Wallace Volvo Sales and Service is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have driven volvos for 25 years. I just moved to Martin County and needed a new car. I walked into this dealership and met Dirk .He was was awesome. He took great care of me. Dawn in the service department is wonderful, friendly and helpful. She took really good care of my vehicle and me. She made sure everything was handled in a timely fashion. I can't believe this dealership is hidden in Martin County and no one knows about it .

Did a lot of research and visited different county's looking for what I wanted and left out of a lot of dealerships mad because of the GAMES and DISHONESTY. I regrouped and sent out emails to 10 dealerships letting them know that I no longer was playing the game. A lot of phone calls and emails but only one gentleman responded with an honest phone call wanting to help me get exactly what I wanted...Lee Kurzen...gave me out the door prices of three vehicles I was looking at. He help me get into the one I really wanted and then when I drove down the price was the same. GREAT GUY and when he showed me all the features and options , I thanked God ! I was not going to get this package for the price I payed at any other dealership. I work with Penny in the finance department (GREAT LADY) and after that I dropped my rental off at Enterprise rental and Wallace group had a shuttle follow me down there to bring me back..Talked to Lee and thanked him for all he had done and off I went. I have a 1986 CJ7 Jeep that I love but my new baby has got me SMILING....ALOT. Much love to Lee Kurzen and the Wallace group and God Bless.Franklin Jones.....SMILING

I bought a 2012 srx and it was suppose to come with 2 keys and only received 1 it has been the better part on 4WKS and still no key, I have actually become bothersome when I show up and ask where my second key is and keep getting the run around. I would never expect this type of service from a Cadillac dealer. Even the lady who answers the phone has an attitude. The only person I felt was on top of things and really busted his butt was the finance guy. Parts department very helpful and pleasant. I have waited to write anything hoping it would be resolved but to no resolve, I called and asked for the GM and could only leave a message which I am waiting to hear back from at this time. I spent a lot of money on this car and missed a dent over the rear passenger wheel well and when I asked if there dent guy could fix it the answer I received was it is a used car not let us take care of that for you it should have been there in the first place, once again the expectation of dealing with cadillac you expect above and beyond but I guess not. I do not recommend this dealer do to the overall experience I have had dealing with these issues, even getting a tire sensor replaced that went bad the first few days a took the car. I also was never offered any kind of compensation for my time and gas when I said I would be there to pick up my key not even a phone call to tell me they did not have it yet.

I had the most incredible experience at Wallace Hyundai while looking for a new car recently. The sales consultant, Bill Getchell, was the most knowledgeable person and easy to deal with in the past thirty-some years of buying and owning vehicles. There wasn't a question or concern that he did not have the answer for and was all too happy to elaborate on anything we weren't completely sure of. I just recently had my first scheduled free oil change and the service department personal were just as good and professional as the sales department.

Dawn was helpful, expedient, and was able to arrange a loaner car since she had to keep mine overnight to await arrival of 4 new tires that I needed. I went in for a oil change and other minor repairs. I though I would need new tires and told Tony that I thought I did. He called to tell me that my tires were still good and probably next time I have my oil changed that I would likely need tires then. There are not many places could you take your car and tell them you think you might need tires but they are honest and say not yet. I have always had great service at Wallace.

I was asked which vehicle I was interested in, and how much I was planning to spend, and I was then given an offer that was practically what I had asked for - including a more than fair trade in offer for my vehicle. No back and forth. No hassles. No aggravation. Unfortunately, there was one problem though... They did not have the color that I wanted in their inventory. Would I be pressured into buying a car that I really didn't want? No - they got the vehicle in the color that I wanted from another dealer by the next day! Thank you Wallace Hyundai !!

This was the first time I took our Lincoln in for an oil change. They not only changed the oil, but also checked the vehicle from bumper to bumper, rotated the tires, washed and vacuumed it. Additionally, they also invited the customers back into their lunchroom to help ourselves to the food that had been catered in for their Christmas party. It was the week before Christmas. They went above and beyond the usual customer service. I highly recommend them!

A Tropical Storm was headed my way and my passenger window would not go up. I have no garage. My car has to sit out in the storm. It was a Saturday. I did not have an appointment. I drove to the dealership and they fit me in. I had to wait 2 hours because there is no rental service on weekends. But they replaced the motor and I returned home safely.

We truly had a five-star experience when purchasing our Durango from Wallace Stuart. Jimmy Pescatore was our liaison. He was super-friendly, cool, and an absolute professional. With a two year-old daughter and driving up from Delray Beach, we needed an accommodating group to help us make a good decision without being pressured. Being a time-sensitive decision as well, we were hoping not to feel the squeeze. Jimmy made sure that did not happen. Not only was he patient, but he brokered smooth dealings with the other Wallace departments. Rafael in financing was awesome. He helped us understand the numbers and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Penny wrapped up the deal without hitting us over the head with unnecessary up-sells. There was no propaganda. She explained our choices and let us make our own decisions. All in all, we could not be happier with our experience and our purchase. The good people of Wallace Stuart took _great_ care of us. Had a problem with my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe GPS/infotainment system...not Wallace's fault by the way...came from California! Wallace not only provided the updated GPS version but replaced the entire hardware (radio plus) at no cost to me. My only out of pocket expense was $16.70 to activate the new radio. I'm very pleased and will certainly continue to have them service our Hyundais. (We're a 3 Hyundai family by the way.)

I have owned 2 Suburbans and now a new Tahoe. These vehicles have never been serviced anywhere other than Wallace n Stuart and I have always received highly professional, friendly and effective service. In all three cases I tried to purchase my vehicle there and was treated unprofessionally, talked to as if I was not very bright and rudley from the sails manager. I will not try there again even if I choose to buy another Chevy product.

I have bought three cars from them and the reason is they are local, fair and always address my concerns without hesitation. Louis Mato and Lee Smith are an assest to the Wallace Auto Group. They are real folks with real families and can appreciate when I bring my 18 year old son in to look for a vehicle. When my son would get all geared up on a car we would have Louis (EVEN THOUGH HE WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER WALLACE LOT) take it for a spin and get his opinion on care and condition. He would get right back with me and tell me not in the condition that he knows I would like as I am OCD and anything I purchase even used must look showroom kept. Not only did my son and I get the Mustang we had been looking for, for over a year but we now have two friends that my son knows and trusts because they treated him like a man and not like a boy. He met our price, gave us a fair trade in on our old car, gave unbiased recommendations for options based upon his experience with his own Genesis. We did not expect to buy on this visit and hadn't driven our trade in to the dealer. When the deal was complete, he drove with us home and picked up our old car. Scott took a lot of time to explain in detail the many features of this car and set up the optional adjustments both in the dealership and on the road. He laid out all the options for lease or purchase, and we found the lease option a no brainer. Exercised lease end purchase option. Despite the lease clearly stating the fees and amounts I would be responsible for Wallace increased the fees and would not honor what was clearly spelled out in the lease agreement. Spoke to VW Credit and they said it was a dealer issue. I currently own 3 VW's and have owned others in the past. These are my last three and my last dealings with this or any other member of the Wallace Automotive Group.

My sales lady Rosa was wonderful. I had called her the evening before, told her what I wanted that has been on their website. When I arrived at the dealership she had the car I had been looking at cleaned and detailed. She impressed me with her caring and attitude. I gave a 4 on the buying process only because I had an appointment so I had to come back to finish the purchasing part when I would have like to get it all done at once. I realize these things happen. I gave a 4 on the facilities as it was a little bit confusing to me with parts/service separate but overall the experience was very nice. We were charged a $60 fee for document processing fee. Earl Stewart, a dealer, has said the document processing company charges $10-$15. We were also charged a $699 dealer fee for a tank of gas and a detailing.

We discussed the quality of service and the personnel in the Service department after our recent visit. It was actually enjoyable! The people are friendly and cheerful and really take a personal interest in the customers. The facility is clean, with tv , snacks and coffee available. We have been given valuable tips on dyi items for the cars and even though it is a 45 minute drive from our home, we believe it is worth it to make the trip. I stopped by to look at possible vehicles to purchase as my 6 year old Santa Fe was almost paid off and I wanted a new vehicle. I had my eye on a Santa Fe Sport and just as we were contemplating what we wanted, we received a coupon inviting us to come in and get our existing car appraised. I made an appointment and met with George Cruz, who worked with me to find the exact Santa Fe I wanted, and when I wanted an upgrade that wasn't in the car in question, George was able to get it done. He worked very hard to make the buying effortless, and trade in smooth and I am getting my 2014 Santa Fe Sport exactly how I wanted - the leather seats are getting installed next week. (8/16/14) I live in Fort Lauderdale, Fl, an hour and a half drive from Stuart. Wallace had the exact car that I was looking for. I was able to get a great deal on my new Mazda over the phone due to the distance that I lived from the dealership. I had a trade that they accepted and gave me exactly what i was asking based on pictures of the car that I sent to them via my cell phone. We agreed on an "out the door" price even though I hadn't been to the dealership yet. I immediately got into my car and drove to Stuart to pick up my car. Needless to say, I was thinking to myself during my trip to the dealership, that if this deal holds up and goes smoothly I will be surprised. Would issues arise now that i'm at the dealership? Would they find reasons to low ball my trade after I arrived? Would the car even still be there when I arrived? There was no "monkey business", no "games", and no "sleaze". They could have taken advantage of the situation, knowing that I just made a long trip to buy a hard to find car, figuring that I'm probably not going to walk if they start to change things up. My sales rep Robert H. was great. I love the car and I would recommend this dealership. I got a great deal, they made some money and everyone was happy. It was a good straight up experience which I needed to balance out some of my negative experiences.

My Hybrid was getting 37-39 mpg in town in June 2014 I went on a mini vacation and on the hwy I was getting 35-36 mpg. After getting back on 6/23, noticed my car was getting around 25-26 mpg. I took my car to Wallace The people told me it might be a software issue. Well, the software adjustment did help, but I was still down 8-10 mpg. The service person responded to my call and they will be doing more tests this week. We will see???

I purchased two cars with this dealer. One was new ,one was used. When I came in with a vehicle for service, there was no loaner vehicle or offer to drive me some where. Only an offer to arrange a rental vehicle. The waiting room is basic. TV Coffee. When the service was complete my car was returned unwashed. The Employee's are polite and courteous. I purchase Cadillac becuase I wanted something a little bit up scale. I also expected upscale service. I also had the same car serviced at autonation Cadillac of PalmBeach. I was given a loaner car. Text messages on the vehicle status. The waiting room was excellent. TV Coffee Donuts stations with computers. My car was returned cleaned and washed. I know where I will be doing business in the future despite having to drive an additional twenty minutes.

I would like to offer my input concerning my recent purchase of a 2014 Altima SL. I had started my search online through USAA and had a dealer committed price with a Nissan Dealer down south and one in Orlando. I wanted to stay as a Wallace Family customer, so I brought my paperwork from USAA to Wallace. I spoke with Holden on the phone and made arrangements to meet him. He was prompt and curtious. I wanted a one specific color and had all of my optional equiptment determined. Holden and I sat down and created a deal. There were minor hiccups, as I am very demanding. Holden and his Manager, Garth were more than accomodating and demonstrated nothing but professionalism through out my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. What a great team!! I inquired with Wallace Nissan about a truck that I was interested in to see if they could get me to where I needed to be in my payments and purchase price. I was called back by Holden, Internet Sales MANAGER. Holden and I discussed the Nissan Titan for nearly 2 weeks and it was his opinion that we could not do the deal where it would meet my terms. He suggested the Frontier and even though I was hesitant, I agreed for him to run the numbers. After a week, he asked me to come in so he could see my trade. I told him I was coming in for service anyway but service was at 7:30 to 8:30, and Holden said that 8:30 was too early for him but he would try. On the date of service, I heard from Holden around noon, stating that he was still in bed when I was at the dealership. It was my opinion that he really wasnt interested in doing the deal at this point so I ended the conversation politely and just forgot about the potential of buying a truck. Holden called me a few days later attempting to negotiate the deal. I stuck to my payment and purchase price. Please note: I have a 6 month old baby and explained to Holden that I wasnt going to sit at a dealership haggling prices for 2 plus hours with a baby. I explained that if there was a deal, we could work it out on the phone prior to sitting at the dealership doing the paperwork. He agreed. We discussed the deal for another week and on a Saturday, Holden called me stating his Sales MANAGER agreed to my terms and for me to come in and sign for my new truck. We again went over the price and the payments and he understood what I was going into the dealership for. I explained again that I was not going to sit there for 2 plus hours and he explained that I would be there for less than 15 minutes to drive the truck and do the paperwork. He told me to show up at 4pm and I did. It was pouring down rain and there were only 2 other customers at the dealership the whole time I was there. I walked in after getting a sitter for my baby. The dealership is 30 minutes away and my baby goes to bed at 6pm so we only expected to be there for 15 to 20 minutes at the max. I walked in at 4pm and Holden was gone. The management looked for him and 20 minutes later, we found out that even though he told us to be there at 4pm, he took his lunch at that time (the dealership closed at 6pm that day). We waiting until 4:40ish for him to return. We reviewed the truck with him and being a long standing Nissan customer, I asked Holden questions that I needed answers to. He had no idea about this truck. He seemed to guess and make up answers and when I checked on his answers later, I found that all responses concerning the truck were wrong. After seeing the truck, I agreed to buy it and asked to do the paperwork. Holden attempted to change the deal and an hour later, Im still waiting to see if my terms of the deal were approved. Before I walked out of the dealership without the truck, I spoke to both Garth and Holden together. Garth seemed very surprised by the deal that was made. In fact, Garth stated he had no idea what I was talking about concerning the deal. I asked him why I waited so long and explained that my sitter (family) was calling for us to come home. He said when he was going to do my deal, he was slammed with customers. I just left because there were only 2 other customers the whole time. I complained to Peter, their manager, who attempted to do a deal with me. He also stated that the deal that I was promised, there was NO WAY they would ever be able to do it. His bosses, William Wallace and Lee Smith, would not talk to me. Lee Smith told the assistant Amy that if I wasnt buying a car, he wasnt interested in even talking to me. I then filed a complaint against the dealership with Nissan. This initially happened on Saturday, by Tuesday at 5pm, Greico Nissan (Mr. Wheeler and Rockey Stone) worked out the deal and I now have a brand new Nissan Titan in my driveway.

During our purchase on April 7th of a 2014 Genesis we met with two fine representatives of Wallace Hyundai. Sami Soulaiman as our sales consultant and Jennifer Davis, Finance Manager. Sami made an initial presentation of a rather involved learning process as to the many functions of the vehicle. At our meeting on April 14th I presented him with a list of questions citing various sections in the Genesis manual that we did not understand. He handled each and every one asking as we went along if we understood completely before we continued on to the next topic. Never once was he concerned with the time we were spending, or repeating any points. He was like a teacher, interested in us knowing what the various functions do, and ensuring that we did. After this meeting he even called us to make certain that we had no further questions and to call him if we ever did. Jennifer is truly a special and pleasant person. My Wallace Hundai experience confirmed the recent JD Powers report listing Hundai as the 4th worst car in customer satisfaction.. The service manager acknowledged the existence of our reported problems: engine knock and excessive wind noise but said they were"normal" for the year and model. After contacting Hundai customer we were advised to take our 2013 to another dealer who confirmed that the engine knock is mot normal and that we now have carbon build up which may cause engine damage - after 8.000 miles. The sales mgr Sheldon Merrit was nowhere to be found when I left messages for him asking for help.i would not return to Wallace and I'm realizing that Hundai can offer such an impressive warranty because they never fix anything .

No pressure buying experience, so easy and straight forward. Most dealers take you on a round the block vehicle demo...not with Angel Hernandez at Wallace Mazda of Stuart, we went for a 6 mile tour! I got to test the CX5's cornering, speed/pickup, braking, and the turning radius. I got to really see the car in action which was nice because I drive freeway traffic everyday for 45 min one way. Financing was easy with no back and forth, they gave us a very reasonable offer - so much so my husband didn't know what more to ask for :-). If you are buying for the first time, this is the place to start they will treat you with respect and help you find your zoom-zoom.

My wife and I went car shopping a few weeks ago. Went to four dealerships , drove many makes and models. Our choice was the 2014 Hyundai Sonata . We went to Wallace Hyundai and were greeted by Louis Matos our salesman. Louis spend quite a bit of time showing us different models , explaining the various features about each one. We test drove quite a few cars and Louis was great . There was never pressure to buy " Today to get the best deal" like we felt at other dealerships. We went home and discussed what we wanted to do , contacted Louis the next day . We came back and worked out the deal again with no pressure, got a very good price on the car we wanted. Louis went out of his way to get the color and interior model we wanted as well. When we picked up the car , it's was washed, filled with gas and ready to go . Dealing with Wallace Hyundai and Louis Matos was the best car buying experience I have had in my many years of car buying, I highly recommend Wallace Hyundai.

Both the manager and the salesman followed up afterwards to be sure everything was 100% in my mind. I purchaesd my car a little over 1 month ago. I drove it 4 times. Its been in there shop 4 times with a total of 26 days out of the month. Unacceptable. There is no management there. They are horrible. They still have my car. 1/05/2014. They should be shut down.

Unfortunately my buying and service experiences were not favorable at the Wallace dealership. In May, 2013, I looked at two different used Volvo SUV's at Wallace. The salesperson had told me that if I wanted the black one he would give me the larger cargo mat from the white one. When I returned to the dealership to purchase the car, he told me he couldn't do that, but would see what he could do and promised to keep an eye out for another one. He even said he would keep a post-it note for follow-up. To-date I have never heard from him, even after I reminded him one time. Within a week of purchasing the car, the air conditioning failed. I thought it was my lack of understanding as to how the controls work, and the weather was mild so I didn't do anything about the issue. Three weeks later, in June, I decided that there was a problem with the A/C and drove the 70 miles to the dealership. The service advisor was very professional and she gave me a loaner for several days. Another month went by and again the A/C failed. When I brought the car in for the second time, the dealership gave me a loaner again. When I picked up the car a note in the car stated that "the temperature in the car was 54 degrees F at 1:54pm." Another month went by and the A/C failed again. This time the service manager checked me in. This time the dealership kept the car for ONE MONTH in order to finally repair the A/C system! And although the manager promised a free oil change, I was asked to pay when I picked up the car and I found multiple paint scratches on the hood of the car. No one volunteered to do anything to fix the paint issue, so I asked for touch-up paint. I also asked for the previous repair history. The service advisor said she couldn't authorize release, but would ask the manager and let me know. I never received an answer from her. I took the car to another dealership for the next service and was amazed when I was told that the car had been serviced for the A/C problem three times before it was traded in. And each time the Wallace dealership had merely refilled the Freon. This is information that no one at Wallace told me. Overall it took Wallace SIX services to figure out the problem.
