I absolutely loved working with Oscar. He is a honest, straight to the point, and patient sales man. He is not pushy and will work with you. Toyota of San Bernardino has always been great!!! First vehicle purchase was a 2011 Corolla, and two most recent were Tacoma’s. Always so thorough with the information provided. The sales department always does their best to help out the customer so that the vehicle purchase is fast and easy. Definitely recommend. Max delivered what I was asking for!

Service here are super slow. We have appointment at 3, arrived at 3:07, wait here and check in at 3:20pm. Service was done by 5:35pm even passed their promise time. Plus, no car wash during the “covid situation”. We are doing tire rotation. I don’t get it why it took such a long time with the appointment. I do the same service in other location and was done within one hour. if you enjoy staying outside in 100 degree waiting 2 hours for your service done, this place is the right place for you. For Toyota, if you could not handle the service situation and get it done on time, just let us know in advanced. At least give your customer a choice to do it or not.

After a horrible accident my husband and I were at odds with buying a new car or not.. when we arrived at Toyota we were immediately greeted by David Salazar. He was so nice, well dressed and very well spoken! We really couldn’t appreciate him more. We are so happy with our Toyota Tacoma!! Very blessed. Thank you David for all your help we cannot wait to return in a few years and get another car!

This is my second car I purchased from this dealership. In March of 2008 I purchased my first new car ( 2009 Corolla LE). Low pressure sales and very professional and friendly staff. This what brought me back as a returning costumer to purchase my second new/semi used low mileage 2015 Camry SE. They will work with you, to make sure you have a positive buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a new or used vehicle.

My buying experience was exceptional. I had been looking for a new Highlander, XLE, FWD, in Blizzard Pearl, with little or no additional options. I had gone to Claremont Toyota, Crown Toyota, and finally Toyota of SB. What I found at other dealers was a lot of "Yeah, we'll get back to you". Some of my calls at other dealers went unanswered, and even when I called and spoke with someone and they promised me "I'll get back to you by 9pm tonight", I never received callbacks. But things were just the opposite at Toyota of SB. They took what I was looking for, got back to me when they promised, and would call/email me every few days to keep me updated on their search. Marcos Alonzo (Fleet Manager) was an outstanding employee and a pleasure to do business. He not only got me a Highlander equipped as I requested, but going through the "Costco buying program" gave me a price lower than the prices promised to me (if they found what I was looking for) at other dealers. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Marcos Alonzo (and Candy Bautista from his staff) at Toyota of San Bernardino for anyone in the market to purchase a new Toyota. They listen, keep to their word, and provide a very high level of Customer Service.

Wow went to this location for service(tune-up)on my car and it was a horrible experience for me. They damaged items in my car, lost my car when I arrived and had to find it by the Vin number, the workers were rude. I was told I needed brakes, I took it to Goodyear and was told the brakes were still in excellent condition. I would not recommended anyone to them. Sorry I shouldn't be treated unfairly, I am a customer.

Appointment on web made several days prior for Fri Aug 15 9:30am. When I get there, they tell me the part needs to be ordered and I can come back tomorrow. Why couldn't someone have picked up the phone, diagnosed my problem, explained part had to be ordered. I would have been willing to pay with a credit card to save me having to go twice. This is far from excellent service. Excellent service means taking the extra step and anticipating the customer's needs/convenience.

Actually, it's a second key. Bought a 2012 certified used car, but it didn't occur to us that we only got one key until we drove off the lot. Turned around -- sorry, a second key is extra. Explanation: it's a used car, and when it was turned in it only had one key. I see -- so if the spare tire was missing they would charge extra for that too? This should be part of the 'certified used car' process.
