Another update. My first 5 star review was 9 years ago. I left another 5 years ago. Now it’s not just me but my family too! We just bought our 5th car from Universal Imports. This time my wife left with a better car and a better deal than I planned on. We literally drove away amazed at the car we were in. Universal Imports' service and sales are both top notch. It is so refreshing to deal with a group of people who I can trust, and aren't trying to get every cent out of me that they can. This is a family business by good people. I always tell people that if if you want to feel like you are being treated like a family friend when buying or servicing your car, then this is your place. Every time we are grateful at how easy it was and how good we felt about the deal we got. There is absolutely no pressure, and they will look for a car for you if they don't have the perfect one for you. I can't say enough (in case it isn't obvious).

An absolutely fantastic group of dedicated, fair and honest people. They know their business, they never gouge you and always concerned about the customers need. I purchased my first car from Universal Imports This last year after a family member highly recommended them and I am extremely happy from The front office to the mechanics. As always, the team at Universal was great to work with. Mark, Hunter, Mike and the rest of the team provide what is rare to find in the car business... honesty and integrity. I brought my Audi Q5 in with a tail light that was out. It is not a cheap fix on a Q5 but Hunter did all he could to be transparent with me and find ways to save on the expense. I will continue to go back to Universal and continue to recommend them to everyone I can.

I purchased a 2004 Audi A6 - the buying process was easy with no pressure or hassle. On delivery, I was told they had discovered that one of the door handles needed replacing and ordered the part. In addition, they located an owners manual for me as none was present when I picked the car up. They called me when they parts came in and installed the door handled and checked and lubed the other doors as well. Great service and nice people!

I just purchased my first vehicle from Universal Imports and was so pleased with the experience that I had. Everyone that I had interacted with was great and the service I received was so great! Buying a new car is a difficult experience, but I found that it was so easy here!! I will go back to Universal for my next vehicle.

I wanted a very specific car -- a 2012 Audi A4 Quattro with manual transmission and a red exterior with beige interior and low mileage. That's not an easy car to find. I found one on Cars.com at a dealer near Philadelphia, but I really wanted to buy locally and so I asked Universal Imports, where I have been having my cars serviced for many years with excellent results, to get it for me. Mark, who is terrific to deal with, arranged to buy the car and have it transported here to Rochester. Universal then checked it out, polished it up, and sold it to me with their own warranty. I could not have been more happy with the whole transaction because I know from experience that Universal will stand behind the car and give me whatever help I need in future years if problems arise. It's really nice to have a car dealer in whom you can invest such confidence.

Found the SUV on here and e-mailed the dealer for a price. After two days there was no response so i called the dealership. I called and spoke to a salesman and was told they do not have a price on the SUV as of yet maybe tomorrow. I gave him my name and number and he said he would call me the next day. After three days i heard nothing. I went back to their web page and the car is no longer in their inventory... if they didn't want to sell the car why list it, or tell a potential customer they would get back to them and not do it...
