The sales person was good but it stops there! The managers will lie right to your face and say whatever you want to hear . The bottom line is that I was promised they would do something for me (actually 2 things)when I bought my truck and then completely blew me off after I drove away! Don't trust them! Go some where else !

From walking into the dealership to walking out the entire team was amazing. Not only did they truly have my best interest at hand but they also made sure I was comfortable and truly got into the car I wanted. I was being a big pain and my sales rep Ricky helped me out a lot. I felt at home with them and truly felt like everyone there was a big family. I was able to get a 2014 Toyota Camry and love it so much! We found a used RAV 4 online at Toyota of Wallingford. Called that day and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. They had it out front ready for us when we arrived. C.J., our salesman, knew everything about the car. After our test drive, we went into the dealership to discuss the purchase. This was my first time at this dealership and I was very impressed with the facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful. C.J. was able to get our financing approved within 10 minutes and shortly thereafter we were on our way with an appointment set to pick up our RAV 4. I couldn't be happier with my car. The day after we picked it up we drove our son back to college - 300 miles each way. Loved it! Thank you Toyota of Wallingford for making this purchase such a pleasant experience.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by salesman Jeff Benham. We went over specifics on trade in , what vehicle best suited my situation. Everything was honest and up front. Financial process maybe took a total of 15 minutes with Jason Pallas and we were done and on the road in our brand new RAV4. Could not be more pleased with the efficiency of this dealership. I have bought a lot of cars and they were excellent. Ask for these guys , you wont regret it.

This is my fourth purchase from this dealership. It's alway made an easy process and low pressure. My salesman C.J. Marella was very understanding and attentive to my concerns and questions. The paperwork went just as smooth and quick thanks to Jason Pallas. The overall experience was quite enjoyable. Needless to say, i'll continue to do business with this dealership for years to come.

Just bought a new Tacoma from Toyota of Wallingford. Inquired about it online and Sam responded immediately. Stopped in to take it for a test drive and ended up buying the truck. Bill was my salesman and worked with me to get the best price for my trade in and made sure I received the college grad rebate. He was a really nice guy and the whole process was really relaxed and low pressure. Will definitely go back if I need another vehicle.

This dealership does not care about their customers at all. I have had several problems with them every time I bring my car in to be serviced. The latest one was another recall, I think that makes about 5 so far, anyway I get the letter saying there is 2 recalls on my car so I call make the appointment (reagrange my whole schedule) only to go there and they don't even have the parts! This is after they emailed me and called to verify my appointment and everything. I was so mad I called the cooperate office and they gave me a case number and said I would be hearing from Toyota of Wallingford. I wanted in some way to be compensated for all my trouble that day and in the past because I was feed up/ Needless to say they are ignoring me. Bad customer service I will nerver by another Toyata because of all the recalls and espessially from toyata of Wallingford Ct.. For the way they treat their customs, they just don't care. Very bad customer service.

I just bought a brand new FJ Cruiser special Ultimate Edition at Toyota of Wallingford. I wanted to add accessories to the truck, The dealer accommodated my every request. The finance process was quick and easy. I traveled over 2 hours from Pennsylvania to purchase my FJ and it was definitly worth the trip. I would highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford.

I just got back from Toyota of Wallingford. I am visiting from South Carolina and am very interested in a used FR-S that they had on their lot. I went with my 89 year old Dad to check out the used FR-S they had listed for sale. On arriving I saw the FR-S right in the front. We took a look at it, no sales personnel contacted us. My Dad and I went into the dealership and a pleasant girl asked us what we wanted. She summoned a sales person. He introduced himself. I told him I was interested in looking at the FR-S. He then handed me a long questionnaire. I told him I didn't want to fill it out as I was in 'research mode' and would probably not be buying the car today. He said 'let's go see the car.' As we were walking I mentioned the car was locked. He said that he couldn't open the car without me filling out the questionnaire. I said 'what? He said he can tell me about the car. I said that I already knew about the car I wanted to sit in it. He said he can't open it without all of my information. Wallingford Toyota - are you kidding me? How are you still in business? This is really bad customer service! Nobody in this day and age wants to fill out all of their personal information to look at a car. Once I look and I am serious then by all means - let's fill it out! I thought that was a poor way to treat a potential customer and just generally bad people skills. When I buy an FR-S guess who I won't be buying from?

I was looking for a Toyota to replace a 1990 Toyota Corrolla wagon that I owned from it's birth. I was loking for maybe used, new, or lease one. I started with a lease for the Corrolla. I had already visited a few dealerships and shopped on line as well. I found a great offer for a lease on the Rav 4 at Toyota of Wallingford on line. I was visiting with my daughter and was just down the street. I stopped in to check on a car model # that I found on line. I was introduced to Celina Mason to assist me. She listened to what I was looking for and took notes. The car I was checking on was sold the day before. On with the hunt. I looked through inforamation on her I pad that told me about the Rav 4. I asked to see any one that is available. It was a white one. I went on a test drive and found it comfortable. I wasn't happy with the white and beige seats. Back to looking for what was available. My Corrolla was red, so red again. "Yes" Celina said ther was one available. I was shown the car and knew this was the one for me. Celina listened to my story about the naming of my Corrolla Teddy Roy from the registration that call it a red toy and switching the letters. I was a bit emotional about saying good-bye to a trusted friend that I had for 23 years. Celina brought me tissues and listened as I worked hard to get back into my business head. It was time to sign papers and find out all about the Rav 4. When I returned to pick up the car Celina was very friendly and happy and excited for me. She explanned that the body molding would be completed at another time. I scheduled that for the next Saturday. I am looking forward to seeing Celina again.

I recently bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Evan Douglas and Ralph Pomeroy. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. From start to finish they never pressured me and answered all of my questions. Evan even connected my phone via Bluetooth. Overall, this is the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I am a retired Veteran and even though I have been a victim of fraud identity the people at Wallingford Toyota not only got the job done but they did it with much love and professionalism. What a nice warm bunch of people. Even though i am fluent in English I have to tell you Gloria whom we saw in the Telemundo commercial is a very efficient, funny lady and speaks spanish very well. I really enjoyed dealing with her in english, spanish and spanglish, it was very nice and i felt the earnest desire to help me. In general none of my friends and family members will buy at another dealership. Toyota of Wallingford in now our home. I went to many dealerships and from day one Gloria, Bill and Sohail just wanted to help us. Thank you guys, I love my Sienna!!

I almost bought a vehicle with Gloria at another dealership, when i went to pick it up she was no longer there so i cancelled my deal. I have to tell you that when i saw Gloria and i love her energy her professionalism and her happiness. She is a very pleasant lady to do business with and i was very happy that i would do business with her again. Our salesman Mike B is a very straightf forward guy and no pushy or anything. He listened and found the right vehicle for me. I never though i would lease but i did. What a good deal i got!! This is our second car from this dealership and we will not buy anywhere else. Everybody is so helpful and down to earth that you feel like you are dealing with family but at the same time they are all very professisonal and pleasant to work with. They took care of all my needs and i cannot forsee going to another dealership.Ricky goes through the vehicle in detail and gloria is professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. I purchased a car from Toyota of Wallingford and even before purchasing, the sales rep Dan Roberts had emailed me back as soon as possible thanking me for being interested in Toyota of Wallingford. He as well answered all my questions about a specific car I was interested in as well as taking a video of the car and showing in the video all of the cars details. Dan Roberts also answered all my phone calls through the day and made it very easy for myself to decide to choose Toyota of Wallingford. He was very honest and informative. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer after searching through other dealerships. He did not come off as other sales personel did at other dealerships, he was very patient and assertive. I put a down payment on the vehicle and picked the vehicle up on a saturday where Dan and a wonderful woman Gloria had greeted me. Gloria and Dan already had most of the paperwork filled out and all I had to do was sign, it was that easy. They made the transition of the paperwork from Connecticut to New York as simple as possible and I did not have to step into the DMV at all. Gloria was a very nice and kind lady and Had me feel that she was a member of my own family. She as well was very honest and kind and I can not say enough good things about Gloria and Dan. It was as if I was buying a car from a family member or close friend of the family.

We have been looking for a Dodge Avenger for my son's first car, and when we saw a 2010 for sale at Toyota of Wallingford we were delighted. I have a 2003 Echo that I purchased there and have been very happy with the car and the service. When I found out that Toyota of Wallingford would also service the Avenger, our decision was made. After an accident which totaled our not-so-old van, we were in immediate need of a replacement vehicle. After discussing crossover vs. van we opted instead to look at small pick-ups. At the recommendation of friends from upstate New York, we chose to look at the Toyota Tacoma. We already knew of the reliability of Toyota products per friends and reports so chose to go to our local dealership, Toyota of Wallingford. We were immmediately taken care of by Steve Rincon who went over all features, price, delivery, etc. After going for a test drive we decided to purchase the truck we had driven. We were able to pick up the new truck within the week and return our rental in a timely manner. Steve instructed us on all the features of the truck and even connected our phones to the car via bluetooth! This is very exciting to have this feature which would have taken us some time to figure out. Steve was very friendly, professional, and a great salesman. Our truck is great, comfortable, and fun to drive. We will be happy to recommend Toyota of Wallingford as a dealership and Steve Rincon as a terrific salesman.

I am grateful to have been introduced to Steven at Toyota of Wallingford from a friends mother. He was very compassionate with my situtaion and sensitive to the time frame that I had. I am glad that he was so determined to make sure that he got me the best deal for the extremes of my income and living status. I came in with pretty much pennies in my pocket and he made sure that I left with something reliable and dependable which is exactly what I needed. Gloria was such a great help with informing me of all the fine print being this is my first time owning my own car with a payment i was sure i wasnt comfortable with, and walked me through this even as a friend. She was also very helpful with deciding my best option for payments that worked around my income as well as the best help with searching for the right car insurance that better benefitted me. I briefly met Sohail but from what I understand he made a strong argument in my favor to make sure I was taken care of at all costs. I would just like to thank these three employee's specifically because most car dealerships dont care about your story, they care about the money that your bringing to the table. I would recommend Toyota of Wallingford to any of my friends or family and specifically mention these three employees because they were so heartfelt with helping me out with my situation and I appreciate the down to earth determination of making sure I was taken care of as a person not a dollar sign and for them looking out for my best interest in leaving this lot with the best possible deal given my circumstances. I recently bought a new car from here, and I have to say, my salesman Mike Cote was great. He listend to my budget and what I was looking for. A lot of car salesmen try to put you in the car that THEY think you you should buy....usually something you can't afford. Mike was the opposite, he listend and was respectful of my needs. He and the financed director hooked my up with a really nice car at an affordable price.....and they gave me way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. I can't speak for the other sales staff but if you go in and ask for Mike you'll be more than satisfied.

I really needed a car and went to find aToyota. Went to several dealers until a friend of mine told me about Toyota of Wallingford. Without any doubt i got the WOW factor. I don't have perfect credit and that did not alter in any way how i was treated. Ricky is the best salesperson i have ever seen he made me feel so comfortable. Disrespectful, untrustworthy, & completely unprofessional to my girlfriend's parents. They bought there car and were put through three weeks of a nightmare and they never even got to take the car off the lot. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ANY COST.
