I wanted to write an update to my previous review. Initially I did not have the best experience dues to the sales man I worked with. As soon as the General Manager, Mark Moore, found out about my experience he worked quickly to remedy it. He gave me a great deal on the car I wanted and even drove it down to the south shore to meet me with the car. I was about to give up because of the initial experience but I am glad I gave him the opportunity to make things right. I love my new car. VW of Mandeville SMART move hiring Mark Moore! Finally an honest and trustworthy car salesman. I would definitely go back for my next car... but I hope I won't need one for awhile. :)

Did not correctly diagnose the problem I was having. As a result I was over charged for work and parts that may not have been necessary to replace. Wrote a letter to the service manager and got no response. Tried calling service manager and he didnt return my calls. Going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because the dealer apparently does care about customer satisfaction.

Bought a 2012 Captiva with 30,000 miles. Salesman said vehicle was CERTIFIED. GUESS WHAT? It wasn"t. The next week the service light came on. Brought it to a Chevrolet Dealer and GUESS WHAT? The motor was BAD, it needs a Piston and the Head has to be replaced so far. Went back to NORTHSHORE VOLKSWAGEN,Mandeville to see if they could make it right. The Finance Guy said it is my Problem and it is AS IS.The Finance Guy ran into the building and wouldn't come back out to settle this problem.Make sure if you deal with these Guys, BRING A LAWYER. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

This had to be the best time anyone ever had buying a new car. The process was so simple, it was amazing. I had contacted the dealership via the Internet and received a follow-up email almost immediately and a call shortly thereafter. I explained what I was looking for and within a few minutes, my salesman had it all worked out. All that was left to do was show up, drive the Jetta and let them look over my trade-in vehicle. The whole thing took less than two hours on a Saturday afternoon. It couldn't have gone any better. Kudos to the team at Northshore VW!!! They truly care about their clients and it shows!!!

This was the least stressful and most fun car buying experience I have ever had. my salesman showed me how to work all the buttons and things in the Beetle i was buying instead of just handing me the keys and saying thanks. It didnt take all day, and I really felt like I got a great price. They didnt have the exact car I wanted but they found it for me in a DAY!
