From my sales associate Gary Fleece to the Gen Sales Manager Aaron Crum and the Finance Sales Manager Matt Harris and Service Advisor Adam Daehler, plus 2-3 other associates along the way, my experience couldn't have been better. Everyone was helpful and answer my questions - even salesman who weren't involved in the sale!There was no high pressure, the deal was very fair and they took care of my special requests. They made me feel welcome and still do after the sale.

The employees at Toyota West are extremely helpful and not pushy. They answer all your questions and give you plenty of time to make decisions. They are willing to work with you no matter what your budget is. My husband and I have bought several vehicles from them, and they will always be the first place we go to look.

I had been needing a car since I started driving. My mom recently got a car at Toyota West so she suggested we go there. I wasn't really sure what kind of car I wanted but I knew I wanted a smaller vehicle. So first I looked at a used Prius, test drove it and loved it. But I wanted to explore my options so I looked at a used Scion, the gas mileage wasn't as good as the Prius so we went back and decided to look at the numbers. Unfortunately the Prius was out of my price range so Brandon directed me to the 2016 Corolla. At first I wasn't too sure due to the fact that I loved the Prius. But then the numbers came back and they were perfect with my price range. I looked around at the colors and different models to see which one I liked. I'm so glad I went to Toyota West and was able to work with all of the kind people there. Brandon, Robert, Don, etc. made my experience of buying my first car even better!

I would never recommend anyone purchasing, leasing or servicing a vehicle from this dealership. I had the worst customer service experience with Toyota West and Andrew Wilson who was the sales person. I returned my leased vehicle, then leased a new one. Later on, I was charged by TFS over $150 for not returning the spare keys of the returned vehicle for which I actually did. Andrew Wilson acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part. A month after, I made a follow up on the issue but he said there is nothing they can do. Basically, he said "this is our mistake due to a miscommunication between my sales manager and me", which caused me to pay TFS $150 plus taxes, and that he said "there is nothing else I can do for you". You can't even refund $150 to a customer for a mistake you did? What an excellent customer service. Never go to this dealership.In addition, he led me to turn in my old lease vehicle and to get a new vehicle. My concern back then was that I just paid my month's lease payment 2 days prior, so if I have to turn the vehicle in I would only turn it in after I maximize the month's lease. But he convinced me that I would get a pro-rated refund for the days of the month after I terminate the lease. I never got a pro-rated refund and he denied we had this conversation or agreement. Very unprofessional and dishonest. You just lost future businesses with me, my friends and my colleagues.

First time ever in this dealership; I was greeted when I got out of my car. The gentlemen kindly assisted me promptly. (Don't remember his name. A very tall black gentleman.) I was introduced to Cory Doty. He was very kind, warm and very cordial. He was not aggressive, pushy nor try to rush me. He was patient, allowed me to ask my questions and remained very professional and kind. I appreciated this immensely. He remained in this demeanor naturally all through the process that evening & the next afternoon. Even with my 4 young grandchildren present the next afternoon he was patient and still caring. The night of the sale in my opinion he went the extra mile & finished unloading my trunk from my Corolla and packing it so very well organized in the 2013 Toyota Highlander I purchased while I was with the very nice finance gentleman, Mat. Was & still am very pleased with my vehicle & experience with him & overall with Toyota West. Thank you.

I needed a new car quick after an accident. I had bought my previous Camry here and had no hesitation about going back and buying another. Everyone was great and told me multiple times how happy they were I was not hurt in the accident and went out of their way to make the process simple and easy for me.

He is a a great reflection of Toyota West. He is hospitable, honest and always goes the extra mile to help my family out! I recently was in an accident in May where my car was totaled. As a young mother that is still in school, it was important to me to find a safe affordable car. Mr. Smart went the extra mile and was extremely patient to find us the perfect car. With three kids, constant running around, and hauling children and supplies everywhere, I needed to trade my car in for an SUV more compatible with my lifestyle. I couldn't have worked with a better sales rep than Brandon Barnthouse; he was patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new Highlander! I also want to give a quick shout out to Milt in the finance department - he had me laughing the entire time, and definitely made the payment process as enjoyable as it could be. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I truly appreciate all of the hard work that they put into getting me my 2015 Toyota 4 Runner! I had a ton of negative equity BUT they got the job done w/out me having to put down an arm and a leg down AND I still walked out w/ a great warranty, a much newer vehicle w/ all of the bells and whistles, a higher payment BUT the vehicle that I want! We will DEF be back to get a truck! Thanks Brandon Gonzala!

I was looking for a TACOMA once my lease expired. The sales rep that I worked with was Brandon Barnthouse. Brandon was very patient with me during the sales process because I was not in a hurry to buy. He answered all my texts even after hours and helped me through the process and found the truck I wanted. I am in sales and dread dealing with car salesman but Brandon was awesome throughout and never tried pushing me into a vehicle that I didn't want. If I wouldn't have had a good working relationship with Brandon I would have bought from another dealer. I will be back to purchase my next truck from Brandon and will refer anyone looking for a new vehicle his way.

I had an amazing experience at Toyota West. Our sales person, Brandon Barnthouse, was very helpful. And the main manager of Toyota West, Don. They were so helpful. We originally went in for a terrain. Got approved. There was an oil leak and we brought it back the day after. The miles were too high to be approved so they found 2 other cars, both Equinox's. Both in great condition. Got us approved for both, but the newer one is the one they picked for us. Got it down to the same rate as the Terrain. They were so happy to help. This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. They all deserve recognition for their hard work. There were other customers, but they took their time to hunt down two vehicles in exchange for the one we got the previous day. Thank you guys!

This is the second time I had the chance to work with Brandon. Back in March 2016 I was looking for a car for my wife and daughter. Brandon was not only very pleasant, but not pushy and very eager to help us choose the right car for my family and budget. I bought a black Rav-4 and we are very pleased with the customer service of the entire Toyota West staff we encountered during that visit. Last week my car finally took its last breath and I remember both Brandon and Fredrick mentioned, when my car dies, come see them and they would help me out. So, I loaded the family in our Rav-4 and headed over to see our Toyota family. Brandon and the crew got us in a new Corolla and did a fabulous job. The service was excellent, the paperwork was completed in a timely manner, and the staff worked with us to get the car we needed at the price we could deal with. Thank you Toyota West for being such a great staff. I totally will be referring you to my friends and colleagues if they ask me about cars. Keep up the great work. I would give you guys 10-stars if the the rating would allow.

We paid in full for this vehicle with a personal check on 5/29/16. They check was cashed on 5/31/16. A week before the temporary tags were set to expire, we contacted them because we had not received the vehicle title to get license plates. After multiple phone calls to them that went unanswered, I finally heard back from a woman who worked in their "title department". She basically made it sound like the guy who did our paperwork "missed" something and she was in contact with him. She assured me it would be resolved in a few business days. She told us to go to the BMV to pay for what she called a "hardship temporary tag extension". We did so. Now, our second set of tags expires tomorrow. I have contacted them 6 times in the last 24 hours and no one will return my calls.

My visit to Toyota West started with Gary the salesman approaching me with a friendly smile and making sure I hadn't been helped by someone else. He was a very good listener while I explained why I had come and what I was looking for. He at no point tried to sell me anything else. He was patient, kind, and very helpful in finding what I requested. I would say my overall experience was extremely stress free! Peaceful! Not only was Gary extremely nice and helpful but so was Don whom did the credit check and pricing for the financing , They both were very informative and made sure any worry I had was taken care of. Gary explained all features on my car and helped me set up my Toyota Entune account. They had ran out of the perma plate kit that was suppose to come with my car. So they promised another tank of gas on them when I came back to pick it up. They kept their promise! The second visit Don was not working and Gary was busy helping another customer so another sales associate stepped right up to help me. Then, as I was leaving Gary was free and he came over to make sure Derrick took good care of me. They were all just as friendly and helpful as the first time.

I don't do well with pressure sales and if he would have pressured me I wouldn't have purchased anything that day. Two years ago, I drove from Cincinnati because of the experience I had with Chad Sothard via E-mail phone and text. When I arrived, I was so glad We made the two drive. Was treated with such respect and friendly service that I told them on my next purchase I would be back. In 2014, we bought a 13 Toyota corolla for my wife, fast forward to 6-21-16. As promised, I returned to purchase a 12 Toyota corolla for myself. Unseen, un test driven, I trusted Chad and ask him to hold the car as he did! Difference this time is that he was off on the day I came up and that's where he Set me up with Brandon Barnthouse ! I was as impressed with him as I am with Chad. Great experience from the on-line support woman, the sakesmen David Moore was polite helpful and not pushy at all! The finance area was efficient, to the point and worked to get the best interest rates. Overall this dealership was fantastic. I drove 2 hrs to go to this dealership and it was 100% worth it! My husband and I went to Toyota west to look for a new car. We went out two days because we wanted to look around but ended up coming back due to the friendliness of the staff and their selection. We worked with Matt and he was great. Very knowledgable and not pushy. The process was very smooth. We worked with don as well and he was helpful and professional. On Saturday April 23, 2016, we were looking at several car dealerships at the Auto Mall and I couldn't find the car with all of the options I wanted. Our last stop was Toyota West and David Moore was the first person we met. He was very kind and gave us the privacy to look around. After finding the car I liked we took it for a short test drive we decided to buy it. David was very accommodating, staying with us during the entire process up until we drove off. My Sales Associate Don Marks was very good. Don got me the car (Venza) I wantedand the dealerships pricing deal was really good (I did lots of research). The6 mo service (free of course) was a good experience as well. As it was easy toget an appointment time I wanted and the service person Mike I dealt withwas very nice. The financing dept also did a good job in finding a bank for meto get the vehicle financed at a good rate. The waiting area is very comfortable withcoffee, tea and TV if you are interested.

As an automobile owner and driver for over 40 years, I have had many experiences with dealerships and sales associates. None of the past experiences compare to the quality service given by Hossain Saadat!! After an auto accident which totaled my 2011 Honda Accord, the purchase of another car was daunting. My sister purchased a RAV 4 eight years ago in Baltimore Maryland; it still runs without any mechanical break downs. I wanted a car like that! Without any experience working with Toyota, I looked up truecar.com, read my Bible and said a prayer, then called Toyota West. Josh assigned Hossain Saadat to assist in the car buying process. What a blessing Mr. Hossain Saadat was to me and my family!! I had no idea what my credit score was and even if I qualified to purchase a new car.Immediately, Mr. Hossain Saadat took the time to calm me down, get a credit score, and share stories of other buyers he has helped purchase a Toyota. Never had someone to show interest in what I wanted Its always been what the sales associate wanted me to have. Mr. Hossain Saadat went above and beyond what any car dealership representative has done, and sold the RAV 4 for me and a Toyota Corolla for my daughter and spent only $15 more a month!!!! I was helped choose an affordable car with a great warranty. Brandon showed me the scion because they had a deal for recent college graduates. He was knowledgable and explained that he drove one himself, and that many of the premium safety and smartphone synchronizing features were in the basic iA model. I only had to test drive three cars to find the one I wanted in the right color. The dealers gave me their cards with cell phone numbers in case I had any questions.

We had a wonderful experience at Toyota West in Columbus. Our original intent in visiting this dealership was to simply look at various trim models of the car we were considering. But we were almost immediately drawn in by our salesman, Chaz Hill, who treated our entire family with great care and kindness. He considered our needs/wants carefully and also really pampered our children by giving them popcorn upon arrival inside and getting them set up with a movie to watch while we discussed car details. Cory was professional and friendly, taking care to make sure we were happy all along the purchase process with both the car and the price. He was great! Justin in finance was efficient in handling all the paperwork and made sure our son received the College Graduate adjustments. We were introduced to Brian Frye, Finance Mgr., who I believe also helped things along. Actually, everyone at the dealership had an upbeat, friendly, and welcoming attitude that made us comfortable right as we walked in the door. Even stayed past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. With the cold temps, he pulled vehicles ingot he service shop so we could look at them and not be too cold. All around amazing.

My wife and I came on January 25th at 5 p.m. just to have a look at Toyota West what is available to replace our Toyota Sienna, 2007. Before 9 p.m. we drove home on our new Scion iM (2016). The dealer Mr. Brandon Barnthouse done outstanding job to complete satisfaction of two elderly, non-native English speakers. He is very polite, very patient and pays great attention to his customers. To be a nice guy is not enough for success in trade, he demonstrated very high professional knowledge to us having together over 100 years of experience in Manufacturing and R&D Engineering. During the entire weak he kept helping us to get and to understand owner manuals, arranged installation of Navigation System and helped to manage it. All paper work and finacial service were professional, quick and directed according to our request. Also Mr. Barnthouse has shown very maticulous time management with accuracy within one-two minutes of schedule. It is very perspective virtue for potential professional growth as a manager. We have a great memory about everyone we worked with at Toyota West and highly recommend to our friends and family, as well any new customers.

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST. Their business principle is "BAIT AND SWITCH" and they are proud of that. Staff is RUDE. Don't get trapped in ZERO down payment. There is no such word in their dictionary. I paid 1400 down which supposed to be zero. They explained some charges and some are unexplained. I paid $1400 down, and on top these cheater cheated me in my college graduate rebate. My aunt and I went to Toyota West with an expectation of not being able to get approved for a car. Neither of us have the perfect credit score. My aunt filed bankruptcy a few years ago, so she basically had no credit she did however need a co-signer which was expected anyways, she got a used 2012 Nissan Altima which she absolutely loves. Also a few years ago I bought a car from JD Byriders (2006 Dodge Stratus) biggest mistake of my life. I have been paying on my care for already 3 years and paid over $12,000 for this car already and still have 3 years left., but anyways they was able to trade in that car even though there was a lot of negative equity and got me a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla Le Plus. I know this is a lot but I just wanted everyone to know our story. The people at Toyota West is awesome and they really seem like they care about you. I feel like the transaction on the car was good but they owed me touch up paint and my registration of my existing tags transfered to my new car. They lied and said they do the transfer when in face they dont. And the also never sent the touch up paint even after three emails and two calls. So they are a dealer that gets you out the door and really dont care after they have your money.

Purchased a 2014 used car here for $18k in 2015. Salesman was nice but had to step away to talk to his manager every time I asked a question, like he had absolutely no authority to answer questions. The floor manager finally came out to talk to me and almost ruined the sale with his attitude, I must have messed up his coffee break by making him move from his desk. He acted like I was bothering him because I wanted a better break down of the taxes/fess/paperwork cost. When we finally agreed on everything we waited almost two hours for their accounting department. Come to find out they gave it to a new accountant who messed it up (spelled name wrong from my ID, wrong finance company, wrong final price) and didn't tell anybody for over an hour. They finally moved us to a more senior employee and got the paper work completed in 20 minutes, I will have to say that this guy was professional and great to work with. The car only had one key when I purchased it, so part of the deal was that I could have spares made at a later date. I have now placed multiple (5-6) calls to the sales person and either leave a message, or he says I'll have my manger schedule something with you. No follow up calls have ever been made from the dealership to schedule something.We will be replacing our SUV this year and my wife wants the new 4runner - If we go with one I will definitely be driving past this dealership.

Got my first Toyota a couple months ago, and received a a catalytic converter replacement service bulletin for it. My home/work puts me about right in the middle of the 4 dealerships in C'bus, but Toyota West was closer to my home, so i picked them as my dealership.I called on Dec 1st at 11:35a, and spoke to a Logan. After collecting all my information, she said they had to order the parts, and would call me back when the parts came...probably a few days. I test drove a Toyota Tundra that this dealer had on the lot. They were about to close so the salesman asked if I would mind coming back the next day. The salesman let me know the next day saying that his Manager David said he would sell me the truck for $415 a month with my trade. At this point I had this offer in writing So I left work early to make my way to the dealership. I thought I was getting a great deal for my situation so I didn't mind making the drive. Once I arrive, I show the Sales Manager IN WRITING the offer I received and told them Id like to take it home that night. That didn't happen, the manager wouldn't honor the pricing. Fueled with anger I kept my composure to figure out why I wasn't getting the truck anymore after they told me to come in and pick it up for the price that myself and the manager agreed on (IN WRITING). As I am speaking with a manager another salesman comes to the sales tower letting the manager know his customer wants the Tundra... At this point I realized I have been lied to, and that they were probably receiving a better deal from this other customer.Never will I even consider buying a vehicle from Toyota West, Never will I service a vehicle from Toyota West, NEVER will I send anyone to Toyota West. My old man is a city councilmen for the city of Hilliard, and use to be the chairman for the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce, and I will be sure that no one I talk to does any business with Toyota West.

After initially finding a car online, was texting/speaking with one salesman, who was MIA for a weekend = car sold. Finally, Hossain( 2nd salesman) picked up the slack and got me into my car. The finance department did try to change numbers on me once I drove up there but made good on their word. My advice is to get everything in writing beforehand. Heard many times "Sorry about misunderstanding" Lost in translation etc. (finance end) Hossain was great. Even did a follow-up call afterwards :) Couldn't beat the price, hence drove 3 hrs. to purchase.

Toyota west has the best drop off service when getting your car serviced. I took my car for the check engine light. The service provider offered to drop me off and work and then pick me up to bring me back. There is no charge! This is a wonderful service.

I don't usually bring my car in for service. I can be frazzled, talkative and a little scattered brain when dealing with an unfamiliar situation. Even though I could tell how busy the service center was when I arrived, Bernard Cherry immediately greeted me professionally. I was all over the place, jumping from one thing to another, and he was very patient, and smiled the whole time. Many would have been annoyed, or brushed off my questions or concerns. He directed me to the correct place, and even made sure once I was in the waiting area I didn't have any other questions or need anything. He is very engaging. In the past, not to stereotype, but men are not always the best people to talk to women at a repair shop. He was so polite and not condescending and as I mentioned, smiled throughout the whole conversation. He is definitely someone who can bring positivity to a place that sometimes is filled with disgruntled people because everyone hates to be without a vehicle. It was a pleasure meeting him this morning.

I have had great experience with the service department at Toyota West in Columbus. The service writers communicate well, are very courteous, and the entire staff is friendly. The facility is new and offers large comfortable waiting areas. An added bonus us that they offer free shuttle service, allowing me go to work instead of wasting my time waiting at the dealership. The shuttle driver, Bernard Cherry was especially engaging, and both times he drove me was a pleasure to be with. Also, both times that Bernard picked my up at work, he was early. First of all the salesman was top notch but the finance guy, either didn't know what he was doing or didn't tell me everything.long of the short I ended up financing more than I thought. The bank they used charged extra for financing with them, made me pay for extra insurance for them and a pre-payment fee that I specifically told the finance manager I did not want because I knew I was paying off early.

Went in for my usual oil change and tire rotation. Luckily, my technician George Imer, also found that my water pump was beginning to leak. He suggested that I keep an eye on it by looking for fluid on the garage floor. I decided since it was in the shop to have the work done immediately. They offered me a free shuttle back to my home, and Bernard Cherry did the honors. Just two and a half hours later all the work was completed! Then Bernard picked me up. Wow what great service! And their shuttle will take you just about anywhere in Franklin and even nearby counties. Their new service center is great! They now employ plenty of mechanics since their garage is humongous! You drive into a large drop off area, and when the work is complete they drive inside with your car. This is great when it's raining or snowing or 20 below outside. So, I give them 2 thumbs up!

Bernard Cherry went above and beyond to ensure that I got to work safely and on time. He was incredibly friendly and made the short period of travel to my place of employment an enjoyable experience. I got there early the next morning and they worked with me to get the right payment. When we came to purchase a vehicle we had a great experience with our dealer. He really cared about us receiving a vehicle. Fred got us in the vehicle we wanted and did not allow us to leave without a good quality vehicle, We did have a hiccup with the finance department and a post dated check that was deposited before the due date which over drafted my bank account with no communication of resolving the issue causing me to pay a over draft fee. But our dealer was awesome and other than finance department we would recommend your dealership, but not without caution on when they ask for a post dated check not to allow them to receive until the post dated date.

I found the used car we were looking for on the dealer's website. When I called, Jason Eley at Hatfield Subaru had to go search for the car physically, because it wasn't even fully logged into their system yet (had just been traded in). Since it was in service, he told me he'd have to let me know when it was available to come see. He followed up the next day to tell me it was ready, and he answered a number of questions I had. We visited that night for a test drive - we were allowed to take it ourselves without him, which is always nice. We said we'd be back the next evening to do our trade-in and make the purchase. At some point, while answering more questions from me, he informed us that he could not sell it due to its Toyota certification, so he referred us to Alex Dover at the Toyota dealership next door. Alex picked us up and took us through the rest of the transaction, and we were very happy with our interactions with both guys.

Years ago I started using this service department because a previous dealership was unsatisfactory. My last visit made me reconsider...After paying for my repairs I was directed to service. I was greeted by a worker who said "May I help you?" I told him I was there to get my vehicle and showed him my receipt. He got my keys and handed them to me. I voiced my disappointment stating "I don't like your procedure, because I should not have to get my vehicle!" I started towards the parking lot, but due to a health issue, I had to stop, lean against the wall and catch my breath. At that time another gentleman, who recognized I was in distress, came over and asked if I was ok. At which time he could see that I was not, and assisted me to a chair and gave me a bottle of water. Another gentleman came up and asked for my keys and stated that he would get my vehicle. The thing about it, these men were the farthest two away from me. Other workers in the area didn't even acknowledge me or my struggle. I later found out that these two gentlemen were Michael Porter and Bernard Cherry. They treated me with the utmost respect and let me know that this incident is not the reflection Toyota West, its managers or the two of them want to be conveyed to their customers. Kudos to these gentlemen. I once heard and am a firm believer that: YOU CAN'T FORCE SOMEONE TO RESPECT YOU, BUT YOU CAN REFUSE TO BE DISRESPECTED. If not for these two gentlemen, Michael Porter and Bernard Cherry, I would be finding another dealership to service my vehicle.

We went there looking for a used Corolla. Fred our salesperson brought us a list of all available Corollas within the dealerships at the automall. He even drove us around to find the specific car we could not find on the lot, and we eventually found it. They went out of their way after the purchase to take care of any scratches we noted on the car and made sure we were satisfied with everything about the car before we left and again after we brought it back to fix up the scratches. I was going to pay cash for the car, but they let me use a credit card which lets me get points from the purchase. Most dealers will only let you charge a limited amount.

I did not purchase my car at this Toyota location, I bought it in Florida. Ever since I moved to Ohio I have been taking my car to Toyota for services, the service people are nice and make you feel welcome. I LOVE the new service department since it has been renovated. I had to use the shuttle service on one occasion, I had Bernard Cherrx as my driver, very friendly and caring person. He was easy to talk to. First time I used the shuttle service it is a nice service that Toyota has. My next car will be a Toyota (hopefully not too soon) and I will most likely get it from this location. I have not had one bad experience with Toyota and I hope it stays that way . My service rep was also nice gave me his undivided attention and I did not feel rushed.

There was no question in my mind when I needed to purchase a new car that I wanted a 3rd Corolla since 1991 from Toyota West. (I have been a faithful customer to their Service Department since that time and highly recommend it as well.). Dave Van Stone took my initial phone call and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to check on a car that I particularly wanted. I was assigned to sales associate Fred Woda, who was more than willing to answer all my questions, patiently and fully explaining what I needed to know.

From the minute I pulled thru the doors into the remodeled facility, and was met by Robert the service director, until I was dropped at the house by Bernard Cherry, I had a pleasant and successful experience. Of course my Toyota FJ would not exhibit for the mechanic, the malfunction that was the reason for my visit. But the pros' at Toyota West diagnosed the problem successfully and the bill was less than expected. Shuttle Man Bernard was an engaging conversationalist and overall it was nice to deal with courtesy and professionalism.

I own a Toyota Camry that my father purchased at Toyota West. I want to do my very best to keep excellent care of this car, so it lasts as long as possible. I met Michael Porter at the beginning of my experience with Toyota West. I had absolutely no idea how to approach getting my car fixed, as the engine was burning up oil. Michael told me that there was a recall on my vehicle, and that I can get everthing fixed. He helped me in the process of getting a rental, including giving me a ride to the rental office. He contacted me when everything was fixed, which was in a very time efficient manner. Not only did I receive outstanding customer service, but I met a new friend in Michael Porter. I am very thankful that I met this man. He is a great employee, and I WILL be coming back to Toyota West for future maintenance for my Toyota Camry. Thank you very much, Michael !

I have never traded at Toyota West before but this was an excellent experience for me. I was shopping around for two cars. One to replace my current leased car w Hyundia and one for my niece. I had shopped Hyundia and Honda also. Hyundia didnt really have anything I wanted. Also to get the same bells and whistles I had in my current car I would have to upgrade 3 packages to keep those bells. Increasing my monthly for the same car. Not my idea of a good use of money. Honda was a great deal and sales pitch until the end when nothing I was told was correct and to get out of my lease I would have had to jump through a ton of hoops. I went into Toyota on a lunch break from work and meet Cory Doty on my 1st visit I just got some information about Toyotas lease program and maintenance program. After that was the Honda experience. the next day I went back to Toyota and spoke to Cory on my lunch again. Explained what had happened at Honda and that I wanted two cars and to get ride of my car current. I didn't want any hoops to jump though or any extra fees at the end. He did a trade appraisal on my car I filled out the credit app and went back to work. He made my experience easy and hassle free. When it came down to picking cars and finding a price point that fit the budget. David in the finance department allowed me to sit back there with him and crunch numbers. It took about an hour or so and he was very patient and willing to work w me. The manager Matt was also very easy to work with. In the end my neice and I walked out of the show room with two cars that we love and very happy with all of the staff who helped us through this process. Cory went above and beyond. We communicated mostly via text due to work schedules and stayed late to deliver the cars to us. Thank you.

Our trip to the Georgesville Automall began at 11AM Sunday, however, we failed to realize that the dealerships do not open until 12PM on Sunday. Luckily for us, while walking through the lots an hour before they opened, we were approached by Brandon Barnthouse, a sales associate for Toyota West.Brandon was incredibly knowledgable. Prior to our visit, we were unsure of the make or model we intended to purchase. He gave us comprehensive reviews of the different vehicles and provided us with specific local and nationwide statistics to support his assessment. Once we narrowed down our search, he explained the special features equipped to each of the vehicles and he even shared some interesting history about the various models. After considering the information he offered, we decided on the Toyota Camry Hybrid.The negotiation process was swift and straightforward. In a matter of minutes, we were able to reach an agreeable price and then I met Milt Coleman in the finance department to finish the sale. I was truly impressed with Milt's professionalism and breadth of experience. He carefully detailed the warranty options for my vehicle and gave honest evaluations of the available services. We bought our 2010 Corolla (new) here and have been taking the car to them for servicing. They had 100% of my trust until today, when I was sold the most expensive service package (which was fine) but failed to do all the job detailed, when I went to pick it up. I had to then go back and forth a couple of times to get it all completed. I worked with Cole Garside as the advisor, who in my opinion should have checked to make sure everything was done, but didn't. Even after pointing out what wasn't done, he didn't take responsibility and ensure it was done to completion. Finally it was down to Bernard Cherry (one of the technicians) and Michael (service manager?) to ensure at least some part of it was done to my satisfaction. I guess I will go back to Toyota West because of these 2 gentlemen who wanted to make things right. But I would use caution with anything they quote.

Besides the large and sensibly priced vehilices, it was the sales and finance staff that wowed me. Each person I met was curious, professional and suprisingly authentic in their approach and manner. They presented data in an easy to understand way and they allowed me time to think about things on my own (I really appreicate that). The service department at TOYOTA WEST in Columbus, OH used to be a great place. I had my car serviced at this location many times for many years. Their service was consistently good and service advisers were very helpful.However, when I came to this place again after they renovated the service station in the spring 2015, the situation has radically changed. Many of the former service advisers were no longer there and the service was disappointing.My wife and I brought our 2015 Camry here (in August 2015) because its pillar moldings were discoloring and needed inspection. It took more than an hour for them to bring our car back after the "inspection" and told us that they ordered the parts for replacement. Then, we noticed that the in-and-out odometer showed 8-mile difference. There should be NO test drive involved in the inspection of pillar moldings. Our service document did not indicate any record of a test drive, either. We spoke with the service adviser and the manager to inquire why so many miles had been added after the inspection, but neither of them provided me with a clear answer. The only answer we received from the manager was that they are supposed to give every car a test drive. Why would a pillar molding inspection need an 8-mile test drive? Isn't this an unclear explanation that still needs an explanation?Who knows what happened to our car during that time?All the explanation that the manager gave us is that this dealership just gives an 8-mile test drive even to a car for pillar molding inspection.

We went to Toyota West because my husband was nearing the mileage limit on his leased truck. We were greeted by the friendly sales team as soon as we walked up to the door. We ended up leasing another Tacoma, and couldn't be happier with our experience at this dealership. Brandon Barnthouse and Dave Huff have restored my faith in customer service. I was trading a car for a van to fit our new family size of 5. It was a very inexpensive van, yet it didn't matter to Brandon. He spent half a day with me the first day and several days after making sure I was taken care of. He was wonderful. He really loves what he does and it shows. He should be the manager. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manager of used sales was very rude. Dave Huff is the best service manager of any service department I've ever visited. He was efficient, caring and just plain nice. We've been chasing an issue for quite some time, and he found the root cause immediately. From now on I will request him. I took my Prius in for the 40k service. Later I luckily noticed a leak from beneath the vehicle.Since I was one hour from the dealer and I suspected an oil leak I took it to a friend's shop that works on mufflers. We removed the clips and shield and sure enough - oil was leaking from the bolt on the oil pan. I don't normally park on concrete so this could have been a disaster. I felt bad enough about it to drive to the dealership and talk to the service advisor in charge of the technician who did not tighten down the bolt. The service advisor did not even apologize. I can't say this will happen to your vehicle but I can say it's a "roll of the dice." Good luck.

We purchased a 2013 CR-V from Toyota West, and really appreciated the salesperson (Brandon Barnthouse) who helped us during our visit. He was very low pressure but was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He seemed to really have a personal interest in our situation and in making sure that we made a decision on a vehicle that we would be comfortable with. He made our first experience with a car purchase a positive one, and we really appreciated his willingness to stay after closing hours in order for us to leave with the vehicle that same day. Brandon also gave us his personal phone number and genuinely encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything else. One thing worth mentioning is that even though we were pre-approved through a local credit union, we were able to close on site at the dealership. The financing office did not seem to be completely knowledgeable about this process, and our financing application did have a mistake on it regarding our APR interest rate. We also were initially going to be charged a fee that our credit union would not have charged us. Both of these issues were resolved, but it may be worth it to simply choose to do your financial closing physically at the bank of your choice. Our salesperson customer service was great! However, after calling the specific financing employee who worked with us, and the financing supervisor, we have yet to hear back from either of them after over a week.

I have multiple cars from the 90's with over 200,000 miles due to the number of drivers in my family (kids :-). Aaron helps me keep them on the road (and safely) while Bill helps me get back and forth in the shuttle to manage it all. At this point it is still cheaper to keep them on the road due to Toyota reliability and Aaron is invaluable in keeping them fixed at a reasonable cost.

I went to Toyota West for an oil change. My experience with Toyota West has always been a great experience until Tuesday, June 23rd. After my oil change, I was informed by a service man that my tires are actually snow tires and was asked if I knew that. I was not informed of this until June 23rd; the car salesmen I worked with when I got my car in September 2014, did not inform of this. The service man told me to go over to Pre-Owned, talk to my car salesmen, and see what if they could recommend something. Long story short, I ended up talking to a Pre-Owned Manager named RYAN MORELAND. He was so rude, talked over top me, wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to ask. He embarrassed me in front of at least 4 other workers with the way he was talking to me. He kept assuming and insisting that he was not going to replace anything and that there was absolutely no way he was going to even look into tires for me and in his words "it's not my problem." I then demanded to speak to someone above him when he then replied "he's going to tell you the same thing...." AARON CRUM was a breath of fresh air. He was very calm, listened to what I was trying to say and ask (my main concern was that my tires were going to need replaced before July and I am using my car for a family vacation). He even offered to pay for 2 of my tires for me. If you ever come to this place, ask for AARON CRUM! He is the ONLY reason why I will be returning to Toyota West.

It's a big headache. My car is nice I got it on June 5, 2015. On June 9, 2015 they called saying they couldn't get my deal approved. I was pre approved for 0 down. They asked if I could come up with 500 down after I already signed the papers and took the car home. They told me I had 10 days from the 9th which would be the 19th. That's a day I get paid so that's fine I guess. I still wasn't happy about all of a sudden needing to put 500 down. Well they called me today saying I needed to have the money by Tuesday or I'd lose my car. I don't get paid until friday. It's just a big hassle. I don't see how they pre approve you for 0 down then need 500. It's stupid and ridiculous. They should get it all together before letting you take it off the lot. This happened to my friend too. Cory is a great salesman he was very helpful. It's the finance department that's terrible.

I used an online coupon to have my oil changed and tires rotated, which made them quite competitive. Scheduling was easy and the shuttle service was very convenient. Shuttle service driver was lovely and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Cannot comment on quality as I have not picked my car back up yet.

My daughter was in the market for a used, small SUV. We looked at a LOT of dealerships around town but kept checking back with Toyota West because they have a great selection and do enough volume that new options show up often. We ended up getting a RAV4 for a little more than we originally budgeted but we're very happy with the car and it will suit her well; plus being a Toyota we know it will hold it's vale. Overall we enjoyed the experience and our salesperson, but the paperwork process took a bit longer then it seems it should have, otherwise we would've rated it 5 stars.

I took my leased 2014 Toyota Camry in for service at the new Toyota West facility in Columbus, Ohio because I was hearing a strange scraping sound when I braked/slowed down. I was worried the brakes were defective.. The service professional, Breandan Coombs, was extremely professional and attentive. He took one look and said "your splash guard is partially detached - it looks like you hit a pothole and something came loose." He then said "I'm not going to write this up - it's a really quick fix and you're a good customer." I was out the door in less than 30 minutes, and he ensured I was comfortable while waiting. Everyone was very customer focused, we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Blew other dealerships out of the water!I initially went in early in the week to test drive and was greeted by Tim. He was very informative about the vehicle and the options showing me everything from under the hood to folding the seats down (and everything in between.) The car I wanted was not on the lot so David worked some magic and found exactly what I was looking for and stayed persistent with the other dealership to make the "dealer trade" happen. Every few hours I had a good update from Tim or David on the status of my vehicle while it was in the transport and trade time frame. The day of arrival I received a text once it was on the lot, followed up by a picture of my detailed beauty! Once we arrived they had us in and out in less then an hour!! Every person we met with or worked with was friendly, positive, and actually cared about us, not just the sale! I have been looking at this vehicle for awhile, so needless to say I checked into a lot of dealerships around Ohio. Toyota West and the sales team literally were far above every other Toyota dealer I initially dealt with in the Columbus area. I really had a good experience with this dealership compared to those of the past. I haven't got my car back yet but they called me immediately when they knew what was going on with the car. The shuttle service was also very efficient and comfortable, Bill Finn my driver was outstanding and was a really nice person. The reason the dealership is getting 4/5 stars is strictly because of the price of the service. It seemed pretty costly for the work I'm having done without going into detail. So overall, without knowing the result of the service of my vehicle, I would recommend going to this dealership if you have the money to pay for it. You are going to get a better experience but it does cost you.

This was a wonderful experience for our family. We purchased a new vehicle for our daughter. Our salesman (Fred Woda) was "Awesome" and made this such a wonderful surprise. He moved the vehicle to the showroom floor and covered it with ballons. We came back in the afternoon to surprise her and he was just as excited as she was. She will be smiling for quite some time. I saw a car in the on line inventory on a Saturday, I looked again on Monday, it was still there. I HAD to go see it. It was there. Fred was cute.... Helpful, funny Positive and the most wonderful salesman I have dealt with, No pressure, all the information I asked for. Re-explained as i needed to fully understand the options. Took the test drive with me and survived :) Fred was HONEST, what he did not know he went to a staff member had them explain to me while he listened as well. Finance Guy NIck was just as good. Both took my teasing of the missing hubcap "deal breaker" with a smile and promised the 4th hubcap delivery (which they were ready before I was) LOVE the Hatfield "Family" staff service, used and New. I bought a Dodge Journey. I took it back to get a heater problem fixed. It took them 8 days to fix it. I went and picked it up at 7 pm. The next morning at 7 am I noticed the Journey was leaking pretty bad. I jacked to car up and found they used a regular bolt for an oil plug. At this point all of the oil had drained out. I contacted David Moore by text with a video. I got no reply back. I asked if he thought it would be a hit on you tube. He replied find out. As of now 5 days later after we picked it up from the heater problem I have a loud clunking noise when I use the break to stop.

Brian Delcid was a pleasure to deal with and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited for financing. We were there several hours because there were so many customers, which was not a problem as Brian kept checking with us to make sure we were fine and let us know how many people were ahead of us and making us feel quite at home. Herb was our finance person and he also was very nice. The car needed a few details taken care of before we received it and everything was completed just as Brian said it would be. I took my highlander with 160,000 miles in for an oil change. The car also started running very loud a few days before. I was told I needed new brakes and a new exhaust pipe. My service advisor, Breandan, was great to work with. He walked me through what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand. He also helped me understand which of the items were optional and which needed done urgently. I chose not to have the work done because the cost was more than I wanted to put into such an old car. I'm now looking at new Toyotas to purchase.

The service here is great! I brought my Prius in to have a tire repaired, but I also had a notice in the mail about a recall on a sensor for the passenger seat belt or air bag or something. I was thinking I'd wait, but it turns out the work on the sensor recall would be 2 h or so. I was given a ride home, with the expectation that I'd be picked up after the service was completed. The driver was very personable, and thanks to him, I learned a new way to go to Toyota West, among other things. I know my car is in good hands at Toyota West.

I made it in for my early morning appointment even though it was snowing like a blizzard. I thought that my appointment would only be 1 hour, but when I learned that it would be more like 2.5 hours, Bill Finn offered to drive me to work. He is the best. I was in serious need of a new car, knew I wanted a Scion tC. I found the car on carsoup.com originally (saw about 10 in my area but this was the newest with the least miles at the best price & certified pre-owned!) I submitted an inquiry with a credit app Sunday evening and heard from Zach that evening. My credit isn't amazing and I knew I needed my payments to be a certain amount and I was waiting on my tax return for my down payment, and he and the team at Toyota West were AWESOME!!! We were able to figure most of the details out via text while I was at work, went in that afternoon (Someone else was interested in the car, which I kinda thought maybe just a sales pitch-but someone else did come while I was there to possibly buy the car as well) The whole experience was easy, pretty quick and actually enjoyable (as enjoyable as buying a car can be). Zach was attentive and able to answer all my questions or find an answer for me. 100% next car I need or anytime anyone asks I will be referring to Zach at Toyota West!

To make a long story short, I spoke with Zach, got all the paperwork completed and sent back to the dealership, had the car shipped to me up here in NH. Everything was as it should be except for the title-work. This, I want to make clear was not Zach's fault, although I will not mention others names in negativity. I couldn't get in touch with the finance guy I had worked with. When i finally did he told me it was normal and if I wanted to fix it I'd have to do it myself in my state. I called the NH DMV and they reassured me it he was incorrect. I never heard back from him after multiple attempts to contact via phone and text message (which I know was the correct number because that's what I had used to contact him before I bought the car). I had to, in order to make things happen, make a bit of a stink and get the Finance Director, Lee, involved. Once I spoke with Lee however, we were able to create a plan of action to get the title issue resolved relatively quickly. I would buy another vehicle from Toyota West with Zach handling my purchase. Easy, fast, and got what I was expecting.

The sales rep we worked with was great! Fred Woda, understood our issue and really worked to get us a car. My daughter had a credit issue but needed a car desperately. Fred got her pre-qualified gave her some guidelines to stick with and then showed her over 5 cars and then the website for so many more. She had a choice! She was concerned about that with her credit. The finance guy get the payment in the area she had to have it in and even gave her great advise on how to fix the credit. I must say this was the most hassle free car buying experience ever. After having both mine and my boyfriend's cars totaled out just before Christmas, my supervisor referred me to Toyota West. He told me I wouldn't regret it. We went and looked for my boyfriend's car first. Freddie was his car salesman. He did such a great job with him. That it was a no brainer for when I went to get my car, I wanted to deal with him as well. I had my children with me and he even went to the lengths to look for a pencil for them to do their homework when they asked. I told him that this process was a little scary for me. I'm one who usually would buy and pay cash for my cars. He explained everything down to each and every detail so that I was completely comfortable. He was very compassionate with the situation of me saying that I wanted to keep it to a certain monthly payment. Between Freddie and the finance manager Matt Harris I happily walked out of there with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited. I can happily say that they went above and beyond compared to the first car lot I went to. I have and will happily refer friends and family to Toyota West so they may experience the best car buying experience as well. I must say my supervisor was right I don't regret it.

We had a terrific experience at this dealership. Granted you need to get past the location, construction, appearance etc. Purchasing a new Toyota Sienna for my wife was a pleasant experience. Tim Evans, the salesman was great to deal with! We got a great deal for the car and great service on top of it. Tim was even available after the purchase, on email and by phone and has been very helpful. 3 weeks after the purchase, we realized that the car had not come with front license plate holder pre-installed. Tim was kind to bring the plates to our home on the coldest day this winter and fixed the new plates in our garage! Enough said!

I sent an online inquiry for a Toyota Prius. Less than 10mins, I received a call from Zach Chinn and after he answered some basic questions I had, a test drive was scheduled for later in the day. Mr. Chinn was very knowledgeable, highly courteous, patient and concerned of any needs of mine. He quickly offered the incentives and rebates without me having to inquire about them. I felt very good about making my car purchase with Mr. Chinn as my salesperson. After the purchased, he repeatedly emphasized that I feel comfortable to call him and to ask additional questions regarding the features of my new purchase. Purchasing a new car takes a lot of time and research, but Zach Chinn was an excellent match for my car buying needs. On other car purchases, the salesman only seemed interested in what he could push on me. I am very pleased about this experience.

After having been a loyal Honda owner, I decided I wanted to switch to Toyota for a new FJ Cruiser. I already knew the Cruiser specs but needed to test drive it for final decision. I also test drove a 4Runner. It was hard to choose between the two. The sales specialist, Chad Sothard, was very patient with me as I mulled over which vehicle to buy. I went to the used car lot at Toyota West to find a car for my son. I came in with expectations of finding a car with less than 70,000 miles for about 10K. After hearing that my son was a recnet college graduate and that we needed this car to last for awhile, Greg showed us a used "new" vehicle that was still under mfr warranties with the cost within the same range that we were looking for. It was the first car my son test drove so weren't really sure that this was the one. After walking us through the lot and showing us prices and mileage on other used cars, we knew that we indeed had a great value.Paperwork is another thing altogether, The internet was not working well when we were there. The finance guy was friendly and informative however so I could not fault him for the delay.

My husband and I were interested in FJ Cruisers and Toyota West's saleman David Seaman provided top notch customer service from the minute he introduced himself to us. Not only was he very pleasant and personable, but after I test drove the only Cruiser they had in stock and decided that it was the vehicle that I wanted but not in the color I was interested in he immediately searched for and found the exact vehicle that I wanted and that fit my needs. The vehicle was located out of state but within a matter of minutes they had my financing secured and the vehicle I wanted reserved for me and initiated preparations for transporting it to our area. When we went to take delivery of our new FJ, David took his customer service to yet another level and presented my husband and I with a gift card to a nice restaurant that he had purchased for us after we had shared the story of a recent family tragedy we experienced this year. Not only did David perform his job duties 100% but he went above and beyond and showed a level of compassion and caring that you really don't expect to receive when buying a car. (No disrespect intended to car salesmen!) Brian Frye the Finance Manager also made the mountain of paperwork and signatures needed a painless, relatively quick experience. Their servicemen are incredibly nice and I'm impressed that they do not treat women as if they don't know anything about cars - they are very respectful. That they offer shuttle service was great. I was able to drop off my car before work and pick it up at lunch because of this service. My shuttle driver was very personable and right on time to pick me up. From the time I spoke with salesman Zach Chinn over the internet I knew I only wanted to deal with him. He did not put any pressure on me to come in. I made and appt and had to cancel. I appreciate that he did not call and bug me to come in.I went to another dealership the day before and it was an okay experience. Actually, I had been trying all day to leave but they kept bringing out vehicles for me to try. I was told that I would not be able to afford the used vehicle I wanted. I always get what I want and I was not going to settle. I have been wanting a Rav 4 for many years.It was a very calm, easy and pleasurable experience with both the salesman and the finance person. The friends I brought with me were just as surprised as I was at the level of service i received. I wish I knew 100 people who wanted to buy a car. I would definitely send them there. Justin Humphrey was able to find several vehicles that met my criteria, Ryan Mooreman was able to give me a little bit more on my trade in so i would not have such a high payment. I finally settled on a Chevy Malibu that needed a few minor things completed that Justin was able to get the accommodations met for me.

Bill Finn & Bob and his crew are the best! I made a big mistake once by taking my car somewhere else for last minute oil change and it cost me an arm/leg to get it replaced. Never again will I make that decision ever again despite my situation.I should have stayed faith to my customer reps/techs at Toyota west. I honestly never looked at a Toyota before and never even imagine driving one. But I have to tell you I absolutely love my new Corolla! Frederick Rawlings was such a nice salesman and I explained to him my credit situation and how I need a vehicle that I could afford the payments. He showed me several vehicles and I drove two and fell in love with the Corolla! I love the color and that I know that I will be saving on gas! Charles "Herb" Holler the Finance Manager was great and did a very nice job! I will definitely send anyone looking for a car, over to Toyota West and see Frederick, he is an awesome salesman!

This review is about the shuttle service...I live past Harrisburg toward Mt. Sterling and was thrilled when Bill Finn was able to provide transportation back to my home since it was anticipated that my service would take 4-5 hours. I have always enjoyed the treatment I've gotten from the service staff too and have been pleased with the work done by the technicians. My only complaint is the website to schedule service visits. I've tried it from home computer and from mobile phone..it needs work. Other than that, I'll keep coming back for service and purchasing new vehicles.

They had the car I wanted but I needed to know how much they would give me for my trade. Sent Breanden photos and got a preliminary amount and the price of the car as shown on the internet was the best I found so off I went. Arrived at 7:45 (15 minutes before close). By 9:30 I was out the door with my new car. I have so little time but they made the transaction smooth and easy. Breandan Coombs was a wonderful salesman I would ask for if I were buying a car. We purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota West. Our salesman Rob Wallace and the sale manager Aaron Crum worked with us until around 10 pm to make sure we had everything we needed. Without going into too many details they went above and beyond what any normal salesperson would do! Great service. I have and would recommend to others! My co-worker's girlfriend went a week later and bought a new car from them as well! They had a great experience at Toyota West too!

From the moment we walked onto the Toyota West lot we experience a professional, well mannered no hassle staff. This must have been the first time ever that I did not feel the pressure to quickly find a car and sign. The sales rep. Justin Humphreys greeted us with a friendly and clean appearance. His character and professionalism created a understanding that he was there to work for us the consumer. After finding the car that was right for us we came to an agreement on the terms that I felt was reasonable and perfect for our situation. All members of the Toyota West staff seemed to be friendly and helpful to their customers as I looked around the office. During previous purchases with other car dealers in Central Ohio it seemed to be a all day affair, with Toyota West I was in and out with in a matter of a couple hours ( that includes the 45 min. test drive). Bought a used 2013 Subaru Legacy from this dealer on August 16, 2014. Great experience. I have a bad lower back, so I have to sit in a zillion cars to find the right fit. That was NOT a problem. Salesman John Thomas was great. He allowed me to take my time sitting through Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, and the Subaru I eventually purchased. There was no high pressure sales pitch; we (my wife and I) were encouraged to take our time and see if we were interested in any of the vehicles. I did not rate the dealer on "Quality of Work" because I have not yet had anything serviced there. But since the vehicle does have a small issue currently under warrantee (rear electric window doesn't work), I'll have some material upon which I can supplement this review.

I was 20 minutes early for my appointment - the were 4 hours late. I went in with an alignment issue; while a little better, they did not fix the issue. Since Cole would not return my calls, I will take my business elsewhere. I don't have time to force a dealer to do what I am paying them for (as in I should not have to keep going back until they figure out how to do their job) -> I will go to a dealership I can trust.

Every member of staff we met was courteous and friendly, I hadn't shopped at a dealership for a car in some years due to some very negative past experiences. This was a completely positive experience thanks to all the staff at Toyota West, and especially to Justin Humphreys! He took complete care of us with kindness and professional respect. He is responsible to sell cars of course, but he clearly cares about the human beings he serves as his customers. He did a great deal of running around and checking on things to make sure our questions were answered and that our needs were met. He helped us toward an excellent deal on the car we bought! In my work, I write an occasional reference or recommendation letter. If I could write one for Justin and Toyota West, I would happily do it without the slightest hesitation!

I went to Toyota west today because I had my eye on a Kia soul. I test drove a couple of them and was given plenty of time to do so. I ended up leaving the lot that day with the Kia soul I wanted! My sales associate Justin H did an amazing job. He was kind and courteous. He made sure my car was very clean and ready to drive home in. He also made sure to keep my payments right where I wanted it to be. The staff was also great. Took their time to visit and talk while Justin was getting everything ready. I didn't think I would be driving home in "my" car today but I was. I would recommend Toyota west to anyone who was looking to buy a vehicle.

I was worried when I heard that the service would take several hours and that the building with a toy area that I was used to was no longer there, that we'd be stuck sitting in the small modular unit with my 4 year old for several hours.
