We lost AC Fan while going on Vacation. The Friendly staff was able to quick to analyze the issue with the car. They parts was unavailable at that time but they gave us the info for a temp fix and needed parts and service need to tale back to my local dealer. The waiting area was large, clean and inviting.

* Byron was helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and not overly pushy yet clearly demonstrated that he has a job to do. He has dealt with us enough to know what is important to myself and my husband when buying a vehicle. Ultimately the whole team recognized that price matters and it made no difference to us how that happened whether it came off the price of the truck we were purchasing, more for our trade or if Ford accepted a lower payoff for our lease. At the end of the day we got the payment we wanted, the vehicle we wanted and Twin State got my trade that they wanted and sold a vehicle....seems like everyone won! I purchased a new leftover 2014 Expedition in March 2015. I have delayed doing the feedback until the delivery process was completed. The process was quite prolonged due to several faulty (out of the box) stereo units, travel distance from your Vermont dealership, and my travel schedule. The dealership staff made it clear throughout the process that they would do everything possible to get it right no matter how long it took. They worked with my crazy travel schedule, did ALL the long distance driving, provided a loaner vehicle, and did several extra things for me to thank me for my patience. Though it was an extremely prolonged process, I was confident throughout that they would persevere and get it right. The delays appeared to all be due to faulty stereo electronics supplied by an outside vendor.Thanks to salesman Danny Brick, manager Kevin Fontecha, service personnel Justin & Charlie, driver Norm Gallant for all their efforts.

I called on a Friday and explained the problem with my car which was the radio not working when it was cold out. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and Todd got me set up with a loaner. I received a call on Monday saying my car was done and was asked if I wanted my air filter changed as it was very dirty. I was told how much the part was before even asking which was very nice. Anytime I need to schedule my car for maintenance, everyone is very nice ands treats us wonderful! Thank you for the great service we always receive!

I started in January by looking into a GMC. Then I was told to check into the new Explorers. Back in the 90's, I had owned 3 of them before deciding to get into a car. So I went to Twin State, ONLY because I was in that area. I dealt with Byron, who was NOT pushy at all, was very personable to both my daughter and myself. After a few days of talking back and forth, I was still undecided. A few weeks went by and I decided I wanted an Explorer. Then one I had test drove was gone, Byron knew what I wanted, found me one and gave me a decent price, both on the new car and my trade. Byron at Twin State Ford in St. Johnsbury Vermont is someone I would definitely recommend people going to!!!

The day I walked into Twin State Ford I can honestly say that I was a little frustrated and unhappy with the previous dealership I visited. Within moments, I noticed a complete difference between the two dealerships. Twin State Ford was phenomenal. Right from the get go, the staff listened to me. Dan was exceptional, asking me about what I wanted, making sure I had different options to look at, and constantly checking to see if there was anything else he could do. And he is not the only one to do this. Kevin, Aaron, and other staff members either helped in the process, asked if I needed anything, or congratulated me on my purchase. Everything that was fixed was great but the main reason we brought the car in was for an oil change and then we wanted the inspection, the belt looked at, etc. all the repairs got done but no oil change. So now we bring it back again. We've already had it there a day. Alittle disappointed in that. But the repairs got done and for that we are very happy and we were advised of what needed to be done and how much it would cost and we appreciate that very much.

Byron Moore really went the extra mile to try and find me exactly what I wanted. I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape, which fits my situation of living in the mountains perfectly. I am comfortable in it and the visibility is great. It handles nicely. The only thing I would say wrong with it is the heater motor is not functioning properly, which Byron will help me make an appointment to be fixed. Otherwise, I am really happy with my new vehicle. Our lease was up with our Subaru and we did not have very good luck with that car. Decided to go back to a Ford as my husband is a "Ford" man (even tho this is my car.) :) He had bought his Ford truck back in 2005 from this garage and he is still running it! The salesperson (Dan Brick) we worked with to lease the Ford Escape was very helpful as was the finance person we met with also. We are completely satisfied with the service we got at Twin State Ford in St Johnsbury VT and with the very competent and helpful staff there. The Escape is just what I wanted and after dickering a bit, we got it for the payment I wanted to stay with and we are very happy with the car. We will probably go back there for our next vehicle when we decide to trade again. We also went with the maintenance package, but do not know how that will go as yet.

I have a 2013 F150 that had a rear door problem of not closing just right and hiting the other door just a little.Even though it wasn't that bad Twin State repaired it as soon as I reported it and vary fast . I have had a lot of good auto's over the years but not as great service as this. Great Place.

We recently purchased a Flex after test driving several vehicles. We were assisted by two wonderful young men, Jamie Philipe and Armando DeLeon. These fellows cleared snow off vehicles so that we take them out. They never lost patience with us, because I am sure that as older folks we took a bit longer to understand the magic incorporated in the new vehicles. Upon delivery we got further run through and were able to safely guide our new vehicle home in a snow storm. I have called and asked questions of Armando and again he was very patient and gave the information I needed. In my 60 years of car buying this has the most enjoyable experience.

We've already recommended Ted and the crew to the young fellow renting our farm and looking for a truck. I bought a 2014 Fusion standard shift (yeah!!) with all sorts of bells and whistles and the folks worked to lower my payment - a big piece of my puzzle. I had gone to another Ford dealer in Montpelier and been treated very poorly by the folks in the garage and will NEVER go back there again - in fact, I was leaning towards KIA when Ted cold called me and suggested I come in. Very nice - not a problem with my gender or age, good listeners, good pushers of Ford services - and I will definitely go back there and not shop around as I did the last time! My husband Frank and I headed north to Twin State Ford on a rainy Saturday afternoon, just to take a look at the Ford F150 trucks on the lot. Frank has never owned a new vehicle, and I thought it was about time he found that new Ford truck he had been dreaming of. We were amazed at the selection of vehicles available at Twin State Ford! Our Salesman, Byron Moore, was very helpful in pointing out the features and fuel economy of the trucks in the F150 series, and it wasn't long before Frank found his dream truck. It was getting close to closing time, and we were prepared to come back up the next week for the test drive. Our salesman stayed after hours to take us for that test drive, and ultimately to assist us in purchasing our new truck that day. The entire team from sales to finance to management stayed to help Frank get into that new Ford F150, the service was outstanding!! We were so pleased that we made the drive to Twin State Ford, we have told all of our friends and coworkers about our wonderful experience.

My 2014 was in for the 15000 mi service. Service I got ! Wonderful , polite, helpful service people went out of their way to make that experience memorable. I was greeted with a "Hello, we'll check everything on your car to make sure all is in working order" as I got out of my car. Renovations at Twin State have made the whole experience of entering and waiting very pleasant. I asked if I could have my car synced to my phone. Service called my sales person who came right in and said it was his day off but he had another person who would show me as soon as the service work was done. Armando was Fantastic for being so new. It was a VERY LONG DAY - got there at 10am and didn't leave until 3:30pm. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus sedan automatic. They worked in my price range and got me into the car I wanted. It took so VERY LONG and that was frustrating, so by the time we left I must have rushed him because he went over Bluetooth with me but nothing else in the car so I am learning as I go. Since purchasing the car - Armando had to have someone come to my work to sign some paperwork that was forgotten, which is fine - thankfully they came to me - so it wasn't an inconvenience. The personnel was great.

I was given an appointment for the following day, when I get down there on a Friday for the oil change, I am told that the appointment is on Monday! Needless to say, I was not very impressed. They did do the oil change on that Friday, but I never received any paperwork for that either. What the heck is the problem??

We needed room for a lot of child seats, plus AWD in an affordable pre-owned vehicle. Looked all over the state, but found the best buy in St. Johnsbury. Met all of our needs and then some with a beautiful, snesible, and affordable used Ford Flex. They even went the extra mile and drove our vehicle back to our home (4-hour RT) so we could take the new-to-us wagon.
