Erick Atkins is the man! He found the perfect car for my family and within a day made it all come together. His commitment to his clients is amazing, and I cannot express the quality of people and services that VW of Oly has. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend VW of Oly and Erick Atkins.

Received a VIP invite to view a car and I went to the dealership and they did not have the car on the lot. Much worse, they did not even know where the car was until another salesperson overheard our conversation. That salesperson told us he had put the car out on loan to a customer that had purchased a new one and the car would not be back until the following Monday ( the VIP reservation was for Thur.). They got the car back and I made another appointment to see the car on Monday. When my wife and I arrived we were told that the car had been sold at 1pm earlier in the day. The salesman did call my cell but left no message. I really feel sorry for the salesman because he was just a new employee and was very embarrassed to say the least. Needless to say I will never recommend this dealership for anything.

This dealer is outstanding. If they have what you are looking for, save yourself the headache and go there first. I have never liked car shopping. Like most people, my typical dealership experience usually goes one of two ways. The first being, as I pull into the lot I am hunted down by a half dozen sales sharks attempting to sell me a vehicle, even if it does not fit my needs....second, there is NO one around so I am just driving around the lot like some sort of stalker. My experience at VW of Olympia was very different. I was in search of a used fuel efficient car and had been car shopping with 2 kids all day long. When we got out of the car we were approached by our salesman, Dirk. It was a hot day and before asking what we were looking for he offered the kids and me a cold beverage. I could tell as I explained what we needed that he was actually listening as he showed me the enormous selection of vehicles that fit my criteria. Not once, did he show me a vehicle that wasn't exactly what I needed nor did I feel any pressure to buy. After I took the car for a test drive, I met with, Jason, to discuss the details of the sale. Jason made the process simple and did not waste one minute of my time. Although I never mentioned it, I am educated buyer and have a background in vehicle valuation. I know I got a great deal and am certain they treat all their customers with the same level of customer service, quality assurance and respect. I am happy with my purchase and the entire experience at VW of Olympia.
