Bought a used pickup truck about 3 months ago, brought it in for a service issue on Monday morning this week. The service manager test drove my truck and thought it was probably wheel bearing . They quickly gave me a vehicle to drive and repaired my truck in less than 24 hours. This is how customer service should be. The entire department did a fantastic job and I recommend them highly. The sales manager, Cody, was EXCELLENT! We were debating on going to a different dealership; but first, I called them for more information. I spoke with Cody and he was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was not pushy or aggressive with his sales offers! Ultimately, we chose to go to Victory Layne Chevrolet because of Cody's kind and friendly personality! When we got there, we worked with Patrick, the salesman. He was also amazing and made the process smooth and hassle free.The financial guy, Dan, was quick and super helpful in choosing warranty plans based on our needs. Everyone was just super amazing!! We had our two kids with us and they all helped keep them entertained and calm. The kids also appreciated the candy! Overall, I highly recommend this place and hope for your sake you choose them for your next vehicle! You won't regret it once you are served by their team!

Jamie Wood is perhaps the absolute worst human being walking the planet earth, and for some reason he was put in the sales manager role. The experience from start to finish makes me physically ill even today over a month from purchasing my car. The dealership website reviews are filtered and only 5 percent of negative reviews make it onto there website. Needless to say my review was never posted there. I purchased a 2016 Camaro SS convertible which was supposed to be ready when I arrived which it was not because it was in the detail shop, and the day before the salesman said it was just getting out of the detail shop finished (these guys could not tell the truth even if they tried). The salesman I was dealing with was equally dishonest obviously. So 2 hours after arriving I see my car and it has visible clear coat micro scratches in the air dam, and Jamie Wood refused to fix them because he has no moral compass what so ever. I handed them the check drove directly to a dealership in the city in which I live 3 hours away,.I explained to them what happened they got on the phone with there GM rep and the car was in the detail shop the following Monday and all taken care of. Jamie Wood is the worst kind of slimy obese disgusting form of life that exist, and I will never forget him as long as I live. I did 5 tours in the middle east 3 with SOCOM and He is the memory I cant stand the most, that should show you exactly how disgusting in every way this man is.

I just have to take a minute to write a review about my recent experience purchasing a new Equinox. My salesperson, Matt Garland, was so easy to work with, he is very responsive, puts the customer first and truly went beyond expectations - he even brought the car to me to test drive when I was unable to make it to the dealership one evening!! The finance guy, Dan, was also really easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Matt and will be buying any future vehicles from him! Thanks to all involved!!

Matt garland (my sales man) I followed from a previous dealer he worked at because he was so helpful with my first car. I knew I was in good hands when I went to him because he was so very helpful, he will go out of his way to help you no matter the situation! I have been buying Chevy!s there since 1994 and using the service department as needed also since then but this place has really gone down hill under new management. I brought my 2014 camero in for its first service and had informed them that the springs that pop the trunk lid open had gone up into the trunk lid... They never fixed it... Now I take it in for my 2nd oil change, and trunk lid springs and 1 tire low on air... They have my car 3 days, they say they didn't find anything wrong with the tire , I get in and check the pressure and its low again... They bring it back in and .... Find a nail! imagine that! . I have to wait another hour to get it fixed and missed my appointment that I had to be at because they would not give me a car to drive.. It took the service manager 40 minutes to come talk to me... The car should have been washed also... Toyota always washes the cars that come in for service.... Not acceptable!!

Recently I've been browsing for a place to buy a new car. I came across Victory Layne and I highly recommend it. The customer service is outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff. They care about their customers and try their best to answer questions and make everything as clear as possible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. After some negotiating I got a good price on a brand new 2015 camaro and was driving it in no time. The salesman, Sean, was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me choose the right camaro. He even went to make sure I knew how to drive stick as the camaro was manual. Overall great dealership and highly recommended.

You have a product that I have been waiting for since last year. It was a miracle that I happened to be in your dealership on another matter when I walked into your show room after having a cup of coffee because I needed a service decision on my 2013 yellow Vet. After using my new vet I would like to see the lock button be on in the darkness, so that I can click on it to lock the car after I get out of the car. How about that?

The service is horrable, 3+ hrs for a simple oil change over 800.00 in access fees added on to your Bill of sale WATCH OUT !!!!!!!! August 2nd was the first time I financed a car and Tony was extremely helpful. I came in there with $4000 to put down and wanted my payments to be around $290 a month and that's exactly what he did. Mike Byrd is a joke, took my car in cause it's grinding very noticeably. They never took to the car apart to inspect it according to randy. Mike goes on to tell me that he's been a manager for 35 years and there nothing wrong with my car. They refused to help me. I've bought two cars from this place and will never return again. I'm stuck with a problem in my steering covered under warranty. If the steering completely breaks I will have a lawsuit against this company who doesn't honor there word.

I had went to other local dealers and felt over-pressured and directed towards vehicles they wanted me to buy not what I wanted to buy. Bill Morris greeted me right away when I arrived and asked me what I was looking for. My first choice didn't quite fit into my budget; however, he allowed me to look at other options in my price range and was very patient while I debated my choice. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to purchase a very reliable and stylish Camry with very low mileage. I couldn't be happier with my choice or with my experience. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Bill in the future.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance. Received confirmation email from service manager that date and time was acceptable. Arrived 15 minutes early. Informed it would take 45 min. to 1 hour to run diagnostics and then they would let me know what needed to be fixed. 2 hours later went to check status and found that they hadn't looked at my car yet. Appointments are not honored nor did they have the courtesy to inform me that there was a delay. Very poor customer service. Will never go there again. Do not waste your time.

My husband and I had been looking for a new chevy impala for about 1 month, on June 7th we walked in to Victory Layne and met with Dean Mullins. From the first minute he met us he was working for us. He asked me what was important to me, as I explained he took notes. I am a hard person to please and I informed him that I would not be settling for anything less than what I wanted and if I could not get what I wanted I would just wait. Dean worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and I did not settle for anything except for the color and it has already grown on me and I love it. I told him a payment and that is the payment him and the finance department got me. There was no jerking around they are good at their jobs. I have not so great credit and my interest rate is unbelievably low it is actually amazing. I am a happy customer and plan to visit Dean Mullins the next time I am in need of a new or used car. I am also sending my family and friends to Dean. So with all this being said if you go to Victory Layne in Ft. Myers be sure to request Dean Mullins I promise you will not be sorry! Happy Buying :)

I had an appointment to service my vehicle for a recall. At arival I was greeted friendly. However, I was refused service because I didn't have the old part that was recalled. Never once was I offered an out of pocket price to fix, but instead was told by service department manager Randy Curtis to go to a different dealer who services Chevrolets. Being a manager myself, I would never even think to behave in such a manner to any of my customers. I would rather travel the extra miles to a different location then to come back.

I brought my Cruze in for a safety recall inspection. I was assured the process would only take about 15 minutes. True to their word, the service department only had my car for about 15 minutes. Everything was fine and I was off to work.

Second time buying a vehicle at this location. All staff were professional and friendly. Sean knew his product and was able to give us valued information on the vehicle purchased. He met our needs and worked with us to ensure we could get the vehicle we wanted. Also worked with Jamie Woods who processed the sale. This is the third time I have used Victory Chevrolet for service, two of the three other garage's said I needed work that I felt was a bad call. I needed a second opinion to spend the money they were talking, the car is a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu taken well care of. this time the other place said I needed shocks, struts, and this and that. They never mentioned the stabilizer bar that Victory changed. Most likely once they got the big bucks they thought they would get me for the other pennies I had left in my pocket. All weekend long I have boasted about your service department, Craig and I spoke over the phone about my issue before I set the appointment. what a great guy he is, you need to keep him happy! Jack was the mechanic that serviced my car and a big thanks to him. While I was waiting for the car to be repaired I met one of you sales members Tom Henion was his name, please tell him for me ( I never had a bad day). a bit wordy be people don't take the time to say thank you for a job well done! Tony did an excellent job. Smooth..only negative is waiting so long to get to the Finance office to close. Buying the car took less than an hour, over two hours to get to the office to close. Not that backed up either.

I was in to see Ray Good on 05/22/14 and wasn't really sure of what I was looking for in a used car. He spent the time needed to show me anything I asked about and decided on a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT. Within a couple hours the purchase was complete and he actually spent the time to help me transfer my daughters car seat and all of her stuff to the new vehicle. Such a customer oriented person Ray is, and he even plugged my phone charger into the new car for me. I think Justin is great. He listened to what I wanted and unlike most dealerships did not did to presure me into something higher priced. He show me several different cars that he thought would fit what I was looking for explained all the features and then gave me time to look at them all and answer any questions I had. Dan in finance was also great, He did not try to sell all these products I did not want or need. I have purchased alot of new cars and would not have purchased one if they had tried to do any of those things. I have walked out of dealership for those reasons. Could not have had a ask for better service.

We went to Victory Layne to look at a truck we had seen the week before. Dean Mullins assisted us in this, took us for a test drive and after that we sat down and discussed pricing and trades. We had done a tremendous amount of research prior to coming to the dealership as far as pricing goes on Silverado's and provided this info to Dean. He was very helpful in assisting us with this rebates, discounts, etc informing us on what we were and were not allowed or was available to us. He did mention to us if either of us had USAA membership whcih i remembered I had gotten several months ago. I did not have a card on me, only an email which he asked that i contact them for a membership number. This process took over 45 minutes to complete, emailing, calling, etc with USAA but Dean was patient awaiting this as it gave us a significant discount on the purchase price of the truck. He answered all the questions we had with expert advice. We had to bring the truck back two days after purchase to have a coating put on and Dean was again, resourceful with us getting this taken care in one day as well as exchanging out the bed liner in the truck as it was the wrong one. Everything was completed upon our arrival to the dealership that day to pick up the truck. I would highly recommend Victory Layne Chevrolet for purchasing a new Chevy and would also highly recommend asking to have Dean as your salesman. Thanks Dean and thans Victory Layne Chevrolet... We then made a visit to Victory Layne to see the vehicle we inquired about and spoke to Tyler who showed us the vehicle. His knowledge and professionalism is an asset to Chevrolet and Victory Layne before, during and after the delivery.2. Dan in finance was professional at the time we signed the sales documents. When I found a $500 discrepancy in the documentation that was not disclosed the evening of the signing, Dan could have been more professional two days later. I brought my 2011 Camaro in to the dealer for warranty work and ended up leaving with a brand new car! Not because I was unhappy with my older model, but because of the fantastic customer service I received while I was there. Tom was extremely approachable and helpful, and made me feel important the entire time I was there. Jamie assisted with getting the financing approval and was honest and forthcoming with his expectations. Big Mike gave me the royal treatment by showing me around, introducing me to the staff and letting me know who to get in touch with when I have questions or need parts or service. He even helped set up the car's On-Star account and walked me through the new features I was getting. These guys totally sold me on this car and on the entire car-buying experience.

I appreciated that Sean was down to Earth and listened to my concerns. I really do not like going into dealerships when the sales people only care about trying to make my husband happy, or try to talk about numbers just to him. The vehicle I leased was for myself. The options in the vehicle really were up to what I wanted, not what my husband wanted. When Sean realized that the most important person was me, he listened and found out what was important to me. I have been in sales myself, and I understand the questions that he asked were to help him to better help me. I did have a number in mind of what I wanted to spend per month before I walked into the dealership, but it doesn't always mean that I want to spend that amount. Telling me something only costs X amount of dollars will not get you anywhere with me. You have to be able to show me that the value is there for me. Everything is relevant. Would I have been happy with a lower priced vehicle? Yes. Am I happy with my the vehicle that I selected? Yes. I also appreciated that I was not treated differently because of my current credit score. I realize that it is not where I want it, and I understand the curveballs that were thrown at me that influenced why my credit score is the way it is. I guarantee you, if I felt that the tone shifted in any way once my credit score was discovered, I would have walked away. I was already pre-approved through my insurance company for a purchase, so I knew financing was possible. I am more happy that I was able to get the lease option instead because I feel that option best suits my needs.

Your Service rep. Craig (Woods?) was very pleasant, helpful, understanding, and seemed very knowledgeable. The noise in rear wheel area seems possible according to Craig's explanation. I will need to try to clean boot to see if it clears. There seemed to be however, no real fix for the front end noise on right side...I tend to believe that even some sort of greasing would possibly eliminate it? Craig explained that the design of the axle would probably be the cause?? I'm not sure???

Michael "Bear" Graves was my sales rep. He assessed my needs from the info I gave him and provided me with options that gave me what I wanted within the price range I could afford. He made sure I was familiar with all the specifications of each vehicle so I could make an informed decision. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. After I chose the vehicle I wanted he basically took the ball from there & I just had to sign the dotted line! Once my car had been detailed and was ready to go he walked me through all the car's features and showed me how to use the many options of the sound system, the driver console display, and the OnStar system. Even helped me through the OnStar setup. I was very impressed with "Bear" and intend to recommend him and Victory Layne to anyone who tells me they are looking for a new vehicle.

"Big Mike" Marlow greeted us as soon as we arrived. We were unsure if we wanted a new or used vehicle, and he patiently showed us options for both. We explained how much we wanted to spend, and he did not pressure us to spend more - just gave us our options. He was very pleasant to work with, and made us feel at home. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. After having recently been in a car accident, I wasn't really excited about getting behind the wheel again, even for a test drive. Mike was patient, and encouraged me to just drive around the lot. And as it had been a stressful week/morning, neither my husband nor myself had eaten anything that day. Mike bought us both granola bars to snack on while we finished up the paperwork. True customer service!

I was a walk-in on a Saturday morn. I had no issues walking up to the counter. I had to initiate the greeting, the two gentlemen seemed lost in their own world to notice or care. * I work in the service industry, and former hotel mgt, and the 5 foot rule didnt apply to them it seemed. Once the transaction was in motion then the one assisting me was fluid with his customer service. I wasnt in there long; the techs did a quick but effective oil-change as requested. The cashier was friendly enough for an early sat morn. Im not looking for action, only a friendly smile. After all, its apart of the industry.

As a women coming into a dealership to buy a car can be a little over over welming. But here at Victory Layne I was treated with resepect, they took the time to ask me what I was looking for and the price range. Never once did they try to talk me into something I didnt want or need. Also after my purchase Big Mike called me to just see how I was enjoying my new car. I would recommend Victory Layne to everyone. I LOVE VICTORY LAYNE.

Oil change on my 2012 GS Corvette. Also did a minor AC recall. Service done on time. A nice touch would be to do a safety inspection and document such things as tire pressures, brake wear, fluids, etc?

I have done business with the Chevrolet dealership in Naples for the last (25) years. I happened to be in Ft Myers last week and stopped by your dealership. I had a part come off my back seat. It was ordered immediately and when it came in I was contacted and was told to come in at my convenience. When I came in they took care of me right away and completed the job in just under 10 minutes. I thought that was great. They treated me very well and acted like I was the only one there when in fact there was about 10 people in there. The service was excellent. I will go back for all my service needs for my 2013 2500 Diesel truck.

Requested oil and filter change plus grease. Some under hood pivots were not lubed.I am never sure all grease fittings are lubed, I wonder if there is some way I could be confident.

Victory did a good job getting the top fixed, but the wait for the rental car was too long, and there was glue on the car from the repair. In Michigan the car is always washed and clean when picked up. Nice touch,,,,,, just saying

Just landed and needed a refrigerator for Thanksgiving supplies. They were accommodating. Not everyone would do that. :) Also needed to have recall taken care of before driving to Key West the next day. Too Bad the initial appointment that was confirmed with the part was not there when my husband arrived for a 7:30 am appointment two weeks ago.

Exceeded my expectations again. What I thought would be a solid 2-3 hours was fixed in a little over an hour and fixed right. These guys are second to nobody when it comes to Chevy servicing, won't even consider going anywhere else.

Dean was excellent, he has qualities not all sales people have; as customer satisfaction is his ultimate goal. My sales rep, Kenny Smith, was so helpful. He was just amazing. I had brought my 2011 Cruze in for routine service and he came by the waiting room and we started talking. He thought he could get me a better deal and out of my 5 year lease that I thought I was stuck in. I didn't think it was possible because of my financial problems following my husband's bout with cancer and subsequent passing. But he kept fighting for me as well as the financial team and the next thing I knew, I was driving home my beautiful new 2013 Cruze. Thanks to Kenny and Jaime and the whole team at Victory Layne. My sales guy: Jim Keil, managers, and staff, all worked their tails off to get me out the door in my new Sonic, in one evening! This was no small undertaking believe me, and included: cutting thru a snafu with my out of state residency/insurance issue; a rain storm; dickering over trade-in; florida registration system was down; financing (with extended warranty); and having to re-write my deal twice. But these guys did it very pleasantly and professionally. Great job guys> Love this car.
