The process was fine. I did end up with a higher monthly payment than I wanted. Although they told me what a great deal I was getting it was the exact same speech I received when I leased my last vehicle there. If you really wanted to give a great deal then you would have stayed in my price range and not make it sound you are giving the deal of a lifetime. Yes i could have said no but I did buy the car because I did liked it.. I am just not a fan of the whole process, which is just the way dealerships work. Overall experience was great or I would not have gone back there to lease again.

I was upfront with my budget and needs. I was shown the differences between base, middle and best models so I could go and do my research. I after I went to other dealerships in a months time none of them even tried and Visions helpfulness kept coming back to me, when the decision was made I was in out and done with my awesome new car in about 2 hours (55357)(56842)

They are amazing here. Vincent went above and beyond to get my boyfriend and I approved for a vehicle. He had a wide selection of vehicles lined up for us that were in our price range before we even showed up for our meeting. We drove off the lot happy and I love our Santa Fe more and more everyday. Have owned 4 Hyundai bought new and serviced by dealership usually in Sarasota where I winter. In Canandaigua and stopped at Visions because MIL had just come on. Told drive it and don't worry about it probably gas cap mishap. They reset. Week later MIL on again this time I got an appointment after I researched a little about how they can pinpoint area of problem by scan. Service representative was very abrupt and discouraged me saying well "you know it's going to cost you around 50/100$ just to research where potential problem is. Gave me the opinion he didn't want to be bothered with me. I asked for the "scan". He was not happy but returned with code PO496. I then asked him how much to find this "purge value" problem. He was downright dismissive of me and I left telling him "you never wanted to help me resolve this to begin with" Will never go back BUT will find a mechanic willing to help me.

The salesman took as much time with me as needed to help me choose the right car and I according to "True Car," I got a "great price." I am very happy with their approach to selling cars and with their service department after the purchase.

We are on our forth lease or buy from Vision Canandaguia. That pretty much speaks for itself. We have used Ed Stebbins as or sales person the last three times and look for him when we walk in. We have yet to be disappointed with any business we have done there to date and often tell others looking to purchase of our experience there. We expect to be repeat customers again.

I started by meeting the customer service rep Jeff who introduced me to Josh at 10:00 Am. Josh spent the rest of the morning showing me the 2 cars and explaining the benefits of both. Josh helped me transfer all my stuff from the Veloster including the license plates and I was on my way by 3:00 Pm. Along the way I talked to the service department and had 2 cups of coffee.

Over the years I have always dreaded buying a car due to the overall reputation of dealerships and the back and forth negotiations. Always never knowing if you got a good deal or actually did as well on the price as the last person. I was pleasantly surprised with the purchase of my latest vehicle. I was allowed to take the car home overnight which gave me time to research whether the deal was completive. The salesman, Chris Verstraete, was straight forward and actually fun to work with. Overall it was a pleasant experience rather than one of dread.

Went to the dealership thinking that I could speak with someone about a vehicle and was greeted rudely by a kid I went to school with Andy Eagley. The salesman also had no sensor to the things coming out of his mouth.I also put money down on a car and then decided to go another direction and was told that the money was for a processing fee which i did not received back. So now I'm out the money that was never authorized by me as a prior fee. Would never shop at this dealership or recommend it !!!

When I needed to replace my Elantra, I E-mailed Ed Stebbins to let him know what I needed. He scheduled an appointment to show me the vehicle I had described, had me test drive it, pointed out the additional features the 2016 model had that the 2015 model did not, and finalized the deal. We set up a convenient time to pick up the new vehicle also. Overall, we were pleased with the service, and we are enjoying the Elantra. Our thanks to Eddie for his pain free services.

Hyundai is a great brand. This is my 3rd vehicle. Sometimes the service lacks as far as time spent talking to customer. Last time was the first time it took 3 calls to get an appt. First 2 messages were never replied to. Overall I totally recommend the brand and the dealer....vision Hyundai Canandaigua.

I would just like to thank you! A few months ago I had been shopping around for vehicles. I had actually heard pretty negative comments from friends about Vision Dealerships. However, I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. And boy am I glad I did! I was looking at two Avalanches that were on the lot. The salesman flat out told me I 'could not afford the vehicle'. Probably because I did not tell him how much money I was going to put down or how much cash I had. I would not ever walk in and tell a salesman how much cash I actually have. He then tried to sell me some overpriced LS (base model) Trailblazer. So to make this short, I'd just like to say thank you for turning me down, I took my money elsewhere and found a Tahoe at a different dealership. Basically the same vehicle the man said I could not afford. So I just wanted to say thanks again for allowing me to keep shopping around! Had I purchased the Avalanche I would not have found my Tahoe. I wont ever recommend Vision Dealerships to anyone!Thanks again!Chris

Our salesman, Joe Valenti, was excellent. He didn't pester with bothering phone calls. We made 3 visits to Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua before actually purchasing. I was very particular in the color, when I was ready to commmit Joe was there. He showed us the service department and was very knowledgable about all vehicles. The buying experience was one of the BEST!

My experience with Vision Canandaigua was extremely good from my first phone call to them concerning a used Honda CRV through the entire process of buying, and returning for a service appt when they made good on their promise to make everything right with the vehicle, which in this case was replacing the brakes, the air conditioning compressor and being persistent in finding the reason and repairing a serious rattling noice. In less than 24 hours, I had test driven the vehicle I had been searching for, made my offer, got a interest rate LOWER than I had hoped for, and was driving away in my "new to me" vehicle, extremely happy. I did pay a little more than I intially wanted to but wirh the repairs that were included, I can not complain. And when I had to return for the repairs, they gave me a great fully loaded Santa Fee as a loaner. The service department personnel were just as courteous and professional as the sales and finance people. I wish them well and would definitey recommend this dealership in your car buying search.

I bought a new Hyundai Elantra a few months ago, and along with this purchase came free oil changes for life. Today (Saturday) I took my car in for a free oil change at 3:30, as scheduled earlier in the week. When I dropped off the car, the man at the desk told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour, so I went to run errands with my mother. I returned at 5:25 to find all of the doors to the service department and the dealership locked. My car was in the parking lot with the doors unlocked, valuables inside, and no keys to be found. I looked at the sign on the door and found that they had closed at 5pm. Well, a phone call or a reminder when I'd dropped off my car would've been nice. They are closed on Sundays. I live a half hour drive away. I called their number, and I could not reach anyone or even leave a message. They have ALL of my keys, including my home keys. I am stranded with no car. I think that any idiot with minimal customer service skills would've taken 60 seconds to call me, before closing, to remind me to pick up the car as it was clearly not my intention to leave it there until they reopen on Monday. The epitome of laziness and crap customer service.
