I recently took my car in to have an issue checked under warranty. The service writer kept me completely informed and when nothing turned up on their inspection, he went the extra mile to contact Nissan to program my transmission to log the errors as they happen from here on out so that we can pinpoint the problem.

I had the best experience at Valley Hi Nissan. I bought a 2016 Morano Platinum and got a great deal. Matt Hagen was my sales person he had extensive knowledge of the vehicle and how it operates he also knew the Nissan policies and procedures extensively. He bent over backwards for me and even jumped through some hoops! I would recommend him to all my friends! The rest of the staff was just as nice! He was all by himself at the back of the building it was interesting how God seemed to have a hand in it he really needed the sale. I would definitely go back and buy a car from Valley Hi Nissan, truly the best experience!

They screwed up on contract. Told us we had to re do contract. We got there and we were going to redo contract and found out they were screwing us as far as amount financed we pointed that out to them so they didn't want to see what we were talking about. xxxx this dealership after we put 10k down on bew car. Scam we bought car for sale price of 21k put 10k down balance 20k how is that. xxxxxxxx shop other dealership NOT VALLEY HI NISSAN

We bought our 2013 Sentra and Altima brand new. We have had nothing but problems since we bought them. We took it to Valley Hi for service and they always make comments because we bought it at another Nissan dealer. We have the maintenance package/warranty. Everytime we take it in they want to charge us for oil changes or any other issue we have. Mind you oil changes are in the maintenance package. The transmission went out already 3 times in both cars. The brake systen replaced and batteries changed 2 times in less then 1 year. The altima has less then 40k and the Sentra less then 35k. Still covered under the maintenance plan and warranty. Before looking up the maintenance package on the car the start charging you for everything. We have to tell them all the time we have it covered. Then they say it is expired. This last time the Sentra was in the dealer they replaced the transmission. We requested our service records from Mary F and she refused to give us the copies. Mary F has a bad attitude. We took the car back because it was running bad and we asked them why do they keep telling us nothing is wrong with the car when it has no power and the transmission is still not working right. We ended up asking them if they were waiting for our warranty to expire so they could charge us to fix the problem. The service person Allan said "maybe". We ended up taking it to Palm Springs Nissan since we purchased the car there and since the transmission was still bad and we were told that Valley Hi did not reprogram the computer in the car after the new transmission was put in making the car run bad. After thinking it over we ended up trading the car in at Palm Springs Nissan for a Altima. They were very helpful. I would never recommend Valley Hi. Go elsewhere if possible. The service department is not helpful at all. Drive further. You will regret it if you go to Valley Hi.

When I went to the dealership I was looking. For my first car. After being passed off the a few different employees, I got Matt. Matt was absolutely phenomenal. I went in at 12 and he stayed with me until 730. He was persistent but not pushy! He was honest and real with me during the process. He never got frustrated with me during this process either, and I'm a frustrating person. I'm tell you, ask for Matt Hagen when you go!

If you are going to buy a car this is who you want to have the experience buying a car from. HANDS DOWN!!!!!!WE never were pressured or pushed to buy a car with him. We met him and explained what we were looking for and wanting to do. He told us he understood and asked if he could try to help us. We agreed.From that moment to the end, he never acted or conducted himself as a shark type salesman. He demonstrated the ability why he does his job. I own a company and wow!!! This is a person everyone would want to work for them!!!!He was very professional with his job but was more like your best friend. He showed his feelings and knowledge with everything from the hello to saying thank you as we left. He NEVER pushed us into a sale. He had a lot of knowledge from car to car and help us find a car my wife really loved. We had been to other dealerships and did not get the same experience that we received from ERSKINE!I would definitely buy another car again from Valley Hi Nissan. More importantly I would buy another car from ERSKINE! He is an asset that every company should have. The company should model their people after him!!!! He is one of the reason Valley HI is so successful!!!!In closing I would say, If you are going to buy a car/truck, don't count out Valley - Hi NIssan. There was never any pressure. James Piar answered all our questions; even some I didn't think to ask. After the decision to purchase the Sentra, everyone in the finance department was kind and patient as well. The entire experience was great. It has been over 20 years since we have had a car payment; that was a Nissan as well. Thank you for making the payment affordable. James Piar sat in the car with me going over all the features and how they work. Again he was very kind and patient as I have been driving older cars and was not familiar with any features younger than 2003. Since I purchased the car I received a call from customer service and James Piar to make sure all is well. I appreciate the ongoing customer care. overall bad experience from the start. Salesman seen me coming, I made a bad choice by being honest with these people, this was my first new car buying experience and I told them so. Got almost a 6% interest rate with close to a 700 fico score, paid sticker price, was told I had to take the car with the 128 miles on it to get this deal after I was told I would get the car with no miles, the salesman explained to me he drove it himself from palm springs at 125 miles per hour. after almost getting into a few accidents because of the gas pedal problem I filed a complaint with ntsba, a recall and a fix that didn't work. Car started running bad after that, broke down on fwy. after 4 loner cars and 6 weeks of terrible service, was told no loner car cause they had to diagnose first, I said hook it to computer to see , 3 codes, got a car. So much more to say, don't go there

I talked to valley hi Nissan, no response. almost a 700 fico got a terrible rate of almost 6 %, paid top dollar for the vehicle. recall and 4 coils fuel pump terrible service.had to call every time to see if car was finished.had to take a car with 128 miles on it get the pathetic deal I got . don't buy there

I took a wrong turn and found myself at Valley Hi Nissan. Wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but was greeted by my friendly sales person. I asked him if the dealership had any Z cars. My sales person directed me to a nice looking Red Z car with dark rims. I asked if was a manual transmission. He said, "Yes"... I was interested. We took a test drive, negotiated a deal and now I am the proud owner of 2015 370Z! The whole deal was done in a relaxed setting. I could have walked out at any time. No high pressure sales. Valley Hi Nissan worked with me and I am happy with the overall buying experience at this dealership. I'd recommend Valley Hi Nissan as the dealership you purchase your next vehicle from. You'll have a happy experience :)

I bought a 2007 Nissan Titan back in 2007, and I swore I would never buy from them again. I had never had a worse experience buying a vehicle. I worked for a company that had the fleet discount and the moment I mentioned that, the sales person became irritated because I did not go directly to the fleet manager. So he wasted a half hour on the test drive and introducing me to the sales manager. After the sale was finished I waited 2 hours for delivery, and was told that I need to calm down after I could not get an explanation as to why it was taking so long. Now it is 2014 and my wife wishes to purchase a new 2014 Pathfinder SV even though she knows I personally cannot stand them. We used Truecar to find the deal which was decent yet none of the Valley Hi dealerships would honor the Truecar price. If only their manager knew how close they were to making a deal.

When I was looking for my 2013 Pathfinder I spoke to Eddie in the Fleet/ Internet department. They had the car I wanted in stock, worked out a price that worked for me, gave me a good trade in value on my truck and made the deal hassle free! I have never been treated better and more professionally in all my past vehicle purchases anywhere! These guys made me a customer for life, and have earned several referrals of coworkers, friends, and family too!

Great customer service. I was immediately greeted by one of the most enthusiastic sales reps i have ever dealt with. She seemed to be very in touch with my needs and genuinely showed her interest in helping me find the right car for my budget. I especially liked the fact that she did not give me the typical sales pitch that has become more of a reason to not shop for a new car. This was by far the best dealer I have dealt with. The process was fairly quick and hassle free. Our dealer Juan Esquivel was incredible! he was friendly, patient with us, and very informative (really knew his product). I'd highly reccommend him amd Valley Hi Nissan to anyone. He was able to get us an AMAZING deal on a 2013 Nissan Altima!. We went in "just to look" but ended up leaving with our new car. We just couldnt walk out of there empty handed with such a great deal lol. BTW I love my Altima its very economic, giving me over 40 miles to the gallon. Overall it was a great experience great customer service, awesome prices, and Amazing car.
