We just bought a 2011 Acadia from Walt Massey. Our salesman Jeffrey was very nice, and prompt in answering any of our questions. The entire experience was actually enjoyable. We have been to other dealerships in the past who keep you hanging around for hours, but that was not the case here!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Walt Massey!

I was looking for A nice used small SUV for my wife and found this little outlander with nice low miles and clean I called up Mcguinness2 and spoke to Carly asked if they had it still she said they do asked what time they closed she said 6pm I said perfect I should be their at 4:30 she said ok I got to the dealership about 4:20 went inside asked for Carly she was with another customer then A nice lady introduced herself Rosa I told her I spoke to Carly about the 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport she said ok and asked if I wanted to look at the car then I said that's why I'm here she chuckled went out to the car and it was in very good shape for A 2012 almost new asked if I could take it for A drive she said sure went on A drive it was A nice smooth car no issues so I got back and was like here we go asked about the price I said ok we went back and forth on A couple little things but it was painless overall I thought I needed A new Tag turned out I had an old one that I surrendered that I totally forgot about they took care of that got it transferred so that saved me a few hundred can't believe our state on tags now omg anyway I had A good experience I'll recommend them if I hear of anyone I know need's A car I was satisfied

I have had my vehicle repaired at several service centers, and my best experience was at Walt Massey. The service advisors knowledge was great in explaining to me what needed to be repaired. The price was fair and repair correct the first time.

I have used many different Dealers for my sales and Service. None of which have lived up to my expectations until I started doing business with Walt Massey Automotive. From the warm greeting at the front door to the time they tell me good bye it is a good experience. Their sales staff knows more about the vehicles then anyone. I will continue to do business there!

Joanne was awesome - Very responsive, thourough and patient when we changed our mind multiple times. She checked on multiple requests, kept multiple appointments ... She did great overall. Steve in Finance Dept was also really good. Got us a lower interest rate than we thought we'd get (knows which banks are the best to work with). Really felt like He was watching out for my interests.

Just want to say that I have had a great experience purchasing my 2010 Nissan Maxima SV from Martin Smart. He was very helpful and I really appreciate how easy the whole process was. Martin is very calm, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond a standard salesperson to get me exactly what I wanted. The type of service I was given throughout the whole process would make anybody come back. I would recommend Mr. Martin to anybody I do and do not know personally. He did an excellent job and I really enjoyed working with Mr. Martin and I will be back for sure.!

We have dealt with McBride's for several years now. From the last time in 2011 to now there have been many personnel changes apparently. However we found the new staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were especially pleased to be asked by our salesman,Robert Littlefield, what was important to us in a new car, right down to the color. We have never been asked that before. Robert is new to McBride's but did an excellent job while he is still learning. Hopefully, McBride's will be around for many more years to come.

We were looking for a car for our teenage son, we happen to be driving on 210 fwy saw a used 1995 Toyota Camry in the lot, we stopped to take a look, Car was in excellant condition. Cindy Jimenez came out and helped us take the car out for a test drive, she did not pressure us, she was very helpful provided us with excellent customer service, While waiting for the finance dept to approve us , she sat with us and talked with us, she made us feel real comfortable. She was an awesome sales person

I had the enjoyable experience of purchasing a 2015 Nissan Frontier from Deland Nissan. The salesman , John Powell was a pleasure to deal with and his people skills are exceptional. The salesman did not utilize the high pressure approach but used the approach that I received a fair deal and the dealership met it's financial goals. The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable of the product. The facility was neat and clean. I would highly recommend both John Powell and Deland Nissan for anyone who desires to purchase a Nissan

Casey welter helped me out so much along with Chris the general manger. Day after having my car I had some lights come on the service people told me to bring it in but gotten there and they said they couldn't get it done.so I went to talk to Casey and chris and they kept my car to make sure it gets looked at first thing in the morning and gave me a rental for the mean time.

I originally visited the dealer to inquire leasing a vehicle. After the process of leasing, we found out that I couldn't lease what I wanted for the price I was comfortable with. The sales person showed me several vehicles that I could purchase retail with low mileage at the price I was comfortable with. I feel he definitely went the extra mile for me.

The only place to shop for a GM Car or Truck. Matt Loftin is a great salesperson.Bought a 2013 Buick Enclave. No pressure, answered all of my questions. His knowledge of the vehicle is great. Made it easy to understand. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Walt Massey over the years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I bought a car a few months ago from Walt Massey. The buying process went very smoothly and my salesman took very good care of me! I've had some minor issues with the car but the service department took care of everything and dealing with them was quick and easy! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I purchased a 2004 Yukon which had something wrong with the front end. The salesman, Bret Howell agreed Walt Massey would fix the vehicle. So after taking it to the place who fixes my vehicles they advised me what needed to be done and I in turn took the truck back to Bret at Walt Massey---they kept my truck over a week and finally fixed it. Needless to say their service department is highly lacking as they told me there was nothing wrong with my truck, it wasn't until the management got involved the service department finally relented and fixed the truck---ridiculous to have to go thru this when you buy a different vehicle. I would recommend Bret Howell as a good honest salesman. He did a fine job. The service dept I would not trust to tie my shoe much less fix my vehicle.

Matt Loftin was my sales man and he did a great job, if you are in the market for a new car give him a try you won't be sorry. They had to go to Louisiana to get the color and all I wanted on my new Traverse and had it there the next day, also they gave me top dollar on my trade in. Very good experience.
