CALL Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa FIRST!!! I bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee here in March of last year. Last week my AC stopped working. I took it in to the service department here and they acted like they didn’t really care to help. It was a Hot Tuesday afternoon with NO AC and said they couldn’t help me til Thursday. The girl at the the desk said they need to charge me $185 for a diagnostic and said my warranty doesn’t cover a courtesy car and would be $30 a day. I’m 45 and have purchased many new cars for the sole reason of not having to deal with these issues for a few years while the car is under warranty. I had a 2015 Chevy before this and the AC never went out. Longer story short- I just walked out of there upset and canceled doing business there. Called Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa and they were really upbeat and cool! got me right in. No diagnostic charge, gave me a courtesy car to get to work and had it fixed by the end of they day ALL covered under the warranty FREE of charge to me. Now that’s what I call service!!

I have been going to Tustin Chrysler for my 2014 Dodge Caravan for the last seven years. Dealing with Moe in the service department has been a consistent breath of fresh air in comparison to other service representatives. He has been steady at the Tustin dealership for a very long time. My van is used for business. I travel up and down the state a lot. I have over 166,000 miles on the van. Although it's had mechanical problems over the 122k mark, Moe was able to get Chrysler to cover some of the mechanical issues at no cost, to minimal. He is diligent in what he does and keeps his word. He looks for service specials without me asking and applies them according for additional savings. He goes out of his way to have the van serviced, cleaned and ready for me prior to departure with all safety points addressed and covered. If it wasn't for Moe, any consideration for buying another Chrysler would have been thrown out the window.

Great dealership with excellent customer service. Everything was done online for selecting the new 2021Cherokee. No hassle trying to add unwanted accessories warranties etc. Follow up phone conversations to finalize purchase details were friendly and cordial. They gave a fair trade in value comparable to other offers for cash purchase from reputable buyers. Sales person was very friendly and accommodating when he delivered our new Cherokee and picked up our trade in right at our home. Highly recommended dealership that will treat you right.

Our salesperson, Tony, greeted us in a friendly manner and was not pushy at all. He answered our questions knowledgeably, showed us many features and benefits, and offered a test drive. We decided to purchase our Jeep and Tony's demeanor contributed to our decision. He rolled with the objections and worked hard on our behalf. In fact, as paperwork was being completed, we were treated to a delicious Persian lunch. It seemed he genuinely cared and bent over backwards to keep us happy. We are now a loyal customer.

I hate this place because they had not fixed the problem with my brakes. This had happened twice so I don't recommend coming here. The only part that is good is how friendly and kind the sales department is.

Entire experience was awesome. From the moment I entered the dealership, the sense of ease and pressure free environment was noticeable. I cannot say enough about my Sales guy Joe. Prompt initial attention by Eric Halverson, and as I was a "Waiter" for this service, the requested service was completed in a timely manner. Prior to completion, Eric met with me to explain other recommended service, and I will return to complete the additional required maintenance. I appreciate the printed report that identifies service completed during the visit, and additional recommended maintenance.

Online negotiation of price before I came in. I don't like playing games. I know what I'm willing to pay and if that isn't going to happen it's better to find out while I'm on my computer at home rather than after a 35 minute drive to the dealership, and 2 hours of negotiating.

I have always had excellent service from Tuttle Click Chrysler Jeep in Tustin. I like how personal, efficient and honest the service writers are. The car salesman "Moe" who sold me my car 8 years ago still says hello to me each time I bring my cars to the dealership for service. I love that I can always run my cars through the car wash there. That is of great benefit to me.

I went to this dealer only because it was close to where I live. the didn't have the grand cherokee I wanted. told him what i was looking for.....I have to admit some of this is my fault for not really researching all the different options that were available, since I was looking for something specific. Anyway. the sales guy found a color and 4x4 but the chrome package is useless to me and i said that. Instead of asking or telling me what the other options were (i didnt know there was an off road package) 4wd was most important to me....Ive owned several 4wds in the past. I assumed when i told him i wanted a 4wd it would be with a 2 speed transfer case...(they didn't have any 4wd on the lot, the one i got came from another dealer, again my fault) what I got was a all wheel drive, the sales guy did not explain all the different 4wd drive options. its a good vehicle, just wont be able to go as far in the back country as i wanted to.....This dealer may have got this money but they will never receive another penny from me ever again
