As a woman it was incredible to have a female salesperson. (Nothing against men). After a long search for a new vehicle when I found one at Wally Armour I really breathed a sigh of relief to deal with a woman. And she was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. And not pushy. I would have given five stars but they gave me the vehicle with very little gas in it and not a drop of windshield washer fluid.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. As well the techs checked a noise for me at no cost. I was greeted as I entered. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional. No pressure at all. Very friendly staff, they are able to text which made it easier to set up since we are running around like crazy. We needed a van for our new twins and the older kids love the DVD player. They had several nice used vans. Prices were great! Kody D. was helpful, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you again!

This was the second time in less than a year I went to Wally Armour for a new vehicle! Last year I got myself a Ram and this year my wife a Jeep. The service was awesome both times! Dylan was amazing to work with. I didn't have to play games and negotiate all day. I told them what I could afford and they made it work. Even trading in a used car I was in and out in just a couple hours. I'll be back for sure!

Our initial sales person was Roger and he was great, very nice personable and we were ready to buy a truck from him. That is until he brought in the jerk of all jerks!! This guy is the iconic car salesman, liar and don't wanna work with you and or listen. He talked to hear himself because he wasn't listening to us. We left with no truck and we really wanted the truck all because if this guy. I wish at over well in his future there. But I will make sure no one I knows goes there. Worse if it all is we are repeat buyers and never have been treated this way.

After endless searching for a Silverado at a decent price, I found Wally Armour. I drove two hours to the dealership fully expecting to purchase this 2013 Silverado. I drove the truck, everything appeared in order and it ran like new. It was a good price so I decided to purchase. During the paperwork process I was advised that the truck did come from Canada. I asked if that made any difference and was told it did not. All the paperwork was signed and I left in my new truck. About an hour into my trip home I noticed that the speedometer did not match my gps, the faster I went the more the speedometer was off. At 60 MPH I was driving about 64-65 and the faster I went the further the speedometer was off. I sent a message to my salesman Brent Campbell as soon as I made it home about the issue. Brent basically told me that they gave me such a good deal on the truck they were unwilling to fix the issue and that I could cancel the deal and bring the truck back. The next day I tried to get ahold of Brent but he was off, I spoke with Eric Lancaster who told me I could bring it back and they would look at it, I told him I was two hours away and there was a GM dealer 5 minutes from me. He told me I could take the truck to the GM Dealer. The dealer kept the truck and I went back to work. A few hours later he called me and told me that it was the oddest thing he's seen, the truck had been modified to show American miles and the gauge faces had been changed to show it was American but the actual cluster was Canadian and that was the reason the speedometer was off. It would cost $675.00 to replace the cluster to American. I asked the GM dealer if there was anything else that might be Canadian on the truck that would cause issues in the future. He assured me there was not. At this point I called Brent and advised him of what the cost was and told him we needed to work something out. I was again told no and that the dealer would just take the truck back. Later, I spoke with Terry who was rather unpleasant, he told me I could bring the truck back and that you were unwilling to do anything. I asked him if he would come pick the truck up since I drove two hours to get it, this being only fair. He refused to do so saying the only way they would pick the truck up is if the bank was doing it. I asked him if I brought the truck back if they were going to pay for the diagnostic fee at the GM dealership to which he agreed. I asked him if I brought the truck back wouldnt they have to fix it anyway before they could sell it to someone else, he replied no he could just sell it at auction, proving to me that this dealership doesnt care and would be happy passing the problem on to someone else. At that point I decided if he was willing to pay the diagnostic fee I was going to keep the truck and just pay for the repairs and continue to try to get the dealer to take some responsibility for this issue, the part is ordered and repairs were completed last week. My point is that somewhere along the lines the truck was modified, someone did it I don't know if it was the dealership or someone at the auction, it doesn't really matter. I was told being a Canadian truck would not be an issue and it is. Now I may have gotten a good deal, I may have gotten a great deal, but that is not the point. The point is the dealership should stand up and take care of the issue. I have tried multiple times to work it out with them and they flat out refuse.

I went to look for this vehicle http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/643365664/overview/ I had conversations with the sales person numerous times during the week, the consultant never said anything about its location. I knew something was wrong when the consultant drove up in the wrong car. I said this is not it. I showed the website. We walked around for nearly 45 minutes. We drove across the street to no avail. This car was not on the lot. As we were taking a test drive, the consultant somehow remembered the car was being driven by the owners daughter in Iowa. I asked how long they knew about this ad they did not anser, only saying they could not take the car out of inventory because it was never titled. After we sat down to run numbers, I showed them the same car at a better deal. The fact that I was looking online at other cars seemed to bother them. They clearly do not like informed consumers. The consultant asked, they never have the car online in stick, it is just to get you into the dealership. I replied, much the same here. They could have been honest and said the car was being driven-it was a demo, so it already had miles on it, but, how did anyone know the car was not in Iowa with the daughter? If they were unable to be upfront, how could one trust them? I am still in the market, but Wally did not meet my customer service expectations and will not be getting my business.

Our salesperson, Bill VanDorn, was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. We own a 2014 Grand Cherokee so are very familiar with Jeep, but he pointed out differences/upgrades. Also, the car was filled with gas and VERY clean upon delivery!

Wally B. was knowledgeable about your inventory, the models of interest to me, & somehow had discerned my two favorite colors! His explanation of options, and the total "out the door" cost to me was concise & understandable. The sales & financial areas were clean, & quiet. The fellow from the service department found us and explained they were having trouble with the computer update and were sorry we had to wait so long. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot w/73K miles in Feb 2015. My previous review is dated 2/17/15. A list of repairs done to the vehicle while on Wally Armour's lot but prior to my purchase were provided at the time off the sale. One repair was a right front control arm and wheel alignment. Fast forward to exactly 6 months and only 2300 miles later. There was a strong vibration at 60 mph and the inside half of the left front tire was bald. Now I needed a LEFT front control arm, another wheel alignment AND two new tires!!! Of course, I paid for this. I'm sure both control arms should have been replaced at the same time but I feel in an effort to save a few $, it didn't happen.

I've never bought a vehicle new off of a car lot so it was way more tedious then i expected, but I still enjoyed the experience. Josh was with me through everything from; searching for a local vehicle to ordering the one I purchased, inspecting it with me and explaining to me how all of the bells and whistles worked. From my down payment up to the point he showed me how to bluetooth my phone to the radio I had a ball. I was even more excited when their finance department managed to get me a better rate then my bank had offered me. I'm loving the Durango. I would choose to buy a vehicle from Wally Armour over using the "self checkout" at WalMart any day.

The vehicle I purchased from Wally required repairs on several occasions that I paid for yet were never completed. On the final occasion, they forgot about my car for over a month, the car wasn't repaired when I went to get it and several other things went wrong that were not an issue when I took it in. Their way of saying "I'm sorry" was to fix everything they did wrong, at the same hands that destroyed it, but wanted to stick me with the original bill for repairs not even done! I will never purchase another vehicle from Wally Armour again. They stripped me of transportation for my disabled child and that is unforgivable. I had to have my car towed off their lot!

I came to Wally Armour looking for a specific vehicle (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude). After calling in and talking with Brent Campbell, he made me feel comfortable about working with Wally Armour and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the facility, I was promptly greeted by Bill Powell. Since Brent was with another customer at that time, Bill kindly showed me the Altitude and Limited models of the Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained both vehicles and their differences in great detail. The test drive experience with Bill was also great! I chose to purchase the Altitude because I love the black trim and the overall look and feel of the vehicle. When I came back two days later to purchase the vehicle, I was able to work with Brent. Through texting we narrowed down exactly what I needed and then had a brief conversation on the phone to confirm everything. Then I drove out to test drive the car and meet Wally. Even though I did not end up buying my new vehicle from Wally Armour I had a great experience there. Bill Vanhorn was the salesman that helped me while I was there. He was upfront with me on the price and all the discounts even a couple no other dealer ship told me about. 2 things stopped me from purchasing there though. 1. They are 2 and a half hours away from where I live and we were unable to complete the deal in 1 day due to some financial issues and 2. The price they were willing to give me for my trade was too low for me to accept the deal. Otherwise tho I have not ever had a better experience with a sales person at a dealership.

Came up looking for this particular vehicle as we had seen it online. Took it for a test drive and really liked it. There was no pressure in trying to get us to try another vehicle. Nor was there any pressure when final cost was given to us and we said we needed to make arrangements with our bank and would get back with the sales person. We were in and out in no time. At a previous dealership we went to we were in there at least 3 hours because salesperson had to keep going back and forth with his manager and he didn't know much about the vehicle.

I am very impressed with this dealership. We bought an 03 impala 1 yr 6 months ago through wally Armour buckeye financial. Jeff helped us there and we were happy. But unfortunately the impala had several issues while we had it. The first 2 times we had a family mechanic help us. (To save money) but then last week the impala broke down again. Same issues we previously had. I ended up taking it to wally Armour expecting a giant bill. First the service department helped us by towing our car from Akron to them! The service department was nice and very helpful. To our surprise Jeff called and let us know that his manager told him to try to get us traded out of the impala. We were shocked. This doesn't happen does it?? Yes it does when you have a company that cares for their customers. We were able to get traded in a better car. We are so beyond grateful and happy. You better believe all of our cars will be from wally Armour. My family has had a long history buying from them and that won't change either! Thank you so much guys!!!!

They had an opening within the week to get my vehicle in the shop. It was necessary for me to drop my vehicle off before work in the wee hours of the morning. The designated area was safe and there was a drop box for my information and keys. The repair was done that day and they called to let me know it was finished. Care was taken to keep my vehicle clean while repaired. I'm very impressed!

My wife and I were in the market for a 2007 Ford Edge SEL. We found this one online about 90 minutes from our home. They would not permit us to take to our personal mechanic near our home due to the distance; however, they assured many times it was in phenomenal shape. I was very persistent with my salesman to ensure this as we were making a long commute to make this work. They were not very good on communication, but my wife really liked the colors of this particular Edge. Before I even get into the safety and quality issues they sold us knowingly, let's reflect on intentional deceit as to the actual mileage. When we arrived, only a week into our communications with the dealership, the vehicle had an extra 2,800 miles on it! What? According the the Carfax, and their online listing, it was received only 3 weeks earlier with 2,800 less miles on it. When I asked about this blatant deceit, they advised that their reconditioning staff routinely take vehicles home. Do they live in Florida? We did not want to use a mechanic we didn't know or trust, and we couldn't use our own to check it out. They offered a 48 hour 100% refund window to take it to mechanic, but we had to purchase it first. Once we got it to our home mechanic that same day, we discovered as follows: A detailed digital review of the inspection results and associated photos are available at http://bit.ly/1s4fhOw. 1) It is practically mandatory that air filters are replaced before selling - this was the dirtiest one my mechanic has ever seen. 2) The brake pads were recently replaced but the rotors weren't touched and no lubrication was applied. This is poor/sloppy work at any garage. Rotors should have, at the very least, been resurfaced; there is likely to be further issues resulting from this. 3) The transmission fluid is extremely overdue for flushing. The tint of it is not at all what it should be. 4) The belts are in bad shape - the cracking is evident to even to the untrained eye and widespread. 5) The windshield had a major chip in the windshield; such a safety issue should not have gone unnoticed in their safety inspection. This is a major safety concern and can get expensive fast. 6) More than 10 spots were touch-up painted with a completely wrong colored paint; a very sloppy touch-up application as well, worse I've seen in any car I've purchased. Many spots were not completed and others ended up on good paint while missing exposed metal. The correct color is easily obtained from dealers, such as theirs, as it's a factory paint job. I notified the dealership of these issues; directly e-mailing both of my salesmen as well as the dealerships managers and owner. They all declined to make this right and left a singular voice mail voicing a distinct disinterest in fixing any of the several issues Wally Armour either ignored or failed to recognize; furthermore, they said it was my own fault for trusting them and not taking to a mechanic first. As frosting on the cake they promised us a gas slip to fill up before leaving the lot and they never delivered on this as well. It is worth noting that, on several occasions, I drilled our salesman, Jeff, regarding the actual condition of this vehicle so that we did not waste our entire day, several hours of driving two vehicles, and the gas expenses to purchase this vehicle. Jeff repeatedly assured me that they were a reputable dealership and a top-notch safety inspection detected no concerns whatsoever. We intend to keep this vehicle; we put a lot of work into making this work out. We just spoke with the lead mechanic and he advised us that he would address the transmission fluid, belts, windshield, and filter immediately. We are going to do this. However, we also will be documenting this extremely unfortunate experience whereas even the most basic quality control issues were completely neglected and/or overlooked. I mean really, an air filter is a whopping $13 bucks.

The Wally Armour sales staff went above and beyond the extra mile...as a matter of fact...they went about 10 extra miles. The vehicle we came to look at on Memorial day was in the body shop. They put us in a car and drove us to the body shop to see the vehicle. Being a holiday, it was closed, so they drove to the owners house, had his son open the body shop so we could see the vehicle! Their vehicles are immaculate...there are no duds! It was absolutely a "no-pressure" experience. They helped in every way they could, helped through some rough spots, and we were more than happy to seal the deal. Thanks so much to the whole team for a great experience! We stopped by the dealership the Saturday before we purchased our van and just walked around the lot getting in and out of vehicles that we thought we might be interested in. We loved that the prices were displayed and that all the vehicles were unlocked. Your dealership was busy that day so no one helped us but that was fine because we really just wanted to wander around and look. We did have a gentleman offer to help us when we were leaving but we weren't interested in purchasing anything that day. Our buying experience was great. Nick (our sales rep) was very informative and willing to let us climb in and out of any vehicle we showed interest in (even though it was cold and rainy). He knew a lot about what each vehicle had to offer, which helped us make a more informed decision. I'm very happy with our van and hope that we can drive it for years. As we were looking at different vehicles online and at dealerships the one thing that stood out to me the most was the price of your vehicles. Your price was almost always lower than a comparable vehicle somewhere else. This was a driving force behind our making the decision to purchase the van when we did. We had not intended to buy such a young vehicle and it was slightly above the price range we had agreed upon; but I had seen many older vans with more mileage priced more expensive than this one, so we decided to make the purchase. I went to Wally Armour on a whim and a prayer. I was not sure if my dream of purchasing a Jeep would become a reality, but it was worth a shot. I first went in on a Tuesday night, after work. It was pretty late, maybe close to 7 before I got there. Jeff Ciotti met with me and we discussed what I was looking for. I wanted a Jeep, but Wally Armour did not have any previously owned Jeep Patriots in stock, but another salesman said that he was trading one in on Thursday. Jeff and I made plans for me to come back Thursday to look at the traded in Patriot. I went back in on Thursday and met with Clem Ewing. We ended up finding the traded in Patriot and I fell in love. When we were crunching numbers, Clem and I decided to go with a new Jeep Patriot instead because it had rebates that would eat my negative equity. Then we looked at a Chrysler 200 Touring because it had more rebates. It was such a nice car and if I would not have wanted a Jeep so badly, I probably would have chosen that car. Both Clem and Jeff went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my choice and that I would be able to afford my Patriot. I felt no pressure to purchase any specific car because the staff gets a flat fee per car they sell. I will definitely be going back. MY JEEP ROCKS!

Very low-pressure, Great place to go if you are bad a trying to get a price down on a vehicle. Bill Van-Horn (the gentleman who I dealt with) was great. He told me everything I needed to know about the car, and we've texted a few times since my purchase about buying tires, running boards and a few other things direct from the dealership. My mother was interested in the Jeep Cherokee and he showed her all the features, went through a pricing for what she wanted, and was still very low pressure.

I felt like the salesmen treated me like a person, and showed genuine interest, even through they weren't sure I wanted to actually make a purchase. I worked with Clem Ewing who was not overbearing or pushy, he had answers to my questions, or found the answers if he wasn't sure. This improved my trust in the salesman and the company. He allowed me time to consider my options without trying to sway my decision. I had originally had no interest in purchasing a Chrysler, and was set on another brand car due to the more diverse options that they offer. But the salesman greatly assisted in my choice. Much improved since I last shopped in 2007, and was treated quite differently. Now if needed, the service department has a lot to live up to.

I was searching for a new car and Kody Dewitt was awesome and helped me buy a 2012 Dodge Caravan. Kody was very friendly and efficient and helped me get a van in just a few hours. Bought a used truck from them,last week ,still haven't paid off my old truck,so guess what,I am still paying interest, I tried contacting Scott my sales man via text didn't return a answer ,tried contacting Eric Lancaster finance guy ,he has not returned a call, no one has called to see how I like my truck.....I do not recommend going there....They got what they want now they don't care how much interest I keep paying,on my old truck...not a good way to do business .

I had purchased a truck from Wally Armour of Alliance at the cost of $9,000 in January 2013. I have now had the truck for 5 months now. My friend and I were coming home from a fishing trip, as he was following me he noticed something fall from the truck, when we returned home we started looking and found a spot behind the rear tire on the passenger side, a piece of the body, about 6" wide by 10" long had fallen off and as we climbed under it and did a more in depth inspection we found where it was rotting even more up into the fender underneath of the factory fender flare. At this point I took it to a local body shop and a body man had found more spots throughout the body of the truck, he noted that the dealership should have clearly found the bad spots on the truck. Now I was told at the time of purchase that the vehicle was "thoroughly" inspected by Wally Armour of Alliance and it is a safe dependable vehicle, and as long as I do routine maintenance, this truck will last me a long time, as it should with only having 77,070 miles on it. So upon me calling Wally Armour of Alliance, and talking to the salesman I bought the truck off of, Brent.. He gave me the spiel that they only offer the warranty of the engine and drive train and he cant see helping me out with anything on the body, and again I paid $9,000 for this truck, have only had it for 5 months and have only put 1,432 miles on it! So he then starts to get irritated with me so I ask to speak with a manager. I then get TIm... Tim gives me the same spiel about the drive train warranty and I should have noticed it myself, meaning I shouldn't have taken his word on the truck being "thoroughly" inspected by Wally Armour of Alliance! So he begins to say why am I worried about it right now? Your truck is inspected and good for a year, lets worry about it a year from now.( I am a West Virginia resident and I am required to pass a yearly inspection) I explain to him that it will not pass a year from now, he then tells me if It don't pass bring the truck up and we will get you into something else, I then as him to type that up and sign it and he then tells me he cannot do that, after a few more questions from me, he then begins to yell at me, on the Wally Armour of Alliance recorded line for "quality assurance purposes". At this point I ask to speak to his superior and he refuses and them says he is busy so we hang up and I call back moments later. And speak to AL Armour... Mr Armour gives me the same spiel!!! And tells me his manager Tim was not yelling, he was standing right there. Why did TIm say he was "tied up"? Why didn't he just put AL on the phone? So Mr. Armour begins to get irritated with me and believes he has no obligation to helping me with repairs on my truck. Now I know my vehicle wasn't $40,000 but its $9,000 of money that I work hard for and take pride in, None of these guys cared about that, one of them wanted me to wait a year... I take care of my belongings and get the most life out of them as I can. My point is, these 3 guys have no consideration of that and take no quality in the product they sell. And have very poor customer relation skills. If you ever hear the horror stories of those dealerships that have the salesman that are your good friend at time of purchase and then don't want to deal with you later, your a pest to them or they will do and say anything to get rid of you and get on to the next person? This is them... Wally Armour of Alliance. Brent, Tim, and AL Armour. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau... I hope this review helps and people actually listen to it. I now have to come up with approximately $2,000 to get the body repairs done on the truck.

Everything an auto dealership should aspire to be. Friendly, sincere and honest. The service was top-notch. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and are genuinely solicitous. The inventory is large and the vehicles well-maintained. I travelled quite a distance to deal with them and I'm by no means the first to travel out of state to make a purchase here. They made it extremely easy. More important than anything to me is the complete integrity demonstrated by this dealership and those who work there. It's something that can only come from top down. The fact that this is a family-owned business may have something to do with it. If so, what a nice family. I personally dealt with AJ for most of my transaction. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Made car buying the enjoyable experience it should be. It's a pleasure to transact with such good people. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They will be first stop should I purchase another car.

On august 28 we bought a 2009 Nissan Murano from Jeff Ciotti what a pleasure it was no high sales pitch and no pressure . I have tried to post this before but just couldn't find the web site . If you want to buy a vehicle this is the place to go . I had this poor guy all over the lot helping me look for what I wanted for about 2 hours . I recently just got a 2002 Dodge Neon from Wally Armour's. I had no credit and had just started my job so I thought it would be nearly impossible for me to get a car! Jeff Ciotti made it possible though! I was thrilled to be able to get a car in my name with only $500 down. Jeff is a great guy, not to mention funny and very easy to get along with. He never pressured/scammed me into buying anything like most car dealerships do. I plan to reccomend everyone I know to Wally Armour's, but I also plan to have them ask for Jeff to help them! I just graduated college and purchased my first car from Jeff Ciotti. Jeff was very patient and took the time to help me find a car that was just right for me and fit my budget too. I got a bright red PT Cruiser that I absolutely love and it totally fits my personality. I look great in this car and Jeff knew I would too because he suggested it for me. Jeff is not only a great salesperson but a great person too. The week before Christmas, Jeff dropped off a box of Heggy's candy at my house for me and also one for my Mom who purchased a car a week before me. Jeff helped me pick out my Dodge Grand Caravan and I'm so happy with it. Jeff is the best sales person ever. If you are looking for a vehicle and you want a salesperson that is not going to hassle you or feed you a line of bull, then go to Wally's and ask for Jeff Ciotti.... I'm so glad that I did! I refer all of my friends to Jeff because I had such a great experience and I wouldn't go anyplace else. My daughter was with me when I purchased my van and thought that Jeff was so great that she returned a week later and bought a PT cruiser from him. Neither me or my daughter had perfect credit but we were still able to get financed and with a good rate too. Jeff and the finance office treated us great! Hoping in the near future to purchase a vehicle for my husband and Jeff will be the first person we call.

Jeff ciotti helped pave the way for my step son to get his first real truck. He was great and strived to make the deal happen. He even came in on his day off for us to sign the papers. We walked in off the street knowing what we needed just didn't know how to get it. Jeff met us at the door, introduced himself and began qualifying us to ensure he knew what we wanted and needed. He has always given me great service during the purchasing process; easy to communicate with, explains everything about the vehicle and the loan process. I have and will continue to buy my vehicles with Stephen McConnell. For the service department there are more kudos. I always get a great price and fast service and I never have had to schedule an appointment. Parts room and Vince always treat me with great respect.

I bought an 07 Ram Big Horn in the summer of 2009. Like the title says, BEST EVER !! Chris and (I'm sorry, I forgot his name but I think he was an Armour), we great. No hassles, no issues. I had a suspension problem a week after I bought it and they were quick to help. I'll be back. P.S. DO NOT GO TO STRAUB HONDA in Wheeling WV. Thses are among the most dishonest salesmen I have ever dealth with.

This was my first car purchase and I was worried about finding a car that was right for me, along with being in my price range. Being young, I had barely any credit history, and no co-signer for a loan. Dan Nevinski & Wally B. both helped me find the car that worked best for me. Dan took me on a few test drives of cars that could work for me. Wally B. helped me find out what I needed to do to be approved & spent time finding a car in my price range. He went through a lot of trouble keeping me up to date on the status of my loan approval & the condition of the car. Very much like the sales person Rob Winters, was direct and very helpful. He was accomodating and It was a no hassle experience. The finance personnel on the other hand, was needing more communications skills, he talked so fast you can hardly understand anything he said. Overall the experience was good, with no haggling with price.

We had the stock number of the vehicle we wanted to see before we drove from Akron, Oh. A sales person greated us while walking through a lot. The sales person could not find anything about the car we wanted to look at. He walked us across to see some JUNK Cars which had not been cleaned up yet. He said you had five lots to look in and attemped to get us to talk to another sales person. We left after an hour and fifteen minutes.
