It's the 3rd vehicle I take out this lot. Once back in 2015, the second one in the beginning of this year. My last vehicle got totaled and I came right back to Universal Motors because they always made my experience easy. I was able to drive out with my 2014 Ford Explorer (3rd vehicle). If there's any issues with the car (which is unlikely) they will make sure it gets done before you drive off. Adam is great at his job, he's usually the man I ask for when I come here. They are all great though. Really appreciate Universal Motors.

Awesome experience. Made car buying an easy task. Went thru a friend that bought from Matt and his staff. All paperwork was explained to me and i was given a warranty. I will definitely do business with this establishment again. I recommend checking them out if your looking to buy a reliable used vehicle.

I called the dealership the night before I planned on stopping by to ensure the vehicle was still available. I spoke to the owner who said I could stop by anytime the next day and look everything over. I drove 2 hours to look at the car the next morning and found it to be dirty and with a flat front tire. I proceeded to the dealership office where I waiting inside for assistance for 10 minutes before I decided just to leave. First impressions were not worthy of my purchase. I'll go elsewhere.

Went there to find a good used car and ended up leaving happy with what we were looking for. There employee's were very easy to work with and gave a great price for the car too.

I just bought my second car at Universal Motors in New Britain. I had a fabolous experience the first time I walked onto the lot. Immediatley I was prompted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the owner. Sam was so knowledgable of all his cars. He personally drives them himself before even trying to sell it. He helped me find the perfect car for me. When I came back to finalize all my paperwork and pick up the car Matt was so sweet. he made the process very easy and painless. I had a wonderful time there and would recommend them to my family and friends.

went to Universal motors to look at an RSX, owner has poor communication skills, very rude, the interior of the car had bread crums and as compared to the pictures it semmed clean, would it be possible that the dealer used it for fun while its still in the lot? I dont know?
