I cannot begin to say how happy I am that we found Toyota of Killeen. It was completely unexpected that we would have to shop for another vehicle. Visited Toyota of Killeen specifically at the recommendation of a valued friend, and was NOT disappointed at the quality of professionalism and satisfaction we received from the experience. We were tentatively looking for a used 4-Runner, but after discussing features, service, pricing and financing considerations with the very personable and knowledgeable Ken McDonald, decided to buy a new 2015 from him utilizing the very competitive Toyota Financing option available to us. How surprised we were when, upon sitting down to process the purchase contracts and other documents, that we were offered 1% lower financing rate than had even been discussed with us (and that we had accepted) earlier in the discussions .... What a pleasant surprise!!! Ken was very patient and deliberate with us explaining all the possibly unfamilar perks and capabilities of the feature-rich vehicle we had purchased. We now have almost 20,000 miles on it, and have had it back for the first three of 5 included (all-complementary) PM/Check-Up service events, including tire rotations, oil changes and other Dealer Shop evaluations of the continued integrity of our new vehicle. My wife (its primary driver, day-in, day-out) has nothing but praise for its handling, feel and drivability. In summary, our next vehicle will be a Toyota of Killeen purchase, and Ken will again be "THE MAN" .......

I started looking for a 4Runner TRD PRO in December 2015, I checked with six different dealers in the surrounding area and then went toToyota of Killeen. Rocky Price started working with me on getting one ordered at the beginning of January 16. He told me it would take two to three months. I picked the 4Runner up on Saturday 19 March. Rocky made it seem like it was only a few days between ordering and picking it up. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. I had a great experience with him and Toyota of Killeen and I plan on being a repeat customer.

Ken was a great sales man. He was extremely patient because I had pretty much done zero research. I had a lot of questions and he did his best to answer or find the answer. He was not pushy and gave me time & space to decide. Also I was pretty picky in the color I wanted (even though I did not what type of car) and he found it :) I love my car. The financing process was faster than I expected. It was relatively easy to buy the car once we found it.

Second purchase for myself in 15 years....This time it was for luxury and ooo la la la, Ken Mc Donald got me just what I wanted! Love my hybrid! She handles like a dream on the open road and I don't feel tense when it is city traffic, bumper to bumper slow. I dictated my specifics and Ken called the next morning with MY car being delivered in three days. I picked her up and we went on a 5 and 1/2 road trip, what a trip we had.. The dealership has improved on looks and space, but the customer service from sales to shop have remained #1 in the 15 year relationship I have had with them. My wife and I just recently bought a 2016 Toyota Sienna at Toyota of Killeen. This is our second van purchased within a 12 month period. Newton Rose was our car salesman again, second time. We could not have asked for a better experience, from the beginning to the end the process was made smooth and simple by Mr. Rose. He guided us through every step and was prompt in answering all our questions. Another thing I like about Mr. Rose is that he is retired military and takes good care of those who have served and our serving our armed forces. Don't get me worng he will take good care of you regardless if you were military or not. Met and exceeded all our expectations again. The facility is clean and recently renovated and the location of the dealership is great. The staff is friendly, and we even enjoyed the financing process. My husband and I visited Toyota of Killeen on a Saturday when they were about to close. Newton Rose stopped what he was doing to see if he could help us. We didn't want to bother him since they were closing. Newton went inside and got the keys to one of the Corollas so that we could sit in it and see what all it had to offer. We had told him that we wanted a color that was not on the lot. Monday morning he called and said that he had found the color and could get it. He did not get upset when we told him that we had changed our mind on the color. We went in on the following Friday to look at the Corolla again. The car was up front. We did not get that car but ended up getting one that was on the showroom floor. The only disappointment that we had was that we did not get to test drive the car that we bought. We drove the car that was up front. Also, we would have liked to have test driven the car without the salesperson riding along.

I bought my first Toyota...Camry. Our salesman was Tom G. Their prices were reasonable...just make sure you read the fine print on advertisements for specials! We paid a little more than I wanted to, but the 0% APR persuaded me not to haggle! If we buy another Toyota, we will definitely go to Toyota of Killeen first.

I visited Toyota of Killeen two weeks ago in search of a new Toyota. I had an idea of what I was looking for but hadn't made up my mind. I was greeted by Ken McDonald who listened attentively to what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and was able to help me narrow down my choices until I found the perfect car. Ken explained all of the features on the car and how they worked. He even set up my garage door opener and paired my phone to the Bluetooth in the car! He was very helpful in getting the payment I wanted and helped me to get the best interest rate. After looking at several other dealers in the state and not finding any good deals or service, my brother-in-law suggested Toyota of Killeen. He had just purchased his new 2016 Prius and recommended taking at look at a Toyota through this dealer. Everything was done on the phone and online, it was one of the easiest purchases I've ever made. I didn't spend more than an hour at the dealership when I went to pick it up and everyone was exceptionally helpful, especially my salesman, Newton Rose.I've been really happy with the Corolla so far and I'm not ready to say I'm a convert, but I'll definitely be coming back to Killeen if I go with a Toyota again!

Last three appointments for oil change took 4-6 hours. 100,000 mile service took 8 hours and they weren't finished then. Two recalls recently and that took 2 days, yes I did write days! Even when you bring your car in a 8 am, they don't start looking at it until late in the afternoon. I live 40 miles away and that is more than an inconvenience. Unacceptable service.

Purchase deal was agreed upon and delivery date was confirmed. Drove to the dealer to complete the buy and take Delivery of the car, salesman came out and told us the car had been sold AFTER THEY HAD ACCEPTED OUR DEAL THE DAY BEFORE DOCUMENTED EMAIL. Obviously as a result of a better deal from someone else. This is a very poor way to do business, so I recommend be very careful if dealing with this dealership. I was looking for a reasonable prices second truck that was in very good condition. I found the vehicle at this dealership and was helped by Neal in the Used Car department. He gave me a prompt overview of the vehicle, showing me the Carfax and let me test drive it. I was able to get a discounted price (expected); I checked the internet and found that the price offered was within industry considerations, a fair price. I purchased the truck, experienced prompt closing and was offered warrantee protection. I wanted that because of the milage, and as it was reasonably priced, I took it. I had a minor noise problem that they helped me with, though though didn't have to-it was purchased 'as is'. I would recommend this dealership, especially Neal, my salesman.

The dealership got me the exact car I wanted both times, with every option that I asked for. They gave me great deals on my new cars and gave me a great price for the vehicles I traded in. After submitting a request for info. ona vehicle listed on Cars.com I never received a response. A week later I called and spoke to someone who said the car was still there and a deal was in process on it but was not finalized. He said he would call me back and let me know one way or the other on this particular car, guess what, no call back. How do they plan on selling if they can not respond either by e mail or phone. Good luck I will not inquire with them again!

I worked with Jim to purchase a new Prius. My husband and I talked with him in the spring, and just recently were ready to make our purchase. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked out some great financing through Toyota for us that cut our interest rate by 2/3 from what we were expecting through our bank. The process was simple and easy, no pressure sales with Jim. I really enjoyed this experience and will continue to return to Toyota of Killeen for as long as we remain in Texas!

GM Mickey Rawls is a croock and a lier we are an auto transport company that picked up a car from the dealership and when my driver got there they gave him the wrong car and when we spoke to the sales person he told me that GM Mickey Rawls will call me and take care of the transport but instead they picked up the car and GM Mickey Rawls said that he doesnt want to pay because he got the car in his lot.be very carefull dealing with this dealership .

I dealt with the GM Mickey Rawls and he took my information and gave it to his Parts Manager Jamie Oyler. Jamie listened to my request, quoted me a price and when I ordered them, he shipped them immediatley. Very easy and smooth transaction. This was not a big sale for them however what was so different was the friendly atmosphere and the "customer service" I received.
