This was a poor experience. They took 3 days to change a battery and they lost my car and then they locked my keys in my car. They are overbooked and service is extremely poor.

Our salesman, Todd Good, was awesome. He found several incentives for us and gave us top dollar for our trade-in. The entire staff that we dealt with was friendly, professional and very accommodating. This was probably the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had.

We stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, with our 4 year old granddaughter, just to take a test-drive of the 2017 Cadillac XT5 and were not expecting to trade in my current car, much less drive home a new one that day! The sales staff was great and they kept our granddaughter entertained the entire time we were discussing financing options. The entire process was easy, and we were given a good price on our trade-in, as well as a good price on the new car. We could not be happier with our experience!

Thanks to Turan's teck man I only had to replace the right lift gate arm. The gate was powering ok but would not stay up. It would have been much more expensive to replace the left power arm lift. The left arm functions only as a power open and close whereas the right serves as the hold open arm only. This was also a nice engineering design because one would think both arms needed to be replaced. Which is the case without the power lift ''gate option. I really appreciate being made aware of this fact and I'll bet that not all dealers would have pointed this out to me. Thank You. Respectfully,Ken Gosnell

I had the best customer care when I bought my 2016 Chevy Traverse. The sales and service department introduced themselves, even the general manager came and sat and ask if we had any questions. I only shop for cars only after I have checked on line to what I want but after going to Turan Foley I have felt at ease to be shopping there. . I will not mention any other car dealers name but my prior experience with car salesmen and it is nothing to do with a Chevy dealer was horrid.

Generally overall experience was positive. I did come away feeling like I left more money on the table than I would have liked and didn't necessarily like the slipping in of a $1000 extended warranty on wheels and tires into the lease agreement. I would have rather that money had gone into reducing my costs on the purchase but it is what it is..John did a great job handling the customer interface.

Drove up, walked in the office, was met immediately by the service manager, I told him I had an appointment. He took my keys told me where the coffee and lounge was, about 45 minutes later he found me to tell me my car was ready. Great Service. Thanks.

Great sales representatives. Megan suggested the perfect vehicle. I received more than I sought for both of my trade-in vehicles. The vehicle I purchased had a damaged windshield. They could have repaired it, but chose to replace it. I am very pleased with my Turan-Foley sales experience. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase for a reason. The entire staff at Turan-Foley is 5*!

Turan Foley and specifically salesman Josh Williams absolutely went out of their way to put my family and I in an awesome vehicle that was perfect for us. All the way around! And josh made sure of it! From the moment we walked in the door, josh was right there. Offered us a drink in the 100 degree heat and made us feel at home and never gave up on us. Turan Foleys as well as Josh's agenda was not how much money they were gonna make but the best deal they could come up with for our needs and the best vehicle for us and our 2 young children. I have dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen and on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 15!!
