I purchased my 2011 Subaru Forester from United Motors LLC almost 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. I met with Nick and he took me on a test drive around town to different areas so I could see how the vehicle did in town, highway and interstate. Once we got back to the dealership,he sat me down and continued to give me his full attention while we worked out a deal. He got me the price I wanted and a great deal. Overall I had a great experience with Nick, he was knowledgeable,experienced and honest with me. In the future when I buy another vehicle I will definitely go back to him.

So my weeks' search came to end when i saw United Motors add for a Toyota Raw4 on internet which i wanted to buy... The price was really attractive on it, car was loaded and i started reading reviews about United Motors on site. I would say 95% were positive reviews and the one which were not positive were like (distance for people, no carfax etc), but i think dealer is pretty sure about their policy here. So i made up my mind to visit them and contacted first Nick (Since i saw already his name in some of reviews).. He was courteous enough to explain me the process and shared car history for decision. Since United Motors dont give CarFax report (they give AutoCheck - a cheaper option, which they advertise that helps back buyers on over all cost), i tried to check CarFax on my own. Found one minor accident reported on it and mentioned same to Nick which he head told me. of course he know about it (remember they dont have carfax), so he went in garage and captured a video from phone and sent me over (really taking the customer service to higher level). So again car looked good, price was catchy so i any way decided to travel 3.5 hours one way ride. Before starting Nick and i decided to have one final check and word on holding car for me until i come over there so that my trip wont be a time waste. He also mentioned that i would be dealing with Mo or Tony (another salesman whose name also i noticed in some reviews) since Nick was away. So once i reached there, Mo took over and shown me car, accompanied me for a test ride.. answered my some of queries to my satisfaction (i didnt expect him or any one in United Motors to answer all of them since they are not tagged to any one brand, so not specialist as well)... again a friendly staff, good conversation, no push-over (i think they know they dont have to when some one is coming from a far distance). Finally i decided to buy the car with my personal finance, so immediately all the process was started and in couple of hours i had car keys in my hand. Overall very good experience.Thanks and I have already starting spreading the word about United Motors!

He made sure my family and I were comfortable, he answered all of our questions, and treated us with respect and kindness. We searched other dealers and were not happy with the service so we went to United Motors. We were met at the door by the Owner, Nick. For a young man he was terrific. Knowledgeable and very personable. Not at all pushy or a hard sell. We got the vehicle we wanted and also got a good deal. Nick was right by our side during the entire process until we drove off the lot with our new car.

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from United Motors LLC in Saint Francis, Wisconsin 7/17/15. To illustrate how they go above and beyond with their customers, United Motors offered to help us when we experienced a flat tire on I-794 with our old car our way home. They quickly got us set up with a new tire so we could be on our way....we will definitely be repeat customers!

During my test drive of the car I bought, the Check Engine light went on. Nick guaranteed that he would take proper repairs to make sure it would pass emission testing. Even though the wrong fuel pump was installed, he quickly fixed the problems and the car passed emissions.

My sister first bought a car from United Motors back in 2013 (I believe) and she recommended I buy my car there also. So I decided on a 2010 Mazda3 from there in March 2014. Since then I haven't had any issues with it. I love my car and I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from Nick when I bought it. I just finished paying it off this month and I couldn't be happier. Now my brother recently bought his Scion from there too and so far so good. He is loving his new ride. Everyone needs to understand that Nick (owner) buys totaled vehicles, repairs them, and then sells them with a salvage title. These cars are considerable less expensive for a reason. However, if you talk to Nick (as I did), he showed me the pictures from the accident the car was in. I have been driving my 2009 Hyundai Elantra for almost 3 years now and have had zero problems associated with it being a salvage vehicle. I will say that the car I purchased had a pretty severe accident on the drivers side rear which did indeed damage the frame. However, I took a look at the work and it appeared to be very functional and has turned out to be true. NOTE: I am an engineer and if you are not up to date on your repair work, bring someone along that is at least somewhat knowledgeable. I really dislike the ignorant people on here that didn't do any research and thought they had found this amazing deal. You ALWAYS get what you pay for (in this case you are taking a small risk on future maintenace for lower purchase price) and I believe Nick does sell solid vehicles. NOTE: All salvage vehicles must pass state inspection. The below writing is from the Wisconsin DMV website directly. http://www.dot.state.wi.us/statepatrol/inspection/salvage-title.htm Salvage title inspection A certified salvage title inspector must inspect repaired vehicles titled as salvage. Inspections ensure the vehicle and its individual parts are not stolen, have proper equipment and are in safe operating condition (see Wisconsin Administrative Code Trans 149).

I called and asked about a Toyota Camry with very low miles but seven years old. The dealer told me it was a great car and when I asked why it had so few miles he said "an older lady drove it to church and back...it had one owner." I drove almost two hours to see this vehicle and when I came there I then found out all the vehicles were in an accident but was still trying to be open minded. The Camry looked great and I asked about the accident. He told me all that was replaced was the bumper. He went on to show me the 'original' stickers under the hood and on the front panel, etc. Something told me to dig deeper, especially when he would not give me the car fax when I asked for it. After almost $55.00 for the car fax, it showed the vehicle had TWO OWNERS and EACH OWNER TOTALED IT!!! My insurance company would not cover a totaled vehicle nor could I get a loan on it even if I wanted to. So I spent almost four hours on the road, there and back, to find out the car was not as he said it was. I would never go back there to look for a car. There were too many things the dealer failed to mention, and they were big things too!.

Not ten minutes ago I spoke to Nick from United about a 2010 Honda Fit. From reading the reviews here I realized that they sold cars that had been in accidents but that doesn't mean that they are not good cars. I explained to him that I would be driving almost 2 hours and didn't want to waste my time or his. I asked him specifically if this car had been in an accident and how severe it was. I also asked if it had a regular title. He told me that it had been in a minor accident and that the airbags had NOT deployed and that the car had NOT been totaled. He said that if I paid for a history report he would deduct that amount from the price if I bought the car. So like an idiot I took him at his word and paid for the CARFAX. When I received the report it said that the car had been in a major accident with "severe" damage on 03/20/13. The air bags HAD deployed the car had been reported as a total loss and it has a "rebuilt" title. First my bank with not write a loan for a rebuilt title, also this will void any of the remaining powertrain warranty from Honda, third any time someone rebuilds a salvage car they are doing it with rebuilt used parts. There is no way that Nick did not know this when we spoke. He simply FLAT OUT LIED TO ME hoping that I would just take him at his word and not check his story. Now I'm out the cost of the CARFAX report (which all reputable dealers will provide for free). but at least I didn't drive 4 hours round trip for nothing. I'm sure this guy comes across as very charming and makes his living preying on people who don't know enough to check the situation, or simply make the mistake of believing him. I would avoid this place like the plague.

First off, I am female so I'm not comfortable going into a car dealer. From the moment I walked in Nick greeted me and was very professional and respectful. I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford. He did not pressure me at all. There was never a time when I felt he was trying to sell me something more. All of my questions were answered. He showed me the cars that fit my criteria and budget and then let me test drive them to compare. The price negotiation was simple and straight forward. He didn't have to walk away to "talk" to the manager. I got the car I wanted at a price that was within my budget. The whole experience was a lot better than I thought it would be. I'm happy I went there.

What originally drew me to this dealer was the low milage vehicles at a low price - lower than what I was finding at any other dealer between Madison and Milwaukee. I was a bit hesitant because these cars seemed too good to be true...as I was to find out later. This past weekend (Saturday) I brought along a couple friends with me who knew cars better than I did to take a look at a 2008 Corolla and a 2008 Focus. My friend looked over both cars to make sure all the interior buttons did what they were supposed to and checked under the hood to make sure everything was in working order. My friend made several comments about his findings that seemed to be new information the dealer wasn't aware of. It sounded like my friend knew more about the cars than the dealer did - red flag #1. After test driving both cars, the Focus won out. On the dealer's website it stated that cruise control was a feature of the car, so I asked about where the cruise control buttons were because they were not located on the steering wheel. He responded, "This car doesn't have cruise control, but I can install one for $300." Then why is it listed WITH cruise control on your website? - red flag #2. Decided to procede with the vehicle anyway. In the office I asked to see the Carfax. "We don't do those here. That's something you have to do yourself."...which will cost about $40 to run - red flag #3. Since I couldn't see the Carfax I asked what he knew about the car, specifically about accidents. Apparently the bumper had to be replaced because it was in an accdent. He wouldn't go into detail about it, just that it was in an accident - red flag #4. I was supposed to pick up the car yesterday (Monday) pending the approval of the loan application which was he said would be faxed over on Monday and I would be receiving a phone call from the credit union regarding my approval later on Monday. Never got a phone call. Today I finally called the credit union asked about my application; they never received one under my name - red flag #5. Needless to say, I did not purchace a car. People are always saying listen to your gut feelings, they usually aren't wrong. People also say if it's too good to be true, it usually is.

Found exactly what I was looking for on their website (02 Toyota Rav4), requested information and even though it was after regular business hours, I received the information I was looking for. Went to the dealership right away the next morning and drove away in the car that I wanted at the price I was quoted. Great service!

First, this is the second car Ive purchased from United Motors and I feel compelled to write this review because there is a reason I went back a second time!! First, in both cases I've been very pleased with the service I received. The sales guy was not pushy and did not try to oversell me. I told him that I wanted a fuel efficient, safe car in this price range and he showed me my options. He was also very honest with me. I do my research when making expensive purchases, especially when it comes to purchasing a car. I felt like any question I asked, I was getting an honest answer, (because of my preemptive research). The prices of the cars at this dealership are obviously competitive. The lot itself isnt like visiting a shiny Toyota dealership, which in my opinion is GREAT because the overhead is low, which means lower priced vehicles for us! I feel like consumers get robbed far too often when buying used cars, but not here! You buy what you paid for and if anyone is ever unhappy about a car purchased, regardless of the dealer its because you didnt do your research! Anyway, the car I just drove off with is a 2012 Camry SE. Its beautiful, clean and the ride is awesome. This dealership has a WIDE variety of used cars from old to new, from expensive to inexpensive. There was another couple buying a car before me and I appreciated that the sales guy was giving the same quality service to everyone, not just customer with the biggest pockets!! When you go to the lot, you wont have to try and dodge sales guys, and hide behind lamp posts hoping someone doesnt come and bother you. If you need help, they are there to answer questions, if you want to buy a car, they will draw up the paperwork. This is an unbiased review, I have no affiliation with this dealership but feel its important to give praises to any business that offers great prices and good service. This guy will lie to your face. The prices are great, but there is a reason. He sells cars that have been in major accidents, but won't tell you that, and won't pay for a carfax report (like every other dealership anywhere). I got my truck and shortly after it started leaking from the roof, I took it to a local dealership for repair. After they opened the roof they came out and told me that this truck had been in a rollover. There lots of other little things wrong that I didn't notice when I bought it, but should have (it was dark,raining, and I was in a hurry). The hood paint is terrible, it's like they forgot it when they were repainting everything else after the accident. And now that I've had it for a year, paint is peeling off everywhere, very poor paint job just to get it sold. Most of the wiring was screwed up, trailer lights, brake lights, dash lights. I'm about 4 grand into this thing just to get it running right and make it street legal. Beware.

Now every negative review I have read on here tells you to read the carfax. I will let everybody in on a little secret, Nick mostly sells salvage cars. There is a reason his cars are so much cheaper then anywhere else, but that does not mean they are not great quality. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra almost a year ago, and it is running great with no problems. I would stress that you should take each car to get inspected by a third party, but just because it is a salvage care does not mean it is a bad thing. If a vehicle is reported as a total loss on the carfax, that only means the repairs would have been more expensive for the insurance company then to just replace the car. And if anyone has been to a shop these days, they are very expensive. This means, like the car I purchased there was an accident on the cars record. If you ask Nick real nice, I am sure he would be glad to show you the pictures like he did for me. Like I said expect there to be a little risk when you get such a good deal.

Looked at an 06 Honda with low mileage. Nick had a good price and it drove alright. I asked Nick if it was in any accidents, he said just a minor one that required a new plastic bumper. Looked at the carfax and it was in a major accident, airbags deployed and it was totalled. I don't like buying from people who lie to me.

I had been looking for a used Honda Fit for a few weeks before I found one at United Motors. They sold it to be for a GREAT price and, because I was hesitant about the "check engine" light being on when I test drove it (it was off by the time I purchased it), Nick gave me a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. I was looking for a car for at least 3 months, when I found United. I was also shopping for a dealer that I could trust! I wanted a smaller SUV that I could afford. Nick told me he had a fully loaded 2003 coming in. It got quite delayed and when it arrived and I took it to my mechanic he diagnosed it as having a serious problem. I went back & told the guys I wasn't buying it and was very disappointed. Nick offered to take me to the auto auction & help me select a car or fix the jeep to my mechanics satisfaction. I chose the latter and am so happy I did because my mechanic was not exactly right & gave me his blessing when I had him recheck it. I had been searching for 3 months & met so many dealers that couldn't care less whether I bought a car or was satisfied. I than became concerned that if I bought from one of those people I would be making an expensive purchase with someone that I had no business relationship at all. The followup is just as important as the purchase. These guys have become my friends and I would highly recommend them to closest friends & family! ps I bought my Liberty for $3000 less than bluebook!

No offense to these guys, but I was just about to go down there and test drive a nice looking 2004 subaru outback. Decided to check the carfax and it has a total loss in it's history, meaning it was in an accident where it was totalled and then rebuilt. It would be a nightmare to insure and probably have all kinds of annoying issues. Never ever ever go buy a car without checking the carfax on your own first. Best $33 you'll ever spend.

Nick runs a good business here, but make sure you do not walk in blind. Pull your own carfax, have your own mechanic inspect it and Nick will give you a fair price.

My first car i purchased was a chevy for my wife and just recently purchased a saturn for my self. The two cars have been very reliable and nice to drive. So happy with my Jeep Liberty!! Nick was so honest and sincere right from the start and made me feel like family. He even offered to drop my new vehicle at my job so I wouldn't have to make the trip down to him! Now that is customer service! My situation was rather urgent but he took his time with me, no pressure, and helped me get into a great car that best suited me...even in the time crunch that I had at the time.
