Absolutely terrible. They piece together their cars with incorrect parts for said vehicle. All bad reviews are absolutely correct. You will absolutely waste your money on a vehicle that won’t last you. They are crooks.

I bought a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria P71 with 134000 miles on it. It was exactly what was advertised, no more, no less. Bobbie let me and my wife take it for a test drive, no employee with us to blow smoke up our rears about anything. We paid cash but asked about financing. They were completely upfront with the added costs if we went that route. No "we'll have to run the numbers" b.s., just "it will be about $xxx more." This is nothing personal against them, but I wouldn't trust ANYBODY without doing research on the make and model of the car in general; and the exact car specifically. General tip; download a used car buyers checklist and follow it. I would not have any hesitation about using them again.

I brought a car from this dealership, paid in full 7,000 dollars. February 23rd, 500 miles after purchase February 26 the check engine light appeared. Several Diagnostics were taken indicating internal transmission problems. When brought up with United Global Imports they bypassed the actual problem and “performed” their own diagnostic and charged me for the “problem”. 20 minutes later the check engine light re appeared. Very nice people, but it is a business. Trust is thin, tread lightly or in my opinion skip the hassle and go to Carvana. &’ never buy AS IS from them. I did not even get a chance to register my car in the state I reside in because the car is inoperable and you are only given 30 days to register. It was my choice and my mistake for even doing business with them but I just want to give others an insight before anyone make the same choice. I was sold a lemon, be careful.
