Even for something as simple as an oil change, the staff make you feel very welcome. I have always been offered something to eat or drink. This dealership has my old Chevy dealer beat hands down.

Service was performed on my 2008 Honda Odyssey on 10/07/16. The work was completed and as we drove the vehicle off the lot the check engine light was still on which was the reason for service in the first place. The tech who performed the service could not be located so I was given a loaner to drive home. I was home 30 minutes and the Dealer called to say the vehicle was ready again. We now had to drive back to the Dealer and pick up our Odyssey. This should never happen at Honda and someone dropped the ball in this case. This is a total inconvenience for the customer which Honda says is the first priority.

The service representative tried to sell me their very expensive "recommended service" but I told him that I only needed a regular oil change. He started to label me as irresponsible driver etc. He also kept my car idle for over an hour without any progress in spite of the fact that I made an appointment for oil change. When I checked with him after waiting for longer than an hour, he told me with no apology that I just have to wait at least 30 mins longer and it is like waiting for a doctor even though I have made an appointment. I told him that I am not going to write a good evaluation for his service and he said "shame on you"! I told him that I had to talk to his boss but he told me that he has been the "assistant manager" for many years and it is sufficient to talk to him. Anyway, I finally talked to the service manager who was very nice and took good care of my complaint. This is the first time I got a bad service from this dealership and I hope it never happens again to anybody because it is very unpleasant.

I was pleased Victory Honda was able to service my vehicle with no appointment and they completed the service same day. Rich was very thorough, checking my previous service records. I feel the mechanic did an honest assessment of what it needed. I'm the original owner of my CRV and it has been an amazing vehicle -- my son uses it now in college all the way in Houghton, Michigan and I'm comfortable that it's still a very reliable car even with 160,000+ miles. Only thing I might note for improvement is a multi point inspection was completed including check marks in the green section for Exterior lights -- although when we got home we noticed the DS rear brake light and DS front running light were not working properly. My husband replaced the bulbs and all was good -- not sure what happened during the inspection.

I liked the previous enclosed customer area much better. I usually got there early enough that the TV was off and the piped in music was not as loud and easier to ignore while I read a book. But now the music is too loud and distracting if I'm reading something I would like to concentrate on.

Jim is always helpful and attentive to my needs. Im always treated like a loyal customer and not like other dealers where after they sell you a car their job is done. Victory Honda is first rate and they are as dedicated after you buy a car as when they are selling you one. I was very happy overall but I did notice a little chauvinistic attitude with my service person. My husband happen to come in and when the service man saw him he started addressing all the questions to him for his answers. It is 2015 so that should never happen. He was not even aware he had done it but it was very obvious.

Victory provided a unique experience and allowed a test drive of both Honda and Toyota vehicles side-by-side. Eric and Dan's service to the customer was outstanding. There was little to no hassle at closing. The Victory Toyota facility has very nice amenities for waiting customers including food, drink and entertainment.

I have always appreciated this dealership, great place, people are all real nice and helpful, love the new waiting area. My salesman was so nice, he new his products, was very patient with me and my husband, the dealership manager was also great. We were in dealership for our civic for repair, was not in there to buy a new car, but we were looking at the models on the sales floor,( last visit for repair on our Honda Odyssey ex we look at the Honda CR-V EX real nice), so we look at it again and still like it, Jim our salesman came over to us and we started talking, I told him we are not buying a car today and he said that was okay, if we needed information on the CR-V he would be glad to help, we said yes and the rest is history, we ended trading in our civic and drove home with a new car, Jim Raglow was our salesman, super nice, we will see him again I'm sure in the future. I would also like to mention Maureen in service, she has always been so nice and helpful, we like her. We would not go to any other dealership.

Arrived on time for appointment and was seen by a service manager within minutes. Was escorted to lounge area where I had access to coffee plus breakfast if I so desired. I waited while service was performed on car because I had informed them that I would be waiting. My car was ready in about 75 minutes and service manager apologized for delay because they were a little short staffed that day. However I did not feel I was kept waiting. Overall my experience was positive and definitely plan to return for all scheduled maintenance. This is one reason why I chose this dealership was for convenience of servicing my vehicle. We have purchased a vehicle here in the past and was always very satisfied with their service.

My salesman, Dan, was awesome! He is extremely personable, was patient with my requests and spent a lot of time with me. I'm very happy with the results and how he was able to apply my customer loyalty cash to cover the fees and the last month's lease payment on the Civic LX I turned in. The financing process was easy and quick and my new Civic LX is awesome. I'm very happy with the interior re-design of the car. As much as I enjoyed my 2012 Civic LX, the 2015 is even better!

My Victory Honda always does a great job. But just recently I have noticed a push for the service people to become sales people. I purchased Car Doc with my latest car. I come in, I want to drop off my car for my pre-paid oil change and pick it up when it's done. I don't want to be held hostage in someone's office for 15-20 minutes being sold to.

I went along with my husband to pick up our Odyssey from service and Jim Raglow greeted and opened the door for us. I am looking for a new car, so I asked Jim if he can show me the Honda Fit. He just did not show me but let me test drive one and loved everything about the Fit! We asked if they had a black Honda Fit and the following day, I went back to Victory Honda, signed the paperworks and drove home with my brand new black Honda Fit. My time spent at Victory was pleasant all the way around. Normally when u go to a dealer uou expect to spend all day soooo not the case this day. I have purchased 3 of my last 4 Honda cars from them and have to drive about 30 minutes to get there. So close proximity with an important purchase is not paramount to me. They have dealt with me in good faith and been fair. I have been honest and realistic with them. Don't forget, they are a car dealer and they have to make money just like you are a consumer wanting to get the best price you can. You have to be logical and thick skinned to find a happy medium. Just like every other dealer they show you INVOICE price and tell you they are losing money or only making $ 100 as they lead you to believe that actual cost and invoice price are the identical. They don't say it, they just leave it out there for you to take the bait. That is what all dealers say. You must look at it from their perspective too. I guess all dealers have millions of dollars sitting on their lot in merchandise waiting to make $ 100 per car or lose money and paying all these employee salaries. Right! Sounds like a brilliant plan! Once you get by this xxxxxxxx statement, most dealers will deal in good faith. If they can't give you what you deem as a fair offer, then they don't want to sell the car that bad and you should not pay more than you are comfortable with. I have always been able to reach what I deem as a fair agreement with this dealer and the people have been very friendly and cooperative to my needs. I can't ask for more than that. If you do, then you are not being realistic.

I bought a new 2013 Honda CR-Z Manual transmission. After one year the clutch went out, so i called American Honda and the dealership. The dealership told me that a clutch should last longer and that I am probably a bad manual driver. ( I have been driving manuals my whole life) I called Honda to get them to reimburse me for the claim and they said the dealership said it was 100% my fault and Honda should not be responsible. So after 18,000 miles i am stuck with a service bill for $1800 that Honda nor the dealership wanted to take any responsibility for. Clutch's should last at least 50,000 miles. To get a loaner car was even worse. I had to wait a week for the "claim rep" to come out and look at my car. (never came) I was stuck without a car over christmas and the new years. The dealership wouldnt give me a car until i authorized repairs. So after a week without a car I decided to authorize repairs so I can get a loaner. (christmas was lonely and boring, cancelled trip to Philadelphia) I was hoping that Honda will still want to reimburse me after i authorize repairs. I told the dealership not to tell Honda, which of course they did and Honda said since the repairs have been authorized there is nothinig more we can do. So i cancelled my second trip to florida to come up with the $1800 to pay the dealership for a clutch that lasted a year.

The employees of the dealership worked with me to stay late and help make the sale so that I could drive home in my Honda Civic EX that night! They were very friendly and asked if there was anything else they could do. Great crew working at this location!

They were professional, easy to work with and they wanted to give me the best deal possible! I called around and went to other dealerships, and no one gave me as good a deal as they did on my trade in and my new vehicles price. The whole process was easy!!! I will be back!!

1) I brought my 2012 Honda Accord (purchased new from Victory Monroe) to Victory Honda Plymouth for a simple oil change, as it is the closest location to where I live and work. I had always received beyond stellar service from the Monroe location, and expected the same from the Plymouth store as most of the staff had moved from Monroe to Plymouth. As I was standing discussing the service to be performed, I witnessed one of the teenagers back my car into that of another waiting customer. Without so much as an apology for the scuffs on my bumper, Jim Raj, the service manager at the location began to defend the employee and refused to do anything to make the issue right. Further discussion with the dealerships general manager, Ken Litner proved fruitless. I begrudgingly paid for my service and moved on with my day. This situation left me highly unsatisfied, and wondering how they treat my car when I am not present if they damage it while I stand next to it. 2) Following the tire rotation that was performed at the previous service, I noticed a shimmy in my steering wheel. I brought the car back to the Plymouth store because this location performed the previous service. After an hour of diagnosing, I was told that I had a tire out of round. The car had less than 50k miles on it at the time, which places the tires under Michelins warranty. Maureen from the service department informed me that the dealership does not deal with Michelin warranties even though the tires are those that were installed at the factory. I was preparing to leave town, so I requested that they just replace the two front tires and get me back on the road. With the tires replaced and $450 less in my bank account, I was on my way again still with a shimmy in my wheel at a lower speed this time. 3) The previous service was near the end of the week and I was out of town all weekend. When I returned, I took the car back to Victory Honda of Plymouth with the shimmy still in the wheel. They test drove the car, and rebalanced the tires and were unable to find any issues. I left again still with a shimmy in my wheel. 4) Returned to the dealership again the next week with an appointment and a loner car. Still experiencing a shimmy in the wheel, and requested that the dealership look at the issue. I received a call an hour after dropping the car off and was told that they test drove the car and could not feel the shimmy. I returned to pickup my car only to find it still in the spot that I had left it in with no additional miles on the odometer and no official service paperwork. It appears to me that they did nothing with my car, and simply wasted my time. 5) A different dealership, and the one where I purchased this car diagnosed the issue with the shimmy and suggested that I return to the dealership where I bought the tires. 6) Returned the following day to Victory Honda of Plymouth. I worked with Maureen and Jim Raj who were both less than cordial to me and glared at me when I brought the car in. They did the intake on my car and I showed them the paperwork from the other Honda dealership. They said that they would have to do their own diagnostic and it would be 1-2 hours. They further stated that they had no loners available and I would have to wait. On my way into the dealership, I noticed that there were no less than 6 loner vehicles sitting in their designated parking spaces. I pointed out this fact, and received an eye roll from Jim Raj, Service Manager, and Maureen. They stated that they were already spoken for, and I pushed no further on the issue as I was not going to get anywhere with these individuals. I requested that they give me a ride home to which I received another eye roll and was told that they would have to find a driver to take me (as if this was some exasperating demand on my part). A road force balance reveled an issue with one of the new tires. They refused to replace the failing tire.

I have been dealing with Victory Honda since 2008. I live in Warren, and choose to drive to Plymouth to Victory Honda because their service is vastly superior to other dealerships closer to me. I just 2 days ago leased a 2014 Civic which seems to be a wonderful car for me. Julie Ennis was my sales person and she worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Great job, Julie. I will continue to deal with Victory Honda for years to come. Keep up the great service, Victory.

The staff was very friendly , I brought my 2009 fit in for service and while I was waiting I ran into my sales person Julie Ennis. She showed me the new 2015 fit, After going to there other lot to get the blue that I was thinking of ( I mean who does that without me even saying I was going to buy it for sure) I loved the blue and decided to buy it. Julie has always given me great service and I will always get my Hondas from her and Victory!!! Great job team Victory!

I have driven a Ford for 40 years and have NEVER been treated with respect, and with such courtesy as I was at VIctory Honda. I took my neighbor to the Ford Dealer last week, she found a car that she liked. The salesman assured her it had everything she wanted. Unfortunately it had leather seats, and was fully loaded-no HEATED seats. The salesman had no idea, did not even look for another car. I had a similiar experience but with a different twist-my salesman at Victory Honda KNEW the car I wanted had no heated seats-when I closed the deal he said Honda would put in heated seats and give me a loaner while they were putting them in at NO cost to me. What a world of difference. I am also aware of the great customer service from Victory Honda because my sister in law (Marcia Rhoades) has purchased 3 Hondas and I have watched her get EXCELLENT service for a long time. Also would like to add that I forgot my UM parking pass in my old car and Raiji came to the dealership at 7:30am this morning to make sure I was able to get it and get to work on time.Linnette Rhoades.

We have purchased 3 cars from the Honda dealership in Plymouth MI. Two were new purchases and one was a used car. This past week we had all 3 serviced for oil changes and mileage workups. I love how efficient the service team is and highly recommend this dealership. They are always trying to get the most out of the vehicle and only do what is necessary at the time to keep the vehicle running in optimal condition. Our Honda Odyssey is over 120,000 miles and we still love it.

I took my car in for a 20000 mile and it was taken care of. My service advisor was very friendly and explained everything. It was finished in less than 2 hrs. My only complaint was the price. I thought it was crazy to pay that much and I have trepidtions about taking my car in for a 30000 mile which will be considerably more. Otherwise the service was good.

My visit to Victory Honda of Plymouth was wonderful. My intentions of going to Honda was to check out the Fit. I had heard that Honda had upgraded the Fit and that it was getting great crash ratings. A friend of mine(who has a 2000 CRV has it serviced there) went with me to Honda of Plymouth, where there were two Fits in the lot so we went outside to check them out. This was where we met Nathan Kujik. He was very professional in his approach and asked if we would like to see the interior. He grabbed the keys and began to inform us about the new 2015 Fit. We were very pleased with Nathan, there was only one hitch, I had to sell my 1999 VW first. He said that was okay and informed me about a trade in if I didn't sell. I also said to him that when I was ready to buy I would like to deal with him. The visit ended and I went home and began to prepare to purchase a new car. A few days later I sold the VW. Now the task of purchasing was beginning. I decided that I should test drive the Fit first, to see if I even liked it. When we arrived I stopped to see the Service Manager, Jim Raj, whom I have known for many years. Jim is a very likable, professional person and it appears that the service department runs smoothly under his care. He went with us to the sales department and the process began. I test drove the Fit with Sherry(I forget her married name) and I fell in LOVE with the Fit. As I said to her I would have purchased the car from her but I had already talked with Nathan. I had a wonderful experience with her, she is a great saleswomen and if I were the market to purchase again I would keep her in mind. We began the process, but there was another hitch, I wanted red and that was tough. However, the sales personal went to work to find me a red one. It would maybe take a few days and that was fine with me. This was a Thursday and by Monday they had located one and it would be mine. Yeah!!!! On September 24th,2014 I was able to drive out of the Honda dealers with my new Fit. I can not say enough good things about Nathan and dealing with Victory Honda of Plymouth. He has been even helpful after the sale when I needed instructions on some of the new features in the 2015 model. Thanks Nathan and everyone I dealt with at Victory Honda of Plymouth. It was just an oil change, but we were scheduled for a Monday morning, then we had a death in the family and needed to get out of town quickly. Unfortunately, it was Saturday morning and they were booked solid. When I told them of our circumstances, they said to bring the car up and they would try to squeeze it in. We got a call before lunch that it was ready! We were very grateful for such excellent service.

Nathan was a great sales employee. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We wanted to drive the 2014 Honda CR-V a second time on another night and he stayed after his shift so he would be there when we arrived. He answered all of our questions and emails even on his day off. He also gave us time to make up our mind and was not pushy. He even worked with us on the lease price so it became affordable for us to buy the AWD instead of the 2WD. We had not initially intended to buy a Honda, but the lease deals were much better than GM, Chrysler, and Ford. It fit our budget much better.

I typically go to the honda dealership on grand river to get my car serviced since that is where I purchased the car and have had a great experience with them. For a time saving trip since Plymouth is much closer to me. The wait time to get my car into victory has been over an hour and the price is $17 more for an oil change. Will never go back to victory honda.

This is for Victory Honda in Plymouth MI. OK, so we are getting our 5th car from this same dealership and with a phone call, 'our' Salesman Tim Winkler, he got on it so quickly- (I kinda had forgotten how diligent he is!). He, as always spoke with both me and my husband to get a sense of what we want, and by the time we got to the dealership, the car was ready and waiting with all the bells and whistles! We are always treated like our needs and wants matter and he is there to make sure that we get the best for our money's worth! Its funny how this Tim knows us to a T cos when we arrived, he is like; its got this, this and this because I know you this and want it loaded! and then we can see how he worked to get us the best deal. if you have the time, he will then take you to HONDA school and show and explain the car like he designed and built it. I know this because we've had to buy other brand of car from different dealerships before. The manager Ken is one of the friendliest professional person (aside from our salesman Tim) we've had the fortunate pleasure to work with. I know what car sales people can be like in other places but these people at Victory Honda are the best!. The newer guy Don is so nice its like he fits in with the rest of them. We have recommended so many of our friends and family to them and of course when we see them again, they have their Honda from Victory Honda and I can tell they were well taken care of. Being an engineer myself, I should have just stayed away from the service packages. After going through the reviews in this website, I drove in my 2010 Honda Accord for the GRAY SERVICE meant for 40,000 & 80,000 miles and drove out paying a ~$1000 bill. 1. I do not see the hinges, door locks and latches lubricated. 2. The latch holding the hood holding rod was broken after the service 3. Car was not washed. I drove back and got the latch replaced with a new one. And got the car WASHED in 2 minutes with water dripping off the vehicle and the wheel rims untouched. During the two minutes of car wash I walked around to check out some information about a vehicle and one of the sales executive talked me in to checking out a NEW CR-V with a monthly payment less than what I pay now for my vehicle and said he wouldn't need to check my credit score when I discretely asked about it. I surely wanted to know what the savings would be. This executive then leaves me with another executive to help one of his other customers. This new executive makes some calls and tell me to fill out a form on their website and tells me that it will check my credit score. When I told him that I wouldn't want to run a credit score, He wanted to know why was I there for. When I told him that I just wanted to know how much I would save, I get the reply- "Man!! You think we are selling microwaves??" After going through the worst over-priced service I ever heard off, The sales executives here wasted my time. I should have never wasted my time and money at this dealership.

Horrible experience. 2012 Honda Pilot. Tires didn't meet certificate requirements. Lied about the tread. Had to involve another dealership and threaten involving my lawyer before the tires got replaced. Sales/service are one star at best. Was not offered a fuel card or anything else to address the issue of me driving 145 miles round trip to have them make the vehicle a true certified honda as it should have been to begin with. Shop elsewhere. Not the way you treat people. Horrible experience.

Brand new Honda owner and pleased with Victory Honda! The purchase was for my mom, but having made the deal on her behalf, i was impressed enough to look at a Honda purchase for myself. Salesman Nate was attentive and made the buying process pleasant. We test drove three different manufacturers, two of which that we qualified for manufacturer incentives, but chose the Honda because the road test made us feel like we were driving a SOLID CAR. Enough said.

Whenever I have come in for service I have been greeted quickly and taken care of with friendly people. I had to stay while the service was done and found the amenities in the waiting to be top notch, including wifi service. I have been coming here for years and would have no problem recommending this dealership.

My son's 2003 Honda Civic was starting to have some problems. The engine light was coming on while driving. Maureen was able to find time on the schedule to squeeze us in. The light went off before we got there but Maureen did some preliminary checks on the car and could find nothing wrong. I opted to wait until the light came back on to do more thorough diagnosis of the problem. The next day, the light was back on and Maureen was able to get the car in so that service could diagnose the problem and get it all fixed. I had them overnight a part and he was back on the road the next day. Exceptional service everytime!

I bring our 2002 Civic in for service and I will always look for Maureen. She has a way of making my day every time I come in. The work is always done in a timely fashion. The extra service required is always explained in detail. We will be back for a new car when the time is right, however, I look forward to my next visit with Maureen and the great service department.

Extremely disappointed in the service received. The $105 diagnostic fee (itself a ripoff when you consider the profit margin) should have been voided when we were told it needed something (an oxygen filter) that we had already been informed about on a previous visit. There were other issues, too many to list here, but I will never bring a car for service here again. Lesson learned the hard way.

Having just purchased a 2014 Insight EX and leased a 2014 CR-V, I want to say how very happy we were with the whole process. Arriving after work at 7:00PM, never did I feel pressured that our salesperson and the staff at Victory were waiting to close-up shop. No pressure. A great deal with the extended warranty on the purchase (which we rolled into the payment--that's the way to go!), and meeting our needs with the trade-in (more than blue book). Victory of Plymouth continues to satisfy (we've been customers for 10 years).

I was checking out a used Honda accord. Their salesman Joe was a great guy, he wasn't pushy about the car let me keep it for the night to check it out with my friend. Offered good service if I buy it. BUT they don't sway much from their price. If you are looking to get the KBB price after a long negotiation then go for it, otherwise don't waste your time there.

I recently went to Victory Honda looking for a civic/accord to replace my 1999 Honda CRV (275K miles on it). I was greated immediately as I walked around the lot, talked with a salesman and test drove a 2012 civic, asking questions along the way. I was treated well and I was thrilled to buy a 2012 lease turn in Civic with only 9,000 miles on it. The salesman made sure the service dept buffed out scratches on a rear bumper, and I was happy with the entire experience. Love the fuel economy compared to my older CRV. I'd recommend these folks over other dealerships in the area, and know many people that have purchased cars here. I had test driven an accord at another dealership the same day before going to Victory Honda.

I was hearing some strange noises while driving and called for service. Maureen was able to get me in the same day and the techs replaced some worn out wheel bearings. Victory Honda takes very good care of my family's four Honda's.

I always feel special when I come to Victory for service. Maureen is always up-beat and really LISTENS to my concerns - and gets me answers, and makes good suggestions. She goes out of her way to make things happen. I've worked with others in the service department over the past 5 years, and they have ALL done great.

My wife's Odyssey had a recall on the airbag. I called Maureen Kelly in service at Victory Honda in Plymouth. Maureen set up the appointment at my convenience, got me a shuttle home, called me as soon as the car was done and immediately got me the shuttle back to the dealership. This is what I have come to expect from Victory Honda when I deal with Maureen. Recalls are an inconvenience by their very nature, but employees like Maureen know how to take a negative experience and turn it into a positive one. That's why whenever I need my Hondas serviced, I call Maureen Kelly.If every service person in the world -- let alone Victory Honda -- were as good at her job as Maureen, customer service surveys would be unnecessary.

I went to dealership to check out the special event since I bought a car couple of years ago and thought to give me new business and was introduce to Mr. Michael Vera, Sales Rep, he was very friendly and courteous and provided all information and answer my queries without any issue, even I had my entire family, when I left him with a offer, i did not expected that he would call me but he did and we went back there to complete the sale, I have to give him 2000% for his great Professionalism and Friendliness. it was very great experience for me and my family working with Mr. Vera.

I came to see the wide selection of used Odysseys that I saw online. I was given an apt. Nate was very helpful. I bought the Odyssey and asked for a tow hitch to be installed. I had to come back later in the week to get the vehicle and finish my financing. Nate had been out sick, but Joe tried to pitch in and finish up the deal. Unfortunately, the finance person had already left for the day, but as I had left a sizable downpayment, I was sent home with the vehicle. Too bad I did not get my temporary tags - but I made it home without incident. The next day, a driver brought the paperwork and tags to my house. I had driven the vehicle a bit and discovered that the electric doors and rear hatch rarely open unless I use the key fob. I am not sure if the electric got messed up when the hitch was installed. Since I live in Clinton Township, I will likely take it to a local dealer to have them check out what the issue is. I am hopeful that Victory Honda will honor any repairs that may need to be done if the hitch install is at fault, otherwise, the warranty should cover the work. Hopefully, it is a quick fix, as I need to have a vehicle every day:) Joe was great and nice. Nate even called me when he was sick to see how things went. Very nice people.

I've had my Honda CR-V since 2005. On 2/21/14 my Honda's transmission went. We had it towed to Victory Honda, where I purchased it in 2005, to have it looked at. Maureen was very helpful throughout the process. She called and let us know the price differences for the transmissions and told us how long it would take to order the part and put it into my car. I just got my Honda back Friday, 2/28/14!! I was very happy to get my Honda back and was very surprised and happy that they gave it back to me WASHED and warm. Thank you so much to all the service people at Victory Honda for taking care of my Honda and us.

Our CRV was damaged running over a large frozen chunk of ice and snow. Maureen Kelley advised that a shield was damaged underneath and needed to be ordered and replaced. Both her cost estimate and order and replacement time were exactly as she quoted. Maureen was very pleasant and knowledgeable and i would recommend her to others.

We went to Victory Honda because the SRS light on our 2000 Accord was on. The car was taken in exactly at the appointment time and we waited less than an hour for the problem to be fixed. The technician was friendly and professional. He told us the part was under warranty, so the problem was taken care of free of charge. The waiting room was comfortable and there was ample fresh coffee! We left with a washed car and our issue resolved promptly and expeditiously. Good experience!

I am very disappointed for the high mileage ofmy Accord at delivery (over 1,500 miles) and that nothing was proposed or done to compensate for this unusual high mileage on a brand new vehicle!

Service agent told me my car would be done in 2hrs and it was done in 30 minutes. Shuttle service was not offered, but when I asked, they were more than accommodating. I would have stayed if it was only going to be 30 minutes. People in todays economy need to work and no time to waste making up time. Very happy with the service and staff.

I brought my car in for an oil change 12-23-13. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m; I did not arrive until 4:30 p.m. due to getting lost. I was sort of apprehensive about arriving so late, even though I had called to explain my situation. When I arrived, everyone was so nice. My car was serviced within 30 minutes. I had prepared myself, mentally, to wait for at least an hour. I was really impressed with the speedy service and the professionalism of the entire service department.

Mistake on paperwork & brand new car was delivered with dirty film on windows, needed a vacuum & a few other minor items. Overall not impressed with the attention to details here.

Our experience with Mr. Sera and Victory Honda was extremely pleasant. After a bad experience with another dealership, we were treated with respect and consideration that I felt went above the norm. Mr. Sera was friendly, informative and very helpful. Our trade-in price was very fair and 50% more than the other dealership. Our purchase of a pre-owned Honda CRV began on a Friday evening around 4:30PM and was completed to my satisfaction and delight about 3 hrs. later. I would highly recommend Mr. Sera and Victory Honda to anyone without hesitation. We love our new car and will not hesitate to return to this dealership.

Every time I take my Honda civic in for maintenance I feel assured that I am getting the best value and service for my vehicle. During my recent visit for maintenance, I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about coming in because I thought that I needed repairs for my brakes. However, I was advised that my brakes were in good condition. I breathed a sigh of relief as those words were spoken. I really did not want an additional financial burden at that time. Please keep up the great quality service.

First, let me say that I am a very "busy" businesswoman and have never owned a Honda in my entire life. I have bought four pre-owned Toyota Camrys in a row for the past 10 years because of their nice look and their dependability. But, after my brother showed up from Alabama driving a beautiful new 2013 Honda Accord Sport last month, I decided to go buy one! Since I had never had any rude, argumentative, or difficult negotiations with any of the salesmen or General Managers at Toyota dealerships, I expected the same when I chose Victory Honda of Plymouth, at 315 W. Ann Arbor Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170 to buy my Honda Sport. I purposely chose them because my daughter had just bought a used Honda off their lot recently and it only took 1.5 hours to buy it so I thought this would be an easy, stress-free & enjoyable negotiation for me too. But, my experience was the exact opposite as hers! I ended up dealing with the same General Manager that she did, Ken Litner, but this guy treated me like I didn't even exist from the moment that I began to offer my deal to him!! He immediately acted superior to me, and I believe, treated me dismissively because I was a woman! From then on, I believe that he used his superiority of women perspective as his leverage to create the deal that "he" wanted rather than negotiate a mutually beneficial deal between both of us!!But, I'll back up now to state that before even going in to Victory Honda of Plymouth on July 31st, (the last day of their all-important inventory count and the best day for a customer ... me (!) ... to buy a vehicle), I did my online homework and found out a fair price to offer for the 2013 Honda Sport and an accurate trade-in market price for my 2009 Toyota Camry XLE (top of the line model and fully loaded with leather & power everything, heated seats, a moon roof and even a remote starter that had 85,435 miles on it and was in very good condition with only one minor cosmetic bumper repair). I called this dealership, spoke briefly with Paul Adams, a friendly sales guy, explained that I didn't need a test drive because I'd already driven my brother's new Honda Sport and texted a Final "Out The Door" Offer price of $23,500 (title, tax & registration, handling & office fees included) for his stickered $24,980 Honda Accord Sport in exchange for a trade-in of $11,500 for my Toyota Camry! He told me that he'd spoken with his manager and that the $23,500 would again be... no problem! Then, I told him that I'd already had it appraised at a local Toyota dealer for $11,500. He then said I'd need to come in, get it appraised there and present the deal to his sales manager, Ken Litner, and that he should be able to get that trade-in handled at that price...no problem! So, I set a 2 pm appt. explaining that I'd have only 1 hour to handle the deal and was again told...no problem, please come in because they'd be able to do the deal within that timeframe! So, I excitedly rushed over to Victory Honda of Plymouth ready to buy a new 2013 Honda Sport from them! Another salesman ended up handling matters now, Jermaine Moore, their friendliest gentleman on staff, because Paul was out that day. Well, it turned out that they took my full hour's time to appraise my car and then finally presented my deal to the rudest manager that I've ever met at any car dealership...ever! Their salesman, Jermaine, at Victory Honda of Plymouth, cordially led me over to the main desk where the General Manager/Ken Litner, that I mentioned previously, was sitting. As I stood there before him, he never bothered to introduce himself to me or to "even look up at me" but rather when I began negotiating with him, he just sat arrogantly in his chair, while he held the paperwork reflecting my car's appraisal and said, "we can't give you $11,500 for your car". So, I immediately explained that I was told this deal would be no problem. He again coarsely, with no regard for my presence, re-stated it was only worth $10,000. You can't even begin to imagine how aggravated and insulted that I became over his snide, obnoxious attitude with his totally ridiculous trade in offer! So, I immediately and "angrily" walked out knowing that he could "and would" easily sell my beautiful Camry for $15,000 on his lot! Thanks, Victory Honda of Plymouth, for letting me go hungry that afternoon because of your lying sales staff that lured me there under false pretenses and for hiring your arrogant, irritating and totally unprofessional General Manger that totally "ignored me" ... and "my offer" by lowballing me on the trade-in! NOTE TO OWNER OF VICTORY OF HONDA OF PLYMOUTH: You might want to consider finding another General Manager!!! I walked out extremely angry with Victory Honda of Plymouth's entire method of business practices that I'd been led to believe was going to be handled professionally, quickly and that I'd be a proud new owner for the very first time of a Honda! As I left that day, I even told Litner that I would have been a "first time Honda new-car buyer" and a "first time Honda new-car buyer at his dealership", but that didn't seem to matter to him at all! Before leaving, I unpacked all of my items that I had already placed in the new car (which the salesman helped me do!) because the salesman said the deal would be no problem...again another Victory Honda of Plymouth trick!Of course, the story didn't end there because now the first salesman called me back and besieged me with numerous texts and reasons why they couldn't give me a big reduction on the price of the new car and still pay off my car in full. When I told him that that our negotiations where finished because they couldn't at least be willing to pay the $421, he still wouldn't stop texting me. It was at this point that I asked my brother to call Paul Adams to see if he could determine why this offer wasn't being accepted. When he did call him, he was rudely dismissed as "not knowing what he's talking about" and that he's worked out figures for years at this dealership and knows what he's doing. When my brother called me back exasperated at being treated that way, I apologized to him. He told me that Mr. Adams had treated him like he was "an idiot" and explained further that he didn't believe the original sales guy that he was talking to, Paul Adams, realized that I still owed $10,421 on my car but rather that I owned it outright. I told my brother that I "had" told Jermaine, the second salesman, that I still owed money on my Camry... so the Victory Honda sales staff definitely knew that my car hadn't been paid off! So, I texted another "final offer" to Paul with a trade in of $10,200 but again, he texted back that "their verdict was in"...$23,500 out the door with $10K for the trade. However, he still continued to explain again why they couldn't do it with the $10K trade, so I offered the same deal and compromised with a trade in offer of $10,200. But, that wasn't good enough for them even though the resale value on a Camry is far greater than a Honda any day on the market!! So, I again, closed all negotiations with Victory Honda of Plymouth! Then I started receiving constant texts from Mr. Adams trying to renegotiate the deal but insisting that they'd still only pay $10,000 for the trade. He would not stop texting me! His last "trick" to entice me in was to say that I'd need to "come in" and present the new deal with the $10,200 trade in again to Ken Litner. So, once again, I walked into Victory Honda of Plymouth to find out that the "rudest deliberations" were going to now begin! When I walked back into the dealer, I determined that I would not give this sale to Paul Adams, who had "bugged" me incessantly with his text messages. So, I purposedly selected Jermaine to finalize the negotiations. As I explained what I expected from the deal to Jermaine, he then went to Litner. I ended up waiting another two hours and finally Jermaine came back and said it was still going to be a $10K Trade-In. Two more hours! I was furious!!! For two additional wasted hours out of my busy day and a lousy $221, he was willing to throw this deal back into my face refusing to accept it!! Plus, he never once came over to talk with me about it personally...not once!! I was beyond furious at this point!!!! So, for yet another hour, both salesmen, Paul Adams & Jermaine Moore, spent another hour trying to calm me down at Jermaine's desk in order to "keep me there" (rather than have me walk out the door again!!) and they both continued to explain all their phony reasons why Litner had refused to accept my offer.My problem was that I was willing to forego all of the salesmens' conniving nonsense, Litner's unprofessionalism and totally unacceptable attitude toward me, his potential "new car buyer", and the Victory Honda of Plymouth's deceitful practices just because... I wanted this car! So, I gave in, told the salesmen to run the deal, and "settled" ... and "ate the $421" so that I could buy my Honda Sport! I was never told by any of these Victory of Honda in Plymouth sales staff, "Thank you for buying your car from Victory Honda of Plymouth"! In the end, after spending about 5 hours there, I never received a friendly handshake from Ken Litner. In fact, he walked by me several times as I awaited the final dealings with their Finance Manager, and still..."never came over to say one single word to me" after I'd just spent $23,500 in his dealership and lost $421 on my beautiful, fully-loaded 2009 Camry. Here's what I got instead from Victory Honda of Plymouth to try to smooth things over as I was about to leave...a little Honda first aid kit and a photo taken of their salesman, Jermaine Moore, standing beside me alongside my new car. Believe me, saying "cheese" for that picture wasn't easy when I'd just eaten "a whole plateful of garbage" from Victory Honda of Plymouth to buy my car!!!!!The moral to my story is simply this...DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH "VICTORY HONDA OF PLYMOUTH" at 315 W. Ann Arbor Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170 ... or an "alleged businessman" by the name of Ken Litner .... EVER!!!!!P.S. I recently purchased a 2012 2-dr Honda Accord from Victory Honda. The salesperson, Jermaine Moore was very knowledgeable about the purchase of the car and a very pleasant young man. Ellie, the financial person was very personable and made me feel special as a buyer. She provided me with the different options that I could purchase regarding the car and really knew her job. Mike was friendlly, very nice to our kids. No pressure and knowledgeable/helpful. The process was quick and efficient. The manager and finance manager were also very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my service done on the same day I requested it and the employees were courteous, the facility is top notch, my service was done quickly and my car was washed to boot! I've been very happy with this dealership. I had to sell a Honda that an elderly relative owned and I visited seven used car dealers and Victory gave me the deal that matched the blue book and treated me with respect. Others lowballed me and one even offered to "help me out" with a price that was so low it was insulting.

The appointment was setup and confirmed by email. The service rep met us upon arrival and took us to his office for review of needs, paper signing and suggested having coffee in the waiting room. The work was completed within the time limit,the car washed and the rep reviewed the work results plus walked with us to the cashier and out to the garage to our car. Everything done very well. Great service experience.

This is my second purchase at Victory Honda of Plymouth. I purchased a vehicle in 2005 (a honda civic that was a great car with never an issue at a great price) and another last month that has also been a purchase that I doubt I will ever have to regret.. I am always amazed at how well I am treated here at this dealership. The sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful without any pressure to purchase. Customer service is what this dealership has always been about and since I've been dealing with them for years, I can honestly say this from experience.. not from just spending 10 minutes at the dealership looking at vehicles, I made actual vehicle purchases, The two vehicles that I purchased from this dealership were purchased years apart and I've never had any issues, not with the cars and not with the dealership. From sales to finance and even the managers, I always feel as though they want to make sure that I am completely satisfied, not only during the purchase of my vehicles but long after the purchase as well. I could not write enough good things about these folks.. I wasnt originally on the market for a Honda, and was deciding between vehicles from 2 other dealerships, but by chance decided to visit Victory Honda before making my final decision and was glad I did. Naomi really made the difference in my decision, and it was because of her excellent service that I ended up coming back to Honda again and again, and ultimately bought a new Honda. She was really knowledgeable about all the cars and was able to answer all of my questions, and you could tell that she genuinely believed in the quality of Honda and was sincere and honest in her advice, a quality I didnt find at other dealerships or with other sales agents I had worked with. Not only did she offer great advice and insight before I settled on the right car, but she also offered endless support after purchasing the car, and you could tell that she cared more about my satisfaction throughout the life of the car, rather than others who care more about making a sale than about empowering the client to make the right decision for themselves. Im sure all of the sales agents at Victory Honda are great, but I also believe that Naomi has an innate quality that puts her service above the already high standards that Victory Honda provides. Ellie, the finance manager, took the time to go over not only the deal with me but gave advice as to how Credit Reporting works and is influenced by falsely assigned previous debts. She treated me with dignity and respect during the process and was even thoughtful enough to provide my lunch since the process lasted longer than expected. Harold, the salesman, was very helpful and took time to answer my many questions about features of the vehicle I selected and was patient throughout the day with my wish to test drive three models. I am now leasing a CIVIC and am VERY SATISFIED with the vehicle and my experience at the dealership. "Honda Care" is more than a maintenance program for the vehicle, its the people at this dealership and the way they do business! THanks to all!

Wade did his job, the mechanics did their job, and I did mine. After a $105 dollar comprehensive check of my 04 Accord, the paperwork suggested a bushing replacement ($300) which would require an alignment and $500 in other work. I asked Wade to leave the car up on the hoist so that I could see all the defects. Glad I did. I was able to prioritize what really needed to be fixed and what could wait (if it needed replacing/fixing at all. Sway bar linkage was totally disconnected on one side. They fixed it and I paid $250 ($105 not applied to fix b/c I elected not to do all the work). I was very pleased with the work that was done. Car was like new again and sounds were gone.

We were disappointed that we could not agree on a lower price for the Pilot, but we did not understand that the price online is already a discounted price. Germaine Moore, who we found out was a new salesman, was very helpful and friendly to work with. We were very pleased with him as our salesman. Ellie Moore really knew her area and we felt confident working with her and listening to her suggestions and recommendations. She made our experience "fun" with her good sense of humor.

Jermaine was a great Sales Associate. Being the first time to buy a car, I was nervous and hesitant. He fully assured me every step of the way and walked me through all the details and found me a great deal. Jermaine was very welcoming and friendly. I left Suburban Honda because I felt they were not very friendly and they would not explain anything to me in detail. Mark was extremely nice. He showed me every detail of the car and asked me several times if I had any questions. He showed me how to set up my phone with the navigation system. When I mentioned I wasn't a fan of the pinstripe on the car I wanted, he offered to remove it for me. He also explained how much my trade in would be worth and why. I felt like I was dealing with very friendly and honest people. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mark to any of my friends or family looking to buy a Honda. :)

I responded to a letter inviting us to consider upgrading our lease arrangements on our 2011 CR-V. Generally I am wary of these offers as, in the past, I have assessed them as more helpful to dealer vs customer. Mike did a nice job of listening to my concerns and was able to work out a win-win deal that we are very satisfied with. The best match of vehicle and deal is the bottom line to us. Next is a sense that we are dealing with people we can trust to provide us with the best available financing and service. We have bought cars from many dealerships and often, unfortunately have not had this experience. We come back to Victory Plymouth because we are comfortable doing business there and sales staff like Mike Serra will not only keep our business but also will get business from our family and friends. Because I was very happy with my experience with Wade in my previous visit, I asked for him as my service advisor for my 30K service. Wade is a fantastic service advisor. I worked in a service dept for 8 years in my past, and I am pretty critical. Bottom line he is attentive, honest and to the point. He offered a loaner, had it warmed and cleaned off for me upon my arrival. He surely makes customers feel like they are important. People like Wade are the number one reason I continue to buy my vehicles from Victory.

Eric Lacy was very helpful during my last several visits to Victory Honda for service on my 1995 Honda Odyssey. He explained in detail the problems with my vehicle and the repairs needed to keep it running. I did not feel that he was trying to push repairs on me for the sake of earning the dealership more money. That was particularly true with my recent brake repairs. Both the ABS and BRAKE lights came on twice during extremely cold weather, although the vehicle still braked. After an assessment of the brakes, the mechanic suggested that the front and rear brake pads and rotors and the master brake cylinder be replaced, although there was no guarantee that replacing the brake cylinder was necessary. Something in the brakes may have temporarily frozen in the extreme weather triggering the brake lights or there could be a small fluid leak somewhere in the brake line. To repair all that the mechanic had suggested would have cost $2200. But the mechanic also suggested lesser options, which Eric and I discussed. In the end I decided repair the front brake, and Eric instructed me to keep the brake fluid topped off and showed me where to do that and even gave me a container of brake fluid. As someone who does freelance and temp work, I need reliable transportation, but I do not want to buy a new vehicle until it's absolutely necessary. Eric understands and is helping me achieve that. I have read many bad reviews about this dealership but I bought my Honda 2010 CRV here and they actually bargained with me. What dealership does that anymore? I wanted two things the vehicle did not have and told the salesman I would not purchase the vehicle unless he threw those in free of charge, he went and talked to the manager and I walked out a very satisfied customer. The items I wanted were given to me. (this was a savings of over 1000.00 if I had purchased the items myself). I have always gotten my oil changes here and they show you to the customer waiting room, offer refreshments and get the job done in a timely fashion. They also wash your car for you, check all fluids and fill them and check the air in your tires. All things I appreciate very much. I have nothing but good things to say about Victory Honda.

I never would of believed that last Tuesday night, I would be buying a brand new car. I recieved flier in the mail saying that they had heard I was paying 22.19% on my current vehicle and that they could get me in a new car at a lower rate. I went in just to see what they would offer. My husband and I were shocked at the awsome deal our salesman Mike got for us. 3 hours later we were driving home in our brand new Honda Civic Coupe for 0 down and 3.9%. We want to thank all the helpful staff at Victory Honda.

Maureen set me up with a loaner and my car was ready later the same day. She was very helpful and gracious. She brought the loaner car into the service area for me and when my car was ready, she brought my car to the service area as well. She also provided very specific information about what was wrong with my car that needed repair. In addition, she helped with two more minor problems (child safety lock on that I didn't realize and dome light). She's great.

Worked with 2 in Service and very impressed with your representative Cody. Fully explained the required service and advised later about some brake issues which needed to be addressed immediately. While waiting, I spoke with Sales Rep. Mike Sera about the CRV in the showroom. Very personable and friendly and demonstrated how the seats fold down in the back and the manner in which the rear cover would hide whatever I was hauling so that it would not be visible from the outside. Overall good experience today!

The whole experience was as expected. Nick was thorough and accommodating. The vehicle was ready when expected and the estimated service cost was accurate. The loaner was clean and comfortable. I switched from Victory in Monroe to Plymouth for this service and as not disappointed. I was always impressed with the way Jim Raj ran the Monroe facility; he's obviously brought those positive qualities to Plymouth. I will be back.

I am writing this review after almost a month of visiting the dealership. We had a shocking experience at this place that I felt the need to write this review to warn other people NOT to visit this dealership. Being a lazy person, I do not generally write reviews for products and/or experiences, so this is my first one. We wanted to buy a used Honda and really liked a few cars at a different dealer (which by no surprise has a great rating). We wanted to see if we can get a better deal and so went to Victory Honda Plymouth. Initially, their reception was OK, we test drove a couple of cars, but the price was WAY more than the other dealerships. They only had a few good cars in their used cars lot. When we did not like the cars and decided to go away, they tried to sell them to us by all means. I told them that we got a good deal elsewhere, and if they can match the price or offer a better price (since the ones we test drove were not as good as compared to the other dealership) then I will consider buying the car. Their prices were more than $1000 compared to other dealership, which is ridiculous. In the mean time, we asked for some water and they kept us waiting for a long time and the sales person sent their Manager to do the talking as he/she was not able to negotiate the price. This guy was VERY rude and did not have the courtesy of how to talk to customers. He mocked me and behaved as if we went there to kill time. He even had the courage to mock other dealerships which are way bigger and older than theirs and are doing really well in business.We were surprised as to how he managed to become the Manager without the basic skills of talking to customers. When I came back, I saw bad ratings for this dealership and felt that I should have read this before visiting them. Anyway, we bought the car, the very next day from one of the best Honda dealers in Michigan and we got a great deal for a great car. So in short, do not make the mistake of visiting this place if you're looking to buy any Honda vehicle. There are lot more better dealers who value their customers and offer better prices. I wish dealerrater.com had 0 rating (instead of 1 being the least). Victory Honda of Plymouth does not even deserve a rating of 1. X|

The salesman, Mark Mareck, was very friendly, down-to-earth, and considerate of my time. He did not put pressure on me to 'close a deal' but rather allowed me to move at my own pace and take my time. He was very flexible and understanding. The manager and finance woman were also very accommodating. I definitely will return to Mark Mareck and Victory Honda of Plymouth for my next vehicle.

Julie Ennis, our sales rep who had been recommended by my own service rep Nick Devine, added so much value to our process of purchasing a new SUV for my daughter and son-in-law! Julie had the SUV running and ready for us when we arrived, as I had called ahead. Julie offered another vehicle to try for comparison, and went above and beyond to ease the transition between vehicles for my daughter, who was trading in her first car, and was very melancholy about the process.Julie was very pleasant yet professional, and moved things along in a very unthreatened, yet methodical manner. When we went to financing options and paperwork, Ellie was so cool! She too was very friendly, professional, and light! She made this portion of the purchase very smooth and easy for my kids.All in all, Victory Honda of Plymouth added so much value to our experience on Saturday! They are so worth the time when you are shopping for a new(er) Honda!

You may be skeptical, but I definetly would not have bought three Hondas here over the last seven years if previous negative reviews were true. Julie Ennis was my sales person twice at Victory. Both times she made every effort to ensure my complete satisfaction. No question about it. Since I didn't have time to research price, she even encouraged me to use the internet at the dealer to make sure I was completely satisfied with the price. Since buying a Civic was new to me, she set up a time for me to test drive it. Afterwards we discussed the pricing and options. No hassle, no problems. She wanted to be sure I was satisfied with everything. A great person to work with.I've also had the opportunity (three purchases) to work with Keith Friday, one of the sales managers. Talk about excellent service. This man directed me to Julie. discussed with me the value of my trade, and ensured that I got the color and options, and the car I wanted. His motto was and is he wants me to be happy about the car, the price, the service, trade value, etc. This man is diffently someone you can trust concerning your purchase. Just go through the front door where he usually is with a big smile on his face, a friendly greeting right at his desk. Who ever said this dealership tries to push you into a deal is crazy. Believe me I've always been fusy. I won't have bought my third Honda here if was disatisfied with the sale.Don't believe me see Keith.Nick in service has been great about taking care of my cars needs for three years.

Service Rep Wade, was complete ignorant. Suggest me extra service repairs worth 250$. Which he claim they can fix in 20 mins to their closing time. When I very well know, to change links on both sides would take a lot more than that for some one who takes 45 mins to just change oil. I got home checked the oil level it was way over the MAX point suggested. If you google Penzoil change stations Victrory honda is one of them. When I took the car in I saw the technician pouring from Castrol GTX oil can, when i asked Wade he said we use MObile oil. ??? They think you are complete stupid. I highly doubt they changed the oil filter on the car because oil in the car didn't look clean and fresh to me. Be ware of Victory honda's scams.

I just leased a 2012 Civic and I had a wonderful experience. This is my first time purchasing a Honda and David walked me through all the options on the Civic and we went over purchasing and leasing to find the best deal for me. In all my years of buying cars, no one has every gone over the whole vehicle front to back and how to work all the options including setting up my bluetooth. He walked me through the service department and introduced me the Service Manager. I feel very comfortable going back and getting my vehicle taken care of by Victory. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Victory Honda last year looking for a trade in of my 2008 Saturn. I needed better gas mileage because I drive a lot for work. They got me in a used 2010 civic because they could not find me financing for a new one. The car was not there that day so they had me test drive a different civic. I felt very pressured and rushed to buy the car, I had my 3 year old son with me and at this point just figured they would have me come back the next day when car was there to do all of the purchasing paper work. But they actually wanted me to do everything that night without even seeing the car. I purchased my previous car from them so I trusted them. Bad move on my part... They said, "drive this car for a year and next year we'll get you into a new Honda". Well here we are a year later, driving a car I do not like and and paying way too much for... And I am so upside down on my loan, Honda will not even lease to me. I have so much negative equity. The car is being appraised at 8,000 an I owe almost 19,000. And the car is in the exact same condition as when I bought it, other than the miles. They sold me a used car for the price of a new one, made a nice commission off of me and now they can do NOTHING for me. Lesson learned... Never trust a used car salesman!

I was lied to about what would be done if I bought a used 2010 Civic - was told I would receive an owner's manual, which was missing, and the rear bumber would be painted. Neither one of these things happened. I was lied to and now VH has my money. I will never do business with these people again.

I went to this dealer today looking for a preowned car after my current car died on the side of 696 yesterday. From the moment I arrived I felt at home with these folks. My mom and dad have been long time customers of Victory Honda and thats why I went there. I asked to speak with a senior sales consultant and was introduced to David Wenger. Let me just say he was the nicest sales person I have ever delt with. He showed us many cars and different financing options. It seemed that all the preowned cars I looked at were in great condition and were Honda Certified. We finally found the one i liked it was a 2010 Honda Civic with only 10,000 miles David and His Manager Ken Litner worked very hard to get me a deal that fit my budget. Overall my experience at Victory Honda was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or preowned car. THANKS AGAIN DAVID and KEN !!!!Happy Customer!!!!

Went to look at a 2010 CRV certified used. Salesman was very friendly and quick to offer a test drive. Told him I was interested and asked for a price & trade in amount. Quoted what turned out to be a high purchase price and a low trade in. Sales Manager came over and wantedto know what it would take for me to purchase today. Gave him an offer that I knew was low expecting tem to counter. They wouldn't only saying they couldn't accept my offer. Very arrogant. Bought the same car (+2000 miles) still certifie from another dealer for $1650 less than Victory. Trade in was about $800 higher and price of car was $850 lower. Needless to say I won't be returning here and don't recommend them.

They are big dealership, arrogant and pressure you in buying a vehicle. They dont disclose the price upfront and demand your commitment to buy before they can reveal the price. Customer service is totally non-existent. If you'd like to save time, money and be treated the right way don't go there.

Julie, the sales associate was very friendly. She was unaware of the internet special the dealership was advertising and misquoted many "facts" about the sales. Made me a great offer, asked if I would buy on the spot for that price, came back with a price higher than she quoted me($60/month). She was surprised I wasn't pleased and wanted to sleep on it.Upon coming home, I realized they were also running a special for test driving any vehicle. I test drove 2 in terrible weather. When I called the dealership to ask about my Target voucher, Gwen answered the phone. She very rudely told me they did not just hand those vouchers out, the customer must ask for it. I told her that is not what the ad. said. She said she would mail it to me after finding who my sales person was. I asked if she needed my name, she said no she would figure it out. Three weeks later and still no voucher. I did buy a Honda, but not from Victory because of these two employees.
