I would absolutely buy a vehicle again at Tri City. Salesman Chuck Straw was honest and a professional. He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and followed through with the service and vehicle readiness that was promised. He was helpful, informative , and patient; not pushy at all. Manager John Fawcett was fair and honest to work with. Great people, great service. You both made an unwelcome chore of purchasing a car a very pleasant experience. Definitely visit tri city if you are buying a vehicle!

We used the USAA car buying service, which identified Tri-City CDJR as an eligible dealership. Literally within minutes of that notification from USAA we received an email from Tri-City advising us that they had received our request and that we should expect a telephone call confirming our "wish list." Sure enough, the telephone call arrived, the wish list was confirmed, they searched their inventory and quickly got back to us with a vehicle that more than matched our needs. We visited the dealership to view the car, then quickly proceeded to finalize financing with USAA and set up an appointment for delivery of the vehicle. That process was expedient, efficient and friendly and was the best car-buying experience that we have ever had! Kudos to all of the Tri-City staff who were involved, and especially to Marty Riordan, our Sales Associate!

Came across their website while I was in search of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We had been searching for a good deal with decent miles and they had several! We contacted the dealership and they were very professional and gave us all the information on one of the vehicles we were very interested in. We are about a 2.5 hour drive from the dealership so we wanted to know everything about it before we made the drive. When we got there it was everything that they promised! They are straight to the point and wont pretend to sell you a car that isn't all its cracked up to be. The dealership itself was very welcoming and so were all of the employees there. They were very organized when filling out all the paperwork and very very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and any questions that we had. If you're not sure about purchasing a car from here because of the distance, don't let that stop you! Definitely worth the drive to go to such a respectable honest dealership! I will be referring all of my friends and family here! Thank you for your help John, I absolutely love my Jeep!!

Just bought a new 2016 Town and Country. Our 3rd mini-van (1st new one) from Tri-City and 2nd from Marty Riordan. Another great experience. Marty is the best. Everyone, go see Marty! He delivers incredible service and makes the whole process enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole dealership. Finished up in Derek's office for Ext. warranties and final paperwork. Very pleasant to deal with him as well.We will be back for our 4th when the time comes. I usually hate the process of buying a new car, however, the entire staff at Tri City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Somersworth, NH actually made it a fun experience. Larry Elsey, was my Sales Consultant, and he didn't try to sell me, he explained the features (patiently) and taught me about the vehicle. He didn't pressure me to get something I didn't want. He is a really cool and patient guy. Would recommend him highly!!!! The Sales Manager Kirt (hope I got that right) another good one. Patient and even temperament, a pleasure to work with. And the Financial guy (don't remember his name, sorry) Also a pleasure to do business with. Very Very Efficient, knows his stuff. Also Very Very Nice! The entire experience was a pleasure. Not just buying a car, but creating a long term relationship with them, as I plan to have all service done there. Had a great buying experience with Chris B. recently. No pressure buying process. Chris went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was ready and checked by my personal mechanic prior to closing. Vehicle was clean, detailed and only had one issue after buying that the dealer immediately addressed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Another great buying experience from Tri-City Dodge. We have both been buying our vehicles from Tri-City Dodge for years. Our salesman Dennis was very knowledgable and friendly. The buying experience was easy with no pressure or hassles. We have had to replace two vehicles in the last couple of months, one was delivered same day and the other within 24 hours. The sales team and service departments are both excellent. Our questions are always answered quickly and service to our vehicles has always been excellent. Its been 8 years since I've purchased a new car and my search started at the end of July. With my busy schedule it took me over a month of searching online and test driving certain cars I was interested in. 30+ days later I finally ended up at Tri-City Dodge and spoke with Chuck Straw I told him what I was looking for and he had me test drive the car I eventually picked. My husband and I searched online prior to shopping the lot at Tri-City Jeep. When we went to look at the 2015 Town & Country Minivan we found online we were greeted by a salesperson named Dennis Luke. He showed us the many features the van had to offer and we took it for a test drive. Both my husband and I took turns driving. We loved the van and had a specific budget in mind. Dennis and management went above and beyond to get us into the van at a price we could afford. Very friendly staff and they treat you like family. After looking for a car for a few months my mom and I happened to drive by Tri- City and a Jeep Patriot caught my eye. After stopping to take a quick peek we met Chris a very nice salesman who ended up helping me through the process of buying it. I worked with John Rawding who is a great guy who paid attention to what I wanted. The first car he showed me ended up being the perfect car for me. Excellent customer service, not pushy, just want you in the vehicle you want. They didn't have the Jeep I wanted with specific options so Chris Barnes walked me through the entire process of ordering my specific Jeep I wanted right from the manufacturer. Chris treated me fairly and made sure I purchased what I wanted, not a Jeep they wanted to move off of their lot. My initial contact straight through the pick-up was exactly how I hoped it would be. I would definitely buy from them again and would most definitely ask to work with Chris Barnes. Thanks Chris and Tri-City, I love my new Jeep!

I went to Tri City Dodge in somersworth NH to research trading in my car for another vehicle that was better for the winter months. I was greeted by Dennis Luke at the door after speaking to John Rawding through email. Both Dennis and John quickly answered all of my questions that I had and were very pleasant to work with. All of the information I received was delivered quickly and accurately, very good car buying experience, the best expierence I have had. No pressure sales environment and friendly people who remember your name everytime you walk through the door. I will be servicing my car through them as well, they are ready to drive me to work or give me a rental for when I need service which is important for me because I travel for work and they understand that and are hassle free. I am not only very excited about my new car but I am excited about the dealer I purchased from and am excited to go back for service! I went to Tri City doing research to trade in my car for something better for the NH winters, so I expected A certain amount of pressure walking in the door because of the fact I was only researching. They appraised my trade right where all my resources had placed its value, and I asked them to run numbers on a new vehicle. Dennis was Awesome! Not one did I feel like I was being pressured into a car or that he was just trying to get a sale. He accessed my needs and told me everything I needed to know about the Vehicle I was looking at. I left that day feeling more confident with my decision to purchase a Chrysler 200c. With the experience I had with John R. through email and Dennis L. in the showroom,I went back to the dealership the next day to put a deposit on the car. Long story short I highly recommend Tri City because these folks TRULY care and they want you driving off the lot in the best car for you not the car that they can pocket more money on. I felt comfortable the whole time through all putting a deposit, getting the payoff on my trade and financing my new car, I felt like I wasn't being pressured and I wasn't worried. I recommend Tri City to anyone who is looking a for a hassle free car buying experience and lasting relationships with these folks. they even call you to make sure you still like and are happy with your vehicle and any complaint regarding the vehicle is addressed quickly and with no hassle. I had contacted John Rawding, the BDC manager, with what I was looking for to purchase a used car. With in the first week he was sending me great options. There was no pressure to go with any of the vehicles he sent to me and within the month he had notified me of one he thought would be a great fit for what my wife and I were looking for. He put a hold on the car for me so I could schedule getting over to see it and take it for a test drive. Both my wife and I thought the vehicle was a perfect fit for what we had told him we were looking for and by the next day we had a new car that we both love! The sales man Mr. Rawding referred us too was excellent as well as the entire financial process. They listened to what we were asking for and made it all work without putting any pressure on us for additional options we didn't need. This was by far the best car buying experience me or my wife have ever had and I highly recommend getting in touch with John Rawding if you are looking for a new or used car. He will find you want you want! The dealership also gave us some great perks, like first three oil changes free. The salesman, Chris, was great. No hassle, good trade in, competitive pricing, I checked a lot of other dealers before choosing Tri-City. Chris made sure I got the Wrangler I wanted, a soft top, 2 door, standard, and we went over the color of the jeep I wanted. Chris kept me informed and found what I wanted. very easy process.

I had been looking for a new Wrangler Unlimited for my wife for six months. I had spoken with many other dealers...a couple who are a Jeep dealer and that I have worked with recently. None of them could help me, or wanted to. I started looking for used Jeeps them decided I would give Tri-City a shot. They were very friendly and set me up with Jimmie. He looked at my trade and was able to make things work. He went out of his way for me when others wouldn't even talk to me. You know everything is great when your wife gives the salesman a thank you HUG! I will recommend him to anyone looking.

Two things. They don't run the loan for the amount agreed upon, I can see a grand over but not almost 10 over. Once I found that out I understood why I had a hard time getting a loan. Second thing. They looked at my car for a trade in. The next day I started hearing a rattle that I had never heard before. I'll be taking it to my trusted car repair guy to figure out what they did to my car.

I HATE shopping for cars; just the thought of doing it makes me break out in hives. I contacted about 10 dealers before going to Tri-City beause they beat everyone's price by a few thousand dollars. So, I went into the dealership expecting "The big reveal", we've all been there; the dealer gets you in and then reveals that the price is different than you agreed upon. Not at Tri-City, I went in looking at a Jeep Latitude and walked out with the Grand Cheerokee. This was not due to pushy sales people, I saw this other car and asked Anne, my sales women, to run the numbers for me, which she did and the price she gave me was the price I paid. John, Internet Sales Manager, was terrific and didn't promise me anything that he couldn't deliver. I will be doing all my business at Tri-City due to their excellent customer service

Was pre-approved for up to $30,000, this should have been an easy sale. Used the USAA car buying service program. There was a difference on the MSRP between USAA and Tri-City Dodge of about $1200 on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, which Tri City said they would not meet that price. I offered to meet them half-way with the cost difference and they refused our business. I was their first customer using the program and I can understand some issues being the first person to use the program and I was willing to work with them. However the Sales Manager came in and rudely said he was not going to participate in the program any longer and that they could not make money participating in the program.My wife has been bringing her Chrysler Pacifica there for servicing for 8 years. The treatment was so bad, never going back there again for service or sales. I work in MD, went back on USAA found a dealer in MD that said they honor the program and got a much better equipped Jeep at the price that Tri-City refused to honor.

Tri-City Dodge was a gratifying experience. Before I went to Tri-City, I looked at three different dealerships in my area. I started out knowing virtually nothing about the leasing process, the big and small details that come along with it, and I had no idea who I could trust. The first dealership I went to, I stood around for some time before someone acknowledged me. Even after my presence was acknowledged, the salespeople still failed to engage me and treat me like a serious buying customer. When I went to Tri-City Dodge, it was completely different. I was greeted at the door by Bob Boulay, and he helped me immediately. He sat down with me, didn't heckle me for being a non-experienced first time buyer, and answered every question I asked him. He was very helpful in giving me the short-term AND long-term information that I needed in order to make an informed decision on my first-time buy. When I left the dealership, I felt confident and competent, and I know that I made good decision by going to Tri-City.

This was our 5th automobile purchased from Tri-City Dodge in Somersworth, NH. We have always found them to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and fair. Our salesman, Bob Boulay was all of the above. He takes all your information as to what you want and what you want to spend and will come up with the right vehicle at the right price. Their service dept. is also incredible. I have never had to return to have a repair reworked. They earn every bit of their 5 star rating. I would recommend their sales staff, and service dept. to everyone.

I had a 2007 Dodge Caliper that was in for repairs and they discovered I needed more work done. I considered looking for another car. I needed a smaller car with a hatchback for I can not lift groceries from a trunk. After meeting with Marty Riordan I found the car I wanted. A 2011 Doge Caliper with low mileage. I bought it and am very happy with it. I found Marty to be very helpful and he handled everything including calling my insurance company. I was interested in a Grand Cherokee but when I got there decided may be a bit more vehicle than I needed I drove off that day with a Jeep Cherokee, love it! This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Tri City Dodge and the third vehicle from Marty. The entire staff including Marty are wonderful to work with. They make it is easy and their isn't any pressure. The purchase of the vehicle was painless, the delivery was easy (other than the snowstorm) and very informative. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger and wow, things have changed since I purchased my 2004 Durango! So much to learn and Marty was so helpful. overall the rating I gave was a 4 and here is why. I called ahead and they said no need to make an appointment just come in. the time was almost 30 min. before they got me in to service for the first oil change, then came back after 20 minutes and stated I needed to have my tires rotated at 5000 miles. but never mentioned anything about the re-call that was from the dealer stating that it would be taken care of during my first visit, (my fault for not mentioning as I had forgoten about the recall tillI got home). then I noticed that my next oil change noted on window sticker was for 3000 miles not the recommended 5000 miles as stated when I purchsed my new jeep. . it turned out to be a very expensive oil change that took over an hour. was hoping to better taken care of espcially after buying a new jeep from you.

Went in to just to check about a Tri City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram newspaper ad, and asked some questions; got the information and answers we needed and we were sold! Decided right then to trade in a 2008 Compass and lease a new 2014 Compass. the whole transaction -- from coming in to ask some questions to signing the final papers -- was easy, efficient, friendly (no pressure whatsoever!) and those are just a few of the reasons we have purchased/leased our cars from this dealer for over 28 years.

WOW! I cannot think of anyone that would look forward to buying a car from any dealer NEVER had such a pleasurable experience than I did today at Tri City Dodge, Jeep, etc. I had preliminary email contact with Marcus and he was outstanding, polite and great at explaining pricing and understanding my situation in getting me the best price possible. I then dealt with Jimmie in sales. How many of us want to deal with a car salesman? Anyone? Well let me have the have the pleasure of telling you about Jimmie Cochran. He was very easy to speak to. NEVER spoke over me. Listened to everything I had to say and it was more like buying a car from your neighbor and friend than a car salesman. Simply a pleasure. Lastly, I dealt with Bob in finance. Again, one of the nicest people that you could want to deal with. Explained everything simply and without ANY pressure. Everyone listened to ME and helped me get the vehicle and price along with the service that I wanted, NOT what they wanted to sell me! I could go on but it would be pointless. I can honestly say that buying this new vehicle was a pleasure and believe me after 10 years without a car payment I was not looking forward to going into this. Lastly, I was told that they just brought it back after being detailed with a FULL, that's right FULL tank of gas! I did not even have to ask! Oh, one more thing. I initially went in to look at the Jeep at about 1:20 pm and drove out at 2:15 pm. Went back at 3:30 and drove out in my new, fully detailed, filled with gas Jeep at 5:15 the same day! Searched the web for 4 cylinder comparisons and narrowed our choices to Jeep, Ford and VW. Ruled VW out on size and really like we read and saw about the 14 Jeep Compass Latitude.Had 3-4 local dealers that we had on our list to make our purchase. We choose Tri-City and we had bought a new Dodge van from them many years ago and always had it serviced there.The clock moved forward 20 years and we were back at the this dealership and never visited any of the others on our list. Simple reason was that they had the vehicle that we wanted in the color that we liked. Jimmie was an informative and consultative sales person. Being in sales management my entire career, I like the way Jimmie presented the car and never felt that "hard sell"Chris C, the Sales manager and Bob V, the service manager made the deal attractive enough that it was the break price that we were looking for with our trade and we signed the papers that same day.Still the great dealership that we knew over 20 years ago and hear nothing but good things about them and you can add my/our comments to the list.

Marty was my sales man and he was very accommodating had me drive multiple cars to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even ordered the color I wanted for a dealership in Mass. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Tri City Dodge. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. This time We went in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles and in a certain price range. They didn't have anything at that time but our salesman Dennis Luke said he would look for something for us. Two days later he called us and told us he had a vehicle coming in that we would be interested in. When it came in we took it for a test ride and purchased it. Their price was good and we got a good price for the vehicle we traded in. they didn't pressure us at any time. they are very friendly and easy to deal with. Christopher Caissie explained all the financing and warranty to us. The service department is also excellent. They do quality work and there prices are good. If they find some else that needs attention they will let you know that it should be done and an estimate of the cost of the work that is needed. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck.

We felt very listened-to and we were able to choose from a good selection of used minivans, finding just the right car for us, even test driving them with our three kids. over all the sales experince was very good. sales person was knowledgable about my jeep when asked questions. I was a little disappointed with the cleaning of the vehicle prior to picking it up. when they told me they would detail my jeep prior to me getting it , it still had scuff marks on the side from people getting in and out of it also interior was not cleaned very well. you would think that buying a brand new jeep that it would be spotless and shine . this should not be a refelection of the salesman but of sercive dept.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a used Chrylser Town and Country. Of all the used vehicles available within a 50 mile radious of Manchester, Tri City Dodge had what we were looking for at the best price. When I called to see if the van was still available, Chris assisted with the call and confirmed it was still there. He said they would have it parked out front and ready for a test drive that afternoon. Sure enough, it was parked by the entrance when we pulled in. Chris came out to greet us and introduced us to our salesman, Chuck. Chuck took us out for a test drive, and was extremely thorough with explaining the different features the van offered. They really went the extra mile (without being pushy) to earn our business, even staying after closing on a Friday evening. We feel confident that if any issue is to arise with our van, we will most certainly be taken well care of. When I purchase a car, it's for the long-haul. Last fall, after having driven my beloved wagon for nearly 7 years (my vehicle was 12 years old and required increasingly expensive maintenance), I reluctantly realized that I needed to consider a new vehicle. One afternoon, on my drive home, I stopped in to check out the inventory at Tri-City Dodge. Jimmie greeted me with a friendly, relaxed smile, and offered to provide any information I needed to make an informed choice. Not wishing to take advantage of his time and goodwill, I told Jimmie up-front that I had a very limited budget, plus a bankruptcy on my credit, and he understood and said that their finance manager could, in fact, work with me to obtain a loan. I wanted a certified used car for practical purposes, and spotted a 2008 Dodge Caliber that piqued my interest. To my surprise and pleasure, Jimmie asked if I could drive a stick. I was thrilled it was a standard transmission (so fun to drive and great gas mileage!), and we took it for a test drive. I found the car to be easy to handle, great acceleration & braking, clean shifting through all 5 gears and reverse, and an overall joy to drive. We went into the dealership, sat down and went over the numbers, and their finance manager took the time to find me not one, but TWO loan offers, with a monthly payment within my budget. 48 hours later, I bid farewell to my old wagon and went home in my certified used 2008 Dodge Caliber. It's been nearly 7 months since that day, and now having driven it through a mild autumn and a typical New England winter, I can truly state that I made the right choice, both in purchase and service. My car came with 3 complimentary oil changes, and I've found the service staff to be truly wonderful. They work within my schedule (they're open later on Thursday evenings!) and always take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. As usual I am overwhelmed by the great service I have always received here. I'm going through a rough time right now and had to reduce costs. I called Dennis last week and explained what had happened to me and I brought my beautiful 2012 Ram into the dealership. I met with Dennis and Phil and was completely overwhelmed with their support and the wonderful deal I received. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new incredibly well equipped Avenger, and am going to save an incredible amount of money in my new budget. Most importantly I received support and advice from these guys! I cannot say enough good stuff about you guys, you are honestly the BEST in the business and knowing you is entirely my privilege. "No-hassle" is one of those terms that car dealers like to throw around; normally to conceal shady pricing tricks or obnoxious sales tactics... My experience at Tri-City has been truly "no hassle". Competitive pricing, reasonable salespeople who don't seem as though their next meal depends on you buying what you're looking at... Just a great overall buying experience.

Bought used mini van in October - which came with 3 complimentary oil changes. Brought van in yesterday (no appt necessary). Not only did I get a free oil change, they also rotated the tires and replaced the battery all for free! We do have a 90 day warranty - but both tire rotation and battery change was at their iniative! That's impressive customer service!

I have been a diehard GMC/Chevy person for many years. Dennis Luke has spent the past 3 to 4 years trying to get me to consider a Dodge. I have to say the day we went looking at the used cars, he didn't pressure us. He let us take the truck to try it out and see if it fit in our garage. I was really impressed with the vehicle and also with all the help Denny gave us. Denny went out of his way to show us all the amenities the vehicle offered. I really appreciated the extras like the canvas bag and especially the Dodge Ram baseball cap! He's got great saleman qualities. We also dealt with Bob Vachon for the actual contract paperwork. We had bought a Dodge Journey earlier this year (from Dennis Luke) and now we needed an additional car. We did our research and decided we wanted a Charger. There wasn't one on the lot that we liked, but Phil Marino (the Sales Manager) worked over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend to locate a car for us. I got a call on Monday that he found one and on Tuesday evening we drove away in our new car! Dennis Luke is a pleasure to work with - no hassles and very laid back. When we arrived at the dealership to look at used mini-vans, Marty met us in the lot within a few minutes. He was very pleasant and was able to answer all our questions. In fact he answered most of our questions before we even asked them. He was very knowledgable and really seemed liked he genuinely wanted to see that were completely satisfied. The van we were interested in wasn't ready to be test driven yet since they had a little work left to do on it. We found another van up the road at another dealership we liked just as much but were diappointed by the way they treated us. Thankfully Marty called us while we were there and told us it was now ready. In the end we went back becasue they not only had the van we were looking for at the right price, but becasue they all (Chuck Straw sold us our first mini-van six years before) made us feel good about Tri-City Dodge. So if you're looking for a new or used car, please do yourself a favor and go talk to Marty or Chuck. Hopefully they'll still be there when it's time for us to buy another car, becasue they'll always our first stop.

Came in to see Bob, but he wasn't in. Jimmy introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help us out with. We told him we were looking to test drive a truck and possibly purchase it. He went and got the keys, off for a test drive we went. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the options the Ram trucks had. We took the evening to think about it and went back the next day to see Bob and test drive a different truck. Bob was very helpful in explaining the rebates and trade-in allowance. My wife brought my truck in the next day for Bob to look over, since I had to work. We decided to purchase the NEW truck. Bob took the time to show us all the options our new truck has and also printed out a qoute of optional items we were talking about purchasing for the NEW truck so we could get an idea how much the parts cost.I would definately return to this dealership for future purchases and repairs!

Wonderful experience. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our current vehicle and were seriously looking for something with enough power to tow our camper trailer. We looked into a number of local dealerships and settled on Tri-City Dodge. The entire staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Marty was very professional and informative about the vehicle that we decided on. They met all our needs and even wrote the installation of a towing package into the finacing, along with a 3 yr warranty for our piece of mind on purchasing a used vehicle.The tow hitch was installed just a few days later and I was pleasantly surprised that it was installed professionally and was not a cheap knock trailer hitch. From the day we first arrived at Tri-City Dodge until we drove our 2012 Grand Caravan off the lot, we were given all the time and attention we required from the staff. Everyone my wife and I met with were fantastic, answered all of our questions in a very timely and friendly fashion. Very patient with us and very helpful. A great sales experience. We were both looking for a vehicle. I bought one and my wife decided to wait a little while, but said to me when we got home that even though the dealership was a bit out of the way for us, she definitely wants to but from the same place when she's ready!

The salesman was very laid-back and we didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was able to work with us quickly to keep us in a budget that worked for us, give the highest amount possible for our trade( which we still owed on) and get us out the door in our new car. We feel we couldnt have gotten a better deal on this vehicle, which was a car we thought we may never be able to get! The dealership was clean and professional looking. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

When I stated what I was looking for in a minivan, Dennis showed me the avaible product. He told me what the dealership could do with reguards to price and what they could not do. We were able to meet an easy mid point and completed the deal.

I have driven a Subaru for 30 years and stopped by TriCity Subaru to look at new cars. Mine was getting very rusted and I was trying to make it last until at least February 2013. I wanted to get an idea of what kind of prices I was going to be looking at. I happened to wander over to Tricity Dodge and met Chuck Straw. I told him that I would be interested in a purchase in 9-10 months. After talking with Chuck I fell in love with a little blue dodge Avenger. I explained to Chuck that I wasn't ready to buy as I was trying to boost my credit score a little before purchasing as I did not think I would qualify for a loan at this time. Chuck convinced me to as least let him try to see what he could do for me. When I was waiting to look at the Avenger Chuck was finishing up another sale so he asked Dennis to help us out. He told us about the car and the features and we were given the keys so we could sit inside and look at it. Bob Vachon worked extremely hard and found me a great finance rate and made this car so affordable for me. Dodge had a great incentive going. I was able to purchase the car and also buy the life time warranty with it for an extemely low payment. I believe this was the easiest most pleasurable car shopping I have ever experienced. Was very shocked at the teamwork at Tri-City Dodge, when Chuck filled out my sales agreement he also put Dennis's name next to his as Dennis had helped out too!!! I would recommend that if you are looking for a new car, drop in to see Chuck and you will be surprised at what they can do for you.

Dennis has always helped my family out with whatever they've needed in the past. I told him what I wanted it and what I really could afford and he made it happen for me. I appreciate all of his time and effort in finding me the best price I could get, with my payment still being affordable. Hi We went to Tri City Dodge looking for a used Grand Caravan and ended up purchasing a 2012 Grand Caravan thanks to the great salesmanship of Dennis Luke. We had purchased our last Dodge van from Dennis Luke 9 years ago and had been very happy with this vehicle. He suggested we look at the 2012 that was just put in the showroom. It was a much better deal than any of the used vans we had checked out. We got a great price for our trade in and there was a rebate on this Grand Caravan, so it was ended up being a great deal. First, let me start by saying I am a real customer. When I read reviews as glowing as I am about to write I am always skeptical. I have a four year old and twins on the way this summer. I needed to trade in a beautiful Infinity SUV for an unsexy mini-van as painlessly as possible as I was kicking and screaming going into this. Chuck Straw made this happen; it was without a doubt, the easiest car buying transaction I have done. Tri-city was honest and fair on my trade-in and communicated clearly all bumps that came up (a CarFax that used to say my Infinity was flawless, now said it was in an accident). That is all I can ask for.Chuck made sure we knew how to use all the toys in the mini van and even followed up a week later with us to check that there were no issues. I am a brutal customer for sales people to try and sell things to, I am proud of that fact. Chuck delivered.

Chuck is the greatest when it comes to sales. He always knows what I want and knows me when I walk in the shop. He is wonderful and I would recommend him over and over. I have bought 3 Dodges from him and we always come back to Tri-City Dodge to deal with him. The service is always a pleasure and I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They are always pleasant to deal with and there is no "BSing". I hate to car shop but, Chuck makes my experience very easy and wonderful!

This is an excellent dealership, I would recommend it to anyone I will tell all my friends about this dealership, I have never had a problem there and I will continue to go there forever, my wife tells me quote unquote the only person that she will deal with is Marty and no one else, I guess that when you find some that works to stick with it this is the only dealership where I have bought more than one vehicle. And we will always buy from this dealership as long as they don't change anything.And also I cannot forget the service department there which is the greatest thing that you could ask for, I have never had a problem and I will continue to go there.I think everybody in the sales and service department should be retained at all cost and they all should get a big fat raise in the conversation.One happy camper.Ron & Carol

My husband and I were in the market for a used truck in anticipation of purchasing a camper. We had very clear requirements and had actually been planning to buy a Ford. After a long day of lot hopping, on a whim, we stopped by Tri City Dodge. I'd had a great experience there years ago and we thought we'd see what they had. As we pulled into the lot and parked, we passed a gentlemen in a car. He stopped and asked if he could help us. Turns out, they were actually closed. The gentlemen was Chuck Straw. Not only did he stay and help us, he answered a ton of questions and directed us to a truck that was exactly what we needed. We made an appt. to come back and test drive the next day (when they were REALLY open) and he left. 15 minutes later, we were still standing at the truck, taking pictures and discussing when Chuck pulled back in. He'd stopped for coffee before heading home, saw that we were still there on his way back by, and wanted to see if we needed anything else. He wasn't obnoxious or "in your face" about it. My husband and I both remarked that we really liked him right away. It was nice to deal with a sale in a low pressure situation with a knowledgable salesperson and great support staff. I highly recommend both Chuck AND Tri-City Dodge. (BTW - We LOVE the Dodge Ram we bought! - Sorry Ford)

The staff was very helpful in the process of a purchase. The sales staff is knowledgable of their product and very friendly. I was looking online for the right used car. I went to dealership to have a look and even though it was sold, i test drove same model with different features. Then a week after, they recieved more cars of that model, and invited me to take a look around. I found the right car I was looking for and got a deal on it too.

My first time ever buying a brand NEW car was the most wonderful experience ever dealing with sales people; usually you're met by the most determined, pushy, (never get a word in and never get your questions answered)type of sales persons; BUT, when Marty Riordan (SalesMan) walked up to me while my wife and I were looking at a NEW whit 2010 Challenger; he presented himself in the most professional manner, extremely polite and answered every question that my wife and I had. I at first was set on the purchase of a white Challenger; The next day I was at work, so my wife had to go to the Dealership to bring in paperwork (work history, pay stubs etc..) ; when she entered the showroom area she was shocked to see a blue Challenger and told Marty that we need paperwork done on the blue one instead. Marty without hesitation started the paperwork on the blue one!! and he agreed to stay later after normal hours to let me see the car after I got out of work. I fell in love with it at first sight and told him "you got a deal"!!!! My wife and I had such a good experience with the purchase process that we purchased a truck also; and also newly purchased a 2012 Charger !!! Marty Riordan and Bob Vachon (sales manager) make an awesome team, I would Not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; They are guaranteed to get my business every time !

I had a great buying experience. While I have known Marty for many years I did not know he was with Tri-City. I had been looking around and was just not feeling it from other dealers. When I walked through the door Marty met me with a great smile and a big hug. He was great! Bob Vachon who handled my financing was wonderful as well. Very friendly and informative. I previously owned a 2008 Avenger, which was totaled in an accident. Brian and Dennis went far out of their way to get me into a 2011 Avenger. My biggest concern was the price, but they made sure it would fit into our budget, even though it cut into their profit margin. I could not be happier and frankly love my 2011 Avenger.

We were pleasantly surprised with Tri-City Dodge. We were treated with the outmost respect from the moment we drove on the lot. Dennis was not a typical "pushy sales guy". He took the time to listen to our wants and needs and did not try to sell us on anything that didnt interest us. He took the time to explain the dynamic of the company and explained the features that their service department offered rather than just focusing on making the sale of a vehicle. We also dealt with the Sales Manager Brian who was extremely friendly and down to earth. I believe Brian is new to Tri-City, so I hope the owners and/or management team know that they made a wise decision hiring him. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Dennis and Brian both made the entire process painless! Overall, I believe this is the best car buying experience we have ever had and we plan to return in a year or two to buy a second vehicle. E. Highly recommended!!Marty, my salesman, was friendly, polite and a very patient man. He spent quite a bit of time with me on my car/van needs and wants. Tri-City Dodge was in no way pushy to sell me a car, the laid back atmosphere was comforting. When I left the first day after Marty spent about 1.5 hours with me, Tri City nor Marty phoned me to push me into a sale. They actually must have thought, if she wants the van and is interested she'll be back. It was nice to not have a salesman right on top of me pushing me to purchase a vehicle right at that moment. The prices are very reasonable compared to other car dealers in the area.Well worth the trip to Tri-City Dodge, I believe you'll be very happy with their sales department! I rate them a 10+ for sales :-)

We've been dealing with Tri-City Dodge for more years than we can remember! We've purchased nine vehicles in those years; not because we needed to, but because of the great deals and the best service. The professionals that work there know their stuff! The salesman are never pushy, the maintenance people are knowledgeable and the receptionists never keep you waiting. In all those years our trade in values have shoked us. Because of the top notch service our vehicles had and still do remain in excellent condition. This year my husband needed a good used vehicle. We normally do not go that route, but with the economy the way it is and my husband's health, we had no choice. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Journey. Buying a new car is not something I enjoy. Chuck made us feel very comfortable. No pressure and very responsive to our needs. Phil was able to find the exact car we were looking for. He kept in touch with us while he was doing the search. Like Chuck, he was great to deal with. Working with Bob on the financing was also a good experience. Bob found us a good rate and explained everything down to the last detail. Overall purchasing this vehicle was a great experience. The service at Tri-City Dodge was excellent. Bob Boulay was very helpfull in assisting us with making our final decision on which particular vehicle we were going to buy. At the same time we never felt "pressured" or steered to a particular vehicle, which we very much appreciated as well. I was looking for a low-mileage used mini-van, and an internet search located the exact vehicle I was looking for at Tri-City Dodge. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I drove up the next day to look at the car, and drove it home a few days later. Dennis was great to work with, no pressure, and I feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle I bought.

After searching for a vehicle for months in the New England area, we came across a 2008 Dodge 2500HD here at Tri-City Dodge. We made contact with Chuck Straw and others of your staff. After many phone calls and discussions, my wife and I decided to make the trip to NH from Old Town, Maine. It was more than worth it. Chuck described the truck as clean and in excellent condition. He was spot on. The interaction with the staff and the overall friendly atmosphere reminded me of dealers from many years ago. No pressure and honesty. If we asked a question and Chuck did not know the answer, he would find out. We used a financial institution here in Maine and your finance staff worked with our loan officer and made this experience very smooth. I would recommend to anyone to make the trip to Tri-City. This is our 3rd Dodge vehicle and our first purchase from Tri-City. We will be back. Great job everyone!

After searching several dealerships in the area for a new Dodge Grand Caravan, we located the vehicle we wanted online at Tri City Dodge in Somersworth NH. It was later in the evening (about 6:30 pm), but my husband and I wanted to go see it in person. When we arrived at the dealership, Marty Riordan came right out and greeted us. We knew it was near closing time, but Marty assured us that we could take our time and even had the sales manager run some preliminary numbers for us. They both stayed late just to accomodate us and we really appreciated that. We decided that evening that this was the place we wanted to buy our vehicle from. Everyone there was so friendly and accomodating to us and our children and made the process so easy. This was our first time with Tri-City Dodge. We found a vehicle on the web site that seem to fit our needs and budget. Everyone at the dealership was quite friendly and not pushy about selling. While we were checking out the vehicle, we had notice a couple of minor items and the dealership took care of them without question. Overall, a good experience and I feel confident we will be going back for our car needs and recommending them to our friends.

No "high pressure sale", it was instead a respectful and easy-going atmosphere. Phil and his staff do a great job making a tough purchase much easier! The showroom is clean, they have a great selection of vehicles, and the kids were entertained in the playroom. Great dealership. They are very concerned with quality repairs done right the first time. They will communicate with you about problems with your car, and they are fair about it. They will not try to sell you things you do not need. They will recommend certain repairs, but the decision is up to you. There is no high pressure sales. I have done business with them for about 30 years. They have people in the service department who are very experienced and have been with the company for many years. It is not the type of place where there is a new face every time you go in.

Too old to do much more battling with maintenance departments in dealerships. Knew I had some kind of an engine problem, or something under the hood, or in front...somewhere. Having lost 2 transmissions on previous vans, this was my first thought. Engine sound just sounded familiar to transmission failure. Spent a week checking around with all my good car people and they all said Tri-City was my best, only chance. (Used to take vans to Carlsons in Concord until Chrysler dropped them. Huge mistake.) Tri-City service was intelligent, informed, knowledgeable, helpful, honest. I can go on... I am so grateful for their help. And it wasn't the transmission. Whew. Will purchase my next School-Teacher-Model van from them. They actually helped me with my extended warranty. Can you believe that?!! And yes, I have always/will always love Dodge vans.

My husband and I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and have always been treated with the upmost coutesy. Now that my husband is gone I will continue with this dealership. Bob is very friendly and I know I will be treated fairly. We have owned 19 chrysler products in the past and this new AVENGER is number 20 and we have never had any major problems with any of our cars.

Over the past four years we have purchased two automobiles through Marty, and he always assists us in selecting the right automobile meeting both our needs and househod budget. He is very friendly, as is the entire staff at Tri-City Dodge. It is truly a non-intimidating dealership that treats the customer as one of the family. This by far has been the best dealership I have ever bought a car from! They are all great people! From the salesman right to the service department. Highly recommended! They take care of there buyers. I live over an hour away and would buy again from them in a heartbeat! They do everything possible to help you in anyway. Whatever I needed they were there and then some, more than any other dealer I've ever been to. The ride might not be convenient but it is so worth the trip! They go above and beyond! Even helped me get home when I got lost.. and paid the tolls.. I can't say enough, It was such a pleasure buying my car from them. I purchased my car over 5 years ago from Tri City Dodge in Somersworth. I live in Alton, NH and still travel to Tri City Dodge to get my car serviced. They are great to work with and you do not feel like they are looking for an issue. I have been there for extensive service as well as a simple oil change. I would reccomend Tri City Dodge to anyone. When I am ready for a new car, I will certainly purchase from Tri City.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Things are explained in language I can understand. I think they give me good advice about the prioritites of work that needs to be done, and they stand by their work, making repairs at no charge if there are any problems. I have always been helped immediatedly for emergencies, even though I didn't have an appointment. There is a comforatble waiting area and a very convenient shuttle service.

If ypu have a Dodge Ram truck, this is the only place to go for service. They are indeed TRUCK SPECIALISTS !!!! If an unexpected problem arises during service, they notify you and walk you thru the allternatives. A combined 75+ years of experience means no service problem has not been seen before. I would drive an additional 100 miles to get work done here.

We have purchased 2 new mini vans from this dealership and travel 40 miles to have our vehicles serviced. They are great in all respects and that is what keeps us coming. I don't know what else to say. They always make he customer feel like they are important.

I had some routine work done, as well as a repair. At all times, staff treated me respectfully and kindly. This dealer even has loaners for those of us who work far away and have trouble doing business during "normal" business hours! I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I was stranded in Somersworth last week. My Chrysler Sebring was one of the recall cars, with a shifter problem. We got the car to Tri-city and your service department was absolutely fantastic. The fixed the issue, gave me a car to use overnight. I will definitely use this dealership again.

The people at Tri-City Dodge were very Friendly, there was no pressure. The atmosphere was low key yet they were up front and handled my sale quickly and efficiently while answering all my questions. I came from New York State but I forgot to bring the title to my tradein so I had to come back and they graciously gave me a $100 check for a motel which I used on my second trip. The car was a low mileage vehicle just as they advertised and I am very happy with it.

This dealership is very professional and customer service oriented. I purchased my vehicle in 2007 after having a very bad experience with another Dodge dealer that I had been dealing with for many years. The salesman was extremely friendly and hassle free. He placed me into my vehicle with a great deal and it was all done expeditiously. This as a full time working mom was of great value to me. I have had to visit the service department a few times over the years and they are always very accommodating. They get my vehicle in immediately and explain all issues in depth. I couldn't be happier with the sales and service teams at this dealership.

I just purchased a 2011 Dodge 2500 diesel from an upstate NH dealer. When attempting to program the HomeLite system for my garage door opener, per instructions in the owners manual, no red lights appeared to indicate status. The system seemed to be dead. I thought perhaps the selling dealer had forgotten to connect a wire or perhaps a fuse had blown. I called Tri-City Dodge around quitting time on a Wednesday to make an appointment. I was pleased that they could take the vehicle in the next day. I was treated in a friendly, courteous and professional manner by the service person (sorry, don't know names at this point) and sat down in the waiting lounge for what I presumed would be a long wait since there were vehicles lined up in from of the service doors.I hadn't finished reading the first page of the newspaper when they came to get me. The technician who specializes in electrical, explained that this vehicle has the EVIC (Electronic Vehicle Information System) so instead of read lights on the buttons, the status is shown on the EVIC screen.I wasn't given the "dumb fool" treatment, as some might have intimidate. Instead, the tech was pleasant and helpful. Whatever he might have thought, the only thing I saw was a pleasant, helpful person.As I was getting ready to leave, the service person who I first encountered, came running out to give me a coupon for free oil changes every fifth change.I believe I'll enjoy having my vehicle serviced at Tri-City Dodge.

Everything was great. I was a little disapointed in that I had to spend over $800 on some new control arms on a vehicle that has only 42,000 miles on it but the service personnell were very polite and explained everything to me in great detail. I guess it is always a little disheartening when you go in for a $29.95 oil change and end up spending over $800. But that is the nature of life in New England.

Everyone at the dealership is extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate their no BS approach to selling cars. They don't pressure you or try to swindle you in any way like EVERY OTHER dealership I went to. They are looking to develop a long term relationship with their customers, and it really shows. I haven't had to use their service yet, but I hear it's bar none. Look forward to dealing with them in the future!

We had an excellent experience with Tri City Dodge from the moment we emailed them that we were interested in the Dodge Journey until purchase. Bob called us in the morning the day after we emailed the dealership and we scheduled a test drive for a few days after. Once we got there, Chuck was very helpful and showed us many different vehicles that fit our style. We test-drove two vehicles and never felt pressured to buy. When we made our choice, Jordan was quick with the paperwork and they even bought us lunch as he did so! We would recommend Tri City Dodge to anyone!

I have been dealing with Tri City Dodge for more years than I can count, this is my 4th van. The service has always been excellent, friendly, feeling like home (only with a bill). I have bought 3 vans there, and the service people have always been the best, some of which are no longer there (retirement).I know I can trust the service department, they haven't given me the run-around.

Every person in the service department is professional and very friendly. I trust Tri-City Dodge to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle and fix it properly the first time. They go out of their way to make things easier for the customer, such as a ride to work, etc.

I just recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Charger and was completely blown away by the professionalism of this dealership. They are always pleasant and helpful.They all know me by my first name and it does not matter who answers the phone.Greg and Chris have been there the longest. They know how much mileage I put on my car and how I need a reliable vehicle. I brought the car in for service one time years ago & Gregg called to say I needed something else done. As Gregg said, " your father would haunt me if I did not have that taken care of". I trust them and know they will not steer me wrong.I was in the waiting room today and heard some horror stories from 2 other clients who apparently had just joined the Tri City family. I have been with this dealership for the past 24 years. I am on my 3rd Caravan purchased here. I feel comfortable with the people. I trust they have my best interest when providing service to my vehicle. They are friendly, knowledgeable and rate #1 with me. Before coming to Tri-City Dodge, I had owned an Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, Buick, and another Oldsmobile. I wasn't happy with any of the Service Depts at these other dealerships. Then, I decided on test-driving a Caravan and the salesperson was personable and helpful. What has kept me coming back is the Service Dept at this dealership. I never have to bring the vehicle back because the work wasn't done correctly. Koodos to the entire team.

I have bought three cars from this dealer and I would recommend them to anybody, this is the first dealer that I have been back to for a second and third sale, instead of just making it a one time shot. My salesperson was Marty and I think he should be retained at all costs.The people that I deal with in the service area are really great also, the people that really stand out to me are, Michelle, Mike, and Dave, of course, these three people paid me really well to say that. Just kidding around there all great and I think they do great work. I am truly satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and people that I associate with.the only qualm, but I have is when they took out the old Pepsi machine and put in a new Pepsi machine and raise the price.
