we made the deal and I got the car the following day. I drive the car for about a month without any problem so far. I hope it will continue running as was promised.

We just traded in our 2008 Highlander for a 2013 Highlander. We considered the new 2014 Highlander but decided we actually didn't want a bigger car and chose the 2013 instead. David Sullivan and Eddie were both very helpful with the whole process - friendly (but not pushy) and easy to work with. We are thrilled with our new car. My coworker bought a RAV 4 here and came to work after the holidays. I loved the way it looked. I postponed my purchase of a new car last year because just like anyone else, I have enough expenses to commit to a car loan. Over the holidays, I had to spend a lot of money fixing my 8-year-old car. It was very weak when snowed. I had to quickly change my mind to buy myself a car that was more reliable.Keith Olsen greeted me, when we walked in for the first time. I was not sure if I really wanted to replace my old car with RAV 4, but I wanted to first test drive it and discuss the features. I liked the way it drove (especially when I applied the brake rather suddenly). Keith was not pushy at all. He knew that I was still looking around, because I also thought I should check Honda CR-V or Subaru. I wanted an AWD vehicle.The second time I visited, Keith had someone look at my old car. It was hit by another car, so the value was next to nothing, but with it, he calculated the price of the car. Even at this point, he did not attempt to twist my arms or anything - he spoke to me honestly and sincerely about the RAV 4 that I was interested. I decided to buy it.I picked up my RAV 4 the next day. My son and I are very happy with the RAV 4. It is roomier and is also stylish. It handled the icy hill two days ago at ease. I could not have done the same with my old car. I told the same story to Keith, and he was very happy to learn that I was satisfied with my purchase. It seems that he is always honest with me. He is also willing to offer any assistance if needed. I know that I can call him when I come up a question about the RAV 4. Thank you, Keith, and his team at Toyota of Greenwich.

Our experience at Toyota of Greenwich was outstanding. Dave was friendly and made himself available to us without being pushy. We came in at the end of our lease on different car brand. We wanted to look at the Highlander for its family friendly and roomy interior, but we loved out old car and weren't sure we wanted to switch. Dave helped point out some of the great features that ended up really pushing us to go for it. The optional third row and the removable middle seat are great. But the mirror on the sunglasses holder, the extra room for cups, the automatic tailgate - those ares one of the details that really pushed us over the edge and got us into our new Highlander. Everyone at Toyota of Greenwich was helpful and friendly. They weren't overly aggressive in their sales, which made us want to come back and get the deal done. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I called Toyota of Greenwich knowing exactly what RAV4 I was looking for and even though it wasn't your "standard" color option, Ed was able to locate one coming in almost immediatley. If you are looking to buy a Toyota CALL CLAUDIA TODAY!!! My husband went in to the dealership alone since I am on bed rest. He then surprised me at our baby shower a couple weeks later with the Sienna I wanted. Claudia listened to our needs and my wants. :-) I now have my white Sienna with leather seats, tv screens for my kiddos. My husband was extremely satisfied with the way Claudia helped us get our new family vehicle. I live a distance away and, while checking on line, found a (hard to find) vehicle in their inventory. I thought it would be less expensive to go to Greenwich Toyota than to pay another dealership closer to me to buy the vehicle, and then buy it from them. It was a very smooth and efficient transaction, and received a respectable offer for my old vehicle. They were gracious and professional, and I did not wait long at any phase of the visit. I needed to do some research before going to the dealership, and they were helpful in that process also. I would work with them again in the future.

Sam and Tony were my angels. I work at People's Bank next door and a coworker refered me to Sam. It was convenient in location and my experice was great! After a serious breakdown on the highway, we had our car towed to Greenwich Toyota. The damage was severe and we had an issue convincing the insurance co. that we had the necessary coverage. Add to this the fact that we couldn't be without a car for more than a couple of days. Bill Wright and the entire maint. dept stepped in and solved the problem and got our car repaird at no cost to us. We then decided not to keep the vehicle, but rather trade it in on a newer model. Chris Durkin understood our situation and had us driving away in a low milage used car in less than 24 hours. This was our first experienc with this dealership but we are now customers for life ! I have been leasing a 2010 Toyota Venza, that I leased from Toyota of Stamford. Prior to visiting Toyota of Greenwich today, I spent 2 MONTHS trying to lease my second Toyota, at Toyota of Stamford. I wanted the new 2014 Corolla. Stamford told me I can not lease a 2014 Corolla...they were insisting on putting me in a 2013 Camry. They never offered to have me test drive any car! I was frustrated and discouraged. I decided to visit Toyota of Greenwich today. Toyota of Greenwich was excellent. The moment I walked in the door, they were friendly, enthusiastic to meet me and extremely willing to work with my less than perfect credit. They asked what I was interested in leasing. They took me for a test drive in the Corolla that I wanted. After a total of 2 hours at Toyota of Greenwich, I drove the car and had an agreement to lease the car at a payment that was far more reasonable than any payment Toyota of Stamford ever offered me. I went out to lunch while they got my new car ready. After a total of 4 hours, I was driving away with my new 2014 Toyota Corolla! David Sullivan and Tony Mumtaz were wonderful to work with and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Toyota of Greenwich.

The service that I was given by Judi Burr was outstanding. She was patient, intelligent , knowledgeable, honest and willing to go far beyond any person that I have worked with when buying a car. Although I did not buy my RAV4 from this dealer, I've been servicing it at their place for the past two years, the standard Toyota maintenance. The majority of the staff is friendly and cooperative; I feel very comfortable going there and trust them on my vehicle. Price wise they are very reasonable. The waiting area is great and equipped with WIFI, large LCD and coffee station so perfect for waiting.

I took my car to a local gas station for a yearly inspection sticker. They told me that my coolant was leaking and that I would have to have my water pump replaced on my 2008 Highlander. I immediately called Toyota of Greenwich and spoke to Jay to ask how I could verify whether the leak was indeed for real. He explained that I should look for pink liquid under the hood. There was none but the station owner showed me the underbelly of the car where there was some pink liquid. Jay(at Toyota of Greenwich) had recommended that I take the car to the dealership and they would check it out. They did and there was no abnormal leaking- it was a weep hole. There was no charge for this at the dealership and they saved us $600-$700. Thank you, Jay.

We had a great experience working with Brian Ostaszewski and Tony Mumtaz at Toyota of Greenwich. We had in mind to buy a Prius V with certain options, the Prius at the dealership had some options that we were not necessarily looking for but Brian and Tony worked with us to make it happen. They were both very upfront about the numbers, and while there were some negotiations over the final price, we were quickly able to come to an agreement. We were very satisfied with the entire process including paperwork and vehicle pickup. After we picked up the car, I had some questions about the satellite radio which Brian quickly resolved. We also had in the first few days an issue with controlling all 4 windows from the driver's seat, but the Service Department was able to correct this before we were to take the car on a long road trip. I expect to continue using the Service Department for maintaining the Prius.

Those of us who are very busy in Greenwich can appreciate the prompt response of the sales team: Brian Ostaszewski has been very responsive by email, with all relevant information. He made himself available by mobile as well to answer any questions. For example, provide a clear and brief summary why the Limited version of Sienna would be a better match to what we were looking for. The whole process of trading-in our old Sienna and getting a new Siena was very quick and efficient, and it took me 20 minutes to stop by and complete this process, after most preparatory work was done by email. In addition, the other management staff I came in contact with was knowledgeable and professional, and nice to deal with.

However there was no one at the parts department available to take my order, even though it was during normal business hours and there were several other employes in the office (all of them apparently unable to order parts). I first made contact with Dave Sullivan via phone. I was interested in a Highlander Hybrid which was being advertised online. Dave drew me a picture of the vehicle and I became very interested. Dave's knowledge of this SUV was extensive. I made the trip from Farmingdale Long Island to Cos Cob (55 miles) to check out what I pictured and hoped to be a very good deal on this used vehicle. After meeting Dave he gave me the history of this SUV, and showed me all of the features listed and not listed about this SUV. We took it for a reasonable ride and I liked what this SUV had to offer. Dave was right on about this SUV. A deal was struck and I picked up the SUV a week later. Tony, the finance fellow, was very helpful in securing a very good deal on financing this vehicle. When I picked up the SUV, everything promised had been done. In addition, Dave walked me around the SUV for several times making sure that I was satisfied, I was. He then spent close to one hour explaining the inner working of the interior and dash board gadgets. This was very helpful! The amount of literature for this SUV would put the average person on overload. Thanks to Dave, a lot of this was done hands on. Much appreciated. In addition, when the staff found out that I a newly retired military person, they graciously thanks me for my service. That was heart felt!I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

With very limited time and two toddlers in tow, Claudia was precise , friendly, entertaining to my kids and got me out of there in no time with my new Sienna. I couldn't believe when the dealer called me to see if I wanted to trade in my 30 month old Sienna for a new one and lower my payment by almost $50 a month. There had to be a catch! To my surprise, there was none. In fact the new car has so many more features than the one I traded in, like navigation, sync to our I-Phones for iTunes etc. I will be returning to Greenwich Toyota again for my next vehicle soon as we are a two car family. I highly recommend Claudia. And if you have kids, ask her to show you her pink drill and other pink tools.

Have been in this dealership many times in the past but have always found their sales operation to be very "non negotiable" coupled with insultingly low trade in values. The young salesman I had this time, Mark Torres, was a new employee who clearly has been well trained in customer care either at this dealership or some prior place of employment. He listened, communicated to his sales manager & F&I sales mgr my goals & concerns. He got them all addressed. I really had no intention of buying my car there that day. I was just going to get a first hand view & understanding of the Prius V vs the regular Prius & then figured I would buy it somewhere else for a better deal. Their attention & fair negotiation resulted in my buying the car there that day!

The first time I came in as a walk-in. Although I'd read a lot of information about the Prius and it's rivals on line I needed to see the different models physically. Not only did I get to do that but I went out on a test drive - at this point I had not made any commitment to buying this model. I came back two weeks later this time with an appointment and was able to trade in my car and drive out with a new 2013 car the same afternoon. The Toyota financing rate was a better deal than my credit union's and the service was great. The salesperson even assisted me by showing me certain features of the car and I know that she stayed beyond her regular work day that day to ensure everything was completed.

With that said I had to replace my broken down 2002 X5 but had a friends car so I was not in a rush. After a month of looking I just fed upI either did not like the dealership or the way the used car salesman acted /treated me. I work in Greenwich, live in White Plains and I remember being very satisfied after purchasing my wifes '07 Highlander from Bob at Toyota of Greenwich. Toyota of Greenwich asked that I let you know if I could not rate my recent interaction with your service department as anything but excellent. Not only was the service I received from your employees not excellent, it was extremely rude and completely unacceptable.On December 26th I went to Toyota of Greenwich to obtain a quotation to repair the damage to my Toyota Avalon that was caused by running over a piece of metal that had fallen off the truck in front of me on I-95. I needed a new tire and a new alloy wheel. I also needed to have a service technician inspect the underside of my car to see if the metal object had caused any additional damage. I received a quotation for the tire, wheel, and inspection from a service technician named George. He said the inspection would take only half an hour. I called the next day to make an appointment for the inspection and spoke with a technician named Jay. He told me that I did not need an appointment and just to come in after 1 PM. I arrived at your service center at about 2 PM. Since I did not have an appointment, and no one greeted me on my arrival, I really did not know what I should do next. When George saw me, he did remember me but said in a rude way, I am very busy and I have to do this. I cant help you. I told him that I did not necessarily need his help, but could he please tell me who could guide me. He pointed to another technician named Jay. I believe Jay had heard our conversation and saw George point to him, but he ignored me, as I stood there, neither acknowledging me nor saying anything to me. Just as I was about to leave and go to another Toyota dealership, Jay stood up with a queue number to put in my car, still without so much as smiling at me let alone saying anything. Finally, I asked Jay how long the service was going to take. He said about an hour. Well, one hour soon became two hours. During those two hours, Jay walked past the waiting room several times and saw me waiting. He didnt even bother to smile or come to tell me that the car would take longer. I walked to his desk to speak to him after 2 hours and 10 minutes, but he was on the phone with another customer. He knew I was standing right at his desk. He didnt even say anything to me after he had finished his phone call, but he continued making another phone call. I didnt mind waiting so much as I disliked being ignored and not updated on the status of my car. No one apologized for the long wait, which ultimately reached 2 hours and 40 minutes. The next day I called back and spoke to George about ordering a wheel and a tire. The truck company that caused me the damage wanted to pay Toyota directly for the parts. George was not willing to process the request if the payment did not come directly from me. So I had the truck company call George directly and speak to him about the situation. The truck company manager called me back and said, George was very rude to us. She told me that, If I were you, I would not give any business to this dealer. The truck company decided to pay me directly and have me order the necessary parts from somewhere else.You might also like to know that while I was sitting in your waiting room, I talked to one of your other customers. Without any prompting from me, she complained about the service and said words to the effect that, The service here sucks (her word, not mine). I wouldnt come back here again. Both of us chose Toyota of Greenwich because we thought you would provide us a high level of service given your location. However, we were both profoundly disappointed. After the treatment I received at Toyota of Greenwich, I bought a wheel and a tire from another dealer. The customer service could not have been more outstanding. They provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Toyota of Greenwich which I thought would provide the best customer service, failed to provide even an adequate level of service.PS. I emailed the above letter to the Service Manager, Mr. Matt Bocchino on January 17th. As of today, January26th, I have not received any response yet.

I went to Toyota to purchase a new Highlander Hybrid. I was greeted by Lenny and went out for a test ride withe a Highlander about 5 yrs old and it road like a brand new car!I was then turned over to fast fingers Tony.When I went to pickup my new Highlander Hybrid Lenny was on vacation and Keith Olson took me through the SUV item by item because I was not shown on my original visit.Keith showed me everything and I mean everything. He made sure I was understood what he was saying. He told me if I had any questions to call him and he would be able to solve the majority of them over the phone, or to stop in. i.e. I had to call him and he did solve it over the phone!I had to go back and hook up my cell phone to Toyota data package and Keith did it and should me what I can do on the car screen with their icons. Assuming!I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota and Keith to any of my friends or family. He didn't give my the "bums" rush nor any hidden costs. The plus, Keith didn't treat you as a dollar sign. If he did not know the answer he said so and went to check it out instead of giving a guest. Keith represents Toyota high standards and I hope Toyota of Cos Cob, CT knows it!

I lease my vehicle and I started to shop dealerships in Fairfield County to lease a new 2013 Venza. My experience overall with Toyota of Greenwich was superior. I returned to the dealership where I had leased my 2010 Venza, but I did not find the level of engagement offered by Toyota of Greenwich. My first contact was with Eddie Finn who was super responsive, he immediately returned my phone calls and really turned on a dime to make things happen (during the hectic holiday period). I was then introduced to David Sullivan my salesperson who went through all the details with me. David is great, especially once I took ownership, he sat patiently and explained all the new features and helped set up bluetooth/garage opener. He is very honest and trustworthy, has a father-like demeanor, you feel like you are a part of their family. Lastly, I dealt with Tony Mumtaz in finance. This is usually the most unpleasant part of leasing a car...where all of a sudden all the hidden fees appear. Not so with Tony - everything Eddie had noted in the lease proposal was upheld...there were no extras. I would also note that another dealership offered to beat Toyota of Greenwich's offer and I turned them down as there was no comparison to the level of service I received at Toyota of Greenwich.Once I returned home I received a phone call from David and another from Tony to check if everything was ok and if I was enjoying my new car. In all the years that I have purchased/leased cars not once has someone in the finance dept. called to find out if I was happy with my new car! Overall experience was A+ and I highly recommend this dealership (ask for David)!

My 2008 Toyta Yaris was totalled and I needed a replacement, so I went to the dealer that I purchased my 2008 from. My first purchase in 2008 was sort of disappointing - they lost interest in me when I had told them that I wanted their lowest priced model, and it was a bit perfunctory. I guess in 2008 they were selling so many cars that a low end car like the Yaris was a low profit model that didn't merit their time.However, the Yaris is a great car and I wanted another. I had scheduled a test drive, and was taken on the test by Ms.Claudia Black. Knowledgeable and personable, she guided me through my purchase quickly, professionally, and thoughtfully. Ms. Black was easy to deal with and did the absolute right thing - she immediately realized what my needs were and made sure they were met. For instance, I wanted the car that same day, with specific features, and she made sure all was taken care of. She also was very helpful in showing me how some of the very up-to-date electronic features worked, and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off.Despite an attempt by another person in management to sell me a windshield coating (shades of the 'clear coat' salesman in the movie Fargo LOL) the experience in Greenwich Toyota was excellent. Ms. Black was a refreshing alternative to a 'hard sell' approach (don't misunderstand me, tho - her knowledge and people skills are first rate and probably could sell me anything she wanted to put her effort into) and she is very sensitive to the customer... I was very stressed out with the loss of my car etc and she immediately saw that I would be better served with care, and she made me feel much better. The Yaris being a great car helped too!

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I called about the car and had a discussion over the phone with Terry Morris. Since, I lived quite a distance away from the dealership we were able to go over information I needed such as the vehicles information, price and other essential factors when buying a car. I told him that everything sounded good and made an appointment to come in the next day. When I went in the next day and everything was just as we talked about. I found Claudia to be very friendly and interested in why I was looking at the Prius.We looked at the various models and as we looked she "explained" the car. During the test drive she pointed out the details. When the car was delivered she spent a good deal of time going over all the technology and I feel comfortable going back anytime should I have a tech problem. There was no pressure. I know she is rather new at this job and liked that when she wasn't sure of something she went to someone who had the answer. I was warmly greeted by Dave Sullivan when I arrived. Having spoken to them about what I was looking for ahead of time, I was shown a couple of fabulous cars. First, a Subaru and then a Camry that were in my price range and in perfect condition. I was trading in a Camry and decided to go with another one since the last one was so reliable and great to drive. Dave and everyone else at Greenwich Toyota couldn't have made me feel any more comfortable or at ease during the process. The paperwork was smoothly handled and they took care of all of the required transfers quickly so that I never felt any hesitation about my decision. I love my new Camry and would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car should go to Toyota of Greenwich. They are awesome!

We went on line to find dealers nearby. We had a good experience with another dealer in Greenwich so we went to Toyota of Greenwich. We were met by Lenny Cymerman , sat in his office and told him what we wanted. He had both models available, brought them out for us to look at. We were trading in a Hyundai Tuscon and wanted a fair price. He met our price on the trade in and gave us the new Prius V 5 for what we thought was fair price. We made a deal. The financial end was easy with a very knowledgable finance officer. we picked our new Prius Saturday and I have been enjoying it every day. Lenny called today to ask how we were doing with the car, we said great. It's not often you get such personal attention after the purchase. I cannot thank Doug Deakin and Maria Perez enough!!! I would highly recommend this dealership in Cos Cob-CT, Toyota of Greenwich!!! I was able to purchase an used 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with no hassles, no back and forth haggling over sticker price. They were extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me all the procedure I will go through, since I live in CA, and I bought this vehicle from an out-of-state dealership. They treated me fairly and they were very patient in dealing with me over the phone all this time. I tried to have this vehicle transported with a car shipping company called Montway Auto Transport, but they made me wait 2 week, and no luck of having my car picked up at the dealership. In the meantime, the car was sitting at the dealership, and Doug was so considered to allow me to have the vehicle at the dealership until I find the right shipping company. Luckily I found one, which I totally recommend: DAS Dependable Auto Shippers. Thumbs Up! I have purchased my last four cars from Toyota of Greenwich, the last three being Corollas. I have always been very happy with both the sales and service departments at this dealership. After having seen the "Now's the time to buy a new Toyota" commercials on TV, I began thinking about replacing my 2004 Corolla. I went into Toyota of Greenwich on Monday afternoon and met George Paonessa. He listened carefully to what I wanted in a new car and answered my various questions. He then showed my what they had in stock, giving me time to make comparisons and look at my options. He went with me on a test drive of a Corolla LE. Throughout the whole process he was very professional and friendly. During my time there I also had the pleasure of meeting Terry Morris, another friendly professional. I received what I considered a good trade-in price. I decided to purchase the car I had test driven and took delivery of my new car the next afternoon. Again, George was very generous with his time, explaining all the features of my new car and taking the time to sync my cell phone with the blue tooth feature. I was very happy with the total sales experience and I love my new 2012 Toyota Corolla.

Keith ( a former teacher) was very well informed about the cars I was interested in exploring, but what impressed me even more was the kind and gentle way he has with helping navigate the sale process, which can be daunting. Keith took his time and explained thoroughly the operation of the car, the features, the options. He has a great sense of humor and a kind spirit. Tony helped with the financial aspect of the day and was both straight-forward and professional. Every aspect of the day, from the moment I walked into the dealership, was a good one. In three short hours (after test driving two vehicles and meeting with Tony), I walked out with a new lease on a 2012 Toyota 4Runner, which has proven to be the perfect fit for our needs. Yuliana, Keith and Tony were wonderful to work with and this automobile buying experience (and I've had a few!) was the best I've experienced.

Extremely expensive - as usual. I paid $150 for a bulb that is available online for $85 (shouldn't the toyota dealer be able to buy in bulk and get it for less than I can at retail?!!!) and was charged for 1/2 hr of labor when I would expect a trained toyota mechanic should be able to change a bulb in 15 minutes or less.I was told there might be a chance this would be covered under warrantee but when I picked up my car, there was no mention of that and I had to pay the full price. Thanks for getting my hopes up and not commenting on it at all!I feel like this dealership charges a premium for doing business with it and that they are doing me a favor to work on my car. They do good work but I will only use them for work I think cannot be done be anyone else. I don't think they want my business or value me as a customer.Another examplePreviously, I brought my car in for regular service and it showed 2 hrs for labor, when they only had the car for 1hr (or something like that maybe 1.5hrs). When I asked about that I was told "toyota estimates the job at 2 hrs and that's what we are allowed to charge for that even if it doesn't take us that long" - are you kidding me? so that means I am paying $220/hr!.While I am at it, the waiting area is dark and grim and has no place to work (e.g. table, desk) if you want or need to.

I called Len Cymerman last Sat. to talk about a new Toyoto Camry. Twelve years ago, before my husband passed away, he purchased a new Toyota Camry for me from Len. It was absolutely the best car I have ever owned and I always got exceptional service, whether it was from Len, the staff or the mechanics. Meeting with Len again this week to purchase a new car was an unbelievable experience. He made the process so simple and he worked with me within my budget. He walked me through everything imaginable. We took the new car for a test drive and he showed me how everything worked. He then had someone explain the extended warranty, which was terrific. Len even loaded my contacts into the Blue Tooth. He followed up many times in the last few days to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and asked me about any concerns I might have had. He left nothing out. Please thank him for me. I wrote more than you asked for, but I felt it was important to give the proper recognition due, both to Len and the rest of the staff. We were really looking to buy a Toyota Camry because a tree fell on our previous one. We talked to Len Cymerman and he came across as a little condescending from the start. He talked about how long he has been with Toyota and how he was more senior than the rest of the salespeople there. Apparently, he was the only one who got a company demo car to drive around, etc. Whatever, that's fine. He came across as cold, definitely not the way to win me over when I am looking to spend my hard earned $25K.He was very cold from the start, didn't ask if we wanted a drink or show any other common courtesies. He made no effort to make us feel comfortable. He had us test drive one car and at the end, he didn't even try to close the deal. He gave us one price and that was it. When we suggested that we talk about the price he made a sarcastic comment (in my mind) and politely showed us the door. He didn't even want to negotiate. It is possible that he gave us the best price and we didn't need to haggle, but that's kind of rare in the business.I looked at his other reviews and they all seem to be great. Maybe he was having a bad day and we caught him at the worst moment. However, we left your dealership with a bitter unloved feeling. We had already made up our minds about buying the car and would have bought it the next day, but now we will go to any other dealership but yours. Good luck !

May 28th we went to Mount Kisco Toyota to test drive the Venza that I have had my eye on for 3 yrs, they did not have one available for a test drive so we made an Appt for wednesday to go back and test drive. They screwed up and sold that one that morning, never called or emailed. So we drove directly to New Rochelle where 3 ys ago we bought or first Toyota which was a Camry. They also did not have one available but promised to have one by friday (6/1/12) still waiting for my call back that they got one.On June 7th I called Greenwich Toyota, due to a coworker who told one existed down the road from where I worked. 2 hours later I had test driven it and also put the showroom one on hold. June 8th brought my husband to see it and put a down payment on one. June 13th drove home a better one than I had intended. Could you say I am happy with everything, no, ecstatic is more like it. I have now purchased 4 new cars in my lifetime ( 2 of which were Hondas ) and this transaction was the best without a doubt.I would recommend everyone to this dealer only.

The entire sales staff was very welcoming and friendly when we walked in. (We have purchased cars from this dealership many many times in the past). The attention to detail at Toyota of Greenwich was paramount to several experiences I have had in the past. Although there was a delay in some of the overall communication (which admittedly was not the fault of the dealership in any way) the staff promptly communicated any changes in status and got the vehicle delivered on-time. When it finally arrived the entire staff worked to get me on the road quickly and there were no necessary delays or pressure-driven sales pitches. This is the second Toyota I bought or leased from this dealer and in both instances Len was my sales person. By the way, it should be known that this is probably my 25th or 30th Toyota and or Lexus. I've bought them in three dealerships. Toyota City in Mamaroneck, Manhattan Beach Toyota and Toyota of Greenwich (Toyotas, that is). Len is as nice and open and considerate as any sales person with whom I have dealt. I chose his dealership because the person who sold me over left Toyota City.So now my new Toyota person will be Len.I knew what I wanted but still had to be convinced. Let's face it, the Toyota Prius V is, I believe a bit over priced, so Len explains the new features, the room, the improved dashboard, no small thing, at least to me. The handling did seem better and, lets face it, at my age, I like my comfort. And being a dyed-the-wool lover of the Earth, I wanted a hybrid.I also know what a pain-in-the-butt I can be, especially with all the technology in the car, but I know Len will give me all the tutorials I need.Interestingly enough, the former #2 person at Toyota City is now at Toyota of Greenwich, so I know the extra 30 miles round-trip will be worth it.Stanley R. Salesman Rich McCarthy along with Keith Olsen were the people we delt with that evening, and they couldn't have been more acomadating. They explained the vehicle inside and out and we looked at it closer. In a lifetime of car buying this was the first experience that was truly fun. Leonard, besides being able to regale you with personal stories and make you feel included, really knows his cars (in this case the Prius V). We had predetermined what we wanted to pay by going online. There was no hassling or haggling and only once was there a fleeting reference to the old saw of having to run it past his boss. Our price was met and we were given full disclosure of all the little odds and ends charges that you lose sight of in these transactions. This is my 3rd new Toyota, but first from this dealer. Changed dealers because of the prior service dept. Salesman was very knowledgable and personable. Knew the car and the competitors. Willing to commit time to make sure we understood the car features and were comfortable in our car choice. Left the test drive committed to come back and purchase the car.Buying trip a disappointing experience. Had to spend over 2 hours haggling and hassling. Hate being asked what I "think is fair to pay for the car". That isn't my job. Give me a good price and let me decide. Trade in value was quoted as 2k below low-end of the email quote provided by dealer's own internet team. I was very explicit that I wanted an all-in number, we agreed to that number and then price sheet showed that number + $700 more in fees. Never showed me the total price on the sales sheet that day (did it on calculator and promised it would be very close to that number).Never discussed extended warranty with me, then tried to sell my wife on it when she came to pick up the car the next day. Would have bought it either way, but didn't appreciate the process. Think that is why he didn't write the price on the sheet the day before.Overall, I would say that I love the car and thought the salesman was knowledgable and helpful, but sales process was a diappointment.

I came to the dealership with my 15 year old Tacoma. for a Toyota sponsored rust inspection. I was a little surprised, when I was told it was not safe, but that Toyota would buy it back. Bill and Matt, in service, were very helpfull. They said it could take about 2 weeks for paperwork etc. So in need of a new truck, I went to the showroom, and met Doug. we talked a while, and made a deal. He found the truck that I wanted, and I was driving it home in 1 week. The new truck is great, and everyone at Toyota of Greenwich was fantastic.Happily yours,Scott Grant

Whole experience was painless. Got the car, test drove it, and was flexible on the price. Everyone was very friendly and not too pushy. Happy with the service. The only con was that when negotiating, I was looking for something to help with the cost, and was told nothing else can be done, and then was sent to financing and was introduced to the service contract and how much that would cost. I was hoping that could've been included or at least introduced prior to purchasing the car. Otherwise, all's good - would recommend to others.

Looking to replace a 12-year-old minivan, I began the lengthy process to find a crossover, SUV or station wagon, including researching reviews of all models, while concurrently seeking special sale incentives from local dealers. Once the choice was narrowed down to three models from two different automakers, I took test drives at six different area dealers, three each by automaker, before choosing a Toyota. During the test drives, Toyota of Greenwich was the only one in which I met a salesperson immediately upon entering the showroom rather than having to wait, provided the appropriate brochures after the test drive, and/or did not employ any pressure sales tactics, like meeting with the sales manager to offer a "deal I couldn't refuse."Although the test driving experience was very positive, it wasn't the reason I purchased the car from Toyota of Greenwich. It's all the money, as I initially chose them because they offered the best price package when compared with the offers from the two other Toyota dealers where I took test drives, as well as few I contacted by phone once I had model, options package and exterior color chosen. However, once that decision was made, it turned out to be the best car buying process I've ever experienced since purchasing my first new car over 35 years ago. My salesperson, Len Cymerman, went to extraordianary efforts to secure the model I wanted with the option package I requested, as well as the exterior color I preferred. The positive experience continued during the financing phase that went almost flawlessly. There was no hidden agenda, compared with past experiences when dealers attempted to renogiate the monthly payments higher on the day the car arrived on the lot or added features on the automobile without prior knowledge that increased the price. Once the car was delivered, I received it almost immediately as Len hustled to get it prepped, and it came with a full tank of gas, as well as hands-on instructions on some of the features, like bluetooth. I left the showroom with a smile on my face, compared with most previous auto buying experiences when a last minute hitch always proved frustrating. Len followed up a few days later to check if I needed any additional assistance.I would highly recommend Toyota of Greenwich to anyone in the tri-state area who has decided on a Toyota model.

The sales people were friendly and co-operative till I bought the car. I had an issue with the car next day and went to their service department. They kept the car for 3 days to fix a small issue. I was really upset with the turn around time. On top of that I had to call up the service to get an update. To my surprise the guy who sold me the car did not even picked up my phone or tried to help me out.

Toyota of Greenwich went above and beyond to give me the absolute worst car dealership experience I have ever had. I went there to inquire about a special lease offer on the 2011 Corolla which I had been informed of by phone BY THEIR VERY OWN STAFF. When I arrived, one of the salesman, I believe his name was David, told me the offer required an additional $2500 down payment and tried to bully me into signing some paperwork. I could not believe what this clown was trying to do. Frankly, the Corolla is such a mediocre car that I wouldn't even have considered it without the special offer. These idiots wasted my time. Even Shady's used cars is better than this place

I brought my car in for regular service and to have a trunk part replaced in Dec 2010. Matt and Dave were very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. I have never felt more satisfied. They took the time to work with me and I couldn't be more thankful. I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my car in for service. They say they will get it done as quickly as possible, and I never have had to wait an excessive amount of time. Very impressed with them everytime! The customer service at this dealership was superb. From the moment I stepped into the door, the staff (especially Kelly and Asaad)went completely out of their way to make this the MOST wonderful buying experience I have ever had. They were kind, friendly, patient, thorough, polite and never once gave me that "pushy sales treatment" that most car-sales men & women representatives give. I traveled a far distance with my child and sister and we were treated like family. We were given warm drinks and lunch! And not once did I get the feeling we were being treated this way to be persuaded to buy. I have purchased many cars in the past but my experience here was by far the BEST! It was such a nice feeling and completely worth the time I spent to come here! Oh, did I mention the car is wonderful too with all the bells and whistles anyone could want (heated seats, remote starter, DVD etc, etc). I have completely bragged about this dealership to many of my friends and family and would totally recommend Toyota of Greenwich to anyone! They do not treat customers rudely or take advantage of people. Many customers such as me have been their customer for more than twenty years. You can depend on excellent work, polite handling, cooperation, and follow up to see that you are satisfied with all that was done. My hybrid battery wasn't performing properly and they argued with me--argued!!!--that there was nothing wrong and it must be my fault. This is in addition to the usual bait-and-switch; it seems that every time I take the car in for an oil change there is some "XXXX mileage service" due that costs a bundle. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority, not even a goal. They just argue with you until you leave. What good is a dealer that can't and won't fix a problem with the car they are there to service? That's the last $30 they get from me.

Service department was given the charge to perform a 5000 mile service (first one on the vehicle) on my wife's new RAV 4 bought there several months earlier. The bill came out to $146! Without asking, they decided to perform a wheel balance and alignment on a 4 month old car. I believe they should have asked us first. The car was not pulling or shimmying in any way. It seems that they just packed the bill. Very disappointed in the way that was handled.
