I’m really impressed by their Customer Service. A big thumbs up for my advisor Corey. He’s very responsive to emails and calls; both before and after the sale. The entire leasing process was VIRTUAL (phone/email) and pretty smooth. They were able close the deal and deliver my car on time and as described! The good part was their willingness to listen to the customer and come up with a reasonable offer. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Yesterday I bought myself a series 6 BMW -BRAND NEW and yet my passenger door had a paint defect. It looks like the paint was dripping? They say it was a luxury car - not generic so why do I feel like the service I'm receiving is for a generic car. I paid for a brand new car and yet the manager brushes it off like it was no biggie? Personally I felt that after spending this much and staying loyal to BMW that I feel as though 1. I regret this purchase and 2. That the immense payment I put into a NEW car is as exciting as receiving an overpriced used car. This is almost like going to get a brand new iPhone and opening the package to see a cracked screen. Would you buy this full price with a defect like that?)

Just leased a new vehicle from Valley Auto World. From our first contact, through the completion of the sale, our sales person and the finance manager (Kimberly and Theresa) were excellent to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the car and the entire buying experience.

I bought a certified 2019 330i from Valley Auto World BMW. Sales experience was good and smooth. Associate was helpful and made sure everything was completed as expected. And hence the 2 stars here. BUT after sales experience wasn't GOOD AT ALL. I wouldn't suggest anyone to contact them for after sales. But I ran into multiple issues; one for the Eco Pro Drive mode and other for condensation in the driver side head light. The best possible dates provided to me for diagnosing and fixing those issues were after 10 to 15 days of calling the service center. And these issues came up within 10 days of purchase of the vehicle. So I was expecting a quicker response time. When I communicated this to the service advisor, he said sales and service are different departments and the earliest we can get you in would be after 10 - 15 days ONLY. It was disappointing. When I tried to connect with the Sales advisor who worked with me to complete the purchase regarding the same; I didn't get expected response as well. As he didn't pick up my call and didn't revert to my messages either. This wasn't expected from BMW dealer. BMW is all about quality and perfection BUT I couldn't see that at all. We pay the extra premium for a certified vehicle to make sure we get a good and well inspected piece and also get good after sales service. When I called Henderson BMW dealership in Durham; they gave me appointment of the very same day to diagnose the issue and then ordered necessary parts and booked appointment for the 3rd day with a loaner vehicle option to get the issue resolved. They also provided free car wash and vacuum.

Service just SERVICE BAD BAD SERVICE THEY TAKE $185 AND THEY NEVER DIAGNOSTIC MY 2009 BMW THEY SAID NEED COILS I M TAKE TO OTHER SHOP AND THEY REPLACE MY HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP AND IS RUNNING PERFECT DONT TRUST THE PEOPLE NO JAVE GOOD MECHANICS JUST TAKE U MONEY THE CALL ME FIRTS THEY SAID THE MECHANIC RECOMMENDED 2 SENSORS AND FOR $850 WE SAID OK REPLACE AND AFTER THEY REPLACE THEY CALL ME BACK OH SORRY U NEED COILS TOO FOR $3000 DLLS WITH LABOR AND SPARK PLUGS AND WE ASKED U SURE AFTER THAT MY CAR U WARRANTY RUNNING GOOD AND THE ADVISOR JUST SAID NOP IA THE SECOND STEP DONT TRUST THE PEOPLE JUAT TAKE U MO EY AND THE SERVICE MANAGER ALL TIMES IS BUCY THEY HAVE MY CAR FOR 4 WEEKS AND THE MANAGER NEVER HAVE TIME FOR SPEAK TO ME

Test drove a 428i in March 2014. On March 10, 2014, I sent an email to my client advisor with some specific questions about the European Delivery of a 428i in August as I would be visiting Germany for work. The email emphasized I wanted to give my business to the local dealership. Client advisor said they would get back to me but no response to my questions was received. On March 15, I sent a follow up email. I was told both managers had been given a printout of my email and they would get back to me. On March 21, I sent a final email along the lines of "I guess you don't want my business". I finally got an email back from a sales manager 3 hours later with some answers. I did not respond. My last two cars have been an Infiniti and a Lexus but I have never received worse service in my life from any car dealership. I guess they are just too busy to get back to their customers. P,S. The Mercedes dealer in Fayetteville had great customer service.

Me and my husband had a great experience to upgrade to a new BMW. Gary and Jerome did go out of their way to meet our requirements and we were able to purchase the car we wanted. Jerome and Gary are very friendly and professional as well as the business manager Bryan. I never had any issues with BMW Valley Auto World in the past and this is our 3rd car. In fact every time I came in for service Chad is the man to go to, always friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this BMW dealership in Fayetteville for their great and consistent service, thanks guys!
