Just bought a truck! These guys are top notch! I never thought I would say that vehicle shopping and purchase was fun, actually have dreaded it in the past, but this was the very best purchase to date! Quality vehicles, honest sales men. The owner was friendly and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking! Be prepared to have the best vehicle buying experience of your life!

I looked at 2 vehicles here last summer and though I did not end up purchasing a car here so I can't speak on the buying process or the after purchase quality/reliability of the car I was interested in, one thing I can say is Joe appeared to be a friendly and honest man answered any questions I had without hesitation or seeming to be bending the truth like many dealers I have visited! Joe immediately told me of any problems with the vehicles that would need to be addressed before the sale of them! And more importantly Joe did not at all push to try and make the sale on either vehicle when I was clearly unsure about it! Though 100% of my main concerns with the vehicles I was interested in I was told would be rectified before I took delivery of the vehicle the only reason I did not buy was because I felt both were priced a little high for the overall cosmetic (interior and exterior) and mileage of the vehicles. Not at all in bad or poor condition just a bit more than average wear and tear than I wanted for the price range I was looking! Though I did not purchase here last summer I would certainly consider coming to see Joe next time I am in the market for a vehicle!

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Never pushed me for the sale. Joe was very informative about the vehicle and explained my options to me. I will never need to look again for a new dealership. They have my business for life.

I just want to say that via auto sales was the best experience I have ever had. Though the circumstances were different, Joe has been so helpful and patient in dealing with me and my situation. I would recommend via auto sales to anyone who is looking for quality used cars. I'm amazed at the personable experience. I'm grateful for my experience. I bought a used f 150 from via and it was a great experience. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They also gave me a warranty on the truck which made me very comfortable with the purchase. They have a great group of employees and I give them five stars.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was treated with honesty, respect, and patience. The car I bought was a 2008 BMW 3x. Great condition, great price! Working with Jay Allen the finance officer was a pleasure. He explained every detail, made the process very easy, and there were no surprises. I wanted to wait before writing my review, usually they want you to write a review as soon as you buy the car and everybody is nice to you for the first few days and as soon as you write an excellent review everything changes. Not the case with Via, I bought a 2006 Ridgeline about 4 months ago, I remember thinking if I was going to purchase the extended warranty or not and Jay strongly recommended to do so. I remember his words Bernie we sell quality cars but you have to remember this are used cars we recommend buying the extended warranty. I am so glad he recommended the extended warranty, I'm no expert in cars but I looked all over the car looked in great shape I even took the car to my friend he is a mechanic and he said for the price it looks good. A week after I purchased the car the radiator had a leak, I had no idea what to do it was a Friday night I send Jay a text message and he responded to me in no time( yes the dealer was close) he reminded me that I purchase the service contract and that service included towing had them go and pick up the car and the guys at the shop took care of it for me. These guys are great I already started recommending them to my friends and yes I will purchase from them in the future. Thank you guys again for everything, you took good care of me and you still do, looking forward to my next buying experience from your dealer. So why do I say I had to wait to write the review? I wanted to see if after a few months these guys were the same and treated me the same way, guess what they did they are honest friendly people that want you to have a great buying experience and earn your business. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks for everything.

While searching for a particlular make/model, I found just what I wanted at VIA Auto Sales. It was priced right, and after a trip to test drive the vehicle, I decided to purchase it. VIA Auto Sales was able to obtain financing at a very attractive rate and fixed a couple of minor vehicle issues at my request. Very professional and personable...no high pressure. They even offered to stay open late to accommodate my long drive .

Looking for a 2004 Chevy venture. They had one with low mileage. Drove up for a test drive.It had a few small issues that they quickly fixed! Really happy with this car. Joe and the crew were friendly and we felt like we got a great deal. Thanks!

Frank and the team at Via are outstanding! I was shopping for a used car for my daughter and decided to visit Via Auto. Best thing I did. They had many cars and options in my price range. They did not try to up sell me. Have been looking for an Awd car for a couple months and found Via online... They had a nice selection, fair pricing and they inspected the cars in their own shop... They let me take a crv out on a test drive and to my mechanics to check it out...Car drove nice, my mechanic was comfortable with the condition and when i sat with Joe he again went over everything they had done to the CRV to get it ready for me... Got a great price, car was just as promised when i picked it up and i am ready for the snow..... Thanks much Joe for your assistance...

I recently started looking for a new vehicle. My search brought me to Via Auto Sales and their wide selection of vehicles. I had a few stipulations for my new vehicle i.e AWD, good gas milage, low miles, etc. I easily siphoned through their website, narrowing it down to one vehicle. I ended up coming to test drive a 2007 Audi A4 Premium. My first interaction with Frank was very pleasant, there was no pushy atmosphere, or awkward sales pitch. Just an informed, considerate individual. Frank worked diligently, to find me the best possible bank and the lowest rate for financing. I was approved the next business day. They gave me fair market value for my trade in and I also came up with some cash down. When test driving the vehicle I noticed a few very minor things wrong with the vehicle (the vehicle had JUST come in from delivery, and did not have a chance to have been ran through the repair center for full inspection). Frank assured me that all those items would be quickly repaired, along with a full doll up and a 60 day warranty. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle yesterday, Joe (Franks brother), provided me excellent service and a quick painless transition from my old car to the new! Needless to say I LOVE my new car, I would highly recommend this dealership and corresponding service center to anyone and everyone, and I look forward to taking advantage of FREE lifetime inspections, and buy 4 get 1 free oil changes. No lie the worst place to get a car better off going to one of the big dealerships .bought an 08 mazda out cash.The rotors were warped , the motor mount was busted and springs are shot then i ask for my money back an they tell me no well lesson learned the hard way an no one i know will ever be goin there .once they have your money they can care less about you.

I was looking for a particular make and model of car and I came across one from Via. The car was a Florida car. I was highly intrigued. I called them and was able to work out a deal over the phone since I lived far away. They were amazingly able to get me financed even though I have very poor credit and a recent bankruptcy under my belt. The entire process took longer than a 'big box' dealer, but I was fine with that. They were extremely helpful and polite. I will most likely buy from them again in the future. I like the fact that since I have bought from them before, they will find exactly the car I want when I am ready to buy again.

Had an APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLED 2 times that day to check on my car because I NEVER receive calls when I bring my car HERE!! I was ASSURED my car was NEXT...it was later in the afternoon...on my third Call to them,I was told they couldn't get to my car..??????REALLY? I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I left my car over night for someone else to tell me a DIFFERENT STORY...THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG CAR IN TO WORK ON. This is bad business!.

I do appreciate that they don't charge you too bad. But I've dropped my truck off a few times Now the night before my appointment..and I'VE had to call them in the afternoon to check if My truck was even looked at...and nope! Bad back up...getting old.
