We purchased a new Escalade here and the sales team were very professional and made the process very easy for us. They were fair with the pricing and took literally half a day to walk us through all the controls as it is quite a fancy ride! I would definitely recommend them.

Called to try and make a deal on a lexus in there inventory.( I live in Nevada ) Requested to have the vehicle wholesaled to a nevada dealer at ASKING PRICE to utilize a Nevada trade in tax credit. Jimmy the GSM said no, that he had 10 leads on the vehicle and to call back Monday (essentially saying nah well work others first lol). No attempt to earn my business otherwise, no attempt to give me a value on my trade, to do the deal locally, nothing. Seems this dealer would rather roll the dice on the 10 other leads potentially buying, than work with me whose buying today! Your loss Tustin Cadillac!

Stellar service from Jeff McCamey, a seasoned and sharp Service Advisor. I came in to Tustin Cadillac for a rattling sound I was hearing at low RPM at the rear engine area and a service apt (oil change, tire rotation and inspection) on my ATS.When warm the rattling sound was not as prominent as when cold and the sound was a bit intermittent occurring at specific times and conditions. I knew something was up and dreaded the usual "we don't hear it" at the dealership. I pulled in to the service bay and it was not as prominent as usual when I had Jeff listen as I tried to reproduce it. I fully expected him to say he did not hear anything out of the ordinary but he jumped in the driver seat applied the brake and gently applied a little throttle. The sound came out loud and clear, as faint as it was initially his tuned ear heard it and he knew how to draw it out. He said we'll check it out in the inspection. I have been in other dealership service departments many times for similar issues with other brands, issues that can easily be swept under the rug until the car is out of warranty. Jeff found the problem and had the mechanics fix it (cracked catalytic converter bracket). Tustin Cadillac's service department just won me as a repeat Tustin Cadillac customer in both the service department and sales department.

Out of warranty issue with water pump and they stepped up and helped big time. Vehicle had 26000 miles and was out of warranty by 2 weeks. Dealership helped out with the issue and I paid a small portion.

I could tell Jeff was not feeling well when I got there with some sort of cold, but he didn't let that get in the way of providing superb service. Originally, he called me to tell me that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day, but towards the end of the day, he called me again to let me know that my car was ready the same day, so I didn't need to rent a car. I hope he's feeling better!

SERVICE MANAGER IS GREAT. !Need a better system for arranging a loaner. A week is too long to wait. Service writer(Kirk) should have offered when I brought car in that courtesy shuttle was available to pick me up(I live at culver and Meadowood in IRVINE). When I called, and asked about it, he said : "the guy left about 5 min ago to pick a lady up in Irvine." He SHOULD have said, "Let me see if I can get him to pick you up on his way back or let me see how long it will be before he comes back and then I can send him out" again."

Light on dash. Met by Service Professional Jeff McCamey Polite, professional started process to discover reason for light. Returned car and light was out. Told it was probably the gas cap leaking. Stated they had done series of tests and that was all they could find. On the way home, the light came on again. I returned the next day and they again took the car for further testing. They replaced parts in the EIR system and now all appears well. Great service, explained the problems associated with diagnosing the problem. Very satisfied, great service.

STUCK WITH A LEMON 2013 ATS 2.0 Turbo. Very similar experience to Brian L on the same make a model car. Multiple trips to the dealer with the same issue not being solved. Both of the Service managers treated me like a crazy person and telling me that it' not a big deal that my exhaust manifold bolts keep loosing and turbo was replaced at 15k miles. Upon picking my car up a couple of times it was much dirtier then when I picked it up. Including food left over from service person. Only person I am ok with is Ron the service writer who was pleasant and wish he could do more to address my concern but his hands were tied from his boss. Dealer service is terrible and car is junk can't wait to have this xxx gone from my life

Took car in for 3 recalls and normal maintenance and was met by Ron who took care of everything. Gave me a car and picked my car back up in afternoon. Always a friendly place and everyone there is wonderful. Would not take it anywhere else.

The service was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Tge problem was trying to make an appointment by telephone. I called service but only got a voice mail message. I left my name, etc. but no one called back. I had to call service 4 times over 2 days to finally get a human to make a service appointment. I was almost ready to call another dealer.

I recently purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from Tustin Cadillac. I had a issue with the rear view mirror on the passenger side. Ron Brideweser scheduled my service so that I could have a loaner car and resolved that problem quickly. I am enjoying my 'newer' Escalade and I will always bring it to Tustin Cadillac for service.

Great service overall. My service technician was excellent. I think one thing that could be improved is the telephone service. Whenever I called the dealership's general line, I got the general voicemail, and I couldn't easily get in touch with a live person. That should be improved.

My ATS had battery issues. Had to have the vehicle jump started several times. It seems, although the car is new, that it was manufactured nine months prior to my purchase and had only 45 miles on the odometer. I know that new batteries do not store well once the acid is administered. It had to be replaced and all is well. I also had the completion of my new car "add-on" interior Scothgaurd applied at this time. As always, Ron Brideweser, to me, is the face of Cadillac. He treated me very well!

Do not like your system for calling in to speak to a service advisor.....calls never go through and leaving a number to call back takes too long from you to call back...if you just have a quick question...you can't ask it.....SOMEONE should take the call .....

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I took my SRX in for the recall and malfunctioning sunroof buttons. Unfortunately, however, the sunroof buttons are not working again. In addition the memory button to the driver seat has malfunctioned as well. So I have to take the car in again.

I drive a limited production XLR and have been advised (many time} DO NOT let anyone touch this car who is not intimately familiar with this model. I had taken it to a closer GM dealer who lifted the hood and honestly pointed out they were not qualified to touch it and said Tustin Cadillac was the only place to go. Ron at the TC service desk proved to be intimately knowledgeable about the car inside and out. I can rest easy knowing my car is in good hands. PS They take good care of you in the customer lounge too.

The service and care was exceptional. The plastic seat covers leave behind a powder residue, which is very noticeable on a black interior. Possibly consider using I different brand of seat covers.

I have owned my car since 2003. A "supposed quality Cadillac" has required me to put in a new transmission, a new A/C compressor, Ihave replaced three of four window regulators,replaced a new water pump and manifold and also replaced new motor motor mount. It does not surprise me that GM has the major recalls that it now admits to. Service in the personage of Ron Brideweiser has been the only bright spot in my GM experience.

Ron Sullivan is my sales person and he was outstanding when handling my purchase of a 2014 CTS V-Sport. There was a delay in the shipping of my CTS from Michigan as GM held back mine and several other vehicles for QC. Because of the extended delay of delivering my vehicle I was running short of time to offer my 2004 CTS to a buyer that needed the car, so, Ron worked very hard to find another dealer (San Diego) that had the same vehicle I wanted. He was able to work with them to have that car brought to Tustin Cadillac so I could take delivery. I came in to have my 2011 SRX serviced and was met by Ron, the service writer and he helped me out immediately. I went to area to wait and he came in to let me know I had a nail in side of one of my tire and asked if I wanted to have repaired and told him yes. I thought that was very professional and nice for him to take the time to let me know instead of just having it done. I have always had a great experience with Ron. He is a great service writer.

Ron has been my service representative for years. He has a good sense of humor, but most importantly, is someone I have developed trust with over the years. As usual, the repairs were completed quickly and complete. Our service writer, Jeff, took very good care of us. Cadillac absorbed the cost of repairs done under factory warranty.

We started out in the morning to lease a new Cadillac SRX and the Mark Christoper GMC/Cadillac. Mark Christopher GMAC/ Cadillac had the worst customer service I have ever experiance in a dealership. My car was towed in to Tustin Cadillac on 2/14/2014, because it was dead, I called in and talked to Jeff McCamey. He was very courteous and helpful. He also made sure I had a loaner car, even though it was late in the day. Not only did he make sure the problem was fixed, he also found another problem that needed to be repaired before I took the car home. Great Job Jeff!

Because of the snow storms back East it took longer than expected to get the part for my CTS Coupe. Rick the Advisor felt uncomfortable having me drive the car with the intermittent problem of the electronic door unlock not working. He had me keep the loaner over the weekend and the car was repaired properly.

This was the easiest and best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The internet sales team contacted us via email and in 1 afternoon we had the whole deal done. We were really happy with the deal. Our car was out and waiting for us. It had a very cool sold sign on the dash. Our salesman Mike set us up their great tech team who set up and synched the cue system with our phones and took as much time as we needed to learn the cue infotainment system and every other cool device this car has on it. We will buy our next car from this dealership. It was so easy. Oh Yeah, and my ATS 2.0T is pretty awesome too! I love this car!

I am always pleased with the service that I receive from Tustin Cadillac and I love the new customer lounge. I purchased my Escalade from Tustin Cadillac and they have always performed the serviced on my Escalade. Ron is so honest & professional when advising me on what service my Escalade requires. It has 141,000 miles, it runs great & I have never had a major problem thanks to Ron and the crew at Tustin Cadillac.

I requested a quote on line and got one within 5 minutes. It wasl less than a day and I was driving home in my new SRX. Incredible Service! The internet team was very friendly and helpful. The sales process was direct and all of my questions answered without any games and back and forth. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

We went in to look at used Escalades and used SRXs. I explained, via email, before going to the dealership that we were looking to purchase a used car after my wife's lease expired in 10 months. His email response was, we are here, come on in and take a look.I have had the same conversation with a couple of Mercedes dealerships and one Lexus dealership. The internet sales person I dealt with at the Lexus dealership spent about 45 minutes with us. He knew we were not going to buy a car until our lease was up. Yet, he answered all the questions we had and gave us a test drive of a brand new 2010 Lexus RX.At Tustin Cadillac the salesman met us and opened with, "10 months is a long time away." He then unlocked the doors of one SRX, without a third row seat, and left for the showroom. He told us to come find him if we had a question. It was clear he did not want to spend time on us. We then went in to the showroom, which had a used 2009 SRX with a third row seat, which was down. However, there was not enough electric power for the seats to come up when the button was pushed and, it turns out, pushing the button is the only way to get the third row to come up. The salesman said, "It takes a lot of power to raise the seats. And there isn't much room." It didn't even seem to cross his mind that he might want to get the keys, turn the car on, and put the seats up for us. The Lexus dealership had cars with power. The Mercedes sales people would have turned on the car immediately. Not this guy. I estimate there is an 80 percent chance we will buy a used SRX in 8-10 months. There is a 0 percent chance we will buy it from Tustin Cadillac.

It took five messages and finally a complaint to Cadillac corporate directly to get a return call to schedule a service visit. (Never had a problem before this visit, and the vehicle was purchased from same dealership less than two years previously.)The service manager called and stated he would take us immediately and meet us as we arrived. He never met us as indicated. We had several items serviced. I had to call and check on the status of teh vehicle. I was told everything was completed. Once we picked up the vehicle, we discovered a day later that several items were not completed as originally indicated. When I called the service advisor back, he was not aware of the items not being completed. The service advisor said they had to order some parts, and that he would contact when they arrived. Four weeks later, we were still waiting for the call. We then filed a complaint and still did not hear anything.This is a dealership to completely avoid!
