Stopped in to get an oil change and was in and out with in 45 minutes.I was greeted and I let them know what I was needing and got me in quickly. The waiting room had tv, wifi, and refreshments (Water and Coffee).

New buyers be aware, if you're looking for a new car look for different place because Toyota of Riverside there bunch of Thieves and Liars, they don't care about the customers , especially stay away from these individuals . Goodwin Isokpan, sales he's a big liar, Perry Ellis finance manager beware of this guy he is the one stealing your money on the paperwork , sales manager Fausto Hurtado , his cut with the same knife , thief and a liar he doesn't care about the customers and this lady customer relationship manager Kathleen Fleming she doesn't care about customers she made a comment that says . If we don't do these kind of transactions we won't be in business , these people are just thieves in a big Liars, so be careful because once you sign the paperwork it's over for you these people don't care to help you , they don't care about customers they don't care about you I highly recommend stay away from Toyota of Riverside

I had seen my 2016 GMC Terrain for a few days on the lot. My husband stopped in to get some info and stated we 'may' return... Well, we did... Just to look. Our salesman, Tony Turdo wasted no time in letting us test drive. He was very professional but personable. I did not feel pressured into buying and a few hours later (maybe less!) I was driving home in my new car, which I love! I think our finance person was Carlos (?) and he made the finance experience understandable and explained everything thoroughly.Thank you Toyota of Riverside!

Was greeted by ysmael he was very helpful and knowledgeable in many cars. Once we found the car I wanted it wasn't in the interior color I wanted. He went out of he's way to get the color I wanted, found it in there over flow lot. Was able to drive away with it that day. We went to the finanicial department which we were with Laz he was efficient and an overall great experience. Loved the electronic table signing all the documents made it quick and less confusing.

The 2017 Camry is the 6th vehicle we have purchased for Toyota of Riverside. The reason my family purchases our vehicles there is that there is no games, no gimmicks, no misleading prices and people who truly put you first. From the moment to come on the lot until you drive off, there is no pressure put upon you. I just wish others dealerships could operate by this example. I don't know about that other place over in El Monte, Ca., but to me Toyota of Riverside is #1.

After spending hours and hours at other dealers, came to this one and was out within an hour with the price we wanted, the truck we wanted and the payments that work for us. Adam, Fausto and Tony were all really helpful and informative. He explained all the coverages and benefits. Along with breakdown of how it works. This was by far the best experience I've had with any dealership. They have definitely surpassed my expectations.

After visiting several dealerships and hunting for hours, Toyota of Riverside was a refreshing change. As a first time car buyer, the staff at Toyota of Riverside were so helpful and made this such a smooth experience for me contrary to the sales games I'd experienced early that day. Chuck Evangelista and Nathan Clark were very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions and ultimately guide me in the right direction as to which vehicle was the best option for my lifestyle and financial situation. Furthermore I cannot say enough good things about Tony Garcia. He was extremely helpful in devising the optimum payment plan all while including the top converage plans. And he stayed within my budget! That was so important to a me being that I'm a recent college graduate. I feel very satisfied with my purchase and secure with the converage plan included and ultimately the reliability of a Toyota. I recommend Toyota of Riverside to all my friends and family.

I was met by a greeter and checked in. This was my first time at the dealership and my advisor Ivan treated me with patience and gave me a step by step of what was being done to my truck. Got my oil service, tires rotated and other misc items all for under estimated cost. Definitely will be back.

Fadi was an excellent sales rep as he did all he could in my situation concerning my credit to get me in to my first car and did he do a great job. I was not looking for anything in particular but I drove off the lot with a 2014 used vehicle in good condition and the price was reasonable and the process was quick without the long hours of waiting as many end up having to deal with. Overall this was an amazing experience at Toyota of Riverside and I do recommend it to anyone who is looking for their first car with out the crazy wait time and the friendliness and hard working attitude to get the best deal is a plus.

We were greeted immediately by Caroline Amaya upon entering the car lot. She was helpful, patient and more importantly, not pushy or over the top to make a deal. She was advised that we were in the looking process and may be visiting other dealerships. We test drove a few cars. We left her with our names and phone number. She kept in contact with us via email while we were in thinking mode for about two weeks. She was attentive enough yet not over the top anxious to draw us back. I appreciated that from her. This car was purchased with cash in full and was purchased to give to our grandchildren as a first car.

This place lacks TRULY EXCEPTIONAL experience, they have no compassion, no integrity, no morals, and no ethical value, they sure as HECK ARE NOT HONEST, but worst of all THEY ARE NOT COSTUMER FOCUSED!! I had an awesome experience here at Toyota of Riverside. I recently bought 2013 Tundra from Ion. He was friendly and the best part was that he wasn't your typical sleazy car salesman. He respected that I knew what I wanted and didnt try pushing anything. Upon leaving, I noticed a small scratch above the wheel well. Evan, the service manager was the definition of customer service. I came back so they could buff the scratch out and he put me in a rental car (a benz at that!) and had my truck looking amazing again. I would highly recommend seeing these guys for your next car purchase!

So upset with the trade in value offer that I got from them, I wanted to trade in a car that I bought from their dealership 1 year ago. I got 0% APR when I got my car along with paying $1500 down payment but when I decided to get a different car a year later they asked me for $2000 for the upside down on my old car. They rip people off when you want to trade in your car even if you purchased that car from them. I used my Camry car for only 1 year and I only have 5000 miles on it, it was a value of 25,000 and now they want to take it for only $19,000. I paid $1500 down and I always make my payment on time, I have a good credit and after 5000 miles of usage my car still almost like a brand new and they want me to pay 2000 for the upside down. I don't recommend this deal if you ever want to trade in your car even if you got it from them since they will rip you off.

We just bought a new Camry from Toyota of Riverside.The last car we purchased, was 15 years ago from the same dealer. I was very pleased that the same salesman (John Brendon) was still there. As before John did not make me jump through hoops or play the numbers game. I told him we had looked around, and checked the internet. So I knew what they were selling for. Just as before John did as he said he would do and put a great deal together for us. He asked if I wanted to trade in our 97 Camry. I told him no. I arrived without an appointment,but was greeted quickly by the service manager. He explained I did not need an appointment and asked how he could help out. Not only was he able to service my car that day but he also handled all service to recalls on my vehicle. They took me back to my home and later picked me up to get my car. Everything was completed in a timely manner and in the price quoted. I will definetly bring my vehicle back for other services.

Every time we take our Toyota in for service we are greeted almost immediately, they explain everything included in the service and we are kept informed about how long it'll take.Their waiting area is comfortable and has Free coffee or cold water as well as vending machines. We always feel like they're taking special care of us and our car.

Christine, who was my initial contact, responded instantly, was friendly and professional, and provided all of the information I needed. She also followed up by phone to find out if there was any additional information she could provide.During my internet research shopping for a car, the response I received from Christine was by far superior to the rest of the dealerships, making Toyota of Riverside a serious contender for my business.After comunicating with Christine, I visited several dealerships including Toyota of Riverside, which I visited twice, once during the process of shopping, and finally went back to consider a purchase. Christine was out and I was introduced to Caroline. I was not disapointed. Caroline was very helpful and friendly, and just as important I bought a truck at good price and was out of there quickly.I will not leave out the financial department, I wish I could remember the gentlemans name I met. He was great as well.In short, it is obvious that Toyota of Riverside takes customer service to a higher level which not only reflects the dedication of the employees I dwelt with. but also of the management.
