Staff was very helpful and friendly even those of which we (wife and I) weren't directly dealing with. Bought her the car she wanted today 2020 ford explorer new. As a surprise she drove it off the lot 2 he's later 🤙🏼. Great place to do business when shopping for a car.

Daniel aka D Rod is the man! He got me my Tacoma without any mark up like other dealerships were trying to do. He made the experience quick and easy. I was in Saturday morning signing papers at noon and was out by 1pm. The quickest I've ever bought a car. Tim in finance was also very helpful in going over everything and also made life easy there. When I went to pick it up the week after, I was in and out again within an hour. This is how car buying should be. Big thanks to d rod and Tim!

I bought a used car from here in 2015. When I was buying it, I was demanding that few things were charged and replaced. Most of which got done, except the battery (which has battery acid on it) was only cleaned off and not replaced (which I had to replace out of pocket about a year later). And the fuel filter was never replaced. The back up camera that was added, has had to be replaced about every year and a half (just outside of the camera warranty of course) since then. But this isn’t the reason for 1 star here. While these changes and upgrades were happening, the dealer also did a recall which was the back of the driver seat that needed to be replaced. Now, my suspicion is that this was never replaced, but I have no proof. However, I noticed about a year and half ago that part was separating from the back of the seat so I called and asked what the safety recall was for. They told me that it was for panel separating from the seat and to bring the car to have the recall again since the “recall” failed. So, in August I decided when I got the airbag recall that I would have it all done at one time. So, I took the car in to have the airbag recall done (hopefully they did that too) and they refused to fix the back of my seat. They told me that they have to contact corporate to get approval, well it's November at the time of writing this review and the issue still isn’t resolved. 02/10/2021 - Issue still isn't resolved, Toyota is claiming due to the virus it is hard to get these parts.

Had a pleasant vehicle purchase experience here st Toyota of Huntington Beach. Ryan was very welcoming and comforting when test driving new renegade. Made it real easy for me to comfortably set up a plan of payment and walked away with a new car that day. I'll definitely be returning to Ryan and referring friends and family to him.

Went to buy a tacoma, and the sales staff were complete jerks, had to qualify me before they would even talk to me. Then, when I wanted to price shop the rep and manager blew me off, and wouldn't help me to even test drive a truck! Would not recommend.

I took my car to get an oil change, and I told the service attendant that I would wait for it to be done. He said it would take approximately 2 hours, but after 1 hour, he came in to tell me it was done. The attendant also discussed the pros and cons about extending my Toyota Care. I feel like I can make a good decision about what is best for me. From the time I bought the car 1 1/2 yeas ago until now, I have been highly satisfied with Toyota of Huntington Beach and would recommend them to anyone.

I won a free oil change and was dreading using it because my experience with other "free" services is they always to up sell you especially if you're a woman. I was treated very nicely even though I have a Ford. They did a complimentary safety inspection and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Driver Omar was polite and friendly. My car was done in approximate time 3 hours. Thanks to Shavana. It didn't get washed like in Toyota of Orange, but I think that's because it's a free service for airbag recall.

I am able to drop my car off at night and have it ready the next morning, they even wash my car! For a person on the go with only 1 car this is an awesome service! The service advis or are on their game and are very knowledgeable.

We have taken our Prius to this dealership since we purchased it in 2010. They have always provided efficient service, letting us know exactly what will be done and keeping us up to date on progress. The service person who worked with us, John Appel, was really friendly and not in the least patronizing!

when you choose a dealership, what stands out is the service and who makes a difference. The ladies that get my paperwork done are prompt and professional and so is my service writer, John Keller. He is the reason why we come to Touota of HB. Note: when a car gets serviced, ALL vehicles should have a paper floor mat and be covered w a sheet. I noticed a mechanic not following that protocol as a courtesy and sanitary reason.

I was blown away by how knowledgable Kevin in service and Mike the service manager were about my specific car and its needs. I had horrible customer service at the last two Toyota dealerships I went too. I went straight to Mike Purpura (manager) and advised him of my concerns. He promised me everything I asked for and asigned Kevin to my car. What a team. Those guys really knew their stuff and guided me in the right direction when it came to customizing my vehicle. And their customer service is above excellent. I was treated like a real important customer. Those guys really went out of their way. Thanks again

I took my 2004 Toyota Camry SE into Toyota of Huntington Beach for an oil leak. The vehicle was left at the Service Department for the diagnosis that cost $65. When I returned the service adviser told me that the leak was coming from a line that led into the radiator. I was told that the line and radiator needed to be replaced and the estimate was $1000.I did not have the work done because of the cost. After I left I got to thinking that I replaced the radiator not too long ago and I returned the vehicle a few weeks later and told the service advisor (a different one) that I felt that my vehicle was misdiagnosed and asked them to recheck the vehicle.Upon my return, the service adviser told me that they team up with the same diagnosis and the cost was $1000.I took the vehicle to Ron Catt automotive and the vehicle was diagnosed and photographed showing the oil leak from the head gasket and the repair cost was $160. Ron Catt Automotive photograph and showed me the area where Toyota of Huntington Beach claimed the oil leak was coming from was dry and not leaking.The only reason that I could think of that the dealership would do that is to rip people off that cannot see what's going on under their vehicle.

By far the best dealer, not only because of the store but because of its personnel. I dealt with mike Purpura prior to him working at this dealer and when he moved to HBT I moved with him. Due to him being the director now I deal with Justin the service writer because that guy is just so amazing. Thank you for the outstanding service you guys always provide.

My visit was for regular maintenance and an alignment. My steering felt strange after having two other shops attempt to align my car. The service department went above and beyond to identify the cause of the problem and then make sure that my car left safe. I was shown that the other shops damaged my vehicle in an attempt to align it, but this department did so without bashing anyone. They showed me the problem and let me draw my own conclusions. I highly suggest this dealership as it is a class act!

Have developed a trusting relationship with Steve Gabrion and ask for him specifically each time. We own 2 Toyotas and family members have replaced their previous cars with the dependability of a Toyota. Steve goes out of his way to accomodate our every need and represents the dealership well.

Our visit to Toyota Of Huntington Beach was one of the easiest and less stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Mitch welcomed us at the entrance and started our car buying experience. Frank later came in with his expertise on for lease of company purchases. They both worked together seamlessly to get the job done correctly. Once we figured out what car we wanted (which took patients-"thank you Mitch") financing as well as Mitch and Frank had us in and out while keeping our budget in mind.

Amazing service from the minute you walk in the door! I was treated like a VIP by everyone I dealt with... No pressure, very good deal, excellent service by Bob Miller and his team! I recently was interested in purchasing preowned truck. I was a little undecided between the Ford F150, Tundra & Tacoma. During my investigation of the vehicles I informed Larry Taylor who is a manager at Toyota of HB. He thoroughly explained the Toyota products to me and answered all my questions. He was informative, helpful, courteous and very professional. He offered me an unbelievable deal on a brand new 2013 Tacoma at almost the same price as a 2011 pre-owned with 48k miles I saw at Carmax. He located the exact vehicle I wanted in Riverside and had it available to me the next day. I was not looking forward to dealing with the process of purchasing a vehicle. Larry introduced me to Todd Wilson who was the salesman that assisted me throughout my purchase. Todd made me feel very comfortable and at ease with his no pressure professionalism. Todd Eyster was the finance manager who completed the transaction with the care and professionalism Larry and Todd Wilson had extended. I truly felt that they really cared about me. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Toyo of HB. As a matter of fact, I have already shared my experience with friends and co-workers.

We went through an auto broker and this is the only dealership that he said he would work with as he trusted them completely. We drove up from San Diego and Scott was professional and had all our paperwork ready. We were there a couple of hours but was comfortable the whole time and offered refreshments. The truck was spotless and Scott took time to explain all the bells and whistles. We had a problem with the locks and he has already hooked us up with someone to fix the problem. We were completely happy with the service and would definitely do this kind of deal again and recommend this dealership.
