My husband and I brought our truck in, that is completely paid off, to see if we could trade in for a bigger truck. After leaving without finding a truck we wanted, we were notified that our registration was left there, we were unable to come back immediately and went a few days later, the gentleman was not there, somebody else looked but could not find if, we have been in continuous communication with them over trucks they have and also have stopped in over 5 times. Each time we ask about our registration and they say they are looking. We are still waiting, it is now 5 weeks later. How could a professional dealership lose a customers registration? We are currently waiting today for callback on whether they have found, which it has been 5 weeks, obviously they lost it but will not admit it. If no conclusion is made to settle this, we will be filing complaints with the BBB and writing a letter to the State Attorney General as this is unacceptable and they have yet to try to fix it.

Be careful when shopping at trucks plus. Bought a truck here a few months ago and has been nothing but trouble. The shocks and struts had to be replaced and has loose parts underneath the truck. Iv took the truck back to there service department about 5 times and still cant seem to fix what ever is wrong with it. When taking the truck out on a test drive the salesman Oscar took his own auxiliary cord and was playing music the whole time during the test drive. I think he did that so I cant here and of the loose parts raddling under the truck. I just wanna share my experience so no one else gets burned like I did

Was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. Go see Omar. He will fight for you to get the deal you want. Very attentive, informative and not pushy at all.

What a horrible experience. Made an appointment to see a particular vehicle. Was told it was in the detail shop prior to our arrival. Guess what was not able to be found, but for a few thousand dollars more......blah, blah, blah, shady car salesmanship later, I exited the dealership. Talk about bait and switch BS! Suffice to say, we will not be visiting this dealership again.

Brought my truck in to sell to them. 1st try - nobody around to help me. Someone took my name and number and took pictures, I never received a call. So I decided to try it again. 2nd try - I called 1st to see if anyone could help me. Someone took my name and number and I never received a call. So I thought I would try once more. 3rd try - Someone took my name and number and I never received a call. So I took it to Steve Hahn and they bought it. If this is the way customers are treated at Trucks Plus USA, I doubt I will ever do business with them again.
