Justin presented options for buying a new vehicle, leasing a new vehicle or buying my currently leased vehicle. I appreciated the extra patience he took to work with me. All I have to say is Donnie was probably one of the best car sales representatives I have worked with while purchasing a car (minivan this time). He took the time to understand what I needed, why I needed it, what my budget was, and worked in a timely manner. WOW! I found myself in a mess with a newly purchased lemon from another dealership. Terry Zimmerman went above and beyond to get me out of a very unreliable vehicle. Terry introduced me to Donny who really took the time to understand what my vehicle wants and needs were. I was quite discouraged and wasn’t very hopeful that I would be able to find a remedy to my situation, but Donny really came through! Donny found me the perfect vehicle that checked every single box! Also, the financial business Matt Braun was very helpful to explaining the warranty packages and payment. Purchased a new 2016 Toyota Highlander, Limited AWD model from Village Pointe Toyota-Scion and it was a great experience! After taking a test drive, of course the salesperson wanted to sell it to me right away. I told the dealership that I wanted to go home, think about it for a while, discuss with my spouse, etc. No pressure from the dealership. About five hours later, I called to see if they had sold that unit, which they hadn't; so I went back and negotiated the final deal and purchased the vehicle. Had to wait a little while for the financing agent, but that was only because they were busy selling a lot of cars that day. Overall, the facilities, the staff and experience was great! I highly recommend anyone in the Omaha, Nebraska region to try Village Pointe Toyota-Scion for your next new or used vehicle.

We bought our first Toyota Highlander from Justin D'Angelo at Village Pointe Toyota a year a half ago. The process was so smooth and hassle free. We had such a great experience with Village Pointe Toyota and Justin that we recently traded our old van in for a new Toyota Sienna. Justin didn't once hassle us, and he gave us a fair price right away. No lie, Justin D'Angelo is by far the best car dealer we have ever worked with. Whatever we need, Justin is always there to help. If you want a fair price with no hassle, then Justin is the guy for you. We'll definitely be back.

I was looking for a new pickup and the staff was very responsive to what I was looking for. They called me as soon as the truck I was looking for came to their lot. They were not pushy at all and extremely helpful. Just an all around great environment. The staff and atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and efficient. I browsed their inventory online before going into the dealership. We called ahead with interest in a car and spoke with Jose. He told him about our unique financial goals and he had multiple cars for us to view when we arrived. He was fast and friendly with making sure we felt comfortable with our rate and monthly payment. The process was smooth and simple. I am excited for my new purchase and appreciate the help and assistance we were given at Toyota.

I originally stopped at the dealer to get my father-in-law's van serviced. I was very impressed by the service advisor, Don. The work was done as promised and on time. I was currently looking for a small SUV to lease and mentioned this in conversation. He directed me back to John (the salesman who took me to the shop to introduce me to Don) and I met a very knowledgeable and gracious gentleman. I found him to be a good listener and most helpful. I recently was in the market for Toyota RAV4. I submitted interest forms via the various dealers websites on a Sunday afternoon and within one hour I heard back from Justin D'Angelo. He was very friendly on the phone and indicated asked questions to get me setup with the perfect car. He maintained regular phone and email contact and worked hard to get me a great deal on my trade-in as well as on my new RAV4. The process could not have been better and Justin was the primary reason for it. He does an excellent job of building relationships and does not make you feel pressured into buying anything you dont want. He walked through the various aspects of the vehicle after I purchased it and continued to contact me for the first 30 days to see if there were any concerns. I cannot recommend this guy enough, go with Justin you will not be disappointed.

We bought a car here on Saturday. The sales person I had spoken with (Jim Morrison) was right there waiting for me when I got there. He had the car we wanted pulled up and ready to drive. Just bought my second car from this dealership. Today Anthony Collins was the sales consultant and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I knew that a new vehicle was not possible to purchase. From finding my car online, to visiting the dealership and eventually purchasing....my salesman Sharrieff and Finance Producer Mike were very helpful and welcoming. I was walking into the Village Pointe Toyota dealership 10 minutes before closing and Lamare opened the door and greeted me right away and asked who I was looking for and I had said, whoever wants to make a sale today and he had asked me for what I was looking for and found exactly what I had told him. He was straight forward with me and got to the point, which I wanted because most car salesmen try to convince you of other things, but he listened and got what I asked for. He stayed late after hours, about 2 1/2 hours, and we had a tough negotiation on the price but he did everything he could for me and I drove away in 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD 4x4 with a nice price. Seriously, he was straight with me and got everything I asked for, so thanks Lamare for being a great salesman.

While waiting for an oil change for my 2003 Toyota Camry, I decided to look around the showroom and see what was on sale.My cousins meet for lunch once a month and I only had one hour before I had to get to the restaurant when Dean Johnson introduced himself and asked if I was interested in a new car. Previously I had spoken with my sister and told her she could have my 2003 Camry, when and if I purchased a replacement. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Justin D'Angelo was my sales guy, but the entire staff is beyond amazing. The buying process was fairly easy and pain-free throughout. My salesman was P.J. Smith, who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. He was friendly, hard working, and patient throughout the course of the purchase. Even though the car I found online had recently been sold, P.J. took the time to help me find another vehicle that met my needs. Overall, I appreciated the experience with both the sales and finance staff members. I usually dread buying cars, but these folks were great to work with.

I had heard mixed reviews of this dealership, but I suppose thats common. I went in to look at a vehicle I found online and began working with John Morrison. I found him to be knowledgeable but not pushy, as is sometimes the case. What really impressed me was that once we started dealing with price and my trade in, they did not use the common tactic of wearing you out with progressively better deals, taking my time and testing my patience. Although I'm not sure I'd like the no haggle process, I'm sure not impressed with the typical method either. I told them what I wanted to pay and what I needed in trade and they came back with that exact deal. The ubiquitous doc fee was also there but in this case, I was happy with the situation and didn't mind. On the whole, the extras should just be wrapped up in the price, however. I'm driving the new van now and am very pleased with the way things transpired. Thanks, John.

I would highly recommend going to VP Toyota and seeing PJ Smith for a new car. On a 97-degree day, PJ Smith was the first salesman to approach us at Village Pointe. We had talked to a few other dealerships and we could tell the other salesmen could care a less if we walked out of there happy customers. Our salesman was Mike Hansen. I always dread the car shopping process. I usually feel worn out and want to give up. Mike was very easy going and helpful. He wanted me to be happy and find a car that was "the right fit", so the process took a while and there was no pressure on me. I am very happy with the 2013 Camry that he showed me. He was totally aware of exactly what I liked. The manager Carinda is super nice. She makes on feel at home. I will definitely return and highly recommend this dealership.

Went to dealership to check on used Tacomas. After finding they are in short supply we dealt with a patient and great salesman, Rusty. He took the time to find out what we wanted and needed in a vehicle. He took the time to bring up two possibilities of what we might like. After purchase he took at least 30 minutes to explain gadgets and buttons. He also encouraged us to come back if we needed anything, and he was very sincere. We had to come back for a couple of issues not related to the vehicle we purchased and were greeted with open arms and smiles. His co-worker VJ helped us also and again was patient and kind.

Both our sales representative, Terry Weis, and the finance manager, Bob Menicucci did an outstanding job. We brought in a specific set of requirements for a new Toyota Highlander Hybird. Terry did not have one on the lot, and performed a search of the area. Finding nothing, he went to the management, and they found the exact car we were looking for on the assembly line. Terry arranged for us to reserve that vehicle. When it came in, the actual buying process was quick and easy -- made much easier by Bob. I would highly recommend both Terry and Bob and will definitely use both when it comes to replacing this vehicle.

Terry was very accommodating in searching for the type, style and color that we were interested in a Highlander. We ordered what we wanted and it came in early April as promised. My husband is currently deployed overseas, so I was very uneasy knowing I would be purchasing a vehicle alone. My son is a little over a year old, and he needed to come with me to the dealership, which could have turned into a negative experience for us, as buying a vehicle takes time. I met with Justin, who showed us around the dealership and pointed out the play area for children should we ever need to take a break throughout the process. Justin was very good with my son, taking extra time to pay attention to him, ask about his needs, and make sure he was also taken care of throughout the car-buying process. Any parent knows how invaluable this is, and I appreciated him focusing on my needs as well as my son's. I went into the dealership with an idea of what I wanted to purchase, so Justin wasted no time in answering all of my questions about the Rav4, how it handles, what makes it a great car, etc. I'm uncomfortable in situations where a sales person disregards my personal desires for their own agenda, but Justin was the exact opposite. He truly listened to the things I wanted in a vehicle, without trying to persuade me otherwise. I wanted FWD, and he easily could have given me a number of lines about why AWD is better, but he didn't. If there was something I was unsure about, he answered me thoroughly so I didn't walk away confused about what I was getting. He was quickly able to pick out a vehicle that met my needs and take me on a test drive. The vehicle itself was exactly what I was looking for, and I felt completely at ease behind the wheel. Justin assisted me in tightening the car seat when I couldn't pull the straps tight enough (something I normally have my husband take care of). My son was very comfortable in his presence throughout this process. After the test drive, we discussed pricing. He gave me a detailed description of where the cost was coming from, went over my options, and made sure I had everything I needed to take back to my husband prior to making a final decision. I came back on day 2 after having spoken with my husband, who was impressed with the honesty and deal we were getting. He already has a Toyota, and has never had a negative experience, but I know he was concerned about me having to purchase a vehicle with him halfway around the world. Justin offered us financing through Toyota and walked me through what I would need to bring based on our family's unique circumstances. We qualified for a military discount as well, which added to the positive experience. At one point, my son was getting antsy and one of the women who worked there came over and talked with him/made silly faces to make him smile. He didn't want her to leave. It was so refreshing to see the staff go above and beyond. Our situation made the process lengthier than it typically would have been, to no fault of Toyota's. Even so, the staff was efficient, friendly, and thorough in making sure our needs were met. In the financing office, I had questions about a warranty package and asked if I could contact my uncle (also in the car business) to ask his opinion. They spoke with him, encouraged him to advise me, and helped me through the necessary paperwork. When it was time to get into my vehicle, the dealership was closing (I came in late afternoon). Justin stayed an extra 40 minutes to walk through the blue tooth, help me set up the voice settings, go through each feature, and so on. I am sure he wanted to get back to his family, but he put my needs first, when he easily could have gone home. I would highly recommend Justin and toyota village pointe based on their quality customer service. Toyota is a great company, and this dealership had a great staff. This situation could have been a much different experience for our family. I am so grateful for the way we were treated, the quality of the vehicle, and the quality of the employees. I'm very satisfied!

I was just coming in for service on my 2009 Camry, but wanted to talk to a salesman to see what my car was worth. Jose Lopez was such great help, he was professional, polite and really knew what he was talking about! Before we knew it he had found us a car and answered every question we had. I am not sure where Village Point Toyota is ranked nationally, but if I was to do the ranking, they would be #1 hands down. Their sales staff is very friendly and gives the impression that I am their #1 priority, even though I know I am not. But the main reason I am writing this review is to praise their service team, especially Don Blazek, one of their Service Consultants. It has been 9 years since I bought my 2007 Prius. Don has never failed to be able to get my vehicle in for service the same day I call. The service technicians are very detailed and have always been able to diagnose and correct any issues that I have (my Prius, too)! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fantastic service team.

Purchased a used Infiniti QX56. Dealership was not too pushy with all the extras (warranty, windshield, rim/tire insurance, etc.). Unable to agree on a price the first visit, but salesman Rusty kept us in mind. He reached out almost a week later and we were able to work out a deal. Justin D'Angelo and Greg Beethe provided excellent service and support in helping me to surprise my wife with her new Sienna for her 40th birthday. They worked with me to handle the trade-in, financing, and other paperwork over the phone and via email so that my wife could quickly begin enjoying her new van without spending a lot of time inside the dealership. They even arranged to have a big red bow placed on the van, which was also parked inside a garage for the big unveiling. My wife's reaction was priceless as Greg video recorded the event for us. This is hands down the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Jim Paulsen made my buying experience with Toyota the best! I have had horrible car buying experiences before, where I was lied to and taken advantage of and I was not looking forward to going through the "experience" again. When I first came to Village Pointe Toyota I immediately met with Jim and told him what I was interested in, talked a bit and walked around the lot. I came to look at the Tacomas and get an overall pricing idea on them. I left my information with Jim and told him I needed to think about things. Jim only called me once and when I called him back I set up a day with him to come back in and make some moves. Jim didn't call me until the day I was to come in to make sure we were still on for the day. In my past experiences I have received multiple daily phone calls, emails and voicemails from sales begging me to come back in and it was such a relief not dealing with any of that from Jim. Jim was a very respectful guy that answered all my questions, never rushed me and never pressured me. When I returned to Village Pointe Toyota to finally make the decision on whether or not to buy the Tacoma, I told Jim I was also interested in the Rav4, he went and got the keys and let me test drive it and went over all the information about it with me. I decided my heart was still with the Tacoma and I wanted to test drive the Tacoma. Jim then shocked me when he said he had exactly what I wanted with the color, features and model ready for me to test drive. The first day I came to Village Pointe Toyota I very briefly told Jim what I wanted in the truck and I was shocked that he remembered everything and was able to get exactly what I wanted in that short period of time. It just goes to show how much he truly cared and effort he put into getting me what I wanted. I never expected to drive away that day in my dream truck. I am so unbelievably happy with my experience and will never look anywhere else for a vehicle. Jim did everything in his power to make me happy and feel great about my decision and I am so glad he was my sales guy and I went through this process with him!

Was looking for a used vehicle, Jordan Cervantes called me and said if I drove the hour to Village Pointe I wouldn't be disappointed. I was not. They sold me a used vehicle at a very good price and then took care of me after the sale even though it was a used vehicle. They detailed it, provided expert information and replaced all safety items, including the cracked windshield, at no extra cost. Highly recommend these guys!

Well, let me start by saying I did not know Brent Jackson till the day my parents leased a vehicle from Village Pointe Toyota. I spoke to him on the phone prior to the appointment we later made. He was helpful, thorough and most of all a great listener! My parents needed to make an informed decision about leasing a vehicle and Brent answered every question my father had. Some salesmen are out for the deal and assume they know what is best for the customer. Brent was not like that. He gave thorough responses to the questions and this is only possible if the salesman listens to the customer. My parents were a tough sale. Selling cars is much more than being a salesman. My wife took our Camry in one morning and while waiting for the work to be done, she was looking over the showroom. I had told her to take a look at the new Prius. A while later she drove up to our home in a beautiful 2016 Prius 4 Touring with her salesman, Danny Taylor II. We looked it over and they soon left to return to the dealership. We made an appointment two days later with Danny so that I could also give it a test drive. He is very knowledgeable about this Prius and was able to demonstrate all or most of the high tech features this automobile has to offer. After driving it and checking it out thoroughly, we purchased it, traded in our Camry and our new Prius home that afternoon. All in all, Danny made the automobile purchase very easy. He's a good man and a a very knowledgeable salesman.

After getting on the website and requesting an E-Price, I was lucky enough to be paired with Dean Johnson at Village Pointe Toyota. I was incredibly busy at work and I didn't have time to be involved with phone calls back and forth, and preferred to correspond via email. DEAN WAS AWESOME! He always responded quickly to my emails and was completely comfortable, never pressuring me for a call. He found a car that he thought might match our interest and invited us in an email to come out that night at our convenience. Once we were there he was great at showing us several Highlanders. He was so patient with us as we were flipping back and fourth between exterior colors, interior colors, and the combination of the two. It was so refreshing as we never felt pressured and Dean made sure it was all about us and making sure we were happy. He completely understood that if we were going to spend the money, we should get everything we wanted and was a great help making sure that came true. I am in my 50's and have bought many new cars over the years, and I can honestly say that this car purchasing experience was better and different than any other I have ever had. Inadvertently I purchased a vehicle that did not have AWD which was a feature that I wanted. In working with Dean Johnson and Scott Draper I was allowed to return the car and exchange it with no additional charge for a car with AWD and other additional features than those of the original vehicle. Talk about good customer service, these gentlemen went way above and beyond my expectations.

My wife and I had been to three different dealerships in the area. We had done our research and were specific in what we wanted. Dean Johnson was our salesman and showed us some vehicles. He then showed us one they had taken in on trade but was dirty. We drove it and liked the car well enough but again was not sure how it would clean up. After working with Dean and Scott (Sales Manager) we were able to come to an agreement. The negotiation process with straight forward with no games. When we came back to get the car we could not believe the transformation. Pat and Lamont in detail but have worked their tails off. This was one of the few times that a dealership and salesman actually exceeded our expectations. We will be back!!!

After doing research for months I wanted to test drive several comparison SUV vehicles and started with inquiring to test drive a Toyota Highlander XLE. I requested through the internet several inquiries to test drive the XLE and Village Point was very responsive and flexible to my busy schedule. Josh Abraham contacted me via email and we set a time to test drive the XLE. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the desk staff and connected us with Josh. Josh was very knowledgeable and showed us the features of the vehicle before we began the test drive. I was impressed with his selling approach as it was No Pressure and you could see that he was confident in the product he sold. Though I was pretty sold after the test drive I had asked him if I could have it for the afternoon and have my wife and parents take a drive in it and see what they thought of the it. He didn't even hesitate to say Yes and suggested I take my time and bring it back whenever I was done. After driving it around in the afternoon I brought the XLE back and Josh asked what I thought. I told him that I was impressed and we discussed the next steps. I told him that I had my financing already in place but if they thought they might be able to do better than check into it and give me a call. I received a call on Saturday morning with good news that they would be able to secure a lower interest rate and the XLE was discounted at 4K below sticker so we were comfortable that we were getting a competitive deal. Josh had the bulk of the paperwork prepared when we arrived and even though it was the end of the month and extremely busy we were able to get in and out in about 3 hours. Greg the finance manager that we worked with us reviewed the warranty options and what was included and what was not. We elected to take the additional basic coverage for 6yrs as we had previous experience with pricey electronic features going out and wanted to make sure that we have plan in case that occurred. Greg also suggested we break our payment into the bi-monthly payment to accelerate the payment of our loan which we elected to do. We have the flexibility to change it back if want to go back to monthly payments. We were able to wrap our sales tax and fees into the loan and were comfortable with our monthly payment. At delivery Josh once again took his time and went through the features of the car including the complex Navigation/Audio system which has a ton of cool features. He thanked us for our business and encouraged us to call him anytime if we had questions. We left after an enjoyable experience and our garage has been converted from Chrysler vehicles to all Toyota.now. I would definitely recommend anybody to start working with this dealership and look up Josh if you can!

Village Point Toyota is by far the best dealership in Omaha and probably in the entire state of Nebraska! This is actually my third leased car from Village Point Toyota (Old Mill Toyota before they moved) and every time I go there I'm reminded why I keep going back. My salesman, Justin D'Angelo, was so patient and willing to work in my limited budget. I never expected I would be driving a 2016 RAV4 but thanks to Justin and Jake Koch I'm driving the car I always wanted. I'll definitely be returning to Village Point Toyota in the future :)

My elderly mother needed a new Prius, and this dealership was so helpful in getting her the car she wanted, at the price she needed. They were patient and flexible, and delivered the car in beautiful condition. I flew in from California to drive the car to my mother in Lincoln, and some guys from the dealership picked me up at the Omaha airport in order to facilitate delivery. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty! I had looked at cars at other dealerships, and they were not nearly as helpful at Village Pointe Toyota. I'm very grateful, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a car.

Diamond our Delivery Specialist was outstanding. We picked up the vehicle late in the evening and she had already left for the day, but the very next day she actually came to our house to review all of the features of the vehicle right in our driveway. There is a very large waiting area with comfy chairs, tables, big screen TVs, fireplace, playroom for kids, snack area...the hot chocolate was first rate!! Justin D'Angelo was very easy to work with, and made me comfortable right away. He is very knowledgeable. If you don't want to feel pressured and want an easy vehicle buying experience, go see Justin!! Dustin Mackey was also very great to work with for financing. He was very knowledgable when going over paperwork with me and explained things in a way that were easy to understand.

I purchased a new Toyota Rav4 last week from this dealer. This was the only Toyota dealer I visited, but did visit many other dealerships for other brands of cars. My husband and I had an excellent experience - we came after work to look the first time, and our salesperson and his superior stayed 45 min. after hours to show us this car and talk with us. The next day we stopped after work, got a great deal that fit what we needed, and ultimately purchased the vehicle - again, after hours (an hour this time) on a Friday night. Everyone we were dealing with to close the deal and get financing stayed and were happy and nice. Great, pleasant experience as well as a great car. No pressure - just friendly, low-key, and knowledgeable. Great trade-in also.

We recently just purchased a 2013 Highlander from Justin D'Angelo and could not have had a better person. Justin was very open, honest and very personable. He never once said anything negative and always had a smile. ALthough we bought our car late at night and past closing time, he stayed behind, did not complain and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Before we did buy our Highlander, Justin dealt with us, almost daily it seemed like, and never once falter, he was pretty busy but not once did he ignore us or make us feel like we were bothersome. I went looking for the best lease deal I could find, and decided that I want a new 2016 Toyota RAV. I met VJ, who I feel went above and beyond to get me the most bang for my buck. He was persistent but not pushy which I appreciated. I ended up with a slightly higher monthly lease payment than I wanted but I got more vehicle upgrades than would have with another car dealer. Kudos to VJ and Village Pointe Toyota!

I was helped by Mark and Robert Phillips with excellent service. Purchasing my new vehicle went extremely smooth and I could tell the employees at Village Pointe Toyota were there for me. By the time I had went to Village Pointe Toyota I had already been to many other dealerships looking at vehicles, so I could tell when I was getting a 'sales' pitch. We visited the dealership to replace a car that had been totaled. Every person we interacted with that heard that piece asked first if everyone was OK. I hate being harassed by pushy salespeople and going through the negotiating process. Here, it was a completely pleasant process. We talked to 2 different sales people who both focused on educating us about the cars and some of the technology they contained. They respected the features that were important to us, and didn't push on up-selling. The negotiating process went quickly, because when it came to that, we had researched a number and shared it up front. That's what we wanted to pay. They came back with an offer $200 under our price. I have NEVER had this happen before. We will definitely shop here for our next car.

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. As part of this, the services they were going to perform were: Oil and Filter Change Perform 5,000 mile recommended service interval Service Wash Multi Point Inspection I left the vehicle with them for 29 hours, which should have given them ample time to complete these tasks. Based on their inspection, I was told that my battery voltage/amperage is low. The battery is one year old, so I had it tested at another location and they found no problems. They said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, Another mechanic said they are in good shape. They said my washer fluid was low, so they topped it off. I filled it to the brim with Rain-x washer fluid the night before, so they could not have added any. They said my cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be changed. The part on Amazon is $5.73 and it is an easy 2 minute fix, since it sits at the back of the glove box. They wanted $57.00 to change it. The engine air cleaner only cost $25.00 and takes longer. The car wash that was promised was not done. Again, they had the car for an entire day and half of the next, how long does a wash take? Since the wash cost nothing, I guess I got what I paid for. I will NOT be returning to Village Pointe Toyota again...EVER!

We were very pleased with our experience at Village Pointe Toyota. We've been to a couple of dealerships and Village Pointe Toyota definitely surpassed the service we received elsewhere. Justin D'Angelo helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. He was so easy to work with, listened to all of our needs and found the best vehicle for us. We never felt like we were being talked into a purchase, instead it felt like he was going through the process with us. It made the process so much more pleasant! Meeting with the finance department was a bit more difficult as that person tried several times to talk us into purchasing additional warrenties, despite us telling him we didn't want to extend the months on our loan payment. He didn't listen to us and we had to be firm. However, it didn't take long at all to get through that part and we were out the door with our new vehicle in no time at all! We would definitely return there for a vehicle in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I went here with just the intentions of looking at a 2008 Toyota Highlander with the belief that my credit wasn't quite good enough to get this car that I had been researching for months. My "salesmen" (if you want to call him that, he was not the typical car lot salesman that hound people) Michael Milan was fantastic and did above and beyond to make sure I got the best financing I could get. We got in and out in out quickly with no hassling our hounding to buy anything more expensive or newer. He was very friendly and made you feel like friends and not just another couple buying a car, he even gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Then we went to sign our paperwork with Greg Beethe and he was again not the typical financial person. It was after closing and he did not rush us to get done quicker or excessively push any extended warranties on us. He also made sure we got the best deal we could and kept the payment under what we were asking. My experience at this dealership far exceeded my expectations and my previous dealings with dealerships. I would recommend Village Point any day to anyone and I will be going back for my next vehicle. My husband and I are still amazed with how well we were treated there and the experience we had. This place extinguishes any preconceived ideas about "car lots", we need more places like this with more men like Michael and Greg!

A a woman I was nervous about purchasing a new car. Many times I feel taken advantage of by sales and service staff. Sharrieff made buying a new car seamless from start to finish. He listened to my needs and didn't show me anything that was beyond my price point. He worked with me and the staff to make a package that was not only affordable but would make sure I had transportation that is dependable and safe for many years to come. I appreciated the thoroughness of the finance department to explain option packages available that were within my budget. Even while I was waiting during transition times, the rest of the staff at Village Pointe Toyota made sure I was being helped and had the things that I needed. I have never been a Toyota customer, but this experience has made me a believer in their product and their customer service.

I can say that his help was better than the rest because Toyota was not the first place we stopped at. What a great new car experience. We were in the process of buying a new car for our daughters. My wife and daughters visited the dealership to start looking for the kind of car they would like. They visited 2 or 3 dealerships that day, but the only one they ranted about was Village Pointe Toyota. Justin D'Angelo walked them around the lot and they were very impressed with how personable and understanding he was. They mentioned that he didn't pressure them like the "Typical Car Salesman". They fell in love with the Corolla. Here is where it gets impressive. It took us 2 months to finally pull the trigger on buying the car. Justin stayed involved in the process, checking in on a regular basis, again, no pressure. He was truly interested in making sure we were taken care of. When the timing was right, there was no question that we would buy the car at Village Pointe because of Justin. We purchased a 2015 Corolla LE and we love it. I bought my convertible 2 months ago and came in for my free oil change that the sales person who sold it to me promised me. There wasn't anyone who knew about it but Tom got me with Sam who is wonderfull. He honored the oil change at no expense to me and I felt then that I was an important customer. So I bought another car from Tom who is truely exceptional at finding exactly what I wanted and helping me get the price I needed also. We went out early just to look again at other cars than our same gm cars we have always owned. Tom showed us a Camry and all the safety and options we would use and the new technology that is so awesome in the navigation and the radio. Plus I get my sunroof I want and never have upgraded to have. With the discount we were given I got it and didnt have to make much more of a payment change. The dealership is very nice and clean and my husbands favorite part is the lounge of course. I look forward to seeing Tom and talking again when we come for oil changes. Also included! I debated that day whether to waste my time and go in because lets face it, usually the car buying experience has you feeling you need a shower afterwards, but not so in my case. My salesmen was Justin D'Angelo, very courteous and professional, really felt like he was the guy to get me the best deal, and had a feel he had my best interest in mind. The dealership closed that day at 6, me and my girlfriend got there at 4:15, and by 6:30 we were driving off with my new car, Justin and the guys there, did a great job at meeting my number and needs. If I or anyone I know was again in the market, I would definetly send them to look there first. I told my salesmen Justin, just as we spend so much time in life complaining about bad service, it is important to me to praise when the service you receive is excellent. It was during a late weekend night that we stopped by to look at some cars to replace our very old car. That is when we met Tom Bazer. Although we arrived a few minutes after the closing time, he was very open to our questions and concerns. What we liked the most was the fact that he was not pushy, and understood that we were not ready to buy a car - that we simply wanted to shop around and think . He even suggested when to stop by for possibly a better deal. A few days later we stopped by to see him again for some more discussion and possibly buying a new car (because of our positive impression on the first visit). And surprisingly we ended up buying a new car for some simple reasons: 1) he was very open to our questions and patient, 2) VERY open to negotiation, and trying hard to match other dealers' offers, 3) and of course, his manager, who was open to negotiations, and 4) did not use phrases like "no", "that is it", "we can not do that", "that's the bottom line", etc. The other thing I liked about Tom and his manager is that they were not stingy about a couple of hundreds of dollars here and there (but of course those small dollars make a difference to customers), which left a great impression on me. Tom tried very hard to find the car with the right exterior and interior color. Another thing that I liked about the buying process, and about Tom, is that he did not treat us differently once the deal was closed. He was very pleasant afterward as well. Other sales people should definitely take him as a great role model. My buying experience has made me a future customer of Village Pointe - in contrast to when the dealer was at Old Mill under a different ownership/manager. Finally, if you want to buy a car, see Tom :-)

My husband and I were greeted on the stairs in front of Village Point Toyota on a very hot day by Justin D'Angelo. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, not pushy! We purchased the 2015 Hylander that he showed us and were helped through the whole process by very professional staff members. Justin was very patient with us as he went through all our questions about the SUV and taught us how to use many of the technical apps on our vehicle. Tom did a great job finding us a used car for our daughter. We told him what kind of car we were looking for and within a few days he found us a beautiful, one-owner 2007 Sonata with less than 40,000 miles on it. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and honest and got us a great price on the car. The finance person offered us a couple of extended warranty options, but once we said "no", there was no additional pressure to purchase one. We were in and out of the finance office in less than 15 minutes. That is definitely a record for us. Overall it was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

My grandfather had bought a pickup here a few weeks before I got in a car wreck, and had gotten a great deal! My dad and I stopped by on a Sunday and found a decent car in the lot before coming in that week. Justin D'Angelo went with us for a test drive, and was confident enough to suggest coming back on the Old Lincoln Highway- which says a lot about his confidence on one of the cheaper cars in the lot. Buying process was almost not negotiation since they knew I was a poor college student and dropped down to a fair price right away! Awesome genuine staff- they realize there is more to selling cars than a big profit!

What a delightful experience! I recently submitted an email request to Mark Groh at Village Pointe Toyota, expressing my desire to purchase a Toyota Camry. I will admit that my expectations were initially on par with how most people view "dealing" with dealerships: to be invited in for a test drive, and then pressured into a haggle-fest over an in-stock model that is an undesirable departure from the originally intended purchase. "Oh, you wanted an XLE? Well, we have an LE for a great price, how does that sound..??" Unfortunately, it describes most of my experiences with new car dealerships. How pleasantly surprised I was when Village Pointe Toyota dispelled those notions! Not only did the salesman find the exact car I was looking for, but he provided a fair price upfront, before I even stepped foot on the dealership! NO HAGGLING, NO PRESSURE, no problems! Justin D'Angelo was one of the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. And considering I've dealt with them over 60 years, that is saying a lot. He was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He was able to get me what I felt was a good deal on my car, with the help Sam Bellanti the wonderful used car manager. We came with my mom to buy her a Camry and Tom was so nice and the price was so low we bought one also. We also went to the other dealer and Village Pointe crashed their lowest price. Tom went out of his way to get us water on a hot day and cool the car off before the test drive while we waited in the cool building. We are all very impressed with his manners and the way he goes out of his way to make everything perfect.

7 months ago I took my camry 2012 for recall service. I was told that brakes and tires (all 4) are in very poor shape and need immediate replacement . Since then (7500 miles since then) I have been in 3 different service shops and have told me brakes can run another 10K miles and rear tires can run for another 4-5K miles. A very dishonest place.

For the most part, my experience at the dealership was exceptional. The only issue I had was I was presented with a number of additional items that the dealer indicated needed attention due to their inspection of the vehicle. After reviewing my repair records, I found that two of the items had been recently completed by my regular mechanic. This caused concern that they may be recommending service that may not be required or necessary.

The best thing about Village Pointe Toyota is the people! I had the oppurtunity to go visit Village Pointe Toyota last weekend. I drove up from Lincoln to look at a Rav 4. I met with Diamond. She was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and we had a great time working with her. The buying process wasn't as painful as I expected. They worked with us to make sure our payments were in our budget and we got the vehicle we liked.

Very poor service experience. This was the first time I actually went there with a question/problem. Previous visits had just been for routine service. They had my car checked and I was told by the guy(who was not the guy who worked on my car) that they have checked everything and there is nothing wrong. When I asked him that can I talk to the tech who worked on it(since I had some questions), he said that the tech is busy with other cars and cannot talk to me. I felt so helpless- as if there was a wall to obstruct direct communication to sort out issues. The problem could have been easily sorted out if I could talk to the tech at that time(it was just a matter of demonstrating the problem myself to the tech). This is analogous to the situation if a patient goes to see a physician and is told by the receptionist that nothing is wrong with him (patient does not get to talk to physician at all). It seemed as if they were doing me a favor by seeing my car and implicitly kicked me out of there. This behavior is contrary to what I was told when I first went to lease the car. This is no where near exceptional service experience. All they needed was 2-3 minutes of clear communication and a customer would have returned satisfied. Staff needs to be more professional.

I was very displeased with my experience for the first time. Previous visits have been awesome. The initial tech behaved as if he was not concerned with resolving my service issue. He said I didn't have any free tire rotations available and even after I told him that I had checked when I called to schedule the appointment he didn't seem to care. Rather than taking the time to figure it out, he told me that he didn't know anything about it and there was nothing he could do. When I complained further, he said he would alter the mileage on the paperwork to get me the free tire rotaition. Since that didn't seem legal to me, I told him I would like to speak to a manager. The manager made an excuse for the tech saying that, "His tech was just doing what he knows to do". Well to me that tech works for Toyota and I was a customer that should have been given more respect. He also has a responsibility to represent Toyota in an acceptable way. If he doesn't have any training on how to handle customer issues, which is what I gathered from the statement made by the customer service manager, he shouldn't be interacting with customers. I was very displeased and plan to see if I can transfer my service plan to another Toyota dealership. My question is where is the customer service that was clearly lacking? I took time off of work to come to the appointment and to be treated the way I was is unacceptable. I don't want special treatment from Toyota, but I want you all to take the time to train people correctly and to hold them accountable. It was clear from my conversation with the service manager that he didn't feel the tech had done anything wrong and he just wanted to get me out of there. I told him I felt the tech was rude to me. He didn't seem to agree and I am guessing no follow up was done with the tech. I did not receive any paperwork when I left, there was no sticker put in my window for the next recommended service date, and I was not asked if I would like to schedule my next service appointment. On previous visits, I always received paperwork and a sticker in my window. I was very unhappy with my overall experience.

I bought my old Camry elsewhere -- but have had it serviced at Village Pointe -- When it was time to buy a new Camry (Larry) was awesome to deal with and now having my first 5,000 mile service - I couldn't be happier! Now I have 2 Camrys in my driveway - 5,000 and 180,000 miles and they both are in top condition! Thanks Toyota and specifically Village Pointe Toyota!!

I purchased a Toyota Yaris in Feb. 2014 from Old Mill Toyota in Omaha, Ne. It has been a very bad experience from purchasing to now. The financial are are very unprofessional in regard to fixing things and responding to phone calls pertaining to complaints made. I always had to call them back over and over again. When I say call back, I mean from Feb. to June 31st this year 2014. It took them forever to remove some accessories from my loan and credit them back into my loan. I took vehichle in for a problem and don't trust their mechanical area either. I don't feel they know what they're doing. I will never buy another vehichle from them after this one is paid off.

My husband went to Village Pointe to view a car and the car salesman was awkward from the start. He would NOT stop talking about leasing vehicles when we stated MULTIPLE times we were not interested. He did not seem to know how to speak with customers what so ever. At the end when we were going to leave he asked us to come inside and speak to his manager - which we had no time or interest to do that - told him no, that his manager will understand that we needed to leave. We went to shake his hand and he shook his head and turned around. I could NOT believe how we were treated. We are in the military and will be making sure everyone knows about our TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!

This place has the worst service department that I have ever come across in my 8 years experience with Toyota.I wish there was a way to give them even less than one star rating.This department is flat out dishonest , rude and are just there to rip you off.Mind you, this review is not at all about Toyota per say but esp.for this dealership.I have been going to Toyota for over 8 years now and most of the time have had a great experience but would never ever, even in my dreams, go near this place. A few months ago I went for a regular 5000 miles service and oil change for my 2007 Camry and they told me that my car is due for 50,000 miles service.I agreed to that.About half an hour later the guy comes back and tells me that my transmission fluid and steering wheel fluid has to be changed and the brakes of the car(front and back)need to be changed as well.I am a health personel and have limited knowlege about the cars and hence have always gone to Toyota for any sort of work as I always have trusted the name.Anyway, he tell me that this all will cost me about $1200.00.I called my father in law who has a decent knowlege of cars and he advised me not to do that and shop around as this sounds a little steep.I went back and told them that I wont be getting the above mentioned things done today.The guy got very angry, face got red,threw the key on the table infront of him and told me that I have to wait for my car as he is busy and will get to me once he gets time depiste of the fact that they had done the inspection and oil change and had already brought my car out.I was stunned at this rudeness.I waited for some time for my car after he VERY RUDELY called me to get it. I asked the front desk that I want to talk to the manager and she called a sales manager who ASSURED me that I will receive a survey email and I can let them know about this incidence and he will look into it.Yup you got it!!! NEVER heard back from them.(in the past I get home later and emails about the survey reaches my email box before me:)) Still waiting to hear back from them. After that,I went to a couple of dealers in town and also TO PERFORMANCE TOYOTA(yes another toyota dealership in town) and they told me that MY BRAKES ARE ALL FINE AND DONOT need replacement.AND THE FLUIDS ARE GREAT AS WELL.Never changed my brakes and fluids this horrible winter and and have been to PERFORMANCE toyota already again for my 5000 miles service.Still have not heard anything about fluids and brakes. I purchased a 2012 Tacoma from another local dealer. Shortly after I heard a squeak coming from the motor. Stopped in VP and they quickly (like 5min) diagnosed it as a Toyota service bulletin, but unfortunately my vehicle was not covered. They worked with Toyotacare, got my repair approved, all at no cost to me. I did not expect such service, and expected to pay out of pocket. Thanks to Kenny in service, wouldn't have got anywhere without your help! I've seen some poor service reviews for his dealership, that is totally inconsistent with my experience. I would recommend VP Toyota's service department to anyone!

I arrived to possibly purchase a New 2014 4Runner. My buy experience expectations were not looked forward to. I have got to say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and laid back it was compared to what I was envisioning. I had worked with this dealership (previously Old Mill) for 24 years. I had always had GREAT SERVICE provided to me by Don. When I arrived to test drive my sales guy Rod was great from first handshake. Made me very relaxed and comfortable. Was able to answer ALL of my questions. I found my 4runner and thought, here we go (price). To the contrary, i had a number and they came so close that I had no reservation buying. The icing on the cake that should give them a 6th Star ... I had sold '96 4runner prior to the arrival of my selected model and was without wheels. Village Point (Bill) provided me a BRAND NEW 4Runner loaner! I was seconds from hitting 'enter' on the rental car site. WOW, that was it! I have nothing bad I can think of on my experience with Village Pointe Toyota! Thank you.

This could be long because there was something wrong throughout the buying process. But to summarize: We bought an almost brand new (3-years used car) car. After we went home we realized there are no floor mats, even though we saw mats when we bought the cars, dropped couple of e-mails and voice mails before I hear back that there are no mats and the ones we saw were temporary ones. Fine with the mats, but it gets worse. We were told not to register with the DMV before they give us the Ok because there were issues with the title. They never called, and after 3-4 calls over one month, Tony finally said we can register. I went to the DMV 2 days before the temporary tag expires, weighted on-line bu then DMV said title is not here yet. Went back to Old Mill and complained to Paul Kern, who said Tony misinformed me, title is not here, and they will provide mats. A week later, nothing happened, 3 emails and 3 phone calls and every time they said they will check on the title and call back, but never did. One time a manager named Mike, told me over the phone that he is busy, about to speak another customer and call back, but of course never did. We were more than a week pass the temporary tag expiration I then called the board of dealers and they said I can return the car and was planning to do so, but then the title arrived. Picked the title, and service department said, only front mats were ordered. I gave up on the mats and went to DMV and register to find $25 late fees. Experience full of agony, and actually the only time Old Mill Toyota called me was before I buy the car and never after. By the Old Toyota Mill book, how many calls, e-mails, and visits you need before you help a customer (after he/she buys a car)?. We bought a car from a "big" dealer for a smooth experience, exactly the opposite to our experience. Never again

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It continues to be bad with lack of communication from the dealer and when they do contact me the pompous "we sell a ton of cars" attitude makes you feel like just another sale. The car buying process wasn't so horrible but when it came to financing, their unprofessional ways showed. They failed to make the pay off on my trade in a timely manner and then I got stuck with the fees from my bank. When I approached them to pay the fees they told me they could "squabble" with me over the amount of money but at the end of the day it will come out of an employees pockets. Seeing as how the late fees were THEIR fault, it made sense they pay it, but at the end of the day it was my pocket it came out of. Please take your time and money elsewhere if you want to be treated like a valued costumer.

When bringing my vehicle in to Don Blazek, for an oil change appointment, I was asked if I wanted tire rotation. I replied just do what you normally do when I bring it in. It would of been nice to mention my free oil change was expired, and even offered an extended price cost to continue the plan... nothing was said. I was never told my 30,000 mile maintenance was expired, nor was I expecting a bill. The man should of mentioned the cost of the tire rotation, and even if I wanted synthetic oil. Even the basic express service for $59.95 would of been a savings...IF OFFERED. But it was NOT. As a returning customer buying 2 NEW vehicles from Old Mill Toyota dealership, I will not return. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication of cost when leaving my vehicle yesterday. When speaking to Kyle Newsome, the service manager, I was stunned by his lack of "wanting to make it right" for me, the customer. Word of mouth is huge, and I will definitely not be shy sharing my negative experience with business at Old Mill Toyota. As a business owner myself, I would be disquested to know the way Kyle handled this yesterday. Leaving I paid my $75.83 bill, for an oil change and tire rotation. I will never set foot in that dealership again. A Very Disappointing experience!

Service department is exceptionally poor. From the moment you enter this dealership you will sense that they put no pretense on their sole ambition being separating you from your money. The service manager is overmatched, smarmy and seemingly a perfect fit for this dealership that is perpetually poorly reviewed. Go elsewhere in Omaha.

I took my 2000 Toyota Corolla into the Old Mill Toyota Service Dept Yesterday because my check engine light was on and I wanted to find out what the problem was & possibly have their Service Dept repair the problem. They told me that they charged $125,00 for a diagnostic check. I agreed to pay that amount. After the diagnostic, the Service Tech told me that the Mass Airflow Sensor was defective & needed to be replaced. They told me that the cost would be $410.00 plus the $125.00 for the diagnostic. $535.00 plus tax. I was shocked to say the least! After leaving the Dealership I called my local Auto Parts store & they told me that I had 2 choices, a new MAF sensor for $102.00 or a rebuilt MAF for $80.00 & the rebuilt part had a core charge of $55.00 for a total cost of $25.00,after the core was returned. I went to the Auto Parts store & purchased the rebuilt MAF.I went home & looked under the hood, found the MAF sensor & from the time I opened my tool box to the time I closed the hood it took me 10 minutes to remove the old part & replace it with the new one. There are literally 2 screws & 1 bolt to remove the MAF, I went back to the Auto Parts store, & returned the old part. They have a diagnostic tool that they loan out for free to erase the error code from the computer. I borrowed the diagnostic tool & erased the code( 5 min). My total cost was $125.00 plus tax to the dealer & $25.00 plus tax for the part. Total cost $150.00 vs $535.00 to have the dealer fix this. This is an example of gross overcharging. I am not a mechanic.

I started by asking a few questions through the "oldmilltoyota.com" form. They did get answered, but after that, contact was lost, due to lack of response on the dealer's end. After achieving contact later, a question was asked about price, and was immediately turned down. After asking for a "starting point", a salesperson referred me to his manager. Only by phone I could try to contact him. Left him a voice message mid afternoon, and didn't get a response until early the next morning. While on the phone, the manager bragged about how the used car is "better than new"! I also corrected him as far as options and details. I asked him earlier, if there was anyone else interested in the vehicle, and the answer was no. At the end of the conversation he said, "we have had numerous people look at this vehicle, and I have no doubt it will sell for full price." Also mentioned other fees that were irrelevant to the buying process at the dealership. With a rude attitude, I could tell that this dealership does not appreciate my business. Be aware of who you are buying from, as there are far smarter choices as far as dealerships. Dealer personnel are rude and unappreciative. This dealer expects their vehicles to sell for full price, nothing less.

I had previously posted a review regarding a recall on my Rav4, after some phone calls and further inspection it was determined that there was a fatly part creating a continual loosening of the recalled bolts. This was something that would have ben hard to determine until some time had passed after the recall fix was completed and for the bolt to loosten again. Old mill was quick to replace this part and gave me a great loaner car until the work was complete.

I just took my Toyota RAV4 into the Old Mill Toyota dealership to have the recalls corrected. I had the "clunking" sound coming from my rear suspension, an indication that I was in need of correcting the issue that initiated the (Recall ID # 12V373000 - SUSPENSION:REAR). After driving away from this dealership I still heard this sound and so assumed it was another issue, this is due to the fact that they gave me a list of recall maintenance performed and the rear suspension recall was on the list of items they said they corrected. I just took my car to Buchanan's Amoco Service on 50th and Dodge where they located and fixed the problem. I showed them the recall on the rear suspension and they said this is exactly what they did. The nut that needed to be tightened to a specific torque spec. as part of the recall was completely loose! Buchanan's Amoco didn't even charge me a dime even though they are not authorized to preform recall maintenance and therefore cannot bill Toyota for the time it took to do this.

My wife and I followed our favorite sales person to Old Mill from Bellevue Toyota where we had previously purchased a Prius and a Rav4. We have also purchased another Prius from Performance Toyota. If you want a nice new pretty showroom Old Mill may not be the place for you, it is a basic dealership that shows its age. The building is smaller than the newer dealers, the location while very visible is on a hill which is windy and can dampen your browsing experience. That being said if you are interested in a good car buying experience Old Mill stands head and shoulders above the other two dealers. I had a huge problem with Performance's handling of my aftermarket products so we switched to Bellevue for our next cars. Bellevue's experience was OK, nothing to wright home about, but no real problems either. Our most recent experience at Old Mill was something to write home about. First; we were able to negotiate a price that was lower than the online "Good deal" prices, in fact after entering our info one site rated our deal as excellent, and we did not have a trade in. Second; time was running short as my wife needed to go to work, Vivian- our sales person, Bill-the new car sales manager and JT the finance manager kicked into overdrive and got us out of there in 15 minutes. Third; I had a several oddball requests regarding aftermarket products and an expired sales promotion that was still being offered online. Even though I would have bought the car anyway the sales team managed to get all of our requests and on one request want far beyond our expectations. If you want a pretty showroom go to Performance, if you want a sales team that will go the distance go to Old Mill. If you want both, wait until this fall when Old Mill opens it's new dealership out west.

Great service by these guys! I purchased a new Tacoma and was having some initial issues with the audio quality. Took it to Performance and they said they could not duplicate the issue. Brought it to Old Mill and they identified it right away. They brought in a regional tech to fix my issue the next week. I went from feeling like my warranty wasn't going to be honored at Performance to being a satisfied customer at Old Mill. They gave me loaners, apologized for the issues and turned an unhappy buyer into an extraordinarily happy customer. Thanks to Kyle and the service dept!

These guys should not hold a contract with Toyota. My family and I went in to purchase a 2013 4-Runner and the sales department was terrible. After going through two sales people and the sales manager, we left without purchasing. The sales dept is full of empty answers to questions and they don't seem to be working on the same page. They were rude when we left, also. Toyota, you can do better than this
