I had a great experience this weekend at Troncalli CDJR in Cumming, GA. I had been looking for a very specific car to upgrade and located it at this dealership. I worked with Chris Klass to get my deal done, and it was a win-win for all parties. In addition, four or five of the managers working that day stopped by to see me to make sure all was well. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the process was very efficient. They allowed me to take the car for a private test drive which makes a world of difference. The management and finance teams ware terrific. There was an error in the system when calculating my price, and they made good on it even though it left them in a loss position. Just had my ViperGT in for a service visit to replace a defective part. I can say that from minute1 (even before that with scheduling the appointment and information from my salesperson Tyler Grant), everything was FLAWLESS. I mean exceptional from when I pulled in to the shop, the explanation of the work to be completed, the recall items checked on beyond what I was in for, and other items placed to order as a pro-active measure. To me, I look at the total experience with the car... the purchase... ownership (well its a darn ViperGT and my #1 car above even my old 11' GT3RS)... finance, and service. Service is well into 1/2 of the total buyers experience and can easily be the killer for any deal or dealership. Tyler, Josh, JoeM, JR... JamesA you guys rock! My wife and I researched which vehicle we wanted and were ready to buy. Process of purchasing the vehicle took a bit longer than expected (Customer Service rating of 4). I ordered a 2015 Challenger Scat Pack Shaker from Tronacalli in March. The ordering had just opened up and Tyler Grant worked with me piecing together the ordering process on a car that had very few details published. During the build process, Tyler updated me anytime there was a change in status, and during shipment. The price was fair on a special ordered car, and the knowledge of the brand and options made the process very enjoyable. Tyler and the finance person also stayed very late on a Friday to sort out the paperwork and show me all the options including the UConnect pairing with my phone. After joining an internet forum and hearing dealer and salesman stories that are far from stellar, I am very happy that I made the decision to purchase from Tyler. He even let me know that car had been shipped and put on a train while he was on vacation. That is dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. I will purchase my next (and hopefully all) vehicles from Tyler Grant.

I called the dealership yesterday to see if they still had a specific car in stock. The sales rep retrieved the information form me immediately. I went up to the dealership the same day, my sales rep met me in the parking lot. She was so helpful and friendly. We immediately went for a test drive, and a few hours later I had a new car. I wanted to buy a 2009 Ford Sport Trac which was advertised at a good price. The Salesman I dealt with was Kevin Slatton. He told me over the phone and to my face the truck had "no issues" and was in "Excellent Condition". Additionally, he promised me the paperwork would be done within 3 business days. All were lies. The truck definitely had issues and the paperwork took over two weeks to complete. The paperwork to allow me to get the truck titled was only obtained after I called his sales manager, who was very helpful once he knew there was a problem. There was no service after the sale except from the sales manager. Kevin Slatton did not return the first phone call or text after the deal. There was a white viper sitting on the dealership floor which I was also interested in. After my initial experience and treatment, needless to say I was no longer interested. My advice is to shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Troncalli. I special ordered a Jeep Wrangler, kew exactly what I wanted, and gave pretty specific expectations for delivery. They didnt try to upsell me or change my mind which I knew was a good sign. Not only did Chad Giller answer me quickly (I did most of my transaction over the web), but he was professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my requests. I was treated professionally, given a great price, and was not given the run around which is everything I was looking for in a dealership. Upon taking delivery, I had a 3 page check list which I know could have been annoying for the sales person, but Chad left me to myself to go over the list which was very much appreciated. I wanted to make sure my Jeep was pristine before taking it home, and Chad was more than accommodating. I will recommend Troncalli (and more precisely Chad) to any friend and my family when they are in the market for a new vehicle. The staff was top notch and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They have a customer for life.

Won't buy from any other dealership or Sales Rep. (Kevin S.) I had been looking for a reliable car for my daughter, and had a specific idea of what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, mileage, monthly payments etc. I hadn't had a car payment for many years and I wasn't excited about the prospect of having another one! Originally I thought I would just purchase a car that I could pay cash for, but for my budget I was getting no where finding the right car. My daughter was set on getting an SUV and hadn't thought about a sedan, let alone a small one. I sent my tall order over to my good friend for many years, Kevin Slatton, and he told me "I'm on it!" I was expecting very little in choices since I had given him very little budget to work with. 24 hours later, Kevin sent me 4 possibilities, 3 SUV's and a Dodge Dart. I didn't even look at the Dodge Dart seriously because I knew what my daughter would like to drive which was a bigger car. But Kevin told me that the Dart was the best deal on the lot! I finally decided to look at it and convinced my daughter to keep an open mind about a small car. Not only did I LOVE the car, Kevin beat my monthly payment expectations by $100 a month, and basically found me a brand new, low mileage, car for my daughter that she can drive through college! SHE LOVES IT!!! My daughter is 16 and this is her first car. Kevin blew my expectations out of the water and went WAY above and beyond to make us happy!! What made it so special was how my daughter received her new car. Kevin put a big red bow on it and made a huge production of it! Made us all cry! Thank you Kevin for taking such good care of us, and for making my daughter SO HAPPY with her new car!! WE WILL BE BACK!

My boyfriend (Ryan Caswell) purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in July 2013. Before purchasing the vehicle we noticed sap on the hood and a few other minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Troncalli agreed to reimburse him for the expenses if he took it to a Chrysler dealership in our hometown, so thats what he did. He then called Troncalli to OK that what the Chrysler dealership estimated would be fully reimbursed, and they assured him it would. Finally, in late December after numerous phone calls and emails, Troncalli said they would send the check. Needless to say he didnt receive the check. So, he called them to inform them of this. Troncalli then said they dont have a copy of the bill, after we have already mailed them the bill on two separate occasions. And, How could they have (supposedly) sent the check if they didnt have a copy of the bill? So, here we are over half a year later with no check. I am completely unimpressed with the service and professionalism of this business and would not recommend it.

I met with Willie Olliff to look at (and drive) Jeep Grand Cherokees and Durangos. I was currently driving a Nissan Armada, but was considering a Chrysler because of some previous (on lot) conversations with Willie. Based on size, capabilities, etc., I decided that the Jeeps and Durangos were NOT going to suit my needs. After I explained this to Willie, he stated "just give me 5 more minutes and wait right here; can you give me 5 minutes"? I said "yes", and within 2 minutes he pulled up in a Dodge Ram. He jumped out of the vehicle and handed me the keys and said "this is the vehicle you need (and want), you just don't know it yet". At first I thought "okay, this is interesting (as a choice)" because I had never owned a pick up and quite frankly never even considered one. However, Willie was right. I was so VERY PLEASED that Willie took the time to HEAR MY NEEDS and to actually THINK ABOUT a way to address them. We took the pick up for a ride and from that point it was a matter of finding me the right Ram 1500 (features, etc.). I actually couldn't wait for my next call from Willie. That's how excited I was about the experience and the pending chance to drive my new pick up. When I saw my new vehicle, it was perfect; Willie had nailed it. The rest is history... Thanks to "Tye" as well, he played a big role in getting me out of my Nissan and into my new Ram. Willie, I owe you one! THANKS!!

We`ve had our Jeep serviced at Troncalli for 8 years. Hence, when we decided to trade for a new one, it was only natural to start there in terms of pricing, selection, etc. By chance, we met Tyler Grant who served as our sales associate and guide through the selection -purchase process. As someone who has not traditionally had pleasant experiences with agents from other companies (this was our fourth Jeep trade-in) in 23 years, I was not expecting this exchange to be any different. To my delight, Tyler made the process quick, friendly, informative, effective and even enjoyable. From start to finish Tyler was without a doubt the most knowledgeable and helpful car sales representative we have ever dealt with bar none. We got the Jeep we wanted, at a price we wanted with absolutely no hassles. I shopped all around Birmingham for my first truck and had difficulty with any of the dealerships coming down at all with their prices. I found Troncalli online and they were able to make an incredible price for a 2014 Ram 1500 that was lower than a 2013 Ram 1500 I was offered in Birmingham. Upon arrival at the dealership the process was very straight forward and there were no sneaky final items they tried to throw in. The price was exactly as I expected from our communication via email. The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is that it took over two hours after arriving to finally get the truck and get on our way because they did not fill up the truck and clean it prior to our arrival. Apparently it had been a very busy and unusual day for them so I don't think this is typical- it was just a little frustrating for us as we had a three hour late night drive back to Birmingham to make. In the end it was definitely worth the great deal!

i had a curtain truck with curtain options that i had to have at a curtain price. i had high expectations and did not purchase my first choice not because i didnt like truck but the price was out of my range i was willing to pay. Every one didn't give up they went back and search all there inventory they had and that other dealers had until they found me the truck that i was looking for. They did a good job to get me the most truck for the money. this is my second vehicle that i have purchase from Troncoli and am more than pleased with all the people involved with my purchase. this was very quick and painless during the purchase process. Everyone worked together in unison to get the truck detailed and ready for us while we did the paper work very quickly. The people that i worked with made this a pleasant experience. I brought my 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel into the service department because the check engine light came on repeatedly with only 4000 miles on the odometer. The service person I spoke with was Matt. Matt was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the 2013 Citadel and assured me that they would figure out the cause of the problem. Ultimately, I had to have a transmission replaced in the vehicle, at no charge of course, but I was without it for one week. During the time that my vehicle was being repaired, I received a call from Matt almost daily, updating me on the status of my vehicle along with any other questions that I may have had. Although I was not pleased with having a brand new vehicle in service to replace a transmission, because of Matt, my experience was a lot more pleasurable. Matt was very professional, sympathetic and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with.

Even though there are many Dodge dealerships closer to us, we make it a point of taking the extra drive to go see Johnny Franck at Troncalli Dodge in Cumming. Ever since we bought our car, the dealership has been top notch making sure we were completely happy with our experience and service. Johnny has been exceptional in getting our warranty issue taken care of as quickly as possible and has kept us updated at all points along the way. We haven't had to place one call for the status as he has always contacted us first. I can't recommend this dealership and service department highly enough.

Tyler was incredible. Detail oriented, thoughtful, effective. The car was a great car, a great fit for me. It accomplished my big picture goals, and Tyler was able to make it happen. I worked with Kevin via emails throughout the day. I expressed to him what my scenario was, expectations on a car, and pricing all of which I wanted to know before coming into the dealership. I worked with him through emails providing my trade in information along with all the other forms he needed. He was swift in responding and really gave me a starting offer that generated enough interest for me to make a trip to the dealership. Once at the dealership it was a matter of minutes before I was signing papers due to the amazing team work of Kevin and Chris. No hassle and really felt like they were working hard to make me happy.

Terrible service department - the first thought that comes to mind is RUN don't walk away from this dealer's service. Sales on new Jeeps at this dealership and the sales management team are on par, but if you buy a car from them, have it serviced elsewhere. Every time we brought our Grand Cherokee in for service there was a dispute. Either the service team completely botched the job (like putting simple roof racks and side steps on). If anyone but myself took the Jeep in for service or repair, the service team persuaded them to add on more unnecessary service charges than what were needed...and at a hefty charge. Net/net, this is not the kind of service you would expect from a reputable dealership, so be warned! I've since bought another Grand Cherokee at Palmer Dodge/Jeep and their service department runs circles around the Troncalli group here.

I am a previous 2-time jeep owner and I Love My Jeep. I mistakenly purchased my second jeep from a different dealership and I struggled with the service department over a reoccurring problem for at least 11 months. Jeep even assisted me by assigning a representative to help us alleviate the problem. After 11 months of constant maintenance trips to another dealership, my husband and I asked our rep if we could bring the jeep to Troncalli and try their service department. Troncalli's service department did a fantastic job repairing the problem even though we didn't purchase the jeep from them. I immediately told my husband that I when I got ready to trade my wrangler in I would only go to Troncalli and that is what I did yesterday. Mr. Gonzalez was willing to answer my questions and assist us immediately when we approached him. He "listened" to our situation and helped us meet our needs through our trade. I didn't have to haggle over the price and the salesman, Chad Giller, was great! I got a fair value for my trade in and I love my new vehicle. Daniel was very helpful in our selection and worked quickly to get the deal that we wanted so that we were both winners. We came in at the end of the month and end of the quarter and on a Sunday, a day that the dealership is usually closed. Because of those three things, there was a high volume of deals being made that caused our wait to be over 3 hours just to get to the financing department. It might be helpful to have some people "on-call" in case of high volume instances that could be called in if needed. I know of at least one family that left without a purchase because of the delay to get to them while we were there. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend others to Troncalli for their next car purchase and would certainly recommend them to look for Daniel to help them.

Went to look at a Dodge Grand Caravan we saw online. When we arrived, we were not met with salesman before you can get out of your car like at other locations. Instead when we entered the building we were asked how may we help you today. I told them I had called earlier about looking at a van. The salesman who I had spoken to that morning then showed us the van we wanted to see. As we took the van out for a test drive he spoke about the features of the van but we never felt pressure to purchase. When we returned we asked about pricing and interest, still not feeling any pressure to buy, only professional service. We did purchase the van and have no regrets. The main reason we purchased other than a great van at a great price was the no pressure sales tactic. Great and professional service all the way.

Merelene was our sales person and she was great! From the time we walked on the lot until we bought our Jeep Wrangler, she answered ALL our questions, showed us each option and feature on the different jeeps. Tyler is very knowledgeable and has been wonderful to work with, suggesting ways that I could purchase the vehicle that I wanted now rather than waiting; finding it from another dealer and making all the arrangements necessary to make the transaction happen. I had a great experience while shopping for a new vehicle. I had been in the dealership several times before and I loved the fact that I was never pressured to buy on the spot. Daniel did a great job in allowing me to test drive several Jeeps and coming back to the dealership to finally buy when my wife and I were ready to purchase. Tye came in during the purchase and explained what was going on instead of keeping us in the dark, like most other dealerships do. The whole process took less than 4 hours to complete and I have to say, that is a first. We usually have to waste an entire day from test drive to final paperwork. This was a great experience and I have to say I will definitely recommend as well as return to buy a new vehicle from Daniel!!!My wife hates this process so I want to thank everyone there for making this the easiest buying process EVER!!!!

I spent $2000 on an older vehicle. There was no honest discussion re.the car's value versus the repair. When I picked up the vehicle the battery was dead, there were no calls as to what else might be needed.(6 yr. battery new in the fall) No one explained exactly what had been done, line for line. Only "this is what we do for a timing belt repair" Two days later my door jammed, I drove right over and 4 guys sat on their thumbs before someone got a screwdriver to adjust the jam. I JUST SPENT 2000 DOLLARS AND NO/ONE WOULD ADJUST MY DOOR CATCH MECHANISM FOR ME??? I THINK I GOT TAKEN BIG TIME!!! Yes I am a woman, and was treated shabbily.
