my husband wanted a bigger car as he is very tall...i asked him to come along while my prius was getting serviced. The experience started off with Rob the service advisor treating us as if we were special and then we asked for Roy who sold us our last car. What a delightful experience. Every question we had was answered completely and they seemed totally interested in meeting our needs. I ended up trading in my prius for a prius 5. A delightful day!!!!!

I keep taking new car in to get repairs for the electrical glitches and I show them the problem when I drop it off. They fix nothing and say mechanic/electricion couldnt replicate problem!!! I have extended warrenty but have to pay for rental car because they need car over night.

Always have a great time when I go into Toyota of Melbourne! All employees are wonderful, but a shout out to Cliff Alford III, amazing guy and was extremely helpful during out leasing process. Super friendly and kept us busy making conversation and feeling at home during our wait with the finance department. Would recommend asking for him when you go!

We had another amazing experience this week with Toyota Of Melbourne and we asked for a familiar sales person, Roy Souza! He is fast, efficient, and always gets you the absolute best deal on the entire process, very accomadating, and we highly recommend asking for him if you go to Toyota of Melbourne. I came in to Toyota of Melbourne thinking I can get my toyota car fixed but then given Direction by the service department I had to replace my car. Julio made the buying process easy, quick and provided answers to the numerous questions I had about comparing the vehicles I was considering and allowed me ample time to test out/inspect the vehicles I was interested in. I am extremely weary of pushy salesman and if I felt pressured at all, I would have not followed through with working with him. On top of that, he went above and beyond to over deliver and come in on his day off to ensure I was given better service than anticipated. We will buy all of our future vehicles from Julio at Toyota of Melbourne!

I visited the dealership recently, and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone that walked by me, greeted me with a smile, offered me water or coffee, and had something nice to say. I spoke with Christina, and without pressure, she gave me the information I needed, and was very knowledgeable about the cars. I'm going back soon to make my purchase there, just because of how I was treated.

My salesperson was Davonta Brown his was so nice, helpful and a low pressure guy.My daughter and I drove all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to Melbourne Fl. for one specific truck he had it waiting for us after a 2.5 hour drive. I will most defiantly come back to him to buy a car or truck. Was at dealership for 40K service on my vehicle. Take my vehicle in every 5K for service. Have been looking to get into a larger vehicle, so checked online inventory of lot on RAV4 while in the service department.Walked thru lot and met Brain. Briefly test drove the RAV4 and immediately knew it fit my needs well. There was no pressure at all thru the process with Brian R and the staff was available to answer any and all questions throughout the process. Price was good, gave good trade in value on current vehicle. Went back and forth a few times on price but unfortunately could not agree on price. Was only $5/month off my personal comfortable monthly payment or would have left in the new RAV4. Again, no pressure to buy, and was a pleasure to due business with whether we agreed/disagreed on terms of the new vehicle.Would recommend dealership for service and new sales.

Couldnt be happier with the lease on my 2016 Camry from Toyota of Melbourne. What a selection to choose from, got sporty two tone seats, no maintenance for 2 years and the standard full tank of gas. Toyota even picked up my first months payment. Service from Laura and Mark was outstanding. Straight talk and easy to follow. You can tell when someones doing their best; and it shows. I thought my luck ran out when my car of 10 years literally died on me. And then my luck changed when I was connected to Toyota of Melbourne through a friend and was referred to the owner, Chris. I received a response from Chris within minutes and he got me in touch with Laura Smith, Sales Rep. I was given an appointment that afternoon, Laura had the exact car I was interested in waiting for me when I got there, she showed me the ins & outs of the new vehicle and through her patience, kindness and determination to ensure I left Toyota happy in my new car, she helped me choose a 2016 Rav 4. Despite dealing with manager meetings & time delays, Laura worked out an amazing deal and set me up with Jose in Finance who made the process smoother than I ever expected! Laura stayed after hours to spend extra time showing me the Bluetooth features on my new car, she scheduled me for my first service and she offered her email and cell phone number to contact her with any questions. I purchased my Rav 4 a week ago today and I have had follow-up emails, calls from Toyota and just took it into today for my Perma Plate Protection. Honestly I have never had such excellent customer service at a car dealership before and I know from this point on I will be a Toyota of Melbourne customer! I called Toyota Melbourne to schedule service to replace an O2 sensor (bank 1, Sensor 2), which I knew was bad given the codes the check engine light showed. This is a simple task back home given access to my tools. Toyota of Melbourne said they would need to run diagnostics to confirm that was the cause of the check engine light. Toyota of Melbourne just called to confirm it was the O2 sensor I told them needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $437 dollars, $251.52 for the O2 sensor and 109.99 labor to replace the sensor (you literally unscrew the sensor and replug the connector on the other end). The part at the local AutoZone supply is approx 103.99, I could have accepted a mid-$200 to $300 (at worst), but the price mark up on the part and the $109.99 labor to swap out this part was a show stopper for me. Toyota of Melbourne dealership has lost my faith and future business.

I have an older model Toyota Pick-up truck. Lots of rust because I work at Patrick AFB and the salt air from the ocean is terrible. Andrew, (I don't know his last name) is just Outstanding. He anticipates everything that my truck needs and is up front and honest in his cost estimates. I fully trust him and his judgment. He has never steered me wrong yet and I have been coming to this dealership a long time. One of the main reasons I come here is because of people like Andrew. You can't get a better service technician than him. Coming here to have work done on your car, you won't regret it. A great dealership.

I test drove a car that was dirty and was almost empty on gas so I had to put a few dollars of gas in the car so that I can finish the test drive. While putting gas in the car my mom found a tooth in the console. When I informed Sales Manager, Ben Muray, about this he said and did nothing. While negotiating for a lower price than the sticker price Sales Manager, Joshua Fields, shows me a negative amount of $2000 on his computer and claimed that he couldn't sell the car for a lower price because they are losing $2000 on the deal. Really? I've purchased several cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Thankfully, I don't live in Melbourne, but if I did I would rather drive to Merritt Island to a different Toyota Dealership.

We bought a slightly used 2014 Lincoln from this dealer the salesperson was helpful but the fnance dept is very shady.Here is what they did.1) Took away our gap coverage on the initial contract we signed, they stated finance company wouldn't approve it but the finance company said they had no problem with it. 2) Brought us out a new contract 3 weeks later with a anti theft guarantee we did not ask for because they said the finance company wouldnt accept the gap( spoke with finance company and they asked us why the new contract did not have it on there and did we want anti theft and not gap).3) Finance company calls us asking why there are 2 contracts for our car with the exact same date on them.We had to talk to them to figure out what was going on.4) Spoke to Juan the finance manager who promised us that it would be take care of the issue and we would be issued a refund for adding on what we did not ask for. Told him his practices were shady and we would just get a new contract again but he assured us that he would cut us a check and send us a gift card at our favorite resturant for our inconvience. We spoke to him again today and of course he states he never said any of that.Very shady business practices we will not deal with this dealership and tell anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle not shop here they cannot be trusted with their shady practices.SE and KM

On Thursday, I was looking to buy a good used Avalon at a reasonable price. I placed a phone call first and spoke with Pat Patrick and immediately he told me he would love to work with me and show me his inventory. I drove 3 hours to meet with him as I needed to replace my car. When I arrived, I was taken on a test drive in a beautiful 2013 Avalon and I was loving it. All the features were explained and what a great vehicle it was for someone who needed something dependable and without much servicing as in my other purchases. My overall experience, was wonderful. Pat was very helpful with the explanations, and I would definitely buy here again. Joshua Fields helped me with all the paper work and very quickly... Thanks so much. Loving my new car....

I recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander. This is the 3rd one I have owned. I had bought my last one some 8 years earlier in Merritt Island. The Dealership has changed hands and they are owned by a new Dealer now. I had a very good experience with everyone involved in this process and especially the Salesman named Julio. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and wasn't pushing me to close as some salespersons do. After the sale he spent a great deal of time with me showing me how to use the different items the car has. Since then he has followed up and offered to help even more if I ever have a need. I would highly recommend Julio to anyone interested in a new car. I hope he is still at this Dealership when I need my next car, because I will differently look for him.

I was out with a friend today trying to find her a new apartment when my car started leaking fluid everywhere. I rushed over to Toyota of Melbourne ASAP. As soon as I arrived a very nice man came over to see what I needed and the car was taken away in the mean time while I was being told that my car repairs was going to be upwards of $2000 Scott from sales had taken my friend and daughter to a nice comfortable place and given them water. After the shock of how much the heating coil was going to cost Scott suggested maybe he could help me get a new car. I figured that he could not help me my credit was not good boy was I surprised not only did Scott get me a new 2015 car he went to bat for me with the bank and made the deal that I was more comfortable with. Most salesmen would take advantage of my situation but instead Scott was there for us in our time of need and got us exactly what was needed. Funny thing is that while Scott was doing such an awesome job for me my friend decided to also buy a car from him today as well. More companies should have employees like Scott and the people at Toyota of Melbourne.

I took my 06 Lexus LS400 in for repair last year. The car was cutting out, blowing smoke and backfiring. They replaced the fuel injectors on the passenger side for over $800. The repair did not fix the issue. When I went back to my contact at Toyota of Melbourne he would not do anything for me. I brought it to another repair shop and the lady at the counter diagnosed the issue immediately- it was the onboard computer.

I purchased a car from this dealership a couple of weeks ago. I was happy with the salesman mr scott however this guy who happened to be so called a manager (his name is Rick) made me very uncomfortable and did not act professional at all. In addition although I was ready to pay cash they told me that if I finance the car through Toyota they get some money from them and assured me if I wanted to I could pay the loan off right away. When I called today the finance company I realized there were several hittentten charges that Toyota of Melbourne accounting person did not tell me. I called to see why I should pay such charges but the guy I mentioned above was very disrespectful and not only did not give me a good reason but he thought I was a grown stuppied man who did not understand his nonsence explanation he gave me.

I have owned a number of cars in my day. Corey at Toyota of Melbourne provided the best overall experience I have ever had. He stayed in touch with me for 6 months while my husband went through a number of health issues. Corey was never pushy and always informative. We had a wonderful experience with Chris Peterson your sales person. We came from Erdman Toyota after spending over 2 hours at their dealership and trying to buy a Corolla for the price they said they could do over the phone. I was so frustrated and disgusted with their practice of let me check with the manager routine, that I called Toyota of Melbourne while sitting at their desk. I told them the price I wanted, Chris said sure we can do that and that was that. I promptly packed up the whole family, we arrived to Toyota of Melbourne and Chris had the paper work all ready for me. NO let me check with my manager routine. He said the price we agreed to over the phone is all we needed and we were in our new Corolla within the hour. I just love how there were NO games and NO back and forth negotiations. I can't thank him enough for a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We have purchased many vehicles, through as many Sales Representatives, throughout the decades. Most of us have become guarded and suspicious when approached by an auto-dealership sales person. However, when my wife and I had the very distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Rick West; Sales Representative, Toyota of Melbourne, we were surprised by his approach, where he appeared to be genuinely interested in us as people. Oddly, we never felt like prospective customers, rather, Rick's persona is familiarly sincere and caring. The best way to describe this unusual car lot sensation is for everyone reading this review to experience it for him or her self. The reason I say this is Rick's unique mannerisms, which deserve to be appreciated in person as opposed to listed here for his competitors to adopt. Certainly, Mr. Rick West is an asset to anyone looking at vehicles, and for any business entity that Rick considers.

This was a great first dealership car buying experience. The sales man that I worked with was Scott. He was not pushy, and made sure I got to the goal needed to make this car purchase happen. The sales department and service department are very courteous. Andrew helped me with my previous car's servicing and Scott helped get me out of the constant need for repairs by talking to me and taking me on test drives while the car was being serviced. I had shopped around a bit until I received a call from Mike Vicroy. He was very knowledgeable on the phone and polite so I made an appointment. When I got there he got me a bottle of water, and we talked a little about what I was looking for. I told him I liked the Corolla S, but didn't think it would be in my price range. From driving into the dealership to leaving with my brand new car, Roy was right there with me. He was warm, positive and allowed me to choose the car that I liked, and his knowledge about the product was exceptional. I could not buy right away but he checked in to make sure that everything was okay, and there was no way that I was not going to come back, I loved that car. I have pirchased no less then 6 cars from this dealer. I now own a 2013 Prius with a faulty keyless lock. It is under warranty and I have the delux extended insurance. The lock would randomly unlock itself. I had two thefts in the last four months ( GPS and iPod) without evidence of a breakin and the car was in fact locked when I lleft it and unlocked when I returned. This Randomly happened at least four times that I am aware. Many times I went to the car and it was unlocked making me think I did not lock it. However, I have had a keyless entry car for the last twenty uears: this is nothing new. After four visites to Southeast Toyota: they having my car for an entire week, they did nothing. They said they could not duplicate this issue so they did nothing. I am a loyal customer of over twenty years and they did nothing to protect me by clearing this issue.Do not be fooled: they have a "Toyota Rules" spin for everything attempting to deflect the responsibility to Toyota.Motors obsolving themselves of any liability, Their spin was amusing if not very insulting...I will never purchase anything from Southeast Toyota they have little interest in their loyal customers. . I caution all to beware of Southeast Toyota and consider other options.

I spent a significant amount of time looking for a new vehicle. After going through various dealerships and encountering dozens of salesmen, I was pretty used to the pushy salesman. However, my experience at Toyota of Melbourne with Jim Roman was the opposite of pushy. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest. After viewing a few vehicles that were in my price range and not liking them, I was ready to leave. Jim gently showed me to another vehicle, a beautiful Rav4. I immediately crossed it off my list as it was not in my desired price range. But Jim calmly gave me all the details and perks about this vehicle and convinced me to look at the numbers they could offer. Although I did go a little bit over my desired monthly payments, Jim was able to find me an excellent vehicle at a great deal. I would recommend this dealership, as well as Jim to anyone I know. I have bought/leased four cars from this dealer and every time I felt like I had been had when I left. One car was for my son. His first car was a used 2000 Camry. GREAT Car, lousy experience with the dealer and service. Based on how much we liked that car, we bought two more used cars another 2000 Camry and a Chevy Malibu, three years later. The deal was affordable but it sure wasn't something I was bragging about at the office. I just believed they could have done better, considering I bought TWO cars.Then I leased a new 2011 Camry when my son's 2000 Camry died (226,000 miles). I gave him my 2000 Camry (which is still in use) and leased a new one for myself. The lease deal was OK but they really only offered me a scaled down car. All the luxury from my previous two Camry's was missing.Toward the end of the lease (as soon as my free service ended) they tried to tell me my leased car needed $1000 repairs and a set of new tires (another $2000) I won't share all the details, but I fought them and won.This Spring my lease was up on the 2011 Camry and I wasn't interested in keeping it. Even though I didn't buy new tires, they passed the lease end inspection. I was so annoyed about them trying to pull one over on me I decided NOT to buy or lease another there, but was still interested in a Toyota. Long story short, I got a Mazda instead.

He helped us get our 2013 toyota corolla last may and it was a great deal at a great price. He knew we were thinking of a little more space in the back for our 2 kids. I was looking for a used car on Truecar.com and indicated that I was interested in a particular vehicle which was located at Toyota of Melbourne. I filled out the information and was contacted in a very timely manner by one of their Sales Consultants, Seymour Tarfdiff. After he contacted me, I went in for a test drive. Since it was early in my search process, I left with very little pressure (which I appreciated), and then returned a few days later to make the purchase. Seymour was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. When I had to bring the car back a couple of days later because of a noise (which turned out to be as simple as balancing the tires - the weights were a little off), Seymour went above and beyond to accommodate me and get the necessary repair taken care of. My car is running beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased with Toyota of Melbourne and Seymour Tardiff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Received a letter from the dealership with an offer for up to $5,000 OVER NADA value for my 2006 Prius. NADA value for my Prius for my mileage is $6,000 for rough trade-in, $6,925 for average trade in. I should mention that my car is a one-owner well maintained vehicle with low mileage and new tires I took in the paper and inquired what value they would give me for a trade in. I was interested because they were also offering $4,000 off of list price and thought that I might get a decent deal. Well, they offered me $5,000 total trade in for my car (which is LESS than NADA worst value) -- and told me that it could not be combined with other offers, SO the best deal they were offering me was basically list price with less than rough trade-in value for my vehicle. What a waste of my time. Bob Erdman here I come.

I went to purchase a Avalon, we tried it out it was ok, she liked it so I thought I could live with it. After we purchased it, I didn't know until the end there was no warranty on the car. After we took it home the third day it wouldn't start for quite a while, the starter was making a noise and still is, we took it back to the dealer he said he had it checked and nothing was wrong with it, it still makes a noise and when you shut the engine off and open the door you can hear a noise like it is re-setting something. The car only had 29,000 miles on and the dash had a noise when you go down a little bumpy rd. I don't think with only 29 thousands miles it shout do that, I think it has more miles than that, I am not pleased with the car I think it has a lot of problems.

My Sales person was Joe Manning and from the moment I stepped onto the lot he made me feel like I was a guest in his home and not at a dealership. Not once did I feel pressured by Mr. Manning or the sales staff. After we took a 2014 Tacoma for a test drive, the buying experience was very easy. There was no pressure to take the deal they had offered me. In fact, the staff bent over backwards to work a deal for me that would fit my budget and to place me in that vehicle. The loan officer at the dealership was able to beat out my bank, which has had a reputation of giving low rates-which was very surprising. Getting additional things installed on my car, like running boards, has been a very easy and inexpensive process. Toyota of Melbourne bends over backwards to make your car buying experience very painless and stress free. When the first car turned out to have a defective transmission, he worked with the manager of Toyota of Melbourne to swap out the bad car for a good one. The best experience by far in purchasing a vehicle. It was easier than buying a new pair of jeans! Julio was prompt from the moment of the initial call, and stayed on top of everything I needed. I literally came to the dealership, and spent more time answering work emails than I did in the buying process. Excellent is a small word compared to the treatment I got from Julio. Toyota of Melbourne is the BEST dealership in the state of Florida. We have been working with them since the 4th of July 2008. They got us a Prius so fast when it was taking most people 3 months or more to order one. Since then, we have brought it to them for regular service and minor repairs under our service contract. The service dept. is so knowledgeable, honest and fair. The other day we bought a 2014 Corolla from them. From Roy our salesman to Casey our financial man, the whole process was painless. They know what they're doing and are very easy to work with. Roy & Casey answered all of our questions quickly and honestly and explained everything carefully. You guys are the GREATEST! After an accident, the last thing you want to deal with is the hassle of the repair process. As the claimant, I felt I would be at the mercy of the other insurance company and whomever they select to do the work. Lucky for me they use Toyota of Melbourne! I was so pleased with the handling of the claim, but especially with the professionalism and courtesy extended to me by the Collision Center. Katie was polite, dedicated, friendly and always helpful and I am delighted with the repairs--looks perfect!

This was just awesome! Fast and easy. I got my price online from a man named David Weber who said he prided himself on straightforward information. Boy was he right. I got the price and all the information I needed in five minutes. When I got to the dealership my new Corolla was already pullled to the front. Very disappointed. Found a 2012 Rav4 listed on 2 websites. Sent emails through websites and got a call back in about an hour. After discussion with sales agent, who seemed very disinterested in our business, he said he'd check to see if that vehicle was still available and get back to me. I told him my husband was due home from work soon and we'd like to come see it today. Two hours later, I called back it check on the status and after being transferred to several people I was told the salesman I needed was not available and they took a message. By the time he finally called me back to tell me the car was moved to the back of the lot to go to auction, we had already test drive 2 other cars and were processing our purchase of a 2013 Ford Escape.

I really like the new Corolla so I called David Weber (my salesman) and scheduled an appointment to trade in my 2010 Corolla for the new 2014 model. I was dreading going to the dealerships to shop for a new vehicle. However, I had the fortunate experience of being helped by David after inquiring through the internet. He was a soft spoken gentleman who knew everything about the Prius I was asking about. He gave me a great price without any problems. At the dealership he helped me program my phone to the blue tooth, set my radio stations and basically helped me become an expert on my new car. My experience at Toyota of Melbourne was great! I had been to other car dealers and been very frustrated, but that was not the case here. Tom Beer was my initial salesman and he was very informative but not pushy. We test drove a car, and he was extremely helpful. It was a little above my price range, but it was a beautiful truck so I left to think about it. Unfortunately when I returned Tom wasn't there so I worked with Laura Smit. She was terrific too. They work so well together. We completed the deal. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. My son loves his Toyota Tacoma truck. All in all a great experience at Toyota of Melbourne. Thanks Tom Beer and Laura Smit- a job well done. If you need a car - these are two great sales people to work with - you won't be disappointed.

This happens to be my 3rd car I bought from this dealer and I must say it was the best experience I ever had. As matter of fact I had my dad come in as well and we bought 2 cars the same day. All though Seymour had to find and order me the car I wanted and it came in just as he prommissed and was correct. We got a great deal and a life time warrenty as well. Seymour went above and beyond customer service. He made us feel at home. And new all the new equipment was explained to us very well. My parents are seniors and Seymour took extra time showing them all the extras on there Prius. It was sad that we couldn't agree on a trade in value, and I left without a deal. but then contacted the next day asking me to come back and they would give me the trade in amount that I thought my car was worth. this is very much what is expected from a car dealership.

I usually hate buying cars, but this time was different. From my salesperson, Mike V., to the whole process, this couldn't have been easier. The customer service makes you feel like you are in a fine dining restaurant rather than a car dealership. bought brand new 4/1/2013 Corolla and Service Dept for Total-car-care final process is the worst ever. Been there 4 times and every single time when I pick up my care the Wash/vacuum is either not done or incomplete. The hub caps not either on right (1/2 off) nor aligned on correctly. Steering wheel dirty and all most annoying is that after the 1st visit I have spoken to each manager when I drop off car so they assure me it won't happen again and still does. To know that i can't be a satisfied customer for a 1st time Toyota buyer every time I drop my car is very bad..(I'm 43yrs old and only own Nissan cars and to make a different buy decision just taught me a major lesson) Naomi

Set out to purchase my Camray seen on line. Little did I know , Both my salesman and one of the managers were equally rude, disrespectful, and wouldn't give me strait answers. Quoted me the higher price. On line there is a was and a now price. Manager told me the lower price is shown on line so they can compete with other dealers. When I started feeling uncomfortable about their business tacticts and told the manager he was rude. He said to me "Have you been to any of the other dealers around here?" meaning that it was Ok to be rude as others. It was then that I left. Went to Erdman Toyota, very pleasant and on same day purchased my Camray.

Last weekend I decided to sit down and look for some vehicles online. My girlfriends from work told me the Corolla was a nice reliable option, and I could get one for a bargain. Shortly after I had entered some information I received a call from Mike Vicroy. I set up a time with Mike to come and look at some different Corollas. When I got to the dealership Mike came and greeted me and got me a bottle of water. We then chatted about what I wanted in my vehicle. After a quick discussion we went out back to select a vehicle. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and went over everything the vehicle had to offer. Soon after that we went for a drive, My salesman Mike let me take it on my own little test drive. Since I had inquired about the vehicle online Mike offered me the discounted internet pricing, and we quickly made a deal. When he pulled the car up it looked beautiful. First off, we own a 2007 Jeep Commander - this is a 7 passenger SUV. Thinking of upgrading to a newer vehicle and after doing our research online, we wanted to see & feel additional 7 passenger SUV. Terry was our sales rep and immediately took us inside to gather our "must haves" - we tell him: V6, 7 passenger SUV & tow package. He narrows it down to the Highlander or 4Runner. Before taking us to see the vehicle, Terry jumps into a 5 minute rant about Honda & Nissan. We don't care, we're not looking at Honda or Nissan - in fact, he never asked us what other SUVs are we considering. I would have told him, as it stands, the Volvo XC90 is top of our list. He suggested a minivan, we declined - we were only interested in 7 passenger SUVs. He immediately wanted to know if we planned on financing or leasing - we said we'd consider either, but first wanted to see their 7 passenger SUVs. In the car lot, he tried to steer us towards the minivans - once again, told him we're not interested. He showed us the Highlander - we told him it seemed a little small. He showed us the 4Runner, but told us the Highlander would be a better fit. Once again, we told him it's too small. We asked if they had any 4Runners on the lot with the optional 3rd row seating - he said no. He told us we really need a minivan b/c the optional 3 row seating is essentially useless. We told him we own a Jeep Commander with 7 passenger seating - it's what we're accustomed to and we don't find it useless. He had the audacity to say "Young lady, I worked for GM probably before you were even born. I'm very familiar with the Jeep Commander." At that point, we thanked him for his time and left the lot. What an ignorant statement - Jeep is made by Chrysler and the Jeep Commander was in production from 2006-2010. Never before have we dealt with an unprofessional sales rep who refuses to listen to their customer. What was the point of taking us inside and going through our "must haves" if you're not planning on utilizing the information? Terry was insulting, unprofessional and absolutely worthless in our quest for a large SUV. NO Thanks Terry with Toyota of Melbourne -- we're taking our business elsewhere.

After owning a Toyota SUV for six years, we were convinced they were the car for us. Over the years, we've had Mercedes, BMW, Chevrolets, Ford and even a Jeep. None were as trouble-free as the Toyota. We stopped in Toyota of Melbourne thinking we would just look at the SUV's. We came home with a Toyota Prius-V. Mike Williams, the salesman, took the time to show us all our options. With the Prius, he offered us a vehicle that was more car-like, with features that we had never considered. The appearance, as well, makes it a "stand-out" among the crowd. Without his patience, taking time to take a test-drive with us and opening our minds to other possibilities, we wouldn't be the proud owners of this vehicle today. Recently, while parking our Prius at a shopping area, we were approached and asked about the make/model of the car. It does attract attention, so be prepared for that. Quality Excellent Appeal Excellent Service Excellent I came into Toyota of Melbourne on a beautiful June afternoon. I was greeted by Roger Thompson, smiling and dressed like a true professional. Roger took me out into the used car lot to show me the various automobiles he had to offer. With a $15k budget to spend on a car my options were limited. Corollas, Camrys, and a Cadillac, all spectacular automobiles, but the Camry and Corollas didn't fit my personality and the Cadillac was out of my price range. It was looking mighty bleak at that moment until I met Betty. A shiny navy blue 2011 Scion xB. The energy was intense and I was drawn to her with her unique boxy yet aeordynamic design, amazing fuel economy and most importantly the $14,950 price tag. I had found what I was looking for, all that was left was the paperwork to make it official. Roger took us into the showroom to his desk. I was quite parched from the humidity outside and without asking I was handed a cold bottle of water. The comforting background music playing in the show room, the cold but comfortable A/C blowing on me, the sunlight coming through the glass tile ceiling. I felt comfortable like I was at home. I signed all the dotted lines with Roger's blue pen. Roger's job was done and Betty was officially in my possesion. I was extremely pleased with the stress free, relaxing and quick buying process. One hour in and out the door. You can bet that I will be continuing to do business with Toyota of Melbourne for many years to come. They aren't lying when they say that the customers they deal with are "Customers For Life"

I must say after going to 4 other dealers before I arrived here last Saturday I thought I would never find a car and a dealer that was straight forward, costumer friendly, and willing to listen to what I wanted in price and model. We were tired and not in a good mood then a Salesman named Seymour greeted us and it was all downhill from there. Invited us inside offered water built a car on paper brought our Camry around to us he worked while we stayed cool under the A/C. As Seymour showed us the Camry he explained the vehicle in detail and also gave us logical differences bewteen the models we were considering. What really surprized us was the fact we never thought we would lease a car and after showing us on paper the advantages of leasing over buying we leased our first car. We came in on the add they were running which was 25% OFF and I feel we even saved more money by leasing it then buying it. I would highly recommed this dealer and Seymour to anyone who is buying a car these days. Super professinal, compasionte, and truley puts the guest first. First My wife and I bought a used Lexus from Seymour and Toyota of Melbourne, And this month of June my two sons needed a new car for them and they were on a very strict budget. James the manager and Seymour worked very hard not only finding a bank that would buy my sons whom at this time are credit challenged. Seymour not only found the cars that they liked but also fit them within there budgets. We have stopped at 3 other dealers and all could not or would not help us and it also seemed that they were not interested in working a little harder to help out there guests. My hats off to all who work at Toyota of Melbourne they really do work Hard to Earn Your Buisness, as there add states. Seymour is one of the best salesmen I every had a chance to work for honest and really listens to his guests and knows what he is doing. I recently went car shopping with my brother for a new Toyota Tacoma. My brother has taken over a year to research the vehicle he wanted and talked to the salesmen to negotiate a final price. Upon going to the dealership to make the final sale, the salesman didn't listen to us and came back with an offer that was higher than any other offer (even what was listed as the sales price on the computer system). After talking to the salesman about what numbers were promised to us, the salesman became very angry and completely stopped listening. At one point I had to interrupt the salesman and restate what my brother was trying to communicate. He decided that it was appropriate to tell me to "Shut up" because I was not part of the sale. At this point we decided that the sale was over and went to shake Paul's hand. Instead of shaking his hand, he stormed out bumping into my shoulder. This was extremely rude and he did not give our car keys and insurance card back. When going to retrieve our keys from the manager, Casey Downey, Paul pointed his finger at the door and told us to get out. After finally retrieving the keys/ paperwork I decided it was best to stay outside. When leaving the dealership, Paul repeated the phrase "He's been here six F****** times and won't just buy" to the manager. My brother stayed to clear his information from the dealership's computer system with the manager. Instead of apologizing to my brother about the salesman, the manager continued to try to sell the car. I have never been treated so badly from a dealership, let alone any other person. Toyota prides itself on its quality and service. From the experiences we have had today, I will always have a tarnished view.

I was met in the parking lot by Halim Muhammad-Urban. I explained what I was looking for, the price range I wanted to stay in and the monthly amount I wanted to keep my payments. He took my information, we went and looked at the vehicles they had in the range I quoted and I drove away in the one I fell in love with. Yes it was that easy!! not once did he try to talk me into anything outside my range. He answered every question I had thoroughly. Also the finance dept. was very helpful as well. I dealt with Justin Lang.I would buy again from them and would reccommend them to anyone.

All I can say is WOW! Halim Urban at Toyota of Melbourne took care of me while I was shopping for a car for my girlfriend. Halim was honest and to the point, which is what I needed. I was in a hurry to find a replacement for my girlfriend's dead Jetta. I was shown multiple cars and came across a Corolla that was perfect for her. All I had to do was let him know what SHE could afford and he said that would be handled. I came back later in the day with her and test drove the Corolla, it got her most gracious approval. Halim handled the price we talked about with Finance and BOOM! Done! 2 hrs max between the 2 trips that day. Finance was a breeze to deal with, of course if you have good credit :) We both put a down payment on the Corolla with our debit cards, too easy. Halim has been in car sales for a while, you can tell. No games, just straight answers with no back and forth. As long as you are not trying to get a car for free :) I will be back to see Halim, for sure.

Peter Dammar was the one who helped me with my first big purchase of my life, a Scion FR-S. I couldn't have met someone nicer! He is honest and helps you find exactly what you need. He even taught me how to drive my manual car. He is very genuine and makes you laugh. When I went there it was closing time, everyone was off the clock but they helped me with smiles on their faces. They are awesome and I am so glad I purchased from them.

What does it take to have a great experience buying a car at a dealership? A good deal and a firm hand shake. Now what does it take to have an exceptional experience buying a new car? Just what I had with Johnny G and all the staff at Toyota of Melbourne. Lets first say I was not out to buy a new car. I was looking for a used car and stopped in at Toyota of Melbourne for just that. No, I dont buy compulsively, havent had a new car since 1992, and I keep what I got, but it was time for something newer. I was first met by Johnny G out in the parking lot. I first though, here we go, a car salesman who is going to either badger me and follow me around till I bought or left (like I had done before elsewhere); or feel I was not worth his time when I didnt jump on his first deal. With Johnny, I got neither. What I did get was a courteous, accommodating real person that made me feel like I was out shopping with a friend rather than salesman. He knew I was looking for something specific and that he didnt have it (I came for a car that was already sold) but never did he pressure or even push me toward anything I didnt want or need. Needless to say, I left buying nothing. So, why this review? Well, I came back No, not because he kept calling me (which he didnt), but because I felt comfortable enough to expand my search for something a little different than what I first came for. Usually, that means throwing yourself to the wolves without clear focus on what you want, but it was different with Johnny G. I started looking at newer cars, all of my own choice (and intensively searching what was out there at all the dealerships), and after exhausting that course, Johnny G. saw my frustration and, with Sean Mcgees assistance, offered me enough incentives to obtain a new car for close to the same as buying used. Then it gets better. After selecting a car (that I truly love BTW) I was sent off to financing, I thought, oh boy, now I am going to get the bad side of this, again I was wrong. I was going to use a loan secured with my credit union, but alas, after pulling some strings Jay in financing was able to secure me a loan with next to nothing % AND with no money down. It just kept getting better. As the car was getting prepped, the staff was all so cool as I waited. We talked about good pizza and the lack thereof here in FL (with the exception of a few places) among other things. The car was ready in hours, all detailed and ready to go. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying anything as I did with Johnny G and Toyota of Melbourne. Needless to say I recommend them highly.

i just purchased a used car from toyota of melbourne...they salesman, Mike Vicroy was informed, attentive, and an all around nice guy... i was not pleased with the navigation system and the radio that was already in the car...the sales manager, (his name is Jason)...he contacted an after market car audio installation company, and they gave a price of $1150 to install a new Alpine gos/navi with radio; and a new SiriusXM radio. Jason offered to split the cost with me...i was amazed...and jumped on the offer... the following day...i had my car...its a joy to ride...fun to drive...clean as a whistle... today, two days after i have purchased the car, i am in my driveway entering addresses into the navi address book...the car is on accessory...and after 15 minutes or so...the navigation dies...the radio dies...the car dies ! my two day old used car...is dead in my driveway... i contact Mike Vicroy immediately...i am quite annoyed,...but Mike...he offers to replace battery right away...and come get the car, if need be. I have already contacted AAA...AAA comes and determines that the battery is fine...but there is a 2 amp parasitic drain on the battery, even when the car is turned off...obviously, it is the new Alpine navigation system...must not be installed correctly. AAA gets the car running...and I contact Mike again...he says, bring car in now...we will give you a loaner until the car is fixed. I drive car back to Toyota of Melbourne...before i get to see Mike, i run into Jason...who, with all the people he sells cars to everyday, recognizes me, and asks me how the car is...i tell his the issue...he is quite obviously surprised, and goes to find Mike... Mike gives me the keys to a brand new Toyota Camry XLE with 14 miles on the odometer, and a full tank of gas...and says...dont worry about the gas...enjoy the car...we will call you when car is repaired...and then he drives the used car off to the audio installers... all of this...after 5pm on a Thursday... I am amazed at the concern the dealer is showing towards me...This is the first used car i have ever purchased...every other car I have ever owned has been a new car...this is the first car i have ever purchased outside of New York State (long island) If this is how wonderful, how respectful, how concerned the people are at Toyota of Melbourne...to a customer who has just purchased a used car from them...and the used car is not even a Toyota!!...then one can only imagine how terrifically they must treat their new Toyota customers. I have never had a better experience buying a car in my life... I have already told my wife (she is still back in New York) how great these people have been. And I have also told her that when her car lease expires, I want to take her to meet with Mike Vicroy and Jason, and buy our next car from them. One really needs to check out this dealership, when they go to purchase their next car... I cannot say enough good things about these people.

We were recently in Florida visiting our son who attends Florida Tech and was in need of a quality used car. Ben Murry directed us to a very clean 2002 Chevy Trailblazer that fit the bill. Ben was low presure and was very helpful in the buying process and respected that we were buying from out of town. If I need to buy another car in Florida I would see Ben again.. he was that good.

I was shopping for a car for my fiance', and after being jerked around multiple places I decided to try Toyota of Melbourne. I don't have the best credit so I figured they would never approve me, but I talked to Ben Murray and he got me qualified and in a '10 Corolla! Ben showed me how a car salesman should be and was very upfront and worked with my situation to get me in the perfect car. No matter how your credit or what your situation, if you need a car, go talk to Ben! By far the best car shopping experience I've ever had.

I bought a car at Toyota of Melbourne from Ben Murray. It was a great buying experience. Ben really listened to what I wanted in a car. He showed me a 2009 Toyota Corolla but I ended up buying a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla. Ben knew that I wanted a car with a more detailed interior and not just a base model. He got me into a payment that I could afford and was able to get me a great deal for my trade in. I am so happy with my new car and so thankful for Ben taking the time to get me into something that has made me very happy.

My wife and I were dreading going car shopping. We hate the high pressure tactics of most dealers. Jim, or big Jim as they called him, was great. He didn't care if we bought that day or the next. He was able to explain all the features on our new highlander in a way that my wife and I could understand. When I called him a week later with a couple of questions, he was more than happy to talk me through it again. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. And did I mention we got a great price!

Very respectful and congenial employees. Sales service from greeting through the sale and Finance was first rate. Salesman took the time to show several models and had interest in meeting my requirements and budget. Service department phoned within one day to schedule leather seat installation. He was extremely helpful and we did not at any time during our discussion feel pressured. Though we primarily interacted with Reggie, it became increasingly clear to us as we interacted with the other folks (e.g., Mike Obuchowski), that this is the general approach and atmosphere of this dealership. I went into Toyota of Melbourne some time ago and was looking at a Prius to replace my 2007 Prius. I was approached by Chris K., a true professional in his profession. He is very knowledgeable of the cars he sells and is not pushy in any way. Chris was able to answer all of my questions as well as get the price I was looking for for without having to go back to talk to the managers over and over again. I would say to ask for Chris K whenever you need a car and tell him that Carl and Nancy sent you to see him. He will remember us because all we did was laugh and have a good time. He is a no pressure guy and get the job done.

From the first encounter, upon arriving on the lot, we were aproached by Reggie, in a way that did not make us feel unconfortable. Actually, we drove onto the lot looking for someone else (a salesperson). Reggie assured us he'd help us in any way possible. Reggie was knowledgable, friendly and While with us, was attentive to only us. He bent over backwards to make us feel at home. We felt he was being honest with us...when the numbers part of the relationship began. He first asked us what "We" could work with and tried to accomidate us. My father has purchased three cars from Toyota of Melbourne and had outstanding comments about the service and overall experience. He highly recommended I speak with Roy Souza when I was in the market for a vehicle. I planned on visiting several dealerships in my pursuit of purchasing a car, and stopped to see Mr. Souza first and look at the Camry's. That was my first and last stop of the day. The customer service and ease of leasing the vehicle was a fabulous experience as I'm one who dreads car buying. ie....pushy salesmen, haggling over price, presuming a woman can't handle purchasing a vehicle on her own, etc. I experienced none of this. Roy, their sales manager and even Jason, the finance person, were all true professionals who focused on getting me not only the car I wanted but at a price that I was comfortable with. Not only that, but it also wasn't an experience that took hours. They were efficient, courteous and Roy could not do enough to ensure totally satisfaction with the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommmend Toyota of Melbourne and working with Mr. Roy Souza as your salesman.

The dealers are Toyota Scion of Melbourne were very patient, cordial, determined, courteous and polite in helping me get my Scion FRS. My dealer, Richard Bohan, did everything in his power to help me get my car as it was coming from port. It was not easy getting a new FRS to the dealer grounds in 3 weeks, and Richard had to make special changes in the shipping. His skills and determination got me exactly the car I wanted. Not only that, but whenever he got a new update regarding shipping date, state of product and delievery ETA, he also gave me a phone call regarding every status of the car. Richard provided excellent customer service to me and I would highly recomment him to anyone who is also looking for a FRS.

I was extremely happy with this dealership. Tom greeted me when I arrived and was extremely attentive and took me right to the car I had inquired about. After looking at the car he showed me an alternative Camry that was more what I was thinking. I suggest asking for Tom when you go because he was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable. My credit is good but not the best and the financing office was able to approve me for a good loan that met my monthly payment goal. If you are looking for quality service and friendly staff Toyota of Melbourne is the place to go.

Our experience at this dealership was extremely satisfying and rewarding.We were lokking to trade our '05forerunner for a new ride.We had visited here a week prior to our purchase on 7/14. We then spoke with one Roy Souza who had approached us in a very amicable manner,explaining what we were looking to do.He promptly offered us various vehicles that were available.As we were still shopping around,we thanked him and drove away.I must admit that we are not the easiest of customers.So imagine our surprise when we pulled in on saturday and he remembered not only our names,but what we were lokking for.He was resourceful and kept suggesting alternatives that would satisy our needs.He diligently kept searching,showing us a multiude of vehicles until WE FOUND IT.We applaud him for his Patience,Understanding and Pleasantness throughout our visit and wish that there were many more like him.Sometimes it is not just the vehicle,but the salesman and the vehicle.My wife and i sincerely thank him for everything.We would unhesitatingly recommend him,this dealership and the rest of the staff who we encountered to our friends Hollis & Gwen Joseph

The car I bought had more accessories than I had agreed to purchase and were given to me at no cost. Our salesman took a great deal of time with us to make sure we knew the entire operation of the car. He even configured our cell phone to the Bluetooth operation. I feel he gave us a great deal and excellent service.

The salesperson for my 2011 Prius at Toyota of Melbourne last year was Julio Compte. Not only was he very friendly and put me at ease right away, but I found him to be very knowledgeable about the fine points of the Prius technology. Sean went above and beyond to help us and making our time there as painless as possible. The salesman and fiance personnel were very kind and courteous. They both wound up staying about 2 hours past closing to ensure all paperwork was completed before we left. The Dealership worked very well with us to come to an amicable price on the car we were looking at. We purchased a car that we would not normally have even looked at. They met our demands and still will make a profit from our business. They catered to our needs during the negotiations and during the paperwork period. Everything was explained and fully understood, there were no surprises at the end. The salesman even scheduled us to come back in the next day to help sync our phones up to the car. Toyota of Melbourne now has my vote for the number one dealership on the Space Coast.

I am totally satisfied with my recent experience at Toyota of Melbourne. Reggie Thompson in sales is a pleasure to work with. He really knows what he's doing and there was no pressure. Who knew how fun it could actually be, every step from shopping the lot to driving off in a brand-new car! This dealer is serious about providing excellent customer service. I am WOW'd by their follow-up. How refreshing in today's world to truly know I am in good hands. No regrets, I will be back to buy another car in the future and I will be recommending others do the same.

I had bought a truck from this dealership back in June, and while there were a few hiccups associated with the financing side of the deal, I wanted to take the opportunity to say that Ms. Vaske in Customer Relations, reached out and made those issues right. She was very helpful, and it is because of her that I would be happy to do repeat business with this dealership. I also wanted to point out that Tom Beer was great to deal with as a salesperson, and was very accomodating.

Our experience with Lamont Edwards was wonderful. He was very helpful and courteous. He showed us exactly what we wanted which was a Sienna and we are satisfied. He took extra time to help us program our phones to the blue tooth feature. I have contacted him twice since the purchase and he solved our issue. My wifes service light came on in her 08 Highlander so i had taken it to Toyota of Melbourne, i was greeted by Doug who was very friendly and offered to wash the car after the service! As im waiting in the service lounge a British accent greeted everyone and offered us a test drive instead of waiting there so i was up in no time and he introduced himself as Ben Murray. He asked me a few questions if i was to buy a new car what features i would like and offered me a bottle of water while he went find a Camry.He pulled up in the new 12 Camry SE trim and i fell in love with the paddle shifters (like a Ferrari) Ben showed me everything new including the 3 additional airbags and the safty features when i mentioned i had 2 children which made my wife happy!Now im a proud owner of a new Camry to go with the wifes Highlander and my 02 Camry (135k miles on it) goes to my 16 year old later this year!Great Job Toyota of Melbourne

I visited Toyota of Melbourne only to simply take a look at the Scion FR-S because I wasn't ready to trade in my car for a new car until the end of this year. Sean introduced himself right when I got there and took me to go look at the Scion. While taking me to the car he gave me a ton of knowledge about the car as if I was in a training class learning about this car. He was really respectful and customer service savvy with his professionalism. I was appreciative of that. The visit went from looking at the car to ending up with the keys in my hand. I want to thank Sean and everyone else at Toyota of Melbourne for providing great help and customer service for my visit. Definitely give Sean a raise for giving a friendly atmosphere and not making me feel like everything was just a sales pitch. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealer and Sean's services to my friends and family. They turned my day from bad to good in a matter of seconds and was fully professional with the knowledge they had.

Great dealership! Shopped at a few Toyota dealerships in Orlando and the one in Merritt Island before coming here.... they offered the best deals and made everything hassle free. Vanessa even watched our two year old in their kids play area while my wife and I looked at the new siennas for over an hour. Geoff even stayed four hours after close to work with us..... They did everything they could to make this deal work by giving me a great value for my trade in, good price on a sienna, and an unbelievable loan rate. Leaving here with the dream car my wife wants within our budget. Would recommend coming here first to anyone looking for a new Toyota

Jay is super personable and knowledgeable. I have had very negative experiences in the past when purchasing vehicles. Most people in the car sales business are ultimately focused on their quotas and commission. This was not the case with Jay. He was creating a business relationship that will span decades. I feel I can trust him and will always bring my business to him.

Walked into the Toyota of Melbourne dealership with no intentions of buying; I was just window shopping. After being greeted by the salesperson in the lot, Jay Peterson, he gracefully showed us around the lot and informed us of all the new vehicles and the great features. I think he could tell that we weren't really ready to buy, but he took the time to be courteous and helpful. Once we are ready to buy, we will definitely go back to Jay for it.

We stopped at Toyota of Melbourne to pick up a brochure on the Prius. A salesman, Jay Peterson, introduced himself and said he would be happy to get me one. I walkedalong with him. He asked if anything in particular had sparked my interest; I toldhim that I had driven friends' '05 and was impressed and low miles per gallon was highly desirable. Mr. Peterson asked if I would like to know the new features of the '10. His sincere interest in helping me learn more was most impressive. I drove a '10 and thought it was great. My '08 Suzuki Grand Vitari had only 20,000 miles on it. For me, the three major points were: Low miles per gallon; comfort; and, minimal noise. We were able to come to a deal that was satisfied both parties. I am now the proud owner of a Prius IV and am one of Toyota of Melbourne's greatest fans--and, I'm telling everyone.No wonder the Toyota is reported to be the most stolen automobile in the US--everyone wants one!!I had the pleasure of meeting and/or working with Jay Peterson, Sean McGee, Jim Ryan and Jeff Rich. I was even introduced to Renee Schaut in the Service Department. What a qualified group of people; the tech understanding was great. They work as a team to satisfy a customer. From the greeter at the front door to the finance manager, they were all so very nice and helpful. My salesperson Chad was very knowledgeable, personable and professional from the start. He took the time to listen and acknowledge all my needs and found the perfect car and color for me and my wife. He never tried to push us into anything we didn't need or want. I was drawn into Toyota of Melbourne because of an add I found in the newspaper and low and behold they were actually selling cars at the advertised price. I'll tell you this was the best buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Chad for changing my thoughts about a car dealership. I've bought alot of cars in my day, and dealt with a lot of salesmen. I have to say, Chad was a pleasure to do business with. Not only was he completely honest with us, as we were with him, but he wasn't high pressure. He made us feel comfortable. (I told him he would have to make me a deal I couldn't refuse if he wanted to sell us a car.) He knew I was going to be tough, because I had an 04 Highlander limited in excellent condition, and was not easily going to part with it. After 7 yrs I still loved driving it.Going to the dealer was my husband's idea. We decided to test drive a Venza. I was very impressed, but it was black. I live in Florida, I don't drive black cars.I ended up purchasing a white blizzard pearl Venza loaded to the hilt! I got the price I wanted. We had been haggling over a price with his manager on a car they didn't have on the lot. We were there for 5 hrs, and not once did they lose their cool. I finally said, you give me a price and the fully loaded white one on your lot, and you have a sale. I was stunned at the price. I made the deal. I asked Chad why they were able to give me such a good deal on a better car. He said it was because they had it in stock and had more leverage in pricing. We were together so long after the purchase that we ended up ordering a pizza and having it sent to the dealership. We had a nice conversation over dinner. He told us about his family. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.

He was not pushy funny and very easy to talk to. I would deal with him again any day. He was honest, answered all my question and gave me many different options to chose from. I made an appointment with Jim Hamara as a result of a mailing that stated 100% of the MSRP for my trade in. I was very happy with my 2006 Prius, but was curious how they could offer that much for a used car. My trade in (2006 Prius, 31711 total miles) is in good condition, except for the addition of a set of new tires. Also a scrape on the passenger door will require painting. Jim quickly pointed out what the letter had conveniently omitted. The trade in price would be the MSRP minus 30 cents per mile (approx. $12000). They then sent the evaluator out to look at my car and came back with an $8000 offer. I was shocked and said that I could do better with a straight trade in. I mention this because of the misleading statements in the letter (which I was skeptical about). That is why I marked down the Price Rating. It would be even lower if not for the efforts of Dave Weber. He made many trips to the "back office" on my behalf. Thanks again Dave.Now to the good experience and great relationship with both Dave Weber and Jim Hamara. Dave spent hours with me trying to make the best deal possible. After I had completed the paperwork, Jim spent about an hour with me explaining the operation of all of the new controls. I did not have the Navigation option on my 2006 Prius. Jim demonstrated an extremely detailed knowledge of all of the complex controls and setup including Bluetooth phone and audio.Many thanks to two unusual car salesmen.I would recommend both of these guys to anyone who asks me about my experience with Toyota of Melbourne.

Our purchasing experience with Landon was a very pleasant one. He understood our need and vehicle preferece. He was quick to negotiate a fair price for our trade as well as a good price for our new 2011 Highlander. Our overall time to purchase was just about one hour. We had a prior commitment so he was quick to get right to the point with us in a very satisfactory manner. We would potentially consider purchasing a vehicle again with Landon at this dealership, if the price and all other factors were agreeable.

Started with the internet sales team, I HATE playing the GAMES most dealership MAKE you play. Contact with David Weber was excellent experience. I was DIRECT with David, know exactly what I wanted, what I would pay and expected HIM to fight the battles. David stepped up to the plate and took control. We E-mailed several times and the dealership received just what I was looking for. First trip to the dealership to BUY was simply a crash and burn. Bullpen team tried for a grand slam I left driving home with my trade. Sent David additional E-Mail showing how I determined the price I would pay Again David stepped up to the plate. David took the documentation up the management chain with the attitude he would NOT accept a NO DEAL and aggressively worked to make the sale. Ending in the General Managers Office, David coordinated the deal. Without Davids dedication and efforts to satisfy the customer I KNOW this deal would not have happened. I would highly recommend anybody looking to make a purchase at Toyota of Melbourne to contact David Weber either by the internet or directly. David was also extremely knowledgeable with the products he sells. He clearly knew in details the features and benefits of the 2011 Tacoma Truck I was interested in. Currently driving a 2005 Tacoma I had little interest in hearing the sales pitch most salesmen present to you. David simply defined the changes, improvements and additions the 2011 had over my older model. Yes, I learned several items I was not aware of. His simple low pressure TOTALLY customer orientated approach to sales is another reason for potential buyers to contact him. After GM approval of the deal my experience with the Dealerships team was simply great. While the papers were being prepared a tour of the facility and introductions to the mgt team was given. From the Parts mgr to the Service mgr and service consultants each welcomed this new owner to the dealership and offered their services to address issues or concerns. Signing of the papers was NO pressure and a pleasant experience. As usual several add ons and extended warranty options were offered simply explained and without pressure offered. Rating this entire experience its a 10 out of 10 the customer received a grand slam and a great buying experience.

Buying a car is always a gut wrenching experience but James and Landon made buying my Granddaughter her first car a wonderful experience for my husband and I and our granddaughter. She was included in the sale from the begining and they made her feel special which always makes things easy for NANA. Thanks guys you did a great job.. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Toyota of Melbourne. We will be back again.

Joel was very knowledgeable of his vehicles and very cooperative in meeting my needs. He arranged for the service department to make a minor repair to my old vehicle at no cost to me to help with my sale of that vehicle to a third party.All transactions were done quickly and professionally. The new Camry was presented to me clean and with a full tank of gas. Joel also assisted in transferring items from my old vehicle to the new one.I had done my homework on vehicle price and received a better price than I had expected.

I live in Sebastian, FL. For years we have been servicing our Toyotas at Vero Beach. Toyota of Vero Beach's service dept is good, but overall - we were not too happy. Last year I traded in my truck for a Prius at Toyota of Melbourne (I think the salesman's name was Justin Lang) and we were very happy with the trade. Since then we have serviced the vehicle there and was very impressed with the Service department, right from the time the greet you, their customer lounge, their customer workspaces, the free wifi, telephones, beverages and the customer service of the services manager, especially Steve Serrano is outstanding. Steve Serrano up-sells and cross-sells too, like all good service managers, but he does not do it in excess and recommends it to you, but is not pushy about it. His demeanor is excellent. He has a great apt for interacting with people, with a very quick, efficient and pleasing manner. We believe that Mr. Serrano is a asset to Toyota of Melbourne, as our all their employees, but he goes the extra mile. Thank you Steve.

The dealer was great and the salesman was excellent there was no hidden fees and they told us about the diffrent finance options and the one that will work the best which was zero % financing. Ilike that i dont have to pay to service my car for two years and it comes with a lifetime power train warranty. I would reccomend this dealer to every one.

I must say that dealing with Dave Weber was a very positive experience, and therefore the extension includes Toyota of Melbourne. I was merely perusing the Toyota.com website and shortly thereafter (within 20 minutes) I had a telephonic contact from Dave. He was gracious, courteous, and thankfully, not a pushy salesman. Due to this initial positive contact the following day I went into the dealership, asked for Dave Weber, and made my new Corolla purchase. As it is a brand new car, I have not needed service on it yet, but I have no doubt when the time comes, it will also we excellent.

The service and treatment we received by Joel Ganz and Joe Manning was excellent. We had an appointment with Joel. When we arrived he was tied up with another customer so he had arrainged fo Joe Manning to take care of us on our arrival. Joe explained in detail all the features of the Camry and what he couldn't explain verbally he showed us physically.

George made the process very easy. He was extremely informative and friendly. I have been through for my 1st free oil change sinceb then (My first 2 years of maintenance are free) and the service department was just as good. I would definitely recommend this dealeship to anyone who does not want the high pressure that normally accompanies buying a car.

This is the 2nd Toyota we leased from Toyota of Melbourne. My wife leased 1 in December 2009 and I just leased 1 December 2010. The staff bends over to assist you especially Mike Vicroy. After he finished showing me all the things about the Toyota he also gave me his cell number in case I had any questions. All the questions I had asked of him he knew the answer except for one and got that answer within 2 minutes. I felt he was very honest and up front with me. After leasing 2 cars from this dealership I would say they are decent people. IHighly recommend them.

We were met by Geoff Patchin as soon as we arrived at the dealership. My husband knew exactly what he wanted. Geoff went above & beyond to find the right color, model & price range he was looking for. Geoff promptly took us out for a test drive and upon arriving back at the dealership he offered us some refreshments. My husband & Geoff did some paperwork, Geoff got the sales manager & in no time at all my husband had the deal he was looking for. We then met with Jeff in finance and that all went very well and quick.

I called Toyota of Melbourne to get a price quote, after I did an internet inquiry. The Dealership ran a Newspaper Ad on 11/27/10, 2 days after Thanksgiving, for a 2010 Corolla LE with A/C, Auto Trans., Power Windows/locks, Cruise, etc. for $13,800 (which was $17,735). I told Julio I was a serious Buyer that was going to buy TODAY, since I was in a different Dealership the day before looking at a different make of car. I wanted an Out-the-door price, and Julio was vague and said somewhere between $16,000-17,000, depending on the options on the vehicle. He said that he would have to look at the cars in stock to see which options they had. My expectation would be for Julio to look at the cars in stock with the fewest options to determine the lowest Out-the-door price, and work upwards.I already obtained Consumer Report's and other on-line pricing to determine the Bottom Line price for the car in this area (Central Florida).I never went into the Dealership since I figured they might try a B & S on me to get me into a higher-priced vehicle.I decided to go to Mike Erdman Toyota (Merritt Island), and bought my Corolla there ( at a great price) the same day, just like I said I would. I was trying to get my new car, obviously, even when I am woman, I made my homework very well to avoid someone taking advantage of me. I knew exactly what I wanted and the numbers that I was looking for.I was contacted by Joe from internet sales and he promessed to work for me to get a better deal that I had in that moment. I drove two hours from Kissimmee to Melbourne,he promessed to fill my gas tank in case I was not satisfied with the deal they can offer to me. After a couple minutes, explaining what I have with the other dealer, Joe went for his manager Mark. That was the worst part!!I was insulted for this manager, telling me " You are not that bright how you think you are" . He said that nobody can give me the deal that I had in my hands.Mark was very rude and insulting I stepped out of the dealer. It was a waste of my time and gas!!They never filled my gas thank how they said. Guess what ?? I got the car that I want with the numbers that fitted perfect in my budget!!!!I knew I could get it!not from them sadly but very good for me from Central Florida Toyota.They have an excellent customer service and I was treated with respect definitively I ll buy my next Toyota there. The dealership was easy to get to as it was right on US 1 in Melbourne. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking for a New Tundra. I met Jason Olson, a salesman,Manager. I told him of my needs and he worked with me on every detail over and over with " No pressure " and felt like a son to me. I am very happy with my 2010 Tundra and plan on buying with Toyota when the day comes that I want to trade in and buy new again. Jason was better then excellent with everything. Could not ask for a better man to deal with. All of this made my experience a pleasure and I tell anyone that asks to try Toyota of Melbourne first.

Had a great experience dealing with Jason Olson on the purchase of my new 2010 Tundra Crew Max. I was very direct about what I wanted on the truck and how much I wanted to pay for it.Jason went above and beyond. He did not make the hard sell or play the negotiating game. He even arranged for the purchase and installation of several after market options I wanted on the truck ( stainless steel step rails, Platinum series front billet grill, Westin chrome bull bar/brush guard, spray-in bedliner, Retrax retractable cargo bed cover).It was all done and waiting for me when I went to pick up the truck. I am very pleased with my buying experience there and if the service is anything like it, this will be a very good long term owner/dealer relationship. I would recommend them and especially Jason Olson to anyone looking for a Toyota.

I traded in my truck for an '05 Infiniti FX35. It has 26000 miles on it. Finished the paperwork and deal at 9:30 pm on 3/25/2009. Started the car up to leave and smoke poured out of the exhaust. They gave me the car on empty. Went to get gas in it. Restarted the car and smoke poured out. Idled at a stop light and took off, smoke poured out of the car. Took the vehicle into Toyota of Melbourne at 8 am on 3/26/2009 requesting my truck back and they would not do anything. They told me I need to go to the Infiniti dealership. Respond to this posting and I can send you video of the smoke puring out of the vehicle and you can tell me if they knew about it when they sold me the vehicle!!!! Horrible customer service and refuse to do anything besides get the vehicle service by the Infiniti dealership!!

I went to purchase one of two Corollas I found on the Dealer's website. I researched the Kelley and Edmunds Blue Book values and went to the dealer with printed copies of the two vehicles I was interested in as well as the book values. The salesman was friendly (though not super knowledgable on their stock). I informed him that I currently owned a Tundra and was there to replace my daughter's Corolla that had just been in an accident, and which I had purchased at Toyota of Melbourne 2 years previously. When we sat down to discuss price, Daniel immediately went and got Patrick, who I assume was one of the financial people. Patrick was very rigid and adamant on the price of the car. I told him it was on their website for $15,994. He told me it was $16,994. He then pulled up (a) website that looked just like theirs, and sure enough, the price was $16,994. He then told me he would "trust me" and give me the car at $15,994. I told him it was still too high. He then got slightly beligerrant and held to the price. My wife told him she was uncomfortable with him, and he excused himself. Then the used car sales manager came over and told us their "website had changed all the listed prices", but he would still honor the price I came in with, but he also would not budge from that price. We then left the dealership to think the deal over. Immediately when we got home, I again pulled up their website, and the car was STILL $15,994. This tells me they used a different website to show me their price, "granting" me the $1000 difference to eliminate any further negotiation. This is deceptive and insulting. When someone walks in who has obviously done their research, know exactly what they are looking for, and is a proven past buyer, such sales practices are not only insulting, they are also not very smart.

Came in for a check engine light. Left the car and called back later. The service writer named daryle told me that my 2005 corolla needed a new fuel tank to fix the check engine light at a cost of $467 in parts and 2.9 hours labor for a total cost of $775.67 plus tax. It seemed a little fishy to me and hung up. When I went to pick up the car he tried to scare me in to having the work done now because he said it was leaking gas. Well the good news is I went to the local mazda dealer and after a 1 hour inspection they determined it to be a faulty gas cap. $20 later no check engine light. Avoid this dealership at all cost for any service.

This dealership uses extremely deceptive sales practices. I was given a written estimate for a car I was interested in, agreed to it, and left a deposit. A week later, when I arranged to pick up the car, the Sales Manager (David Meagher) stated that he had made a "mistake" and the price would be $2000 more than I had agreed to.This is classic "bait and switch".

Wed evening picked out car, salesman worked up price, put money down to hold car till morning pending my financing. Bank approved me, went to dealer to have buyers order faxed to my bank....The salesman and his manager said I had to fill out their credit application so they could run my credit. I thought they where confused and assured them I had funds secured and really just needed buyers order faxed to bank. Then they tried to tell me it was due to the patriot act of 911 & they needed it for the IRS & they have to run everybodys credit for all sales over $10.000 cash. I explained my car was not cash it was a loan and the bank was financing. This went on for 2 hours. My loan officer who was on my cell phone almost the whole time this was going on, waiting for the buyers order told me to pass my cell phone to the manager, she tried to explain to them this was for cash sales not loans. I was so exhausted from this Horrible nightmare experience I got up, thanked them, asked for my money back (which they refused to give me) and left. I am going to write the better business bureau about my money. I have a receipt for it. The new owners are letting this go down the tubes quickly, the managers where profoundly rude, intimidating and downright unethical imo.

I agreed to purchase a car from Toyota of Melbourne. I told them that I was going home to get a loan through E-loans, and that I would return with the paperwork. They agree, and when I arrived back at the dealership they made me wait nearly 90 minutes and then told me that they would not accept e-loans becuase they did like the way they got paid. Then they tried too strong-arm me into finacing with them. They are not to be trusted.
