A year ago I went to United Nissan. I wanted to see a new Nissan. I did buy a car from them some time ago. We told the salesman not to run our credit since we are buying a new home. The salesman said "we will not run your credit". Also we did not give them written to run run our credit either. They ran it under United Nissan and Gary Hanna( there old name) How xxxxxxx like is that to use a old company name to mask what they are trying cover up. This is why I use the word "xxxxxxx". They give a bad name to anyone in the car sales business a bad name. They have no remorse and no regret for what they did to me. It almost cost my home loan to be turned down!! Thankfully not. Go to Planet Nissan for a fair deal.

My wife and i went to purchase a bigger vehicle for my family from united nissan. I told the sales guy ray richards that i have no money down and no co signer. I told them this prior to going down because i didnt want to waste my time. He said they can get it done with zero down. So i went there. I signed paperwork and drove off in a dodge journey. A week later i get a call from finance asking me to come in. I went down there and was told i need money down or a co signer. That night i discussed it with my wife and i let steve gladis know that i could not come up with anything. I get a call from steve today which is my birthday and he said it wasnt approved and i need to bring the car back. They are a bunch of liars and crooks. When i did go down there...there where at least three other people they did this to. I would not go here if i where anyone. They will screw you around and take your car back and not gibe a xxxx about you. Horrible place to do business. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

Took my mothers 2012 Nissan Armada in for suspension problems on 9/3/2015 and didn't get the vehicle back until yesterday 10/14/2015, still having the same shaky vehicle when I first took it in.. Nick Vaus is the GM that approves your RO'S " Repair Orders" to warranty. Even if your vehicle needs the replacement parts they will all get together and say you don't even after advised from tech. I was asked if I wanted to be removed from United Nissan from Nick Vaus after letting him know how I felt. Warranty from First Automotive 84 month 100,000 mile warranty is owned by Don Forman " The Owner" of United Nissan. Brian Hinkley yesterday told me to get the out and that the vehicle wasn't even in my name. No it's not but imagine what they would be doing to my mother if she took it in???and do not recommend anyone buy from United Nissan ... Verified Wrap ?No professionalism what so have you. Everyone there avoids me like I have the plague....

First time that I have a Nissan after 20 years using Toyota, and I don't want to comeback to united Nissan. I went to do a alignment, they did the alignment, but the alignment it was not necessary, the problem was the tires to explode, after they finish, they gave me the receipt whit the comment "tires are good, no need any repair". A week later I went to do the 15,000 miles interval service end they supposedly changed the air filter cabin. Two months later I went to do the oil change, and they recommend me an alignment and air cabin filter change, so I told to the advisor that cabin air filter and alignment they were done two months ago, then he checked in the computer and he told me the cabin air filter had not been changed. That means that I paid for a service that I did not receive and the alignment was not necessary because the problem was the tires to explode. I talked to the supervisor and told me he was going to investigate and talk to me that day sameness, after two weeks I'm still waiting for that call.

Went in to get a new ECM ($1,033) For MY 350z purchased the part parts representative and service representative Fabian and Dan assured me the part would arrive and my car would be serviced by weds (ordered the part on Saturday). I call on weds at 2:00pm and was placed on hold for 15 min only to be told that my part won't be due to arrive until Tuesday of the following week. There is no communication between the parts department and service I told the service manager I should have been told of such a long delay days ago when they found out the par was weeks away he replied we are really busy... I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with united Nissan again!

United Nissan on Sahara and Pecos-Mecloud is The Most Unprofessional Dealership in Las Vegas, they are a bunch of con artists that promise you one thing and give you another, they are not helpful in anyway and all they do is scam the people. When you walk into the building you feel like you are walking into a circus, employees cursing at each other and horsing around, also eating on the main floor while dealing with customers. When you go to the floor manager "Robert Velasquez" with an issue he doesn't listen to you and he tries to tell you that you are wrong and shift the blame towards you and does not offer anyway to improve your service, he just assures you what a bad deal you were put in. I will Never return to United Nissan and Give them my business again nor will I send anyone I know to give them business there is so much to say about this disgraceful place but I will keep it short! Just know they are all about scamming you even if it's illegal business they don't care! I give them a 1 star only because there is no lower!

If you want the most unprofessional low class car buying experience go to United Nissan!!! They are dishonest and will screw you over in a blink of an eye and then refuse to take responsibility. Dont bother trying to speak to the floor manager(Robert Vasquez) because he will not even attempt to resolve anything for you and will speak to you like its your fault for his "dealers" misleading actions. They will go back on what they offered and promised you and will screw you with a bad deal. Will never go to United Nissan again or let anyone I know go there and get taken advantage of. Very dissapointed to say the least!

Just when I think I've received "the best" customer service, United Nissan steps it up another notch! Mike Olden was great! He checked in with me several times concerning my vehicles needs and he didn't pressure me into services that I didn't need. Other members of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for keeping my car "healthy" and I'll see you all in a few months for an oil change.

I thought that this would be an amazing experience after my last encounter with a horrid dealership. I had just turned in my 2007 Toyota Camry and I was very please that they were able to find me financing. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a 2007 Scion XA they had for sale. When I arrived at the dealership they informed me it was already sold. The salesman took me around the lot and I located a Nissan Versa Note that I really liked. After looking at my down payment and financing options I found that a $450 note was not within my budget. We looked at several cars when I came across my current car. I was not thrilled with a Nissan Sentra as I am 6' tall and they are quite small but there was nothing else that was within the budget I was comfortable with. So after talking to my salesperson I was told that if I just bought the car even though it wasn't perfect then I could come back in 8 months and they could get me the car I really wanted with a lower interest rate (due to the voluntary reposession causing ahigh rate) Everything payment wise was exactly as I wanted so I decided to take it. 2 weeks into having the car I was told I needed to bring it in so they could put GPS on the car for the financing to agree. This is where it all started. After they put the GPS into the car I was at the dealership everyother day for 4 weeks because they could not find out why my "SERVICE ENGINE" light was on. Finally after all the time wasted they said it was just a clog in my hoses. Ok, thanks for finally fixing it.. The car has not been a bad car after that but they would not compensate for my time and gas to drive there everyother day for 4 weeks. So finally my 8 Month mark has come. So i reached out to the dealership regarding the information I was told. I found the SUV rthat I really wanted and I was met with you are $5000 Upside down in the car we sold you so you need $4000 Down. That was 2 weeks ago and when I inquired about the information I was told since I put $2000 down on this car I have yet to hear anything back and they have sold the car I was looking at purchasing. As the title says, "OVER PROMISE AND HEAVILY UNDER DELIVER,"

After taking my 2012 Nissan Versa to get the oil change at an independent mechanic, I was informed that there was a leak on the rear axle seal. The mechanic said that my car should be still under warranty and that I should take it to the dealer and get it checked out. We were helped by Paul Willinger, and I must say I have NEVER had such a nice, courteous and professional employee in all of my life and I seriously mean this. I was expected to get the run around on this needed repair that was under warranty and I received the exact opposite. I was so impressed by not only Mr. Willinger, but the entire Nissan staff. We were given a loaner car so I was able to still get to work and was called 3 days later to come and get our car that it was finished at no cost to us. Thank you Paul for the best customer service ever!

They were extremely helpful on helping us look at the vehicles that we were interested in and we did purchase a vehicle from their existing inventory at a price that none of the other dealers in Las Vegas were offering up front. There was no pressure sales tactics used and we were completely satisfied with our experience. After we had decided on the vehicle there was an aftermarket sales guy that swung by and offered us some things like tinted windows, and some other things but there was no pressure to purchase any of these add ons and was very easy to decline them. I know of another dealer that has these add ons already automatically added to the price and I hate that. United Nissan vehicles are not like that. Next stop was the finance dept to sign papers etc.... Again, there was a few after market items that was presented like extended warranty, Lo Jack, Scheduled maint packages etc... We did choose the scheduled regular maintenance package that includes oil changes and all the maintenance items that Nissan recommends and we all forget to do at the different mileage and time intervals. You know, those in the back of the owners manual. We thought it was a competitively priced option and gave us the peace of mind knowing we'll have the PMs done as required and warranty will remain good. Papers were signed and all was explained and again there was no pressure tactics. They then spent about an hour inside our new vehicle walking us through all the features of the vehicle, helped set up the wife's cell phone with contact list, helped her program radio stations, walked through voice commands, gauges, the navigation system and other items that you wonder about after you've already left the dealer. Highly recommend United Nissan to anyone because they will work with your needs.

Well just bought a 2011 BMW, and if I could give negative stars I would. First of all the person I had an appointment with was not even there the day we said to meet. In came Henry, he was nice and very helpful. Loved the blk BMW and decided to purchase. Less then a week and it breaks down, engine light on not starting etc! Took it in as I purchased warranty on vehicle as stated by Samuel the financial guy. Nissan says no you have no warranty! They sold me a lemon! Called state of Nevada only to find out BMW is not under lemon law for Nevada! Now I'm out a vehicle and money and time and patience. Nobody and I mean nobody ever called me back from there! No help HORRIBLE experience! Going through the process of legal action now I hope your indervers will be better. AVOID them at all cost. If you need more info let me know. Just called the news and the rant. Looking at all avenues to get the word out on these crooks!

I purchased the car in March 2011. I signed a contract and put $4,000 down. I was promised an incentive for a test drive and another for favorably completing Nissan's customer service survey. The final contract came in with a higher interest rate and $50 more per month. I needed the car, I decided to take it. Neither incentive arrived. I contacted Nissan corporate who asked the dealer about them. The dealership lied and said they never offered any incentives. I had emailed their service department twice for quotes, no response either time.Then the harassment started in 2013. Every couple of months phone calls to see if I wanted to refince my car with them. No thank you. Repeatedly, calls at home, work and emails. Finally this year in April 2014 I filed a BBB complaint to make it stop. United said it would. Two months later they were back. Another complaint filed with BBB. Promises by their personnel it would. Last week, first of August they were back, with an incentive to test drive a new car.This is deceitful, dishonest dealership.I would never, ever purchase any product from this dealership again.

No one really tries or want to help loyal customers. From service department to consumer affairs each blame each other for not stepping up to help a almost 10yr. customer who purchase every single car I have ever had from United Nissan and brought them several customers. I would never purchase another Nissan Cecile or refer anyone to Nissan. They truly don't put the customer first. It's very sad and disappointing but I have learned from this experience and well never repeat it again.

I just would like to say that Greg Synder in the service department is awesome. When I arrived, Mr. Synder was getting ready to go eat his lunch. Once he noticed that I was there, he immediately sat his lunch down and proceeded to help me. Not only did Mr. Synder have my oil serviced in a timely manner but he also assisted me with another problem pertaining to my vehicle. My insurance company wanted me to get a price quote to have my vehicle re-keyed, the cylinders changed, the glove compartment re-keyed, and new remotes. When I told Greg Synder what my insurance company wanted, he contacted a locksmith to get an estimate to have my car re-keyed. Thereafter, he took me over to the parts department and had them give me a price quote for all the parts required to perform the job. Next, Mr. Synder quoted me a price for the labor so that I could submit the paperwork to my insurance company for approval. Keep in mind, Mr. Synder was on his way to lunch when I walked in the door and prior to all of these things taking place. Great job, Mr. Synder. Due to your excellent display of customer service, I will definitely be referring you and United Nissan new customers and new business.

As a 1st time car buyer I have to say I've heard horror stories about car dealerships, about sales men who bum rush you right in the parking lot or being shady when your dealing. And the 1st few lots wasn't as far off from the myths then they should have, but then I stopped by United Nissan and it was a COMPLETELY different atmosphere. staff was friendly and easy going the sales team just waved and smiled as I walked to my salesmen Chuy Andrade, who was friendly informative, helpful and best of all made me feel like i was in control. No hard hitting high pressure ACT NOW sales pitches. Best of all he worked me out a great deal, and explained everything to me up front. If your in the market for a new Nissan or any other pre-owned vehicle they have on the lot head over to this dealer ship, I walked in with a beat up Honda left with a new 2014 Nissan

I'm always pleased with the service I receive at United Nissan. I attribute the the fact that I've never had any major problems with my Versa (in the the two plus years I've owned it), to the exceptional work and care that's given to my vehicle every time I've had it serviced. I'm always recommending United Nissan and although I work only about a block away from another major Nissan dealership, I always come all the way to United to get my car serviced. I was super impressed with Greg, he was professional and eager to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I brought my car in for a check engine light and after diagnosis it was determined that I needed a new engine. The engine was replaced and I came to pick up my vehicle and discovered that the AC/Heat blower was not working. The next day that was repaired and I now have the vehicle back. The engine replacement was covered by my insurance company and the Service Representative Ruben Gomez communicated with them and me throughout the process. I was pleased with the assistance and supervision he provided on this repair.

i buy new 2012 Nissan titan for pass one year i have that truck 17 time in and out that service day give me run around and the truck never get fix right the last time day have the car for 1 mouth day give me the truck back not fix and parts. is missing from my motor and if you talk to them day don't want to fix it no more day told me go to Nissan Henderson but Nissan Henderson don't like to take it day want me to take it back to united Nissan bewere my be you will have the problem like i did that to much problem

Brian and Greg saw to my needs and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my service experience.I also visited with Patrick and John in sales while I was waiting for my vehicle. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Patrick and he is just the best. Fair, honest and treats us like family. He always makes us the best deal he can and that's what keeps us coming back. overall my satisfaction was great everyone is very kind and nice.My service manager was great ! she has a wonderful personality she always kept me informed of what was going on while i waited she is definitely a good one to keep ! now on the other hand the car itself has not been so nice to me , i serviced the car on Saturday 5/24/14 had the oil changed and recall taken care of , on 6/5/14 i was idling at 102 degrees with the air on for about 10 min 15 at the most , as i was ready to leave i backed up in reverse put it in drive and the transmission jerked hard , then the car sputtered then completely died , i then put it in neutral tried to restart the car again it stayed on for less then 5 seconds then again died . I then proceeded to push it into a parking spot to call the tow truck , as i waited , I decided to re-try it again it then started so i drove it home and returned it to the dealer the next day to have it checked out . It is a 2013 Nissan Sentra with only 4,400 miles on it . It should not be doing this . overall people wise it was a great experience .

Went in for an oil change and for a recall. Seen my car finished in less then an hour, BUT after talking to the service advisor 3 times told me the car wasn't ready. After waiting 3 hours I told the service advisor I was taking me car!! Afterwards I found out my car was done the whole time after less then an hour!! I waited an additional 2 hours for no reason because the lack of communcation in the service department!!

Having written my service write up he said he would get to me as soon as possible when completed the service. I received great customer service when I unexpectedly found myself having issues with my battery. Paul was extremely helpful and courteous. United Nissan provided shuttle service to get me to work on time, picked me up after work, and provided me with a rental while my truck was being finished. The customer service was excellent and my vehicle was back up and running, with a replacement battery and the maintenance that was needed, by the end of the day.

Arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and was met by Brian Hinkley. Brian then explained to me that because of the number of oil changes, there were certain things that needed to be checked according to the manufacturer, then he gave me a printed list provided by the manufacturer. I decided to have this done. Brian then explained that the procedure including the oil change would take about 1 hour. It ended up taking 55 minutes. Once the car was done, Brian then explained that with this inspection service, which I had to pay for, I would receive my next oil change free of charge. Pleasant surprise.

Service adviser I worked with was very friendly, when I was finally able to meet with one, despite having an appointment. Though considering the after sale service I have received from United Nissan I was not surprised. While they have a nice facility the poor management is evident in every aspect of the place. From insanely high pressure sales team, to a complete lack of after sale service the poor quality management is definitely evident. This is first and last Nissan I will ever purchase. It may be a good brand, but this dealership has thoroughly ensured my complete lack of trust in this brand.

My experience on the maintenance service was excellent. Carlos Jimenez was very helpful under the busy schedule. it seemed there were several customers asking for him and now I know why. He took the time to explain the problem /service on your car. There had been a problem the service coverage it was investigated and now my history notes any concerns to the MTCE agreement so to avoid any hassles. I was very Happy with our service from Carlos Jimenez, He updated us daily on the status of our vehicle. He gave us the correct quotes and answered every question we had asked. I did most of my work online first and had an unfortunate experience with the first sales person saying they would call back in 15 minutes. When it had been over 4 hours and I figured that maybe I didn't qualify for a loan or something, I decided to call anyway. Because the sales person I spoke to shared the first name of the floor manager, I happened to get put through to the floor Manager, Chris who was simply awesome. No haggle, straight to the point and got me exactly what I wanted. He even stayed over an hour and a half late to wait for my arrival. On top of Chris's great service, I had Dominic who was also by my side through the whole process. Dominic was there on his day off to help another one of his customers and then helped me. It was obvious that these two individuals care about their products and their customers. In Finance, Vladamir was funny and also knew his business. Finance portion is never fun but with Vladamir, it was better than it had been ever before. I'm sorry that I forgot the young lady's name who helped show me the features of my new Nissan Rouge at nearly 10pm that night two nights ago but she was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great team who turned my experience around very quickly. I wasn't expecting to buy the first vehicle I test drove but Chris got my needs down before I even walked into the car lot! Thanks to this team for a great experience!!

I have been a Nissan Customer since 2001 and this has been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It has changed my whole perspective on what type of company Nissan is and exactly how much they care about their customers and make me want to take my business else where.It is true one bad apple can spoil the fruit tree and that is exactly what Karl Forman has done for me. He was completed unclear about the service plans that were included in my purchase and does everything to try and make a quick buck than what is right for Nissan customers. He even threatens to fire his employees and tries to interrogate and insult his customers.

I have never been so upset, not even 6 months after getting my car, I have had NOTHING but trouble with it! Now the car sits because I am terrified to drive it after losing ALL power steering! Them find out my axel is bent from an accident my car was in years ago, that was never disclosed to us! I have email united, I have emails corporate, and regional! Not a xxxx thing has been done to help me! I see united Nissan all over the new doing good in the community but this wounded veteran family is constantly ignored! Shame on you!

I recently bought my first new car and of course had very specific points that it had to meet. I was picky about the color, the features - I just knew what I wanted and there wasn't anybody who could talk me out of it - even at a lower price. I met with Christian the first time I stopped in & I guess we just had a personality clash but that was the worst experience of my life. I went to another dealership and was almost the same thing all over again!! I decided to go back to United because I had met with Meghan a few times and she seemed so willing to help. She connected me to Will and I had the greatest experience there. He was so attentive and listened to what I was saying. He knew what I wanted and found a way to help me get just that. He was incredibly nice, super friendly, very charming and charismatic and was just so willing to bend over backwards for me. Meghan was incredibly sweet and super helpful, too - I love stopping in because seeing these two brighten my day. I like that it didn't feel like the typical salesman-painful-pressuring-you experience like I felt with Christian. I added some accessories and got the windows tinted a few days ago and Carlos helped me out with that and he was just the same like those two. Everyone I worked with just showed outstanding customer service and they need a little bit of recognition for it because not everyone will take the time to share their experience but mine was so great and worth sharing, I just had to! Great job guys, keep it up & I can't wait for my oil change so I get to say hello again!;) Haha. Really though, best Nissan Dealership by far!! (:

Just so unluckily end up purchasing a car from this unprofesional car dealership after 7 hours process by keep waiting over and over again for very lousy unknowledgable dealer named Alex and slow paperworks. But rushing us to purchase their insurance while we tried to contact ours. Car was handed still dirty, but since we stucked for 7 hours with a child , so exhausted while another staff named Ortega rushing to show the interior. Worst part she lied when asked about the miles number, she said it was not. I accepted it. But what a dissapointment when the next day finding out it was the miles and this dealer Alex sold a car with 2280 miles on it without telling us. What a rip off! My husband was put down to sign all paperworks without any chance to check. We trusted them while they cheated us. We complained but no solution at all from such a dirty game played and lack of customer service. We asked for changing with the other,but told out of stock which we doubt since the last car driven was still plastic attached on it, assumed that car was a lot less mile. And Alex just gave different stories which we dont believe. At the end we had to stuck with 2280 miles car just like purchase 2 months used car. Just a nightmare and we really learn the hard ugly lesson from such a game they played.

Came in for a routine lube job but found out there were other maintenance items that needed repair. Ruben took the time to consult with a mechanic on the specific repairs needed and not only did he have the technician explain what was required, the three of us did a visual inspection of the items of concern. I thought this was useful and not someone telling you work needs to be done on your vehicle. He took the time to show me the areas that need repair. This gave me a great deal of confidence and satisfaction in the service provided at United Nissan.

I came to United Nissan looking to purchase my wife a new car and read very good reviews on the Nissan Altima. I called and spoke with Joe SSemanda from Internet Sales. Joe was very professional and asked me questions like what I was looking for and what options I wanted and what price range did I want to stay within. Well it rained the day I was to come in and see what was available. Joe called me the next day and asked was I still going to come in and see what he could do for me. I told him maybe today so I decided to drive down from Pahrump. I was very pleased to see that Joe had 4 cars for me to look at and test drive. I test drove only 1 of them and decided this was the car for me and my wife. Joe took very good of me and was very clam and wasn't trying to push me. I would recommend him and United Nissan to anyone who was looking for a great reliable car. The only issue I have is that I wish that Nissan would offer 2 year maintenance on it vehicles, because I owned GMC, Acura, Cadillac and BMW this Altima seems to be as great as any of them. Joe is a super salesman and very professional and respectable.

Chris,sales manager does not possess professionalism. He's an arrogant,smart alleck guy who does not want to deal with you if you can't agree with his down payment. He does not even want to try to come to a decision where we would both agree on a deal. He tries to fight with you. Some of his replies were, " I pay $500 on my Altima why can't you", since when does sales manager have to pay for their own car with no employee discount???Another reply cause we did not agree on his down payment, was "do you work for free." What kind of a sales manager is he. So sad that united Nissan has some one like him on their team...

On my second visit to United Nissan my sales experience was extremely successful and pleasant. Chuy Andrade is one of the bestsales people I have ever worked with. He is polite, friendly and goes out of his way to make his customer happy. He knew my"must haves" and found them ... always assuring me that he could meet my needs and wants. He was also aware of what I couldand could not afford and allowed me to purchase the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Came in because of correspondence I received from this Dealer. I remained to see if a deal could be made because the salesman said he could get the internet special pricing on the vehicle I test drove. Their was minimal haggling, and at one point the salesman asked what price I had seen on the internet and after responding he said they would honor that price. The numbers got to a point of acceptability so we made deal. If their was an opportunity for improvement I would say the long processing time, we arrived 11am and left at 2:30pm. What we appreciated was the minimal negotiating; and it was very refreshing not to see antiquated practices like the vehicle we came to look at not being available or one in that price range, as well as not putting on the act of bringing out a closer or hammer. Our salesman was pleasant and we enjoyed working with him through the entire process.

When I come in, Tony greets me by name, remembers that I work for the school district - so that personal touch always makes me feel very welcome. He quickly takes care of my paperwork so I can leave my truck and calls me when everything is ready. One minor fault:Apparently there was some kind of staff "pep rally" during the time I was there mid-morning that reduced available staff to pay attention to clients in service department. Since it was Halloween, I understand.When I was ready to pick up my car after paying, there was no one in the outdoor service area to release my car to me. I could see it there waiting to be dried after the wash, which I appreciate, but I had to walk around looking for somebody and finally flagged someone down to get someone else to help me.I will continue to use your service department, but you might want to give more thought to staffing needs when conducting a company-wide rally. I went in to get my Altima serviced and my husband met a great salesman, John McDaniel. I really wasn't ready to purchase another car at this time, but I had been thinking about it. Brian and United Nissan Service's department has ALWAYS taken excellent care and looked out for my personal self and my family's safety regarding being well equipped on the road. We live in Denver and experienced a problem with our Altima. We were afraid to drive home until the problem was solved. When I called, Greg told us to come right over and he would take care of us. He arranged for a rental car while our car was serviced. We did not get the name of our mechanic, but he was great. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. When we purchased the vehicle only one key was available because the guy we originally spoke over the phone with had the key with him at a tent sale that was going on. Odd considering the car was at the dealership and not the tent sale. Then, since we live out of state, I had my sister go by a week and a half later to pick it up and it could not be found. This was after I had spoken to Jerry in parts (we had also ordered a dash cover) and Ray stating that the key is there. Needless to say my sister left with my dash mat and no key. Approximately a half hour later they called and let her know they had found it. Now, another trip by my sister has to be made to go back to the dealership. Next, this morning I went to the DMV to register my vehicle only to find out they still have not received the paperwork from you. My temporary tag is due to expire in two days but fortunately I was able to purchase a 90 day temporary permit until they can get the paperwork. According to the DMV this paperwork (although I was told it had already been sent) usually takes 3-4 weeks to get so why do you only issue your permit for 14 days? So far, my whole experience has not been the greatest.

I had a call about trading in my Versa for a Juke. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone first lied to me and stated to me that he guaranteed me that he would lower my interest rate as well as my payment. He also stated that he would make sure that my first registration would be paid in full by the dealership and that I would have no payments for 90 days. I HATE BEING LIED TO... I almost got up walked out and swore I would NEVER deal with United Nissan again after I found out I was lied to.When I came in I was blessed to end up dealing with Jason Babbitt, as well as Francisco Reteguin. After Jason pulled my credit he told me exactly what could be done and made no false promises and did not waste my time. In the beginning I was insistent on no money down and lower payments then my Versa which is what I was promised on the phone. After Jason pulled my credit he told me what could be done and worked very hard to get me the best deal that he could. I ended up leaving with the car that I wanted although the payments are more then I was paying the only thing that I am upset with Nissan about now is the fact that I have to cover the registration. Since I was promised on the first phone call that I would not have to pay it.Jason Babbitt, and Francisco Reteguin, are an asset to your team and should be commended for their customer service and honesty. I will deal with them again, and recommend customers to them. The other guy that I spoke to on the phone needs training in honesty as well integrity. With our family now growing my husband and I both knew that it was time to grow from our sporty Maxima into an SUV. John McDaniel had helped us out 1 year ago with purchasing our Maxima and we knew thanks to the great service he gave us before hand that we had to go back to him once again. When we arrived at the dealership John greated us very kindly and recognized us. We gave him the news that we are expecting a baby and he was so happy for us. We told him that we wanted to trade in our Maxima and get a SUV that gave us the optional 3rd row seating. He recommended us the Pathfinder, he read our minds! My husband and I were really considering in getting a Pathfinder. John asked us what features we were looking for in the car and took us shopping. We found a few Pathfinders that we liked but a Black with Black Interior was our favorite. John knew we really loved the truck and we went for a drive. Both my husband and I loved the truck!! We knew we had to have it, when we arrived back at the dealership John started looking at the numbers and giving us options of payments and interest. My husband was not fully convinced, unfortunatly that day we were not able to make a deal. My husband and I both left the dealership sad and dissapointed. The next day I kept on looking at that particular truck on line and just admiring at how beautiful it was, I realized that the online price was cheaper than what was being offered to us at the dealership. I called my husband and let him know of what I had discovered. He immediatly called John and let him know of the price difference. John said that he could match the price online. To give him a few minutes to work out the numbers and he would get back at us. My husband and him spent the whole afternoon calling eachother back a forth trying to work out a deal. When my husband finally heard one that he was ok with it was 9pm and he wanted to go to the dealership I thought that it was kind of late and they were closing in 1 hour, but John was very nice about it and told us to go that there was no problem. We finally arrived at the dealership and started looking at paperwork. With the whole process being completed we ended up leaving the dealership at 12am!!! I felt so bad for the employees that had to stay to help us out but everyone was very nice about it and happy that we were able to make a deal. Thanks to John's patience and kindness my husband and I now have a beautiful 2014 Black Pathfinder that we love!!

Ruben Flores is always courteous and thorough each time I bring my car in for any type of service. I brought it in for an oil change and he scheduled my next one for me as well. The only issue I had is I brought the car in at 7 am and it took over an hour just to change the oil. I bring it in that early so I can head in to work right after. In the past I have never had to wait more than 30 or 40 minutes. I was late to work because of the delay. I alerted Ruben to the situation and he got them to finish my car within 5 minutes.

Over the last three months my husband and I have been driving down to Tucson to care for his stepmom while she is under hospice care for cancer. We had just gotten word that she may pass any day and we needed to get to her ASAP. We knew we were in need of an oil change and didn't want to make the long trip without having it done. Unfortunately, my husband was with his father who was in the hospital with complications from surgery so I volunteered to take our Murano in for the service appointment first thing in the morning. As I waited in my Murano for the service bay to open my lights started to flicker, the door locks wouldn't open; Great! My car battery died! I thought to myself, "On top of everything else we were going through, Really???" Finally after numerous attempts, the doors opened and I jumped out and hustled toward the service desk. Chris the valet must have sensed my troubles I explained my dilemma and he offered to take the keys and arrange for someone to jump the car and move it to the bay. I went inside and met with Brian Haffey. He came out and inspected the car and indicated that we needed a new battery, but they would need to check to see if ours was under warranty. In the meantime, Ruben (at the desk next to Brian) was playing Frank Sinatra on his computer and the music had a much needed calming effect, taking my mind off my troubles for the moment. Brian came back and told me I needed new tires (at least two on the rear) but I explained my situation, that I needed to get to the hospital for my father-in-law and that my mother-in-law was dying and we needed to get on the road to see to her. He understood but printed out the tire info for me to take home and review. While the oil change was being done I retreated to the waiting area and was offered complimentary nibbles of blueberry muffin to go with my Diet Coke:) After about an hour, my anxiety was building and I went back to the desk to check on the status. Brian let me know the battery wasn't under warranty and would cost about $150.00. I relunctantly said okay...what choice did I have? I'm sure he saw the distress on my face. He stepped away and then came back to tell me that they were going to take care of the cost of the battery and installation as a "goodwill gesture" since we were loyal customers, always kept to our servicing schedule and took the time to fill out the survey. I was speechless, my eyes began to fill with tears! This simple act of kindness and generosity came at the perfect moment and reaffirmed my faith in humanity. It probably wasn't a big deal to the staff, but it meant the world to me! We will continue to choose United Nissan for all our service needs and have already shared our story with friends and family. The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating. We are grateful for your kindness and compassion. Sadly we lost our Mom two days later, but we were able to drive down and see her before she passed. Thank you!

While the oil change was being done I retreated to the waiting area and was offered complimentary nibbles of blueberry muffin to go with my Diet Coke:) After about an hour, my anxiety was building and I went back to the desk to check on the status. Brian let me know the battery wasn't under warranty and would cost about $150.00. I relunctantly said okay...what choice did I have? I'm sure he saw the distress on my face. He stepped away and then came back to tell me that they were going to take care of the cost of the battery and installation as a "goodwill gesture" since we were loyal customers, always kept to our servicing schedule and took the time to fill out the survey. I was speechless, my eyes began to fill with tears! This simple act of kindness and generosity came at the perfect moment and reaffirmed my faith in humanity. It probably wasn't a big deal to the staff, but it meant the world to me! We will continue to choose United Nissan for all our service needs and have already shared our story with friends and family. The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating. We are grateful for your kindness and compassion. Sadly we lost our Mom two days later, but we were able to drive down and see her before she passed. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at United Nissan. I brought my Armada in for a few things and walked out of there the same day. Ruben the service writer was awesome, he made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was the only customer there. Even though they were busy he took care of me. Went in for the least expensive used car on the site. It barely ran and had horrible interior problems-- which, in retrospect, I realize was their plan, just to get you in the door. Nobody would have bought that car. I ended up allowing them to upsell me and bought a new car. I could afford it-- My credit isn't great but I have a good paying job that I've been at for over two years. The next week they started asking for W-2s and bank statements I didn't have that were never requested when I was buying the car. If they told me I needed all of that, I would've gone somewhere else. Then, after two weeks and buying insurance for the car, they told me I needed a co-signer or had to return the car. There's nobody who can co-sign for me so I have to return the car. It's not their fault that I don't have great credit-- it's in the mid-600s-- but they shouldn't have sold me a car they couldn't finance to me when I provided all my credit information upfront! I was trying to buy a cheaper car anyway and just got suckered. I'll be buying a more affordable car elsewhere but I strongly recommend against this dealership.Also, they sent me a customer satisfaction survey. When I clicked No (that I was not satisfied) the link would not work. I clicked Yes and they directed me here. So Nissan also weeds out the bad reviews.

Please just disregard all reviews I have writen here about United Nissan. Shortly after I submitted it United contacted me and offered to finally take my new Nissan Sentra into their dealership to address my problem's I have with it, and the service department. It's about time! I do believe however that if it wasn't for this Dealer Review service I found on my own, and used it, they would not of responded to me. That is at this time the only complaint I have about United Nissan. We'll see how they follow thru when I get my car into them as they directed me to do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for this Review service, and the very quick response it got from United Nissan. I would however like to leave my rating above the same "Very Bad" in all the categories I have marked, because they should of responded to my problems without my submitting a negative review before they done something. Nice dealership. A little hard to negotiate, at first wouldn't take no for an answer...but after about and hour of playing hard ball we were able to agree on a deal everything went smoothly. I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment. Billy took the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after waiting for two hours, he helped get me into a rental car because I hadan 80 year old relative with Parkinson's disease waiting for me to pick him up and take him grocery shopping.The rental car turned out to be a Nissan Rogue, which I enjoyed driving and will consider trading in my Altima for, down the road!Keep up the good work!

Whenever I go to Nissan to get my car serviced they come up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. They ask why I'm here and if I have a service person I like to deal with and I always say Shant Ashikian. He is always nice and friendly to me. He gives me updates on what needs to be done with my car and explains the reason why and the cost. He always works with me on the price of the service being done. Whenever I bring in my car no matter how busy they our I never seem to wait longer then 2 hours. This current service they found something wrong with my car I wasn't expecting and they had to keep it overnight to fix it. Shant explained what was wrong and I received a free rental car until mine was ready. The rental car was my make and model just a year newer. The next day after I got my car back we drove it home and wouldn't you know it the battery died. I was able to get a jump and took it right back to Nissan. They were quick getting a battery and replacing it at no charge to me even though it was no longer under warranty. I love Nissan cars and would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service we received on our Nissan Juke. My lttle Juke needed a 25,000 mile service. They were able to squeeze me in when it was convenient for me and go above and beyond the call. Our service man helped us find out information on my update to the navigation and took care of the recalls on my car. He was friendly and very helpful. The staff found that my car's battery was in poor condition and most likely would not make it through our hot summer. I didn't ask for this battery check they just did it along with several other checks. They were able to replace my 2+ year old battery in minutes and for once, I didn't get stranded with another dead battery. Service like this makes me a loyal customer and I'll be leasing my next car from United. Thanks, Rubin for going the extra mile and taking special care of my ride.

I was helped as soon as I arrived and then I asked for Shant to take care of me. He is always pleasant and attentive. He pays attention to what is being said and he asks pertinent questions. After a short time, after he took the car, he came and explained it would be necessary to keep the vehicle for 2 days and what the repairs were. Check-Engine light was on and my Xterra needed a maintenance service plus shocks' replacement. Brian Hinkley was very helpful not only in giving good advices on other issues such as better a/c freon replacement but also called to make sure service parts be in stock so that jobs could be started immediately. Brought 2004 Nissan Frontier for engine pinging and tapping noise coming from engine, also needed A/C checked. I had the truck there before 9 am, I picked up the truck just after noon, I was told that the pinging noise was caused by " loose intake boot" and that it had been corrected. The A/C apparently has a leak on "low side hose". I was charged $117.14 to "tighten" the intake boot and given a recommended work list which includes timing belt, water pump, and fluid replacements, along with A/C repair the cost estimated was $2169.95. When I first inquired about the vehicle inspection and diagnosis I was told it would be $95. I also asked the gentleman if the vehicle would be road tested and I was assured it would, when I dropped the vehicle off I again asked if it would be road tested, as the engine pinging occurs during acceleration, again I was told it would. When I picked the truck and told the problem had been corrected and told I owed the $117.14, which included a $3.00 "hazardous waste charge" and $14.70 for "shop supplies" (still have no idea what waste is created and shop supplies are needed to tighten bolts or screws ? ) I was assured that the truck was ok, I also discussed bringing the vehicle in for the rest of repairs to be done. I am upset to report to you that the truck, after normal and acceleration, continues to ping, the tapping noise still exists. It's as if nothing was done to it. I can't believe that your staff would release the vehicle without being 100% sure that their diagnosis was correct, or solved. I called and spoke to Mr. Flores, he suggested that I bring the truck back and ride along with one of your technicians so that he can "hear" what I had paid you to solve ! I am really disappointed with the way this all went, I am a small business owner and my time is valuable, I cannot waste another half day hoping that this time maybe your staff will do their job correctly. I am also not sure if I would trust your shop to finish the repairs needed, and specially after finding out that just the timing belt, which essentially is a rubber belt, would alone cost $1500. I am sure I can have all this repairs done elsewhere including the A/C for around $1000. I am really upset by all this and am considering filing a formal complaint. I would prefer to have the money I paid refunded, and hope that in the future your staff would focus more on better customer service. Invoice # NICS657583. While there are additional areas to be addressed, I was able to get back to work without too much time lost. I've scheduled an appointment to get the other issues handled; at a time that will allow me not to be in conflict with work, but able to resolve the outstanding items.

the first part of my experience was a little stressful as with any car purchase, there is a lot of waiting which is expected and I did not leave with what I was looking for, overwhelmed and very upset feeling pushed in to a vehicle I was not happy with I went back the same day and although it was not the most pleasant experience with one of the gentleman (more waiting and not very good customer service especially with me being frustrated) however the owners son, the gentleman doing my insurance and Ricky yan as well as a young lady at the end of the evening helped me tremendously and with great customer service , I am truly happy with my new car now and I would go back, I am huge on customer service it will truly make or break a deal so I thank all of you who helped me out. :)

After Alex showed me a few models, she brought in the man that made my day exactly what their name tag says "exemplary customer service", Jason Babbitt made my first car buying experience a pleasure. He went above and beyond what he had to do to ensure I got what I needed (which ended up being exactly what I wanted). He continuously checked up on me while going through the finance process with Fred the finance guy, who I must say a huge thank you to for bringing car insurance to my attention. I went from being about to lease a vehicle to buying my dream car! And on top of that Jayson gave me a referral to an insurance agent that gave me the best quote and rate I could have asked for. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and again Jayson Babbitt really was the one who made my dream of owning a brand new 2013 Versa SV possible! I was traveling from Denver, CO through Utah on my way to visit family in Tempe, AZ. I started having car trouble in St. George, UT on a Sunday. There was only one auto repair facility open in St. George and they were not able to fix the problem. I decided to see if I could make it to Las Vegas. Fortunately, it's mostly downhill from St. George to Las Vegas (the problem affected acceleration). I made it to Las Vegas. On Monday morning, I took my car to United Nissan. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a couple of hours. I had a smooth, trouble-free ride to Tempe, AZ.

The staff was very attentive to my needs, I originally came in for a oil change and was able to be provided with a good deal on a new car as well as a good deal for my used car. Everyone was very friendly and even when the process was taking awhile to complete Javier took me to lunch as the food on site had pork and I have a pork allergy. While I informed Harvey from finance about my travel situation he agreed to expedite the order to attempt to get my green slip back to me prior to my business trip. I had broke down (in my husbands 2011 altima) in vegas, while attending a soccer tournament for my daughter. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, all I new it wasn't turning on. I got my sentra back today to find a cut/rip in my drivers seat that wasn't there before. I went in to united nissan only to refinance my car and was hustled into taking an Altima home to "test out" after repeatedly saying no. When I brought up the rip I saw to the salesman, manual ayala, his response was offensive and I requested to speak with a manager. I go inside to speak to the the manager, DJ, he spoke to me as if I was senseless. His body language was beyond offensive and he never let me speak. When I tried to say anything he cut me off and finally walked away. I wish I never purchased my car from united nissan and I will never recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again.

I came on for a free window tint from when I purchased the vehicle. Upon pulling into the service drive, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen. One took the mileage on my vehicle, and the other directed me to Mr. Jimenez.Mr. Jimenez wrote my information up, and directed me to the customer waiting lounge. The waiting lounge was comfortable, and provided wifi. Great for me, as I was working while I waited for my vehicle.The tint service itself took about 3 hours. Not unreasonable considering. They also provided a courtesy wash for my vehicle. Overall pleased.

The service adviser was very accommodating, courteous and went out of his way to help other customer who looked lost looking for the parts department. It should have been enough for him to direct that client where, but he looked at the computer, and I assumed the printout he provided was relevant to what the client needed and that to me is an ultimate customer service. I came into get a 3 month service. I was talking to Fred in Finance and he said I could easily qualify for a new truck. I considered it and agreed to talk to a sales person. He asked how I liked my present vehicle and I said I missed a few creature comforts I had in another vehicle. He brought around a Titan SL and it had all the things I missed. After talking to Fred again it was very affordable and I drove out with a smile on my face. All the people I came in contact with were very personable and all my questions were easily answered. Had a leak and they checked and I had a hole on my sidewall. It was suggested new tire! And since I was doing 1 I might think of doing them all. I've had my car for 5 years so it was about time. However I still feel when you purchase 4 brand new tires they should include the alignment for free. Reason being they kept my other 3 tires that were basically still good. They were at 8, 7.4, 7.? So there was good tread on them and they didn' give them back I know they didn't trash them either!!!!

I got the run around from the moment I wanted out of the car deal over my approval not having any warramty or gap insurance. I returned the car on a Thursday, but it took the dealership 3 days to "find my deal" to get my down payment back. My Overall experienced with the finance department was awesome. SAM, JD AND ALLAN MCFARLAND went above and beyond for us and they were great. Although they could not get us financed after 3 weeks; I still have no regrets dealing with their finance department and sales people as they have tried everything to get a bank to approve it. My BAD experience is regarding customer service... The finance manager, JD asked Diane and Mayra to refund me all my deposit back to my bank account, and Diana is by far the worse customer service ever!! she ended up drafting more money from my account, gave me the run around every time I went there to pick up my money...Mayra was no help at all.. kept telling me the person signing my check off isnt available or at lunch and for me to come back at 2pm, just to find out the person went to lunch at 2pm and I am having to wait a whole hour or more for that person to come back to work. Prior to that I kept calling, and was transfered to DIANA a few times..she was so rude! She does not know her job, and kept telling me that they did not OWE me anything even though she drafted my account for the amount of my deposit and made her mistake. This girl clearly does not know how to do her job! She was rude on the phone, telling me to HOLD i have other people on the other line I need to answer.. I told her to take a mental note, in order to be a leader someday, you need to have better customer service as you are representing United Nissan, she kept arguing with me about my deposit and told me to shut up on the phone. I went off on her, and told her when I come down to come get my money; I need to speak to your boss Tracy.. Conveniently, when I came down AGAIN, she was off! the girl is a total idiot and should be fired for talking down on me. I went to another dealership and bought a new car. I got an triple A star treatment.

I considered buying a nissan but when people treat you like you are totally stupid and don't respect you. NO WAY. The lease payments that they told me I later found out didn't include the tax. Then when I asked about warranties they said I had to wait until I went to the Finance office to find out. It really is a nice looking store but when you get there the people ruin it the second you get out of your car they attack. Never again for me! Save the trip and go somewhere honest.

Bob Speary with United Nissan gave an exceptional service to us. We have been turned down with other dealers. They say they can help; they deal with 24 lenders and 2nd chance financing, but like always we were disappointed and its a dead end. But United Nissan turned the sad face into a smile. They were still able to find us a lender instead of going to the last option which would be their in-house financing (so far, they are the only Nissan dealer I know that does this; they just started doing their own in-house financing). All the other dealers didnt even try to help, its all talk for them. But United Nissan proved they walk the talk. Bob Speary (Internet Sales Manager) and the finance manager, were able to help. We just didnt get any car from the a lot. We got a pre-certified (bumper to bumper) Nissan Altima. This is great; we finally got finance with a car we love! We are very satisfied with the service it was tremendously great. Our experienced with United Nissans service was outstanding, from Sales to Finance and signing our contract. Everyone involved was extremely, friendly, helpful and attentive. We appreciate everything they did to help us out. We are now an owner of a Nissan. Great people and great cars! Received a offer through email about summer deals for oil changes and service.. called made a appointment.. when I arrived not a single car in the service bay waiting.. When the service writer came out I explained I had a appointment and I was there for the email offer.. I was told that If I didn't have the print out coupon that I would not get any deal and to return only with the printed coupon .. I checked the email NO coupon anywhere.. I called to tell the service manager that I think the service writers need to know the offers to all new Nissan owners.. He agreed .. but made no offer to make things right.. Over $20.00 savings that the dealer could have corrected.. I will never return to UNITED NISSAN again and tell everyone that stops and asks about my cute little car, To visit any other dealer in town but them..

Went to purchase a car advertised at $2999. It is a blue/green Toyota Camry with 105,000 miles on it. Total steal of a deal, right? Not at all, after test driving the Camry and asking for paperwork to be written up, we are mauled by the sales manager and another guy telling us they will take us to a partner dealership who has more inventory in that price range. Thinking it's worth looking at we're driven over to another dealership and then left there. They immediately started talking about $3000 down and they will carry the financing on the remainder. That dealership is NICE CARS OF NEVADA, website nicecarsnv.com. I have NO IDEA how they are affiliated with United NIssan, but the scam begins.... They didn't have anything good on their lot and their prices were roughly $2k over blue and black book. We had already explained we do not want to finance a car, we want to be in the $3-4k range out the door. The car is a "first" car for our son. This is classic "BAIT AND SWITCH". In addition, we are basically trapped here because our car is sitting over at United Nissan. Finally we got out of there and a very nice gentleman gave us a ride back to United Nissan. We didn't even walk back into the dealership, we got in our car and headed down the road to find a reputable dealer. This company should not be operating. With some research we learned that same Camry has been on their lot for 6 months. They use it to get folks into the store so they can sell them something else. This was the worst car experience I have ever had, thank god we were pointed to a reputable dealer to buy our son a car. I would NEVER go to this place again. Nissan should pull their license.

they attempted to rob their customer by inflating interest rates to make money off people. I was approved with cap one for a 12% interest rate, only I didn't tell them that. they signed a contingent contract for 9.9%, good deal right Nope wrong they came back to me with 16% from cap one themselves "supposedly" when I refused to sign the final contract and gave them the car back, they said they were getting my car back for me, They made me wait 4 hrs with my 12 year old at night outside, then they refused to give me back me trade in, I called the police, The police claim it's a civil matter but this is their 3rd visit for the same issues this week. The sales manager went further to call me a liar and prove I was approved with a 12% interest rate! no return call for two weeks and Im still waiting! attorney fees and rental cost, not cool! do yourself a favor and go to CARMAX!

WARNING IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU!!!! On 29 January 2011, I went to United Nissan to try to negotiate a deal on a Nissan Rogue. After two hours of negotiation the salesperson and I agree on the terms of the deals (or at least that is what he told me). $375 a month for 60 months with 0% financing no money down we shake hands, I rang the bell and started to do the paper work. After a few minutes a manager came and told he just wanted to go over the terms of the deal to make sure everything was right, he told me "$375 a month for 72 months at 1.9% financing with no money down". I told him that was not the terms of the deals we agree with the salesperson, who was in the room and was only able to say "the finance people got it wrong. I told them 60 months". The manager told me there was no way they could do the deal the salesperson and I agree on. At the point I got up and left... I am never going back to that place.

I live 45 minutes away from United Nissan but very close to another Nissan dealership. I chose United Nissan because they had what turns out to be falsely advertised prices on both cars.com and their own website. I was interested in either the Versa or Cube. To prevent wasting a 1.5 hour round trip, I called ahead and asked their internet salesman if they have any of the advertised priced Versas available, He tells me yes, come on down. I then tell him I am really interested in the Cube and ask if they have any of the advertised priced Cube's available. He tells me yes, come on down. These are not sale prices mind you, these are MSRP prices. Taking the bait I make the 45 minute drive. Only after I drive there does he tell me he will not sell me a Cube as there is possibly a recall about to happen. Bait and switch #1 complete. I ask him about the Versa at the advertised price. Together we go out to lot and search for one of the more than 5 identical advertised on these two websites. He cant find one and knowingly asks me if I saw the price on either of the websites I mentioned. I say yes. Without affirming, he knows they dont have it. He made a few excuses about how they move a lot of inventory etc. Fast forward this story, over a week later the same cars were advertised on the same 2 websites at the same price. This type of advertising is the same as lying directly to you. Bait and switch number 2 complete. At this point Ive come to terms that I wont be getting the advertised price but figure I will probably get something close to what the other dealers are selling for. Ive already made the drive out and I dont want to drag this out anymore I pick a Versa priced 3000 above. It was actually originally stickered to cost 3000 below the current price but has been inflated with silly dealer add-ons such as door ding prevention stickers, Scotchgard, etc. to inflate the price. I ask him If there are any available without the add-ons. He tells me that they have a price goal to reach and as long as their margin is reached some could be removed. Their margin will be made either through price, trade in or interest rate. No matter which way it happens you will pay the same amount. This is pretty standard throughout the industry but I share this to demonstrate that they really do falsely advertise to get you through the door. In the end he agrees to take a couple of the profoundly silly mark ups off. Financing: He tells me my credit is bad and 21% is the best they can do. I tell him (the truth) a different dealership was going to give me 11.5% the other day. He quickly replies, OK, we can do 11.5. I understand they are car dealers but truly nothing they say here can be taken at face value. It is all lies. There is no honesty at this place. Wrap up: As I am signing papers with the financing/paperwork guy I see that the mark ups the salesman took off were put back on. Only after haggling yet again do they get removed again. The same guy then bullies me for about 5 minutes over gap insurance. Bully is not too strong of a word. He actually treated me like I was stupid for not buying their questionable product. I am sure his attempt at not taking no for an answer makes his boss happy but it made me very sure I will never go there or probably even another Nissan dealership again. I am not the smartest person. When going through the process it is tough to see these things unfold. It wasnt until later did I really understand how bad they treated me. In hindsight I should have walked away many times during this process. This happened 7 months ago and still when I look at my new car I think of how many ways I was taken advantage of. Unless you are looking to feel the same way about your new car, I would recommend avoiding United Nissan.

I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE WORK I NEEDED WAS COVERED. BUT IT COST TOO MUCH JUST TO TRADE MY TRUCK WHICH I JUST BOUGHT LAST YEAR FOR A 2009 BECUAS EIT WAS NO GOOD. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK.ALSO WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY GAVE IT TO ME WITH ONLY ENOUGH GASOLINE TO GET TO THE GAS STATION.THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND JUST WANT TO PUSH YOU INTO TRADING IN FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR.

These people are crooks. After a car purchase deal I had with them for a 2008 Nissan Versa (that they were attempting to get $4,000 over Kelly Blue Book suggested retail), went stale, they are refusing to hand over my $2,000 down payment. United Nissan is attempting to withhold over $1,000 of the $2,000 for "miles" that I put on the car. They are also trying to withhold another $200.00 for repossession fees, even though I returned their car --- washed, spiffed and in the exact condition that I received it. Since I have returned their car, it has been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone at this dealership to speak with me about returning my down payment. They have been rude (Finance Dept.), unresponsive (General Mgr.), avoiding/never available to take my calls (Sales Rep.), and downright nasty (Receptionists & Accounting Dept). I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will have to seek legal counsel to take them to court, to get what is rightfully mine. Do Not Buy A Car From This Dealership; or you will regret it.

Good value I spoke with Christien on the phone prior to coming in; he was very helpful and encouraging. When we got to United Nissan our salesman, Mr. O Brien greeted us. He seemed to be very informative and friendly at the same time. He had the car we were interested in already up front all he needed was a picture ID. We took it for a test drive and ended up loving the Maxima. However I was not sure if I was ready for a car payment considering I have had my car paid off for 5 yrs. With 1,500 down and my trade in, I was at an affordable payment a month. I ended up with a new Nissan Maxima. Thanks Christien and Mr. Hergie O Brien for all your help

I had just been completely toyed with at Desert Nissan only to learn that it would take 50 of those experiences to compare to what I got here.The music here is equally loud. They sell a lot of cars and I noticed one thing immediately, nearly all of the customers wer puzzled at the level of activity going on. When they sold a car, they would call out to all "available" salesmen to come in and crowd around the person who was "still on the fence" (not sure, needed clarity, needed space, needed time, needed to decide what to do) and they would crowd around and start a fraternity chant that further pressured the biggest ham into signing or agreeing to the worst of terms.I bought a used van with the help of the Used Car Manager (some little Greek slick-ass with glasses - couldn't have been taller than 5'6" - Nick I think his name was) I mean something out of a '70s Rocky movie. He looks around for what I'm willing to spend and finds me a van which he says he checked himself after he had his own guys check - special sounding eh? He's going to give me the deal of a lifetime, all I have to do in return is send him 3 customers - (people I either really hate or people I never want to speak to again). I drive off that night with the van and learn that the breaks are not working very well - how do I know this you ask: because the damn thing would not stop on the exit on Decatur after I jumped on the expressway. I had my son with me and nearly died of fright but could do nothing that night as the dealership was now closed and wouldn't reopen until Monday (Nick's day off) before he was scheduled to go on vacation. GET THIS: YOU LEGALLY HAVE 3 DAYS TO RETHINK YOUR PURCHASE AND IF THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD, DON'T TAKE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE - IT'S NOT A TRANSACTION IF YOU DON'T TAKE DELIVERY. Nick banned my insurance agent Ivan Rodriguez from every working in this dealership again for having been a nice guy and helping me out with this.I later learned something else that none of you guys know and need to know - the dealerships are regulated by the DMV and if you have a bad deal, go the DMV Dealership Division or something.I don't know what has happened to Nick, I have not returned to the store, but my guess is he's locked up where he belongs along with the GM that hired him as well as the Regional Nissan guy or girl that approved them.They're all thieves and everyone in there is a victim regardless of your FICO score or income situation or need for a car. I'm terribly sorry to report that the more people I have spoken with the more horrible experiences I've encountered - this website is a good thing and I hope people reference these sites prior to purchasing from such parasites.NOTE: NEVADA is not a LEMON STATE which is one of the reasons there is so much fraud and criminal activity that goes on with their auto sales. Go to a LEMON STATE where you're protected against buying a LEMON (a defective or damaged car - without it's full disclosure to you). PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.

I dont know if the previous poster works for them or not, lucky to have a 600 credit score? Sorry but look up credit scores, a score like that is still subpar, I have an 760,712 and 800 from the 3 credit reporting houses and still saw deals put before me that only a sucker would agree to.<br><br>I belong to a local 350z club, we and pretty much anyone who is into cars in vegas knows that every nissan or just about any car dealer here is a joke.
