Not very honest dealership. Backs out of deals made. I would not recommend doing business with. I was in your business in 2015 ready to purchase a new F350. I drove down from Bend to work with Lacey to find out that the deal she quoted me for the truck I was going to purchase, then your dealership wanted an extra $5000 because the dealer had added something to the truck prior to the quote she gave me. I ended up purchasing a new F350 Power stroke from a dealer that quoted me a price and came through with the deal.

I almost dont know where to begin. We just had the best car buying experience ever. The moment Evie contacted us I knew we were in good hands. She was friendly, attentive, and treated us like family. They didnt have the Explorer Limited we were looking for but she quickly found the one we wanted. We were able to negotiate through email which makes the whole process easy and stress free. Within 2 days the Explorer was on their lot and we were signing papers. I could see us being Ford owners from here on out. The whole staff at TS&S Ford was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I honestly feel like we could adopt Evie into the Batman clan. She is absolutely the best!!!

Truck buying made easy. Everyone was extremely friendly - referred to Lacey with TS&S Ford by Kolby Callantine w/Subaru of Bend. Jenna and Jeff made the process extremely easy and have been very accommodating.

Lacey and Jeff were both so friendly and helpful , They stayed open late and waited for us to drive from LaPine and had the car ready to go ,lacey took the time and showed us how all the gadgets worked (so helpful) im sure she would have stayed even longer if needed ..They both took the time the next day to follow up with us ..very nice...wont hesitate to call on them again,renewed our lost faith in car buying..

Friendly and did not push us, no pressure and we liked that. Answered any questions that we had. Lacey was very patient trying to show us old folks how to use all the fun gadgets . We had a great experience ! Thanks Lacey and Jeff . We love our new Edge !! Wayne and Teresa Morgan

I just want to say that my wife and I love are ford f350 that we bought, we are really happy with jeff who worked with the banks really hard, we are really happy with manwell who did every thing he could also, and we are really happy with ricki who reall nice also and Lacey who hung out with our daughters while my wife and I got everything done. every one was reall nice to us and we will deffently b back for service and another vehical when the time comes. tsands for is the best dealer ship that we have been to. Twice I have been in the Madras Store ( TS&S ). Both times the staff was excellent, friendly and treats you like an old friend. If I had to buy another vehicle they would be the first ones I go to. We were in the market for a vehicle to tow with our motor home. We really liked the Ford Sport Trac. It could seat 4, had a pick up bed and was the size we needed. We were able to purchase the Sport Trac at Miller Ford and they were able to customized the truck so that we could use it as a tow with our motor home. We are very satisfied with the truck and the service.

I have given Miller Ford the highest rating because: We bought a Ford Explorer in 2003 and still are driving it. We take it in for service and have always been pleased with the work and service employees. We plan to buy another Ford this year and will buy from Miller Ford. Our buying experience has always been superior. In fact, we are very very particular and have found Miller Ford to be most accomodating, friendly, knowledgable and honest. The owners, Diane and Terry Hanlon are available, the sales floor is clean, and the sales offices are comfortable.
