Carlton Rebeiz has spent the past 5 months helping me find the perfect car. If you're a little picky, find car shopping stressful but still love BMW I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Carlton if you're thinking about buying or leasing. He is extremely patient and accommodating and actually wants you to be happy with your purchase. I've tried shopping at Global several times and none of their sales people even compare to the level of customer support that I received over at United BMW Roswell.

This review is based on two service experiences and a car purchase on October 8th 2016.So I took my much loved 2006 325i in for service twice this year.First service was excellent. My car is out of warranty so I was not entitled to a free loaner car. Service shuttled me to work. Midway through the day they called to inform me that repairs would be three days due to back ordered parts.When I arrived at the dealer they had a new 2016 328 waiting for me as a free loaner. This was an awesome surprise that really made my day! I live near Decatur and work in Alpharetta, so the free loaner was a dream come true. When my repairs were complete the car was washed and delivered back to me. Expensive but I was happy with the results.Second service occurred October 2016 when warning lights came on. My car has over 100,000 miles and needed the Vanos solenoid and another sensor replaced. Painfully expensive but that is to be expected with these cars. At service drop off the VIP person greeted me to offer potential to trade up to a new car. It caught my attention but I really did not want a car payment. When my repairs were completed, Ms. Moreno with their VIP program had evaluated my car and provided me options to trade into newer BMWs in inventory. Chris Liu met me on Saturday and was able to get me into a certified preowned 2014 BMW 328i with the exact color, features and price that worked for me.Chris was awesome and made the process a pleasure. I was originally dreading the purchase but the numbers worked and now I have an awesome car that makes me smile every time I drive it.I keep cars a long time since I don't like to have a car payment. I did purchase the optional IBEX interior and exterior treatment since I want the car to look good for years. Because maintenance costs on these cars is expensive, I also purchased the maintenance plan. Everyone has their own opinions on these dealer extras, reviews were polarizing. On my research however I felt it was worth the extra cost. When I looked back at repair bills on my 2006 BMW, I wish I would have had these extras.Overall I had a great experience with no regrets. Chris Liu and other staff have given me excellent service for the past two years. Chris had my new car totally detailed and delivered to my office and swapped out my old car. He also had the exact BMW All Weather custom mats I wanted included in the deal and FedEx to my home as agreed.I would definitely purchase another car here.

Went to look at replacement X5. Started out with no intention to purchase on same day. Have been purchasing from parts department with BMW CCA membership for years Was greeted upon entering showroom by new car sales manager, Demitri. He described the dealership and new upcoming changes at dealership. Presented him with bucket list of must have options. He introduced us to Evan, sales associate. They had several vehicles on their three lots. Test drove two and was able to make decision. Both gentlemen were extremely product knowledgeable, a plus. Financing through BMW with interest rates rhat cannot be matched. Went extremely smooth. Very efficient and pleasant exoerience. Definitely recommend this dealership and Evan. Thank you!

The dealership is good, but they didn't work with me much over the price of the car. They definitely priced the car about $2000 over the market price, but they weren't willing to bring the price down to market range.

I want to thank United BMW of Roswell for a job well done...Getting a new a car is very stressful for me, I've never enjoyed the new car purchasing process. I always worry about the deal I'm getting, the back and forth haggling, if the car is what I'm hoping it will be, if the sales person is going to pressure me into something I don't want, am I going to be surprised during signing AND the list of my worries go on and on, the point is... it stresses me out. First, I will say I'm fortunate to have an amazing boyfriend who is great with numbers and finance. He started the new car search for me before we ever stepped foot into a dealership. I'd never even considered a BMW until he suggested it after looking at all our options. When we arrived at United BMW Roswell, I met Kameron Clarke. He is a sales person for the dealership. He was patient and relaxed, which was exactly what I needed. We went for a test drive and he explained all the details of the car. I asked a million questions, some were great questions and some I'm sure were ridiculous but Kameron answered them all. This was my first time driving a BMW, I was surprised on how well and smooth the car handled. If you're looking for a car, drive a BMW, before deciding anything.This dealership wants to make sure it's customers are comfortable. There is a nice seating area with over-sized leather chairs, a snack & drink station, and a television (which played football while I was there). They even have a fancy coffee/cappuccino/espresso machine and a refrigerator full of Coca-Cola products (that was a Coke plug). (This made my boyfriend happy).After all the negotiations and working out the details we were heading to finance to sign all the paperwork. That's when we met Dimitri Gossieax. He did an incredible job with us. I've never laughed while signing this type of paperwork before. He was kind and thorough during the process. He made me want to purchase another car because of how easy and fun it was. The dealership is lucky to have him.If your considering a car go to United BMW of Roswell.

I leased a 2016 750IL from them (my third of their flagship, most expensive series); while selling me, they were falling over themselves to tell me how much they value repeat 7 series customers. Since Day Two, they have failed to keep every committed call back and service promise they made. Their service department broke my entertainment system and disabled the the Internet hotspot in the check-out service before I took possession of the car. I have to make numerous calls, take the car by numerous times, and ultimately escalate to BMW Corporate to resolve the issue. If you're in the market for a 7 series and expect the level of service that comes with a $100,000+ car, find a different dealership that values customer service and keeping its commitments. This dealership is a black eye on BMW service and likely going to be the reason I never buy BMW again.

My Client Sales Advisor, Mark Thompson is very professional, knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I came in late from out of state and Mark had my car and all the paperwork ready just like we discussed with no surprises. I appreciated that Mark was never pushy and wanted to be sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Finance Manager Michael Carvajal is also very professional and was well prepared. Michael proved to be very helpful regarding financing options without any unwanted pressure. ...And he did it again!!In my personal opinion after dealing with different sales advisors and dealers, nothing comes closer to United BMW Roswell in general and Allen Bridges in particular. Allen Bridges is a unique, rare and balanced mix of compassion, friendliness, professionalism and enthusiasm. He literally went extra mile to help me getting my second BMW from the same place in less than 3 months apart. When I decided to change my car, the first name that came to my mind was Allen. And I texted him on Saturday morning that I am looking for a car, he was kind enough to accommodate me according to my schedule by staying late and I mean really late!! I just leased my third BMW. The entire experience was quick and very smooth. I worked with Tim English and he made the process simple and stress free. I called him up and told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or force me into a car that was out of my budget. In a matter of hours, he called me back with a deal that I could not refuse. He got me everything I wanted and then some! This is probably the best experience I've had leasing a car. Everyone at United was very patient and professional with a good attitude. I will come here first for all my future car purchases.

I absolutely loved this place! not only because I work her but because everyone in here is so kind... Ive bought my first car here last year and my salesman Chad was AWESOME!..... This year I had a bad wreck and was in need of a new car so I went to Vinith who is another AWESOME salesman to purchase another car and he went way out of his way to make sure that I get the car that I wanted!! He is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm always impressed!!! I can't say enough good things about this place I highly recommend for sure!!! Used car service is amazing! Purchased a used Audi Q7, and they put two new tires on. AC Fan went out right after purchase, and they replaced it for us with perfection. Then we found out that the tires were not proper for the car, and they not only gave us new ones, they gave us a whole new set, and this was 9 months after the sale! In each case they provided a free loaner while our car was taken care of. Farand Espaillat the manager, and Dave "Sparky" Lyall are great. They stand by their word and offer great support for their customers.

My best friend had recently purchased a vehicle and she told me what a great experience she had with Vinith. I was in the market to purchase another BMW and she suggested I go see Vinith. I took her advice and I was impressed with him the moment I met with him, he was everything she had mentioned. My friend had already spoken with him and told him what I was looking for, as soon as I walked into the dealership he already had options lined up for me with keys in hand to go out and test drive. He was very patient with me as I went back and forth with all of the choices. In the end I did finally make a decision and he was able to provide me the option I wanted that fit my budget. I would recommend Vinith to anyone he was attentive, personable and a lot of fun to work with.

I went to United BMW to purchase a used Chevrolet suburban. it's was a little strange how they go about the process. My salesman did only Internet sales, we didn't go into a office or go to a desk. We just sat at a big round table in the middle of the show room while our salesman ran back and forth from his little room then to the sales room. It took around 4 hours to complete everything. Which I thought was a long time. while we were test driving the vehicle I noticed the check engine light was on. I asked our salesman about it and he said it was probably just from them servicing it. We bought the vehicle then started on our way home. We live about 2 hours from the dealership. We got about 30 minutes from home and the vehicles "low oil pressure light" comes on and it say turn off engine. Well we were in the middle of the interstate. Turns out the check engine light was on because it's O2 censor and the oil pressure censor was bad. We just bought the vehicle and had to spend $500 to fix it. I searched the Internet for weeks looking for a suburban til I found this one. I thought united BMW would be the best choice to buy from because I always heard great things about them. But I would think twice before buying from their used car department.

I visited the Roswell location and met with VeeJay Johnson. From the beginning, VeeJay was patient and fully knowledgeable in regards to my selections. I came on my lunch break with 2 coworkers and test drove the Porsche Panamera, then came back later with my husband and children and test drove the BMW 650. They placed both cars side by side so we could compare both styles. In the end, my husband and I made the right selection and were very pleased with VeeJays patience, humor, attention to detail and customer service. We did not feel rushed or pressured and felt the entire staff also mirrored the same values you would want from a luxury sales associate. VeeJay was with us from the sales, test drive and parts selection. Even after the sale, he is available for follow up assistance regarding my vehicle. Thank you.

Top-notch, seamless experience from start to finish. I actually ended up traveling close to 5 hours just to work with Dimitri Gossieaux and the great staff at United BMW Roswell.Our family invested a lot of time researching vehicles and contacting dealerships. I feel very fortunate to have lucked into a relationship with Dimitri.We got a deal no one else could come close to matching with the best experience we could have possibly hoped for. Irrespective of nice cozy warm 70 degree sunny day in March, you day can be xxxx when you start your one of your priced and beloved possession, your BMW and see a warning message...The warning message on the screen was equally scary DRIVE TRAIN MALFUNCTION, CONTACT BMW I am not a writer by profession but I do feel that some people, actions, forces or events compel you to record the facts and worth writing..Due to my job I had moved to Roswell (Ga) about a month ago from New Jersey. While I was trying to adjust in SOUTH, I had encountered BMW malfunction issue and I was not prepared because it was 2014 modelI opened Google maps and search for closest BMW and there is UNITED BMW ROSWELL 3 miles from my home. I closed my eyes and prayed to god to help me and made the call to the dealership. Made an appointment for next day and got there 2 hours earlier than my appointment. I was expecting to be told to wait for my turn and wait in the waiting area But No, I was greeted warmly by Lindsay Schultz! She told me that although I am early, I dont have to worry at all. Her welcoming personality, professionalism and supportive talk has impressed; she arranged a loaner for me and advised me not to worry as I am in good hands That was the first happy SHOCK for me BTW she is from NJ and there is a personal bias J. So gets five star from me for her ethics and professionalismNext, I received call from Carol Craig my service advisor who in her anxious fast tone acknowledged receiving my car and promised me to take a look at the car and diagnose the issue.. well this is not a surpriseShe almost called me every day on the status of my car and I have noticed that she has been actually concerned about me and my car and resolution of the problem.. Thats a kind of shockWell the story begins when she called me one afternoon tell me that the issue related to the car is something that is not covered under warranty and I had to pay significant amount of money to cover it (I literally mean significant amount of money). That was a terrible shock!! I asked her to meet me and show me the broken part. So I went to the dealership and Carol directed me to the workshop where I was shown the broken part. What has resonated to me personally were Carols words Sir, I did not feel like breaking this sad news to you so I was waiting since yesterday to muster up the courage to share this information with you.. This shows her personal attachment to the customer as well as loyalty to her dealership.. This mix is hard to find. When I was interacting with her, I had observed her deep concerns and her willingness to assist me in every possible way.The final surprise was the entry of (I should call SUPERHERO) Bryan White, the service manager. In Carols office, he listened to Carol and me about the issue, made few calls and Walla utter the most beautiful words, Sir dont worry we cover the parts Doesnt this sound like a fairy tale? I dont care whether it sounds like a movie or a fairytale because its not It all real and they have won me over for life.. I have nothing more than deep respect and well wishes to this great trio Lindsay Schultz, Carol Craig and Bryan White.. PS: the story doesnt end here,, Carol introduced me to a great sales person (Allen Bridges) and today March 29th, 2016 I am meeting with him and hopefully getting a new BMW If you are looking for a new BMW or a certified one, Allen is your man!!

I have trusted United BMW of Roswell for the past 6+ years since moving to Georgia. We have purchased several BMW vehicles, and the service staff is wonderful. Most importantly Id like to mention how courteous & professional one Service Adviser has been through all these years = Francisco Torres! He has been reliable, courteous, and always willing to handle all service requests in an expedient manner and he seems to always go the EXTRA MILE to ensure my car is well serviced, safe to drive, clean from top to bottom, and he even takes a deeper scope of measure to see if my BMW needs any other safety or warranty services, all of which would be included in my warranty at no add'l cost to me. He doesn't just handle the "car issue at hand" when I arrive, but he obligates himself to ensure my BMW is in tip top shape, while he takes pride in their vehicles. He even friendly teases me asking when I'll trade in my current car and purchase a 3rd BMW from them! (the Sales staff should thank him for encouraging more BMW purchases) . Francisco Torres has shown me over the years how he takes great pride in their BMW vehicles, not only being very knowledgeable, but always in a professional & reliable manner. I know that when I arrive at this BMW dealership for any car issue, I will always be well taken care of.... whether I have an appt. or not. Their public service waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of seating, TV, fridge with cold waters & sodas, coffee machines, and sometimes snacks. I believe they also have work stations for customers customers who are waiting and need to privately work with free WiFi on their computers. When purchasing my BMW's, I have had the pleasure of working with very courteous knowledgeable staff, and most importantly I have never been pressured into a vehicle purchase, as well as I'm given all clear details on any vehicle I'm interested in.... like true mileage, where it originated from, warranties still included, etc.. No pressure sales.... what a blessing!!! They don't haunt me with calls later asking if I still was interested in a car, like other dealerships seem to do..... So bottom line is the Sales staff and Finance officers have been terrific to work with through the years. As long as Im living in Georgia, I plan on always using this dealership on vehicle purchases whether for myself or my kiddos. Thanks BMW Roswell, and especially Francisco Torres!!!!

I bought my first BMW M3 back in 1988 and have owned several M models since then. I had my car in for service for the airbag recall and had no plans on buying a new car. That was until I met Billy Futey (United BMW's M expert). Dealing with Billy and all the other fine people at United BMW I bought a 2016 M4 for several thousand less then what I thought was a great deal.

After I explained my needs and lifestyle, Vinith was very polite and respectfully honest about which cars suited my needs. He had the car we discussed ready for me to test drive for my appointment. Vinith never rushed me. He was very patient and attentive without selling hard. I mentioned a sports car and he unwrapped a new custom Tanzanite with beige leather M4 from the back lot. My experience with your sales assistant wasn't that good since I almost walk away from buying this vehicle bc of her, in the negotiation she was discourteous and rude trying to tell me that all customers in that particular dealer do not negotiate prices and, she makes feel like I was an insignificant customer for that dealer, being honest with you the treatment was disrespectful.Not customer should feel that way even if is buying $10000 or $100000 vehicle.After I took my decision of buying this vehicle I was waiting for one hour in a half to buy an insignificant $10000 dollar vehicle which was totally unacceptable an was in the middle of the day and the finance manager told me he didn't know I was there.Then I left the lot and need go back later to pick the vehicle and I got message that some signatures were miss it and they left a fedex envelope in my vehicle. Also I ask her to place the record of reconditioning that your dealer does after a vehicle is receive in trade-in to make sure the car was inspected. I never got this report and I sent the FedEx andgot lost.I star getting a lot calls and messages from her, even I told her was very busy she keep calling and texting until one Sunday I got a call from her at 9:00 am and was just after the holiday which was nothing professional, I explaied to her that I can't make it and feel like she was threatening me that if I am not go sign the papers I will have to deal with the tag office. she wrote me" Just don't be frustrated when a trip to DMV has to be made". I told her I did not see problem to sign paper in Jan 4th and anyway my plate expire Jan 31st and I was in holidays with family and didn't have a lot time. Can you understand that it wasn't my fault they do not have ready all the paper work after I was there almost 2 hours after I sign the agreement to buy and she keep bugging me for 2 weeks when a dealer has 30 days to process tag and title.Please I want this email rich upper managers, because not client should experience this service in a top notch dealer like BMW.A employee of any dealer should not treat a customer for the value of the vehicle is buying, or because is not the rich customer who buy only BMW.

He was very friendly and accommodating, asking us what we were looking for. Within 15 minutes he had a car for us to test drive. Upon returning, Vinith reviewed all of the numbers with us and let us know our options. Unfortunately the car we initially selected did not work for us but Vinith did not stop looking. Two days later he called us letting us know he had found a car that fit our specifications and within our budget. He worked all day to get the deal to go through so that when we arrived at the dealership that evening all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Vinith went above and beyond to get us our dream car. He provides excellent customer service and makes you a priority. We appreciate everything he has done for us and absolutely LOVE our new car. I will be sending anyone looking for a BMW his way! BMW Roswell, they worked hard to avoid me the stress of buying a car. First, I have to say that I made my homework, then I chose the car, a beautiful used one with low mileage and great price. With comparatives and other options in my smartphone. I was ready for the battle! To my surprise, I was treated as if I were buying the most expensive car in the lot! I had a trade in, they matched my top offer without hesitation. Then I went to the financing department, where I rejected all the extended guarantees and services and, again without hesitation, got the 1.9% offered online for qualifying buyers (the best I got at an Audi dealer was 3.9%). To finish this story, my car was not ready for delivery (I told you I made my homework), so I'm driving a loaner for a pair of days, a new 2015! What they can do better? I can't find anything.

Two points that may be helpful for anyone walking into United BMW Roswell:1. Front line staff are quite uninformed about the vehicles they are selling, and rely purely on back office to answer any questions.. Customers pay (with their time) for United BMW Roswell's hiring of lower qualified employees. Suggest going straight to the manager from the getgo.2. Rude and snobbish approach to negotiation - instead of building trust with their customer, they take a bullying approach that is premised on inaccurate information. They only respond to threats of going elsewhere (i.e., Global Imports, Nalley's). Very unprofessional, but that comes with their size and inventory.

I have never been to a dealership that treated me like I belong there. They were extremely busy, they were so kind. Mr. Hale, the person that I was dealing with was most helpful... Mr. Hale and I handled most of our deal from my study. Since I lived 3 1/2 hours away, I want to make sure that I had everything that I needed before I reached the dealership and Mr. Hale did just that. I am sure that all of their salespersons are equal in talent, but if you need a good BMW, call Mr. Hale.

I have been to many dealerships and this one was such an amazing experience. Donna and the rest of the team were kind, excited, and understanding to what I needed. They were able to work with me on many issues I had on getting out of a bad situation with my prior car and it was a huge burden lifted along with getting a car the I love. After narrowing down the type of vehicle I was interested in, I chatted in with Michael on AutoTrader.com/Contact At Once and made an appointment to test drive my vehicle of interest. Michael is very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicle makes, as he demonstrated with the Accord I was test driving. There was no hard-sell, no games, just facts and great pricing. The finance team even found a better finance rate than the financing I already had in place! I appreciate the communcation with Michael, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase (2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6). All in all, a great experience...thanks again, Michael!

Today I experienced prejudice From a sales associate at this dealership. I am highly disappointed in the service that I received from this establishment and I don't recommend any purchase from this dealership. I have been to several dealerships and never experienced anything like today. I expected more from United BMW and they definitely lost a customer today. I was in town visiting for the holidays and found a vehicle online. I requested further information. A sales associate, Reed, contacted me to let me know the vehicle is available and we discussed me coming to the dealership to look at the car. I arrived earlier than the scheduled time so that I can look through the lot and ask questions since this is my first BMW purchase. I walked around the lot for 10-15 minutes with no greeting/recognition from any of the staff. After checking with the desk, Reed stated that the car was in the back of the lot and he would be back shortly with the car. He returns to state that the car that we previously discussed was not available be test driven due to certification inspections. He also stated that we an still view the car but can not drive it. We walked to view the car only to find out that the car is locked, keys are not available, and the vehicle wouldn't be available for several days. This was disappointing because I previously told Reed that I am visiting from out of town. His response was to come back in a couple of days when the vehicle is finished inspections. After finding out this information Reed neglected to determine what my needs were. There was no attempt by the associate to show us a similar vehicle that we could view. The hour trip to the dealership was a complete waste. As a customer I felt pushed out of the door and not a priority. I came with full intentions of purchasing a BMW today. The associate showed a complete lack of interest in satisfying my needs as a customer. I will definitely be writing a letter to the owner.

First let me say I hate the whole car buying process. So it is with that said, I must admit that I was very pleased with my experience with United BMW. Even though I did not buy a BMW, but one of their pre-owned cars - a Genesis, they did not treat me any differently for that. They were courteous, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Our agent, Carl Coker was non-pressure and amiable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a BWM or any car that they have on their lot.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. This is the 3rd BMW that my husband and I have purchased and could not be more disappointed. We drove all the way from Columbia, SC to purchase the vehicle, our salesman Chase had 4 days to get the car ready. We sat in the dealership for over 3 hours before the car even showed up on the lot. During this time our salesman disappeared to "get the car" for over an hour and a half. No one including the sales manager was able to contact him. Once he delivered the vehicle, and I use this term loosely, the car had not even been cleaned. To make matters worse there was food in between the seats, a used toothpick in the ash tray and something growing in the cup holders in the back seat. At this point no one offered any apologies and the sales manager on duty was less than helpful as it seemed he was far too busy selling new cars and did not have time for one that was pre-owned. Fast forward one week and 2 conversations with 1) Eric Palmer (salesman) and 2) Tim Hall (General Manager) and I am ready to let the experience go. Thanked both men for calling me and listening to my experience. One week later I receive the BMW Survey via email and rated the dealership and salesman Chase a "1" due to our horrific experience. This should have been no surprise to anyone. However, within hours of filling out the survey I receive a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL text to my personal cell phone number from Eric Palmer. Please note: I never worked with nor met Eric Palmer. ONLY worked with Chase. However, Eric has taken it upon himself to text my personal cell phone number and tell me how unappreciative he is for my survey. I find this highly UNPROFESSIONAL and not to mention threatening when he texts "I wish you all the blessings you deserve, U will never hear from me again". I can guarantee this BMW owner will not be purchasing her 4th BMW from the Roswell Dealership!!!!!! There are no words to express how disgusted we are over this experience.

Bought a used Volvo from out of state, sight unseen online for a great price. Salesman, Adam Hale, was straight forward and answered all my questions. The buying process took a little longer than desired, but paperwork had to be mailed and notarized. Car had a clean history and most service records. Had vehicle shipped by carrier recommended by dealership, no issues with delivery. Vehicle was in great visual shape and very clean interior. I was told the dealership provided two new tires and performed a service check of vehicle. NOTE: Mechanically, vehicle seems sound, no engine codes. However, I had to change the air filter, oil, oil filter, cabin filter and replace key fob batteries and car battery within 3 days of delivery. Not sure if dealership services "used" vehicles in great detail, might be a cost thing. Something to consider when buying online.

I saw an aging BMW M5 on their website and I called in to buy it. The receptionist handed me off to Randy Canada who turned out to be seriously one of the most genuine and helpful Client Advisers I've ever dealt with. He was patient with me, answered his phone on his day off with his kids at the fair, and even offered to drive half way to meet me to deliver the car. His response time via email, phone, or text was very good and he was always polite.My offer (I believe was fair) turned out to be to little for management and they passed. No hard feelings, it just wasn't meant to be. Maybe I'll get the chance to close a deal with them in the future!Thanks again Randy!

It is the worst dealership that I have ever been. I went there to buy a certified BMW 328 convertible. We made an agreement on the price and I gave them my credit information for the loan and they said I can finance the car, so we shook on it and we discussed about everything from downpayment and warranty and all other things. After that they said I can pick up the car the next day and make the initial payment. Surprisingly next day I didn't hear from them, I called them and they said they can not do it!!! horrible customer service. I mean common I am not buying a Chinese car! So the next day I went to another dealership and bought a better car with a better price. These guys don't know how to deal with customer and they just brag that they are the biggest BMW dealership in US!!! BMW should cancel this dealership, we dont need this kind of horrible dealership here in US. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT BOTHER VISITING THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I decided to go out to the dealership to see the car and take it for a test drive. Once arriving at BMW of Roswell I was greeted by the front desk staff who offered me an array of coffee and snacks and then quickly had my sales person come out. After meeting my sales person (Eric Palmer) we went to the car and he showed me the carfax report ( that was consistent with the one I had already ran before I got there) explained to me the features of the vehicle as we test drove it. Even let me know the one thing that was going on with the vehicle and had bmw replace the part before the potential purchase. He didn't try to use any high powered sales tactics, I told him that I was considering other vehicles and that I would come back if I was interested in moving forward. I did go back and decide to purchase the vehicle. They lowered the price to where I wanted it. I was then taken to the finance manager (Dan) and all I can say is this guy knows his jobs and has great relationships with banks. I came in pre apporved already through my credit union and didn't think they would be able to match, better yet beat my rate. Well I was wrong, they beat my credit unions rate and got my payments to where I wanted them. Eric and Dan made it happen and I love my new 750 li!!!!

When I first started my experience with United, it was good. Bought a 2010 335i. United Changed the VC gasket before I took delivery. Then later flushed the brakes as it was over due and the pressure converters after the car threw a code 2 days after purchase. Awesome, great experience, did the right thing. Now we come to the past few days.So just about 800 miles into the new VC Gasket oil is leaking from the VC. I think there is no way the VC Gasket is already leaking, unless of course it was not seated correctly. To my surprise upon inspection I find a crack in the Valve cover. Then I notice a piece of the VC is on top of one of the VC bolts which to me means whoever put the Cover back on was a little bit rough. I give United the benefit of the doubt and say that it might have been due to old age of the VC and its a common occurrence with the N54 vc. Well to my surprise I am then told that actually the techs use an impact gun to do the vc. Then I am also told they don't double check the torque on the bolts so all these factors are more than likely what caused the crack. At this point to me that means United is admitting fault to causing the crack and you guys would take care of it no questions asked. I leave a happy camper at around 9 am. Then I get an email at 4:00 stating that my warranty does not cover the VC and that I would have to pay 1850 to get it fixed. This is where things just go straight downhill. Why would it matter if my warranty covers the vc or not. Just that morning it had been said to me United is the reason it cracked, or perhaps I misunderstood the conversation about not checking for correct torque? In my mind the part was going to be replaced on United, no warranty. I asked this in an email, but it was not addressed, so I knew that meant United had no intention of fixing it outside the warranty. So my written contract is in my car which is at United, so I pull it up online which clearly shows my warranty does cover the VC. I send that over to you (At this point I'm at a loss for words as I can't believe the dealership that sold me the warranty doesn't even know what it covers) and get a reply your contract administrator would have to look into it in the morning (How was I as the customer able to confirm the coverage that afternoon but you guys couldn't until the morning?). Now you have me in a panic, thinking I'm not covered on warranty, and you are now going back on admitting United caused the crack. So I call BMW NA. I get confirmation from BMW NA I am covered and in order to assist in the process emailed your team to resolve this. So next day comes, morning passes, and I have no update from you United. I send an email asking for an update to which I get "We're almost done. ETA 2:30." Wait. So does this mean you decided to cover it as United, did BMW NA reach out and that got the ball rolling, did your contract administrator confirm coverage? I have no idea because I never got any kind of update. Why am I having to reach out to you for a status update when I was told I would be contacted in the morning? 2:30 comes and goes, no word on if the car is done, so once again I reach out and get confirmation I can get it in the morning. I picked it up this morning and left. I'd expect this if I had bought the car from Steve-O's Used Quality Car Lot, but United BMW? Huge disappointment.Not one person decided to say "Hey sorry for the mix up." "Hey, our bad, we had an off day." No, the fact is nobody seemed to care about the situation until I reached out to BMW NA and then of course after I changed my rating. Yes, the car got fixed, but I could have taken it to any BMW dealership to get it fixed, and I probably would have avoided all this, but I took it to you guys as you had JUST completed the VC gasket job.

I purposes in my heart that 4 BMW's in a row was enough and it was time for a change. But after comparing Porsche, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, Audi, and a few others, we stopped into the United BMW Dealership in Roswell, GA. We were completely caught off guard at how bad everyone else was until we went to BMW. I even told my wife, "I don't want another BMW" as we pulled into the dealership to get my lease end paperwork. That's when I met Vinith Victor (#GoSeeV) and he introduced me to the M5... He was the first salesprofessional in the last 6 cars I've purchased to offer a comprehensive presentation and demonstration of the vehicle. (I normally just "take them for a spin" to see if I like them). Vinith patiently and professionally explained the advancements in technology, safety and performance and after the drive I was BLOWN AWAY! I still left the dealership - DETERMINED not to get a 5th BMW. I went to Jaguar, then to Mercedes again... But ended up coming back because virtually every other salesperson SUCKED! They knew nothing about the cars, or had no rapport building skills. #GoSeeV if you are interested in being treated with respect and recieving a truly professional shopping experience. I also need to give a shout out to his "selling partner" Dimitri Goceo (#DriveWithD). He was also helpful and made my wife and I feel welcomed and valued as we went through the paperwork. My salesperson was Tim English. Bought a 2015 M3. Nicely priced, gave me what I wanted. Tim would get back to me on his days off while we were discussing over phone since I am out of state. Finance guy Bill was also very easy going. No pressure, speedy service. Ideal purchase experience on a fairly expensive vehicle (which was perfectly detailed I might add).

We went for the i3 because they have a very good deal. We spent 5 hr in that place to ended we a higher monthly payment that the add said, even thought, we trade-in our old car and made a downpayment. Really bad business. Next day we finally found the way to talk with the manager who fix all the number in 5 minutes, so we could have the price that we are looking for. To much effort, a waste of time and energy.

Purchased my 2nd BMW from United BMW Roswell yesterday. I moved from a 3 series to a 5 Series with the M Sport package. Truly the car I have been wanting. The whole process was SO easy! When I went for a test drive on Saturday...Reed was with another customer....so Ray assisted me. When I decided to "think about it", Ray and the team did not pressure me to try and complete a deal that day. I called Reed back on Monday to schedule a time to see the car I was interested in....he had the car ready that I wanted to test drive when I pulled into the lot. They made me a great deal on the new car I wanted. The entire process from my initial internet inquiry....to the finance session after the agreed deal was in place......was simple and easy. While United BMW in Roswell is a very busy dealership.....the focus on the customer is evident. I would recommend this dealership and their team to anyone with a desire to join the BMW family! There are several other BMW dealerships in Atanta.....but Uniyed BMW Roswell gets my vote!

Management are world class (Mr. muggy & Mr. white) at Roswell BMW but a couple of the lady service advisors have not come up to there level yet but knowing how professional the above mention managers are, the few lady adviser will resemble them soon. There's 2 ladies in the car rental/loaner department that are world class. kim & I don't know the name of the other, but they both need to be in a higher position in the dealership because their customer service is outstanding, you can tell they love people, & their job/company. This dealership is privileged to have them as employees & can maximize there success by doing the above! The mechanics at this dealership are also great along with Mr. david bower!!! Used car manager is awesome as well! She is very professional & will find the vehicle you want, NOT what they want you to have! Overall management is WCP! World Class People!

I have always driven eight hours to Florida to buy from the same dealership who I know and love. I now have a dealership in Atlanta to build that same relationship with. Tim English and the team at United BMW were outstanding to deal with. Tim is super responsive, very nice and I felt very taken care of. The dealership charged me to repair an issue with my windshield wipers on my M3. Although covered under BMW extended warranty, they stated that my wipers were "tampered with" and declined warranty coverage.

For the record I work at a KIA dealership. You would think we are not as prestigious as a BMW, but the way this dealer does business makes us look like we sell Ferrari. I bought a used Audi from Charles. Charles did a great job. No complaint about the sales person. I went to get my tag and the car had no emissions. I spoke with Charles and he said get it sone and get us the receipt for reimbursement. I sent them the receipt for it WEEKS ago and have yet to receive reimbursement! What kind of "reputable" dealer does that knowing they have to sell the car with current emission by law. On top of that there was a harsh vibration at 80-85mph. I took it to the shop at my dealer and the balance wasn't done correctly. My shop guy showed me that one tire even had 2 rows of weights. He said it looked like it wasn't put on the machine and someone just slapped weights on there. We are not a BMW but we operate with integrity and do things right the first time. When you buy a new car you get a survey from the manufacturer so the dealer responds quickly to any concerns. We do that for used cars too nd that's why we have a great reputation and lots of repeat business. This dealer seems not to give a damn and because of that I warn you to make sure you get anything addressed there because you will never hear from them again and they will never return your calls

AMAZING experience thanks to our sales representative, DENNIS SOUFFRONT. My wife and I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned 550 from United Roswell. From the second we walked in Dennis was a class act. He addressed my wife first (as a gentleman should) which made her feel apart of the process. This was not the norm during previous "just browsing" trips to the same location. Dennis is lightning fast in his communication via text and phone which came in handy several times as another buyer was interested in the car. His attention to detail is second to none and really sets him apart from other sales professionals. An OK place to buy a car but "Oh My God"the service department is a complete mess.I purchased my X3 in September 2014 and needed a simple interior trim piece replaced.Not only did they get the wrong part in twice but my advisor Kip Stovall told me that he checked to be sure it was correct before I made the 104 mile round trip. He never checked, I wasted two trips and he never called me back again. It's almost as if he was mad at me......?I called Global and they were able to get the correct part in within four days....I'm sticking with Global and avoiding Roswell like the plague.

I worked with Paige Wissler to replace my previous BMW couple with a newer model. I decided to go with a pre-owned certified car, and despite the normal trepidation that accompanies purchasing a new car, Paige made the entire experience a pleasant one. She was helpful in every possible way and worked with me to find exactly the car I wanted in exactly the condition I wanted. I'm a huge fan of this dealership and Paige Wissler. I have bought several (5) cars already from United and go out of my way to give them my business. Their management team makes it dead simple to deal with them and there are never any surprises. Recently I purchased a M3 Coupe from Paige Wissler and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Paige is knowledgeable about the cars, helps you get the result you want, and really goes out of her way to provide the best sales experience and post -sale follow up, which I think is a lost art. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and United BMW.

After purhasing a vehicle from fields BMW in Orlando, FL, I realized I should have purchased my BMW from United BMW in Roswell, Georgia. I reached back out to my salesman, Michael Kim, and he told me he had an amazing deal for me. When I came in to see him, I brought the car from fields BMW in Orlando, and he notified me that I was in a horrible deal. He showed me 2014 550 with the M Sport package that was absolutely amazing. I did not think I was going to drive home in it, but after he worked out some amazing financing, and extras, that dream came true. it was a long day due to the financing aspects of it, but in the end, it was all worth it. I don't plan on meeting another BMW soon, but I have told any old BMW owner that they need to come and see Michael Kim in Roswell because he will make sure that you drive away happy.

From the moment I contact United about purchasing an i3, my experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a car. I shopped around town for this car for over a month, and no one knew as much about the i3 as Dimitri, and no one was able to guide me through the subtleties of such an incredible car as the i3. Spent over 6 months attempting to buy a 2013 X5. My wife and I meet with Charles Jean- Chalres and he was very professional, knowledgeable and pleaseant. Have bought 6 BMW's over the years but this was by far the best and easist purchase I have made. I did all of the ususal homework and due dilegence and felt I left with a fair to good deal and was treated very well. We made the deal via email and phone, without stepping foot in the dealership. The car was delivered to us in Gainesville, FL. The vehicle, while being a year old and having 10,000 miles on the odometer, looked brand new. I can't say enough about BMW of Roswell's General Manager, Justin Hoisington. The same goes for my Client Advisor, Dimitri Gossieaux. In addition, everyone from the Finance Manager, to the Parts Manager, to the Service Department Team are top notch. Our next BMW purchase or lease will definitely be from the folks at BMW of Roswell. If you're in the market for a BMW there is no reason to shop anywhere else!

I just purchased two vehicles from United BMW in the past six months. Paige Wissler was my Adviser on both. She provided outstanding service on both occasions. Paige listened to my requests. She found the perfect vehicle for my wife out of their existing inventory and had her in it on the same day of my visit. Paige had a new vehicle built for me. During the whole process, she constantly kept me up to date on the timing of my delivery. I was even told what transport ship was bringing it over from Germany, so that I could track it. I am writing this review just based my experience In the service department. I had couple issues with my car, so when I got there I was confused and really upset. However Ms Carol Craig my service advisor took such great care of me, not only she was really patient and friendly, she helped me point out my issues and the possible ways to resolve them, but also she kept me entertained while I was waiting for my car. Unlike the other service advisor that I encounter in other locations, Carol doesn't treat you as a client, more as a friend, a good friend. She even called me after couple days just to check and follow up with me, see if everything is ok with my car! I love her customer service. From now on I will only go there for my car's service !I

I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AFTER MY VISIT LAST MONDAY. MY HUSBAND CALLED SOMEONE ON SATURDAY AND TOLD HIM WE WERE COMING TO LOOK AT THE FORD FLEX 2011 THAT WAS FOR SALE . SOMEONE CALLED THAT MORNING AND SAID WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 1PM. ANYWAY WE GOT THERE AT 11AM HE PRINTED THE CARFAX FOR US AND TOLD US TO WAIT WHILE HE GO GRAB KEYS IT TOOK HIM 20 MINUTES THEN HE CAME BACK AND SAID THE CAR WAS SOLD THAT MORNING, MY THING IS WHY DID YOU NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL US WE DROVE 3 HRS IN TRAFFIC TO GET THERE. THIS DEALERSHIP HAD ANOTHER FLEX AVAILABLE AT THE OTHER LOCATION AND HE TOLD US WE CAN DRIVE OVER THERE IT IS AVAILABLE, I TOLD HIM NO IF HE WANT US TO SEE IT HE WILL HAVE THEM DRIVE OVER TO US BECAUSE OF THE INCONVEIENCE US. What a flawless buying experience. We were treated with professional courtesy and were impressed with the responsiveness of the team at United BMW of Roswell. Eric Palmer was very informative and did not hesitate to involve others who could help us learn more about various aspects of the i3. Eric made the test drive a pleasure. By the time another dealer responded to my internet request we already had our i3 from Roswell at home charging in the garage!I have bought many cars over the last 40 years and am only interested in to the point, no dancing, sales teams. Instead of showing me "stupid numbers" Eric presented two vehicle deals which both met our needs. It only took a minute to pick the one best for us and I knew from the internet it was a great price. I had a poor experience with the sales rep in that while looking at the Range Rover for sale he actually received a phone call from another sales rep of an interested party. So, even though I was first on site and to look at the car, I had to wait for the other party to test drive the car. I was also a little disappointed in the negotiation process considering such an elite dealership. However...The Sales Manager, Stephanie, contacted me the next business day and she acknowledged the errors, was genuinely apologetic, and offered to reconcile my experience. I also received a call the Dealership GM, Justin, who like Stephanie was very professional and genuinely remorseful for my experience. Both Justin and Stephanie worked diligently throughout the day to resolve every single issue, calling me multiple times.Please don't think they did this just to sell a vehicle; they did this because they truly cared about my experience and my opinion of them and the dealership, regardless of a singular car purchase from a dealer that sells 400 vehicles a month. Anyway, I ended up getting a very good price along with them absorbing the cost of a needed repair and new brakes. I know for a fact they did not make a profit on this vehicle (which they are entitled to make in order to run a business and pay their employees) and most likely lost money overall. However, they were willing to do this out of good character and the willingness to make things right. They will get my repeat business and referrals because of this!

After being transferred 4, yes 4 times, the finance department disconnected me. Really? Not solving the world's problems, just looking for a simple answer. Won't ever return. Very unorganized.

I was in the market for a used BMW and had been searching for a couple of months. I found a car online on Cars.com that caught my interest. I called to confirm it was still in inventory and went by on a very busy Saturday at United. I was immediately referred to Roger Henderson. Roger was attentive, knowledgable and extremely helpful without being pushy. Within 5 minutes I knew I found the right car. But the process that followed was an unexpected pleasant surprise for me. We were able to work out what I knew to be the outline of a good deal without any hassle, but I did not have the car I wanted to trade with me. I came back with that the next day and was given a very fair value for trade in. Within the deal we had agreed to some work to be performed on the car. They did an excellent job and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Although I bought a used car, they made me feel like I just spent $100K with them. I have owned the car for about a month and a half and could not be happier with it. I am a BMW convert, think United is very customer focused, and highly recommend both United and Roger Henderson. I've purchased at least 30 vehicles over the years and have never had an overall experience as satisfying as this one.

My brother was purchasing a car and I stopped by to see his car, before heading to another dealership to test drive a car I was interested in. Jon {the salesman helping my brother} got a bit of information about what I was looking for, and asked me to take a car out for a drive. I ended up LOVING the car and bought it! [335i Convertible black on black] The deal was great, the service that BMW supplies is outstanding, and just the fact that they made the process easy was amazing! I called ahead to make an appointment for a PPI. No contact at all. Left detailed messages with no success. I later arrived to see someone in person. There were three members of the service department standing around a cubicle. They gave me some lame excuse as to why no one returned my calls. When I returned for my PPI, they claimed that I need to make an appointment. The receptionist forwarded my calls to a department that never answers. Nothing but garbage for a bunch of guy's who want to leave early on Saturday. I wouldn't give these unprofessional clowns the time of day. Roger Penske should take notice to the numerous complaints that I've been reading. He wouldn't stand for this nonsense on any of his race teams. The same quality should be given to his customers.

After 2 attempts in trying to figure out what was wrong with my sound system, I brought my car in to him and he ultimately had to change my radio out completely. Spent a week emailing and calling the Internet Sales Rep. back and he just kept acting like I was the one who was non-responsive. Email after email just asking if I was still interested. After the 3rd phone call to try and get more information and possibly a test drive set up, and he still didn't reply, I just gave up on them. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

Considering the experience at other BMW service centers I have been to in past, at BMW Roswell, was my best experience. I just moved in from New Jersey to Georgia, and I was provided a service appointment in a very short time (2 days), the advisor Kip was able to understand things very well and get the diagnostics, finding and fixing the issues all done over a weekend along with providing a loaner during the weekend. I would not only recommend this place but also thinking of buying my next car from here.

Went to look at a 2002 540i, six-speed manual with M Sport suspension and wheels. The car looked great, but when the associate salesperson drove it from a distant lot, it arrived smoking and smelling of burned clutch components. The clutch pedal was only partially recovered from the disengaged position, confirming my opinion that clutch components needed servicing. I indicated to the associate that I still had interest in the car, but would like to know what repairs, specifically, would take place as a condition of buying the car. Clutches are seldom covered under warranty, therefore I needed to be sure the problem was attended to prior to purchase, or the price adjusted accordingly. I also emailed the salesperson and stated my concerns and requested that he get back to me regarding the condition of the car and the terms of my request. I (verbally) committed to buying the car if the clutch issue were resolved, and the details of which were disclosed. I intended to purchase two BMW's on that day; one for me (02 540i) and one for my college age daughter (New 135i). I do not believe that presenting a defective product is standard practice at a premier dealership, and I understand that some things slip through the cracks, but no one has bothered to respond to my email or give me a courtesy call. That, I find, is inexcusable.

They had the right BMW I was looking for and for a competitive price too. I was skeptical about the quality before I reached the dealership but to my surprise, the price was low and the quality was great ! Gareth took good care of me and walked me through the car I was interested in. He gave ample time for me to test drive it, discuss its features, price and drove me to the purchase process. the service was excellent till the drove the car out happily yesterday !! I am hoping to do more business with them and will definitely recommend this dealer. To take the service to the next level, they can expedite the finance process which took a tag longer than normal. But overall very satisfied !!

I brought my vehicle in for the first real service after I bought it about an year ago. Carol was nice and professional as usual. She kept me updated on the status of the car. Julie at the service desk was very nice, she helped me get a BMW loaner instead of a rental car (they were out of BMW loaners). Julie definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciate her efforts.My only slight issue was the fact that why was a loaner not reserved for me? I made a reservation and they knew I needed a car. At the price level of my vehicle I expect a little extra attention. I am always guaranteed to get a MB loaner with my AMG, and I had the same with Porsche. I understand using a rental car for a $40k Bmw but not at the top of the line. Maybe the service manager can review their policy on the few clients that purchased top of the line BMW vehicles. At that level your clients are cross shopping Maserati, AMGs, Porches, and AMs, its a different level ball game I would think.Carol and Julie are great however, and I will continue to go back because of them.

I'd give Brent Calvert & United BMW more then 5 stars if I could! Extremely satisfied on all accounts! I can only echo the great experiences others have had dealing with Brent! I emailed a lot of other dealers in the search for my dream car & none came close to the level of service provided. From responding to emails/calls, to the excellent offer received for my trade-in & finally closing the deal, things could not have gone smoother. In fact I never even had to visit the dealer! Brent was able to meet me closer to where I live! As a long distance buyer, that was sure nice! I purchased a 2013 328XI coupe here and it was a seemingly smooth experience. Rodger was the salesman I dealt with and he made me feel very comfortable and confident about my purchase. He was very resourceful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and other vehicles in their inventory. He gave me tips on upkeep and maintenance (because im a newbie in the BMW family). After the sales transaction was complete, the customer service didn't stop there. He took the time to sit in the car with me and went over the operation and purpose of every button, all the options on the navigation and every little nook and cranny in my newly purchased vehicle; from under the hood all the way to the screen in the back passenger window. The staff at this dealership seemed like they genuinely appreciated my business-especially Rodger. The General manager even came out to greet every customer inside. I am a huge fan of BMW since I was a little kid. started off with my dad's 1987 bmw316, then 1998 bmw318i... I knew that when I grow up, I was going to get me one also. So when I felt ready, there was no doubt, I went straight to the source! BMW dealership. I was introduced to Paige Wissler BMW Client Advisor, and I had the best experience ever. Once I told her what I was looking for, she found the right car for me right away. A couple of days later, I was the happy owner of my first BMW, and none less than the 335i coupe. The paperwork process went smoother than I thought, Paige made it a very easy and stress free process. The car was detailed, and serviced for me to pick up whenever I was ready to stop by. If you want the best sales person out there, I recommand Paige 200%, you will not regret it, I garanty it.

I went there a couple of days ago. I had purchased a new BMW from United BMW of Roswell. I went back not so long ago to trade for another one and while the first one went fine, mistakes were made and I blame it on myself. The second time I felt uncomfortable, I felt that they picked out a vehicle for me and didn't even talk about it, I felt that the entire conversation was money which to some regard it should be, but not as deeply as they were and talking about it before they even started showing any vehicles. They were not rude, I just think they could have treated me a little better and worked with me which they refused to do.

This dealer (and Tyler Heard the regional VP) lack integrity, deal with people in unethical manners, and refuse to even attempt to make things right. I tried to purchase a vehicle from United BMW of Roswell, GA. I called and told them I wanted to buy a particular vehicle and offered them my credit card as payment. The salesperson said he would call me right back and get it all taken care of. He never did. After 3 attempts over several hours, the sales manager finally made him call me. When he did call me, he informed me that they had just sold the vehicle! I called Tyler Heard, he said he was the regional VP and he apologized (of course) and said he would look into it. After a few phone tags, he refuses to answer my calls or return any of my voicemails.

Everytime I have had my 2007 M6 in for service it's always been great. It takes longer than I usually plan for, but it is an M which apparently takes longer. My service advisor, Eric Rossman, is great and takes good care of me. He always gets me the best price he can, and when there are hiccups he does everything to assure my satisfaction. I can honestly say when I move to Florida I am going to miss getting my car serviced here.

I used USAA's Car Buying Service and the coordination between them and the dealer was significantly better than I expected. The sales process was easy, and I appreciated the Finance Manager expediting the paperwork so I could keep an appointment. The most impressive part of the entire experience was the level of customer service led by Jim Tompkins to address a few minor issues with the car after I purchased it. I was provided with a loaner to drive while they resolved the issues quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I already recommended them to a friend who also purchased a used BMW from them. Yes, run flats can be driven on.. But if you can't get a run flat replacement you have no place to go - especial on a Weekend. Had a flat tire on a Sunday and was stranded for 2 days. AAA can't help you either - you have run flats! Can't locate proper run flat tire replacement. BMW Road side assistance claimed they would reimburse me for rental car, YET in the end.... we received a random check for $202.80 which didn't cover much as I was stranded. Comforting to even have State Trooper share stories of 2 fatalities because of run flats. YEP, drive on that run flat tire but; you better hope you can make it to a dealership that has your run flats in stock! Don't damage your car on the way - your warrantee may not cover that. You may be told by BMW Roadside assistance that they will reimburse you but, they have no authority but to make arrangement$ for you and comfort you. Purchased Tire warrantee from this dealership and it's not worth the paper it is printed on.

I havent picked up my car yet, will be doing so shortly. I must say Jim Tompkins and the level of service he has provided thus far as been superior. I have talked with Jim many times in the past for my other cars, but always ended up going with another (closer) dealer. I am starting to think that was a mistake. Jim has been truely proffesional from the get go. He responds promptly to all communication, and has been a blessing to work with. I purchased my SECOND vehicle from United. I drove there from Birmingham to do so. I am extremely disappointed. Really not asking much...I was told that I would get information as to when my certified used car had the oil changed and when alignnment/rotation took place so that I would have SOME idea of when to get work done again. ALSO, I seem to have a tool missing in onboard tool kit and they simply tell me I am not missing anything, though the owner's manual states car with sun roofs have a tool that is not included in the tool kit. I either get ignored, or given no information. I guess they have the sale now, so no need to care.

In January I purchased a new 2013 650 Gran Coupe from United BMW in Roswell. Since then I have been struggling to get them to repair my car. In the first 5000 miles I have had to return the call for repair 5 times. Each time I am told it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment - and then they don't fix my problem Essentially - they don't car. I have owned 5 BMW's and will not buy another one. I purchased a very low mileage, almost new, 2012, 650 convertible from United BMW of Roswell, GA, on May 20, 2013. The service from sales adviser, Jim Tompkins, was exemplary. I drove the car back to Philly (1,000 miles) and the car far exceeded my expectations. Lots of heads turn and many thumbs up, with the top down. I negotiated price via e-mail and found the final price below market. Jim was fair, honorable, and an outstanding BMW representative. I had previously purchased several (like 10) new BMW's from John Mancuso when he worked at Nalley BMW in Decatur and was very disappointed when he left Nalley and went to United (from a distance standpoint only). I had previously bought 2 cars from United BMW of Roswell and had exceptional service each time, I did all of my work on the phone beforehand so all I had to do was drive in and sign my paper work and drive off, always less than an hour each time. I had purchased from another salesman then as John was still at Nalley, but had gotten a better deal for the car that I wanted. My very good friend and co-worker was back in the market for her 3rd BMW (her 1st was bought from John at Nalley), as she had outgrown her 328 with a new baby and wanted an SUV. I called all 3 dealerships that I have bought from and John was the first on the list, his can-do, positive, low pressure attitude (as always) was a winner right from the start and he put this deal together quickly and efficiently and had by far the best deal to offer for my friend. We did everything over the phone and went in on Saturday morning and picked up her new X3 and did her paperwork and she was in and out within an hour. This was such a seamless process and I am thrilled that she was treated fairly and with great respect for her time and budget. The vehicle was going to take a few days for repair which he promptly gave me a loaner vehicle so I could continue my daily business activities without a delay. The loaner department employee was very friendly and efficiently had the car ready. Not once did I have to check in with my vehicle, Robert completely kept me posted. Upon vehicle pick up the car was washed and vacuumed with a cute little orange note thanking me for my business. The treatment here was completely refreshing. Clearly, they follow the standards set forth by BMW. The experience noticeably shows the owner as well as the employees care a great deal about making United BMW of Roswell the #1 BMW dealership. This makes you proud to be an owner of the Ultimate Driving Machine.

I do not recommend this dealership. I was lied to by one of the salesmen and almost made a decision based on this information. He had told me that he looked up a vin# and found that a bmw had a problem. I called two other bmw dealerships and had them look up the same vin# and the the issues he stated were not in their database. Fortunately I did some homework before making a purchase. Shop here at your own risk.

In the past I had few bad experience with United BMW staff as they were very rude when they find out that you are reluctant to buy. I was very hesitant to go to United BMW because of this very reason. United BMW had the car which i wanted. I called to make appointment and the sales person Ray contacted me and made the decision to visit them. I was completely surprised by their sales process. They were very polite and took time to show to me different cars of my choice and they were extremely good. I liked the car and Finally bought the car. The sales person Ray was very good and took car of the customers very well.

This review is specific to the service department. I bought my 328i here and the experience was terrific. In fact, I've referred several people to the sales team here. That will NEVER happen again. Although the service department is professional enough in terms of demaenor, the level of apathy is truly unmatched in my experience. My last experience purchasing tires was a nightmare to say the least (think 4 trips to the dealership with the wrong tires installed and then unable to get the correct ones) and, 6 months later, those same tires are warped due to a "bad alignment." Who did this bad alignment? That's right, United BMW Roswell. You'd think they'd replace said tires, right? Wrong. Apparently, in bizarro world, this is somehow not their fault. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the new rocker panel and cupholder they installed less than a year ago are already falling off and broken again and while they say they'll fix the rocker panel, they're trying to charge me for a new cupholder. Suffice it to say, I will never spend another red cent at this dealership for service or my next new car (which is scheduled for purchase within 6 months). In fact, the service experience has been so bad, I may buy an Audi next time instead of my beloved BMWs. You'd be smart to steer clear of this dealership.

After visiting other BMW service centers such as Global or Nalley, the service experience at United BMW of Roswell was by far the best ever!!They obviously have great management over there, and the employees seem very happy.I will continue to service my vehicle there, and tell all of my friends how great this place is to get my car serviced...p.s. check out thier price match guarantee -- truly authentic, and saved me over $95.00!!

I purchased a used Lexus over the internet and was concerned that all would work out. I had to fly in and drive it home 700 miles. Everything worked out well. They met me at the airport with the car. Car was as listed and they repaired an antenna which was broken previously. All paperwork was completed prior to my pick-up of car. Michael was very helpful.

United BMW of Roswell did a good job selling me a new X3. I have a long-time sales person, Allan Wilson, who has sold me several cars over the years and always gives good service. The dealership sold the car at the USAA car buying service price although they are not the designated dealer in this area for this program. One caution--if you are trading a car, get an appraisal at CarMax next door before you agree to the trade. CarMax's offer for the car was almost 20% higher than United's making me think that United was making up for the low margin on the new car using the trade. CarMax now owns my old car.

I cannot believe this dealer is allowed to represent the BMW brand. My experience with them was miserable, made all the more so by their false promises of help. I'm not going to bore you with all the details but I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from this dealer. There was an issue with the vehicle due to an aftermarket replacement part installed prior to my purchase, thus the issue was not covered by warranty. When I complained to United BMW that they should stand behind this "certified" vehicle, they basically told me to take a hike and oh-so generously offered to direct me to a vendor who would replace the part at my expense. Further, because United BMW did not certify the vehicle themselves, they passed the buck to the certifying dealer that was located thousands of miles away. It took a nasty letter to BMW of North America to finally get a response out of United BMW. When they did respond, they were friendly and attempted to resolve the issue. However, their efforts failed. When I called back and attempted to seek further help from Used Car manager Mike Costa and his buddy, they reacted like children: they did not return multiple phone messages left for them. Had they called and said, "sorry, we've done all we can," I would have at least felt like they were acting professionally, but clearly it's amateur hour at United.I would NEVER, EVER consider United BMW again and would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Just because it's a BMW dealer doesn't mean these folks are any more trustworthy than your average used car dealer. Don't just take my word for it - take a look at how United BMW's overall rating compares to other BMW dealers in the Atlanta area and decide for yourself.

Buyers Beware!!!! IF a dealership takes a used car back from you after you traded a car in and drove away with the new car for a week. THE DEALERSHIP (United BMW) KNOWS they were WRONG. Count how many family, friends, co-works, etc that you know that were able to return a car to a dealership with little to no fight. This is how and why I did its kind of a long read but well worth your time.. It may help YOU I want to start off by saying that Im not trying to be malicious nor do I have any hidden agendas. I just believe that if you buy a car, new or used, that YOU should be fully informed of ALL the details about the vehicle. The internet has provided a new resource for deceptive dealers to weave their webs of deceit and delusions of trust. United BMW of Roswell, GA has lost ALL my trust. I was one of the lucky ones that got free of the web by a small technicality. Let me explainI purchased the 2011 Subaru Impreza STi VIN: JF1GV8J63BL509346 that United BMW currently has list here on cars.com. The dealership and salesman at no point disclosed to me that the car had been modified. The dealership used very broad and unspecific terms to describe the car and its modifications. I, coming into this deal with honest intent of buying a car, figured that the dealer was honest and forthcoming with me about the car and its condition. Me living about 4.5 hours from the dealership I had to do everything via email and phone calls. The salesman was your typical salesman, very helpful, and eager to sale a car. He played the phone tag game trying to make a deal happen. In the end we came to a deal that I believed worked out for both the dealership and I. Needless to say, Boy I was wrong.After all the emails and phone calls, we made a deal. I met the salesman about midway 2.5 hour away from where I live. We did the paper work and we went our separate ways. I was super excited about the new car, I had been searching for weeks to find one and had to look 4.5 hours away just to find it. I really wanted this carI drove the car back and was still in new buyers bliss and was really thinking all good thoughts of the car. Heck, I paid $1000 over NEW sticker price to buy this car.. I got home with it and was looking in amazement that I finally had it home, and then reality set in The car was not in the condition the salesman told me it was in. I found that the front of the car had a crack front fairing, I thought oh well, I can get it replaced and maybe I did it on the drive home and moved on. I continued to look I then found that all the cars wheel wells were bent up or modified to fit larger non-specified rims. These modifications cause the paint to crack and peel off causing rust to form. We all know rust doesnt just form overnight or over a 2.5 hour drive. So there was another problem I think most of us would agree that if these minor but obvious thing were wrong with the car and nothing was said about it More must be wrong with the carand man o man did I find some Long story short The cars entire suspension, exhaust, air intake system, and engine ECU had been modified. The car had at least 5k worth of aftermarket equipment. I got truly worried were some may have been please.. I contacted a Subaru Dealership and ask the service department about the warranty and the modifications. After a brief conversation I found that the car had lost a considerable amount of it factory warranty and was not fully covered even though the car only had 17k mileage and was a 2011. I immediately contacted the dealership and salesman. Thats where a short but steep uphill battle began. I talked to the sales manager and of course I got the whole spill about how you bought a used car and, We sell all cars in As-Is condition, basically the, your shatt out of luck statements. This is where he, the manager, was wrong. I had already contacted a lawyer for a free consultation and told them my situation. In the paper work I had the Buyers Guide the little, but very important paper that every used car is required by law (Federal Trade Commission) to have. The Buyers Guide tells you, the buyer, if the car is being sold as-is or with warranty and a small remarks section on the bottom. This paper, because it was filled out correctlysaved me from owing a used lemon. I had more than one escape route but the Buyers Guide was my golden ticket to bring the heat of a civil lawsuit on the dealership. In closing the dealership tried to make me keep the car, but I was hell bent on making them take it back and did the proper research to ensure that I would win!In the end DONT DO BUSINESS with United BMW of Roswell, GA. They cannot be trusted! Also, if you buy a used car dont be blinded by the want of a new car and make sure that the paper work is filled out in your favor and correctly. Make sure they give you everything you request, within reason. Research the laws in your state before buying a car so that you know what you need and can do in the event the dealership screws you over. Believe me they will make you feel as if they did nothing wrong and youre the one that missed up. PLEASE! PLEASE! Research the dealership and read reviews on them before you make a purchase either in-person or over the internet. Asked United BMW to install a suspension upgrade kit on a new 2011 BMW. United BMW only installed half of the parts. The parts they did install were installed incorrectly. They rounded-off a few bolts. A four wheel alignment performed as part of the installation was massively hosed up.United BMW said that they sold me a different suspension that did only contain half of the parts, but cost the same amount of money. The service invoice cited the BMW part number of a product United BMW advertised prominently featuring the missing parts. The service invoice stated the missing parts had been installed.United BMW asked for another $1,500 to complete the suspension upgrade with all the required parts.United BMW insisted the four wheel alignment was done correctly even though toe-out was massively out of spec on all four wheels, and there was a 6 degree difference in camber between the two rear wheels.

I recently had work done on my 2004 X3 and was given a quote. While I have never had a problem with this company's service, Derek Mugge, of this company "repeatedly" lies to customers for the sake of a dollar. Over the phone, Derek quoted a price of $348 for "six" ignition coils. When I got the receipt, it showed that I was only given "three" coils...yet I was still "charged" for three. When I asked for my money back, Derek said he could change the invoice to reflect that I got six coils! Ridiculous! He then said he could show me the old coils and prove they actually put six coils in! (as if I would know that the coils he was showing me were previously in my vehicle!) This isn't the first time this company has tried to rip me off...but it is the last! Do Not Use this company! They will surely steal your money!

Until recently, I was generally happy with their service, but things seem to be taking a turn for the worse. For example, the highlights of my last service appointment (for a factory recall item) included an "upgrade" to my navigation/entertainment display software that was not asked for and definitely not appreciated (it now looks TERRIBLE), and a new $25 fee for a "loaner" car (not disclosed in advance - just added to my bill). This second item really concerns me - one of the big sales pitches I received from them was the benefit of being a BMW owner was free loaner cars! I spoke with their service manager about it, and he claimed that this was something that BMW "forced them to do". I doubt that very much, though I do plan to follow up with BMW North America on that one. My guess is that I will be adding another concern - dishonesty. My advice - if you're willing/able to spend the money, buy a BMW - they are great cars - but find a different dealer for service.

After dealing with Global, United Roswell is like a breath of fresh air!It is difficult to get the service people on the phone when I call, but they usually call back in a reasonable amount of time. They always offer me coffee/bagels when I arrive to drop my car off for service, and though they don't always have a loaner for me, they are more than willing to drive me to and pick me up from work when my car has to stay for service or rent me a vehicle if they cannot.The service is expensive - it is a dealer, after all - but at least I'm treated as though I own a BMW!I will probably purchase my next BMW from United Roswell.Thanks, United! You've restored my faith in dealer service!

Purchased a 2004 M3 from United of Roswell recently. Took delivery of the car at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina, so the dealer didn't actually deliver my car. They basically just took the order and collected my money. My salesperson (Steve Maguire) deserves a score of "5" -- great guy, very friendly, very honest and upfront, doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. I thought the dealership itself was good but not outstanding. They made a couple of minor mistakes with my paperwork, and their "F&I" people were kind of pushy (gave me the hard sell for LoJack, Clearbra, etc.) Just got the car so I can't comment on their service dept. yet.
