I needed my first oil change in a 2021 RAM 5500 Garbage truck. They can't do it because. Pick 1 or 2 -their reasons. 1 -their lift is to small. 2 -they can't catch 3 gallons of oil without using the container they use under a lift. I live 1.5 miles from here but have to go to Johnson City(20 mile) or Abington (20 miles)to get my oil changed saving my warranty. They won't roll under the truck and do it in Kingsport.

I took my jeep here three years ago to get my air condition fixed because it wasn’t blowing cold air. I took it in, they said I needed a new fan. So I was like ok. They change the fan and I left and it didn’t help. It didn’t fix the problem. So I take it back a week later and they tell me ‘oh it’s the condenser’. So I spent $600 on a fan that I didn’t need. The new condenser will cost another $600. I don’t have that kind of money. It would’ve been nice if they refunded me for the fan, considering they were the ones who miss diagnosed the problem, so I could use that money to get a new condenser. They can afford that. So here I am going around in Tennessee heat for the past three years, going on four, with no air condition. I’m still mad about it. Feel free to reach out to me to fix this issue. I’m sure you have my number in your system.

Not even sure this is worth one star. Boyfriend has bought two new cars from them, he got a special deal in his email and he called them, they were going to see what they could do for him. He called back and was told "we don't have anything on the lot you are looking for" he calls back and talks to the sales manager and he tells him they have some to come on it, we drive down and get a run around and they will need to call him back the next day (Friday) he waits all day and nothing, he called back on Saturday and it was an apology after apology nothing had been worked on but they would give him a call back momentarily. It's now Monday and still no call. Going forward we will not be dealing with them because of such disappointing customer service.

I went to Tri-Cities Dodge to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade and after looking over what they had available I chose the one I wanted. We made a deal and all was good until we went into financing. When the Finance guy handed me the paper work to sign the vin had pulled up as a 2015 Jeep instead of a 2016. I had the ke to the Jeep in my hand and on the chain t stated 2016 and on the window sticker it said 2016. on all the paper work before getting to the financing it stated 2016. So I asked them if i was a mistake. they went to the manager and came back to tell me it was a mistake on there paperwork and hat the 2016 models didn't come out for another 3 months or so. So I trusted the dealer and bought the 2015 Jeep. The said they would order a tow package and put it on for free for me which was nice. After buying the car I realized they forgot to put the floor mats in after detailing it so I turned around . Out of curiosity and being suspicious I pulled over to the row of jeep renegades I was looking at before and decided to run the vin on the jeep that was right beside the one i just bought.... it was a 2016 Jeep renegade. I went back in to explain my concerns and tell them how they misled me into buying an older model and how they lied to me and the manager didn't apologize or offer to help. he said "Congratulations on your new 2015 Jeep Renegade" so of course that made me upset and instead of making a huge scene I left. I got in touch with the GM and he offered me a free oil change. I contacted Jeep and they are contacting them on my behalf. So I guess we will see.

This is the worst place that we have ever tried to buy a new Jeep. The General Manager was very rude and should not be allowed to deal with the public. The salesman called at 6:00 pm the day before said everything was ready. When we arrived the next morning nothing was done the salesman was out sick and the General Manager said nothing was approved I told him what the salesman said he said we were lying after talking to him a few minutes he said he would just cancel the whole deal and that he would not sell us a car no matter what. We went to another dealer and got a better deal and no problems at all.

Made call to Tri City Dodge dealership in Kingsport Tennessee service department for price on oil and oil filter service on Ram 2500 Diesel.I asked if it could be done today. Reply was yes. Great I'll be there in 30 min.I arrived in that time went to service desk and requested the oil and filter change.When I asked about the price of service it was quite a bit higher than quoted price.Service asked who I talked to. I gave the name she was called and remembered the call. Her price and the service dept price was way off.Service manager informed of internal communication break down and enforced the higher price.I wanted to see the owner for their opinion.Corey Deardorf.He had been informed by service before he approached meFirst impression of him was I was wasting his time.I informed him of my name and long-standing relationship with Dodge and previous management.See, previous management has been replaced with this outfit. He finally told me he would do the service but at the cost of the employees mistake and she would pay for it.Really, what a sorry way to handle a customer concern. I told him I don't want to hear your method of punishment for getting this done.now you've made me feel bad for your mistake!It is at this point I realized what I was dealing with. And I expressed my dislike for his attitude, personality and lack of ability to handle a customer concern which ended with a call to Chrysler and filed a complaint with you personally.You are a man of low character with great responsibility. What you accomplished today Corey has demonstrated your lack of respect and understanding of customer co cerns being resolved properly.One more question Corey if you had it to do over would you it differently? To all concerned that visits this dealership good luck because I was offended, disappointed and convinced all I did was waste his time. An inconvenience. I won't soon forget it !

We bought a new dart limited last may. We had it back twice for warranty repairs and was promised a loaner car when we bought the car and ever time we take it back they tell us they don't do loaners anymore . well its in our contract when we bought the car. They need to honor what is black and white or give us the money back. That's the last car I will buy there.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee and the overall buying process was a very unpleasant experience. The salesman was very nice and helpful but he could do nothing without first checking with the sales manager. I was repeatedly presented with proposals that did not reflect the window sticker price of the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle price shown on the form had to be increased by the rebate amount for bank purposes then the rebate would be deducted. There were other purchase fees that I did not agree with but was told that I had been compensated for them in other areas and that they had to be shown on the purchase form. Their objective in the process seemed to be to create confusion and they succeeded. I left feeling that I had been playing the shell game. However, I am to share in the blame also. I got in a hurry, but feel that I was taken advantage of. I should have walked away and gone to another dealer. We will see how their customer service goes from here. I would not recommemd this dealer to anyone. I gave a fair rating only because I do like the Jeep Cherokee I purchased.

Terrible customer service, incompetent, rude staff; if you are looking for a car, there are MUCH better places to take your business. If you do choose to use this dealership, my advice would be to keep your expectations low...maybe you won't be disappointed.

Maybe it was because I was not buying a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep but was interested in purchasing a used car, but I have never been treated this poorly in any previous trades with other dealers. I was interested in trading my 2007 Jeep for a small car with better gas mileage, found a couple of options that I test drove, but when the time came to make a deal, the salesman never quoted me a price on the car, and no one would tell me what I would be getting for my trade. The sales manager was extremely rude and condescending; plus, the deal he was offering me was not a good one for my needs. So, I walked away, only to be called by the salesman about 30 minutes later, asking me to come back and look at some other used cars and see what we could do. I did end up purchasing a used car from them and getting an OK deal, but the story doesn't end there. I have been back to the service department twice due to the check engine light coming on. The first time, I was told it was due to low coolant and that was topped off and the light went out. When it came back on again 2 days later, that time I was told that the thermostat needed to be replaced, would have to be ordered, and they would call me when it came in. I waited 7 days and heard nothing...when I called to inquire, I was told "oh, yeah, that part is here." Apparently no one was going to call me to let me know. I was also told that they would take care of getting my car tags; it has been almost 30 days and I have heard nothing about that either, called about it and was told "that will go out on Tuesday" which is the day my current temp tag expires. I was then told that I needed to go by the dealership and ask for another temp tag. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I recently purchase a brand new Dart GT and was totally satisfied with the whole deal and the level of service until I was promised a $100.00 for a referral! I referred a family member and they also purchased new car and from that day I have been getting the runaround about the money and constant promises about calling me back or this and that! Excuse after Excuse I did similar referral with KIA of Kingsport and was paid $400 cash the same day a friend purchased a vehicle! Come to this dealer for great deals but don't count on anything after the sale!

Ok I will make a long story short. I called the dealership and told them I was coming to look at a specific truck and that I would be there between 7 and 730. I asked if the truck was worth a 2 hour drive and they assured me that it was. So I get there and I'm walking around the truck checking it out and first of it was two different colors. It had hail damage at one point and whoever painted it did a terrible job. It was so noticeable I say as soon as I turned in the parking lot. Anyways as far as there customer service goes I walked around the truck for about 20 minutes until I got tired of waiting on a sales rep to come out and I know they saw me looking at it because one of the salesman was standing at the front door of the building watching me. I am pretty sure they didn't want to come out there because I am in my mid 20's and they just assumed that I couldn't afford it. So I walked over to one of the salesman that was strolling through the parking lot and asked him if I could see the inside of the truck and he said that it should be unlocked. So he walked over with me and the whole time I was looking over the truck with him he just seemed uninterested in anything that I was saying. He just kept playing with his cell phone the whole time. I pointed out that it was two different shades of yellow and he said that they hadn't noticed that. I don't see how because you could have noticed if you passed it on the interstate going opposite directions! The pictures on the Internet just conveniently did have an angle where you could see it. So my point is that there customer service is terrible they judge people by there age and I'm sure by there appearance and that they lie about the condition of there vehicles because I promise you that truck wasn't worth a 5 minute drive.

I loved that my salesman was very nice, and not "pushy" at all. He did a good job in guiding me to which features were most important for me in my new vehicle. I was happy with the whole process. First of all, I would like to note that my husband suggested to a family member to contact this Dealership (based on their local TV advertising, etc.) when they were ready to purchase a new vehicle, and since then our family member has purchased not one, but TWO brand new vehicles from this Dealership within the last year! We recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from this same Dealership ourselves and were very shocked to have been treated so rudely by Sales Management. We found that not only were they rude, but they were dishonest about a couple of issues involving the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They were not cooperative and did not seem interested in trying to help us with questions and concerns that we had. We absolutely will NOT recommend this Dealer to anyone else in our family again NOR to the general public for that matter!

I have been to several place trying to buy a car and was told I needed a cosigner being a single mom I did not have anyone. I went to Tri Cities Dodge and thy got a brand new car and everyone was great it did take a couple of hours but after everyone else telling me no I didn't care. The salesman Randy was really funny and kept my kids happy the whole time it was great. Thank You for giving me a chance.

Went to the dealership to trade for a Chrysler 200. We asked several times what the bottom line, out the door trade price would be. They told us they could not tell us until they pulled credit to get our payment. We told them we didn't need a payment we needed a bottom line price that we would be financing. They finally gave us a price that we turned down. They then came back with another price that was in the sales managers words was the "absolute bottom line, with nothing at all left we can do"! We told them thank you but no. They then dropped their price by a dollar and said the same thing again. At this we just said enough as it had been about 3 hours into this process and we started out the door. The sales manager said as we were leaving that he would do the original price we offered at the start but "right now, tonight only". We said to late and left. They called us 2 times on the way home and told us it was a tonight only deal. Three days later after we had went to another dealership and purchased a car in about an hour they called again and said that they had the car waiting for us. If you value your time and want fair dealing honest people, go somewhere else. They prey on people who don't do their homework before they go shopping or the first time buyers. Read the other reviews and find a better dealer.

I would not trust this dealership at all. They ran my social security number for a credit check without my permission. I have never been in the dealership until their inquiry showed up on my credit. I have tried working with the dealership to have the hard inquiry removed from my credit report but to no avail. I have spoken to the general manager and the business manager, It has been five months and still nothing has been done by them. They even encouraged my daughter to come home and whine, cry, and try to manipulate me into co-signing with her on a new car. This is not professional behavior. Try another dealership! In order to post this review, I had to mark that I visited this dealership for a specific reason. I have never been there to buy a new or used car or to have my car serviced or repaired. So, this is marked because it was required.

I recently visited the Dodge Dealership in Kingsport and for once in my life did not feel like i had been punched in the stomach when I left. I test drove one of the new Jeep Wranglers with my wife. We loved the vehicle, and the ease of the whole process, The saleman I worked with was very personable and made me feel like a person not a number $$$$. I went in with the intent of trading; the newer place was built nice. But the sales manager from India followed his sales staff and you from a distance to watch over everything. Their sales sticker in the sticker did not represent the true sale price since they said I did not qualify for any of the rebates listed on the car. Then they started double talk, and down to you. Was forwarned by another lot by a very nice salesperson(just did not like the car I tried out) should have taken their advice.

I have a Dodge journey that I purchased at the Johnson City Dodge dealership. The car has been in the repair shop more than 8 times. Before the Kingsport dealership opened I had to take it to Johnson City for repairs about 4 times. The problem has still not been fixed and is in the shop at this time. They have no customer service and do not supply you with a car while your car is in the shop. They do not call you to let you know when your car is ready. They are very unfriendly and do not try to make any effort to help you.
