I love that the waiting room is, it is not a cramp small room. It is large, wide and airy room that you feel comfortable being in there.

Generally overall experience was positive. I did come away feeling like I left more money on the table than I would have liked and didn't necessarily like the slipping in of a $1000 extended warranty on wheels and tires into the lease agreement. I would have rather that money had gone into reducing my costs on the purchase but it is what it is..John did a great job handling the customer interface.

I always seem to get a great service personnel. Wayne knows me by name and gets me taken care of asap. The news station is on in the waiting area and I am comfortable. I am able to look at the cars in the show room and compare what's new.

Drove up, walked in the office, was met immediately by the service manager, I told him I had an appointment. He took my keys told me where the coffee and lounge was, about 45 minutes later he found me to tell me my car was ready. Great Service. Thanks.

George Sergent is awesome!!! I went in thinking there was no way I would be able to get my new car for what I could afford payment wise. I called to make an appointment and was surprised that appointments are not taken for oil changes. I had made an appointment prior to this. It wasn't a big deal, I was just surprised that I couldn't schedule this online or on the phone.

I came in for my reg. oil change, and John was the service writer who helped me. I also had a question about a noise that was coming from the passenger side rear end under the trunk. He told me that it was a leveling device that was making the noise & it was normal.I was glad to hear that.Thanks.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pricing on oil changes and tires are comparable to national retail tire stores. I have a Camaro SS and they have done all oil changes along with any warranty work.

Great sales representatives. Megan suggested the perfect vehicle. I received more than I sought for both of my trade-in vehicles. The vehicle I purchased had a damaged windshield. They could have repaired it, but chose to replace it. I am very pleased with my Turan-Foley sales experience. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase for a reason. The entire staff at Turan-Foley is 5*!

I brough my 2014 silverado and 2014 Malibu in for schudel maintenance. Drop both off at same time, was done and leaving 30 min later. Great service great communication and wonderful coustomer service. I will be using this dealer ship for years to come no matter where I live I will only buy my vehicles from Turan Foley.

Turan Foley and specifically salesman Josh Williams absolutely went out of their way to put my family and I in an awesome vehicle that was perfect for us. All the way around! And josh made sure of it! From the moment we walked in the door, josh was right there. Offered us a drink in the 100 degree heat and made us feel at home and never gave up on us. Turan Foleys as well as Josh's agenda was not how much money they were gonna make but the best deal they could come up with for our needs and the best vehicle for us and our 2 young children. I have dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen and on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 15!!
