I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Turnersville Kia. It truly was a great car buying experience, everyone throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My salesman AJ, was super friendly and knowledgeable, took his time going over the vehicle and all the features of it. Due to my work schedule, I arrived about 45 mins before closing on my first visit to the dealership, and at no time did anyone at the dealership rush us out , tell us they were closing or hurry us up even after I told them I wasn't buying or making a decision that night. AJ did an extremely thorough job and took the extra time necessary. Even after the purchase was complete, he has taken the time out to contact me to see if I had any questions, how I like the Sportage, etc. I would definitely recommend going to see AJ Went and Turnersville KIA if your looking to buy a new vehicle.

We bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue at Kia in Turnersville. Our salesman A.J. was extremely nice, we never felt rushed or pressured. Rynn, the finance manager, also very nice, worked with us to get us the price we wanted. When I returned to drop off a key a few days later I mentioned a rip in the hatchback weather-strip. A.J. and Rynn showed the service manager who sent someone to the Nissan dealer to get a new one which they quickly replaced while I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee that A.J. made for me. Everyone was so nice! I will defiantly send anyone I know who is looking for a car to A.J , thanks for the wonderful experience!

I went in to look at a used car sure I wasn't going to be able to get financing. Josh and the staff at Turnersville Kia worked their magic and helped me get a loan. From the moment I met A.J. I felt comfortable. He wasn't pushy and he was very understanding of my time and needs. He went above and beyond to get my deal done. Shy made the whole car buying experience STRESS FREE !! I really dreaded having to buy another vehicle but since my ride was totaled it couldn't be avoided. We had purchased my son's latest vehicle from Turnersville Kia so we went back. Shy was the perfect guide through the buying experience from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and took me right to the perfect vehicle. He was pleasant and attentive even keeping me company while waiting for the paperwork and detailing to be done. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and gave me pretty thorough instructions on all the accessories. My Name Is Ronald Cavanaugh, In July 2016 We Turned In A Leased Kia Soul One Month Early.The Salesman Called Kia To Fine Out The Cost To Turn The Car In.He Claimed He Would Take Care Of Those Costs If We Leased A New Kia Optima And Give Them $3000.00 Dollars And We Did.Now I Get A Bill From Kia For $240.00 So They Lied. Fantastic experience with Josh K. He went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were well taken care of and satisfied during our time there. Josh K was well educated about the car and answered each question to the best of his ability. I appreciated that when he did not know an answer he would tell us and check with his manager to find us the correct answer. He followed up with me after I took my car home and made sure everything was going smoothly. He was able to assist me after I purchased the car via phone with a few questions I had about blue tooth.

This was a great place to shop for a car,I left extremely satisfies with the Kia Sportage I leased. Joshua Koehler was the salesman he did an excellent job helping us find the perfect car for our budget. The staff was very professional and very friendly and courtesy. We were ther for quite some time and we were with our special needs child everyone was very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our son feel very comfortable. He knew everyone who worked at the dealership before we left. I would like to thank them for kindness. It was greatly appreciated. We went to Kia to look at a new vehicle and they were so busy. As we waited we were greeted by many different employees and they offered us beverages and introduced their selves. We were looking at a vehicle and AJ asked if this was a card we were Intrested in and introduced his self. AJ was a Doreen to earth salesman. He was not pushy and him and his mangers did everything they could to make us comfortable and explain everything to us. We test drove 3 vehicles and fell in love with one. AJ let us test drive them all he took his time showing us all the features for each and other car. The one we decided on he made sure we we're fully happy with it and it was 1 am. AJ took his time with us helped us through the whole process. We appreciate him and the staff !! Thanks Kia !! Thanks AJ, Ryan and Steve we will be sending many people ur way!

Sales and management went out of their way to make this purchase very smooth. The salesman,Bob Brown was very accommodating in that he delivered the new car to our home and retrieved our trade-in. He also came to our home the next day to get the title and took the time to explain all the extras on the new car.

Shyrone was a very fine sales agent for Kia motors. He was respectful, honest and reliable. After the sale he returned my call promptly, and quickly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable about the Kia car line and convinced my wife to by the car on our first trip to the dealer. That was a true accomplishment. I went into the dealership to test drive a vehicle. The sales manager asked what it they could do to make the sale of the car, I responded with an exact payments and terms. Took the vehicle fit an extended test drive, when I returned the sales manager advised me that they were unable to get the monthly payment that we had agreed upon. He gave me a payment $14 a month more then what we had previously agreed on, by the time it came down to signing the financial agreement, the payment had been increased by $26 a month. It was 7 o'clock on a Saturday, the dealership was closing and I signed the agreement. I regret walking in their door.

I was immediately greeted in the lot as I arrived, by sales associate AJ Went. The first ting he did was introduce himself and asked me what I looking for. After a brief chat, AJ directed me to the Soul model, which he explained was more in my price range, and a surprisingly very nice ride, as well as winning best mid-side SUV.After 2 test drives, AJ located and 3 vehicles in the lot that were in my budget.AJ and his mnanager Ryan, cruched numbers, and I was happy to say I drove it off the lot that day. I thought the toughest experience I had was just picking out what color. I would highly recommend Kia of Turnersville, and I plan on returning in the future for my next vehicle.

As a hospice nurse, I rely on my vehicle. When my old Kia Sedona hit 213,000 miles it had to be replaced. I really wanted a Sportage, but had a tight budget. A.J. followed us around the lot with an umbrella in a drizzling rain until I chose two vehicles to test. The first, pricey, but ideal for my needs; the second, less expensive, but too small. A.J. worked hard to get me a deal within my budget so I could buy the Sportage I wanted.

Robert "Bob" Peters provided excellent customer service. He did everything he could to make sure I was a happy and comfortable customer from holding an umbrella over my head in the rain to teaching me everything I needed to know about my new 2017 Kia Sorento. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars Kia offers. Steve "Shep" Sheppard, a member of the management team there is great as well! Willing to explain and explain and explain again things that I need to know. These two men at Turnersville Kia aren't motivated by a paycheck, but by the satisfaction of their customers. I would definitely buy/lease from Turnersville Kia again!

I have had several car buying experiences in my life. This experience rates high on my list. I had never been to a Kia dealership before, so I decided to stop and take a look. I had to look no further. I decided that if I was going to buy or lease a car, it was going to be a Kia from this dealership. My salesperson Shyrone Lawrence was very helpful. He showed me several vehicles and was very thorough without being overbearing. This was a very pleasant experience that landed me in a vehicle that I am really pleased with.

I cannot say enough good about our experience at Kia Turnersville. We were not hassled by anyone - we were able to look around for a bit before our salesman, Rich came out to greet us. What a breath of fresh air he was! Not pushy at all, just a down to earth, nice guy giving us info about Kia and the Forte, which was the model we were looking at. The finance department did everything they could to get the payments to what we needed. The whole experience was wonderful.

I wanted to give kia of Turnersville a 5 star rating but couldn't. My overall experience was great but they neglected to tell me that my credit report was going to be pulled by 7 different fiance companies. This brought my score down 18 points. I get they need to shop around and get me the best fiancing rate but they should know these numbers up front. I gave them my score and everything that was on my report but had to stop them from pulling reports in the middle of the deal. Be carful when dealing with this fiance department and make sure you get everything up front and on the table before you give them your SS number.

After meeting Ryan he introduced me to Shy. He is the gentlest, nicest man. He stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my car. He assured me that everyone there would do their best to get my car for me. What a gentleman too. He new everything I asked about the features and even some that I didn't know it had. Drove me to get some additional paperwork ; didn't hesitate to offer to pick me up at home to get my new car. There wasn't anything that needed to be done that he wasn't there to help me. My wife has had a problem with her 2013 Sorento overheating and it has been to this dealership for repairs twice and wasn't fixed. After I posted a negative review on this website I was contacted by Michael Jaconi through this site, he asked me to give him a phone call, i called 6 times over 2 days and never talked to him the phone kept ringing until it hung up. I even asked to be transferred to his voicemail but apparently the service manager doesn't have voicemail. This is a totally unprofessional way to run a business.

Was greeted by Shy, and I advised him exactly what I was looking for. He checked inventory and offered to show me the vehicle in stock, which was not the color, but would provide me the opportunity to explore the vehicle and features. Then, if I wanted the vehicle, he would find the exact color. Shy was very knowledgable , took time in explaining all features , options, etc. needless to say, he made a sale. It was one of the best new car buying experiences that I have ever had. I highly recommend Kia Turnersville, all staff were friendly and informative. Never felt any pressure. Joe was a great salesman, Mark a great manager. It took a while to form the deal I was happy with but all was very professional and pleasant. I would do it again, the team seems to give you value in the deal. Looking forward to the KIA protection plans that hopefully will not be needed in the future but if needed they are there.

This place seriously did everything they could to help me. my current car which i still owed money on had completely died. When I came into Turnersville Kia, I was determined to purchase a Soul. Shy came out and greeted me and my family and offered to help find what I was looking for. At the time, I was more convinced with purchasing a used 2015 Soul, but after looking at prices, found that the new model, the 2016 Soul was cheaper.Working with a budget, Shy was considerate and friendly and offered both I and my family to work within my budget and make the sale happen. He gave a great overview of the 2016 Soul explaining both safety and features, as well as demonstrating some himself. He brought the car to a less busier place than the highway and had me drive in a neighborhood where I could test it without being scared by traffic.Shy also brought his manager over who was honest about the pricing and the payment I would be making, promising to make it work.I felt very at ease with the car I ended up purchasing and the experience, while slightly long was a good one. Shy held himself in a professional manner and made my family and I feel at ease with our choice.He is an excellent employee and because of this experience I would recommend my friends and family to Turnersville Kia and to Shy for his integrity and his help in finding a budget that I could afford as well as giving me a car I adore.

Steve is one of them people that you take a liking to immediately, he is intelligent, knows his line of automobiles and is extremely professional. We went to the KIA Dealershil to look at the Sportage. After meeting Steve Sheppard and reviewing our "desires" in a car he invited us to look at the showroom vehicles and we decided to test drive a KIA Sorento. Our fate was sealed. We ended up with a Kia Rio 5 door, for me - I traded in a 2008 Nissan Rogue and they gave us a fair trade in value on it. Justin was very professional from the moment my girlfriend and I walked through the door. He was extremely knowledgeable in the cars that we were interested in and made sure that he filled in any concerns that we may have had. He continuously asked us if we had any questions, which showed that he cared about us knowing about the vehicle that we wanted. He did a good job of breaking down some technical terms about cars into laymans terms so we can understand. Most of all, he made us feel at home when financing the car took longer than expected and offered us (and eventually insisted) that we had a couple of slices of pizza and drinks. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone interested in a car for Kia.

I wasn't ready to buy that day and Josh understood that. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale with me! He was not very pushy like his managers were. My mom is super indecisive after visiting over 9 different dealerships we decided to stop by the Turnersville Kia. My mom had previously been to this location to test drive the kia Sportage which she liked but wanted to research further before making any rash decisions. This evening must have been a special one or maybe Shy was! We stopped by the dealer ship at 8:45 pm yesterday evening and decided to have another look around we were only there for a few minutes before Shy came over to introduce him self. He was very charming and beyond knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot as well as some what of an expert on the 2017 kia Sportage. After giving us plenty of information and fun facts about the Sportage Shy suggested we take the car for another spin which we did. He was very informative and has a wonderful free spirit essence about him making conversation, test drives and business very easy and even fun. Once we returned from the test drive my mom decided she was ready to commit when previously she wouldnt give any other dealer ship the time of day to even sit and talk. Shy and the team at the Turnersville Kia are top of the line in customer service assisting us until 12:20 am 3 hours after the dealership closed when we finally drove away thrilled and elated with the product and service. If it wasnt for Shy i firmly do believe my mom would still be car shopping. I know who Ill be seeing and where Ill be going next time Im in the market for a car .

From start to finish, which consisted of about 4 hours, my experience at Turnersville Kia was nothing short of outstanding. My sales person was Shanna, who happened to be new in her position, teamed up with sales manager Mike to really go above and beyond what I would have expected in a car buying experience. Sales people tend to be pushy and dont give you much time alone to think through the numbers or option. Steve Sheppard was the best! He worked for us, as it should be. When we first went in he gave us the different options we had. Since it was late we left and returned the next day with knowing exactly what we wanted. Steve took that information and found us a car that day. Worked his magic! The management team is also so really nice. No issues at all. I would recommend not only this dealer but to definitely work with sales guy Steve Sheppard!!! He is extremely personable and down to earth. I took my 2015 Kia Optima to Turnersville Kia for service, while waiting and since my car had high mileage 33,000, I figured that I would look into trading it in. While talking to Steve Sheppard and explaining to him what I was looking to do and what my situation was, he said that he go do something for me. Well I heard this line a thousand times before. Steve was awesome, not only did he work out a deal for me, in trading in my car. He also showed me several cars that would fit my needs and a few short hours later, I drove home a brand new Kia Optima Eco/Turbo. I couldn't believe that Steve and the dealership was that easy to work with.Steve has followed up with several calls, asking how everything is with the car. this is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Steve but the first time at the dealership. I have to say Steve Sheppard is awesome at what he does. he listens and helps u find EXACTLY what u want and most likely wont let u down. my experience at this dealership was by far one of the best and I have been buying cars for a long time. My 1st experience with Kia was more satisfying then anticipated. I just ended a least with a different Company and was not at all satisfied. A few friends suggested Kia in Turnersville. Which they said would probably be a better match for me. I immediately felt the difference and was eager to more forward with them. From Rick, the online Specialist who go me in the door and came down from his office just to say Hi. To Steve, The most down to earth Sales Man I ever met! I would honestly say he is one of the best I ever in countered. Also the 3 Fabulous managers Vince, Chris and Mark worked very hard in helping me through the process of getting my car! I like the new Turnersville Kia! The atmosphere is a lot lighter and friendlier. Everyone who work there now are pleasant, easy to approach, and are not threatening. I just purchased a new vehicle and am pleased with the time and effort they put forth to help. My salesman, Shy Lawrence, no he is not shy, was truly helpful with my choice. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and cared about me getting what I wanted, and not making a sale. Oh yeah, my initial reason for visiting the showroom was for an oil change, LOL!!!

DON'T EVER GO HERE. We have purchased 3 family cars from Kia Turnersville, on Wednesday 4/27 went in to purchase our 4th with my Dad. I had been in 4 previous times over the course of two months to test drives cars and make sure I was making the right decision coordinating with sales associates Neal Johnson, Justin Rivera and Brandon Hutton. On Wednesday my Dad and I went in fully intending to purchase the Kia Sportage with a deal that had been previously discussed FOUR separate times in person and through e-mail with Neal, Justin and Brandon. After sitting for hours, managers came by one by one to explain that all 4 of the previous times I had visited the sales associates made mistakes and didn't fully understand what they had been offering to me, even though I have it in writing and several e-mails, and further explained I wasn't even in the ball park range of what we had discussed. Managers discrediting their own employees then asking for thousands more than the deal that was discussed on 4/25 just two days before I came to visit. Even the sales associates joking around about how they thought their managers were jerks, They did NOTHING to help us the minute we walked in the door. My family and friends will never go back to Kia Turnersville thanks to managers Mark and Vince who clearly have a play that they rehearse when customers walk in. At this point after sitting for almost half the day, my Dad and I were both livid (I had taken off work and driven an hour and a half just to go to this specific dealership). We left and drove up the street and purchased a 2016 Honda which is already way better than my Kia. Don't ever go here. Absolutely appalled. We've been loyal customers for years, purchased 3 cars from here, new management has taken over and they are all low life xxxxxx, every single one of them.

I brought my daughter in on her 25th birthday a few days after I had purchased a new Sportage for myself. Justin had birthday balloons waiting at his desk for her. It was her wish to purchase her first new car on her 25th birthday. Justin and Mike made her wish come true! She ended up with the car she wanted with the payment she wanted. No where compared to the service that Kia of Turnersville gave me! I worked with Justin Rivera and would definitely recommend asking for him. I purchased a vehicle less than a week ago and it was the most painless purchase of a vehicle i have ever had. The salesman Shy was very helpful and extremely polite and was not like many other salesman that seem to push you. He was very down to earth and made the entire process very simple. The sales manager Vince made it the only place we went to and Shy and Vince made it easy for us to come home with a vehicle within a few hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and make sure you see Shy Lawrence and Vince Melfi.

Updated... The only reason I visited Turnersville Kia in the first place was because the Internet manager invited me in with an exaggerated offer. However, other than that I did have a positive experience with salesman Robert and manager Mike Barse who tried to make things right. I did not purchase a vehicle at this time but will possibly give them another chance in the future.

Sales manager Diane scheduled a 7pm appt. with us to come in and see a 2014 Kia Sorento she was having transferred from a sister dealership. We packed up our twins and arrived on time. After hiding from us for 28 minutes, she finally came out to greet us. I said something seems off and asked her if the car was there because I scanned the lot for it before we entered. She said yes and was going to get it out back. She never returned! Instead she left another salesman (Rich) and her sales manager (Mike) to clean up her lies. She never got the car, tried to bait and switch us, and even left for the night without even telling anyone! We were left with her sales manager Mike apologizing up and down to us and making promises to get the car the next day. Well he couldn't because the car we wanted was sold 3 days prior which meant Diane never even contacted the other dealership! You'd think they would have made things right with an offer we couldn't refuse... But all we got was an email from Diane stating she can't wait to help us with the purchase of a car in the future! Yea right Diane! Such bad business! Thanks for making my family spend our Friday night being insulted by your team!

Let me start off by saying no matter how much you think you have covered everything before you go in there is always something new or something that you did not prepare for.The sales person and manager were nice enough but make sure you know up front that the little extra sticker on the window called "Additional Market Value" is part of the total cost of the car and that you WILL be sending ALL your time negotiating the cost of that and not the sticker price of the car.Basically they have added on a couple of options that don't seem too bad (Mud flaps, wheel locks small things like that) but the killer is charging you over $3,000 for three years worth oil changes !!!! You've got to be kidding me. Even if you get three oil changes a year that's about $400 for three years not $3,000.I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer unless you don't mind paying for these after-market items or somehow you can get them to totally remove them from the cost. Then maybe you can see exactly what you are paying for.But fortunately for them they have(Kia) have a good product to sell.

I walked into the dealership last week not expecting to leave with a new car, but I did. And the reason I did was because Justin spent hours with me test driving every car I was interested in, answering my questions honestly, and helping me make a smart decision. I never felt rushed or pressured and both Justin and Mike stayed until after they were closed to help me take my car home that day. I have never received the level of service that I did that day.

I bought a 2014 kia optima new. They told me at the time if I ever referred anyone to their dealership they would send me 100.00. two weeks ago I referred my cousin and his daughter to the dealership they bought a new kia mentioned my name but could not remember my married last name. I immediately called the dealership spoke to mike g who stated he would get back to me. I didnot hear back so I called him. He stated he could not give me the incentive and denies my cousin told him about me. Needless to say I will not ever refer anyone to them. So be aware they will not honor their promises to their customers. Wow losing customers over one hundred dollars is such bad business practice. They aren't interested in customer retention or customer satisfaction at all. Such a shame.

My 5 year old daughter enjoyed her self with the complimentary hot cocoa. Most importantly Richard Martellio was amazing. I never felt pressured. He went over all of the safety features and he did not waste my time he showed me the Kia soul I wanted and never pressured to buy a new vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Every single person seemed happy to work with me, my husband and always included my 5 year old daughter. I could not say enough good. My experience was the best I ever had in Danny dealership. I contacted service to get a new key to replace the key blade holder that broke on my key. Rep wanted $140 for the new key, and $55 to reprogram it. I found it on eBay, with shipping, for $6. I can take apart the old device and swap out the broken piece. Almost $200 is highway robbery. Had you offered to do what I am doing for $20 or so, that would be reasonable, but $200? You should be ashamed to treat customers that way.

Went to Kia of Turnersville on a whim. Looked at a few preowned sorrentos which weren't really my style. I was asked what it was that I really wanted/liked. Well, that was the 2016 Kia Sorrento. Marcel was great and helped us with the process but we decided to really think about the decision for another week. We went back the following week and met with Brandon, Marcel was with another customer. Brandon was great from start to finish and we ended up walking out with a 2016 Sorrento!!

Ryan Mondelli, very happy with him as a salesman. His vibe is relaxed, chill, and no pressure. Any question we had he was quick to answer it, or got back to us as soon as he could. We new the model we wanted and Ryan gave us the perfect fit. I love this car, rides great, roomy, great on gas and has a ton of standard features they don't offer on American cars. Had an 06 serento and several other vehicles in between and I'm glad to be back in a Kia! Get a call or a card in the mail from Ryan asking how we like car. Ryan was great at pointing out and instructing how to use all its features.

Recently I bought a Used KIA Optima 2012 from Ryan Mondelli. He approached me in the lot, and introduced himself. He had a very friendly outgoing demeanor about him. He gave us plenty of time to continue to peruse the Used KIA Optima's in the lot. Once we had narrowed our selection down to one car, as if on cue, he appeared, and we discussed details about the car. He seemed very knowledgeable, able to point out all the features. During the whole process from test drive, to negotiating a price, to finalizing the sale, Ryan was courteous and professional. Other Managers who assisted with the sale were also very helpful and accommodating. I am very happy with the car, and I would have no hesitation in buying another car from Ryan.

After reading some of these "poor" reviews, I decided I had to give credit where credit was due. I purchased a loaded 2010 Chrysler Town and Country with 40K miles and was happy with the no pressure sales experience, the negotiations went well, and surprisingly I was given full blue book value for my trade-in, and also purchased a Platinum Bumper-2-Bumper 100K mile warranty for about $1500. My interest rate was fair, and the sales manager's tactics & pressure to make the sale is about what you can expect at any dealership. The difference was that I truly believed that both my salesman (now retired) and the sales manager had my best interests in mind. I came there asking for a certain price on a certain vehicle and they delivered - as well as offered me a great deal on the warranty. My point is - any reservations at that point I had were just that nervousness about signing - or (finally) making a decision. The last thing they want you to do is walk off the lot to 'think about it' or to do more 'comparison shopping.' So to be fair to them - they have earned my business and I'm often on their site looking for another deal. There are some real losers on new and used car lots, out for a quick deal, and some car lots have high turn over (real cut throat) competition - who don't care about maintaining a customer relationship - that lasts after-the-sale. So far I've only used my warranty once for a new gps/radio screen, that would have cost a $1K retail, and I appreciate the periodic service reminders. I think the managers at Turnersville Kia strive to please the customers, but just can't control everything, or every situation - and unfortunately so many people are willing to just post bad experiences, which is a disservice to all of us, as it skews our opinion or expectation before giving a business the chance to impress us. Turnersville Kia has impressed me, and I hope to shop there again. Thanks.

I worked with sales consultant Louie Medina. I thought I could only afford a forte but Louie was able to put me into the car I really wanted a optima with a payment that was very affordable. I was very happy with everything Louie was able to do for me and surprised. Louie Medina was my salesman 6/24/15. He had shown me a Soul a few weeks prior and patiently reviewed all the features, in great detail, went for another test drive with me and my friend, and simply and efficiently presented a good buy. I would recommend dealing with him always. He's the best !

The service at this dealership is horrible that tell you one thing then say they can't help then they say that they waisted there time with helping you I will never have anyone go to kia in turnsville again. They had one person processing paperwork. Supposedly people were off, on vacation, in other offices, etc. I was there 7 hours and by No Means did I feel I got a deal for my 2015 Kia Forte. I paid exactly what they wanted and there was no wiggle room on there end, And it was the last day of the month during a supposed "sale." I feel taken advantage of. They would tell me one price and then minutes later there was some fanatical reason they couldn't do it.In addition, whenever I have gone there to get oil changes for my 2014 Kia, they always told me my car needed various other services (wheel alignment, brakes, etc), but when I would go to other Kias or mechanics, they Always stated my car was fine. This is a high pressure dealership. My experience at other Kias have been better. If I can help it, I would NEVER EVER return.6-17-15 The car also had No Inspection sticker on it. I didnt realize it when I drove off the lot. At the time I just wanted to get out of there. So I had to come back for that, then I went to use the windshield washer fluid and it was low. This is a Brand New Car!!!! And my sales person Sean called, begging like a child to complete a survey, as he doesn't make money off of new cars. Why is that my problem???????? Smh! Terrible experience. And I dont remember the name of the man that I also dealt with so ignore the persons checked below. Sean was my salesman.

Can I give this dealership zero stars? Took car in for a whining sound that increases when accelerating. Turnersville Kia replaced power steering pump and told me when I pick it up, I will still hear the noise, but to leave it sit overnight so air bubbles could get thru the system. Did that and the noise is still there. Took it back and service tech told me it was still the pump and to drive it for a week. Did that and the noise is still there. They then had my car for an entire week and replaced the pump again and a valve. Got in my car and guess what? The noise was still there. As I was pulling away, the sales manager, Mike, came out. I told him I still hear the noise and he agreed, but he said with a smile on his face that I had a brand new pump!! He also went on to say that it could be belts (not sure exactly what the terminology was, but Mike mentioned something about belts). I think Kia is guessing at this point. Why would he now say it may be belts and why let me leave with the car not repaired? Just a week ago he had told me when I asked if the noise was still there after replacing the pump, what would Kia do? His answer -- they would dig deeper. I guess they decided not to dig deeper and let me drive off with a repair I paid almost $500 for and didn't fix the problem. Basically, I paid for a part and labor that didn't need to be replaced!! I certainly don't mind paying for a repair, but I do mind paying for service and labor only to drive away with the same issue I came in for and for a dealership to allow a car to be handed back over to the customer without fixing the problem AND to have the service manager agree he still hears the problem. Wonder if anyone from this dealership will bother to reach out to try to rectify the problem they didn't fix; it's called customer service??

We called ahead and made an appointment to test drive a car. When we arrived we were turned over to a salesperson named Lance. After handing over my Driver's License Lance asked me to sign some papers for "insurance" purposes while they brought the car up for a test drive. After actually looking at the paperwork it was nothing but a privacy notice giving them permission to use our personal info in certain circumstances. I've been buying card for 35 years and never had to sign a privacy waiver to test drive a car. When I told Lance that the papers had nothing to do with insurance and we weren't going to do any test drive with them he hemmed and hawed saying it was related to insurance. When someone starts out a relationship with a lie, there's nothing to do but walk out. Additionally, every car in the showroom had an added "dealer sticker" marking the cars up by $3,500. I thought that practice had disappeared years ago.

Louie Medina was my sale person and it was the best experience that I have had in 25 years of purchasing new car. I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. I had no down payment and was feeling pretty low. Louie assure me that he would help me in anyway he could. It was hard work but I drove home with a 2015 Kia Sorento. In additional I left my rental and he agree to drop it off for me. Louie customer service surpass anything I could ever expect and in my opinion he was my angel.Thank you for everything!!!!!

My husband and I stopped by to see about a Kia, Test drove it, fine, Saleswoman, fine...We settled on a price...great...we agreed on all aspects of the sale, trade-in and the final pricewhen we were about to put a deposit-some BOSS of the saleswoman walks by and tells us that the computer screen was on the wrong car (our tradein) and now the price is $1000.00 more. He read the wrong screen. We said that we already agreed on a price....he said that this was the new price...We left. Very disappointed. Im sure it wasnt his first time using a computer or having more than one customers trade in on a screen. Hmmmmm.how many times a day does this happen?

First, the staff are very friendly. They should probably be a model for any business, not just car dealers. They treat customers like they matter and not walking dollar signs. They do not pressure you and understand that this is a big purchase. I do a lot of research before going in for a test drive and they answered all my questions and then even brought up things I hadn't even thought of. They didn't rush my test drive (because I'm also not going to make a decision based on a 15 minute drive around the block) and didn't mind that I came back for a second test drive. Questions were answered honestly and I can say that because the answers I got to some questions weren't always overwhelmingly positive. Even the follow up from them was good. I test drove many cars with different dealers during my car buying process and was inundated with phone calls and emails from not just the sales rep but sales managers, service managers, etc. on a daily basis--people I'd never met were contacting me. With Kia of Turnersville though, I heard only from the sales rep, Samantha and she checked in about once per week which I considered appropriate. She also contacted me via email which I told her was the easiest way and most preferred method of communication --other dealers emailed and called. Although I didn't end up purchasing a Kia I would absolutely recommend Samantha and this dealer to anyone and everyone.

The tire warning light was on in my 2013 Kia Soul. I called Turnersville Kia at 2:00 PM and asked the service associate who was Autumn Anderson when I could bring my car in for service. She commented, "we should check that out asap; can you bring the car in today?" I was really surprised at this response. Autumn told me I could bring my car to the dealership that day at 3:30 PM. I had dealt with a different Kia dealership before and in my mind I know I would not have been able to take the car in the same day, especially within 2 hours of my call. When I arrived, Autumn immediately said I bet you need your tire warning light checked. She was extremely informative, polite and knowledgeable about this service call. My car was taken back to the service bay almost immediately and the work done and completed within 3/4 of an hour. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was polite and had a smile on their face. I liked this dealership's attitude, customer concern and believe it or not, their enthusiasm. I will return to Turnersville Kia for other services and I will look forward to dealing with them.

ABOVE & BEYOND : Words to describe our experience at Turnersville Kia ! How often do you hear ANYONE describe a car dealership using these words....ALMOST NEVER ! But this was truly our experience. Here's somemore adjectives to descrbe them : friendly,courteous,respectful and very,very knowlegeable. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly at the door and then introduced to our salesperson Roe Dilullo. What a special lady she is ! We were interested in a Sorento AND she was interested in us,our preferences in colors and equipment.She took her time with us ,answerering ALL our questions and explaining all the options and accessories.She supplied us with a credit application and upon it's completion handed it to Nicole Burgo, the finance manager who worked her tail off to get us the best financing available. Nicole too was friendly and courteous. We then met with the General Manager,Mike Burgo who spent alot of time explaining our options. Now this guy is one hell of a gentleman. Soft spoken,courteous and caring...just like talking to a family member.Purchasing a car is easy when there is trust and there certainly was ! Joe was so patient as I changed between a Sportage and Sorrento. He located the exact one I thought I wanted and was accommodating when I pick the one on the lot, and gave me the best price. Wait time? who cares they make it fly by with their friendly staff. They are under construction but its only to make your service visit that much nicer, again who cares? Well you shouldn't and you SHOULD ask for Joe if buying a Kia at anytime. Great guy!!!

Had an extremely good visit with this dealer, especially the service I received from Robert Cline and his finance staff. I will recommend this dealership in the future. Kia of Cherry Hill, NJ was horrible and I walked out thinking they were trying to bait and switch me to another higher priced vehicle. I told Kia of Turnersville that I wanted a base KIA with automatic and they had 3 available at an extremely reasonable price and I jumped on it. Can't say the same for Cherry Hill Kia.

Bought a brand new kia sorrento. has 1000 miles on it. i have to take public transportation and get rides because eveytime i need gas the service manager told me to call the 800 number. Mytank tank wont open since i purcheased the car. I told him I should not have to pay 500 a month for a car I cannot use. hE TOLD ME i DON'T CARE IF YOU PAY FOR IT OR NOT. That doesn't effect us. Hi, me and my spouse, were looking to get out of our gas guzzler, that we got from another place, and I wasnt sure, which place was suitable for our needs,but then we ran into Mike Seidenberg, and he was so helpful, he treated us very very good, and we will always, for now on , only buy our new Kia's here.I work in the business industry, where there are alot of mom's who are lucky for a very nice dependaple Kia, like those very nice Sodana's that will be our familys's other vehicle soon. Not only is it top rated, but its very kid friendly.I have only had my vehicle a few months, but I really enjoy, the ride, and it drives really nicely, and the color, RED, that it is, really shows off the body of this , nice, vehicle, boy that Mike really knows what he is talking about.I also like that when you go into a dealership, you dont feel hounded, or pushed, or pressured into anything, and he was very kind and nice and said we could take as long as we wanted to, no pressure, and no worries.. My daughter went looking for a used car. Sales person was very polite & personable. Took the car for a ride, great car so we thought. I wasn't convinced she should buy and expressed this to sales person. To stay within her budget, she would have to buy without a warranty. I wasn't happy but she bought the car anyway. Within 3 days she had a problem with the brakes, the back window did not work and the back side panel of car was loose. Salesperson said bring car in for detailing since it wasn't done the day she bought it and they would have service check the car. Disaster !! "brakes are metallic and that is the way they sound", never fixed window or back panel. Also removed inspection stickers Cannot understand since we were waiting for registration to come in. That was August 28 or 29th and we are still waiting. She is paying for a car she cannot drive No registration & No inspection and No answer from Kia. NOT HAPPY WITH TURNERSVILLE KIA

I want to start by saying that I am a consumer who has high standards and demands, and in my opinion as all consumers should. You work very hard for your money and deserve to get the best deal possible and to be treated with the utmost respect. I will never settle for anything less. And with that being said I've never had a better experience than I did at Kia of Turnersville. Richard Blitman is an honest straight forward salesman who truly cares about your buying experience and earning your long term business. He worked tirelessly to get me the absolute best vehicle that met my needs and was relentless about making sure we found every rebate and saved me every dollar possible wherever one could be saved. I almost felt like I had my Dad shopping for me and having my back. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was excellent and because of that between my girlfriend and I, we have now purchased 3 vehicles from Kia of Turnersville in the past 2 years and he will be my dealer for life. After having many bad buying experiences over the years with other dealerships, salesmen, and getting stuck in bad financing deals where the dealerships and banks make out while I paid the price, to discover the buying experience at Kia of Turnersville and the professionalism and courteous service that Richard Blitman exhibited seemed surreal and renewed my faith in that there are still good businesses and good people who care about taking care of you. I want to also add that Mark in finance was super nice and extremely pleasant to deal with. Finally I wont have my vehicles serviced anywhere besides Kia of Turnersville. Most dealerships beat you over the head on service / routine maintenance, but not here. Very reasonable prices and Kevin and the service team have been nothing shy of completely super nice and very accommodating.

while we were on vacation our Mazda tribute transmission went. my father in law just purchased a new Kia optima which we fell in love with. so we figured we would check out Kia of Turnersville. we loved the Kia warranty that came with his car so that was the real driving force of going to Kia. we met John Kowalski. very nice gentleman. was so different from our other car buying experience (which was 10 years ago) because it was so NON PRESSURE. John was awesome. answered questions, when he wasn't sure of the one answer he sought out a colleague Rich Blitman and bang answered it for us. we were looking for something that can tow a boat so we looked at the sportage and the Sorento. he offered a test drive but we were back fresh from vacation and weren't in the mood. john said not a problem. come back whenever you can. we were SO impressed with the NON PRESSURE, we are going back this Thursday to see John Kowalski and take a test drive. We will keep you posted on how we make out. By the way we went to Mazda afterwards and to Honda to do some comparison shopping Mazda sales guy got on our nerves and frankly being a Mazda Tribute owner (with bad tranny and all) we were dismayed at his salesmanship but happy we met John K at the Kia next door. We went to Honda but they didn't have the towing capacity we needed in their models (which in all honesty) I don't think I would have purchased there only because again John K. was a great guy at Kia. Kia Sorento seems to be the total package for us which again seems to be the only company that has decent towing capacity in a cross over vehicle. Thanks for the excellence in service! The shopping experience was excellent with all the sales staff members from Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. Especially with all the help I got from Client Schreiber, Sales Manager. He helped with my selection process, pricing and the finance department was great in answering all my questions. It had been 10 years, since I had gone car shopping, and this was so easy and NO HASSLE at all. Which made it such an AWESOME shopping experience I ever had with buying a car. They gave me a great deal on a great car, I would recommend them to everyone. Believe me it's worth the ride no mater where you live.I wish you were my local dealer.

Ive had nothing but problems with my vehicle since i purchased it, I shouldve just walked out, but since i ran out of time to look I purchased what i did, i asked for a couple things to be fixed and they were rejected in the negotiation. I brought my vehicle back a couple months after bc i had problems with my truck leaving me stranded. kia told me it was the battery and refused to listen to my suggestion of the alternator... so after i paid a couple hundred of dollars kia was supposed to reimburse me for my car rental so i could get back and forth between my jobs bc my warranty wouldnt cover it since their allotted time to fix the problem was 4 hours... the next day bc the truck took longer than expected the service manager told me they would reimburse me for the rental which i never was. my bill increased to more than what the gentlemen on the [phone told me when i came to pick up my vehicle where they were to fix my alternator and replace the serpentine belt (which you have to remove to get to the alternator) which i can understand paying for the part NOT the labor since it had to be removed regardless!!!! tried charging me for labor! i dont know how you people run your business but its crap. my warranty company paid you guys for whatever done and you guys tried to get a double dip with me after speaking to someone about the situation the price that was agreed upon over the phone was the price i had paid, and still never got reimbursed for the rental. I feel your service department and just in general dealership needs to actually stand behind their words. after all it is the customers that are keeping you in business, we are the ones that spend thousands of dollars (even extra to cover such costs to our vehicles) and your dealership is just about double dipping on whatever they can!

We met with a sales associate last Saturday about turning in our current lease early and starting a new lease for a 2014 kia sorento. We wanted to go home and think about the offer and check with our insurance agent to see how much more it would cost us to add the new sorento to our insurance policy before agreeing to the deal. I got back to the sales associate on Tuesday and told him we wanted to proceed with the deal since the insurance was only a minimal increase. We were scheduled to go back to complete the deal this Saturday at 3:00 when we receive a call from the sales associate advising us that the deal is now going to increase because Kia changed its leasing terms and instead of a 39 month lease it is now a 36 month lease which would increase our payments. Kia changed these terms on Wednesday but yet no one from the dealership called us until 12:00 on Saturday, only a few hours before we were suppose to go up there to complete the transaction. They are not willing to honor our agreement due to this change in lease terms. They are telling us there is nothing they could do for us, they are not even willing to call the financing company to see if they could work something out since we were in the process of completing the deal. If we would have known this was going to happen we would have went back to the dealership sooner to complete the agreement. They have advised us that they did not have any prior notification of the change in lease terms. I feel that they are very unprofessional and someone should have warned us that this was a possibility which no one had mentioned. If we had known we would have went right back up to the dealer to lease the new vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please take my story into account before purchasing/leasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I was urged to go to Kia by my two daughters. I went in not really wanting a Kia. I had done no research. Out came our extremely nice and informative sales person Joe Siegle. He changed my mind. He helped us get a very nice deal working within my budget. His manager introduced himself to me and my daughter and was ever so pleasant. He said he would help us any way he could. The dealership was extremely neat and everyone was friendly. I'm going back and buying this Kia. They sold me and now I am Kia Krazy!

I loved working with Mike S. and would send anyone I know to him!!! he started working on my deal while i was out of the country, and promised me it would be something that I would be happy with,and he did just that!!! he was very helpful and very educated about the inventory. I will work with him again in the future. In fact while we were waiting on my dream car to be ready, my sister found something she fell in love with too!!!The entire staff was very friendly and the manager Nicole was also very helpful!!!

We were looking to buy a new car and decided to look at the Kia. We went at a very busy time and the manager offered us water and something to eat while we waited for a salesman. He checked on us repeatedly and apologized for the wait. Bob Cline was our salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up with a Kia Sorento and are very happy with it. Buying a car is not a favorite of ours but Bob make it very pleasant. We were impressed with the entire dealership.

My wife and I visited several dealerships, including this one, while shopping for two cars. We walked the lot for a short period of time and were greeted by Rob Cline, one of the salesmen. Rob was genuinely friendly and left us to look around the lot after introducing himself. Once we looked around for a while, we engaged him again. He was very helpful, answering our questions without putting any "sales pressure" on us. The pricing on the cars was very good (new and used) and the overall experience with this dealership was very pleasant. We also spoke with the sales manager, Joe, when we went back to make our purchases. Joe is also a very nice, easy to deal with individual. Both Rob and Joe were up front and honest with me. It was actually a refreshing change from the experiences I've had at many other area dealerships. Rob road with along with us as we took several cars out for test drives. In the end, we purchased two used cars from this dealership and we are very happy. We would recommend this dealership (and Robert) to anyone looking for a car.

Simple car purchase. After two failed promises from other dealers to sell me a car, I bought a new Soul Exclaim. The salesmen were looking for specific vehicles from given general guidelines, so that delayed matters. Bank check cut, in hand to find car was sold to another customer. New car located with features that were not as represented by salesman (who is no longer employed). As a result of the botched sales, dealer gave basketball tickets as apology (found out he gives them away to anyone who test drives, so nothing special there), and offered to reimburse finance charges. Didn't happen until lengthy time passed and I complained. Other items required were leather seats, sold as cloth with swap out later. After dropping off car, it was only for a measurement of factory installed seats. (They couldn't have already known the measurements of these standard items?) Dropped off a week later, to find they drove my car about 40 miles away to install, used my gas, and neither replenished gas used nor told me about it. Upon complaint, in all fairness, they replaced the gas. Also as part of their apology, the now-termed rep offered a cargo cover, a mere $60 retail. That didn't happen until I complained. It was ordered, no one called as promised. Got postcard saying it was in. Knowing service hours, I went in to pick up cover. Parts closed early. No one said anything. Talking with rep, I am now told it is about an hour-long installation. It's two bars that sit on clips. What's to install?!?!? Correspondence with names and phone numbers at the end were responded to with one long run-on sentence and the request to call them or give them my phone number. If the person read the message, they had the number. If I wanted to call to complain, I would have. It is my fault to expect this company who received a nice $26+K check from me to actually make an effort to take care of their customers. Overall, I am greatly dissatisfied with this dealer's customer service. I am afraid to have any real severe problems. If they botch such simple matters, what will they do with a bigger problem? The owners are good in their reactive approach to customer service. They fail, however, in being proactive to resolve a concern before it turns into a problem. To be fair, I gave the dealership a list of problems to resolve. As of this writing, they have still not made good on resolving the problems. Some things were resolved to their credit, but I shouldn't have to go after a service provider like this that depends on their customers' satisfactions. The first time I visited I was given a card to rate their service. After a couple of months from the purchase, I have given them ample time to resolve these simple matters, and they still fall short. I hope they can learn from this review to see how they can improve their service. Some customers just leave unhappy and don't say a word. I gave them time to respond and resolve, and they haven't yet. This review should make them realize that some customers do care about the service they receive, and should be more attuned to keeping customers satisfied if they care about their ratings.

I give this dealership 5 stars because it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the moment we stepped on the lot there was no "hard sell" -- everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy being there -- probably because they weren't spending their time thinking of how to get over on us. While we waited they made us comfortable with bottled water, popcorn, and other goodies -- but did not have us waiting for long. We didn't feel like we wasted our time and we walked away content feeling that we made a good purchase and got a good deal -- far from the feelings of being rushed and regret that we've felt in the past. That night we recommended the dealership to some friends and will continue to do so because it was a pleasurable car buying experience! Other dealerships could learn a lot from Turnersville Kia -- we were treated with kindness and RESPECT the entire time.Robert Cline kept us comfortable and let us take a test drive as we waited for Joe Siegle. Joe Siegle was excellent throughout the selection and car buying process. He didn't give us any "attitude" when we left the dealership to discuss and think it over without any real indication of when we might return. We ended up coming back the same day! He took the time to show us how to use all the minute details of our car. He stayed hours past the time he was supposed to get off to make sure everything was good with us. An EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Nicolle came over at the end to meet us and congratulate us and let us know about the Dealer Rater site (she was very nice) -- but even that was no hard sell . . . I was happy to know I could share with others somewhere they could go, look at and buy a car and leave feeling happy!

I went into Turnersville Kia strictly to test drive the Sorrento, but drove away in a new Optima EX. I am in my late 40's and have had several car buying experiences in my life. Some good, but many not so good. My experience at Turnersville Kia, and with Jim LaFlam specifically, was a genuine pleasure. Unfortunately, Jim is not listed on the employee listing here yet or I would have selected him. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs. Jim was the first person I met walking into the dealership and his friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. In my experience, I am usually ready for an onslaught of typical sales tactics and am on the defensive. Jim is a genuine guy and seemed to truly care about my needs ahead of the sale. I had a couple of minor snafus that occurred after sale, but the dealership handled everything professionally and with sincere concern for making things right. Each person I dealt with was very friendly, concerned with making me happy and honest: Jim LaFlam, Mark Narciso, Mike Burgo, Kevin Sampona and Nicolle Burgo.I really did not expect this kind of experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Jim LaFlam highly enough. This is the first truly pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had!

After sadly realizing our 2005 Sedona was just too old to rely on anymore, I wandered into Turnersville Kia wondering if maybe mommy could swing a newer model on her part-time salery without involving dad! Well, John came up to me and my daughter on the lot, I blurted out I was in a mood and could he either tell me to get over myself or show me something I might like! (who does that?) Anyway, I really only wanted another Sedona and he showed me a certified pre-owned that more than fulfilled my expectations! Less than 20 minutes later I was given a payment option, I returned later that afternoon to test drive her and the next afternoon I brought her home! The entire process, if you added it all together, took maybe an hour and a half! I have never had a more pleasant, no-pressure experience at a dealership. The entire staff was friendly, they offered pretzels and drinks for my daughter (and me), I never felt like they were pulling any fast-ones....just a FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! When's the last time you heard that from somebody at a dealership? I also appreciated John's honesty. I had asked why some of the pre-owned models were on the lot and there was one van in particular he knew everything about because he had originally sold it and knew it's service records and more importantly, the real reason it was on the lot! That made all the difference to me. I don't know about the rest of you but there's no tree growing in our back yard covered in money so when you invest in something like a vehicle your family is going to be riding in for some time you want to make sure you know everything about it......and thanks to John I do! Don't hesitate to use this dealer! They are NOTHING like the others....

We recently purchased a new car at Kia, Turnnersville. We were recommended my a family member to purchase from Turnnersville, because of there ability to process deals and customer service. Our sales person was Mr. Jim LaFlam, he listened to what we needed and was able too provide us with what we wanted. Mr. LaFlam was professional and very helpful in our decision. Kia of Turnnrsville was pleasant to walk into without feeling overwhelmed by the process of buying a car. We would recommend the Turnnsville dealer to anyone looking to buy a car. They have great customer service and the sales associate was phenomenal!!!

I came into Kia of January 2012 to buy a new Kia soul. It was my first car purchase so I was very excited. After finding the car that I wanted wasn't available in NJ at the time, John worked hard to find me my dream Soul. I've had my car for 3 months now and I love it. I looked around the lot and liked what I saw, price was good, cars looked amazing. My daughter and I decided to look some more and this is when we ran into Ken. I explained what I was looking for and he couldn't have been more helpful or patient with me. Ken was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took his time. No high pressure sales, which made me relax and feel comfortable with the sales rep I was dealing with. A friend referred me to Turnersville Kia when I decided to look at a new car purchase. I started my search online and, within minutes, was contacted by Joe to let me know that my request had been received and that he would be happy to help me. On my way home from work, I decided to drop in the show room to browse. WOW! From the minute I walked in, it was obvious that this is a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Joe was able to show me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and started working on the financing. Thanks to both Joe and Mark, I was able to purchase the car I fell in love with, at a monthly payment lower that I was originally quoted. WAY TO GO, GUYS!! It is obvious that these gentlemen are dedicated to making the best possible deal for their customers. Then there is the "hospitality" section....drinks and snacks at no charge. It's a very nice touch! I'm already recommending this dealership, and Joe, to all my family and friends. It is my hope that they will consider making their next purchase at Turnersville Kia....I know I will!

I worked with Ken Kolansky and he was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened to what I had to say about what was importanat in a car and literally went out back and pulled up front for me to test drive. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. Turnersville KIA was the 4th dealership I had been to and the only one that seemed to be able to provide me with the exact vehicle I was looking for and with great professionalism.

Rate this Dealer??? - This could take me HOURS!!! yes HOURS!!! However when I walked into Kia Krazy in Turnersville, NJ dealers showroom on Saturday Jan 7th. It was like Christmas - you may say how? Everyone in the show room greeted me with such joyous "good mornings" this is a Saturday morning at 8 AM, yes 8 AM & this staff is so bright eyed & bushy tailed its awesome.. I entered the showroom just looking at the Soul & yes I did leave with one..Mike Seidenberg(salesman) awesome gentlemen... As we are chatting I heard over their audio system "all sales reps please report for morning kick off meeeting" Mike never blinked an eyelash.. I said to him - you need to attend that meeting dont you - moving his head & shoulders in such a way i know he really didnt want to tell me "YES" - I said to him you go to your meeting what could it take 1/2 hour - go i'll be here when you come out of that meeting.. Yes I did I waited..Time flew by so quickly i dont know how long the meeting actually took. Mike came down the steps & loked to his left & yes I was still in the showroom. As the time went on with Mike & I going over certain details of what I wanted to hear Mike Burgo(General Manager) approaches us & asked how is it going - my reply Wonderful.. Sales Manager Joe Burgo while i am walking around states go have a beverage,snack & oh did I mention LUNCH. Yes & it is all FREE for their customers.. I am not saying any more on what Kia Krazy offers their customers that have NOTHING to do with a vehicle for FREE. Our search for a Kia Sorento began in August 2011. The search was to find a seven passenger vehicle that my wife would feel comforatable driving. We began our search at Cherry Hill Kia which was a horrible mistake. We left the dealership after being lied to about the deal and almost being pushed into a Sorento SX that we did not want nor could afford. My wife was almost through with Kia after that experience until we went to Kia of Turnersville in October and met John Kowalski. John was ever the gentleman and never pushy. The only problem seemed to be that every vehicle that we liked was sold very quickly. Mike the sales manager even joked that we needed to think of all of his cars cause when we do they magically sell. But I digress. Anyway Mike and John worked to find us the car that we wanted and called to tell us that they indeed had found the one for us. The only problem now was that we were no longer in the market since I had been injured in an accident. After months of physical therapy we returned to Kia of Turnersville and dealt with John Kowalski and Ken Kolansky. My wife and I had found the Kia Sorento LX that we had wanted in the color we wanted on their website. Only one problem, the car was sold!! Mike Burgo feverishly worked to find us one just like the one that had sold and did just that. He found us the Kia Sorento LX, V6 AWD with the convenience package in the color that we wanted. We went over the deal with John and had a great experience there. I guess it was meant to be a Christmas gift since we picked up the car on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend this dealership over all others in the area due to their friendliness, non pushiness, and their hard work to find you the car that you want at an affordable price. I have given this rating because as soon as I walked in the door I received nothing but friendliness and respect from everyone at the dealership. Not only did I work with John Sireci, but he showed me around and introduced me to everyone who worked there. Made me feel very at home! Plus John knew everything there was about the car I was looking at, and within minutes had me understanding every button, dial, and the hands-free. And most importantly John and everyone else worked hard and long to get me the best deal I could get. They made buying a new car fun and exciting, and I will refer all my friends and family to them.

Robert took the time to explain all the features of the car when asked, and got additional dollars for my trade.Mike Burgo, the general manager is excellent to work with as well. Very friendly and reasonable to deal with. Both were not disinterested (as many dealerships are) when I first came in and said I was not buying that day. All around an excellent experience and I recommend not only taking a fresh look at the Kia brand (I was a skeptic but ended up a believer), but doing so at Turnersville Kia.They not only told me about dealerater, but encouraged me to research them and compare to other dealers, Kia and non-Kia.

After I got my used toyota Prius. The first week head light, rear light assembly sand engine warning lights gave me some trouble. Also. The gas tank wasn fill to full. Windshield had to de replaced because the car was sold to be withe bad condission windshield

I had a good experience with KIA. Although the dealer was friendly and personable I have had my problems with the company. Two weeks after I purchased my "Brand New" kia soul, i had to return it for service. The steering stopped working!!! They gave me a nice rental and returned my car within 3 days. That was great and i was happy until......The finance dep. never sent me a payment booklet. I told Kia 2 weeks before my payment was due and they said "dont worry,they usually dont send it until a couple of days before the first payment is due". Now im currently on the phone with the finance dept. trying to pay for my car and......surprise!!!! They dont have my information so i cant make a payment. Kia gave me an address and told me to write a check with my ssn on it and send it to a company who doesnt have my info.WHAT?!?!?! Maybe some1 will help me soon.

It was getting late and had to take my daughter back to college in the morning, but I am pretty sure we will be going back to this family owned and operated dealership.

Words cannot describe how wonderful our experience was at Turnersville Kia, last week. We showed up at 8pm and looked at several vehicles, the Optima EX GDI being the one that we test drove. We were nicely greeted by Rich Blitman, one of the salespeople there, who explained a great deal about the vehicle and offered us a test drive. Throughout the visit, Rich was a delight to be around and seemed to thoroughly understand our needs and desires in terms of a new vehicle. He was even great to our puppy that we brought with us!! The very next evening, after being contacted by a plethora of other (local) Kia dealers, we felt compelled to make the 45 minute trip from Delaware to come see Rich and buy a car from him....that's how GREAT our initial dealings with him were... Needless to say, we love the new car-it is beautiful and I have gotten many compliments on it already in the short time that I've been driving it....but honestly, the best part of the entire experience was Rich. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at ease, and to work with us on the price....he was cordial and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about Rich Blitman or about Turnersville Kia. The product they produce as well as the customer service they provide is extraordinary and is an exemplar of how car dealerships should be. Oh!! And I forgot to mention the fact that the GM of Turnersville Kia contacted me himself, the following day to discuss my exchange and to make sure that my experience there was extraordinary.....it definitely was. And....to top it all off, two days after I signed the papers and bought my vehicle, the finance department called to have me come back in and resign the papers because they had worked it out so my interest rate was dropped another quarter percent!!! Even without my solicitation of such. Overall, an incredible buying experience, and I will absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you Turnersville Kia and Rich!!!!!

I arrived at the dealership and was informed that the car has sold, and offered a 'sorry.' Sorry does not give me back my wasted time ir gas.

I went to the dealer and right off the bat Robert lied about price and said he accidentally looked at the wrong car. So I went back after a week and I wanted to be at a certain price Out the Door. He said he couldn't do it, and we worked out a price out the door. I agreed, then gave him a down payment, then he came back with paper that said our price, then added tax and tags to that. He lied again about price and then continued to try to lie and cheat me out of money. Not a good person to deal with!

He made sure before we left the dealership that we knew what every switch in the car was for. Love my new Optima and have many compliments from complete strangers.

My husband and I were planning on purchasing an used SUV. We had looked at a number of SUVs at various dealerships in the area and were not impressed by anything or anyone. We were originally looking for an used SUV within our budget with specific features. We thought we had lost hope until we arrived at the Kia in Turnersville. Joe Siegle greeted us in a very friendly manner and was not a pushy dealer trying to convince us to look at something we weren't even interested in. Since we were interested in an SUV but were having a hard time finding something used within our budget, we ended up at looking at a new Sorento. Joe gave us a thorough tour of the entire vehicle, showing us all of its features and answering each of our questions specifically. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle that I felt comfortable in placing my trust with this dealer. After test driving the Sorento, I fell in love with it, but not necessarily the price. Joe looked into every rebate for me and helped get the price down to what I needed it to be. After a small incident at the dealership, he and the manager threw in a couple of free oil changes and a cover for my trunk. It's nice to be treated with great customer service. Joe was such a pleasure. He was extremely patient with us, he never gave us an attitude except kindness and enthusiasm, and he had a great sense of humor through it all. I know that if I need to get another vehicle in years to come, the Kia in Turnersville with be at the top of my list as well as working with Joe Siegle. Thanks, Joe!

My husband and I both needed new vehicles and had visited many dealers before we found ourselves at Turnersville Kia. Our salesman, Rich, was great. He was not pushy, but rather very personable and friendly. We ended up buying two cars from Rich and the experience was as pleasant a buying a car can get. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and extremely accommodating. I love my new Kia and have no doubt that if I have a problem, the folks at Turnersville Kia will do their best to fix the problem.

I was looking for a used car to replace my old van. My wife came with me. Dominic greeted us when we arrived and with out pressuring us he made the visit and the purchase of a car the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I ever had. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, so that was not a flippant statement. He let me drive 2 of the cars for comparison. The one I eventually bought, I drove several times. When I decided on the one, his manager came out and without me asking, he said they would send the car out to fix the "dings." When at the table, I'm surprised he didn't get irritated with all the questions I had. I asked if we add this particular warranty what will it cost instead. After coming back, I asked suppose I purchase this warranty, what will it cost. I asked question after question. There was absolutely no point in which he was in a hurry or put us under any pressure. They got us a great financing rate that far beat my wife's credit union. I asked if the price was the best they could do and he said, let me see what I can do. He came back with a great price and even lowered the price on the extended warranty, which I hadn't asked about. He and every person there I ran into were very pleasant. I had a nice talk with one of the mechanics. They followed up with a phone from the manager and from Dominic. They made this a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or a used car. Oh, and I absolutely love the car and it runs great.

I had emailed and when I arrived at the dealer, George Smith was the salesman who worked with me, showed me the car, went over the features, took the car for a testdrive and I was sold. George was so friendly and took the time to go over the paperwork and answer any questions. He also followedup on a paint issue we had when we brought the car back to have it fixed and has emailed to make sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns, while I live by a closer Kia dealer I have been referring my friends and co-workers to Kia Krazy because of the friendly service i received.

I had visited many dealers(in Pa where I live) none were as curtious and helpfull as Joe was. I was in an accident on Easter (my first ever) and my rental was running out. My daughter suggested to come to your facility I did on a Sunday.(of course you were closed) but I looked around and met another customer there. He said your staff were very helpful; reliable. He was coming back for his second car. So I came by during the week; Joe met me; my son;&;my exhusband at the door. I actually was looking for a Sportage, Joe sold me on the features of the Sorento.He was able to save me money with a great deal that was going on. I do not have good credit but; his staff helped me get a reasonable payment plan. Nowhere in Pa were they as helpful as he was.I now ride in a reliable car; from a friendly place .I will come back to get all repairs and a new car from your facility from now on.I have already referred you to friends & coworkers who are looking for a new car.

My experience with Kia of Turnersville was second to none. Extremely friendly staff, no pressure deal, great selection and a fantastic deal on our new Sorento.Other Kia dealers in the area, specifically, Kia of Cherry Hill were rude and seemed non-interested in pleasing a customer and making a sale. From the moment we called Kia of Turnersville and spoke with Rebecca we were treated like friends. She recommended our salesman to us and Tony was awesome. Tony was patient and understanding while we decided on our purchase and worked with us in every way to make us feel comfortable. He is a true professional. We love our new car and will be with the Kia of Turnersville family for a long time!!

The reason why I rated this Kia Dealer so well is because for my daughter first car we bought her a Kia, never having bought one before and we were flabbagasted by the quality and price of it. She loves her Kia Forte so much. and as I drove it around I realized that it drives smoothly so I went back and bought my Sorento. The people were so friendly, they took care of us in the dealership and also still continue to take care of us. I love Kia.

I dealt with Mike Seidenberg over the phone for everything in the beginning as I live in PA and the dealership is about an hour away. Everything started okay aside from the slow service, we asked questions about the paperwork. No only did they not want to answer questions, they had to re-do it twice due to their errors. Exactly 3 days after purchasing the vehicle the dashboard warning light came on about my tires. I had them adjusted and 2 days later the same thing happened. I had to then drive back to Turnersville Kia after speaking to Mike and Keith in Service, who indicated that they would do the right thing and replace the tire. When I got there they decided they would just patch the tire. I disagreed and said they said they would replace the tire. (I traded in a car with perfectly good working tires, I should have gotten the same in return!) I had the car for 1 week at that point and shouldnt have had to deal with a hole in the tire. The Manager said he would split the cost of a new tire. I again disagreed refusing to put out another penny. Mike then showed an entirely different side of him. He was very rude and unprofessional and raised his voice and said rude things about my husband (who was not even there to defend himself) - all of which took place in front of my 2 young children. Real professional Mike! He even continued his rant after I told him not to in front of my children. The whole situation in the service waiting room was completely inappropriate. It showed me how unimportant the customer is AFTER the deal is done. Mike even had the audacity to say that he wished the deal never went through because he didn't like that we had questions about our financing and were upset about issues following the purchase, which by the way they still managed to screw up by automatically debiting our bank account without authorization. Three weeks later and my rear brakes are squeaking. Again the service department wants me to drive the hour down to them to check it. (Not to mention to bridge tolls I have to pay each trip). I could go on and on with other issues we found with the van, but this deal has become a nightmare and Ive wasted enough time with them already. I don't know why they boast about being the #1 dealership. I certainly dont know how thats possible with the way they treat their customers. Wheres the full disclosure they promised? I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, will not deal with them again and will tell everyone I know about my bad experience.

I was treated with kindness & respect from all who worked there!! Much better than the last experience I had buying a new car through a different manufacterer..I would def. go back to Turnersville Kia!!

we brought a van from Kia in novemeber, we loved them so much a few weeks later we purchased a SUV, the customer service is second to none, the are very nice and never treat you like just a number. Last week while a 100 miles from Turnerville Kia my "used" van broke down. We had our van towed to KIA as they are the only ones i would trust to fix my van, they sprange into action. took my van back in minutes and looking to fix the problem, unfortuantly it was a HUGE problem. The main computer broke, I have a used Chrysler and KIA computers couldnt fix it, KIA had my vehicle towed to a Chrysler dealership, where it was fixed, KIA picked my van up so I only had to go a mile to pick it up!! Kevin in service is so helpful, my husband will only trust them with our vehicles. I love how when you go into the dealership it is like a family, out salesman mike saw me stopped what he was doing to say HI! The GM asked if everything was fixed to our liking, it was and then some! Like I said we brought 2 vehicles from them one used and one new, we will NEVER go anywhere else!! If you looking to buy give them a chance, trust me you wont be unhappy! they treat you like a person not a number!!!

I had gone into another Kia dealer in Cherry Hill to buy a new Kia Soul and was greeted by a salesman who was very friendly and wanted to make a deal with me with the vehicle I saw in their parking lot. After being there for so long, I had to leave and had planned on returning the next day. Then the manager comes over and the pressure begins. Buy it tonight and I'll give you a great deal. I told him I had to go and would be back the next day. He said the deal wouldn't be the same the next day. Well I left. I did go back in the next day and the manager wasn't as friendly as the night before. I told him I came back for the deal. He said no it only pertained to the night before. Then I found out the vehicle was sold. I asked them if they could get me the Soul from another dealer. They said no they don't do that. So I went home and called Burlington Kia and spoke to a salesman who said he'd check his lot to see if they had the vehicle I was after. He never called me back. Lastly I called Turnersville Kia and I was given a very nice salesperson named Rich. He said the same thing, he would check his lot and call me back. He called me within 10 minutes. I arranged to go to Turnersville on Monday. Rich and I discussed the vehicle and exactly what I wanted and he said he would get it from another dealer and I would have it within a few days. Well by Thursday, the vehicle was there waiting for me. I am so glad I did not give the Cherry Hill dealer any of my business after reading the reviews in Dealer rater. Everything I read was true. They are high pressure salespeople and don't really care about your needs just your money.My experience with Turnersville Kia and my salesman, Rich, was pleasant with no pressure. He got me the car I wanted within days just like he said he would. Everyone there was friendly and nice. Even the owner, Mike Burgo called me a week after the sale to 'welcome me to the Kia family' Pretty nice huh? I love my Kia Soul and happy I went there.

John is GREAT! He got everything in order for me and I was in and out in 30 minutes with the perfect car for me. The sales process was wonderful.....especially with not having a lot of time to spend going back and forth to the dealership. John did three quarters of the process over the phone with me, so all I had to do was walk in and sign. If you need to buy a car and don't have a lot of time in this fast paced society.....but need a car dealership that is RELIABLE......John at Turnersville Kia has you covered!!!!!

In May 2011 I purchased a new Kia Sorrento that I love driving. Unfortunately, I can't say that my purchasing experience invokes the same feelings. Dominic (saleperson) gave excellent service. He was accomodating and knowledgeable despite being new to the dealership. My problems came when the finance dept. "forgot" to apply a rebate which caused me to have to return to complete new paperwork. I was offered the bi-wkly payment option and as of this date 7/14/11 the bi-wkly debit from my account continues to be incorrect. It still does not reflect the additional rebate that was given when I purchased the vehicle. I spoke with both the manager and "Dana" (of the finance dept.) and neither was able to correct this problem. I won't recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. I'll continue to work on correcting this problem with the payment company on my own.

My partner and I decided on a Friday evening that we would try once again to purchase the Kia Soul. Long story short- by 6pm on Saturday, we were driving home in our Certified Pre-owned Kia Soul. Our experience was just completely positive from the moment we arrived. We had wanted the Kia Soul ever since they rolled off the assembly line! Unfortunately, we ended up with the "higher rated" (boring) Toyota. Well then we started getting mail from dealers all over the area saying that the value of our Toyota had actually increased. First time we thought it was just a way to get customers in the door, but then we read an article in the NY Times about the situation with the Toyotas. After the tragedy with the earthquake/tsunami, Toyota cannot keep up production to meet the demand. Coupled with the fact that people simply aren't buying new cars like they used to, and we came to realize that it is actually a real trend, and that the value of our car would not continue to increase for very long until they dropped back. So, it was time for us to trade it in for what we really wanted in the first place- the KIA SOUL!! We were so lucky to find out that they only had 2 Pre-Owned on the lot. One was green (no thanks) and the other was silver. From the moment we saw it, we knew! I told our Sales Rep (Domenic) to start paperwork while we took her out for a spin. I had already test drove a brand new Kia Soul a few months ago at the Cherry Hill Kia- but decided to not buy there for several reasons. The main reason was just that I didn't like the typical "sales push" we experienced there. But everyone at Turnersville Kia was awesome. They went out of their way by staying late on a Saturday. Not so sure if that would have happened at another dealership. Who knows. But I do know that they close at 6, and we got there at 4:30. Test drove at around 5pm, and by 6 we had agreed on the deal and started signing papers. They could have told us that we would have to give them time to get the paperwork done, and get the bank approval. I even had to call the insurance company which took a while, and they were very patient. They were willing to wait and stay late on a Saturday just so we can drive home in our new car. I think Dom knew that's what we wanted! These Kia Souls are so hot, they can't keep enough on the lot! In fact, the one we got hadn't even been detailed yet, but it was clean enough for us to drive home!! So Dom just told us to do what WE wanted to do. So we said we wanted to drive it home! He got everything ready, and had us make an appointment to get it detailed later in the week. Very flexible. Very nice, and very professional. I am also in a sales-related job, so I know the importance of customer service. I was treated how I treat my clients, and it felt great! Thanks guys! We LOVE our Kia Soul- and we are so glad everything worked out the way that it did. Funny thing about our Kia when we got the CarFax report (which we were told Turnersville Kia doesn't even stock pre-owned vehicles that have accident history) but we noticed that our car was initially delivered in NJ and somehow ended up in West Virginia, and then here she is back home in Jersey where she belongs!!

I made my deal with Mike Seidenbeg via text messages and I recommend it to everyone!! I first called the dealership and spoke to Mike and told him what I was interested in. The rest was done via text. I didn't have to stop my life to make a car deal with multiples calls on the phone. Plus, Mike came in on his day off to sign the papers. I was in and out within a half hour of signing the papers and driving away in my cute 2011 KIA Soul. He was able to get the exact 2011 Kia Soul I wanted after searching the area. I can't say enough about Mike Seidenberg and this dealership. After a horrible experience with a Cherry Hill KIA dealer, this was a pleasure. Plus, my son loves the Kia Soul because of the hamster commercials.

Rebekah was GREAT she went above and beyond what was expected! It is so hard today to find someone like her who really wants to help! While others just go through the motions of everyday work. She was in constant contact with me via telephone, email & text messages trying to work out a number I would be happy with. It was unfortunate that a final satisfying number was not reached due to my financial situation. In the future I would purchase a vehicle from Rebekah and recommend anyone to contact her when looking for a new car.

Referred to Turnersville Kia by a good friend of mine. Although I went in looking for a pre-owned car, I ended up leasing a brand new 2011 Kia Optima. I love it! There was no sales pressure there, which is hard to come by in most places. They treated me like family, and not just some customer. I will recommend Turnersville Kia to all of my friends. They are great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TURNERSVILLE KIA!!

I was a first time car buyer and because of my unreliable transportation I had to do a lot of online research. I needed a lot of assistance because I had many questions on pricing, deals, credit, down payment, vehicles, and warranty. Thank goodness for Rebekah. She was so friendly and available at any time. While other dealers bragged on the vehicles available alone, Rebekah gave me information on the models, warranty, special offers, and also the quality. To be honest I wasn't very familiar with Kias so I wasn't too comfortable. But she made it comfortable and so easy to speak to. The friendliness at the dealership actually felt real and not an act. I love turnersville kia now and their krazy kia days. Even taken friends to go see cars who never imagined on owning a kia.

Having only purchased one brand new car in my life in 1997 (and being "fed" to the lions for the loan terms), I was a bit apprehensive of visiting another new car dealer to "negotiate" a price on the 2011 Kia Soul we wanted for my wife. Well that fear soon slipped away when I met Mike Burgo (general manager) and John Sireci at Turnersville Kia. These gentlemen went way beyond out of their way to EXCEED my expectations and keep my wife and I very comfortable during this whole process. We basically had honed in on the model of Soul we wanted and determined what we wanted to pay per month, including extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and roadside assistance for 10 years. John, our salesman, knows his Kias and worked hard to get us EXACTLY what we wanted and for that monthly payment (with additional options available), from the initial test drive to the signing of the loan papers. He gave us a great deal on our trade-in and even included $500 customer rebate. And the speediness of service to add a custom sunroof to the Soul we selected was phenomenal! They even fed us lunch (pizza and ice cream for the kids) that one Sat. afternoon while we were signing the loan papers. And our first two oil changes are free! We also met Mark in Finance who worked with us to establish our payment plan for the length of our loan, he was most courteous and respectful during the whole process.I can express enough gratitude and appreciation for these men and dealership as a whole. It was worth traveling 30 minutes from our home to buy this car! In fact, I will call upon them again in a few years when it is time to replace my '99 Blazer with a Kia SUV. Kia cars are great!Looking forward to working with their service dept. in a couple of months for that first oil change and body paint touch-up (free of charge).

Not only was the experience exceptional but, Mike went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted and got it from another dealership. This by far was the easiest less pressured by I have ever made in my life. Not only was Mike extremely knowledgeable but he was easy going, polite and realistic with me and my purchase. I had visited Turnersville Kia to look at used cars about 8 months ago. The salesman (Robert Cline) treated me so well that even though I did not purchase a used car at that time, I returned to see him when I was ready for a new car this time. He was very attentive to my needs, letting me take an extended test drive to get a better feel for the car I was interested in. He explained all the options available to me as well as the benefits and costs of an extended warranty, which I took. He also got me some discounts to help lower the cost of the car itself. He, as well as the management and financial staff all treated me very well, with a no pressure attitude and a comfort level, I have never experienced from a car dealer before. I would recommend my salesman as well as this dealership to anyone I know interested in a new or used car.

He also provided me with contact information such that I could contact him with any questions. My only negative is that here was very little negotiating on price, but I love my vehicle and it runs beautifully, so I can't complain to much about that!

George was our salesman and he did not play any games, no sales manager involved during our sales discussions. He did not have the black Sportage in stock that I wanted. Driving home from work I had heard a radio ad about a deal that Kia was having and decided to drag my wife out to get her a new vehicle (her car was 10 years old and had a good amount of miles on it). My oldest son who is driving soon decided to join us.... he had his reasons that will be explained later!! When we step out of my truck we are greeted by Mark who is very approachable and friendly and proceeds to take us around the lot to show us some of the cars. We explain we are looking for something that is great on gas and economical. Mark tells us about a vehicle they just took in on a trade (Toyota Prius). We look at that car and we then continue around the lot looking at other cars. My wife decided to test drive the Rio 5 and with Mark at our side took the car out for a spin. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car. After that we decided to take the Prius for a spin as well. Now here comes the part my wife hates... the deal!! It was pretty painless! Mark went over all the options and after deciding that we should go with the Rio 5 Mark went to get the deal approved by Michael. When he was away from the desk a brilliant idea popped into my head.. trade my wife's SUV in and by both the Prius and Rio 5. That way we both have cars that are great on gas and my oldest would have a more reliable vehicle. My son approved and "assisted" in convincing my wife to ask Mark how much it would it be for both just for giggles when he got back. Well the deal we got was awesome. We did have a little hiccup the next day with the deal but Michael apologized and more than compensated for the error. My wife and I are both proud to say we have two great vehicles and our overall experience was great. Mark even called yesterday to see how we are making out! We are very happy to be members of the Turnersville Kia family and recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price!

I went here, and talked to Rick. I told him that my credit wasn't very good at all, and he said that he'd try to get me a deal. Well, we looked at a couple of cars that were within my price range while his boss (I think his name's Joe, but I can't remember for sure) was trying to talk to the banks on my behalf and get me a deal. Rick came back to me and told me that he had a deal for me, but that he wasn't going to let me take it because the terms were horrible. He gave up his commission after working for hours to try to get me a deal because it wasn't going to be the right deal for me. I ended up not buying from him, but he recommended me to a place that I did end up buying from.The owners and sales people have integrity and actually care about you as a person first and a customer second. That is very rare in this day and age. Even though I didn't buy from here, when my credit is better, this will be the first dealership I visit. I would recommend Kia Krazy to anyone that needs a car.

After reviewing several makes and models I decided on a Kia Soul.The next question would be what dealer. I did my homework by reading several reviews on several dealers. Some dealers their sales people did'nt even bother to approach me to find out what i was interested in, they watched as I walked around the lots. I decided Turnersville Kia would be my 1st stop, inpart due to Rebekah's friendliness and promptness of answering my e-mails. John Sireci, was the salesman, very friendly and without pressuring you about making a sale. After a test drive and initial talks on cost,plus the fact they had in stock the Soul I wanted.I also recieved a good price on my trade-in. After agreeing on the sale the sales manager Mike(sorry did not get last name) approached me and asked if I followed basketball, and preceded to hand me 3 76ers tickets, which by the way were not nosebleed seats! If your thinking about a new auto, I Highly recommend TURNERSVILLE KIA.

The 2011 Optima was my third purchase this year from Turnersville Kia. ..'nuff said! ... no, really, the staff is great. Friendly, helpful, a real family like experience. Our salesman Mark was great ... my wife had him running around the lot, bringing cars of different colors to the showroom for her to see. This can be quite teadeous, but his smile never waivered, and his patience was inexhaustable. It was getting near the end of the night, and everyone wanted to go home ... but Mark never rushed or tried to push the sale ... he afforded us all the time we needed to make an intellegent purchase for us. The owners are great as well... they are very accessible, in fact, the office they work out of has a huge window with no glass that is open to the showroom. Once you decide on a purchase, they do their best to get you the best rate and financing for your needs and income. Like I said, this is my third purchase this year from Turnersville Kia ... you can buy a car anywhere, but you can't get the service,friendly atmosphere, and the sincere sense of caring like you can at Turnersville Kia. ...(and I've been buying cars for 40 years) I read an account of a customer complaining about windshield wiper replacement. I really find this hard to believe...and I'll tell you why ... after my first purchase, I realized our new Kia didn't have a cigarette lighter and to use an Ipod you needed to purchase a 30 dollar wire. When I returned to the dealer to hand in some paperwork I was asked by the owner how I liked my new Kia ... and I mentioned my dissappointment about the lacking cigarette lighter (seems no new cars come with them now) and having to buy a special wire for the ipod connecting. The owner immediately sent an employee to fetch me a wire ... and he set up an appointment to have a cigarette lighter installed in my vehicle ... he smiled, and simply said ... my gift to you. So I find it hard to believe they wouldn't supply a pair of ten dollar wipers. and as far as the cold pizza goes ....know what I was ever offered at other dealerships? ....cold water! ...I'm lieing, the water was warm.

I was VERY PLEASED on this purchase. I had been deciding on the ford escape and sportage for several weeks. To be honest I would have gotten the escape,it had push button key entry and keyless entry pad. I was not given the deal I had gotten from Kia. The salesmen were AWESOME at Echleon Ford (Mike) but Ford itself thought I was an easy target to get more money. (SORRY SALESMEN :( ) I had OK credit and Kia really took care of me and I love my Sportage, even without my keyless entry key pad. John Sireci THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a low mileage used car from Turnersville Kia and had a very positive easy experience. I had some bad experiences with the Loman Dealership in Central NJ (Loman) and another N. NJ Kia dealership promising that they had exactly what I wanted on their lot but when I got there the car didn't exist (nothing even close). I have alot going on and didn't have time to make numerous trips to these dealerships. Turnersville Kia was a completely different experience. No lies or game playing at Turnersville. They were honest with me about their inventory on the phone, I went there traded in my car and bought the car in a few hours. It's a very professional but friendly atmosphere there, I was pleasantly surprised and I'm very happy with my Sorento. Thank you Tony!

We just got through a bankruptcy, didn't want to come in and haggle. Almost all the work was done via internet and telephone. I literally went in, signed a few papers and drove away! With three young children, it can be a hassle to have to wait for all the paperwork. We could not be any happier! We were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car with cash! We were not made to feel bad about our credit history and were sold a good solid minivan. We were treated like the best customers. They worked really hard to get us the best interest rate and Marc treated us like old friends. I highly recommend Marc and Turnersville Kia!The Hunter Family :)

My salesman Mark Narcisco was very nice and was not high pressure. There was not a lot of haggling and while I really hate car shopping, this was not a bad experience. There was a long wait once the deal was finalized but it was very busy that day.

I purchased a car about 3 weeks ago. One of the tires and the wiper blades failed inspection today. The paperwork I was given (and what I was told) said that the car had been inspected and that everything check out fine and that they had actually replaced several items on the car (including the wiper blades). It's been a nightmare deling with them about this. Multiple phone calls later and they have finally agreed to honor their guarantee of the car passing inspection by replacing the items that caused the failure. I live in Philadelphia and I have to go all the way to Turnersville to get this done--another huge inconveinence. And I'll have to take time off work as well. Not to mention they are about the slowest place I've ever been and tried to make up for it by offering me cold, hours old pizza. Really?!? I'd strongly advise going eleswhere or taking the car to a full service mechanic and inspection place on the test drive because they clearly fabricate their own "inspection" results.

The entire staff is very helpful and polite. I would refer this dealership again, what a friendly atomsphere. salesman was great.i took my mother in law there to buy a car an suv she loves it.i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a fair deal.

My salesperson was Mr Forte, and he met all the needs I had and his service was quicker than any other dealer I have been to. He had a pleasant attitude and advanced knowledge of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. It was a pleasure to have dealt with him and the company. He related to me as a friend not just a customer.

My husband and I were on a budget and Skip made sure that we found the right vehicle and were happy with the payments. I would highly recommend a friend to buy from your dealership. We were very impressed. We had a few minor things that needed to be done to the van but again the dealership made sure that we are satisfied with the van Skip made sure that we had a set schedule for it to be brought to the shop which was Mon.Aug 2nd. and had a rental for me, and Kevin has been keeping us up to date on our van it turned out the bumper needed more work done then was expected Kevin calls to tell me that he needed to send it out to a body shop to have repaired, we are well pleased with that they are taking very good care of us. And not charging us for the rental car. I will highly recommend telling friends to buy from turnersville Kia. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership for a future purchase or recommend anyone to go there. They were informative, friendly, professional and i didn't get any of the salesman bull crap. They masde my purchasing experience a pleasurable experience and you know that buying a car can be hell. I sent in a previous comment but didn't know if you got it, it was more lengthy about my experience and it was a good, but I will save my future comments for my friends and family while I show off my new Kia. Just a brief note.. my previous car was a Cadillac but going froma Caddy to a Kia, I feel I made no sacrifice, the Kia has all the features I was looking for and I get to save money at the gas pumps a win win win!! The whole crew at Turnersville Kia go out of their way to create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. They have a great selection of vehicles in stock and our salesman went through dozens of his inventory to find the vehicle with just the options we wanted. The kids loved the free popcorn and icecream .... and when lunchtime approached we was even offered lunch ... I can't say enough about Turnersville Kia .... this is our second purchase from them ... it's great to be dealing with people who actually take an interest in what you can afford and meeting those needs.

My 2010 Kia Rio is the first brand new car I ever purchased. Now, having done comparisons before ever visiting the Kia dealership, I knew going in that I would get a better price than most other places. So this rating has very little to do with the price itself. Rob Cline and the team over at Turnersville Kia made this first experiance for me a very good one. They were friendly, and very patient. When I did not understand something, Robert took the time needed to make sure I understood payment, Americredit, and the features on the vehicle. Everything he said seemed factual, and in my interest as much as Kias.. important, as the common conception of Car Dealers and Dealerships is that they just want to squeeze money out of you. Not the case at all over there. Rob stayed with me and made pleasant conversation through out my visit, making sure I was comfortable. We even lost power at one point, which caused a delay. They bought a pizza and fed me! Now that I have the car, I grow to love it more everytime I drive it. Its safe, and handsome and its perk features.. (Cd, Satellitle, comfortable and large interior) are fantastic. I feel like I can call Rob with any problems or questions I have, whenever. So there you have it. Thanks Rob and Kia Turnersville team!

I just bought a new Forte from Turnersville Kia, and I have never been treated so nicely when buying a car! The salesmen wasnt pushy, and put up with all of my demands and treated me like an actual person instead of just a sale like other dealers were treating me. I was able to get the exact model I wanted at a price that I actually was comfortable with. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
